We were ready to purchase a couch and loveseat and extra chair and coffee table and end tables, I ask the sale person if they have free delivery she was so rude and no they don't. Don't go there.Fyi TV ad state free delivery.

I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0 stars. What kind of furniture store denies you return option after making same mistake twice?? They delivered the couch in severely beaten up condition.. that itself raises red flags. Then they delivered it again with stains on it. The quality is lacking in the newly bought furniture itself. We have zero trust in Ashley now. Combined with the bad experience with customer service who deny all your requests to return because “ you accepted it “ and there is no communication between delivery guys, store , warehouse so the customer doesn’t know what they are supposed to do .

I was in and out in less than a hour and bought literally everything and Ms. Palvi was a great help finding exactly what I needed. And at the end the Manager treated me with a surprise. I was very delighted with my purchase at this location.

I came yesterday to look at mattresses. Definitely wanted to be left alone because I hate being pressured into buying stuff!!!!! Of course the sales lady came to find us. She ran to grab pillows or something and came back in a tempurpedic t shirt. I was dying!!! Anyways she continued to follow me and pressure me into each mattress. I lost it when she kept trying to put me into a taco form and put the “massage” feature on their base. I told her multiple times I was not interested in these features. Anyways, we were trying to leave when she got on her little walkie talkie and called the “sleep expert” who appeared in a lab coat and wanted us to stay even longer to explain more things to us. The end result is we left and went to another store and bought a very expensive mattress with someone who did not pressure us and let us figure out what we wanted.

I given a higher star allowed. February/24 I bought a nice Sofa bed. It was totally destroyed at delivery. Even though I call right away at Naperville store , they denied me the right to return it (protection under manufacture warranty), allegedly because I was using financial from Synchrony Bank, my only option was exchange, after many months of waiting . They finally figured out how to do an exchange and delivered a less value , used , dirty and spring damaged sofa ,with not a chance to return or exchange , only the promise to order parts and reaching out to me for repairs. That never happened, Today, almost a year after . Synchrony Bank always refused to evaluate the situation ignoring my claims and Ashley Furniture acted dishonest and deceptive at all times , promising things just to get rid of me every time I reached out in person or over the phone. Be careful! They don’t even care about Bette Business Bureau, best practices.

Made the mistake of walking into this Ashley Store after swearing them off years ago bc their quality and customer service are terrible. Found a couch I liked. Not on sale. Wanted the loveseat too. No bundle disc. $4k if you want it. Oh but since it’s over 3900, free delivery and 0% interest. The manager comes over and tells me that they (Ashley Furn) have to pay the interest to the credit card company if I do 0% bc “nobody loans money for free” so that’s why nothing is on sale. Then he says I’m being mean by asking for a discount bc they are going to be out hundreds of dollars by paying my interest. That is NOT how that works lmao. So I start to walk out and the manager literally grabs the arm of our salesgirl (who was great btw) and says “let them walk out”. Guess they didn’t need my 4k today…or ever…it’s cool…other people sell couches.
