I visited the Ashley Naperville location on Route 59 just to get ideas for accessories, and I ended up having an incredible experience. I even mentioned upfront that I wasn’t looking to make a major purchase because I didn’t want to take away from anyone’s time or potential sales. Despite that, the team still provided top-tier service. Everyone was welcoming, confident, helpful, and never pushy. Reggie and the entire staff were phenomenal, and there was a young lady (I wish I remembered her name) who was especially attentive and kind. The whole team was personable and even made the experience fun. What stood out the most is that this is the first time I’ve been in a furniture store and didn’t feel judged or profiled. That meant a lot to me. I truly had a great time and will definitely be back!
