Malika made our experience. We generally prefer sales people to leave us alone but Malika was able to strike the perfect balance of letting us browse but also providing service when we did need it. If Malika had not been our sales person i dont know that we wouldve purchased our sectional that day. Thanks Again! And we will be back because of her!

The sales rep did a good job in helping me find the furniture I wanted. Her manager pressured me into buying the protection plan after I told her NO several times.

We couldn't have had a more terrible experience. Not just with the store, but with the distribution center as well. It took 5 times for our furniture to be delivered. It was always one thing or another. So much miss communication with the store and the DC. The store would blame the DC & vice versa. To top it all off the delivery team was so incredibly rude! Tracking snow in and out our house. Any questions we had they seemed annoyed by. Left wrapping and boxes outside our door. Just a very horrible experience over all. We will seriously have to consider shopping here again because we were definitely not pleased at all.

Good quality furniture and sales people. However, when we got the furniture it didn't fit as well as we liked. We felt like a sectional would do better. Unfortunately they don't do returns at all (it's still unused with tags still on it.) I thought maybe they would but we would still have to pay for delivery. Admittedly partly our fault but disappointing they don't do returns at all.

I bought two recliners last month and from the first day it started to discolor and leave stains on shirts and pants , and now i am having a hard time to bring in the service to solve the defect and no one is giving me a clear answer on when they will show up, I know for sure that the store has nothing to do about it and i could say the staff is so kind and supportive , but the whole after sale service is truly frustrating !

Update:...getting no where with customer service, they said tried calling me on 1/8 and 1/9,,they lied,i have no missed calls, then said they would call 1/16, lied again, went into store and said i would hear back in 3 days, lied again. Imight change my rating once I see how this is handled. Had a TV stand delivered today that has all kinds of specks,paint,tar like substance all over the top surface. Went to pick one off which caused the finish to come up with it which left a scar. How does a mess like that even leave the warehouse without being inspected. That's just a few pics,,there's more.and one of legs has wear on it. And other leg still has assembled sticker on it. It should be an embarrassment to send something like that out and insulting that a customer would be OK with it.
