Logan is a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate! He spent a great deal of time with us, and kept it open and informative without being at all pushy. He offered lots of information on the furniture as well as different packages and payment options. Logan was our sales representative and he was absolutely AMAZING!! He know all about the lift chairs that we were test driving. Logan is very personable and just great to talk with. He took his time with us and never once rushed us to make a decision on which lift chairs we liked. He gave us a GREAT deal. Logan was just AMAZING. I spent a lot of money on a sofa/love seat set and originally asked if could pick it up with a truck and trailor. I was told i wouldnt want to do that because if I damaged anything during the move, I would be respnsible for that. So I paid the delivery fee of $250. When the couch was delivered, the delivery guys damaged my door frame and pulled the screws out of one of the hinges on the door. I did not realize this until after they left. They left my door open, so when i realized that, i went to close it and it wouldnt close. I was able to re-install the hinge and the door now closes but the frame still has knicks in it. I completed the survey that was texted to me and i was contacted by someone through that advising me Ashley Furniture is not liable for damages during delivery because its a 3rd party delivery service, so they said i had to speak with the delivery company, even though Ashley Furniture hired them. I spoke to the dekivery company and they originally offered me $200. That was 5 days ago. I politely sent a counter offer 4 days ago. No response. I sent another email over 24 hours ago and still no response. This store should be hiring better delivery companies and not making the customer deal with the property damage claim when I wasnt the one who hired the company
