We purchased a set of furniture from the store and got it delivered and turned out that this it just wasn’t working for me because I am disabled and I really couldn’t use it or sit on it but thank God for Deshawn Hart , I hope I spelled his name right because he really made everything much better for me and we reselect it instead of furniture that will work for me he was very patient and respectful and honest, I didn’t actually come into the store because again I am disabled but my sister‘sddid and he worked very well with us all I was on the phone and he was working really hardTo make sure we get a set that’s gonna work for me and my disability that really means so much to me! what an excellent employee and I’m so glad he was there, What a savior I plan on buying more furniture in the future and I’m gonna definitely buy it from Ashley HomeStore Orland Park and I hope Deshawn c Hart is there again because he made us feel so comfortable and gave us so many options and really worked with us c in my opinion he’s a very valuable employee and he’s doing a great job for Ashley HomeStore keep up the good work, Mr. Hart! We loved the living room set the moment we saw it. We went around to multiple stores and kept coming back to it. It was unfortunate that the salesclerk we were working with wasn’t there when we purchased it because the new salesclerk working with us did not apply the discount and tried charging us more. Once we made her aware of it, she immediately changed it. Overall, good experience, however.

Ashley Homestore customer service is absolutely pathetic. We bought a recliner from them in April and were told it would be delivered in early June. The delivery date came and passed and no one called us so we called them and were told our chair was damaged and that the new delivery would be expedited and was to be delivered July 9th....ok fine, but then that day came and no one called so we called again and we were told they would put a ticket in and expedite delivery and would arrive July 24th, now that day has passed....now we call again and are told august 9th and that no tickets have been put in....would never buy from them again for lack of communication and also extremely poor follow up and sticking to their word. I can be reasonable but a 2 month delay on top of 2 months orginally is unacceptable.

We had a extremely terrible experience with your store in Orland Park. Also, your sales rep Martin Esparza is one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful sales person we have ever encountered. Initially he was pleasant at time of purchase. But, it soon changed when I wanted to cancel. I purchased the furniture on May 29th, I was told my delivery date would be July 23rd, and no mention that it could be delayed at time of purchase. When I text Mr. Esparza to verify my July 23rd delivery date, I had no response. I then called your store and I was told that the delivery date for my furniture is pushed back to August 30th. At that time I informed them to cancel the order. After which, Mr, Esparza began to text and call, regarding the cancellation. Mr. Esparza stated that he spent a lot of time with us and he could have been with another customer and not with use if we are going to cancel. ( I have text messages to verify what he said) Mr. Esparza , stated "I told you not to get in touch with anyone but me". He went on to say that the store did not know what they were talking about the delivery date being August 30th. Mr. Esparza seemed angry. Mr. Esparza stated that I would be charged 10%/$510 or keep the furniture and they would give me $300 off, to not cancel the order. I don't see how I have to be penalized for something that is out of my control. I have donated my furniture, in anticipation of receiving my purchase on said date of July 23rd. I am a senior and feel that I am being taken advantage of. Also, I was informed that it will take 4-8 weeks to receive my refund.

This business does not even deserve 1 star. Our experience with Ashley Home store was the worst experience we've ever had making a big purchase and I regret purchasing furniture from them. We ordered a lounge chair to go with a couch we purchased and they delivered the same chair twice. It was not the chair we had picked out. Our salesman used the wrong item number for a chair that wasn't even on display in their store. They were unable to compensate us for this other than waiving the cancellation fee after we cancelled the order. Trying to speak with the correct person with this issue was also a hassle. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for furniture purchases.

I had a horrible experience!! I made a purchase paid in full . When they brought part of my order my lamps was damaged. The manager asked if I wanted to pick out different lamps . I said sure . Upon picking out different lamps my new lamps came out 8 dollars cheaper. So I was expecting a refund instead the manager told me that i . owed him more money . The manager and I went back & forth for about 45 mins and he still said I owe him money : I decided that I just wanted a refund. Upon the manager refunding my money we discovered that I had been overcharged for the lamps . The manager didn’t offer an apology because he was embarrassed. Then when my refund was issued instead of the manager issuing me my total refunded he issued my refund in two parts . I received one and as of today 3 weeks later I have not received the second . To add insult to injury the remainder of my furniture was scheduled to be in July 22 and while inquiring about my refund the manager told me my furniture was pushed pack to sept 22 , 2021 . I wanted to just cancel my entire order and the manager tells me well you can cancel your order but there will be a 10% charge for cancellation. I was in disbelief: the customer service at Ashley’s in Orland Park is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this store . They talk fast to get a sale then don’t own up to mistakes. Then they deceive you in delivery dates and you pay to cancel your order . Worst experience ever !!!

Don’t trust!!! This store really screw up the customers with price. I ordered the recliner from Orland Park store. The guy charged me more for protection plan. Actual cost of sofa is 3500$, but the guy charged me the protection plan for 10,000$. Protection plan- For 3500$ value- Furniture $349.99 But they charged me- $749.99 First do some research before you buy anything at this store. Don’t trust them at all.
