We visited Ashley Furniture today to look at some couches since we've been wanting a new one. As soon as we walked in, Amy greeted us and was very friendly and was happy to help us with anything we needed. We decided on a sectional and mentioned we were also in the market for a mattress. She helped us find one that met our needs. Her and other employees also helped keep our son occupied through the process. Amy was great from start to finish, I would highly reccomend purchasing with her help at this location!
We just bought a wrap around sectional couch and Tempur-Pedic mattress! We worked with Amy and she was super funny, witty, and awesome to work with! Top shelf experience for sure!
I have had a great experience every time we shop at Ashley in Peru. The representatives we have worked with were kind, informative, and not pushy. We typically have our children with us and the reps welcome our 3 and 5 year old with open arms and are so friendly with the kids and have even kept an eye on them a couple minutes if needed while we shop. Outstanding customer service and happy energetic attitudes. Upon showing pictures of our home the reps were able to provide feedback regarding what pieces would look nice in our home and provided lots of options within our budget. Ashley has always had great quality for the price. Top notch team at Ashley in Peru! We will be back!
My 15 yr old Melissa and I had no intention(s) to do anything else in Peru, Illinois other than to get to bank before noon and then to Northlake to see my dad. I was stressed.. exhausted.. Mel says mom! Can I go see if the bedroom set I wanted is still there? Sure I say.. I'll close my eyes for a few. So that's how much my day was very not well. About 20 minutes I knew my girl was fanagling something.. So.... that was background of my level of crazy... on a rainy windy Saturday... I walked in the store.. I met Amy.. calm and professional.. She brought me right back to earth. Not pushy, let me have my time to look, my girl scored a beautiful white leather captain stool for her soon makeup vanity.. ME? I scored the cutest end table with power and USB ports. Thanks Amy. My whole day was better after that. 👍
