We have been dealing with a broken recliner for 2 months. It was assembled and the delivery people left and the footrest opens but does not shut. We have been in a customer service loop with international representatives that can not seem to get it together to get this recliner repaired. Two months! we have been given the run around. The sales man at Ashely when we initially called brushed us off to a phone number and have been dealing with nothning but run around BS and have been givien no real assistance, or an opportunity to repleace this recliner. Worst furniture experience ever. We will be leaving review on every social media they are listed on because this is ridiculous. The comment from the store below is BS we have called that number repeatedly, nice cover up though!

They have a "No use no lose" warranty but I think they need to go back to third grade English class. Bought furniture in 2019 and reached out to them to get re-sent the invoice and warranty info in 2023, I was only given the invoice but no warranty information. Reached out again 2 weeks ago to see what the process for claiming the credit was, contacted customer support and they said to contact the warranty department, contacted the warranty department who said to contact the store, who then said to contact customer service. Back to square one I was told by customer service they'd open a ticket and I'd here back within 3 days. Fast forward a week and I reached back out to the Warranty department who had me contact the store which then opened ANOTHER ticket and indicated I didn't have an email on file with them (my spam folder begs to differ but whatever) and that generally the warranty department sends out an email and letter when the credit is available. I gave them my email and phone number again and was told I'd have someone reach out that same day. Fast forward ANOTHER week I finally get a call and am told that they have no email on file and that they've never sent out emails or letters for this in the past and it's the customer responsibility to know when the warranty expires and the duration of the claim period. I requested I be emailed with the case information and provided my email AGAIN and was told they were sending over that information. Still waiting on that email and I guarantee the next time I call I'll be told they don't have an email on file. On top of that I noticed my bed frame starting to sag and realized when they delivered and assembled it they never installed the center bar to support the middle of the mattress causing the slats to just slowly sag toward the center.

My wife and I went to Ashley with an open mind, having checked out a few other furniture stores as well, seeking a sofa and love seat for our living room. We liked the variety of styles and the layout of the store. However, it was Sarah that made the difference. She helped show us a few options and we told her we still needed to comparison shop, so we left. However, it was her thoroughness in explaining our options, giving her suggestions on furniture pairing, and her personality that made us decide to come back the next day to purchase the perfect pieces to showcase in our space.
