Went into the store today. The sales people and the people behind the counter were not helpful at all. Found out we had to order what we needed online. They would not assist in helping online. I had to ask for their Wi-Fi, ask for their password. To order what we needed. We were told we had to order it by ourselves. I understand that in today’s world, but could someone have been a little bit more friendly and assisted us. No. Very bad customer service.
Ashley Maas is very patient and skillful with all customers. She has helped us 2 times with finding what furniture would be best for us. She treats your furniture/decor needs/wants, as personally as she would for her home. No push just to make a sale. She knows decor and we appreciate her so much! I've shopped at different Ashley Furniture Homestores for years every time I've moved. This has so far been the best experience I've had with them. All the workers were super friendly and engaging. Linda, who helped me select a coffee table set and order some pieces I saw online, was very knowledgeable and made the experience seamless. She was also very welcoming to someone brand new in the area and was helpful with some town info and recommendations. All staff put a smile on my face and made me even more excited for my move. Definitely would recommend shopping here to anyone in the area.
