I purchased replacement cushions from this store on 11/9/23. I have the receipt still. Orsered 3 cushions, received 2. Apparently the chaise cushion is too large to ship to my house, so it was supposed to go to the Romeoville warehouse. So now that it's almost March, I've had countless phone calls with customer service. Including customer service from Headquarters in Arcadia, WI. Well, HQ says they can't help because I purchased from an outlet store. So HQ can't even manage their own people or product. This store, the Naperville Store, won't help me. Every time I call, all I ever get as a response is that they will look into it and call me back. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. I went to the Romeoville warehouse because they have a customer pickup option. The lady at the desk doesn't even turn on her computer. I gave her my ticket number the Naperville store provided to me, and she laughs and says the number starts with 3 numbers and then is followed by a "B". So I pull up my receipt and show her an order number that starts with 3 numbers, followed by a "B". She squints at it and say "yeah, I don't know". Then calls the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager doesn't even come to the desk, just relays that the warehouse doesn't track order and that she'll have to go through every cushion, measure it to make sure it's the size I ordered, and make sure it's the right color. Seriously? Long short short, I ordered from Naperville, tried to pickup at Naperville and Romeoville, spoke with HQ, and still don't have my cushion which was already paid for. Why is this so difficult?
Maria was our sales person and was very nice and patient with us. She was great to work with.
Millisa at Ashley was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She spent a lot of time with us and made our purchase easy.
Michaelene, our salesperson, was fantastic. Very happy with the selection and our purchases.
Positive experience Excellent customer contact person Complicated data entry process Slow delivery Didn’t tell me about 30% discount…how do I acquire it?
Great service. Ask for Snoopy! He’s extremely patient, takes his time and explains everything in detail.
Melissa was wonderful to work with!! Going above and beyond with questions and concerns!
We were attended by Frank Alonso. As soon as we walked in he came to greet us and showed us what we were looking for and filled us in with their promotions. He was very professional and helpful about our furniture needs. We actually went there three times before we finalized our purchase. Please look for prices on their website before you go physically to the store and buy the furniture. In store prices are much higher than web prices. Do your research before you buy.
I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base from the Naperville Ashley Homestore. My experience dealing with Ashley Homestore representatives can only be described as a nightmare. They lack customer service and have poor delivery service. I confirmed with the sales representative from this store that the delivery people would not be from a third-party company, however, deliverymen from URLO (a third-party company) ended up delivering my mattress and adjustable base. I no longer had my bed & had already made accommodations for that specific day. WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO!?! The delivery men were reckless with my furniture and in the process damaged my hardwood floor. I attempted to resolve this issue with Ashley Homestore. If you must deal with Ashley Homestore’s customer service department, expect to get the RUN-AROUND. I attempted to communicate with the manager Bridget at the Ashley Homestore in Naperville, but was greeted several times with their phone system. When I was eventually able to get ahold of someone, they directed me to contact the customer service phone number which I already had tried. I was assured that Ashley Homestore would be able to assist me; however, over the span of two months and after several email communications, a Guest Response Team Agent had me restate my concern and resubmit photos for the fourth time. Ashley Homestore ultimately put the blame on their third-party service (URLO) and told me I would have to deal with them to resolve this issue. I don’t understand why Ashley Homestore wouldn’t provide some sort of resolution to this issue and have a customer JUMP THROUGH HOOPS to communicate with them. They are not customer service oriented and will PASS-THE-BUCK when it comes to dealing with customer issues or concerns!
