Went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a sleeper sofa. Our salesperson Sam was an excellent help. The store was clean and contained an excellent selection of furniture. Prices were reasonable. We will shop there again.

A mix up on the color. I kept saying white not light gray it wasn’t until the desk was reviewing my order that it was discovered. The desk people made it right and explained it with be up to 6 weeks before my color would be delivered.

Terrible. Delivered the wrong couch that was not what we ordered. We were given different information by the salesperson. Tried calling the store over 10 times only to be transferred to Customer Care that was useless. After finally getting through to the store was told there was no Manager. Lack of Management.

Joe was very nice and super helpful however the desk in back that’ is on “sale” has a lot of damage, broken pieces and is “used by employees in training” and yet they were unwilling to discount it. Went to Darvin they had similar desk brand new at same price as the “sale” here. So was it really on “sale”? Or just another way to Catch the eye of the consumer!?

They ok late on the delivery but delivery team the first time was bad no knowledge on how to bring the sofa but the second team was great and professionally thank you guys you were awesome

Absolutely love Ashley furniture in Orland Park, IL. I had the pleasure of working with Tammy Powell. She is amazing and she knows her stuff. She told me I could switch things up on the bedroom sets like getting a footboard with drawers instead of a regular footboard. Which I wound up doing. I don't think I've ever been happier with my furniture like I am now. I found my entire complete bedroom and living room sets at one time. Nobody beat their prices, color of the furniture I wanted and styles. Not to mention, the delivery service was so top notch. Super impressed by my whole experience. Although my couch set and coffee table are on back order for a month and a half, its definitely worth the wait. Nobody had what I wanted or needed except Ashley furniture. My whole family always shopped for everything at Darvin furniture. Not anymore. Darvin is so overpriced on everything it's ridiculous. So glad Ashley furniture is still around. Will be referring everyone there from now on. Definitely A ++.

We were on the search for new furniture and had already done quite a bit of research online. When visiting the Merrillville store, some of the items weren't in stock on the floor, so we decided to drive to Orland from Valparaiso, IN. Our first stop was at Darvin furniture where the salesman who approached us was so interested in a quick sale that he barely gave us the time of day. We then went across the street to Ashley furniture where we had an entirely different experience. We were approached by an associate in training who directed us to the items we had researched online. Her senior associate came along and patiently assisted her with all the information she needed while guiding us as well. The saleswoman, Sarah Jones, was an outstanding example of complete customer service while also training her new coworker with such grace! The following day we found some additional pieces we wanted to add to our purchase, and Sarah took care of the entire purchase over the phone so we didn't have to make an additional trip. Not only did she work to give us the best possible price, but she did it in a caring, personable way. A furniture purchase of this size, would normally be quite nerve wracking, but she did it with ease! This would definitely make me go back in the future.

I will never, ever shop with Ashley again. The store charged me for a lamp I never received and I tried for months to resolve it with the store to no avail.

Great salesman and fast service and quick transaction waiting for delivery

I made a purchase on August 15th with the commitment of September 6th being the target date for my delivery. Prior to the purchase I asked the associate if she was sure about the date because I attempted to make a similar purchase at another Ashley's store. They told me the product wasn't available. Her reply was that the store was a franchise and didn't have access to the product as we do, being we are a corporate store. I spoke with her and the manager on duty and was given the commitment of all products being available and delivered the first week of September. I received a notification of fulfillment in the first week of September. It only included 2 pieces of a 5 piece bedroom set. I received another notification that cancelled the delivery and postponed it for about 2 weeks away. I contacted the store and asked for a call back. I didn't receive it, so I went to the store. I spoke with the associate that assisted me to which she proceeded to blow me off. She didn't listen to what I was concerned about......where is my bedroom set? Why wasn't I informed that there was a delay? So I asked to speak with the manager. His response was about a discount.... Not an update or an understanding of why the delay and some resolve. I've since had to purchase containers to hold my clothes while waiting for my bedroom furniture. This was a huge inconvenience. I reached out recently and the customer service agents because no one from the store would give me a call back. The agents response was It's the vendors fault. But I didn't purchase directly from the vendor, my transaction was within your store and now that I'm inconvenienced

I came to Orland Park Location I walk in and spoke to someone I didn't get there name and ask him did the sell bedfram and he said yes and walk away so I walk around the store for about 20 minutes looking for the right color and finally Lilliana ask me was anyone was helping me and I said no. Stay far far away. Prices and promotions in store vs online are completely different and they aren't willing to match deals and are shady with the financing terms. They'll offer something like 20% off with reduced term financing. Hint: that 20% off is likely the same or more than their everyday online prices. So there isn't really a discount. They're just raising up the in-store pricing. Suggestion: Check online prices while in store.

I went there for the semi annual sale event, however I couldn’t find anything on sale. After driving over there, I decided anyway to get a sofa and when I ask for the free delivery they were advertising, that turn out to be not true . Not a good experience this time, I was motivated to go there because I’m customer of this store.

Disappointing Experience with a Sleeper Sofa We purchased a sleeper sofa from Ashley in May, based on recommendations from friends and their positive experiences with the brand. The final price was around $1500, and we received the sofa by mid-June. However, within a short time, we noticed a recurring issue: the seating cushions constantly slide out of place. It's not an occasional problem—it happens every single time we sit on the sofa, making it incredibly uncomfortable. I find myself adjusting the cushions multiple times a day, which is frustrating. None of our friends who own Ashley furniture have experienced this issue, so we didn’t expect it either. What’s more concerning is that when I contacted the store, they dismissed the issue, saying comfort wasn’t something they would take into consideration. I strongly disagree. If you're spending $1500 on a sofa, it should be comfortable, and the cushions should stay in place. This is not just about comfort—it’s about the sofa functioning properly. You don’t buy a $1500 sofa every year; it’s a long-term investment, and it should hold up better than this. If you’re planning to invest in a nice sofa from Ashley and expect quality and comfort, I would strongly recommend considering other options and brands.

!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ & BEWARE !!!!!!! My experience with the Store manager Ceasar at the Ashley Furniture located in Orland Park was horrific!!! He stated incorrect policy & procedures regarding an overpayment made with cash. He was very dismissive and left me appalled and displeased with the level of customer service. I had to go over his head and contact corporate only for them to tell me I was right && that he was absolutely wrong!!!!

Do not buy from this company. They delivered a broken fire pit to my house. I asked for it to be taken back and the delivery driver refused. We have been trying for weeks to get a repair or replacement. The manager and employees have acted like they can’t communicate or help us. I had an appointment and the message service canceled last minute and will not answer our calls or messages. The customer service is the worst I have experienced and it seems like this is the norm for the company. At this point I want my money back. I’ve gone to the store twice and have called customer service at minimum 10 times with no returned call. I’ve called both numbers and no one answers or returns the call.

I had a really lovely time shopping at Ashley. My salesperson was Sarah J, and she was awesome. She made it such a pleasant experience. She stayed past her scheduled time to help me- she was walking out, but assured me it was no problem to stay and help, even though I only wanted a lamp. So sweet. When I'm ready for a new couch, I'm coming back to Ashley. Exceptional service is so refreshing and kind of heartwarming these days.

Both salesmen worked as a team. I walked in knew what I wanted had received an approval previously of an amount. Long story short, they got me approved for more. I was considering a different color they made sure I had it as my opt and it’s not an opt that was viewable to me online. The salesman helped close me out perfectly and did not take the sale from the original gentleman I worked with upon arrival. It was just an all around really good visit and transaction. No one greeted or tried to help us the entire time we were in the store. Not friendly.

I will get to specifics on Ashley furniture in Orland Park in a moment but a message about furniture stores in general. Stop with the farmhouse style. In this moment, it's already a fad that has passed. One thing we noticed about most furniture stores is that only 1/3 to 1/2 of the furniture has any level of desirability for normal, everyday people with a decent eye for style. This means that over half of each store has way too much crappy style, like black lacquer, white lacquer, glitter on furniture, gold trim, fake modern faux leather couches and chairs that you would see in movie spaceships. Yuck. When shopping, didn't even bother with the notoriously expensive places like Penny Mustard or John M Smith. The place that had the most desirable selection of furniture store wide was Steinhafels....but, we found this store to be crazy expensive as well....great quality....just out of our price range. This leaves places like Value City, the Room Place, Ashley and Bob's. While I have purchased an easy chair from Bob's before, Bob's and the Room place where places that we walked in, took a lap around and found that they carry the most low quality junk of the aforementioned furniture stores. So for us, that left Value City and Ashley. We found the dining room set that we wanted at Value City and we found the living room set we wanted at Ashley. We ended up settling for a dinette at Ashley so we could buy everything at the same place to get a better deal. We worked with one of the managers, Joe. Overall, we liked him. He's a little bit of a pressure salesman and he hovers a little too much but he was just doing what salesmen do. Once we set him straight, he started giving us some breathing room. He knows his stuff and got us through the sales process pretty quickly. The only thing I would recommend to Joe is stop with bad cologne....it's repulsive 🤭. Aside from that, you have a customer for life.

Everything was great until the delivery. A night stand was broke and trying to get ahold of someone to replace it was ridiculous. I've called different numbers , I keep getting pushed off to another division and then finally had to do a live chat that didn't have a live person but AI and they said they couldn't find my order. I've only had the furniture for an hour, I should get a replacement right away not file a claim and wait for a service person. I've spent alot of money and really feel like I'm now pushed to the side with no one to help me

I came into the store on Sunday looking for a new couch for my new apartment, and right away, Izzy was amazing at helping me and guiding me through the process. She answered any questions I had, made sure I understood all of the logistics regarding the financing, and I was very happy with my puchase. Akram, the manager, is amazing as well! :)

My experience was short, I knew what I wanted. The salesman, Aris showed me what I asked, I sat , relaxed and walked out with sofa sleeper and reclining rocker to be delivered this week😊

After waiting 2 weeks for my delivery, on delivery date they did not show up. No call nothing. I call and ask where is my delivery? After 3 calls and apparent untrue statements by delivery team who said I refused delivery because it was in pieces. How would that be when no one talked to me and I paid for delivery and setup! Now the only thing they offered to do is just reschedule the delivery. Now I have to wait another week!!! I hope it shows up this time. Very disappointed!!!

After posting such a nice review the other day when i purchased my bed, I had to come back on here and tell what I experienced today at this location. After taking off a full day of work for my delivery that never came, nor did I receive a phone call that my bed was not going to be delivered. I was on the phone with someone from the main office who clearly had no knowledge of what was going on with my delivery. I ended up going up to the store to speak to the manager Cesar who informed me at that time that I was not going to receive my bed and that the bed never should have been sold to me separately, because it was a set. Well why the hell did i not receive a call? Why did i have to come up there to find this information out? All he kept saying was sorry sorry sorry. I should have gotten more then just a sorry. I felt Cesar was very insensitive to the situation and not helpful enough to rectify the problem. That's no way to treat a person who has spent their money in your store, I left highly upset. I will never in life come back to this location and do business with Ashley furniture chain. Just bad business. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I have a great experience picking out furniture. The Associates were very helpful and made sure I say visually how it would look in my property. Kelisha and Sam helpful me from beginning to end and their manager Cesar was very helpful as well.

Our sales rep, Chris, who was just recently employed by Ashley Furniture, was absolutely the best!! Greeted us at the door, politely asked us what we were interested in seeing, pointed out the areas of the store where those items were displayed and left us alone to look, feel, sit, etc. checked in on us once when I had a question, and we continued to like at the rest of their displays. When we wanted to get pricing, he was very quick to explain the pricing, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, etc. I asked about another suite of furniture, and gave me pricing for that one, it was then that we decided because of the pricing, discounts, etc. that were available, we bought 3 rooms of furniture!! Chris was extremely helpful!!

The customer service Aris provided was outstanding. A little disappointed that the offers online were not available in store. The 5 year protection plan online was not available for $59.99, I was asked to pay $179.99 protection plan for a $349.99 table. Did not make sense to me. Also, the web said free delivery. Your store only made delivery to the front door available. I gave 4 stars because of the service Aris provided.

As soon as I walked into the store, I noticed the most comfortable couch and couldn't resist sitting on it! Joe, who works there, came over and had a friendly chat with my partner and me. We had a very bad experience. 1. The store nor customer service return your calls. 2. When issues arise no help from Managers or sales people. 3. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. 4. I called the 800 number and can never speak with a supervisor to try and fix the problems we were having. Very poor communication on their part..

Kaci was brand new employee and was Awesome!!!! I never would have guessed she was new! She showed us around and then when we made a decision she got some help from a co worker to do the paperwork is all. Otherwise she’s didn’t need anything- she was a pro! The co worker she had help her was slow. Was not understanding to the fact I had a time crunch and needed to leave store for a dr appt by a certain time. Made a few mistakes and took a long time to process everything causing me to have to leave mid way through and then come all the way back jsut to sign two forms. Kaci kept apologizing but he seemed oblivious to my inconvenience. Overall was a good experience.

It was okay

I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero. I Only ordered a bedroom set with 2 nightstands a dresser bed and bed frame. I was told it could be delivered 4 days after purchase at the time of purchase, which is acceptable. Then find out it’s pushed a week later than that and I start to get annoyed. Then have to miss 4 hours of work to meet the delivery guys that tell me the wrong equipment or hardware was put into the system to put the bed together. Then an another attempt was made to put the bed together only to find out no hardware was even brought and the wooden slats that were in my condo aren’t for this bed. So then have to order a box spring for a bed that I thought didn’t need a box spring. So a 3rd attempt is made and the railings and box spring that were brought have no hardware with them to assemble the bed. So after paying for delivery and assembly Miss Ashley says they can mail us the hardware to put the bed together myself in 3 days. Luckily another team was available to come for a fourth time to put the bed together but now I’m stuck with these wooden slats. After trying to return these wooden slats Miss Ashley tells me that all sales are final and I can’t return the wooden slats that I bought for no reason. To sum it up Ashley stinks, they’re delivery people did not do anything wrong I appreciate them, but the people clicking the iPads to order what the purchaser wants are incompetent and apparently don’t know what goes with a bed set and the customer service makes false promises to try and cover themselves, and apparently make you buy something useless that you can’t return. They made an experience that I thought great into something horrible.

My husband and I ordered a living room set back at the beginning of January 2024. Though the paperwork stated up to 16 weeks for a delivery timeframe, the salesperson said it should be more like 6 weeks. Well 16 weeks later and no furniture. We have called and inquired and were told a supervisor would call us back. Three times we’ve called and were told we’d get a call back and have not yet received a call back. Not to mentioned delivery had been scheduled three different times and had to take time off of work. THREE times they scheduled and time was taken off of work. They clearly do not care about their customers. This is inexcusable. Buyer beware!

The effort and friendliness was above and beyond expectations. He worked well getting us size, color and delivery options of the furniture.We were very happy when we walked out of the store.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s today! Within 5 minutes Aaron had the perfect sleeper couch that I had in mind with exact measurements/color I preferred with the best deals around! The prices were so great I proceeded to purchase a matching ottoman, gorgeous bed frame, and the comfiest mattress! I can’t wait to go back to furnish the rest of my new place! Would recommend any customer to ask for Aaron too! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made our experience 10/10!

If you are looking to get help don’t go here. Customer service and assistance lacks here. Plus they don’t care unless they know you will buy something. I also want to point out a lot of the items sold ant Ashley furniture are available on Amazon for a cheaper price. Even though they say they will price match they won’t. Do your homework before buying here.

I love my recliner not happy I tried calling store three times for a delivery time no one picks up the phone very disappointed in that finally the next day I got through to customer service and was able to get the number for my delivery 🚚. I called the guy he was super good kept me up to date on his eta.

On Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, I purchased a living room set and dinning table with chairs at the Ashley Furniture store located Orland Park, IL. The sales man specifically told me I had 72 hours to return the item if i am unhappy with them for whatever reason. Upon delivery of my items, i noticed the items were too big for my living area. I told the delivery team I needed to return the items but they refused to take them saying that i should contact the store for them to schedule a pick up. Few minutes after the delivery team left, i called the customer care team and i was told all deliveries are final that i will not be able to return them. I am now frustrated with items that are too big for my living space after spending so much money. I hope the corporate team reads this and expedite my return.

We used to always go to Darvin (decades.... yes) but their customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. That last time was so bad we don't ever plan on going back. So we tried Ashley and were pleasantly suprised. The manager joe, that got us our new couches, was not pushy. He treated us fair, let my wife and i discuss our options privately for a bit, and just gave us a relaxing sales experience. (We literally sat in the couches we were buying while discussing features lol) thanks, you're our "new darvin"... see you next time!

The people at Ashley in Orland Park are great! Saul was our salesman. I appreciated that he gave me the time & space to check out all the sofas. He never pushed a sale; I even left and came back later in the week! I was able to set up a convenient appointment time to receive my sofa & chair. The delivery team were on time and quick to set up. They cleaned up after themselves and acted very professional.

If I could give a 0 I would. Salesman smelled of weed and had to have his manager come do his sale for him. Manager tried to charge us 800 more than the advertised price of the couch and told us nothing about door openings needing to be a certain size which turned out to be crucial. Delivery guys came (they were nice) but they didn't have any info on how we get our money back and tried to get us to keep the couch when we had no other place to put it. All in all it was a terrible experience and I would never go in for anything besides just looking at a piece I want to get online. Sleezy salesmen tactics, zero important information given and all around horrifically disappointing.

I was supposed to have delivery on Thursday 2/15 which never happen because it wasn’t put in system. It was then rescheduled for Tuesday 2/20 and I was the 19th delivery, from 4:15-8:15 which didn’t work with my schedule as I informed them. I should have been one of the first. Then I was then told I couldn’t schedule it until Wednesday for a new delivery. I paid for delivery with white glove treatment. I would not call this white glove treatment and feel I should be refunded partially for me having to change my plans around on several days for their screw ups. When I was told it would be here a week ago. Very unhappy with the service I received and the help I received over the phone. When I called in I was disconnected more than once before getting this matter resolved. Still do not have a delivery date but they have my money!!!!

Very disappointed . First I was overcharged 160.00 more than the total sales order. Received my furniture today and every piece is soiled only 2 had tags on them. Several had hair on them. None were factory wrapped all had been taped up. Clearly did not receive NEW furniture I ordered. They tell me they will not take it back and give me what I paid for. Waiting for call back to have them send someone to clean totally not acceptable. Buyer beware they take your money and give you used furniture. Also you cannot get through to the store you purchase from all numbers go to corporate.

Do not purchase a bed frame and mattress here! I purchased a bed frame and mattress last month and was told when it would be delivered. A day before delivery I was told that the frame was delayed and would take another a couple of weeks. So I waited… never heard anything except for their automated system trying to make me schedule a delivery for just the mattress. Tried calling the store, my salesperson, and customer service and only got an automated response and could never get through to a real person to talk to. Finally yesterday they scheduled a delivery of the mattress for me when I did not approve the date. Called customer service and finally got through to a live person who told me that my bed frame was back ordered and they did not know if they would ever get so I had to select a new product.I was never made aware of any of this. I cancelled my whole order because of the lack of communication and bad customer service. The worst part is that in order to get an extended warranty on the mattress, I had to purchase a $100 mattress cover with which I took home on the day of sale. I went in to return it today and was greeted by a rude salesman who told me that the cover is non refundable simply because it left their store and was already billed out (never was told this when I purchased it). The manager just told me I should’ve just called the store to which I explained I tried several times and never got any responses or could even talk to a person. Needless to say, I’m thankful I didn’t pay a dime on the $5,000 furniture yet (due to financing) because who knows if I would’ve seen that money ever again. I also heard from a friend that had the exact same experience. I went elsewhere to another store who had almost the same products that I got from Ashely in stock and at less than half the cost. Needless to say I will not be back ever again and will not recommend this store to anyone. Their customer service at the store and over the phone is absolutely terrible and all they care about is making the sale with no follow-through.

I have been a Ashley customer for many years, the furniture is well made and durable. I was looking for a good sectional and Luna in Texas was running a 50% sale on Ashley Furniture. Ashley does not price match but, I called Ashley furniture in Orland Park Illinois and spoke to Megan. Megan was very professional, met, exceeded my expectations in price and delivery. The only problem was color, while we did not purchase I highly recommend Megan at Ashley in Orland Park

The variety of furniture is great! Delivery times are fast. Prices, you can’t beat anywhere else. Customer service… terrible! Gentleman helping us kept messing up the order, putting in our address wrong. When I asked him for an updated receipt with the correct information, he rolled his eyes, attempted to fix it and said he couldn’t print the corrected receipt but promised it would be right. I was going to pay cash and he said they don’t have a cash drawer… totally fine. So I paid with card. Tim (sales guy) had the nerve to ask for a tip when I was putting my cash back in my pocket. In addition to that, he sat us down at the table to complete paperwork and another sales rep was sitting in the chair, vaping and blowing big smoke clouds IN THE STORE!! They were more interested in high fiving each other over the sale than providing good customer service and making sure all our questions were answered. Overall, customer service was absolute trash!

Very easy experience, Tim was great in helping me pick out some furniture for my mom.

My overall experience was wonderful. The manger of the store and Savannah were fantastic with helping me finalize everything.

At first the experience was great. And I ordered my furniture in May and wouldn't need until November. But as I got to my delivery date, I couldn't get in touch with my sales person nor get my calls returned. It made me so mad I was going to refuse the delivery. But my delivery guys Antonio and Dontrelle were so nice they changed my mind. Between the waiting period and the delivery date "ROTTEN."

Positive experience from the team at Ashley from beginning to end. We had never been to this store before. Kelisha Walker gave excellent customer service without sales pressure. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns.

Last week, I went to the Ashley store in Orland Park in hopes of finding some home theater chairs for my home. After having discussions with the sales person, she told me that if I purchased the chairs, the delivery would be free. After shopping around and comparing prices, I decided that I would buy the chairs from the Ashley store. Today, I reached out to the sales person and explained that I was ready to move forward with the purchase. The sales person apparently reached out to the General Manager and was told that the free delivery was no longer being offered. I was surprised to hear that since the free delivery was a condition of the sale. The sales person went on to say that since the free delivery wasn’t available, the General Manager would work with me on the price. So I went to the store to purchase the chairs. I met with the General Manager and was expecting him to “work with me on the price”. That did not happen! He proceeded to tell me that the price of the chairs are normally much higher than they are now, and that the current price reflects what they would have been on clearance?? He also mentioned that there was some type of price glitch??? These chairs were previously re-called due to problems with the LED lights overheating. So the bottom line is this, I purchased the chairs thinking that the delivery would be free. That wasn’t the case. The salesperson told me that the General Manager would work with me on the price. That did not happen. Ashley didn’t stand behind their words. I won’t be doing any future business with this company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE……. I went inside the store at the orland park location on Black Friday. Ordered a couch WITH THE SALE PERSON and the MANAGER and they STILL SENT THE WRONG COUCH….. ALSO. They delivered my mirror thru a third party which they left sitting out in the rain!!!! Please shop else where I spent over 3K for them to not be professional and I’m HAVING TO DO OTHER PEOPLE JOB……. So do not recommend at all.

Cheap furniture and terrible customer service. It took over 2 weeks of back and fourth with customer service to get someone to approve my furniture orientation change. Someone from the store had to call me back and no one ever did. It wasn't until I called to just cancel my whole order to shop elsewhere, ALL OF A SUDDEN customer service had the override to make changes to my order. What a joke! I don't understand why they couldn't just do that from the get go and not waste my time! I had to turn away a delivery and wait over a month to finally get changes made. Just threaten to cancel your order if you cant get your issues taken care of over the phone. Never shopping from this company again.

Poor customer service. They get your money and afterwards you get NO customer service on on the furniture that you just purchased.

If I could give a score of a zero I definitely would. This is based of my experience and the issues I have with the stuff of the Ashley furniture employees. This issue has started in 2021 and continue till now November of 2023. The management of Orland Park Illinois store is horrible and very unprofessional. The sales people aren't completely honest and adding extra protection products to the purchases without customers knowledge. Shortly after you find out about this situation and when the purchase amount is higher then it suppose to be a while attempting to cancel the item, they portend they don't know anything about it and have very rude attitude and don't want to help at all to resolve this problem. When you ask for the manager of the customer service assistance in a hope to get help, he is never available but then suddenly he appears and threats the customers with police call because he is fed up with the customer frustrations. The amount of disrespect at this place is unbelievable. The furniture delivery its a nightmare itself. Pieces of the furniture are very often broken and scratched. When the customer call to report this issue they not willing to help and put you on hold for hours or simply hang up on you. I'm not the only one who has this problem because few of my friends bought from them and had similar issues and actually worn me about their unprofessional service but I didn't believe them at the time. Well, now I do!!!! Stay away from this place and their employees!!! I will never purchase anything from them again!!! they only nice when they take your money. Ashley Furniture isn't the same store then it was many years ago when quality and exceptional customer service was a top notch and priority. :(

Do not buy from Ashley Furniture. Their furniture is damaged, very overpriced, and the customer service is a nightmare to deal with (no customer service really). Our sectional cushions are already worn out despite us not using it everyday - you're better off buying off of Amazon (probably from same vendor in China). We bought a rawcliffe sectional sofa almost 2 years ago with a warranty and have had nothing but problems with our order. First, it was delivered damaged with missing cushions. Cushions were then sent to wrong address. A month later, the cushions went completely flat. We called and complained about it and they agreed to replace because the sofa was already damaged and made us reselect another one. When we received our reselection, we received another damaged sectional on top of missing an extra wedge. Almost a year later, we are still trying to get this one replaced as we've had nothing but problems with their customer service and always get directed to the customer number with 2 hour + wait times. When we got someone on the phone, they directed us back to the store we bought from. So we ask Diego (Store manager) for a reselection as instructed by the corporate rep and he said he had to look into our order and get back to us to see what he can do. I've called him numerous times as I have not heard back in weeks - he has no clue what he is doing and just blows us off every time we try to get in contact with the store through other associates. We can literally hear him in the background asking who it is and he tells them to say that 'he's busy' when he's not. When we try to get any other alternatives for resolution, we get re-directed to their customers service or corporate number which are both equally horrendous. We still have not gotten our issues resolved on top of our warranty being cancelled randomly by this store for no reason. Their associates do not care, their store manager does not care, and all they want to do is put customers in a loop whenever they come into the store to avoid their issues (google Ashley Furniture customer service, nothing but terrible experiences).

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE from this company! If it’s DAMAGE they will NOT return or give you a refund unless a technician comes to your home to review the item. This takes 7 days for a tech to review your case, then contact you, make an appointment, then you wait another week or so to get an exchange or refund. This company does not provide you how the process works if your items arrive damage. There’s no information on their website, the salesperson does not give you a heads up. There’s no paperwork or receipts with small print that say “no refunds or exchanges on damages items.” Completely unethical and a SCAM! Manager and Claims department “this is the process” “did you ask” - unhelpful and blame it on the customer bc it’s the easiest thing to do. The only furniture store who does not provide return/exchange/refund policy information. AVOID and SHOP elsewhere!

Furniture is not worth it! Paid 1700 for a set and purchased a 5 year warranty, screws are coming out from everywhere including the bed frame my mattress is completely sinking on one side of the bed I call to file an insurance claim they told me it’s not covered, so I call Ashley and now they want me to pay out of pocket for a technician to come out and look at everything. What is the point of the insurance then? What did I pay for? The furniture I’ve had since 2019 and honest to god it’s horrible it scratches easily and screws are just flying out everywhere. I will never purchase another thing from that dump!
