Well started off very well was told my item I wanted was in stock in the warehouse and I would be able to pick up today. I paid order order in full and I did not receive a payment confirmation so I decided to call spoke to customer service and they told me my order is not showing to be in stock in the warehouse that it will be in sometime between today and the 9th after I was told by store sales man that the order was in stock very frustrating will be the last time I shop with Ashley told the customer service rep my problem and she just shows no care and said we will contact you when your is ready to be picked up and hung up very rude hopefully no one else will get lied too about there order
