I love Ashley furniture, so when it came time to purchase a new couch for my daughter, we went to their store in Mt Vernon. While the initial order had several issues, I am very pleased with how the management team took care of us. We were able to get a store credit and use it to purchase a different set of furniture. They went above and beyond to correct the misunderstanding that took place when we first visited the store. Brian and Dallas were exceptional. I would definitely go back to the store.

I have shopped at Ashley before but never had such a good sales experience .The salsas agent were very hands on,I told him exactly what I wanted and he help me put together the best combination.I am truly satisfied with the quality and the choice that I made.

Rebecca was very friendly and welcoming. She was patient and supportive with my indecisiveness. She was knowledgeable and informative of the durability of the various fabrics and offered input on what items would best fit the needs of our family. She helped us find the perfect furniture to fit our personalities 💗....Or so I thought, lol. After waiting for 5 weeks for my furniture to arrive, the delivery guys refused to even take it off the truck stating that it "won't fit through my door". They suggested that I remove my door & frame, and even cut my porch apart so they could go in at a straight shot instead of having to turn it. LAZY!!! Then, when I called the store to ask for a refund, I was told that I had to cancel within the first 24 hours of purchase for a refund, so I would be responsible for a 30% restock fee. So you mean to tell me that you are going to charge me because your delivery drivers refused to even attempt to unload the furniture and bring it into my home? 🤔 Yeah, not happening. I have been waiting for a call back from customer care since about 11am yesterday, with still nothing. This place is a joke. Absolutely great when trying to get that commission, but completely disregard the customer once the money is received.

I arrived at the Ashley Outlet store located in Mt.Vernon, IL looking for King size bed with adjustable base. I was greeted by salesman Mike Gosnell. I have never been one to care for a salesman helping me, The approach , and help I received from Mike Gosnell was inviting, and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the products, and various brands of bedding available in the store that I was interested in. He worked with me over two hours. He never got discouraged at me taking so long before making my final decision on a split Tempur base and mattresses. He after two hours in bedding, he walked me through the store for a recliner chair, as well. I would highly recommend this young man if you visit the Ashley outlet store in Mt .Vernon, Illinois. When we were in the store the guy we worked with seemed nice enough, it was after ordering that we had so many problems. Rude employees, broken pieces, missing pieces, and one bed was completely wrong size. I tried to be polite and work with them to fix the situation. But all they could tell me is I would be waiting another 4-6 weeks for a reorder. They didn’t even offer any type of solution to all of the issues we have experienced since ordering. After that experience I was upset and wanted to file a complaint, after reaching out to management I was told they would contact me in 3-4 business days to hear my complaint. It’s a good thing we already had furniture and weren’t having to go with out because of their mess-ups.

I received an email about a sale on the table we have been wanting , we went to the mt vernon ashley outlet and they had it in stock , after talking with Jamie we discovered that it was not priced as in the email so After Jamie worked things out with her manager we were able to get it for the price advertised andcwe loaded it up and brought it home . It was simple to put it all together and in one evening it went from box to our dining room. It is very sturdy furniture and hopefully we will get years of use out of it .

I just want to share my experience that I had at Ashley’s Outlet furniture store in Mount Vernon, Il For about a month I had been looking for new living room furniture. I had been to several furniture stores in several different places only to be disappointed that I couldn’t find what I wanted. I came across Ashley outlet furniture store in Mount Vernon through my Facebook feed. I immediately reached out to them and they quickly responded back to me by answering all my questions and giving me prices. I drove to Mount Vernon to check out the furniture, and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the beautiful furniture that they had, but also very pleased with the customer service that I received by Jamie. This girl was completely professional but yet very personal and also gave me my personal space to look around which I greatly appreciated! There’s nothing worse than having somebody follow you around in a furniture store when you’re trying to make a decision.lol. Never purchase there again! Was charged $221. For protection warranty that I was NOT even told about or asked if I wanted! When I went back in ask sales clerk about the charge she told me EVERYONE gets that charged! But I didn't sign or Initial on my receipt! Clerk said, "don't worry you'll get your money back in 4 years!" My daughter ask on bf page about this and MtVernon's reply was I'd get INSTORE CREDIT! I DONT WANT INSTORE CREDIT! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

I recently had neck surgery and went into the store on Monday afternoon to find a reclining chair and needed it ASAP. Jaime help me find a chair but the soonest delivery was going to be Thursday. The store manager Jerry came over and heard why I needed it and offered to personally deliver it to me that night. He showed up with Blake and got my chair set up and ready to go. Thanks you all for your compassion and excellent customer service and going way above your job to help a customer!

Took me a month to get a pillow that I was told I would have in a week the lady I talked to was super nice and apologized and hated that it was happening because it made her look bad. Before this incident I ordered furniture and was told when I paid for delivery that they would take the old furniture with that price the day comes and they tell me I'm sorry we don't do that we will only take your mattress after talking with the owner and him telling I was lieing and everything pretty much a few weeks later I get a $200 gift certificate in the mail so I went to give them a second chance and use the gift certificates and the above incident happened. Probably will never shop there agian or send anyone I know.

I am over the moon about my new bed. Im so happy i decided to stop in to look at the mattresses at Ashley in Mt Vernon. thanks Aaja Bell for telling me to stop by and take a look before buying anywhere else Clint greeted us at the door Brian was called on board and the journey began. Brian is awesome, his salesmanship and knowledge of the product is outstanding He is truly an asset to this company. After going home knowing i wanted this bed, i called brian and set a time to come back for him to work his magic Well here I am 5/6/23 in the store lying on the display bed waiting to sign the contract with joy in my heart.This a major purchase for us and we deserve it A big THANK YOU TO BRIAN FOR MAKING IT WORK FOR ME :) :) :) P.S. Was in on Monday, picked out a new headboard and dresser for our bedroom, and a swivel recliner for our nursery. Cassie was our sales team member, she was helpful and friendly! We will be back the next time we need a new piece of furniture!
