Cindy was my sales person. It was great i bought a 4000$ bed set and it was all delivered in two days ! It was perfect she broke down everything for me and my options. Nice to know my money was well spent !

It was nice to shop and not be attacked by the workers. We took our time and looked around. When we were ready we found an employee, Tiana. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. She even helped with delivery issues. I will update if delivery goes bad. So far, so good.

This is a very nice place to shop. The salesperson was a little over "helpful" but it's a salesperson, and that's what they do. The pricing seemed accurate and reasonable, and we found some really cute furniture. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for nice, complete sets of furniture.

Ashley Funiture is a very terrible place to do business with! I’ve been trying to get only a dresser and a mirror for a month because each item they have delivered has been damaged and trying to reach customer service is awful with the wait time not to mention their not helpful at all! The delivery guys are disrespectful for coming in your home after walking in rain, snow, and salt tracking up my floor in the entire house. I hated everything about the store, their service, their product, and their delivery guys! Poor experience!!

Avoid this store! We had numerous calls to get furniture repaired and they missed delivery days. They one time told us they were on the way only fifteen minuets away, then sent a message your item is back ordered. So, what did they do to appease us. Linda told us sorry we will send you a $100 gift card. Then more delays and spoke with the manager, sorry we will send you a $100 gift card. Where are these cards coming from??? I called after months and Linda told me, they come from corporate and are slow. It has been over six months!!!!. So of course they will tell you about a free gift card because they never send them out.

Was promised 5 year no intrest have been being charged intrest since year one. Have made multiple attempts to speak with manager at store as well as finance and it always resorts back to store error and to speak to manager who never calls us back. Meanwhile intrest is accruing. Unacceptable and feel taken advantage of.

Thank you Amin for great service. After my instore purchase I noticed that the total price was different than online total cost including delivery and taxes. I returned to the store and discussed my concerns with the ladies at the front desk. One particular woman began to speak loudly and the other woman stated where I live and the actual street I live on very loudly. That is an issue and I will be filing a complaint and may take it further. My residence had nothing to do with the issue at hand. I would not recommend this location due to my experience today. I felt that I was judge by my ethnicity. I'm a well off person and work hard for my income. I was not going to pay extra 100+ dollar difference than online. I am very disappointed in the way these women treated me.
