Nice I found it on the high end on price but it was a few sofa when I get money I will definitely go get

I love the furniture so far. Bigger than I remember In store. But the delivery guys came earlier than the start time of between 11am -2pm. I was not home my son was. They knocked over my Christmas tree rushing because they were dealing with a young adult versus a seasoned adult.

Atieh was a great help with helping me find the best furniture for my new house. He was very knowledgeable of all the furniture pieces and explained everything throughly. The experience was smooth and stress free. I will definitely be back for other items I will need in the future. ☺️

Excellent experience. Ricardo DaSilva warmly greeted us and made us aware of the current sales. He allowed us time and space to shop around. He checked in on us and at that time he answered all our questions. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went over delivery details, financial options, product information, protection plan options, and also brought out the measuring tape when we were doubtful of it fitting our space. We happily made our decision to buy and felt confident in that decision based on Ricardo’s help and being able to physically see the items. We had previously purchased our sectional online with another retailer and it was a horrible experience. We are glad we canceled that order and brought our business to Ashley Homestore. Old fashion furniture shopping is truly the way to go. It didn’t hurt that Ricardo provided excellent customer service. We are excited to receive our comfy sectional! The lady was very helpful with me about what furniture I wanted for my house. I got my couch and chairs. They have different couches, dining rooms tables and chairs. Also lamps,mattress etc.

They get 2 stars instead of 1 because it is a nice piece of furniture and they were polite. They get 2 stars and not 3, 4 or 5 because they tried to insist the price was hundreds higher than online from their own site because online had expired discounts, almost didn't give me a receipt and forgot to mention my signature was required to actually have the furniture delivered. Combine that with a couple dozen spam emails and texts from ai chat bots that make it difficult to see just the 1 email that matters with order confirmation and delivery details on it and you have a normal modern hassel that is dealing with any business now a days: focus on spam and disingenuous ads while forgetting important details.

Had the best experience working with taj at Ashley for my new sectional! I wanted something big , cozy but kept shape and couldn’t be happier! Taj was so helpful and make sure delivery ect went smooth! It also delivered sooner than I anticipated which was great!

One of the worst sales experiences I’ve had. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and consistently overpriced. I even showed them the actual online price for the same couch, and they insisted their price was $250 higher but said they could match the online price. That makes no sense. The online price should be the starting point for any negotiation, not something you have to fight them to honor. On top of that, the sales team was extremely unfriendly. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere, you’ll likely find better prices and much better customer service.

Ashley has nice furniture but deceptive sales practices. Sales are never sales and they have no military discount as much as they advertise it. The military discount does not apply in any circumstances other then pay full price, and is never close to sale price. It is also not available when using the interest free options. The prices marked in store are the same whether there is a sale or not. Also in-store marked prices are not available for interest free options, you must pay hundreds more which negates the interest free savings. It can be easier to buy a car than a couch at Ashley. My recent visit they offered me free protection plan then thought I wouldn't notice if they charged me for it by making the sales invoice impossible to understand. The simple math did not add up. I don't think I will ever shop there again.

I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley and the pieces were damaged during delivery and set up. The process has been a nightmare to get it fixed or replaced. The wood is very flimsy and cheap. Really disappointed and will never buy anything from Ashley again!!

What a great experience! We stopped in to just get ideas and walked out with an awesome sectional sofa! Delivery was fast, efficient and amazingly easy! We can't wait to update the rest of the house! Thank you!

Don’t spend your money at any Ashley store. They sell you beat up furniture with random scratches. They don’t tell you the truth about on how it’ll take for you to receive your replacement.

My mother and sister were excited to find the perfect couch set for their new home! A gentleman approached them asking if they need help looking for something. They said yes, on the hunt for couches. He said “ok, I’ll let you look around”. No questions on their search, not even the nerve to ask budget info or interests. He walked away from them, came back well after to ask “how are you doing? Everything ok?” They just said yes at that point because they were doing what he said, looking around on their own. So again he left. I was navigating the store FROM FLORIDA OVER THE PHONE and one person actually bothered to help them. It was a woman that asked my mom and sister for their preference in bed type and their budget. At that point they were done trying to purchase in store. She was kind enough to approach but they had their minds set on certain things already. Big thank you to her, wish she met my family sooner. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HELPED MY MOM PURCHASE ONLINE! What should’ve been an easy living room set and mattress purchase in store, we did online ourselves. 😒. I love Ashley’s as a store but customer service wasn’t on point at this location.

They started the convo at full price, then after walking around the joint it was 25% off, then on the way out the door it was 50% off - closer to the number I wanted. They could have saved both of us about 45 minutes, but in the end I got what I wanted. Manager was nice, the guy worked with was new. Happy with my purchase.

Ricardo was excellent! A true professional. I did some pre shopping online first but they didn't have the exact configuration of sectional we were looking for but honored the online sale price and same as cash financing and gave us a little extra off the list price of the additional piece we wanted. Highly recommend asking for him at the Golf Mill Niles Illinois location.

Jo our salesman was wonderful. Not pushy, let us browse, but was available when needed. Helped us out so much with finding what would work for our floor plan. Prices were reasonable, and with a discount. Also free financing I would go back and use them again. Joe was very professional and kind.

Not transparent with when your furniture to be delivered. It’s all done by an automated system that will randomly message you a day in advance for delivery and if you are unavailable at that specific time, it will schedule you for delivery an entire month later. Expect a 2-3 month wait period easily. My couch was supposed to be delivered 8/29 and I’m still waiting. Their customer service line is not helpful. UPDATE: after speaking to several customer service representatives using the number below, they guaranteed me my furniture would be delivered on a specific date multiple times, and now today they have once again delayed my shipment another week without explanation. When I talked with customer service they pretty much said that’s the earliest they can do. No explanation and not even an offer to look into the issue. Instead they attempted to gaslight me into thinking that I was the one who was mistaken.

I went there to check out the stupendous sectional, along with the lindyn and midnight sectional. I asked one of the elder sales people (not naming him) if I could customize the lindyn or the midnight , and make it without the chaise, just as a 2 piece sofa. He kept over reacting , getting irritated and annoyed to the point I did not understand what he was saying. I had to go to the other sales person, who actually explained it was possible. He kept acting rude and saying " I explained it to her ". The audacity of a salesperson. Customers are there for help. I'm a nurse myself and don't go shouting at my patients like that. The experience with that man was so horrible . If you're looking for good customer service, do NOT come to this ashley.

Bought a new bed frame from this store and while the style and price was great, it’s been creaky since it was delivered and built. Working with the customer service/repair team to get the issue fixed has been a nightmare. Liked the salesperson that sold me the frame, but this entire situation has me wishing I went somewhere else.

I reserved a shopping appointment time at the store beforehand. Jo assisted me with my furniture purchases. She was very helpful and we picked out a couch, barstools bedroom, furniture, and coffee table set my son‘s first . The only thing that was confusing were the store prices and promotions versus online pricing and promotions. I couldn’t understand if the prices I received were the best price or not. No one was being dishonest, but it was confusing the way the prices were determined. Ashley furniture does not offer Mondays as a delivery day, whicj is unfortunate. But happy to say that everything was in stock and we should have it in hand within a week! Overall, it was a very nice shopping experience.

The assistant sales took control of a bad experience that I had with the on line order. I I called the night before a confirmed delivery to confirming time since I got no communication. Was told the recliner was back ordered at least 2 weeks. No explanation why 3 days they sent a text confirming delivery. There respoce was nothing the can do. Go into a store have them resolve it. I was pleasantly surprised how he personally took control of the situation. Tosh used other resources to get similar opinions and handled professionally. Thank you Tosh.

Ricardo DaSilva has to be the best customer service/ salesman in all the Ashley furniture stores! I have been buying furniture from Ashley for over 15 years. Never have I come across a more friendly, knowledgeable salesperson. He has helped my husband and I pick out beautiful additions to our home. If you get a chance to shop Ashley in Niles ask for Ricardo.

Ashley Furniture has NO RETURN POLICY at all — not even for store credit. This was never mentioned at the time of purchase, and since stores that don’t accept returns inform their customers in advance before they complete the purchase I assumed a return or exchange would be possible. If I had been informed, I would have thought twice before buying. We purchased a couch, ottoman, office desk, and dining table. The table was the only item that didn’t meet expectations. We contacted the store the very next day, but they were not helpful at all. There was no flexibility, no concern for customer satisfaction, just a firm refusal to consider any solution. I understand it's their right not to accept returns, but customers have the right to be clearly informed about it before buying. The furniture is not cheap purchase, and it’s fair to expect a basic level of service and transparency. This will be my last purchase from Ashley, and I can’t recommend them due to these unfair practices.

Horrible customer service. I was overcharged 15% and wouldn't have known if I didn't look online afterwards. It took 15+ calls to the store to sort it out. Save yourself time and either purchase online or go to another store.

We came in looking for a sectional, but with significant limitations due to an extremely tight stairwell in our home that raised concerns about the possibility of getting pieces into the right room. Tabetha helped us out on the floor and was a perfect example of supportive customer service without being pushy. She showed us the pieces she thought might fix our needs, gave us space to do our own assessments, and proactively searched for additional information on the pieces that she thought could help us determine if it would fit the space. While we ultimately confirmed that the sectional we liked physically could not work in our space, due to the level of great customer service provided by Tabetha we will be sure to consider this Ashley for any future furniture needs.

Such a wonderful experience shopping for furniture . The Salesman Norberto was such a delightful and fun guy. Him and the owner worked with us and we got a great deal on the sofas we purchased. Definitely will be back to shop with Norberto at the Niles store.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! It is 0 star . I will never go back there. Customer service 0! We had 5 times wrong delivery. The delivery guys were sooo rude! Disaster!!!! Do not go there!

UPDATE 5/13/2025 - Dear Ashley Furniture Owner - please be advised that I have contacted the below-mentioned Customer Svc. number last week, per your response below, and as of today nothing has been resolved, nor did your Customer Svc. rep contacted me back as she told me they would get back to me within 24 hours with a solution. After this final attempt to Customer Svc, I continue to have no faith and confidence that Ashley Furniture is going to follow through on their word. This is unacceptable service, and with that said, I will no longer shop at Ashley Furniture for anything! In late December 2024 I purchased two love seats under the condition that they would order me the same sofa fabric color throw pillows which the sales person said would be no problem and would order the same fabric throw pillows to make a sale. It is now May 7, 2025, and I have yet to receive the two last throw pillows out of four. Yes, it's been 5 months later and this store has yet to deliver on their word that I would get the pillows. It's been a 5-month frustration with the staff, as well as the store manager, Taj, who have been telling me the same story that the pillows have been placed and could not give me a timeframe when they would arrive. Well, after 3 months, they called me to say that two of the four pillows arrived and I can come pick them up. When I got to the store, I told the manager it's been over 3 months I have been waiting for the four pillows and couldn't understand why two pillows slipped away from the order if supposedly the virtual manager placed the order for the four pillows. I told the manager I would have never purchased the couches if your store was not able to deliver their word on the matching sofa fabric pillows because that is what I wanted, and went on to say that your sales person, Victoria, checked with her manager to make sure the store was able to deliver on my request which she confirmed and then placed order on the loveseats. To this date (5 months later), I have not received the last two throw pillows and the store manager, Taj, is not responding to my last email I sent him last week. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture, and will let my family and friends know; that is, if shopping for furniture, to avoid having to shop at Ashley Furniture because it's not right that this store misleads customers with their sales pitch words and CAN'T deliver. This store has put me through so much frustration that after 5 months of waiting and still haven't received my last two throw pillows, they have worn out my patience and decided to write review now as I feel that I'm never going to see the other two matching throw pillows. This store gave me false hope and this is not acceptable. If I was able to give this store a "0" star, that is what I would have prefer to give this store as they mislead me to false hope just to make the sale at the time of purchase in Dec. 2024.

I recently purchased several pieces from Ashley, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, stylish, and clearly built to last. The showroom staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through options that suited my style and budget. Delivery was prompt, and the setup team was professional and efficient. Every piece arrived in perfect condition, and it’s clear a lot of care went into both the craftsmanship and customer service. Highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality furniture and a smooth, hassle-free buying experience.

We purchased a couch from Ashley's in mid-March, with an expected delivery date in mid-April. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The first couch delivered had three holes on the backside and several dirty spots. We contacted Ashley's the next day to request a replacement, we hadn't noticed the damage initially, as the delivery crew had placed the couch against a wall. The second delivery took place on April 27th. Unfortunately, the replacement couch also arrived damaged, with a significant rip on the back. Given that this product had left the warehouse labeled as "new," we could not accept it. Since then, we've made multiple calls to the store, have been promised call-backs, and it has now been three days without any follow-up. To add to the frustration, during the first delivery, the crew expressed that we were "lucky" they even attempted the delivery to our unit (we live on the second floor with elevator access). While I fully empathize with the challenges the crew may face, those concerns should be addressed internally with management, not voiced to the customer. It is ultimately Ashley's responsibility to ensure that deliveries are planned appropriately and that customers are treated with respect during the process. We had organized a gathering that had to be canceled because of these issues, which has been deeply disappointing. As of now, a third delivery is scheduled for May 10th, nearly a full month later than the original expected delivery date, and throughout this experience, we have yet to receive a proper apology or proactive communication from Ashley's. We sincerely hope Ashley's focuses on improving the quality control of their products and their after-sale service. Customers deserve better care and attention, especially after making a significant purchase.

We were able to track the delivery truck, which arrived within the time stated to us and with friendly and efficient people ready to set everything up in a very short time.

So Ashley furniture sold us a couch and it broke within 24hrs then have the nerve to tell they send some out to fix it and also told us we can’t get our back now why would we want to kept some shit that broken in 24 hours. And the return policy was on the 4th page of the receipt which so be on the front page we want our dam money back and even if I have to get a lawyer for this morning cause it’s worth stopping yall from doing our ppl like this

Installation guys were nice but the two pieces of my couch are not connected in the back so when I tried to move it an inch, only one piece moved. That's a big problem for me. We are looking to furnish our office with a daybed or futon. We came in and asked what they had for sale since their website offers over a hundred options that satisfy our search. As soon as I asked she said we won’t find that there and we should shop at Walmart or target instead because nobody sells that. Bobs down the street does, as does Ashley ON THEIR WEBSITE. Not sure why we couldn’t have gone over options from the catalogue. We walked out and won’t be back!

Not happy with quality of furniture.. went to Ashley in niles last March to buy a certain couch. Purchased it and was on back order for a few weeks, 3x we took off work for a delivery date and no one showed up. Went to the store and they offered to purchase something else. We did a small sectional that was 2x the amount of the last one and still charged us for delivery even tho we already had taken 3 days off work off for delivery on the first couch. Within in 1 month the couch has a huge rip in the headrest of the couch. Went to the store to get money back but didn't happened they called the warranty for the couch and sent me a new covering but no one ever called to install it. So a huge whole still remains. After only having this couch 6 months now and the recliner part has no stuffing and can only feel wood and metal at the foot of it. It's hard as a rock and no compensation from the store. Still making payments on something that is literally falling apart. No one from the store calls you back. 😒 I would never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. All I want is to come home after a 12hr day to relax on my couch but can't... we just watch TV in bed because this couch is falling apart. As you can see we still have the tags on this couch. BTW beware of buying the extra warranty cuz they are very difficult to deal with. I would think the first year the manufacturer would stand behind their product.

Purchased a bed frame for $1500.00 and it’s just not worth it. Within a year it started having problem and just recently collapsed. Been 2 months and still not resolved by the company. We also purchased the warranty. If you are going to buy a bed frame just get it off Amazon for $300.00. It’s literally the same quality lol. Hope this helps others!

Great products. I bought a rocker recliner for less than 1/3 of what lazy boy wanted, and it was more comfortable and higher quality than the much more expensive lazy boy. Ricardo was professional, courteous, friendly , and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

I am so happy with my purchase! First off, let me start by saying I received great service from the moment I walked in the door! Kasia Chudzinski has got to be one of the most pleasant, kind and genuine sales professionals. She was very helpful and answered all my questions with patience, and I asked a lot of questions! Reilly Naughton was also very helpful in helping me figure out my delivery options and was very kind throughout the process! They were both very knowledgeable and made my experience a smooth one! My chair was delivered 4 days after the day of my purchase, and it’s one of the coziest chairs I’ve ever sat in. Very bad customer service, we went there tonight at 8:40 just to check the furniture very quickly, a lady came to us asking if we are buying or just looking we told her looking and we won't take time because you close at 9 and we will be out before that, she start saying "I hope you finish soon because we working for 12 hours come on you can come tomorrow why in the end" and she left, it was so rude and weird way specially that we told her we will be quick and out before 9

Bad customer service

Danny was wonderful to work with. Allowed us to browse the store at our own pace. Great selection, updated couch options and prices in all budgets.

Fraud place. My in-laws had their Ashley’s white glove delivery people caused damage to building wall. They called Ashley and was told file a claim, I had to follow 100 times and one day just send mail it’s denied. After that you have no option but go to court. Also old had to pay $650 for budding damage. Clear cut damage caused and now old customer have to deal with it. They just Fraud company looted their customer. Will pass word of mouth to friend and Family to stay away from this company.

this is the worst furniture store, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! Never delivered my order, then I called and the beds on back order until JANUARY!! Order placed on IN STOCK units in NOVEMBER. Then the new beds delivered and they missed pieces and parts and now nothing is secure at all, HORRIBLE! Called and they "can't do anything" even tho they are the reason the beds were not assembled correctly STAY AWAY> And don't call the store as it does NO GOOD!!!!

Excellent service and attention

I feel a little better, reading the reviews, to know that I am not the only one who has fallen for this nonsense. I picked out a made-to-order model that was in the middle range among their couches with electronic reclining seats. Somehow the floor display was comfortable for a good ten minutes in the store. After delivery, the first time I sat on it for an hour, it became clear it was ergonomically a nightmare. If I had an extra room no one actually sits in, this would be the couch for that room. For any actual use, it's junk.

The showroom was very nice. The sales associates were very polite and helpful and seemed to really enjoy their work.

We had a great experience buying our couches with Ricardo. He wasn't on top of us the whole time. He gave us space and answered questions when we had them. He was also very patient as we came back to the store several times to sit on the couch to make sure we were really ready to pull the trigger (we had a very bad experience buying our last couch and didn't want to make the same mistake). He got us the best deal possible and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. He also explained everything every step of the way. Hopefully we love the couches just as much when they arrive!

I was trying to purchase a dresser with a gift card. Since I couldn't use the gift card online, I had to call customer service. The person (and her team) kept telling me she would call me back (she never did). I called them several time. I waited 3 days and nothing. They also lied to me saying the dresser would be more expensive in the store and I could not use the gift card in the store. I decided to go to the store (best decision ever), everyone was nice and the purchase was done in less than 30 min (awesome!). 5 starts to the store, 1 star to customer service (I will never call you again)

The service was good, however, it was not mentioned that the finance company where we financed our furniture will charge a 2% of what I purchased as a “promotional fee” I am really disappointed with this charge. Also, please inform people if they would like to add insurance, not just add it. Not very happy customer.

On 04/07/24 my mother and I made the purchase of some furniture at the store located at 8251 w Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714 where the attention of the manager Diego Herrera and the saleswoman Hadar Zusman was excellent and we left very happy with our purchase on 07/19/24 they delivered our dining room and some tables that we bought for the living room, the central table was broken in half and the other two tables are damaged, one has a part of the wood separated and the others There are screams on the marble, the people who made our home tell us that they are the worst tables we could buy because they always come out damaged. This is a comment from a person who works for this company due to a mistake on our part, we did not realize this damage (when they delivered the tables to us they were already assembled and we paid for them to be assembled here at home and it was not cheap at all) but I notified this to the person who made the delivery and we agreed on an agreement that came for the tables to take them that same day but this has not happened since that moment everything has been a total misfortune because this is the date and they still haven't solved anything for us, we spoke with customer service on several occasions (we speak Spanish) and they were never able to give us help Because the managers of the company only speak English, this is totally discriminating against us because of our language. One of the ladies gave us the option of making the claim through your page, but in reality it is talking to a robot whose solution was to give me a bonus. of $45 dollars so that I am satisfied when the tables cost me $608, do you think this is a good deal for your customers? We saw another option of returning to the store so that the store manager and the saleswoman could help us and their response to us was that they no longer take care of that problem that is directly with customer service, they believe that this is a fair response For a client who at first you serve with kindness but to solve a problem they wash their hands, I am addressing you through social networks because it is the only way I feel I will have a response to the poor treatment you have given us. Amazing store and Service!

Danny was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to what I was looking for!

I made the right decision to go to this Ashley location in Niles. All the staff were helpful, my specialist Danny was super patient with me. It is my new place for furnitures.

Shopping Was a pleasure!! We made a purchase 12 years ago the quality of the table and chairs was fantastic. We gifted that set to our grandaughter. And purchased a new one. Quality through our all pieces

The experience was extremely smooth and easy. A. Taj was very helpful and also made great recommendations on which couch is a better investment. He clearly explained the benefits of the protection plan which I think is definitely worth it. Showroom is also beautiful and well maintained. Danny the sales guy was very nice and helpful

When I'm gonna spend my hard-earned money the person I'm gonna spend it with better vibe with me. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk in the door, you get jumped by the sales person who's turn it next to take the next customer. I don't like that. It makes me feel very uncomfortable, especially if you don't care for that person. That's the main reason why the last time I was there a couple of weeks ago I didn't spend any money and ended up leaving.

This review is for the associate Ken at the Lincolnwood, IL location. He was extremely pleasant to work with. He was so polite and took care of with no issues. Now, as I stated earlier this 5 star review is for the associate himself because I cannot stand Ashley Furniture. They screwed me over one too many times and the only reason this transaction went as smoothly as it did was because I picked the furniture myself. I will say the assistant store manager, he's a short European guy, was very rude to Ken. Ken told me he was new to Ashley and he needed to ask some additional questions because he wasn't 100% on all the knowledge yet which is completely understandable and I didn't mind it but for some reason, that "manager" did. He had such a bad attitude and acted like he was above Ken as a human being, it was sickening. Older people need a job now a days then you get "managers" being dismissive to new employees with an attitude like they should know everything after the first day! Be nice to people and treat others the way you want to be treated. I learned that in pre school!

The specialist did an amazing job and helped us with every detail. The process was quick and she helped us find the right price.

I bought a great mattress at a very good price at Ashley Homestore in Niles! Ricardo, the salesperson, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Great guy ! I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I will only shop for mattresses or furniture at Ashley from now on. Highly recommended !!

Everything went as planned and smooth with the help we got and had an excellent experience.

The experience was overall very good for us because they were able to price match an offer we’d found elsewhere, so we left very happy that our sales associates were able to accommodate our request. The ordering process did take 30-45 minutes which was a lot longer than we would have expected to buy one sectional and an ottoman. Everyone was great and very helpful, especially Victoria & Sam, but it just took a long time to be in and out.

My order was processed incorrectly which resulted in the delay of getting my furniture for 3 weeks! Terrible system and for their error, sales or management could not do anything to expedite the delivery. after I explicitly gave them my time frame. Very disappointed. I ended up not having the furniture I needed for an important life celebration. I can't put into words my disappointment.

The delivery driver called Jesus they sent me to deliver my couches was disrespectful, and not professional. He didn't do his job properly by not attaching the couches properly. He was in a hurry the whole time and at point returned the couch to the truck because it didn't fit through the front door without attempting to use the back door until I said so and it worked. He left a mess in my house by not taking the pile of plastic and cartons for recycling. An absolute HORRIBLE experience. I usually buy my furniture from the roomplace and their delivery drivers were always professional. I wouldn't do business with Ashley again since i run the risk of dealing with such a delivery driver.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Torrine Hunter. Her knowledge and helpfulness made a tedious process pleasant and seamless.

Do not shop here. The worst by an experience I have ever had. Service was decent during the purchase. Terrible service after that. I still haven’t received my full order. They’ve delivered the wrong items twice. I’m told manager will call me. Has not happened. Hopefully when I return everything the process is smoother.

Wants to take away my right to self defend. Criminals will choose places were no one is allowed to carry a gun legally. I willraise my voice and vote with my money and go somewhere else to buy my furniture.

My sales agent named Hadar was very nice and friendly. When i come back, I would ask for her again.

Very dis-satisfied with not just this location but with all the Ashley locations. Their post sales service is pathetic, they don't care about the customer once the sales has been made. Bought a mattress, foundation and bed frame from this location (via Mr Ricardo) and there was an error in the sales receipt, they shipped me a High Profile Foundation instead of a Low Profile one which I asked for. Upon delivery, I called up Store, they asked me to talk to Customer Service and Customer Service tells me that there is no error in sales, this is what you asked for and we have confirmed with the store. No exchange or returns will be made. I am clueless that if there is an error in sales, why would customer has to suffer. This is not just bad but Ashley has set a wrong precedence is sales and service. I have had a similar experience on them charging more on sales receipt than what they committed in store and when I called them back, they said it is what it is and never adjusted the amount. Ashley is tricking customers and this is very disturbing. Pls avoid going to Ashley.

Tourine was such a fun salesperson to work with. She listened to my needs, wants, and budget. I ended up picking out the perfect couch for me and she was a huge part of that.

Sam was very attentive from the second we walked in. He greeted us and allowed us to shop without pressure. Once we were ready to sit down he quickly came to assist. Finishing the deal was painless. We look forward to our delivery of our purchase.

We went into Ashley and fell in love with this one couch. Jo was super helpful setting up delivery and was so nice to work with. We realized the couch would be too big when we got home and it was. Called Jo and explained everything and went in the next day and had such a speedy process to cancel/purchase. Can’t wait to get our furniture!

Quality alright, service decent but thinking about it all right now not very impressed. Should’ve gone with another company and pending if that is what I should do. Delivery should have been waived, insurance discounted since they are saying this is what they pride themselves on and more than 2 pillows could have been thrown in like an ottoman. Will have to review overall.

Ashley Furniture was full of awesome deals over the Memorial Day weekend! Victoria was friendly, helpful and very patient while we shopped around and asked lots of questions. We got great bargains on mattresses, bed frames, and accessories :)

Have been shopping for furniture for quite some time and thought that there is nothing to surprise me, but one sales person in this particular location made the difference - Shadi is his name. I got a BUFFET from this store and shipped to my home. There was no scratch on item when I bought ( seller confirmed it too) when I got the item there was a scratch on down pice!! I called before accepting and customer service told me they will send someone to fix it! And also scheduled a service for it! No body came in and tried to call 3 times and they told me someone will call you in 24h!!! After 20 day calling I got no response! This is the way Ashley is doing! I am not happy with businesses! Hope you will decide before buying from this store!!!

A little bit upset with Ashley furniture. We asked for a delivery on a Thursday evening. But they decided to deliver the couch and chair on Wednesday morning when we were at work.

I had a wonderful experience at this store from Niles. They had variety of options when it comes the furniture and i did find what i was looking for. I have not received my furniture yet because they ran out of the furniture i was looking for, so hoping to receive it very soon.

Jo was extremely helpful! The sofa we came in to see was not on the showroom floor, so she showed us other comparable options. When we fell in love with one but found out the style was recently discontinued, Jo offered to sell us the showroom sample off the floor for a nice discount! Will purchase from this location again.

We had a very pleasant experience at Ashley in Niles. Our salesperson was Danny and he was very informative, funny and helpful. He was very patient with us leaving us to try all the different loveseats until we found the right one for our needs. He was also able to secure delivery in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and this showroom if you’re looking for affordable furniture with good quality.

Salesperson was wonderful. However, it was down hill from there. Furniture was in stock at time of purchase. Scheduled delivery. I received call it will be 3 weeks later. No live customer rep to be located. Sat on hold for 15 minutes to be disconnected. Said I could live chat, rep asked to verify information and then not another word. I would not shop here again.

Working with Jo was wonderful. We are so happy with our purchase and can't wait for it to arrive.

After they deliver that furniture, it took me four months to reach a manager and it was assistant manager that said couldn’t do anything about it , he gave me customer service said , they couldn’t do anything about it. Beware shopping at the store once they get your money, they don’t want deal with anything else. Furniture is defected, delivery is bad!!!! $1,400 down the drain.

We had a good experience buying a bed and mattress from Taj. Although he assured us the delivery guys could take both our current mattress and box spring, they would only take one. He made it right with us by sending a separate truck a couple days later to get the box spring. The only reason our experience wasn’t five stars was because of Ashley’s mattress expert who tried to sell us a $5,000 high end mattress without even asking us any questions about what we were looking for before lunching into her endless pitch. We finally got out of being cornered by her, but were so put off that we almost left without finishing our bed purchase. Clearly, she does not know how to “read the room” (her customers). Taj found us something we could afford.

This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. First us walking in there, nobody greeted us after clearly making eye contact. They were too busy being on their phone or conversing amongst themselves. After a good 20-30 mins a salesperson came up to us and finally greeted us. Her name was Jo and she was by far the worst of them all. We were set on two bed frames we wanted and she did help us decide which would be best but after us stating we were looking into as well a chess dresser she then gave up on giving us the best deals and what we were looking for. After I told her I wanted to look at the clearance section she stated there was only one item on clearance. After I looked around I seen way more items on clearance that could have been a potential chess dresser that we could have walked out with . She pitched us the highest chess dresser instead of actually getting something that was going to be worth the money and material. She lacked in actually wanting us to leave with a good experience. She was all about making the $$ instead of actually meeting your needs. I do not recommend this place nor her as your sales person. After we made a purchase we then stated how nobody greeted us and how the experience was horrible. The manager first didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and made the issue about not giving us any deals which that wasn’t what we were not upset about. We were willing to buy more stuff but nobody was giving initiative to actually help us and get us a deal with a bundle being bought. Then Jo wanted to argue with my partner and make excuses for her and her coworkers about not greeting and giving a good experience without being apologetic about it. My partner works in sales and regardless of the matter you are always suppose to greet and make the costumer happy and want to come back. They did not at all and to save your guys time do not go to this store. They are lazy and just want to make their money pitching you the highest items there without actually caring on what you are looking for or an alternative and giving a good deal. Very disappointed.

I’m so excited to do business with high quality people who are passionate and willing to help customers to achieve their dreams furnitures and furnishings products with affordable prices. I can’t wait to do business with them again and again, the sales department staffs are amazing.

I placed an order for a coffee table and was told it would be delivered the week of Feb 26th which was about a week and 1/2 after I had ordered. I then received an email regarding my delivery date and I called to ask a question about it and found out at the call that the table was on back order and it wouldn’t be in the warehouse to deliver no earlier than march 2nd. What was annoying about that is I never got a phone call stating my table was on back order, I only found out about it when I called to inquire about delivery. I feel like the service is always a little lack luster at Ashley.. this is my second purchase and have had an issue both times regarding service.
