When I'm gonna spend my hard-earned money the person I'm gonna spend it with better vibe with me. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk in the door, you get jumped by the sales person who's turn it next to take the next customer. I don't like that. It makes me feel very uncomfortable, especially if you don't care for that person. That's the main reason why the last time I was there a couple of weeks ago I didn't spend any money and ended up leaving.

This review is for the associate Ken at the Lincolnwood, IL location. He was extremely pleasant to work with. He was so polite and took care of with no issues. Now, as I stated earlier this 5 star review is for the associate himself because I cannot stand Ashley Furniture. They screwed me over one too many times and the only reason this transaction went as smoothly as it did was because I picked the furniture myself. I will say the assistant store manager, he's a short European guy, was very rude to Ken. Ken told me he was new to Ashley and he needed to ask some additional questions because he wasn't 100% on all the knowledge yet which is completely understandable and I didn't mind it but for some reason, that "manager" did. He had such a bad attitude and acted like he was above Ken as a human being, it was sickening. Older people need a job now a days then you get "managers" being dismissive to new employees with an attitude like they should know everything after the first day! Be nice to people and treat others the way you want to be treated. I learned that in pre school!

The specialist did an amazing job and helped us with every detail. The process was quick and she helped us find the right price.

I bought a great mattress at a very good price at Ashley Homestore in Niles! Ricardo, the salesperson, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Great guy ! I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I will only shop for mattresses or furniture at Ashley from now on. Highly recommended !!

Everything went as planned and smooth with the help we got and had an excellent experience.

The experience was overall very good for us because they were able to price match an offer we’d found elsewhere, so we left very happy that our sales associates were able to accommodate our request. The ordering process did take 30-45 minutes which was a lot longer than we would have expected to buy one sectional and an ottoman. Everyone was great and very helpful, especially Victoria & Sam, but it just took a long time to be in and out.

My order was processed incorrectly which resulted in the delay of getting my furniture for 3 weeks! Terrible system and for their error, sales or management could not do anything to expedite the delivery. after I explicitly gave them my time frame. Very disappointed. I ended up not having the furniture I needed for an important life celebration. I can't put into words my disappointment.

The delivery driver called Jesus they sent me to deliver my couches was disrespectful, and not professional. He didn't do his job properly by not attaching the couches properly. He was in a hurry the whole time and at point returned the couch to the truck because it didn't fit through the front door without attempting to use the back door until I said so and it worked. He left a mess in my house by not taking the pile of plastic and cartons for recycling. An absolute HORRIBLE experience. I usually buy my furniture from the roomplace and their delivery drivers were always professional. I wouldn't do business with Ashley again since i run the risk of dealing with such a delivery driver.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Torrine Hunter. Her knowledge and helpfulness made a tedious process pleasant and seamless.

Do not shop here. The worst by an experience I have ever had. Service was decent during the purchase. Terrible service after that. I still haven’t received my full order. They’ve delivered the wrong items twice. I’m told manager will call me. Has not happened. Hopefully when I return everything the process is smoother.

Wants to take away my right to self defend. Criminals will choose places were no one is allowed to carry a gun legally. I willraise my voice and vote with my money and go somewhere else to buy my furniture.

Very dis-satisfied with not just this location but with all the Ashley locations. Their post sales service is pathetic, they don't care about the customer once the sales has been made. Bought a mattress, foundation and bed frame from this location (via Mr Ricardo) and there was an error in the sales receipt, they shipped me a High Profile Foundation instead of a Low Profile one which I asked for. Upon delivery, I called up Store, they asked me to talk to Customer Service and Customer Service tells me that there is no error in sales, this is what you asked for and we have confirmed with the store. No exchange or returns will be made. I am clueless that if there is an error in sales, why would customer has to suffer. This is not just bad but Ashley has set a wrong precedence is sales and service. I have had a similar experience on them charging more on sales receipt than what they committed in store and when I called them back, they said it is what it is and never adjusted the amount. Ashley is tricking customers and this is very disturbing. Pls avoid going to Ashley.

Tourine was such a fun salesperson to work with. She listened to my needs, wants, and budget. I ended up picking out the perfect couch for me and she was a huge part of that.

We went into Ashley and fell in love with this one couch. Jo was super helpful setting up delivery and was so nice to work with. We realized the couch would be too big when we got home and it was. Called Jo and explained everything and went in the next day and had such a speedy process to cancel/purchase. Can’t wait to get our furniture!

Quality alright, service decent but thinking about it all right now not very impressed. Should’ve gone with another company and pending if that is what I should do. Delivery should have been waived, insurance discounted since they are saying this is what they pride themselves on and more than 2 pillows could have been thrown in like an ottoman. Will have to review overall.

I got a BUFFET from this store and shipped to my home. There was no scratch on item when I bought ( seller confirmed it too) when I got the item there was a scratch on down pice!! I called before accepting and customer service told me they will send someone to fix it! And also scheduled a service for it! No body came in and tried to call 3 times and they told me someone will call you in 24h!!! After 20 day calling I got no response! This is the way Ashley is doing! I am not happy with businesses! Hope you will decide before buying from this store!!!

A little bit upset with Ashley furniture. We asked for a delivery on a Thursday evening. But they decided to deliver the couch and chair on Wednesday morning when we were at work.

I had a wonderful experience at this store from Niles. They had variety of options when it comes the furniture and i did find what i was looking for. I have not received my furniture yet because they ran out of the furniture i was looking for, so hoping to receive it very soon.

Jo was extremely helpful! The sofa we came in to see was not on the showroom floor, so she showed us other comparable options. When we fell in love with one but found out the style was recently discontinued, Jo offered to sell us the showroom sample off the floor for a nice discount! Will purchase from this location again.

We had a very pleasant experience at Ashley in Niles. Our salesperson was Danny and he was very informative, funny and helpful. He was very patient with us leaving us to try all the different loveseats until we found the right one for our needs. He was also able to secure delivery in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and this showroom if you’re looking for affordable furniture with good quality.

Salesperson was wonderful. However, it was down hill from there. Furniture was in stock at time of purchase. Scheduled delivery. I received call it will be 3 weeks later. No live customer rep to be located. Sat on hold for 15 minutes to be disconnected. Said I could live chat, rep asked to verify information and then not another word. I would not shop here again.

Working with Jo was wonderful. We are so happy with our purchase and can't wait for it to arrive.

After they deliver that furniture, it took me four months to reach a manager and it was assistant manager that said couldn’t do anything about it , he gave me customer service said , they couldn’t do anything about it. Beware shopping at the store once they get your money, they don’t want deal with anything else. Furniture is defected, delivery is bad!!!! $1,400 down the drain.

Terrible. Received delivery today for the couch. Wooden frame is broken. Can't speak with anyone in store, have to call a customer service number who has to open a claim, etc., etc. Seriously, spend a few extra bucks and get good quality furniture from companies that will honor their products.

We had a good experience buying a bed and mattress from Taj. Although he assured us the delivery guys could take both our current mattress and box spring, they would only take one. He made it right with us by sending a separate truck a couple days later to get the box spring. The only reason our experience wasn’t five stars was because of Ashley’s mattress expert who tried to sell us a $5,000 high end mattress without even asking us any questions about what we were looking for before lunching into her endless pitch. We finally got out of being cornered by her, but were so put off that we almost left without finishing our bed purchase. Clearly, she does not know how to “read the room” (her customers). Taj found us something we could afford.

This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. First us walking in there, nobody greeted us after clearly making eye contact. They were too busy being on their phone or conversing amongst themselves. After a good 20-30 mins a salesperson came up to us and finally greeted us. Her name was Jo and she was by far the worst of them all. We were set on two bed frames we wanted and she did help us decide which would be best but after us stating we were looking into as well a chess dresser she then gave up on giving us the best deals and what we were looking for. After I told her I wanted to look at the clearance section she stated there was only one item on clearance. After I looked around I seen way more items on clearance that could have been a potential chess dresser that we could have walked out with . She pitched us the highest chess dresser instead of actually getting something that was going to be worth the money and material. She lacked in actually wanting us to leave with a good experience. She was all about making the $$ instead of actually meeting your needs. I do not recommend this place nor her as your sales person. After we made a purchase we then stated how nobody greeted us and how the experience was horrible. The manager first didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and made the issue about not giving us any deals which that wasn’t what we were not upset about. We were willing to buy more stuff but nobody was giving initiative to actually help us and get us a deal with a bundle being bought. Then Jo wanted to argue with my partner and make excuses for her and her coworkers about not greeting and giving a good experience without being apologetic about it. My partner works in sales and regardless of the matter you are always suppose to greet and make the costumer happy and want to come back. They did not at all and to save your guys time do not go to this store. They are lazy and just want to make their money pitching you the highest items there without actually caring on what you are looking for or an alternative and giving a good deal. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for a coffee table and was told it would be delivered the week of Feb 26th which was about a week and 1/2 after I had ordered. I then received an email regarding my delivery date and I called to ask a question about it and found out at the call that the table was on back order and it wouldn’t be in the warehouse to deliver no earlier than march 2nd. What was annoying about that is I never got a phone call stating my table was on back order, I only found out about it when I called to inquire about delivery. I feel like the service is always a little lack luster at Ashley.. this is my second purchase and have had an issue both times regarding service.

I came in today for the Cariton coffee table because I was having trouble ordering it online. Victoria V. came over to help get everything taken care of and was the sweetest person. I also looked at the Johnelle and she helped me make a decision between the two. She didn’t push the more expensive table on me either just to make the sale. She looked at the online price as well as in-store discounts and made sure I got the best deal. She is amazing and you should definitely consider shopping with her when you come.

Went to buy a new bedrrom set and ended up getting the Tempurpedic mattress and a modern bedrrom set. Victoria Venetsanakos is the BEST reason to shop Ashley Homestore! My wife and I went in looking for 2 sleeper sofas for our living room and guest room, and Victoria not only took her time to explain the store (our first time ever there) but was patient, no pressure, and delightful to work with. She asked the right questions and explained how the furniture was constructed, and how delivery worked, and we made our purchases that night without going anywhere else! We found exactly what we needed for both rooms, in the right sales... and Victoria was a big part of that. We will definitely go back and see Victoria for any other furniture needs as she was by far the best salesperson we've worked with in a homes furnishings store and she's a credit to Ashley!

Don’t buy from this place! Once they take your money the customer service is gone. Victoria messed up the order, I have the wrong corner for about a month now, she finally did the exchange but the delivery date that I told her it’s not gonna work was never changed. Hopefully I’ll have the couch that I ordered in the next month..

Please don’t buy anything from there. They send you bad products after getting our money. Then we have to call the customer service and the service they are giving is ridiculous. I purchase a brand new bed and mattress. Bed have a crack on the first day and the mattress didn’t opened up well and store told to wait for 72hrs and after that also same condition. Need to call the customer service everytime and explain the entire story to each agent because they don’t follow up our calls. Best place, got to IKEA or any other furniture store.

I suppose to recieve my products yesterday the 12th Unfortunately I received the items missing 2 although I made sure to receive all items at once ,and the one item was broke,so they take the whole bed back ,and they told me I will have it before the weekend(today is Thursday )and in the morning I recieved a txt msg saying the items will be delivered next week on Wednesday.I called to tell them that I’m leaving on the weekend and I need my stuff before the weekend and they said they don’t have it and it can be delivered before Wednesday. Then I said why I paid $500 for shipping and installment. You need to refund me the $500. Because I was told I will receive all the items at once, and it didn’t happen so they didn’t fulfill the agreement. And they denied to cancel the shipment although it’s their mistake and they have to take responsibility. Now I am taking all of my stuff back and I’m throwing it in the front of the store and I will document that with video

This store is awful. Bought furniture in mid November. Still waiting. Was told would be here by Dec 5th.now got a text saying it would not be here until Dec 26th. That is over a month waiting for furniture. They will lie to just get a sale. Will never shop here again. Texted the salesperson numerous times and can’t get an answer from him either. I am so frustrated. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group of people. Still dealing with this company. Told me furniture would be coming on the 20th now pushed back again to the 26th. Will NEVER buy from them again and telling everyone I know not to either.

This is an update on my original review. I ordered a 5 piece sectional and ottoman. They delivered 4 pieces of the sectional and one was damaged. They then called me to have the 4th piece redelivered and when I asked them when the 5th piece would be delivered, she came back on the line after 30 minutes and informed me that the middle of the couch, the wedge, has been discontinued. I then went back to the store to ask what the deal was and they were surprised. No one called me to tell me. So they arranged for a pick up that took over 3 weeks to come. So I had part of a couch just sitting in my house for 3 weeks. It then took over 2 weeks to get a refund and when I got the refund, they still had charged me over $700. I guess it was for the shipping but now I have to waste more of my time fighting to get a full refund even though none of this was my fault. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them.

Victoria was awesome! Easy to work with, showed us all our options within our price range and helped us choose what we ended up buying. She wasn’t pushing us or overwhelming but helped guide us! We’ll be back for the full set I’m sure 😊

The sales person (Omar) was great. Unfortunately, my dining set and chairs arrived damaged. I’m still trying to get this rectified and have been unsuccessful in reaching someone to fix this.

How many times have you seen it before? The salesman polite, very polite when making the Sale. Then you make a purchase and have an issue; in my case requesting a refund a few days or so after making the purchase. The purchase made on 11/15/2023, asked for the refund on 11/20/2023 The item purchased was not delivered and no delivery date even set up. I called the salesman on his cell phone to cancel the order. He told me that I wasted 3 hours of his time, that he has a family to feed. And on and on. I had to cancel the purchase because of a health concern. This was explained as well to the salesman, he did not care at all about that. In fact, he once again, rambled on about how I wasted 3 hours of his time, etc. He was RUDE, ARROGANT and PATHETIC. Now, will be the battle to get my refund. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ashley made the purchase worth it by getting the damages taken care of. I love my stuff.

We came to the store on Saturday with the intent of browsing a sectional sofa, Danny immediately greeted us just when we entered. He was friendly, and very patient. Danny has a good visualization of what we need, suggesting what is best to have of which we ended up getting 3 items instead of just the sectional sofa. Trusting him to be our guide in buying we wanted was pleasant and worthwhile! We will surely come back to the Ashley Niles and look for Danny in our next visit.

No customer service after the sale to speak of. Cancelled an order and they did not refund my full purchase amount. $59 Short. In addition, they claim they are nothing to do with the online business but its the same Name and was delivered the same day as my in store purchase. No way to get a refund on damaged merchandise and out of spec merchandise than to dispute charges on Credit Card. I can't belive this place is still in business. Would avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! My Boss purchased a power lift recliner and we tried to return it because it was to small & not comfortable. His feet are hanging over the edge! They refused. They said they do not do returns. So once you buy something from them you are stuck with it. I think this is wrong. So in my opinion DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I’m quoting this right here from their own paperwork. on page 4 it says we are here to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. On page 5 It states we are dedicate to providing exceptional service for all guests this is false in a very big way. They do not care about any of the customers all they’re trying to do is take your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Updated: Still waiting on parts that were rejected because they had mold on them.... still waiting on customer service to get back to me. It's been 2 weeks of sleeping on the floor and they keep pushing me off. They also delivered the wrong color ottoman,( confirmed this with the store) They now tell me that they will not fix this and that im stuck.Their phones don't work, they had a nationwide outtage for weeks. You can't get a human on the phone. The delivery people and warehouse are rude and they will brush you off. They are now being aggressive and angry. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I bought a sofa set and Andy was very helpful. He gave me space to test coaches and chairs. He helped me find the best discounts which have me confidence when it came time to pay. He even helped me load one of the sofas that was out of stock and we had to get the display unit. I broke a lamp accidentally, while carrying the coach out and they were nice and told me not to worry about it. I will be back.

We had a really bad experience at Ashley Furniture @ Golf Rd in Niles. On the get go a female salesperson approached us and said "you are in luck as we are offering 4th of July 25% discount early". We were looking for an item that I found online, the 1st female salesperson kept showing a diff item and made me feel I was making up my story, she then said "you can keep looking for the mattress over there" and left us. When I finally found the correct item, I decided to look for another salesperson since I felt the first one was not very helpful - which was a big mistake! the second one was way worse! She immediately put my information in their system, found the item I was looking for and asked for my card. As a customer, I've asked her "Is there a 25% discount offered on this item?" SHe looked at me mockingly and said this is already discounted. I responded to her by saying _ I am jst asking as the first salesperson mentioned Ashley has 4th of July discount and I added that I do not appreciate the way she responded to me in a demeaning way, i said this calmly and softly as I was seating next to her. This salesperson is something else - as she responded "I AM OFFENDED BECAUSE YOU WERE ASKING ME ABOUT THE DISCOUNT, AND I DID EVERYTHING FOR YOU." For your information - First, as a salesperson you should have the decency to provide information such as promos, discounts, bundles, etc to EVERY CUSTOMER. A Customer asking this question is not an ATTACK to you but a LEGIT question from a customer to make a little bit of savings during these hard times. 2. All you did was put my information in your ipad - this is your role to ensure a merchandise is ordered through your system. 3. Lastly, value every customer - you are in the kind of business where service goes a long way. The way you treated me and my family was unacceptable and if you keep doing that to every customer - your store will eventually close.

Very bad service, I bought a couch at the end of February, the couch was defective, they said they will send a technician to fix it the same week, 4 months passed by until they sent one, I had to make 100 calls to fight with them, finally the technician came to fix it, he said he can't do anything about it and they will give me a new couch and someone will call me to schedule the delivery for the new couch. Well guess what, it passed almost 2 weeks, no one has reached out, and now they have system problems they can't see anything in the system or after you get someone on the phone and get to tell your problem they put you on mute and that's how they fix the problem. Worst experience ever. Don't ever buy from them!!!

I came in looking to potentially purchase a dresser. Victoria answered all my questions. Came back the next day after emailing her I’d made a decision. She made sure to price match what was listed online as it was cheaper than in store which I appreciated. Chose to have it delivered and assembled for me much cheaper than expected. I’m overall pleased with my experience at this location, Can’t wait for my new dresser to arrive!

Stay away from this place!!! My parents ordered a bed/mattress with base at the end of May. They were guaranteed a delivery on June 2nd. The delivery came with wrong base. The second time they came with wrong product aswell. Their order has still not come to their house almost two weeks after the promised date. They have called the store, and have to deal with so much attitude after sending the wrong product twice. When they went to the store yesterday, the manager told them to call back today when the sales person is there. Why can't a manager not solve this issue. WHY DO THEy need to call back the salesperson. They have been saying their system has been down. How can a system be down for this long. They have not done anything from their part to rectify this issue. It is so hard on customers if they cannot keep their end of the promise,.

Do not purchase anything from this store until their phone systems are back up otherwise you will have a very frustrating experience. We had a good in-store experience, and found what we were looking for at a fair price. However, they said that their phones/systems were down, and now we have no way to contact anyone. We are trying to schedule our delivery but there is no way to do so. Our credit card was already charged, but no one has reached out to assist in scheduling. If systems are down, then employees should be reaching out to clients who made a purchase to give updates or see if they are ready to schedule the delivery.

I was highly welcomed at Ashly furniture with a team member offering to assist me. The manager was very kind and helped facilitate the process by explaining and showing us how to work the drawers of the dresser. It was closing hour, but we were treated as if there was nothing to rush about. Our purchases were all completed and with a discount on the furnitures. We were the last to leave the store, walked outside by the manager. I would refer a friend to this place in a heartbeat and I am still to go back for more funitures.

Bad service manager bad attitude,

Victoria was amazing! We came in exhausted from looking at a ton of different furniture stores, and she was so patient and positive. The size we needed felt impossible to find, but she was determined to find us something we’d love. We are thrilled with the purchase and will be back to ask for Victoria’s assistance again :)

Be aware this store or this company in general has no return or exchange policy ,even if you receive a defect product. My dining table set came scratched I spoke to the customer services rep made a claim the same day it was delivered and notified them that I received a defected items and they sent someone who said it’s a customer fault and refused to exchanged it how it’s my fault if I reported the same day. Please NEVER SHOP there.

5/17/23. I had a terrible experience with this store. I am updating my review. The sales associate, Danny D, put in the wrong information for our furniture order and as a result we received the wrong items. When we confronted him, he refused to take responsibility for his mistake. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this store and advise others to shop elsewhere. We have been waiting for a response back from customer service for about a week now with no response.

Danny was super helpful and was able to help us get just the right couch for us! I will definitely come back here for future furniture needs

I went to Ashley's store in Niles. My salesperson Andy Moreno was excellent. He helped me choose a great mattress and sofa sectional. Also helped me find 3 piece table arrangement that looks great with the sectional along with a accent cabinet. They all look great together. Andy was very informative and professional with a great personality. I recommend this store very highly!

Ashley furniture is the worst furniture store I have done business with .. I bought my sectional from this store.. my furniture was delivered on December 15, 2022.. My stuff came completely broken, mind you it has been 4 months and this Ashley company refuse to replace the damaged product.. Their customer services is even worse.. I have gone to the store, spoken to the very own top Customer Service Manager .., NO SOLUTION!! None.. no return calls no tech no parts .. nothing!! I am sitting on broken products.. And I can’t get nothing resolved.. Please my dear public DO NOT THROW YOUR HARD EARN MONEY WITH SCUM BAGS!!!

Showed up to Ashley Furniture & Home store with hopes of finding our first (new) sofa and chaise for our apartment and home, and we did! Our overall experience---the customer service, plenty of options in the showroom, price adjustments, and quality of products---exceeded our expectations. Specifically, our representative (Andy) who assisted us from the beginning of our search to the end of closing a final sale was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful at getting us the best price, finding a product for our personal needs, and getting our order delivered to us 72 hours later. Marcos, and his team, delivered our product earlier than anticipated and provided great communication throughout the delivery process and during set-up, remaining accessible for me to ask questions along the way. I would recommend this experience and staff, both in store and on the delivery team, to any individual or family looking to find their next home product.

This place has the opposite of pushy sales people. I could barely get anybody to help me. This went on for about 30 minutes. And then, when I was seen to, I was told’ give me five minutes’ and then they never came back. Beyond ridiculous.

Save your time and energy and go somewhere else. My sister was sweet enough to buy me a rocker recliner from here as a gift after I had a baby. But the recliner didn't recline after we set it up. I called them about it and they said someone would come to fix it on a Saturday but no one showed up. I even called to confirm Saturday morning and was ensured someone told come. I called back the next day and they said that the first agent I spoke with must have been mistaken because they don't work on Saturdays. After that, I had to call 5-6 times (with a newborn baby!) before they scheduled someone else. When the technician finally came, he just confirmed that the recliner wasn't working and it needed a new part. He said he had to order it and then have someone else come to fix it. After a week or so, I hadn't heard anything so I called. No surprise - they hadn't ordered the part yet and no one was scheduled to come. They said that it will take 7 to 10 business days for the part to come and then I have to call back to schedule a technician. I'm still waiting for it to get fixed. It's been over a month since I got this chair and still haven't been able to use it. Worst customer service ever - I'm never ordering from here again.

Attention whoever wants buy furniture from this store!!! I had the worst experience, I bought furniture from this store my salesman Atieh Ibrahim. He was very pushy wanted to make us sale he trick us to buy a furniture he never explained the exchange and return policy. We bought sectional furniture when they delivered, it was too big for our apartment, the right arm chair was broken and there was no space for Ottoman I asked the delivery guy to return it and I wanted to exchange it with something smaller, the delivery guy said I’ll take ottoman and the broken right arm chair, the rest you have 72 hours to return or exchange but first I should call the service representative, so I call them and made a ticket they said someone will call me in 24 to 48 hours, after I received a call service representative said it’s up to the store if the accept it or not. So I went to the store I explained Nigel Hengle the manger and also the salesman Atieh Ibraham, they suggested me to wait for other mangers decisions after few days I call them and they said we’re sorry we can’t accept it. Now I stuck with this furniture I can’t do nothing about it. Maybe you will be the next victim help the community by not buying anything from this store.

Terrible service. It’s been over a month and 4 different deliveries and I still have not received all of the pieces for my bed delivery

We only had this sofa for 3 weeks before it broke in 2 places. We've called several times over the past 11 days and are still awaiting a call from service just to schedule a visit from with a technician and they don't take returns unless you ordered online. And I see that there was a reply from the store so we did follow up via email and Facebook Messenger and phone. We were told we'd hear from a technician on 4/10 but here we are at 4/15 with no response yet

Customer service is very bad! I’ve bought a furniture from another store where stuff was really polite.

Terrible delivery service. Ordered two beds both came with missing and broken pieces. Trying to schedule a delivery time to receive the missing parts is a nightmare. The photos are after the 3rd delivery attempt. Update: i am now being told a third party technician will need to come and inspect the bed and decide if my parts need to be replaced, for a brand new bed still missing parts…. Another partial delivery and still missing pieces for the bed. It has been over a month and we still don’t have a safe bed. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY!!!!!!!!

Ashley has the worst customer service I ever encountered. I had an issue that was dragged by the customer service representatives until it could not be resolved. Great place but a little pricey

We love Ashley home furniture store in Niles they are very friendly and Specialy Danny he help us for our every purchase.

We were immediately greeted by Atieh but not hounded when we said we were just looking around. I appreciated that. We went around the store a few times. Good selections. Great Presidents Day sale. We spent less than 4K for 2 sofas+ottoman and a bedroom set. Once we were ready to talk to the rep that greeted us he answered all of our questions and concerns. Made sure we walked out of there with a price we can wrap our head around. Thankfully our items were not backlogged and we got our first requested shipping date which less than 2 weeks from our buy date which was perfect for us.

Ordered a couch in person and set a delivery date of two weeks from the time of the sale. The delivery date comes and goes with no delivery. I call customer service and they told me that the salesman shouldn't have set a date because my couch wouldn't be available until a week after the date he set. If they try to set a delivery date when you order something, don't even bother. It's just a lie.

I bought king bed from Niles showroom ...the worst ever experience so far. I am still struggling get my faulty part fixed. They don't bother for customer. Product has an issue and they are least bother to keep customer updated for any delays. The new parts are lying all over my house for last one month and I have been calling the customer service for fixing it but they are not bothered about it. Ashley is too big to value their customer who has made them so big.

The delivery guys have came over 5 times with the same problems. The furniture is unwrapped covered with a blanket even though their is a note from us saying we want brand new furniture in the box unopened. The delivery guy even said the furniture is used. Are you kidding me!? This whole process started 3 months ago and is till on going. We have half of our furniture and half is still who knows where. Save your troubles. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I didn’t even want to give them one star. They delivered a table that was obviously a return because it was damaged. I called the customer service ( they work from home) he asked me to send pictures which I did and he never followed through with the exchange. Ashley says so sad too bad! They said they would not even give me a credit for the damaged table. Acted like I was overreacting. Please don’t do business with ASHLEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

When I purchased a piece of furniture ($2449!!!) I ask about return policy since I wasn’t sure it this piece would fit within the frame it supposed to be placed in, I was told that I can call within 3 days after delivery to return it if it didn't fit. I called the store on delivery date and told them that this piece of furniture didn’t fit within the frame. I was told only then that there is no return policy and that I just have to accept it. The store manager was very rude and didn't care to help and I feel that I was scammed. Be aware! I will never shop in this store again!…

They were supposed to deliver my stuff on December 14, they did not, i didn't even get a phone call. Finally4 day later i got a phone call saying they rescheduled my delivery for the 21, but 2 days later they rescheduled again until the 28, what a joke.

Only TV stand is assembled from the store and rest of its parts were unassembled. The sell-person told Ashley will come and assembled therefore I paid. Only middle portion of TV stand was assembled from there because the bottom part have lots of holes 🕳 and damage. I requested them instant That take it back. They deducted money before the delivery. I sent photos on 15th of December and I went to the store and show the manger D and she gave me a number I called on 20th of December she asked me to send the photos so I sent again. I always got the reply that someone will call you back within 24 hours. I never get any call and hear back.............every Sunday go to store. We met the store manage this Monday on 2nd January 2023 and she said she will figure out very soon and convinced to come next Monday . Yesterday on 3rd of January, we opened the boxes and fixed furniture. At store sale-person showed and we paid for piers with doors. And we got piers with open shelves with lots sandstones, just like book-shelf. I feel 😪

My mom has been a very loyal customer for a long time and I am not happy that certain things she had requested during the sale were ignored but what drove me to take time to write a review was that when I called the store to resolve any issues every manager was busy , and when promised someone would call back day after day. They didn’t. They clearly do not take customers seriously.

Everything went fine. Expecting the table delivery in a few weeks.

As many people said in review, their customer service after purchase is terrible. No one (SA at store, call center, email) takes responsibility. We purchased sofa in July. After 2 months waiting, it delivered broken. We contacted SA at store, call center and email multiple times, however no one get back to us properly.

We needed a new bed. Not a mattress, just the surface upon which to put a mattress. The bad: -They have almost nothing in-store. We were actually looking for multiple things and ended up buying elsewhere because Ashley had like 6 beige couches and a few leather sectionals and that was basically it. Anything even vaguely interesting was online only, and on no planet am I buying a large piece of furniture online, sight unseen. Not even fabric swatches so you can see what the color options are. -One sales person told us the warranty would cover poor construction (our last bed was less than 3 years old and the center frames had all broken) and the next sales person said no, the warranty basically only covers if you spill nail polish on the bed (his example). So we were sold on a warranty that we then learned would not be effective. -We said we were keeping our mattress, but that's all we had from our previous bed. We were not told we needed to buy anything else. -It took almost 5 months for our bed to arrive, during which time I heard from Ashley a whopping twice with updates on what was happening. -It was $870 for a queen sized bed frame. No bells or whistles, literally just the frame. -When it was delivered, we learned we needed a box spring, a thing I have not needed in 15 years, because this almost $900 purchase had literally no where to actually put the mattress. We were not told this at purchase, despite informing our salesperson we only had a mattress. There's no central support on this bed frame, so I am not optimistic about it's survival. The intense chemical smell coming off of it has not dissipated yet. The good: The people who delivered were communicative, quick, and thorough. They cleaned up all of the boxes and packing materials, and even gave me suggestions where to quickly get some sort of box spring or platform to put my mattress on so we have somewhere to sleep tonight. Just delivery? 5 stars, great work, super happy. The sales department? 0 stars Customer service? 0 stars The furniture? I'll give it 2 stars. The smell is pretty off putting and we have to buy an entire central bed frame to support the mattress (unless box springs start floating in midair, there's nothing to hold it up) so functionally we spent $900 on a headboard made of MDF. I am SUPREMELY bothered, and if I had the ability to return this thing and get my money back, I would. The best I can do is strongly encourage others to buy elsewhere.

TERRIBLE. I'd you want to pay a good amount of money for furniture that will not show up to your house on the estimated time go to Ashley. It is ridiculous the amount of times the delivery times are changed and Ashley doesn't take absolutely any responsibility. I got a piece supposed to be delivered 6 months from purchase day. And I was ok with it. Close to the 6 month, I call and it was re scheduled for about 3 months more, one month after being re scheduled for the first the time, it was extended again few more months. In total, over a year wait for a piece was supposed to be delivered in 6 months. The store refused to give me back my money although the contract say money reimbursement is case to case review, and you need to cancel 3 days prior delivery day. My delivery day was about 6 months from the day I requested my money back as they keep postponing it. Not my fault and they blanty refused to give my money back! Anyway, they refused to give me my money back, changed my order for another piece that was available immediately and it was delivered the next week. It was not the one I wanted and ultimately need to expend more money in a box spring... It was a terrible and stressful experience. I do not recommend Ashley to anyone that needs furniture. It is also very overpriced. Getting furniture should be a happy experience. This store will kill the happy memory.

What an enjoyable experience. Sales person Danny Dajani greeted me and inquired what I was looking for. Then he allowed be to look around without crowding me. He would spot check with me intermittently and answer questions and explain prices. We had a very enjoyable conversation while completing paperwork. Customer service is the worst. It is very difficult to get through the 800#. If you have an issue after the delivery due to the installers fault, it will take months to get someone to help you. Their customer service and deliver/installers are outsourced. If you are outsourcing, hold them accountable or actaully try to help your customers. We do not recommend to anyone. Do not reply to call or text we have.

I bought all my furniture here at this Ashley Furniture and it has been a disappointment to say the least. First, the sales person convinced us and raved about the Storm pillows and we bought two of them. They started to go flat and kind of flimsy already and we just bought them in April. Then, she suggested we buy a $200 mattress cover for our Tempur Pedic that's water proof and supposed to collect all this sweat and what not that could be damaging for our mattress. IT IS NOT WATERPROOF. We have a 9 month old baby and a cat. so we decided to buy all these things to protect our $5k mattress and have a more restful night's sleep. Well, urine got on the mattress cover and soaked through it on to the mattress. I tried to clean it but was not successful. My fiance is undergoing chemotherapy, so he cannot inhale these types of smells. We paid over $11k on our furniture and we only have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I don't know why she wouldn't have added the extended warranty for things like this. The living room couch cushions constantly move and I have to push them in. The dining room table looks so beta up with uneven panels. I figured it was just that kind of look, but crumbs go in the creases and it's so annoying to clean. Nothing is up to par really. It looks nice and all, but just not IT, you know? Like I said earlier, we bough all our stuff in April. We are now in November.

I had very Pathetic experience don't recommend this place their attitude bad once you buy after that they don't listen you you have to talk customer service on phone take ages to connect. 4 months ago I bought children furniture & a bench worth $1200 & they delivered one item damaged worth $86 they didn't return I opened the item saw crack so I didn't open take it to store said we don't do return here call customer service send pics nothing happened after I left that item to the store Manager said you can't leave item here I said I buy from here & I leave here no refund & exchange noone contacted . Even though I bought dinning before.

Furniture late delivery dates changed items delivered week later order not completed damaged piece have to wait another 2 weeks just bunch of lying people can’t call customer service. System put You on hold then hangs up the call to if You get any one at answer they either hang up immediately or play the game like there’s something wrong and they can’t hear You . Everyone has amnesia they don’t remember what they promised You !!! Word means nothing with them!!! They have your money and don’t care anymore!!! I have been a customer with Ashley Furniture for years and I can honestly say I am always happy with the service provided. They give you every detail to ensure that you get the exact look you were going for when picking out pieces. This last experience was by far one of the best. I don’t have the card next to me but I was helped by Sam who was wonderful in every way; he was very patient and attentive to me and my fiancée! Would definitely recommend! 10/10

Good furniture selections.

Stay Away From this butcher shop , shipped wrong furniture to my home took another 4 months to get our order , and tried to cancel my order and the wouldn't , AND GOOD LUCK GETTING OFF THEIR MAILING LIST , ITS A FRANCHISE AND AND WILL CHEAT YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN

Sales lady, Hadar, was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

STAY AWAY!!! They quote you 2-3 weeks, 4 months later I finally got a call. Unresponsive customer assistance. Came to the store to check on order, was told they had no idea when it would be ready. Came back to the store to cancel the order. The ONLY person that can cancel was “going to grab coffee at Starbucks and would be back in a bit.” Overheard all sales agents quoting customers 2-3 weeks, THIS IS A LIE, do not believe them as you will be sorely disappointed. Stay well away from this place. They had 11 (I counted) employees standing around doing nothing, yet the ONE person that could help me was grabbing Starbucks. Must be nice. Still not resolved as she didn’t come back in the 40 minutes we spent waiting at the desk. This is an absolute joke of a business!

Too complicated of an experience. They put insurance on products even though we did not want to. The next day we had to cancel some items and threatened with a cancellation fee, if we did not keep one of them. Delivery service was terrible, as they could not find the condo garage and only called once, and then left without calling again to state we still have a problem finding it. Then customer service called to reschedule delivery. They said one of our sofas would come earlier by next week, so we can schedule for then our missed delivery. Today, we learned that both are backlogged until 10/29. I now have to order another piece of furniture, and just did at Bob's furniture with delivery schedule in the next four days.

The sales person Ricardo was very helpful & gave me time to walk around and look at the different sofas by myself. He suggested using their 36 month interest deferred plan which made it possible for me to purchase the 3 pieces of furniture that I wanted. I was surprised at the large selection of sofas. It was a great furniture buying experience.

I've had more issues with this company than I can recount. I ordered the Cambri couch in January, didn't receive it until May. While I paid for white glove delivery service, the couch frame and fabric was damaged when the technicians put it together (which they let me discover on my own.) After multiple circular phone calls, it was disclosed that even while a technician would be unlikely to fix the frame damage in my apartment, they would need to send one before anything else was done because "this is the process." The first technician never showed up on the scheduled time. The second came and confirmed that he could not solve the issue; a new part would need to be ordered. Five more months progress, and the new couch section still hasn't arrived in the warehouse. Today I received a call that the couch section has arrived to the warehouse, but Ashley has the incorrect address on file for me; to avoid confusion, I must go to a store to update the address, I'm not able to do so by phone or online. Never mind how Ashley has the wrong address on file for me even though they completed the initial couch delivery at this location (?)... my new couch section will be kept in limbo until I make it to a store to update their mistake. I've never had to deal with such draconian processes and such idiotic customer service.

Went up there a few times. They have a good selection of furniture and most price ranges. Staff is friendly enough. Would suggest going here if you're looking for something

Danny did a great job of helping us once we knew what we wanted. He went over all the options and current offers to help with pricing. Very helpful in terms of delivery and overall service.

We worked with Tom (ASM), who was phenomenal. Got our couch ordered and we'll be back for more for sure. He got us a good deal and set everything up. It was way less painless than I thought it might be and I'm hoping to be just as ecstatic when we have it delivered.

They lie about what they order just to make the sale...then disappear when you try to get any type of customer service to correct THEIR error!! Never ever will anyone in our family do business with them again!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The piece of furniture purchased was to be assembled at delivery site, we were told , but they only delivered and required us to have paid for the assembly contrary info received b4 purchase.

Waited over a year for 4 chairs. Told 4 chairs ready for delivery. Called me back and said only 2 chairs available. Waited several months, called and mysteriosly two chairs were ready for delivery. Delivery came and 1 chair fell apart. Delivery people were able to fix the chairs minor issue.

Scammers store

I bought an expensive tv stand for my 65 inch tv. The stand is beautiful, but one of the glass shelves does not fit quite the way it should and the wood shelf is missing one of the four tabs that holds it in place. Hopefully, these small issues can be resolved quickly.

Terrible service

The ordering of the furniture and the delivery process was excellent. Unfortunately one of my lamps was broken upon arrival. And the loveseat was missing the legs. I’m not sure how long I will wait for the parts.

Since October waiting for our furniture. It has been almost ONE YEAR we have been waiting. We have videos and audios of them PROMISING AND ENSURING that things would be delivered in a certain date at least 30 times. They don’t return money and they don’t deliver the things we bought. They STOLE OUR MONEY, THEY PLAYED WITH US SEVERAL TIMES. There is no solution. This is an unbelievable situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MENTAL HEALTH WITH THIS WORST BUSINESS EVER. The pics below show pieces of furniture everywhere and mattresses on the floor because they didn’t deliver the beds. I REPEAT: WE ARE ONE YEAR WAITING. Just fake promises all recorded.

It's a furniture store

It was excellent, went much smoother than I anticipated. Victoria is very knowledgeable and extremely tactful and business-like woman. We are glad we met her and will tell our friends (already did some of that), coworkers and even strangers about that pleasant experience we had. Highly recommended!! :-)

I spoke with Ricardo Silvia on August 20th about a piece of furniture he told me it was in stock and I would have it before the holiday UNTRUE... I RECEIVED A CALL A DAY BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND WAS TOLD AT EXTRA 2 TO 4 WEEKS WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME AFTER THE HOLIDAY SO I CANCELED MY ORDER

I have ordered a bed set and has been waiting over a year. This is unacceptable, because when I went in the store and asked an associate to tell me a current expected delivery time for the bed. He told me that it would be within a month. This is clearly a lie. Your associates lie to secure a sale and then ask people to wait due to your vendor delaying the delivery. You are supposed to give an accurate estimation and ensure that your vendors deliver the product on time. telling 1 month and not delivering for a year is absolutely unacceptable. It is border line a scam.

If I could give my experience with Ashley Furniture 0 stars, I would. My husband and I purchased a new master bedroom set (mattress, bedframe, chest of drawers, dresser & mirror, and two nightstands) and barstools for our new home back in April, $7,500 total. We were told there would be delays in getting our furniture and understood that. In July I got a call from Ashley that part of our order was ready to be shipped (barstools, dresser, chest, mattress, headboard but not the footboard) and the rest of the order would be ready in the beginning of August. I told them to hold everything until the complete order was ready for delivery. The new date came and went, and no one contacted us to schedule delivery. I called customer service and was told that the barstools were not ready, and they were still waiting on the headboard. I said, “wait, last month we were told the barstools and headboard were ready but now they’re not?” After getting absolutely nowhere with customer service and a supervisor hanging up on my husband, he decided to drive to the store we purchased from (60+ miles roundtrip). We were told to accept partial delivery because pieces of our order were being taken to fulfill other orders! So, we had partial delivery scheduled for yesterday. The chest of drawers arrived damaged and so did one of the two nightstands. We refused delivery on those items. While the delivery guys were moving the dresser to the room, the stain from the furniture rubbed off all over our cream-colored carpet, no fault of the delivery guys, it was the furniture itself that maybe didn’t cure long enough for the stain to absorb. Now we have black stains on our carpeted stairwell, hallway, and master bedroom! The delivery guys called Ashley and we spoke to the representative who emailed me asking for photos. I sent photos and was told we would have to wait 72-hours for a response. Unacceptable. We have waited since April for this furniture, been put on hold to get status updates for hours at a time, and then were delivered damaged furniture and had our carpet damaged, and now I have to wait for someone to contact me to fix this situation? Where is the customer service? This has been the worst experience and if I never have to step foot in an Ashley Furniture store again, it will be too soon. My next review will be with the Better Business Bureau because I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service and support from this company. UPDATE AS OF 11/8: Still waiting for furniture. Ashley constantly rescheduling false delivery dates. Today I received a text my order is ready for delivery on November 10. Yesterday I received a call it was November 19. I called customer service and they told me November 22 and tried to connect me with the store but no one ever answers the phone there. Clearly this company HATES their customers.

The dispatcher and the delivery teams are awful. I’ve ordered a two part desk in April and getting text messages I’d be getting them since July. But on the delivery date, they call me back that one of part will not be coming so things won’t be delivered on that day. I understand that things don’t always go as planned, but three times in a row with the same furniture? Come on… just give me a real date of arrival and stop misleading me with time and date that cannot be promised. Don’t get me wrong- the salesteam are awesome, but the dispatcher and the delivery teams need an upgrade witn their system and I am sorry that I have to leave such a bad review but I’ve had enough.

Don’t shop ever here bought multiple products under so called sale had to return multiple items due to being lied to about availability and ship times being months into the future more that was told during the sale. Lost every discount given due to the return so the items I bought were overpaid for, they will cheat you too. I Had trouble with the front desk not wanting to return our items and also over a month to get the refund for returned items. Do not go to this Ashley Furniture the salesperson Nigel is a liar and messed up our order from the get go had to drive back to the store numerous times and all the staff were difficult through the process as well. Stay clear of this place at all costs. Can’t give 0 stars but I’m taking the one I had to give on this review away right now.

Very disappointed! We placed an order in November 2021 and are still (August 2022) waiting for our order to be delivered. Zero communication from the store. No emails. No texts. No calls. After contacting them for n number of times, we are promised a delivery date that never takes place. Every single time we contact them, they give us a date 2 weeks further. But the delivery never happened. I wish they were honest about their delivery dates and maintained a little communication with the customers. Do not trust them with the delivery dates!

Andy (salesman) was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Andy answered all of our questions and made our purchase run smoothly and quickly. Great shopping experience, nice store lots of choices

All the furniture is very high quality. The sales staff is very professional. Our saleswoman, Hadar, was very sweet and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely shop here first for our future needs.

We purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture (Niles, IL), and had it delivered within this past month. While shopping in-store, we had a great experience with one of Ashley's sales representatives - Andy. He was attentive, professional, communicative, and always had our best interest. I would highly recommend going to him if you're shopping in the Ashley Furniture store in Niles, IL. The only reason we're giving a rating of 2/5 is because of the poor delivery experience and non-existent customer service. The deliverers were careless while handling the couch, and one of the pillows was laying against the bare concrete road (reference attached picture). Also, it looked like there were minor dirt spots on the couch (reference attached picture). We contacted Andy to tell him of this, and he helped us out by providing useful information as well as Ashley Furniture's customer service's contact information. We contacted Ashley Furniture customer service twice. However, we have not heard back from Ashley Furniture's customer service team.

Good service

Very bud products and Services. We bought a Sofa some weeks ago and we receive one that has movements and make noises. We call Customer Service several times (we wait aprox 40 min to be attended in each one) and they almost said that is not their problem… very bad service!!! We called the customer service and they don't give any support and they were very un respectful with my wife (very bad service). We asked for a technician from Ashley, and the answer that we received is that noise and movement is normal... that is not true... !!! I said that what we look in the store was not doing that and the technician said that we cannot compare of what is in the store because they upgrade the sofas, etc in the store just to sell !!!!! In summary I feel robbed and cheated… I AM NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY AT ALL!!!

Sam did a great job helping me find the right mattress. Even purchased a pillow. Great sales job Sam! Everyone was patient and helpful. One of my best furniture buying experiences.

Parts of my order was not delivered

It's a beautiful store with a lot of helpful sales people. The only reason I gave it starts is lack of transparency. I only got to see my itemized receipt AFTER I swiped my card to pay for the purchase. And then I felt rushed to initial the paperwork not being able to read and look it through or ask any questions. Hope the ordered furniture is higher quality than their sales practices.

The experience is horrible. I’ve spent almost 20k and it’s been over a year to receive my order, I’ve had over 3 deliveries end in failures due to mixups on there end. The location specifically in niles Illinois is also horrible, manager made my wife with two kids under 2 wait in the store for 3 hours before letting us know no additional discount could be applied. Thanks for a horrible experience! Edit August 17: your number you are giving everyone does not work, I emailed the email you gave me 2 months ago and nothing. What are you a joker? Edit September 23 :Waiting on my last piece of furniture and I called customer service only to be told that the store location said it was delivered, even though there are no notes of delivery. Therefore my order was closed and now has to be reopened and approved. This all happened after I made this review. Stay away from this location in Niles.

The sale in general was OK. Nothing above average for sales, I do have to admit they were great at not being pushy, they allowed us to walk around and then when it came time for us to purchase, our sales associate was very helpful. The irritation and frustation came when actual time to deliver my items. We purchased a whole new bedroom set for a new home. I received multiple text messages and an email for me to confirm my delivery. All got a response of "thank you for your confirmation" Come the day of delivery... 45 minutes after time window of delivery - nothing. When I called the phone number of the store, I was directed to the call center for current orders. My 1st customer "service" associate, Danny, couldn't answer my questions. He was very indifferent to my situation, which made it the more frustrating. All he could say was "I don't know why they canceled your delivery. I don't know why you didnt get a message of cancellation. All I can tell you is your items were not available. When I asked him why I got multiple texts and emails, he said he didn't know. This is the type of thing that makes Ashley look like they dont care about their customers. Especially, I took a day off to drive to my new home to wait for nothing. Danny didn't care. We ended the call on a very sour note. I called back a 2nd time because my husband and I decided to cancel our order. I spoke with Mary this time. Right away she seemed to understand my situation. She was actually able to track my order status and tell me that a piece of our set was coming from another distribution center and that it hadn't made it on time. That the status was changed that morning (morning of my delivery) and unfortunately, the distribution center doesn't notify the guests. They simply update the status and the service center waits until a customer call to deliver "the bad news". 2 things, while I am thankful Mary was able to answer my question, this is horrible sevice to provide by a company that supposedly strives to make their customers happy. (I listened to the hold message multiple times in my total 10+ minute wait). You are telling me that the customer doesn't get notified when a delivery gets canceled?? A waste of a requested day off. Some people may have the luxury to take extra days off of work, but it would be nice if Ashley appreciated their customers and their customer's time. 2, Danny was very unwilling to find me answers when in reality they existed. He kept insisting even a supervisor couldn't help me. Yet, I called back and another service agent was able to give me answers. And on top of it, I still don't know when I'm getting my product. This is by far one of the worst guest services I have ever received.

We were helped by Hadar Zusman in the Niles store. She went out of her way to look up an item that we were interested in and found it was no longer available. We chose a chair that was in stock. Since Ashley policy didn't provide shipping (because it was a clearance item) she contacted a delivery service that the store often uses and arranged the delivery and the contact information for the service. This was extremely kind of her especially as the sale was already finalized. I wish there were more than 5 stars that I could give her!

Phenomenal sales person- Callie. She was kind, courteous and helped us find the best options Ashley’s had. We booked an order with her. That night we found a better deal buying that furniture in a bundle with other pieces. So the very next day I went to Ashley’s to cancel that order. It was then that the experience went downhill. They tried to charge me a 10 percent cancellation fee! For an order that was placed less than 12 hours before which had a delivery date of the end of July! I was very stern and explained I am not paying a cancellation fee when I just ordered this 12 hours ago and nothing has even been delivered. They finally agreed and cancelled the order. Because of this practice, I will never shop Ashley’s again. Things change and thus was not delivered or a custom order. Seriously a cheap company trying to make a dime. I wish I could have rated the company and sales person separately. Callie- 5 stairs! Ashley’s -1.

Very rude staff, the lady with curly hair was just chasing us the second we entered the store and even though we told her she is being annoying she didn’t stop! We just had to run away from the store. But the good side was that we just noticed the store next to it which is called: full house furniture, that was very nice place with very nice seller people, more reasonable prices and most importantly polite people working there! Ashley furniture you lost me forever😉

Terrible service! I ordered a mattress and bed , the bed is still on order it has been a year already. What surprises me the most is that nobody contacted me about the delay. Of course no one cares @ this store……if they sell their product with false promises. They are done . Ricardo, the sales agent is a very selfish man. I regret to sign a contract with him. I will sue this store, all the documents are on hand. This will be my last Visit 🥹

I’ve been waiting for furniture since the beginning of November 2021. It’s June 2022 - 9 months already. TOM, our salesperson, had sold us a whole set for a bedroom back in November 2021. We were hesitant on purchasing because of how long it might take so we asked for an estimated arrival and Tom said AND I QUOTE “You should receive it by January or February the latest.” I should’ve known he only wanted his commission right away as I was paying attention to his body language. It’s very disappointing to see this company uphold such high standards when they can’t even meet them. We have had two attempts of getting this bed set, nightstands, and dresser delivered and each attempt the furniture is either missing and or damaged. It is very deceiving and misleading and at this point I hope to steer away honest customers from having an awful experience.

You are better off finding furniture in an alley. WORST experience i’ve ever had with ANY retailer. I’ve been waiting for my bed frame, dresser and nightstand for over 8 months. Until finally i went into the store, my sales person tried avoiding me and ran to the back until i asked to speak to a manager, then he runs out to the front pretending like he didn’t see me. A complete joke. Finally they call me saying that they have all items, but the nightstands are discontinued even though i ordered them 8 months ago. So now i won’t have a full set but i still accept and remove the nightstands from the order. They set up delivery and when they arrive, they only have a headboard and a dresser, no other parts of the bed which is useless. The dresser was damaged missing a handle and had a random dirty sweater from the factory stuck in the track, so i had to return that. They rescheduled delivery a week later and this time my bed frame is all damaged and chipped but at this point i’m tired of waiting so i say i’ll fill it in with a marker and they tell me they are still missing the slats and rails and storage, so they can’t even put the bed together. This is ridiculous. I paid over 3000+ for my furniture just to wait almost a year with multiple deliveries me having to take off work just to have nothing in the end. I will never do business with Ashley for the rest of my life, guaranteed. I suggest you do the same if you do not want to be stressed out and taken advantage of. This whole company is a joke and the sales people only care about their commission, they will dodge your calls and pretend like you don’t exist as soon as the sale is made. Very disappointed. I’d give zero stars if i could.

However, the nightmare began once the furniture was delivered. It was delay after delay. The furniture was damaged. Multiple heated calls with customer service with horrific experiences. The furniture is falling apart. The fabric on the couch is awful and coming apart at the seams. Will NEVER EVER buy from Ashley again.

Great deals and great sales people not harrasing but right on key!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Dishonest and misleading salespeople and non-existent customer service. I have never written a review in my life but my experience with this location, and specifically sales associate Nigel, have been so terrible that I am compelled to share in an effort to prevent others from going through what I have. I purchased a bedroom set from Nigel the week before Christmas 2021 under the promise that delivery would be made in full that week. That week I was delivered a footboard and nightstand and told that I would not receive the other items until February. I returned to the store to talk with the sales associate on the unfulfilled promise and was told i would receive a follow up call the next business day with additional details. Never received that call. I returned again 3 MONTHS later in March to tell Nigel that I was dissatisfied with the customer service and no longer wanted to do business with him or Ashley Furniture. He promised me he would cancel my existing payment obligation, refund the payments already made, and send for the items that were delivered to me to be retrieved. After receiving this confirmation from Nigel I ceased making payments and expected a call from Ashley to schedule pickup. That call never came. There is no way to get ahold of anyone at the store via telephone. Nigel once again neglected to do as I asked and as he promised and did not cancel my payment obligation, which left me with a missed payment which was reported to the credit bureaus and negatively impacted my credit. Not only have a not been offered a concession from the store, I have still been unable to speak to anyone from the store on the telephone. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and avoid this store at all costs.

Right as we walked in Thomas greeted us and helped find the perfect sectional. There was no pressure and was a great experience. We will definitely be back to do business in the future!

Ashley Furniture scheduled and rescheduled it multiple times. They make us wait for this long and nothing is done about it. They promised everything would be delivered SEVERAL times. However it is never done. Plus, all the items we ordered came DAMAGED and we don’t have anything assembled yet. Ashley Furniture was the worst decision. This is a nightmare and they simply don’t care about their customers at all.

Andy was AMAZING! From initial point of contact on the phone, to the end of the sale he was on point. Everything you look for and more, when shopping for furniture. He made us feel comfortable l, not pressured and gave us all options to make an informed decision. Andy made our shopping experience so pleasurable and he was a delight! Ashley furniture should be proud to Andy represent them.

Outstanding service at the store level. My salesperson had so much patience with me while choosing pieces and was always there for me when I had a question. The delivery went quickly and smoothly and the guys did a great job. Love the furniture 💓

This place is an absolute joke. Notice all the 5 star reviews recently? "White Glove Delivery" consists of two guys throwing trash in your yard, and tracking mud over. Any issue with the furniture and Ashley says call the delivery number, the delivery service tells you to call Ashley. They will also tell you they don't offer refunds, your sales person will suddenly forget you, and customer service will give you the runaround. Do yourself a favor and do not step foot in this store.

Ricardo went out of his way too answer all my questions, and put up with my indecisiveness. It didn’t bother him a bit. I think Ricardo should train all your sales personal because I know I’m not the easiest person too deal with.

Don’t ever purchase from them. I bought some furniture in 2019 and the sofa came with a burn mark on it. My coffee table came with so many scratches and chips. The delivery team severely damaged my walls bringing the furniture in. I reached out 100s of times and sent photos and nobody ever got back to me. It was always a run around. I gave up but figured I should alert others. It’s not worth the headache

I am moving into my first apartment in May (originally was going to move in March). I went to Ashley Furniture back in October, and the workers suggested coming back for their Black Friday sales to give myself time for delivery due to furniture taking awhile to come in. I came back the day before Thanksgiving and bought a couch with Mili, and let me tell you, her customer service is TOP NOTCH. The couch I ended up choosing was actually ready for delivery after 3 weeks and she has been nothing but helpful in rescheduling my delivery until I was ready. She is extremely informative, helpful, and just a complete pleasure to work with. If you go to Ashley, ASK FOR MILI! Could not recommend her enough. Thanks Mili!

First of all please have patience before/after purchasing any furniture because there are supply demand shortages throughout. My wife and I bought a dining table and chairs, accent chair, Bed, and rocking chair. Originally we bought dining table and chairs and bed last year but still waiting on our bed, still waiting on rails. I want to thank Nigel, our sales person who was so helpful and knowledgeable in making this transaction very easy and accommodative. Since we are still waiting on our bed he offered temporary bed frame until get our bed. Nigel was honest and upfront about delivery dates. He made the process painless and we will definitely be back for future purchases. If you're thinking about buying from Ashley Niles store, I'd highly recommend coming here and chatting with Nigel. Overall, very satisfied so far.

At first I gave a great review but the amount of issues I've came across since my purchase is unbelievable and I'm still missing the most important thing my kids bed frames I am so tired of the back and forth and miss communication do not finance with them because you will find your self in a mess of things the sales man Taj didn't even put all of the items i needed for my kids frames now I'm being charged for things I don't even have at home somebody needs to fix this before I go to the media with it.

I wish I could give zero star, I spent almost $10k for all my furnitures here and they let me wait more than 4 months without any update or at least some information why all my items being delayed. No matter I try to call and come in person, they alway tell to wait and patience. I was so mad and I try to cancel all my items , they told me to come home and wait for the answer. All I have is nothing from them

We definitely should have read the reviews for this place before coming in. Scammy practices and avoidant management. We placed an order with them and found the same set for $600 cheaper elsewhere so we came back to cancel the order. First our shady salesperson claimed cancellations and refunds aren’t allowed. Then he switched to oh we take a percentage. On Ashley’s site they have their full cancellation policy. Claimed the policies on Ashley’s website were “wrong and they should update that” No they shouldn’t, this store just needs to stop lying to its customers. We called corporate Ashley’s and they canceled the order and told us to get back in touch with the managers here in order to confirm our cancellation and we’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager for two days and have left our name and number and we have no response. Steer clear, will continue trying to get in contact with management but they seem to avoid all accountability.

My first delivery date was 26th December , they made an attempt on 6th Jan and it was just attemp Their deliver guys was rude , he made my move objects at home and then told he is going to get the sofa for The truck. I kept waiting and he drove off. I called Ashley and they didn’t take it seriously.

Sales staff are like car salesmen, overly aggressive. Also the same product is cheaper online in many cases so make sure you google stuff.

The worst 😫 place to spend your money. All they care about is taking your money. It takes so long to get my items, and they bring them piece by piece. Until now so much is missing cant even use what I spend money for. Now they said I have to wait 2 to 3 months to receive the screws for the livingroom coffee table sets. Its like I have trash at my house, I can't use them. Go somewhere else don't spend your money there.

I have a very bed experience with Ashley Niles I had a order ffor mattress 4 weeks ago they said me on first day of my order you will get it next week I wait 3 weeks but I didn’t get it now they said gain next week they said we don’t get in our warehouse but they are not sure for next week too so like court they gave me date to date

Very Bad Experience. Called Ashley customer number for our exiting order, guy does not know anything. Went couple of times to Ashley store- manger on vacation and poor sales representative does not have access to our order. We just need assembly of our bed and Boxes are seating in our home. Delivery guy came one time, mentioned part his missing, We finally got parts. He came back but since same day we were painting our walls so he mentioned that he will come back. I don't know what he mentioned to Ashley. Whenever we called Ashley, they keep saying part is missing. No one is coming to our home to check what is actually missing and I think nothing is missing and just need Assembly. I am not happy at all with there service.

In Aug of 2021 I purchased a couch from Ashley Homestore in Niles. In Dec 2021 I begin to receive automated delivery calls and texts, I understood I would have to wait months for the piece of furniture i selected. The automated calls stated if i did not immediately respond my order would not be delivered. I was taken back by the lack of respect shown to me, as a customer who paid in full and patiently waited four months , as if Ashley Homestore was somehow doing me a favor, and not delivering furniture I had paid for. On the delivery date, my furniture arrived, unfortunately it did not fit through the doorway of my home. I was so disappointed, but even more disappointed that I would have to pay a 10% cancellation fee. No one has reached out to help me resolve this problem. I had to call to find out I would be charged 10%. I would not shop at Ashley Homestore again, and caution others to be aware.

Thomas was wonderful at the Niles location! I was in and out of the store in less than 2 hours and purchased 3 rooms of furniture! I will definitely go back again and would recommend Thomas! He was knowledgeable and made the process seamless!

Service was nice, but they will force you to buy their fabric protection plan, it’s a scam. When you actually read the brochure basically it doesn’t cover anything.

We purchased furniture at the Ashley Furniture in Golf Mill in July. Our furniture was delayed, which we understood there are issues with supplies. When we received the furniture in September the end tables were still not available. I called to have them canceled since we found other tables. The sales person that took care of me canceled the tables but my refund on the tables was not put through. Since September I have been trying to get my credit card refunded for 330.72 for the 2 end tables. I have called, text and I also went to the Niles store to talk to the customer service desk persons. Twice they took my information and said they had to contact some manager to get my credit card refund done and that they would contact me once it was taken care of. They never called me. I tried contacting them at that store number and I never get anyone there. I then went again November 29th to ask for my money, a young lady, dark long black hair, dark black glasses and also carries a communication microphone on her told me that she was not able to help me and proceeded to tell me that someone would contact me once they look at my request. I became very upset since this story has been told to me 3 times already and I have made a trip to the store 3 times to get my money back. I asked for her contact information since I have been told I would be contacted several times before and nothing happened. She told me that she can not provide her information and was unable to provide office contact information. I became upset since I have been given the runaround for a month and I still did not receive my money. They still have my 330.00 dollars and the tables have been canceled. I am also waiting on bedroom furniture and again they have my money and no furniture, it's been 3 months so far. She even ask me to leave the store because I raised my voice, which I normally don't but given the fact that I am treated without any regards for my time and consideration that they are not giving my my refund. I have bought over 10,000 in furniture at this store in a period of this year. I thought I would be considered somewhat of a good customer instead I am just another upset customer. Looking at the Better Business Bureau I see that there are so many cases like my case. Money not being returned when furniture canceled and so many more.. I encourage all customers to look at the BBB before going to Ashley. Not sure if all locations are the same but this one doesn't care about their customers. Not sure if this young lady is the manager or not , but so rude. Today is November 30th and no one has called me to help me with this problem. I totally believe that I will not be helped, they will not give me back my money or call me.

The worst possible service I have ever received. Will never ever do business at this store or with Ashley in general. I was looking to place an order for a couch and dining table, but needed to talk it over with my family before placing the order. I told the sales rep to please put the order on hold or pending and will give her a call when I’m ready to place the order. I decided to go into another Ashley store and found not only better prices but also better options and found something I liked better. I called the sales rep at the golf mill Ashley store and told her to cancel my order. 3 months later I’m getting a text message saying the order I “cancelled” is ready for delivery. Turns out the sales rep placed the order for me, EVEN when I told her to cancel it. The sales rep was leaving the company at the end of the week so she saw it as an opportunity to get her commission and get out. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this store to cancel my order but they will not pick up their phone.

This is the worst customer service I have received from any so called reputable place. I made a fairly large purchase here, and when there was an issue with the order. I called to resolve the the issue I was meet by rude, uninformed, and very unprofessional team members. From the sales team to the manager. I have had no resolution to issues that occured since the date of purchase. Very displeased how Ashley furniture would put someone so unprofessional in charge of management at this store.
