Sales representative Bruce did an outstanding job helping me and my wife purchase our new couch. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Our previous experience at Ashley Furniture in Joliet was very disappointing — we were treated poorly and unfortunately misled. However, our experience at the Ashley Furniture Outlet was completely different. The staff was welcoming, honest, and helpful from start to finish. Bruce truly went above and beyond, and he absolutely deserves a raise for his excellent customer service!

My fiancée and I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture while furnishing our first home. We made some last-minute changes to our order, and the Store Lead, Anthony, went above and beyond to help us adjust everything and still pick up our furniture the same day. He was patient, professional, and truly took care of us. We also want to give a big thank you to the gentleman in the warehouse who helped load everything into our U-Haul. He single-handedly assisted us with lifting and carefully loading each piece and was incredibly professional and friendly. The entire team made what could have been a stressful day smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Hello I had a great experience just the things I love for my Yard thank you.

The experience was overall good except for the salesman double charging me for one of the beds and having to go through the hassle of disputing the charge and the ashley furniture rep on the phone not seeing that they double charged me.

Shopping at Ashley was truly a walk in the park! Cody was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. He gave me the space to browse and choose what I liked, then came back and offered his honest opinion about my selections. I really appreciated that he encouraged me to consider pieces that aligned with my overall vision. From the first point of contact to the completion of the transaction, Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. His customer service made the process smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely be referring others to shop with him!

While we were looking at furniture, I needed to take some medication. iWhen I asked the person helping us , he immediately went to get me a cup of water. He was available when we had questions but did not pressure us to buy.

Not sure what the issue is but these are the absolute rudest people. Pack your patience.

Unbelievable. In a bad way. I have been waiting here over an hour to get my item. I call the number that they have listed and of course it brings me to a call center outside the country. I told her what was happening that I'm sitting here and none of the cars are moving and she has no way to get me to the facility. I asked if she could transfer me to the facility and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about. She said she can't transfer me to the warehouse. I said fine can you transfer me to the store. And she says no. So apparently there is no way to call the Ashley store. So... There's no instructions on what you do when you get here So me and other people were just sitting in their cars in line. Come to find that you're supposed to walk around to the side to give them your receipt. Otherwise people just walk up to this one door here that's locked. You look inside and there's nobody there. You knock and nobody answers. So after I get checked in I'm still sitting here. I go back inside to that hidden door that nobody knows about and I'm told that there's only one man working. I started out having a great experience when I made my purchase. Now. I will not order from Ashley again. Further update. I wanted to call my salesperson to share this experience with him. Off to the call center I go. I am told that they can't transfer me to my sales person. I said how do I get in touch with them? How do I talk to them? He said I need to go back to the store. Ashley had me. And then they blew it.

Sales person was a little pushy and not very negotiable

Sales person would tell you anything you wanna hear to make the sales and until you need to do a return hey do not want to help you Their service is terrible.

Horrible experience first time here we walked in and we weren’t greeted by anyone, walked around the store and no one said anything to us or asked if we needed help.

Javon perry lied to us. We spent hours looking for the right sofa. Drove 2 hours round-trip. We gave him the measurements of our basement door. Asked if came in 2 pieces. Gave him measurements. He lied. Put a few thousand on my ashley card. Waited over a week to pick up. Lot covered in ice and snow. Had to use 4 wheel drive to back it up. When saw the furniture it was one piece that was 8 ft. Tall and definitely would not fit our house. Refused to take it. These jokers give you a number to call to clean up the mess they made with their lies. Had I not been in truck I would have stayed in there showroom so these jokers give me my money back. Had to make countless calls and spend hours on phone to demand my money back. These clowns wasted over 10 hours of our time because of Javon's lies and he is a manger. How bout I waste 10 hours of your time? Got rid of my ashley card and will never do business with these scam artists. If you are smart you will do the same.

I visited the Ashley Furniture store in Romeoville yesterday and stayed in the showroom for about 30 minutes. During that time, there were four employees (three men and one woman) sitting at a table on their phones. For the entire 30 minutes, no one approached me or asked if I needed any help. After waiting, I had to walk up to one of them and ask if he worked there. He said yes, so I told him I had been waiting for half an hour without any assistance. He did come to help, but his attitude and facial expression were very unprofessional, as if I had inconvenienced him by interrupting and making him get up. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor customer service, especially for a store of this size. If you want it softer or more direct, tell me and I’ll adjust it.

Very friendly. I really appreciate that they greeted you then let you look around with out pressuring you, but if you had any questions they were there to help.

I was immediately approached with a kind welcome from Jeauvon Perry. I explained what I was looking for and was able to find something immediately! Great understanding of what I was looking for. I purchased a sofa sleeper and the best firm queen bed I’ve ever seen. The store was clean and displayed wonderfully. I didn’t know what to expect from the outlet but I will now make this my first stop store! Jeauvon, was very helpful and informative throughout the store. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or talked into purchasing something I didn’t need. My delivery was fantastic! Thank you again!

My boyfriend and I purchased a recliner and dresser two weeks ago at a chicago location and they were great. However, we had to pick up our dresser at this Romeoville location. I called a day before pickup to confirm if my father could pick up the dresser in his truck because I have a small car. I spoke to a lady not sure if it was Kayleen or Joyce and they advised all my father needed was the order number and an ID of the person who purchased the merchandise. He showed up and they did not want to give it to him because he needed to be added as a pick up person on the order. If they would have told me that the day before when I called, i would have done that and we would have avoided this altercation. Very frustrating that I now have to take another HOUR long drive to have this picked up after the holidays now.. never shopping here again No compensation or accountability was given

The checkout experience was extremely disappointing. First, I attempted to make my purchase on the Ashley website. Attempted several times in the website would not work. I use the virtual chat in that person told me that making a purchase on the website does not work. So then I found myself having to drive to a store, which I did not want to do. Once I got to the store, I already knew what I wanted, although I did change my mind about the chairs. The person that was helping me seem to have a lot of problems as well completing the purchase. He was getting error messages and then could not offer me the same financing that the website was. Also, the delivery fee from the store was higher than it was online. These are all things the person in the store had to keep correcting and had to walk away and go find someone to help him. In the end, it all worked out OK, but I was at the store much longer than I should’ve been.

Talk to you man Night before Going to the store. When I got to store I asked for the same man. He was called and he took me to the item I asked to see. He was very polite and answered my questions and said that it was in stock. He explained how much it cost with tax and delivery and how long for delivery. Very nice and upfront.

Nick at the outlet store. I do not like pushy sales people and he was not. He was present and returned every little bit to assist us and answer questions, but we did not feel pressured. We did feel that at the store in ? Batavia. We purchased from the outlet as well as the retail center. And the delivery was handled professionally and effieciently. Did have the white glove service which I am thankful for considering the size of our purchase.

Good experience at first but then was horrible. One of the salespeople assisted me and was very helpful and assisted well. Then one of the managers stepped in and took over and that is where it went downhill. Tried to push the warranty and delivery in my opinion were outrageous. Also asked to cancel my order and now I’m still getting texts it’s being delivered. Had to take matters into my own hands and cancelled it myself. My price nearly doubled and kept telling me I didn’t qualify for discounts because I was using no interest financing. No where in the fine print said that disqualified you but he refused. I immediately left and went to Darvin, found exactly what I wanted for half the price, better quality, and great financing. Sales person took their time and gave me discounts and walked through the whole process with me. Also the delivery and warranty only a fraction at Darvin than what Ashley wanted to charge. Don’t go to Ashley use Darvin they’re great and never had any issues.

Sales team was great, but the wrong distribution center was selected at check out and that created issues for trying to fulfill the order. The store manager was not on site and slow to respond to calls and texts from the employees at the store. Poor management. I spent over 2 hours waiting on items that I had already selected online and paid for in full at the store because we needed an override code from the manager. The sales team was great, fulfillment team was great, store management needs to be replaced with AI.

Our sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for furniture to go to Ashley in Romeoville and ask for Marina.

The place is dirty, even the new section. Dust and spider webs all over furniture. Minimal discounts on outlet furniture unless it's severely damaged. Wasn't at all what I was expecting.

UPDATE: they supposedly broke the item we bought. Text, no call. Said they're just going to refund it. I tried calling the number on the text. Didn't pick up. Called the store. Didn't pick up. Left a message asking for a call-back. We're 27+ hours from then: silence. So I'm updating the review. Original review: Laid-back salespeople. Good selection. Ms. Alonzo was really helpful--and remembered is from our last visit!

Upon entering the store, with the intention to purchase a bedroom set and floor lamp for my home office, there were 4 staff members available, none of which greeted me. Because my experience was so poor, I will not return, nor recommend anyone to consider Ashley Outlet as an option.

Everyone was fired the day after purchase . A week later, I was supposed to get a delivery. They called and said the delivery was short items which were in stock. I decided to cancel everything zero tolerance for people who say they they can provide everything unfortunately forget about it. I have zero tolerance.

Jeauvon was friendly, speedy, knowledgeable, professional, and the entire research process went great for me online, then, once I'd narrowed it down to 3 options, Jeauvon was willing to look them all up and share information about them. The option to pay online is EXCELLENT and efficient, and im just entirely pleased with the entire process. I'm looking forward to the new recliner.

I'm giving the 5 stars only for Cody, the seller! He does an amazing job. I had already decided against buying the couch because there were problems with shipping and communication with the store manager. He convinced us to reconsider and return to buy it. Now we're happy to have a beautiful couch in our home.

This store has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I bought the couches a week in advance and scheduled delivery. On the day of delivery, there were no couches and no real response from the employees. I specifically took the day off to be home for pickup. I called them all day. They were always busy, kept me on hold, or couldn't explain the problem. I don't recommend them.

Yes we got a punch him set a couch and a recliner and then Nick the guys our sales person he took us upstairs and showed us a dining room table with four chairs that was on sale and we decided to get it all in these he needs to be put up on the pedestal anybody comes here ask for Nick

Was here for picking up a couch, came here around 2:50 left around 4:00. The lady at the desk was very nice, the guy picking the stuff was very nice as well. However, why have 4 bays but ONE person picking orders in the MASSIVE warehouse? If you’re picking up stuff bring some snacks and get ready to wait.

My furniture has not been delivered yet just waiting coping that the furniture comes in the best condition. The furniture is brand new on the floor. I haven’t been on the floor for long so hopefully when it’s delivered, it won’t come banged up. I will return with a post.

I am Tomikia neighbor I live right under her. These pictures do not justice you have to see it in person. She came home one day and I told her it sounds like someone is coming thru the wall of my apartment from hers. She’s never home so I was confused she let me come into her apartment and see how Ashley furniture left her beautiful bed! They could not have installed this base correctly not only is it going to break her bed but it’s disturbing me. I’m so happy I never went into this store we literally live a block away from this place. They are refusing to pick it up they need to be sued. She’s such a sweet lady that works hard and has been forced to sleep on her couch when she is home. I could not imagine spending all the money she has spent and being treated so poorly close this place down immediately. My sister is a lawyer I’m going to see how I can help her she’s also pregnant and sleeping on her couch for Christ sake! Ashley furniture you should be ashamed.

Hayley did wonderfully in selling a Five drawer chest to me today. She was not pushy, very helpful and down to earth. Highly recommend her as your trusted sales lady for all your furniture needs. Also, this location does indeed have quite the deals on top-tier Ashley Furniture items.

Got zero help. Waste of 30 mins on the phone and another 30 via chat. We need a replacement cushion. Ashley failed to include the sticker on the couch with the serial number and now no one can seem to figure out even with the order and model number and all the other info the replacement piece we need. Chat told us that they would escalate this to the top or customer service management and transfered us and then I was told THEY COULDNT HELP. Call ANOTHER number. But they are closed. Picture of the SECOND rip on our two year old couch that we have been trying to get replaced for like a year +.

My mom spent nearly $2k on a dining room and living room set, sales guys ASSURED us chairs would come assembled yet here we are struggling to put them together. Additionally, the loveseat came broken and ripped as a result. Now they are refusing to deliver a replacement they want US to go get it. I’ve also been asking for a manager to call me since Wednesday 9/17.

All I Can Say Is WOW!! Highly impressed with the level of service and overall professionalism from purchasing in store with Joy. This store was a very large selection and great options my local Naperville store did not have. I could have very easily got lost in the decision making process if not for Joy. She was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations and at no point did I feel pressured like a typical sales experience. Today I got my delivery from Alex and not only was he right on time, but the delivery and set up was quick and very efficient for my son’s bed. I could surely see myself returning for future home purchases.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Jeauvon Perry, one of the sales associates. I briefly mentioned needing to furnish an entire 1 bedroom apartment and that I’d had looked at many items online. Jeauvon took the time to go through each of the items and make sure that I was seeing the best price. He was able to beat most of the prices I’d seen. A few of the items I had picked were you available online so wouldn’t be able to have everything delivered all together. I told him that I’d prefer everything come together. He showed me around the showroom at similar items and was able to pick some different pieces. Was a great experience and would recommend Ashley and Jeauvon to anyone looking for new furniture. To top it off, they offer many great interest free financing options. Thanks for everything.

Don’t know why the price in this store is different from other locations. They have labor day discount in other locations, but when walked in here, a lady worked out a total price for the exact same thing as i saw in other location, really scared me away. 😢

I purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Ashley Furniture for almost $5000 and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The adjustable base they delivered is not compatible with my bed, and during delivery the team caused scratches and damage to my brand-new bed frame. I have not been able to sleep in my bed since the delivery on 8/30/2025!!! I would give no stars if I could!! When I contacted the store to resolve this, I was told I would not be given a refund, even though the product does not fit and their delivery caused damage. This is unacceptable. I have attached photos and filed a formal complaint with corporate and the Better Business Bureau. Customers should be aware that Ashley Furniture does not stand behind their products or their delivery service. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to be cautious and prepared for poor customer service if issues arise.

This is related to customer pickup . I went to the pickup at 10:00 am . It took one hour 30 minutes for the couch to arrive . Loading took only five minutes but the wait time is too long . There is only one person at the loading deck and one person at the service desk both are helpful but this place definitely needs more staff

Ashley Furniture was amazing to work with on Labor Day. I was in a pinch to find my husband a comfortable recliner for his post surgery recovery, and get it home ASAP! Hayley helped me find the perfect chair, in clearance, and Kyle helped with executing me getting it home that day. Thank you Hayley and Kyle for your efforts on making his recovery a little easier!

I waited an hour and a half for them to bring my bed frame down. It was not a busy time. It was in the morning when there was three other people here two people arrived after me, and they went upstairs to take their stuff apart and bring it down while I waited the entire time for them to bring my one thing down they should probably get this in order. How do I get taken care of last when I was here first with one item? I could have taken it apart myself and loaded it in my car within 15 minutes.

Cody met me when I first walked in the door. I was able to communicate just what I needed (new bed frame and mattress for my mother) and why, he immediately knew what to show me, worked with me to find exactly what would work, and got me in and out in under 40 minutes. He was quite friendly, and even compassionate as I told him our situation at home with needing one very soon (Mom fell, broke hip, got replacement, needs rehab before going home and old bed is too high) and needing that full install so things would be ready in time. He was just wonderful from start to finish, and I cannot wait to show Mom her new bed when it's all ready for her. Thank you, again, Cody, for today. You helped in more ways than you know.

This Ashley location is really clean and well-organized. My husband and our two kids came to buy a couch and Jeauvon was extremely knowledgeable about each product we inquired about. He was very friendly, helpful, and prioritized us as we shopped and completed our sale. He wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us time to shop alone while remaining nearby when we had questions. I highly recommend this location for a smooth shopping experience.

Bought a new house and all the furniture from Ashley, noticed side table and entrance table damaged. Went to the store they said call on the number store does not help customer after sales their job is done. Now I am having email conversations with someone whom I don’t know and not interested in solving my case . There are strictly no returns, once it lands in your house you are stuck. When buying store was very inviting, when I am in need they just want me to go away… sad…

Purchasing the Atari 2-piece sleeper sectional was a breeze. Javon was extremely helpful and the sectional was exactly what we wanted.

I was greeted as I walked in and asked what brought me in. I said I was looking for bar stools. I was told where to find them. I went up and found them but there were no prices on the ones I liked and no one to ask. When I was heading down to ask the sales person showed up. He answered all my questions and I decided to purchase. Maybe old school but he never introduced himself, thanked me for coming in or asked if there was anything else. Pretty robotic and no personality.

Makes me sad to leave this review. But I am beyond upset with what happened. I purchased two couches on a financial service card and a separate transaction for the recliner since we were unsure if it would fit in our living room. Once we got home and did measurements we saw we would not have room. The NEXT DAY, I went back to return the recliner and get the refund back on my debit card. They ended up screwing it up so bad that they took my payment of the recliner and put it toward the couches. I was told they would fix it and to call back in a week if I didn’t see the refund on my card. A week passes and nothing. I call them three times asking for a manager to call me back and never got a call back. Finally I called the fourth time and was lucky enough that the manager picked up the phone. Just to find out that they are unable to refund me or do anything with my payment that was sent to the financial service. They said I would have to call them and figure it out. So not only did they screw up everything, but they also expected me to clean up their mess essentially. I’m out over 1k due to this and will be very hesitant about returning now since this is how things are handled when they make a mistake.

Purchased a great office desk at a great price!

To begin with I would like to dedicate this review and the 5 stars to Jeauvon. He was so amazing at explaining the Tempur-Pedic mattresses for us. I had originally entered the store looking for a dresser I had seen online. Jeauvon approached us asking if we need it help and we ended up talking about a mattress, and yes his education on the mater was so good, we walked away with our new temper pedic bed. He also helped us get a good deal on the dresser I was originally looking for. Delivery was a week later, everything was so nice and pretty. unfortunately the base was defective, but again Jeauvon came thru and helped us fixed the problem. He is amazing at customer service and the products that Ashley has in store. Anyone reading this please go with him he is polite and very good spoken. Great job 👏 also we have been buying Ashley products and they are reliable and durable.

Upon arrival at home the box was opened and furniture was broken. 3 week wait to have a technician to come to examine the furniture to verify it was broken....... Pictures were clearly provided showing the product in the box broken. This is the part of the service that is completely unacceptable and the Customer service drops to zero.

I came from far to visit the Ashley Store today, upon arriving to the parking lot at 8:20pm. They closed their doors and turned off the lights. We approached the store to review the hours and it said they closed at 9:00pm. We turned back to the car and the two employees drove past us. This store doesn’t care about their customers.

Ended up waiting at the loading dock for nearly 2 hours just to pick up 2 chairs. The loading dock is covered in bird shit. Workers would not come out and give a time estimate. Expect to wait hours for any sized order.

On May 19, I went to the store to look at bed frames, and the store prices were actually 20% higher than online. Although the staff was nice and told me about a 20% discount, it just brought the price down to match the online price. I bought a king-size panel bed, priced at $1,050 in-store, while it was only $750 online. The most outrageous part was that they charged me $450 for the bed’s foundation. Such an absurd price. Moreover, without clearly informing me, they added a $400 protection plan. The good thing is, the next day I called the store to cancel the order, and the staff asked me how much I wanted for the foundation, offered a price match, and canceled the protection plan. The after-sales service was decent, but I’m dissatisfied that they didn’t inform me about the price details and the protection plan upfront. Be aware that outlet prices aren’t much cheaper than online.

Went to Ashley's to look for a bedroom set and found several that my wife and I really liked. After some comparison and help from fantastic employee Mr. J Perry we were able to decide on a set, match up some floor model clearance pieces, and finalize the deal all in one trip. In the end we spent much less than I thought we would for a set that makes my wife and I happy. The selection of pieces and sets was expansive and the staff was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture and I would especially recommend finding Mr. J Perry as an employee who will do what he can to make sure you leave happy!

Once we were in the store we were greeted by the manager. We told him what we wanted and 2 hours later we were all set! It surprised me how knowledgeable this young man was about all the products in the store! We let him know we were on a budget and he took care of us! Over all we are real happy about our experience!

Tried ordering online, was very difficult so called Romeoville store. The sales rep wA friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Saved me money & got me a faster delivery date than online.

Ordered a couch from Joyce, sale was smooth and seemless. Delivery date was missed, on the 4/4, Cesar promptly arranged a new delivery for 4/5 on 4/4, couch was delivered by the target window, however, the couch contains bedbugs that have infested the carpet in my home. The pest control company has confirmed it is infested. Corporate is refusing to do anything about the issue, not even offering an exchange, or a return. The number in the email pictured does not work, there is no resolution, only stone walling, the people at the customer service number have no supervisor after 5PM, they say they are going to call back, or exchange the couch than just hang up. The response from the owner of the company seems to only be to save face to avoid potential backlash on the public end.

I came in a few days ago and really liked a few pieces from their clearance floor. I ended up walking out without purchasing to explore other options. I called last night 2 hours before they closed to see if the items were still available and the manager named "Scooby" (amazing name) told me to come in and he would take care of me. I hopped on my bike and flew down before closing and he was so great to work with. I ended up buying the bed and nightstand I originally wanted but unfortunately the sofa was taken so he made me an amazing deal for the same one but in new status and not floor set clearance (which is what I wanted originally) I definitely recommend their furniture as I've purchased from them in the past but I also recommend working with Scooby as he was so easy and pleasant to work with. And he's a biker as well! Love that!

Customer service in the beginning was great. After I️ bought the couch and it was damage it’s been down hill from there. Went back to get a replacement for the damaged pieces. The girl at the warehouse desk was completely rude. And I️ ended up with the wrong piece.

Horrible experience! A huge rip off. Don't be fooled of the word OUTLET that's supposed to be cheaper. Outlet prices are actually much higher compared to their online store. I bought a pair of bar stools for $149 EACH at their store while online they were 2 for only $180. They don't match prices. Poor coordination between their sales and dispatch team upon pick up. I sent my hubby to pickup the orders but they didn't authorized him. I called and I was told to add him in the authorized list and provide my ID. In order to do that, I need to come, right? If i can come to provide my ID, then I can just pick it up myself!! Nonsense!! Who makes this policy? Can you shed a light?

I purchased an adjustable bed in December 2024. When I picked up the bed I was given the wrong power cord. I had to FedEx the power cord back to the Romeoville location where I purchased and requested they FedEx me the correct one. This process took a couple of weeks. I reached out to the store manager at the time Jim Passantino via email. I asked if he could issue me some sort of reimbursements for my inconvenience. Jim stated that I would be approved for a $250 check via mail. It is now April 5, 2025 and I still haven’t heard back from him on the status of where’s my check. He has given me the runaround via email going back and forth stating he will check the status. I would be careful with purchasing from Ashley furniture because if you have an issue and you need some sort of reimbursement, do not count on the managers, especially Jim because he’s not a man of his word and a liar. Jim is currently working at the Orland Park location.

Purchased a Kitchen set 6 days ago (3/29/2025 $1359.99+ tax). Price online for the same merchandise is nearly $200 less now (4/3/2025, $1179.99 + tax) and they will not honor their own price match 30 day guarantee. They also do not accept returns, interestingly enough, on products picked up by the customer. How convenient for them. Would have absolutely loved to do another $5,000 in business as we just bought a new house and need complete furniture since we have nearly nothing. but I'll shop elsewhere now. You should too. At least the product seems fairly well built.

I had the worst shopping experience of my life shopping at this store. i walked around for about an hour picking out appliances, i pick everything out and then i proceeded to pay. once i paid the lady asked for my id, i said i didn't have one on me so she asked for a photo of my id, i then provided a photo of my id and she tells me she she wont be giving me any product today. Sam is her name and she was extremely unprofessional. One of the workers named cody stepped up and really tried to figure everything out for me, Cody was a great employee.

WARNING: Do NOT do business with Ashley unless prepared to get everything in writing as to what they will do if a problem is encountered when delivered. I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent purchase and the lack of communication from Ashley Furniture. They assured me that I would hear back from from them regarding a complaint I had yesterday, yet I did not receive any follow-up. To add to my frustration, the information they provided to my husband during an earlier was even more concerning. Our furniture was delivered damaged. They insisted that the furniture we purchased was damaged before it was even loaded onto the delivery truck and that it was a “final sale”, making it non-returnable. However, at no point during our purchasing process were we informed that this was a final sale—it was not noted on our invoice, nor was it verbally communicated to us. Additionally, we spent a significant amount of time with the furniture before making our decision, and we did not notice any damage. Had we seen any, it would have raised concerns about the quality of the materials and whether they were prone to easy damage. Furthermore, when my husband inquired earlier about the availability of replacement pieces earlier today, you stated that none were in stock. However, when we were in the store trying to decide whether we wanted one chair or two, you mentioned that the same items were still available for sale, which contradicts that claim. This is both misleading and unacceptable. Due to these issues, I have reported this sale to the Better Business Bureau and shared my experience on multiple social media platforms. I work in the service industry myself and would never treat my customers in this manner. I find this situation completely unacceptable and expect immediate resolution. I’ve asked them to let us know how this will be addressed as soon as possible but have yet to find anyone willing to assist. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from any ASHLEY furniture. Went to Ashley Outlet in Romeoville to look for a couch. Spent hours looking for the one we really liked since they have a huge collection. Appreciated the fact that we were most of the time given the space and left on our own so we could take our time. When we finally had a shortlist of what we liked, we approached Cody who made finalizing our purchase easy. Cody helped us decide as he was very knowledgeable on the item/s we chose, very forthcoming with the pros and cons of our would be purchase and gave us options on payments. We will definitely be back for our other needs.

Caution, when purchasing with this store, read every detail, don't assume they will cover important details like the lack of a return policy (as in, all items you take out of the store are not returnable) and get clarification on what items are gifts and what you will be charged for (i.e, they'll "get your (massively overpriced, even on sale) pillows, without clarifying that they are not also gifts*, but they do ease your concerns by expressing that if you have concerns rise about the purchase, you have up until 24 hrs before delivery for a cancellation, and it will be easy and complete (except it's not either, since I had to verify that the cancellation was compete after my wife had already gone through the process , which was not easy, and it was not complete because * the items that weren't clarified as purchased goods, couldn't be returned, per the policy that wasn't explained with any integrity or clarity). Don't get me wrong, the staff definitely engages with kill them with kindness tactics and great pitches, but they failed at covering the finer details (such as the lack of a return policy, and the over assurance that the cancellation policy, if needed would provide an out if for any reason we needed it (which it didn't), and the lack of clarity on what items were gifts and what items were purchased products) that have turned our experience sour. If you are looking to buy a mattress, save your self the agitation and go to costco, kirklands has the stearns and foster brand under their kirklands flag for under 40% the cost. And before the bot responds, they don't reach out till after you've given up trying to work with them and instead go the route of filling a complaint with the better business bureau, and then they still just drag their feet and tell you what they can't do...

Be sure to read all of the tiny prints on all the pages. And don't take anything out of the store, even the "gifts." You won't be able to return, and when you discover those gifts were actually not free, it's too late The only thing worth a star is that our sales person was kind. The Romeoville Store and Outlet is a two level maze for someone like me, a bit directionally challenged. So I was grateful for Jeauvon’s professional curtesy’s in helping me review couches spread out throughout the two levels. He also carried his measuring tape, showed me pieces that were similar in look with significant constructive differences (like loose back cushions as opposed to those seen onto the backboards, or specially treated or washable fabrics). He saved me what could have been hours and, he was attentive to my babbling with commentary on choices I could make. I was happy with my experience and credit his sale to his focus on me. Nice guy. Knows his business!

Sales people were okay but they kept making mistakes on our invoice. Check your reciepts as they put down the wrong SKU 3 different times. The mattress guy was weird. Dark curly haired guy. Waaaay too pushy. He only showed us the tempurpedics despite us saying multiple times we didn't like them. Didn't even bother showing us any other option. We bought our bedframe from here and went down to MattressFirm like 10 mins away and got excellent service there. Bought our mattress there within 10 minutes. 2 mos later and we're extremely happy with our purchase.

Omar was great! He went above and beyond for being a young guy we walked around for 20 min and none of the older salespeople even asked us if we needed help this kid was running his butt of helping us and another couple.

I would not recommend buying anything from this store. Watch your receipts and check your credit card statements. We purchased a ten thousand dollar tempedic mattress from them. We were told the sheet protectors and pillows were free. A couple days later, when preparing for delivery, we look at our receipt and see that they charged us for them. They also charged us for a warranty that we did not ask for and we're not told about. We're talking about $600. That's a lot of money. We could not get through to the store, but finally got through to someone in customer service who gave us a refund for those items only when i wanted to cancel the delivery. But then we see, there was a second charge on our credit card statement for $320. I do not know what it is for. Disputed with the brand new credit card we opened while making this purchase because we have no receipt for that amount. So obviously someone from the store ran a charge through on our credit without us knowing after we left. Theft.

I had the best experience w Brenda the sales person and Jim the manager. They bend over backwards to make me feel like the number one costumer. I will only buy at Ashley in Romeoville from now on. The costumer service is superb.

Easy to work with

The whole purchase and pick up experience is cold and unwelcoming. The sales representative and manager at this location were unfamiliar with their own tools and unable to assist us. We found a coffee table we liked on the Ashley website and visited this location to check it out in person or get some help. When we asked if it was available to view, the sales rep simply said no, and cannot open it to show it. We then asked to check for other nearby Ashley locations that might have it on display, but instead of helping, he rudely shouted, ‘Take it or leave it, no one else would have it on display,’ and walked away without listening to any further requests. We later checked the website ourselves and found that the table was indeed on display at the nearby Bolingbrook location, where we were welcomed and ultimately made our purchase. Since we needed the coffee table for our new year party, we agreed to pick it up from this location (awkward!). Pick up experience: Lady at the pick up counter was nothing but helping. Kept asking for the order number and my id. She could not locate the order as there was some issue with the process. I put up a smile, apologized for their system issue, inquired the issue, called the bollingbrook rep, co-ordinated the call between the lady and sales rep and got the issue fixed. Omg. All this for a coffee table! What an awful and cold experience. First, the sales team, manager, and pickup department had a terrible attitude, lacked patience to customer queries, ethics, openly displaying their frustrations toward customers (was it because they are working in new year eve?) Second, it’s shocking that the staff isn’t properly trained to use their own tools. If a customer can easily find this information on their own website, how is it that both the sales associate and manager lack such basic knowledge? At the end of the day, Ashley still made money. I have bought most of my furniture from Ashley until now. This would not be my first preference anymore.

No pressure sale.. salespeople were exceptional..especially the young lady I had!

Spent over $4000 on furniture and had 2 items arrive that needed to be put together. Put one together and it was extremely difficult to assemble with parts not lining up. It also had fabric and arm rest flaws. Contacted the store and customer service and requested a refund on one of the items. Was told no. Even though we weren’t even requesting a refund on both, they kept saying we were out of luck. We’ve spend so much with y’all, and THIS is what we get? Ashley no more.

Kudos to the salesman who took out the time to help me very kind young fellow with a very kind personality character trait. What a wonderful experience, when I walked in I was met at the door by Cody. He literally spent hours walking the store with me to get everything I needed, and within my budget. I would definitely recommend visiting the store for all your furniture needs and their great selection of clearance items at good prices.

Came here to pick up a couch with my nephew. A line of car extended all the way down their truck parking lot. We have been waiting for 2 hours now. This is a joke. Where is the pride in your work.

I wanted to warn everyone! A few weeks ago I bought a three-piece electric sofa but the corner armchair didn't fit and it's still in the bottom unopened, when we wanted to return the armchair we found out that we can't return it even though we weren't informed about it when we bought it! So we have to pay for this armchair but it's standing unopened in our garage! Be careful with this company because they are impudent and don't inform the customer about basic matters! Honestly, I don't recommend it today even though for 20 years all our furniture comes from this company and this is the first time I've encountered such a case

We had a great experience in Romeoville! We had a bad experience in Schaumburg and Joe Ehmann turned it into a positive one. He went above and beyond, everyone from Marcy to the woman at pick up were fantastic. Romeoville will be out new Ashley store!!

The sales experience was great. Our sales person Brenda Rosengarden was awesome and showed us many options. The experience would have been 5 stars but the person delivering our items to the car was not prompt. I sat in my car 15 minutes until I went in and asked someone if I was forgotten. It took another 15 minutes for my items to be brought down. A+ for Brenda!!!

Cesar, Marcy, and Jim were absolutely wonderful and accommodating to my issues. Maria from corporate did absolutely nothing to help the situation and I am still waiting on a callback from her and it’s been several days . If she is a supervisor she needs to be replaced asap!!!

Awful experience at this location. We saw some sofas but was not sure to buy it yet .Aggressive sales rep XAVIER was very pushy, rude and when we were leaving he said “oh I was about to go talk to my manager but looks like guys were not serious about it” and said have the day you deserve. What makes you think we have time to drive all the way and not being serious! Leave the job if you don’t like it.

Was going to purchase a rug and the manager of the store seemed pretty suspicious. I couldn’t just show my ID and Ashley card. They also needed to see a credit card or debit card, especially the last 3 numbers on the back. I understand just to see my name on the card, but also the security numbers on the back? Seems like a scam. Employees also trying to hit on customers. Overheard one of employee saying that she is married since she mention a husband. I paid off my card, don’t think I will be coming back.

Cody was very helpful, different styles of sectionals to choose from. Found and purchased sectional I have been looking online for weeks at this store today. Will update with photos when it is delivered.

We really liked our salesperson on the floor. Store manager came over and he was pushy on the protection plan we clearly didn’t want. But we liked our salesperson he was very helpful. Really like the couch we picked.

The showroom was much larger than we expected. The selection was amazing. Easily found what we were looking for and the check out process was fast and easy. Cody was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and appreciate his help.

Just purchased a couch set, one of the pieces came scratched and ceramic wrapped not even boxed not only that but one of the pieces was missing and I came to the store to see what solution I could get but instead I was dismissed and given a phone number that was claimed to be serviced 24 hrs but when I called I was not even attended. This furniture store seems to be like the type of place that doesn’t care about their customers they only care about selling not the quality or the basic services for their customers. Don’t waste your time or energy to look for their help they’ll only be attentive to get you out the door spending your money but turn their back on you when something isn’t right.

Our experience was very unpleasant and our sales ‘specialist’ Cody was very unprofessional. At first, Cody greeted us and showed us around the store. After we bought multiple items from the store, on delivery day, couple items were damaged. Our delivery person mislead us by saying, accept this delivery and talk to Ashley store about defects. Once we called Cody, he was unresponsive and wouldn’t answer our phone calls. We finally found an 800 number and got ahold of someone in the service/parts department and they’re working on our issue. The process will take several weeks to be resolved and here we are, left with damaged merchandise in our home. Even though, Cody assured us of the quality and mentioned on several occasions to call him if we have issues. I recommend to stay away from this store and not deal with Cody at any cost. He wants to secure a sale and then leave his clients on their own. Very unprofessional.

Went in last Saturday to look around and purchase a couch. Not the best experience, could have been better. I hope management offers updated classes to salespeople because the one my boyfriend and I got (Aaron) only spoke to my boyfriend. It was like I was invisible for the most part. I mean like zero eye contact, he only addressed my boyfriend, etc. It was pretty funny considering I had half of the decision of our purchase, and we ended up going to the Naperville store at my encouragement. Noelle (at the Naperville store) was delightful and got our business (within the hour) because she talked to both of us and didn't over shadow us. Big difference between the two stores and staff. Hope this can be improved for your next customers. Not sure if this was an off day, but women are people too.

This Ashley outlet has the largest collection of ashley furniture's and gives the best deal. Happy Shopping..! Brenda was the sales person and helped me male the right selection. She understood my requirements for furnishing an open floor plan and suggested to fit that plan!

Both my husband and I were using a cane to help us walk and we wanted to go upstairs but the elevator was out of service so we had to climb the stairs. The salesperson around. We had to search for one downstairs. Finally got one and she was nice . We waited a long time at the dock to receive our bedroom chest. Very disappointed with Ashley.

Our experience was pleasant. We didn't feel rushed nor pushed. The manager is present and works with the staff. Joe was so patient with us and gave us time to make the decision best for us. Came to pick up my furniture on a Saturday at 12:50pm waited almost two hours get my order brought to the door. They only have one person working and we had to wait because associate was on lunch. Wait time is ridiculous they really need to staff their loading area better during the weekends! Or at least leave something up stating break times/hours and tell costumers at time of purchase.

Garbage establisment. Bought an expensive frame, which had to be ordered since they did not have the exact frame in stock at moment and delivered and assembled in our home. Then, the tech who assembled it scratched a huge circle on the footboard because he couldn't get the handle back out (from the inside?) 😂 Went to the store, management stated they can't help us because"we don't deal with complaints at the store floor" (which is funny because this is the same store we went in, payed at, had a horrible expierence with the inattentive salesman Cody Faille, and waited well over +30 minutes to load other furniture we purchased) but managers dont handle complaints? What do they do than. So hilarious. 😂 So we had to speak to corporate who reorderd the damage pieces to be delivered and assembled Sept 17th. Which the driver "Freddie) marked as completed delivery and never showed up with the new piece. Been going back fourth with garbage customer service and we're stated tech will have to come another day to fix it. How is a technician supposes to come replace a drawer that was NEVER delivered? DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A SINGLE DOLLAR. They really don't deserve it. Horrible expierence from beginning to end. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E

Horrible customer service. Purchase table a week ago and still no delivery. Every time I call I have to explain the same thing over and over again. Will never buy here again!

WARNING: DON'T USE THEIR FINANCING. This store uses predatory lending practices. After I financed furniture from here, I logged into my account and found they charged me hundreds of dollars in "promo" fees for their 0% 18 month financing (a lie). I have no way to dispute the fees because they put it in the fine print. Also, DON'T BUY THEIR WARRANTY. Another rip-off. For a stain on my sectional, I called and called and no one ever came.

Got a text confirming my order pickup was scheduled for Sunday. When I came to the store, I was told they don't allow pickups on Sundays/Mondays. No mention of this anywhere on their website.

My salesman Cody was simply phenomenal! He patiently answered all of my questions and waited as I changed my mind at least 6 times before finally settling on the first sectional he showed me. If and when I’m looking for more furniture i’ll buy from Ashley and absolutely have Cody as my salesman.

I have never been to a store where one of the store members chase me down and (after I indicated I didn’t need help) then threw some German phrase at me, then told me to “be careful” in a more menacing tone. Clearly the store has aggressive sales techniques, which I do not appreciate and if they don’t get their own way, they are not pleasant to deal with. On top of that, the prices are not a retail outlet price level. I think you can get some quality for cheaper elsewhere. Avoid all costs.

We went to Ashley after already having picked out furniture and paid for out at a competitor, who's not going to be able to deliver in our time frame despite saying they could. Brenda at Ashley was so welcoming from the moment we stepped in, from bedroom sets, to tables, to couches, to mattresses. She asked us questions to get to know us and the type of mattress we needed. She has our vote for any furniture needs!

If you're considering buying any product from Ashley, think twice. I’ve been trying to replace a peeling table and a mattress with a manufacturing defect since March 2024. Despite opening multiple requests and having two technical visits, nothing has been resolved. I even purchased an extended warranty for coverage. This has been the worst experience of my life.

Love their products! We have bought many things from Ashley as they have amazing looks and quality products.

Good experience. Just surprised that we ordered two end tables from the warehouse and delivery on 7/16. If we order it on line it comes 7/12. We also ordered a rug to be delivered. Strange that you ask for my email and phone. However we will not get any notice as to when it will be delivered. They said it will just show up at our door in a week or two. Ashley Furniture is the worst!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a couch with the protection plan. The day before our furniture was to be delivered I was told that the ottoman would be delivered at a later date which was fine. The day of our delivery I was surprised that they had the ottoman and when they brought it in I said that it smelled really bad and that I didn’t want it ( it smelled really musty). The driver said oh that’s cuz it’s new and I said no I don’t want it. Then I was told I had to take it and I reluctantly did. Come to find out my ottoman was covered in mold. Gross! Then the protection plan (who is GBS) is the worst thing ever! I put in a claim for a tear in my couch and that part of the couch was drooping and they denied my claim saying that they don’t cover tears or droopiness, even though I have the paperwork that says they do cover that. I asked what do you cover and they couldn’t tell me. Please spend your money at a different furniture store and do not buy the protection plan from GBS. They are a joke. I’m so upset that we wasted our money on 2 companies that don’t care about their customers.

Great experience buying furniture here. Not so great delivery. I ordered a sleeper-sofa rocker/recliner and end table to freshen up my family room and to have a space for my mother in law to sleep when she comes to visit. The company delivered the wrong chair. The delivery guy was rude about it when I pointed it out and said it’s not his problem, it’s my problem. So I called customer service and couldn’t get hold of a person, but I sawI can text customer service so I did that. I can guarantee I was texting a robot. Responses were so slow. Then I’m told i will have to wait 3 weeks to get the chair swapped out. My mother in law will have been here and gone back home before I get the right chair. It’s very frustrating. No compensation for sending the wrong chair, just a long wait for what will hopefully be the right chair. I’m not happy with the experience I’m having with Ashley.

***I noticed they only respond to the positive reviews-let's see if they respond to mine*** I visited the Bolingbrook outlet & showroom looking to get a couch and loveseat with a specific need of getting something I liked but needed to choose something with the earliest in stock availability. Salesperson helped pick out and researched choices with the specific instructions of delivery dates guaranteed by specific dates (in stock with 10 days out). Gave her all the info, my DL, she filled out the necessary paperwork, I paid, and we were all set. Not the case at all. I waited around for them to show-no dice. They were a no call no show. I called the Customer Service - they out me in an extended hold, said they spoke to store manager and he said the order was CANCELLED because the Salesperson didn't complete some step necessary on their end. They CANCELLED the order-OF COURSE KEPT MY MONEY-NEVER CALLED ME WITH ANY EXPLANATION OR FOLLOW UP. I had to chase answers. I am a first time customer and this has so far been a horrible experience. I was told "There is nothing we can do, we can place the order again, and it won't be available to deliver for another TWO WEEKS." The Store Manager was supposed to call me the next day, as told to me by the Customer Service Representative, no call received. No email received. I suppose since my order wasn't $10,000 + I am not worth the trouble on their end. ***To the Ashley group, if you are interested in making a positive recovery, feel free to respond to this review with instructions on who to get in touch with that can actually do so. ***EDIT-06/25 Items were delivered. STILL no response from the company. Store Manager promised a reduction on the invoice for the troubles. Never happened, no email, no call back. Nothing. The Ashley group responds to the positive reviews - not any negative reviews and make no positive recovery on their mistakes or what is promised as attempted compensation (that I had to ask for-they promised - I had to chase it-I and ultimately it was ours just to appease me to leave the store). Ashley Furniture- Feel free to contact and respond back with the best way to get ahold of someone that cares. I'll continue to update until the matter is satisfied and completed.

I purchased a 5 year protection plan from Ashley Romeoville in 2019. I was given a voucher stating the money I spent on the plan could be used as a credit towards a future purchase if unused. They called it their "No Use No Lose Promise". I recently went back to the same store to buy new furniture. When I asked my salesperson about the credit, he couldn't find the purchase on my account and said the store didn't offer that type of plan 5 years ago. I sent him photos the next day of my receipts and the credit voucher. He ended up finding the plan on my account but said the store's protection plan had changed and they wouldn't honor my voucher. I contacted corporate. They said they don't handle local voucher issues. I sent a review directly to the store. Zero response.

After going to every furniture store in the area, my experience at the Ashley Outlet Store was above the rest. The showroom is well lit and bright, unlike most furniture stores. It made it easier to see the actual color of everything. The selection was huge compared to most stores. And after explaining to the person who greeted me, who happened to be the manager, what I was looking for, he took me to a living room set that was perfect. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The size, design and style, and color were all spot on!!! I had been to 6 other furniture stores. And i couldn’t find anything. I was really getting discouraged. But my experience was so easy and pleasant. No hardcore sales pitch. He listened to me when I explained what I wanted. And it was so easy and fast, that I decided o had time to look at the area rugs since I was there, and got one of those too! I was approved for 0% financing. And the furniture is going to arrive in the same week! I’m beyond thrilled at how easy and fast and pressure free the entire experience was. And with the sale, this living room set is going to cost me half of what another store had that I was considering! What a huge win all around!!!

I ordered a sofa in February and now its May and I still done have it. I have called the location and visited several times and no one has returned my call yet. My right mind tells to cancel my order and my credit card with them. I think I have been more than patient and respectful. I will not recommend anyone shop here at all.

Seriously, you are not going to provide what was shown because it was on clearance. This is the response I received with a shrug of the shoulders. Yes, this really happened! We purchased the item because it checked the boxes on what we wanted for our outdoor patio. The patio set had 6 decorative pillows, what was provided was only 3! When asked the response was, it was on clearance, so there is 3 now. Asked to speak to a manager, the sales person said “he doesn’t want to speak to you”. Nope no Customer care there, then went to look for him and let him know. He really didn’t care, he was unconcerned. As a matter of fact, the entire staff had this attitude because they had my money so what does it matter now. Was able to locate one pillow. But will not get tired of repeating this experience.

Tim was great!!! He answered any question I had and gave great ideas. Was always around when I needed him and didn’t hover. Will definitely be back.

All the store we went sales person were helpful and answered all the question we had, some were very informative but this store in particular was a worst from any of the stores we went a terrible experience. I had a great time at the Romeoville Ashley store I met Brenda rosengarden it was like talking to a old friend from school she bought back some nice old memories from my child hood days with my mom thank you for your smiley face and the time you took without rushing me and my sister it was truly appreciated

Had a Great sales rep named Rayna. Our kitchen set has a crack in it. We thought we were getting a new one No he didn’t say anything Rayna said she’s going to take care of it though. Beautiful furniture great prices!

This was my first visit to Ashley’s furniture outlet. I was greeted by Xavier and he helped me find all the different things I was looking for. He even showed me some other things that I ended up buying in addition to what I went there for. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going to the outlet store again!

Nice furniture. My only issue with all furniture stores, including this one, is why the salespeople follow you around and/or converge on you like you're at a used car lot?! The furniture is new. I know what I came to look for. It made me feel like they are trying to get over on me. I mean! No one has driven the couches around and gotten in an accident, right? Like, do I have to ask, " Show me the couch fax?!" In all seriousness, it was fine. I do wish they had a sample of what they sold online in the actual store. We bought a nightstand, but when we got it it was smaller than what we expected. We kept it, though.

This place is a joke we went there Saturday and we told the salesman when we are ready we would come get him he kept following us and when I told him to stop he said he it's his store he can do that I said when did I change your name to Ashley his name I believe was Darren he wouldn't tell me so i called the cops and of course cops said there nothing they can do I will never go back to that store again the guy is tall with black hair and glasses and Mexican.

Wasn't there to buy anything, just look around. Then we met Joe! He spotted us looking at mattresses and gave us the low down on the best mattress they carried. Next thing I know, we own a $5300 bed. That guy is good!!! Joking aside, Joe is very nice with a great personality who knows his product. Best impulse buy ever!!!

We were here 8 years ago. Bought a trailer full of items. Obviously styles have changed. No real marked clearance prices. Upstairs not organized or even assembled fully. Furniture set partially assembled. Prices not that great. Probably due to inflation. Nobody addressed us once. I know it's an outlet store. Just so downhill from that last time

Sergio was a wonderful salesman. There was not what I was looking for on the floor but he was able to show me pieces very comparable so I would feel comfortable ordering what I really wanted.

What started out as bad customer service with the delivery scheduling turned into great customer service. I spoke with the manager of this location who was able to work with me on the delivery.

We stopped in to take a quick look for a bed frame. We were just browsing and Dwayne checked in on us. We explained what we had in mind and he showed us what he thought we wanted and happened to be right. We browsed for a bit but came back to what ended up being perfect. John was also very helpful. Definitely be back for more.

Brenda and Javier are the best. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought furniture from Ashley a few years ago and love every piece that I got. I just decided today to add an end table that I originally did not get and was lucky that actually Brenda and Amber found an end table im clearance that EXACTLY matched my set. I probably will go back and order a desk too that I'm looking at. Brenda and Amber were most helpful and accommodating. Could have not asked for a better experience shopping at Ashley. Bought a couch here and Ranya F. was AMAZING! She was not only well educated on what items they had that fit what I needed, but she was so kind and personable. She made the experience easy, professional, and fun! Glad I came here after having a horrible experiences elsewhere. Ranya restored my faith in furniture stores and their sales people!

Unless you want to buy "lightly used" show room furniture or you're curious how well something might hold up there is no need to make it out here. going to any Ashley store will suffice.

We had a wonderful experience buying furniture for our new home at this location. Sergio Gomez was very helpful and answered all of our questions efficiently. He was very patient and respectful and we felt very at ease. We plan on returning for more items that we will need for our new home and will definitely be going back to Sergio!

The sales people and managers are liars and will say whatever a customer wants to hear to make a sale. My husband I went in to look for sofas for our new place and we made it clear to the sales man that we were only interested in sofas that were ready for immediate delivery (2-3 weeks). We saw the Lombardia sofa and loveseat and liked them. The sales person helping us told us that those pieces were both in stock and ready to be delivered on February 10th. Him and the manager reassured us that they would be delivered on time. We paid in full for both (about $2500). In the meantime we set a moving date, rented a Uhaul, and began the process to move thinking we would at least have sofas. On Feb 8th we got a call from Heather saying the “truck is broken so our sofas are delayed”. We thought okay no big deal, a broken truck means 1-2 days delay right? No. Apparently Ashley furniture only has 1 truck so our delivery was pushed till February 27th which makes no sense. We called and spoke with Heather and after a lot of back and forth she told us our sofas would be delivered on February 16th. We decided ok things happened and pushed our move in date. Today, on Feb 13th we get another call from Ashley and this time we’re told that no the trucks aren’t broken but our sofa is on back order. This is beyond ridiculous and at this point it’s clear they’ll say whatever they want to make a sale. After arguing with them on the phone they told us our loveseat would be delivered on the 16th but our sofa wouldn’t be delivered till March 1st. The only thing they could offer us was “if you want you can go pick something else that’s in stock”. We planned everything accordingly to these delivery dates only to be told multiple lies about what’s wrong. They charge you full only to never deliver what they’ve promised and everyone is involved in these dirty sales tactics including the manager, sales people, and the people behind the scenes. I’ll update once the loveseat is delivered because I highly doubt that’s coming on the 16th. I would never buy from here again. Update: The sofas were delayed till March 1st. And today we got a call that they are further delayed till March 8th. At this point we are considering canceling and asking for a refund.

Beautiful show room with plenty options

Everything went ver well. We are enjoying the items that we purchased.

Placed an order online back in November of 2023. Replacement cushions for my couch. The agent over the phone says they'll ship directly to my house from their warehouse. Got 2 of the 3 cushions ordered. The 3rd is a chaise cushion and the phone agent says it's too big to ship to my house. Phone agent gives me a 4 digit ticket number to bring to the warehouse. OK. So I stopped in the warehouse. The clerk takes my ticket number and says that's wrong. The number starts with 3 numbers and then followed by a "B". I look up my emails and find the original receipt with a order number that has a "B" as the 4th digit in. I ask the clerk if that's it, she looks at it, squints, and says "yeah, I don't know". She's sitting at her computer that will allow her to look this up! And she does nothing! Calls the manager. Manager says she'll look for the order info. Finds it, tells the clerk she'll look in the warehouse. Then calls the clerk back and says she'll look later, when she has time! I'm literally standing in the building and the manager won't help. The clerk then says that there's rows of cushions in the warehouse and that Ashley Furniture DOES NOT tag online orders with receipts or clients names so the manager has to sort through all the rows of cushions, find the right color AND MEASURE THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE THE RIGHT DIMENSIONS!...... Are you serious!? It's been 5 months, 6 phones calls to their customer service, one "re-order" of the product, and one trip to the warehouse, AND NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CAN HELP! Ashley Furniture is a joke. Do your damn job. I paid you for a product and got nothing in return. Go somewhere else for your furniture needs. All Ashley will do is steal your money. We've spoken twice already and you're trying to fix this issue. The problem now is that you called a 3rd time and I missed it. You responded to the BBB complaint I placed on you stating that you called me back but couldn't leave a voice mail due to customers voice mailbox not setup yet. Which is correct, I apologize I forgot to do that when I got my new phone. What bothers me is that you didn't say ANYTHING to the BBB complaint about how we've spoken twice prior to the missed called and your response to the BBB complaint was throwing me under the bus by stating you tried but I was unreasonable. How about you actually be honest and treat customers with respect? Maybe then you won't get any complaints, either here on Google or from the BBB. Either way, I still expect my issue to get resolved. I paid you for a product. I want my product or my refund! Only crooks take money from people and run! You claiming Ashley Furniture is a crook? Ashley furniture still hasn't called me back. They've contacted me to say they'll look into my issue but won't call me back. I paid for a product. Why is this legal? They stole my money and don't even care.

Being the distribution center there were more options than at the regular retail locations plus the clearance inventory gave us another option as well. Helpful salesman was accommodating but not pushy. Good experience!

The sales rep Brenda made inappropriate racial remarks toward my fiancé as well as saying somewhat homophobic things. I’m really disgusted with this and will not be coming back because of her. She would not leave us alone and tried to have me fill out the credit card application without telling me what it was after multiple times of telling her we did not want it. Gross. Not only that but she also shared quite a bit of inappropriate personal information about her coworkers and herself. It made me and my fiancé extremely uncomfortable. Once again we will not be coming back because of her.
