I purchased a sectional sofa for our home a little over a year ago. At this time I signed up for an Ashley credit card which was incentivized to assist in the purchase, toting the 0% APR for one year. However, in this time span we received monthly e-statements (which I don't recall ever signing up for.) Each month I would receive an email stating the minimum balance would be paid on X date, however, nothing stating the balance due. I wasn't sure when the year was up and tried multiple times to access my account online. However, synchrony is set-up in order to recover your username or password the full account number must be provided. Without the physical credit card, I was never able to access the account. I never received a paper statement and did not have the full account number. Needless to say just a few days ago I found the physical credit card, was able to recover my account and to my surprise see that the year was up a few months ago and now I had ~29% interest for the year tacked on. Nearly $1200 on a $2100 something balance. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I could have paid the balance when it was due. No one at synchrony nor the store will help me. They say I had 30 days to dispute it. The issue is I didn't know it was placed on. I believe this is intentionally misleading. I am well aware this is how synchrony makes its money, and how Ashley ropes people into making large purchases. Make it impossible to access your account and never provide you with financial information that would make someone call to question. I can't fathom after the thousands we've spent through your store that nothing can be done to remove it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I am a Returning Customer and I always like their collections. Brought new furniture , they are yet to be delivered, so have to check them out for durability.
Excellent customer service at the Ashley furniture store in Naperville. They provide the information needed to make an informed decision. If you are looking for the best sales associate ask for Frank.
The delivery and assembly experience was very poor
Horrendous experience with Ashley call center customer service. I’ve spent hours on the phone with numerous representatives for a refund that has been approved for over 4 months, but hasn’t been released. The Naperville store was great, god help you if you have to deal with anyone else.
