I stopped in to browse for furniture for my new house. The sales associate, Torrine, was helpful and not pushy at all. She even helped me finalize my order on her day off. Great experience at Ashley in Niles!
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They don't deserve even one star! I spent $5500 on a mattress and power base with "white glove delivery". Two people that delivered it could barely communicate in English. The legs for the powerbase were way too high for my bed. One delivery guy managed to explain that the store has shorter legs and I should let them know within 24 hours which I did. The store now refuses to do anything about it and sends me to a different company to buy parts from and arrange installation. There is no real person to talk to, everything is through messaging. Customer Service is absolutely atrocious. I'll be reporting them to BBB and checking legal options.
Ashley always has excellent customer service and the prices were reasonable with discounts of up to 50%. Thank you to the seller, Atiyah, because he helped me with all the details and application for Ashley’s credit card. Thank you very much.
