My family and I visited the store and Mason helped us, he was very kind and helpful, all the employees were so kind! There was some misunderstanding about a credit card I was going to use for the purchase of new furniture, and it was my fault for not showing them up front what credit card I was planning to use for the purchase and I felt terrible about the whole situation and we ended up not making the purchase but Mason and his employees that helped us were very kind and understanding. Definitely will plan on going back to make future purchases.

Mason was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered any questions we had with a smile. A great sales team member.

The store was very clean with a wide variety of displays. We found the pricing to be quite reasonable. Mason Haas was very helpful and polite! He was knowledgeable about the products and features. Mason gave us information then stepped away for us to discuss what would best suit our needs. He checked with us periodically to answer additional questions. Mason was patient with his service and did not pressure us for a sale. The experience was pleasant and ended with us finding the best furniture for us.

We recently visited the Ashley Furniture store in search of a new couch, and we had a fantastic experience. We were greeted by Mason, who immediately made us feel welcome. I had done some research beforehand and mentioned that we were interested in the Larce sectional with performance fabric. Mason took us straight to it, answered all our questions, and even helped us measure to ensure it would fit our space. He went above and beyond by rearranging pieces of the sectional so we could visualize different configurations, which was incredibly helpful. What really sealed the deal for us was when he demonstrated the fabric's durability by pouring ketchup and mustard on a swatch to show how easily it cleaned up, impressive and exactly what we were looking for! Mason gave us space to discuss our options without hovering, which we appreciated. He was professional, friendly, and never pushy, making the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend asking for Mason if you visit the Peru location!

Went in a few weeks ago and feel in love with the Larce sectional Tony helped us we came back a few days ago and Tony was a great sales person and helped us get the sofa we wanted very friendly and helpful thank you

We went into the store to look for bookshelves, and it must have been a slow day. At least 5 employees were sitting around up front and one of them pounced on us the second we walked in the door. Nate was too much the "intense used car salesman" and it rubbed us the wrong way immediately. There were no bookshelves in the store so we decided to leave pretty quickly. Nate asked if he could give us his card in case we were interested in something else, so we said sure, why not. He then gets out a tablet and asks us for our names, emails, and phone numbers. We didn't provide that information and asked "But do you have a card?" And the salesman said "Well no..." Why offer to give us your card when you don't even have one? We didn't want to sign up for a bunch of promotional email and text messages. The store is beautiful but we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Mason was very kind, courteous, and not pushy. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and professional. We will purchase from him again. The place was very clean and had a good variety.

Katrina sold me a mattress, bed frame, and dresser. She was very professional, personable, and considerate about budget. I would absolutely plan on buying from Ashley’s & her again!

We went into the store just to look and fell in love with our now sofa and loveseat. If you need a good salesman, who will fight for you and get you the best deal, request Tony! He worked with us and got us a great deal and explained everything so we could actually understand all the sales lingo. It helps that the couch is stain resistant and super easy to put together too, even our dog loves it!

Friendly. However, I was encouraged to buy a clearance item. They do not offer returns on these items. Did not come with all the required equipment for assembly.

Great overall experience and even better people! From the start, the store sales associates were very inviting, friendly and extremely helpful. I am not the greatest with design and when I threw my ideas, they came back with options and solutions. Amy was a pleasure to work with and had made the whole thing super easy. This is not my first purchase here and when given the chance, I recommend to my family and friends. The product holds up and the process couldn’t be better. 10/10!!

First off, my experience in the store was amazing. No one was pushy and let me have my space to look. Brandi listened to what I was searching for and found what I wanted exactly. The pricing and bundles I was offered were phenomenal! Tony spent so much time and effort into making sure I chose the best mattress for my needs- he’s super knowledgeable and he’s your guy for mattresses. Brandi and Tony both made my checkout process quick and painless. Brandi followed up every week with updates on my couch and mattress from there Tony has been diligently working on my new bed frame and dresser to make sure it made it straight from production (real mango wood) to my doorstep. Came in today to try and get a mattress for the Labor Day Sale an Wes came an hooked me up not only was his service helpful but made me feel confident that the mattress he helped me pick out was the one for me an in my price range even knocking off $10 for me!! I have to change my review since receiving my furniture.The people in store are very helpful. Once I received my furniture customer service isn’t great. Realized after the delivery people left that hardware to install the shelves on my book shelf was missing. Customer service ordered the parts but I was told it may be a few days or a few weeks to receive the hardware. They can’t give you any kind of time frame on when the parts will be received.

The service was great! Very helpful when we had questions and needed it, but allowed to shop and look on our own. Was an easy and friendly shopping experience

We went there to look at couches, mainly a sectional because we saw a new one on Ashley’s website. It was near closing time, so we weren’t sure if we’d be buying anything or not, but we talked to Wesley, even though it was close to closing time he still went, got prices to compare theirs to Ashely’s online store, and he beat their price. Not only was he and the other staff knowledgeable but also friendly. On top of that they are genuine people, they don’t just try to sell you because it’s their job(I mean it is) but they inform you about your purchase, so you can make the best decision for you and not just selling the most expensive item to you. Their protection plan too is great since it’s in house, so you don’t have to deal with all the waiting and not knowing when the fix is coming. Overall I’d definitely recommend coming here, 5/5 10/10. Wesley and everyone else are awesome.

She came back up after we looked at a few things, and she talked that one of the items we liked was on a "Hot Deal". She talked about the pricing, financing, and warranty information. We ended going in to browse and left with a new couch for our home.

I had a very pleasant experience and ended up buying a beautiful living room set.

Bought a couch from the floor (with an extended warranty) and did not get explained to that it voids the mfg warranty. When driving home from picking up the couch, got a call that they did not give me the power cord. Got the power cord a week later, plugged it in and none of the 3 recliners worked. Tried to call and text my “salesman” and received nothing back so finally got a hold of the store which they made me file a warranty claim which took multiple days to be pushed through and finally got a call back in which they then told me that they would not send someone out to look at it because it was not delivered, they told me i needed to bring the couch back to their store to “look” at it. Instead their solution was to send me new parts that they “think” is the problem. Been 3 weeks after paying over 3k for the couch and 2 recliners do not work and 1 is stuck open. Very disappointed.

Tony did a great job and was patient with us while they kids tried to decide on their bedroom furniture. It took 3 trips but we finally made a choice but not until they picked their own beds out. Would recommend Tony to anybody.

Wesley and Tony were great Tony explained everything in the different style of beds he also had one of the beds in a position that my pain went away I tried trading the wife dogs and my wallet for the bed we are also looking at couches and sofa and Wesley helped us as well showing us different couches and sofas really explaining the differences of each one they were both really patient with us these two really but my faith back into Ashley home stores because we had a horrible experience at a Ashley home store in Mississippi But Wesley and tony really are Rockstars and definitely will be buying furniture from them and will be telling friends and family to visit this store

Amy was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us shortly after walking in and let us know she would be happy to help us if needed. She left us to shop without repeatedly checking in. I love this. Too often sales people check in to the point of annoyance. When we did need her help she was right there. The transaction was made smoothly and she was perfectly accommodating when helping us get our chair home. I was very pleased with our service.

I bought a mattress, foundation, headboard & footboard, & 2 mattress pad covers from Ashley for my sister in Illinois. They were delivered & setup yesterday. The delivery guys did a wonderful job & were very friendly. Katrina, our salesperson & one of the managers at Ashley, was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out the mattress & foundation; and assured me of the quality of the headboard & footboard I picked out. I'm in Texas, so this was all done over the phone. My sister is older and has several health issues. She wasn't able to put the mattress pad covers onto the mattress & foundation. Katrina jumped to the rescue, drove about 10 minutes to my sister's place, and put the mattress pads on for her! Truly a life saver and this was definitely above & beyond customer service!!! I highly recommend Ashley furniture for all of your furniture needs! Such a great experience!

I went to Ashley outlet with the measurements I had for a couch. They didn’t have a sectional that would fit my space. Tony searched the store and system for something that would work. We ended up going with Ashley’s version of the love sack couch that would work for my weird layout living room. I work m-f and my hours fell outside their delivery times. They made an exception and allowed a Saturday delivery. Jerry and coworker delivered my couch and were very gentle bringing it in. They put the feet on and set it up for me. They even took my old couch to the curb for me which was a lifesaver and above and beyond. Great experience.

OMG!! This place doesn’t deserve a STAR! I had ordered a mattress and frame on Feb.27th, said it wasn’t gonna be here till April 13th. Went back in there 5 days later to cancel my order (March 3rd), they wanted $900 to cancel, they said it was on the truck coming this way! Guess what! I didn’t and wasn’t going to pay that! I get a call yesterday saying it wasn’t coming till May 11th now! lol! I had wrote a comment on their Peru Outlet Page on Facebook and they blocked me🤣🤣 Amy your fake and Katrina you have no clue what your talking about for being a manager, and Justin you tried to pull one over my head, nice try though! As of today I don’t have to deal with these fake people and their lies! My order is Cancelled! P.S. tell the Mexican kid that works there to go work with his brother at Mattress Firm! His brother did a Great Job taking care of us!! Now I give him 20 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Liars from the start and terrible experience all the way around. Two months later for delivery just for the guys to claim it won’t fit and not even try. After that experience I did not want store credit. They refused to do anything to handle the situation and kept directing me to another store who would not talk. Terrible people there: Jerry, Ashley, Kate, Katrina, and Amy. That’s who we dealt with. Refused to give corporate number to find a solution to help their customers. Oh and over a week later they have yet to refund my couch they refused to put in my home.. even with the 30% fee they have yet to refund it. Please save yourself the heartbreak!

Update 2: after a lot of headaches about our missing final piece of furniture, Jerry did help us out. He was able to confirm the piece will be here tomorrow Friday as previously stated. He was also able to give us a store credit for our troubles. We do appreciate Jerry doing his best to make it right. We were really considering finding another furniture store for future purchases but we are willing to give Ashley Furniture another try. It’s only because of the employees at the Peru location that we would consider ordering again. Update: the sales experience was good. My issue was delivery. We were told 2/9 for delivery. I received confirmation by text and email. The confirmation appeared to show that I was only going to get 3 pieces instead of 6 which obviously made me concerned. I was reassured by both the store location and warehouse that all 6 pieces were coming. Well, my hopes were dashed when the delivery guys advised they only had 5 pieces instead of 6. The piece apparently did not make it on the truck. So now we have to wait another week for the final piece. I understand mistakes happen but to be reassured twice that everything would be fine and then it wasn’t was a complete let down. We were planning on having a SuperBowl party with the new couch and now we will have less seating than we thought. Very disheartening! I really hope next Friday goes well otherwise we will look elsewhere next time to avoid the hassle. Enjoyable experience with Brandi. She was very helpful and took her time to answer our questions. It was a big decision to decide what piece of furniture to buy but she made it easy. We will be back the next time we need a piece of furniture for our house. Thank you!

Paid for assembly due to being an hour away. We just moved to Illinois so we wanted to have our furniture assembled and ready for the new home but when we arrived to pick up, the furniture was still boxed. Mistakes happened and a refund was issued for the assembly charge but we rented a trailer and blankets due to the fact it would be much larger assembled. Unassembled, we could have just put the box in our vehicle. Very frustrating.

As soon as we walked in, Amy greeted us and was very friendly and was happy to help us with anything we needed. We decided on a sectional and mentioned we were also in the market for a mattress. She helped us find one that met our needs. Her and other employees also helped keep our son occupied through the process. Amy was great from start to finish, I would highly reccomend purchasing with her help at this location!

My 15 yr old Melissa and I had no intention(s) to do anything else in Peru, Illinois other than to get to bank before noon and then to Northlake to see my dad. I was stressed.. exhausted.. About 20 minutes I knew my girl was fanagling something.. So.... that was background of my level of crazy... on a rainy windy Saturday... I walked in the store.. I met Amy.. calm and professional.. She brought me right back to earth. Not pushy, let me have my time to look, my girl scored a beautiful white leather captain stool for her soon makeup vanity.. ME? I scored the cutest end table with power and USB ports. Thanks Amy. My whole day was better after that. 👍

Twice I've bought from here and twice I've had problems. So I bought a pretty large sectional from here in March of 23,only to have the delivery people so up on time which was nice but they started bringing in the wrong couch. Called up the store, found out the wrote the model number down wrong....when you are dropping $3k you'd think maybe not want to screw up a higher dollar order. Again we had already disposed of our other furniture and were without for another 2 weeks. Fast forward to July 23 we decided to give them another chance went in to look for a kitchen table. The process of buying is easy sales people were super friendly,helpful,but not knowledgeable. We figure out what table we want and purchase, with us picking it up ourselves in Bloomington at the warehouse. Well that where the downhill slide starts. We show up next day to pick up our new expensive table, And get asked a very odd question by the very helpful warehouse people, question was did you only order a tabletop......let that sink in for a moment. Who in their right mind buys only the top to a table. If I was told the base was separate I would've understood more but it's the lack of knowledge. I was also informed by the warehouse workers that the Peru location has been constantly messing up orders. Maybe it's a management problem,maybe they all need corporate training. Maybe they should close the doors and relocate the employees to a better trained facility. 5 stars are for the fact how friendly and helpful the sales people were but again they do need more training. Due to multiple order mistake and mismanagement I reduced to 2 stars. *Update* Went to get some warranty work done they went to the wrong address after we had already updated our new address. Now we get a message stating the item we sent out to be repaired doesn't match the ticket number hmm maybe this has something to do with them messing up the number to begin with and they still haven't corrected it....🤦 I guess they did some "digging" and found the new correct number🤣 *Update #2* Jerry from Ashley reached out asking me to get a hold of him to "do what he can to make things right" now I assume his making things right will be a 10% off coupon or 50$ off something in store valid for only 30 days but that's just purely speculation. However I did reach out gave him my name and info along with best time to contact me. He replied that he would be calling me next day. Two days later still no call. We shall continue this saga till the end. 🥴

Today I walked into the store with my 2 year old who had to go potty.There were 3 people at the desk who did not look up but I said loudly. "Is there a bathroom we could use?" No one answered for a few minutes. Then the guy (dark hair & skin) asked if he could help me so I repeated myself. He was very helpful & answered my question. However the guy next to him (Dan? Maybe) was very rude & said "she just asked that! She's looking for the bathroom." I was thinking well thats weird that he heard me the first time & ignored me yet was rude to his coworker! I could tell the other coworker who was helpful was frustrated as well. As he should be! This is more of a complaint for him because I don't think he was being heard because I heard him having a conversation with another lady that looked like a manager maybe and she seemed to write him off about it. Safe to say my husband and I will Not be back and I hope that guy (dark hair &skin) is treated better after this!

My first experience at an Ashley’s outlet and it did not disappoint. Tony was the salesman who walked me through the store and was so very informative and helpful with the search to find a sectional that would fit my needs! The whole experience start to finish was a positive and stress free one. Tony was a great help in our search for a new mattress, we had just started our search today and Tony gave us all the information on products and brands and even got us to try the brand we were sure we didn’t want, only to find that it was more than likely the mattress we’ll end up buying after we check out a few more models on my list. I have a feeling we’ll be back for the Tempurpedic, but I have to be thorough! Tony also showed us the clearance room as we may need a replacement for an Ashley sectional piece before long, but there wasn’t the piece we needed in there unfortunately. After all that he measured all the coffee tables in the place to see if they had one that would work for us (48” lift top, super hard to find!), but they didn’t have one. Tony was a joy assisting us through the store, giving us all the info we needed without pressure or forcing us towards a certain product. We’ll be sure to visit Ashley in Peru for all our furniture needs and hope to see Tony there helping us out next time! The new Ashley store has a fantastic selection and great staff and we’ll definitely be back!

After shopping around at multiple stores in the area, we finally went into Ashley Outlet to look for our new mattresses and couch. We were pretty indecisive when we went in, but Jamie went above and beyond to help us find pieces that were not only in our budget, but also pieces that we really loved. She was very patient with us (we were in there for well over an hour with a very excited, hyper 8 year old) and took the time to go over all the prices and sales, protection plans, and delivery details with us. She was very sweet! We're so happy with our choices, especially our new couch, which was waaay more affordable than similar couches we looked at at other stores. On top of Jamie being fantastic, EVERY salesperson who walked past us smiled and engaged in smalltalk with us. They've got a great team, that's for sure!

The store had just opened when we visited and the staff was working hard to get the store in order. Any questions that we had, they were able to answer. Jake helped us pick out our new bedroom set and made the process easy. Would definitely recommend paying them a visit!

Staff and salesman Jake all deserve five stars, as well as manager Vicky! My only issue was to find that the furniture I bought was significantly cheaper on the Ashley website. When I called the store to ask why, Vicky corrected it immediately and gave me the lower price. Very happy with the service I received from the staff!

I went in to look at mattresses the lady helped me pick out the mattress that I liked And she said they would call me in 1 or 2 days to set up a delivery and then this Other lady called to see my experience with Ashley Furniture And was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks for delivery .. So I purchased it Because. they had 2 years free financing so I chose to go that route and put $300 down on it not knowing that it was going to be 2 to 4 weeks delivery and I can't get a refund because they wanna charge a restocking fee when I haven't even been notified of my delivery date and it's been over a week. They were having a big president's sale make sure you do your homework before you buy all the other places around have the same price not even running a sale yet. I'm just saying I'd learn the hard way not to buy from this place so I definitely don't recommend buying any furniture here
