Your knowledge of the way you sold us on the product we are going to be receiving, listening to our problems and handling the other 2 families, who knew that you were helping us with our problems on recliners. You are a great person and a great salesman, your manager and staff were helpful after you had to go finish helping out with the other families. We interacted at the Ashley store on Route 59, Naperville with Ms. Palvi Julka. Ms. Palvi was kind enough to spend time with me and my wife, taking us around the store showcasing different options (design, decor and price). We were very happy and satisfied with the outcome in terms of variety, design and Palki's patience as we went thru a multitude of options.

Initially a great experience in the store. We "loved" our couches so much we waited 3 months to get them.. Was sold the extra warranty because it would "cover any issues we might have and if not used we were guaranteed to get the money back". From the second we got the couches we had issues. The cushion covers were all fraying near the seams. Called the store and got the run around but eventually was able to get new cushions. Fast forward a couple months later we had issues again with the cushions fraying. Called again to complain and got the run around with customer service again and finally after a few calls of being told different stuff got new covers. And sure enough. ..it happened again. But now our couches were no longer being made--- "Surprise surprise" and were discontinued. Spoke to the company and once again got the run around. It's like they tried to get me to stop calling by giving me all different answers. Could not get people to help me out despite being told that the couches were discontinued and we could pick out new ones. Then we ended up moving but I continued to try to get them to keep their word and replace our couches. Now their excuse is it can't be done because we moved. Since then the feet of our couch broke and the wood frame on one of them broke also. I have continued to call the Naperville store with no help and keep getting the run around from their "customer service" who tells you something different every single time. And their resolution after everything was that they were going "to do nothing". I have continued to call for the past 4 months trying to get help. Spoke with manager who said I need to stop calling there and need to deal with their customer service only. Well, I want you guys to keep your word. These couches clearly had manufacturing issues-- we were told we would get replacements---if you can't coordinate that with our local Ashleys then we should be given a refund-- oh and on a side note that extra warranty that we were sold did nothing for any of our issues. Nothing. A complete waste of money. Where is my refund for that? Please stop wasting my time --keep your word --and refund or replace our couches. We have 2 Ashley stores nearby. Please help.
