Purchased lamps on July 24th. Was told 2 weeks. Tried calling at the end of August and was told I had to wait. September, nothing. October, nothing. Finally arrived Nov 2. Product seems acceptable, but customer service was not

This is my families first large furniture purchase after buying our first home. We spent a lot of time going from furniture store to furniture store and sitting on the samples at stores (we were being really picky considering the price tag). We ended up purchasing a couch in store for delivery. We left thinking that we got a really good deal because the saleswoman took $1000 off the pricetag at the store. Later the next day we were sending a family member the link to the couch online and realized we could get it cheaper online (overall price, delivery and better financing months at 0% interest). We felt like we got scammed :( So I called the customer service line ready to cancel the order and got an amazzziingg woman, Maria Benjamin (I really really hope she hears this review because she 100% saved our sale). She understood immediately why we felt duped and not only met the price online, she knocked off the delivery price, extended our financing, and assured our upcoming delivery. I was in absolute awe of her customer service. She was kind, easy to chat with, so accommodating, and changed my whole vision on the company from when I called in the first place. I really hope she gets accolades for this review and her overall excellence of service because she is the reason I am writing this review! We look forward to the delivery of our couch in a couple weeks, hopefully no issues come up during delivery but we are optimistic considering how quick Ashley was to make it right for us when we had an issue the last time. Thanks again to Maria Benjamin, we were so so happy to have gotten you on the phone that day!

This has been the worst purchase experience of my life! .. delivery took forever.. and they delivered damaged, chopped furniture ! Never I again .. don’t buy here . It really sucks .

Never recommend anyone to buy from Ashley along with protection plan. Their protection plan is absolutely ridiculous and is of no use. Have been struggling for the past 3 months to get an inspection for my sofa with extend but was never successful. I neither got the refund for my protection plan as my product damage is not fixed but ended up wasting my time in follow-ups. I don’t want to give a star here but without it I am not able to put a comment as well. Added few videos and photos on the product quality..
