The entire staff was great and super welcoming. Ricardo didn’t push me into a sale and was super friendly throughout the whole process. The manager was able to help me with an error I made on my end when ordering. Can’t wait for the couch to get here, thanks guys!

The sales person was OK, the manager kind of pushy, but OK too. The furniture we bought is junk, I'll never buy from this chain again. Call center customer service people are nice (after long waiting time) but they solve anything, we tried to escalete and the supervisor who called back 2 times in odd timing, and left message with no contact info to call back. After only 3 months of use of an L shaped sofa is already all saggy on the seating foam pads. Is Just poor quality, plain and simple. They washed their hands by sending unsolicited foam replacement, which would be the same outcome since they do not assure is a better quality or foam type. Months waiting for a technician to come and assess the problem. This was the 2d chance for Ashley, we aquirered a sofa few years back, and I don't know why I gave them a second chance, I regret buying here. The previos purchase, a powered sectional did not last even the 2d year mark of normal use without a failing mechanism. Aslo, we bought this last time a TV stand which came with a broken shelve, is already 6 months, and they are not been able to deliver the replacement part yet. Avoid to all means buying here.

Biggest mistake I ever made in my life by buying bedroom set from this store. Bedroom set was delivered in October 2025 and there's is issue with the headboard ( I did notice this issue at the time of purchase and showed to my salesperson and she told me once it sits along the wall in the bedroom at your home then I will not have this issue so I trusted her) then I called my salesperson told her about the issue she told me she can't help me and I was provided number to call. The problem with this store is there is no live person you can talk to only way to communicate is texting. First technician came to look at it told me yes the headboard is shaking I will let the store knows few hours later after the technician left I got after visit summary email stating our technician found no issues with the headboard( different statement what tech told me). Second tech Chadley came and only thing he did took couple pictures and said yes its manufacturing defect they should have used nut and bolts instead of clamps and will let store know. Hour later he left again got after visit summary email saying our technician fixed the issue by fixing the mattress( He did not even touch anything except taking couple pictures) Third time they sent tech Chadley again rang the door bell and my wife opened the door and told him that let me call my husband he said that's ok and left without even going inside the house and then this time also I received after visit summary email saying tech was there at your house found no issue with the headboard ( I just can't believe technicians say something different when they are at customers home and tell something different whoever they report to and especially third time after after visit summary says tech found no issue even though he didn't even entered my home.

I would not recommend this store—even if the furniture were free—due to extremely poor customer service. I was assured a sofa was available, only to be told by the Romeoville warehouse that it was not. Despite this, the Naperville store sold it to me and scheduled delivery for December 26. Twice, on December 26 and December 30, I received messages saying the item was damaged and delivery was delayed. When I went to the store for answers, the manager, Chris, was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying he could not help. Customer service sent me back to the store, while the store refused to take responsibility. After weeks of follow-ups, I was told the sofa was no longer available, and then communication stopped entirely. The general manager, Wally, promised a callback but never followed through. My issue remains unresolved after significant time, effort, and frustration. The only helpful person was Melissa. Otherwise, this store shows little regard for its customers. Stay away. Stay away.

BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES THEY WON’T HELP. I had issues with my dining table and called them just after delivery. They refuse to return or exchange. They are friendly when trying to sell but when called afterwards they were super rude. Customer service also won’t help. I am recommending all family, friends and coworkers to stay away of Ashley.
