This was an amazing experience. I needed a couch that same day, so they pointed me to a few great clearance items that I could buy and take home that same day (mind you this was the only furniture store who offered me such an option as most furniture stores are just show rooms). They were so kind in the whole process and I can honestly say it was the most professional customer service that I have encountered in a very long time.

Excellent Customer Service! The representative at the Niles, IL store, Ricardo was very patient, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful! Working as a tight team with his manager they got me an excellent price on two mattresses in sizes full and a king for my 2 adorable kids! I highly recommend Ashley’s store for your furniture and mattress shopping needs! I will definitely go back for my new couch next spring! Extremely delightful shopping experience!😃

My family and I went into Ashley Furniture Store ( 8251 W Golf Road in Niles, IL) with just the intention of browsing to see if we saw any good sales. Turns out we ended up purchasing all of our furniture there, which says a lot because we had visited multiple furniture stores that day. What brought us back to Ashley Furniture was our sales representative Hadar Zusman who truly made our shopping experience an enjoyable one. She took the time to get to know us and our preferences and was dedicated to finding us our perfect furniture and mattresses. Not to mention Hadar is very well educated in what’s best for our bodies sleeping wise, and was really able to recommend us a mattress that accommodates each person in my family while also passing that knowledge to us. Her kindness and hospitality was so welcoming 10/10 recommend talking to her.

Horrible customer service. I visited the store earlier today in an attempt to resolve an ongoing issue with our dining table. Craig informed me that if he were to contact customer service on my behalf, his boss would be mad at him for being on the phone. I would think helping a customer would be celebrated. Craig was sarcastic and rude. He barely looked up from his computer during our interaction. We are extremely disappointed in the service at this store and in Ashley overall. My husband visited the store on 9/7 and spoke to Val. Customer concerns should be resolved without multiple trips to the store.

Your store delivered a moldy mattress to my senior citizen mother TWO MONTHS AGO. She’s visited the store many times trying to get issue resolved as well as called customer service 10+ times. No one is helping get it replaced or refunding her money. Terrible.

My customer service experience was negative. I bought a swivel rocker chair that turned out to have a defective mechanism. It took two months for the repair service to come. I understand it may have been due to the pandemic, but when the technician finally arrived, he did not take away the broken part for recycling. I called Ashley the next day, which was a month ago (Aug. 10, 2021). They said they’d get back to me with a scheduled recycling pick up. They never called me back. Today, 9/7/2021), I called again. The connection was so bad on their end that the customer service rep said he’d call me back. He did not. I called back myself and got a different customer rep. She said it was my responsibility to call the repair tech company for recycling. She said she doesn’t know if they will charge me for that. In addition, my initial in-store buying experience on a separate item, bought before the swivel rocker, was unpleasant. The lady at the service desk did not seem to care about my concern for a small missing part that was needed. It seemed as if she was doing me a favor just talking to me, and why was I bothering her. It’s not at all what customers expect when we are paying good money for furniture and delivery.
