My daughter and I were very lucky the day we walked into the store and Llana helped us. Her knowledge of the furniture and her help with furnishing my daughters apartment was of the highest level. She was patient with our questions, so professional and helpful with the financing and setting up the delivery and just so kind. Ashley is very lucky to have Llana and I will recommend her to others!
I was looking for a black microfiber side chair. I decided to visit Ashley Homestore in Naperville. What a grate place to shop for furniture. I was greeted by Kyle, one of the Selling Sales Managers. What a pleasant experience. Kyle, along with other members of the Ashley Store team, worked together to find the black microfiber side chair I was looking for. It had been discontinued. Working together the team found that there was only one black microfiber chair left in stock. Kyle made arrangements to have that chair delivered to my home. I commend Kyle and each member of Ashley's management team that helped me get the chair that completed my existing living room set. If I was able to give negative stars I would. My son purchased furniture from the Naperville store. He was moving to Texas. He was sent an email on the morning of the delivery that his furniture would be delivered and he would be the third stop. He then received a call from the delivery man that he was there early. My son was still traveling from Chicago and he was 45 minutes away still. The delivery driver said he couldn’t wait. This was at 830am it is now 430pm and he still can’t get a response to when his furniture will be delivered. He had to go out and buy something to sleep on. The manager at the Naperville store didn’t do anything to help when I called several times. Frank Alonzo at the Naperville store was very rude and acted like it was our fault for missing the delivery. DO NOT BUY Anything from Ashley Homestore! They have no customer service and will not help you if you have an issue and they will not call you back!

I went to the store in May and spoke with Michalene Majestic who was my sales associate and is the store manager. I placed an order for a dining room table and a love seat. I paid $1,500 cash and the rest on a debit card. After going home and browsing the online website, I noticed that the cost of the items I purchased in store were more expensive than online. I also paid more for the “white glove delivery service” than what was offered online. I emailed her and asked why I was charged more for my in-store purchase and delivery if the items were cheaper online (a few hundred dollars cheaper than what I paid!!!). She told me that the cost for in-store purchase is different than what is offered online, and she could “give me a discount” but was not able to give it to me for the online price. I then canceled my order. I was told that a check would have to be mailed to me for the $1,500 cash payment. By June I had not received the refund check and continuously called and texted through their online chat. I was told numerous times that a manager would call me back to give me an update. I never received a call. I was told that the check was issued on three different occasions, yet I never received my refund. It has been FOUR MONTHS and I have NOT RECEIVED MY $1,500 REFUND. I went into the store on 9/7/23 and spoke with Kyle Lackner who is also a store manager. He told me he would speak with Michalene about refunding my money and they would call me back by 9/11/23. I still have not received a call back or my refund. This Naperville location is family owned and operated. The “managers” at this store take advantage of people, rip them off and don’t even follow up to resolve issues. I plan on filing a Notice of Dispute and taking them to arbitration to get my money back. If anyone has also experienced a similar situation, I highly recommend filing a Notice of Dispute against this company.
