The young man who serve me as well as the young lady who assisted him was very helpful very informative very patient and concerned about the customer being pleased with not just a service but the furniture that the customer was choosing the best service I ever received the managers star was superb the young man was excellent
This store’s management and customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. I spent a lot of money at the store after moving to a new home and despite assurances the furniture would arrive at specific dates it took 11 months. I was then given a credit for my troubles but when I went into the store to use the credit they said that it expired. I had to call customer service to get a new credit and once I received that credit I went into the store to finally buy additional furniture. It was at this time they said that I can’t use the credit on the item I wanted to buy because it was on sale. I could use the credit on the non-sale price… except even with the credit it would cost more than the sale price. This store and corporate office doesn’t care at all about their customers. BTW, 2 pieces of furniture showed up with holes in them but since I waited 11 months to receive them it seemed pointless to get a replacement.
What a horrible experience. I purchased a bedroom set in November/December of 2021. The sales rep told me that it would take approximately 4 months to receive the furniture. It was understandable with all the shortages of everything else in the country. When they finally came to deliver the set in April the bed frame was damaged to the point the installation crew couldn't assemble the frame. They took the frame back and 2 weeks later I set an appointment to receive a new frame. When delivery arrived and the installation crew pointed out to me that it was the same defective bed frame. Fast forward a month when they attempted to deliver the frame for the 3rd time. I asked the installation crew to open the box outside as to not waste their time and effort to carry the same frame inside. Fortunately it was not the same bed frame, but unfortunately 3 of the 4 corners for one side of the frame were severely dented and frayed. I called Ashley to voice my frustration with their service and I was told the best they could do was offer me $45 off. I paid nearly $1000 for the set, took 3 days off work for the delivery and the best they could do was off me 5% off.

I made a large order and given a delivery date of 5/25/22 and also told on 5/17/22 I would receive a call in three days. I didn't receive a call in three days, I called to check on the delivery on the 24th and was told delivery is now June 8th. In the meantime my living room and dining room is empty also. 2 hours after leaving the store I called the store five times the phone rang 5-6 times and then disconnected each time.
