Lauren N*****son was a delight to help me out today. We told her what we were looking for and walked us right over to the recliner! Exactly what I had pictured ! No high pressure what-so-ever and very professional. Even better, got a call with a scheduled delivery date already……two weeks earlier than what she told us!!! Very pleased with the service at this store! Lauren is a keeper!!!
The store had a lot of collection. Our salesperson Ulysses was very humble and good. You would not feel any pressure in buying only honest feedback about their products.

Nice collection of furniture to choose from.. We received excellent assistance from Melissa. When the piece we wanted to see from the online store was not currently on the floor, she was able to help us find another location which did and even contacted the manager there to notify them. She was also very thorough with explaining all the payment options and cost comparisons between sets and provided contact info to get help quickly if needed in the future.
Great experience. Not pressure me at all... if anything my husband negotiated a better deal! Would recommend out sales associate Melissa Albert as well. She didn’t pressure and was willing to help with negotiating

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION go to the Bolingbrook location instead!!! The sales people and the managers (at the Naperville 59th street location) are greedy and will not honor discounts unless you specifically ask for them. I was at the store on 59th street in Naperville, IL 05/23/2021 choosing furniture for three rooms. I made the selection with the expectation that I will receive the 30% Memorial Day discount at the end of my purchase. It turned out that the discount is based on the type of financing I will choose. For example, 48 months financing qualifies for 0% discount. To get a 25% discount I needed to pay cash or to choose 6 months payment plan. The 30% advertisement I was told is on selected items, so there essentially is no Memorial Day sale unless you are willing to pay cash. When I asked what the discount would be if I wanted to finance for 12 months, the sales lady Palvi told me I would have to pay full price. I had to pull out the sheet that they had given me with the advertisement and point it out to her that I should be getting 20% before she finally entered the discount into the spread sheet. The store manager Marc was totally unhelpful when I tried to request the advertised sales discounts. He informed us that there was nothing else he could do for us at all, which is poor customer service. He could have thrown in some free delivery or something and we would have been sold. He instead gave us a lecture on how things are in furniture right now. We ended up walking out. Looking online later on, I was additionally surprised to find out that the prices I was quoted at the store were so much higher than the online prices (almost 50% more!!). The sales lady contacted me the next day basically begging me to make a purchase with her so that she could get her commission. I thought that was completely unnecessary to say that to a customer. While she was very nice and helpful in the selection process, I think some additional sales training is needed for your staff. Anyways, after some back and forth she offered me 25% off for 1 year financing, which was a “special deal”. Well, the next day I went into the Bolingbrook store and saw this option on their advertisement that I was handed when I walked in. So I realized I had qualified for this all along. My experience at the Bolingbrook location was sooo much better. The sales girl was so friendly and helped me get a much better deal overall so I completed my purchase at that location! Sometimes, the little things help you satisfy your customers :) Wish I would have gone to Bolingbrook (Boughton rd.) first. 5 stars for Bolingbrook!!!
