Ordered bed online thought that it was more than a headboard but was not it turned out that it was just a headboard. Went to store and couldn't find the rest of the bed I wasn't happy 😒 find out ask questions before you buy.
False advertising, when you shop in store or online they tell you estimated delivery within 2-3 weeks or 4-6 weeks, it’s been 10 weeks since I ordered a bed and sectional sofa, still have not received my bed yet, while they said it would be 3-4 weeks, and for my sectional which was supposed to be 8-10 week, now estimated delivery is 18 weeks or could be longer. They only care to sell products but don’t even bother to check if they will have product available soon or not.
UPDATE - What started wonderfully, ended with a cancelled order. Their customer service - after the sale - is horrific. Scooby, who was wonderful during the sales process turned out to be inattentive and scatterbrained at best or a liar at worst after the sale. Cancelled the sale once because he was unable to remedy a problem. He called and knocked a grand off of the price. So I bought it again. Then at the time of delivery (which was 3 weeks later than we had hoped) he ordered the wrong items. So I gave him the chance to fix it. He didn't even acknowledge me. So I cancelled it again. Ironically, we were able to get the same bed, at the same price, with the same terms delivered within 48 hours from a competitior (Fattress Mirm). I do not recommend buying anything from Ashley. Instead, use them for educational purposes and buy elsewhere. We bought a tempurpedic mattress. We worked with “Scooby” and he was phenomenal. Thorough. Thoughtful. Informative. Not the least bit pushy. If you’re thinking of investing in your mattress, be sure to stop by and learn a bit from Scooby.
Completely lied to us, ordered couch June 4th, told us August latest. August came and went, reached out to sales person, customer service, called, emailed, no help. They have attempted 3 times to deliver individual parts of our sectional months apart after being told no, we want the whole sectional. Now we will be lucky if we even have a couch by Halloween. This place is a joke, and they do not care one bit once they get your sale. Not ONCE have a got a response on how this will be rectified, and the store has ignored my emails from customer service themselves. I get better customer service from Comcast, that should put this into perspective. I wish I never purchased here. Should have bought from Curly's in Dekalb, IL.
Spent 9500 on a sofa set was told it would be delivered in 2 months found out today my furniture is on back order and I should have it and I quote “ sometime next year” asked to cancel and was hung up on I’m going into the store now don’t waste your time as they cannot deliver furniture do to not having any
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I will never step into an Ashley Furniture store again! We purchased a bed months ago. We understood the delivery would take some time and were understanding about it. When delivery finally took place they kept not having all the needed parts and everything had to be taken back & delivery had to be rescheduled again! Twice this happened! We ended up canceling the entire order after the 2nd time as all trust & patience had been long gone!!
