I purchased a bed, but there was a gap that caused the pillow to fall through. Despite spending a significant amount of money, customer service never responded. The automated system only allows you to create a ticket and file a claim, making the process too much hassle and a waste of time. The response was very slow, and the store's promise to support any issues turned out to be false. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Ashley. The salesman Javon went above and beyond to find what we wanted.

The sales experience was great. Our sales person Brenda Rosengarden was awesome and showed us many options. The experience would have been 5 stars but the person delivering our items to the car was not prompt. I sat in my car 15 minutes until I went in and asked someone if I was forgotten. It took another 15 minutes for my items to be brought down. A+ for Brenda!!!

Cesar, Marcy, and Jim were absolutely wonderful and accommodating to my issues. Maria from corporate did absolutely nothing to help the situation and I am still waiting on a callback from her and it’s been several days . If she is a supervisor she needs to be replaced asap!!!

Awful experience at this location. We saw some sofas but was not sure to buy it yet .Aggressive sales rep XAVIER was very pushy, rude and when we were leaving he said “oh I was about to go talk to my manager but looks like guys were not serious about it” and said have the day you deserve. What makes you think we have time to drive all the way and not being serious! Leave the job if you don’t like it.

Was going to purchase a rug and the manager of the store seemed pretty suspicious. I couldn’t just show my ID and Ashley card. They also needed to see a credit card or debit card, especially the last 3 numbers on the back. I understand just to see my name on the card, but also the security numbers on the back? Seems like a scam. Employees also trying to hit on customers. Overheard one of employee saying that she is married since she mention a husband. I paid off my card, don’t think I will be coming back.

Cody was very helpful, different styles of sectionals to choose from. Found and purchased sectional I have been looking online for weeks at this store today. Will update with photos when it is delivered.

We really liked our salesperson on the floor. Store manager came over and he was pushy on the protection plan we clearly didn’t want. But we liked our salesperson he was very helpful. Really like the couch we picked.

The showroom was much larger than we expected. The selection was amazing. Easily found what we were looking for and the check out process was fast and easy. Cody was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and appreciate his help.

Just purchased a couch set, one of the pieces came scratched and ceramic wrapped not even boxed not only that but one of the pieces was missing and I came to the store to see what solution I could get but instead I was dismissed and given a phone number that was claimed to be serviced 24 hrs but when I called I was not even attended. This furniture store seems to be like the type of place that doesn’t care about their customers they only care about selling not the quality or the basic services for their customers. Don’t waste your time or energy to look for their help they’ll only be attentive to get you out the door spending your money but turn their back on you when something isn’t right.

Our experience was very unpleasant and our sales ‘specialist’ Cody was very unprofessional. At first, Cody greeted us and showed us around the store. After we bought multiple items from the store, on delivery day, couple items were damaged. Our delivery person mislead us by saying, accept this delivery and talk to Ashley store about defects. Once we called Cody, he was unresponsive and wouldn’t answer our phone calls. We finally found an 800 number and got ahold of someone in the service/parts department and they’re working on our issue. The process will take several weeks to be resolved and here we are, left with damaged merchandise in our home. Even though, Cody assured us of the quality and mentioned on several occasions to call him if we have issues. I recommend to stay away from this store and not deal with Cody at any cost. He wants to secure a sale and then leave his clients on their own. Very unprofessional.

Went in last Saturday to look around and purchase a couch. Not the best experience, could have been better. I hope management offers updated classes to salespeople because the one my boyfriend and I got (Aaron) only spoke to my boyfriend. It was like I was invisible for the most part. I mean like zero eye contact, he only addressed my boyfriend, etc. It was pretty funny considering I had half of the decision of our purchase, and we ended up going to the Naperville store at my encouragement. Noelle (at the Naperville store) was delightful and got our business (within the hour) because she talked to both of us and didn't over shadow us. Big difference between the two stores and staff. Hope this can be improved for your next customers. Not sure if this was an off day, but women are people too.

I went in to find a couch for my new house and Cody was so helpful! Of course I spotted one they were just putting out and he found the price and all of matching pieces to go with it. I was out of there and loaded up in half the time I set aside. Thank you so much for such a great experience and making the hassle of moving easier.

This Ashley outlet has the largest collection of ashley furniture's and gives the best deal. Happy Shopping..! Brenda was the sales person and helped me male the right selection. She understood my requirements for furnishing an open floor plan and suggested to fit that plan!

Both my husband and I were using a cane to help us walk and we wanted to go upstairs but the elevator was out of service so we had to climb the stairs. The salesperson around. We had to search for one downstairs. Finally got one and she was nice . We waited a long time at the dock to receive our bedroom chest. Very disappointed with Ashley.

Our experience was pleasant. We didn't feel rushed nor pushed. The manager is present and works with the staff. Joe was so patient with us and gave us time to make the decision best for us. Came to pick up my furniture on a Saturday at 12:50pm waited almost two hours get my order brought to the door. They only have one person working and we had to wait because associate was on lunch. Wait time is ridiculous they really need to staff their loading area better during the weekends! Or at least leave something up stating break times/hours and tell costumers at time of purchase.

Garbage establisment. Bought an expensive frame, which had to be ordered since they did not have the exact frame in stock at moment and delivered and assembled in our home. Then, the tech who assembled it scratched a huge circle on the footboard because he couldn't get the handle back out (from the inside?) 😂 Went to the store, management stated they can't help us because"we don't deal with complaints at the store floor" (which is funny because this is the same store we went in, payed at, had a horrible expierence with the inattentive salesman Cody Faille, and waited well over +30 minutes to load other furniture we purchased) but managers dont handle complaints? What do they do than. So hilarious. 😂 So we had to speak to corporate who reorderd the damage pieces to be delivered and assembled Sept 17th. Which the driver "Freddie) marked as completed delivery and never showed up with the new piece. Been going back fourth with garbage customer service and we're stated tech will have to come another day to fix it. How is a technician supposes to come replace a drawer that was NEVER delivered? DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A SINGLE DOLLAR. They really don't deserve it. Horrible expierence from beginning to end. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E

Horrible customer service. Purchase table a week ago and still no delivery. Every time I call I have to explain the same thing over and over again. Will never buy here again!

WARNING: DON'T USE THEIR FINANCING. This store uses predatory lending practices. After I financed furniture from here, I logged into my account and found they charged me hundreds of dollars in "promo" fees for their 0% 18 month financing (a lie). I have no way to dispute the fees because they put it in the fine print. Also, DON'T BUY THEIR WARRANTY. Another rip-off. For a stain on my sectional, I called and called and no one ever came.

Got a text confirming my order pickup was scheduled for Sunday. When I came to the store, I was told they don't allow pickups on Sundays/Mondays. No mention of this anywhere on their website.

My salesman Cody was simply phenomenal! He patiently answered all of my questions and waited as I changed my mind at least 6 times before finally settling on the first sectional he showed me. If and when I’m looking for more furniture i’ll buy from Ashley and absolutely have Cody as my salesman.

I have never been to a store where one of the store members chase me down and (after I indicated I didn’t need help) then threw some German phrase at me, then told me to “be careful” in a more menacing tone. Clearly the store has aggressive sales techniques, which I do not appreciate and if they don’t get their own way, they are not pleasant to deal with. On top of that, the prices are not a retail outlet price level. I think you can get some quality for cheaper elsewhere. Avoid all costs.

We went to Ashley after already having picked out furniture and paid for out at a competitor, who's not going to be able to deliver in our time frame despite saying they could. Brenda at Ashley was so welcoming from the moment we stepped in, from bedroom sets, to tables, to couches, to mattresses. She asked us questions to get to know us and the type of mattress we needed. She has our vote for any furniture needs!

If you're considering buying any product from Ashley, think twice. I’ve been trying to replace a peeling table and a mattress with a manufacturing defect since March 2024. Despite opening multiple requests and having two technical visits, nothing has been resolved. I even purchased an extended warranty for coverage. This has been the worst experience of my life.

Love their products! We have bought many things from Ashley as they have amazing looks and quality products.

Good experience. Just surprised that we ordered two end tables from the warehouse and delivery on 7/16. If we order it on line it comes 7/12. We also ordered a rug to be delivered. Strange that you ask for my email and phone. However we will not get any notice as to when it will be delivered. They said it will just show up at our door in a week or two. You need a mode foe notification

Ashley Furniture is the worst!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a couch with the protection plan. The day before our furniture was to be delivered I was told that the ottoman would be delivered at a later date which was fine. The day of our delivery I was surprised that they had the ottoman and when they brought it in I said that it smelled really bad and that I didn’t want it ( it smelled really musty). The driver said oh that’s cuz it’s new and I said no I don’t want it. Then I was told I had to take it and I reluctantly did. Come to find out my ottoman was covered in mold. Gross! Then the protection plan (who is GBS) is the worst thing ever! I put in a claim for a tear in my couch and that part of the couch was drooping and they denied my claim saying that they don’t cover tears or droopiness, even though I have the paperwork that says they do cover that. I asked what do you cover and they couldn’t tell me. Please spend your money at a different furniture store and do not buy the protection plan from GBS. They are a joke. I’m so upset that we wasted our money on 2 companies that don’t care about their customers.

Great experience buying furniture here. Not so great delivery. I ordered a sleeper-sofa rocker/recliner and end table to freshen up my family room and to have a space for my mother in law to sleep when she comes to visit. The company delivered the wrong chair. The delivery guy was rude about it when I pointed it out and said it’s not his problem, it’s my problem. So I called customer service and couldn’t get hold of a person, but I sawI can text customer service so I did that. I can guarantee I was texting a robot. Responses were so slow. Then I’m told i will have to wait 3 weeks to get the chair swapped out. My mother in law will have been here and gone back home before I get the right chair. It’s very frustrating. No compensation for sending the wrong chair, just a long wait for what will hopefully be the right chair. I’m not happy with the experience I’m having with Ashley.

***I noticed they only respond to the positive reviews-let's see if they respond to mine*** I visited the Bolingbrook outlet & showroom looking to get a couch and loveseat with a specific need of getting something I liked but needed to choose something with the earliest in stock availability. Salesperson helped pick out and researched choices with the specific instructions of delivery dates guaranteed by specific dates (in stock with 10 days out). Gave her all the info, my DL, she filled out the necessary paperwork, I paid, and we were all set. Not the case at all. I waited around for them to show-no dice. They were a no call no show. I called the Customer Service - they out me in an extended hold, said they spoke to store manager and he said the order was CANCELLED because the Salesperson didn't complete some step necessary on their end. They CANCELLED the order-OF COURSE KEPT MY MONEY-NEVER CALLED ME WITH ANY EXPLANATION OR FOLLOW UP. I had to chase answers. I am a first time customer and this has so far been a horrible experience. I was told "There is nothing we can do, we can place the order again, and it won't be available to deliver for another TWO WEEKS." The Store Manager was supposed to call me the next day, as told to me by the Customer Service Representative, no call received. No email received. I suppose since my order wasn't $10,000 + I am not worth the trouble on their end. ***To the Ashley group, if you are interested in making a positive recovery, feel free to respond to this review with instructions on who to get in touch with that can actually do so. ***EDIT-06/25 Items were delivered. STILL no response from the company. Store Manager promised a reduction on the invoice for the troubles. Never happened, no email, no call back. Nothing. The Ashley group responds to the positive reviews - not any negative reviews and make no positive recovery on their mistakes or what is promised as attempted compensation (that I had to ask for-they promised - I had to chase it-I and ultimately it was ours just to appease me to leave the store). Ashley Furniture- Feel free to contact and respond back with the best way to get ahold of someone that cares. I'll continue to update until the matter is satisfied and completed.

I purchased a 5 year protection plan from Ashley Romeoville in 2019. I was given a voucher stating the money I spent on the plan could be used as a credit towards a future purchase if unused. They called it their "No Use No Lose Promise". I recently went back to the same store to buy new furniture. When I asked my salesperson about the credit, he couldn't find the purchase on my account and said the store didn't offer that type of plan 5 years ago. I sent him photos the next day of my receipts and the credit voucher. He ended up finding the plan on my account but said the store's protection plan had changed and they wouldn't honor my voucher. I contacted corporate. They said they don't handle local voucher issues. I sent a review directly to the store. Zero response.

After going to every furniture store in the area, my experience at the Ashley Outlet Store was above the rest. The showroom is well lit and bright, unlike most furniture stores. It made it easier to see the actual color of everything. The selection was huge compared to most stores. And after explaining to the person who greeted me, who happened to be the manager, what I was looking for, he took me to a living room set that was perfect. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The size, design and style, and color were all spot on!!! I had been to 6 other furniture stores. And i couldn’t find anything. I was really getting discouraged. But my experience was so easy and pleasant. No hardcore sales pitch. He listened to me when I explained what I wanted. And it was so easy and fast, that I decided o had time to look at the area rugs since I was there, and got one of those too! I was approved for 0% financing. And the furniture is going to arrive in the same week! I’m beyond thrilled at how easy and fast and pressure free the entire experience was. And with the sale, this living room set is going to cost me half of what another store had that I was considering! What a huge win all around!!!

I ordered a sofa in February and now its May and I still done have it. I have called the location and visited several times and no one has returned my call yet. My right mind tells to cancel my order and my credit card with them. I think I have been more than patient and respectful. I will not recommend anyone shop here at all.

Seriously, you are not going to provide what was shown because it was on clearance. This is the response I received with a shrug of the shoulders. Yes, this really happened! We purchased the item because it checked the boxes on what we wanted for our outdoor patio. The patio set had 6 decorative pillows, what was provided was only 3! When asked the response was, it was on clearance, so there is 3 now. Asked to speak to a manager, the sales person said “he doesn’t want to speak to you”. Nope no Customer care there, then went to look for him and let him know. He really didn’t care, he was unconcerned. As a matter of fact, the entire staff had this attitude because they had my money so what does it matter now. Was able to locate one pillow. But will not get tired of repeating this experience.

All the store we went sales person were helpful and answered all the question we had, some were very informative but this store in particular was a worst from any of the stores we went a terrible experience. Sales team here were rude and wasn’t able to help us.Other than Xavier It felt that people working there were not interested in there work it’s was just there were on there phones and we were interrupting them …

Nice furniture. My only issue with all furniture stores, including this one, is why the salespeople follow you around and/or converge on you like you're at a used car lot?! The furniture is new. I know what I came to look for. It made me feel like they are trying to get over on me. I mean! No one has driven the couches around and gotten in an accident, right? Like, do I have to ask, " Show me the couch fax?!" In all seriousness, it was fine. I do wish they had a sample of what they sold online in the actual store. We bought a nightstand, but when we got it it was smaller than what we expected. We kept it, though.

This place is a joke we went there Saturday and we told the salesman when we are ready we would come get him he kept following us and when I told him to stop he said he it's his store he can do that I said when did I change your name to Ashley his name I believe was Darren he wouldn't tell me so i called the cops and of course cops said there nothing they can do I will never go back to that store again the guy is tall with black hair and glasses and Mexican.

We were here 8 years ago. Bought a trailer full of items. Obviously styles have changed. No real marked clearance prices. Upstairs not organized or even assembled fully. Furniture set partially assembled. Prices not that great. Probably due to inflation. Nobody addressed us once. I know it's an outlet store. Just so downhill from that last time

This review is based on their lack of customer service/ experience and passing the buck because no-one wants to help or admit we were sold a warranty under false pretense.I bought a couch in 2023, I'm not a furniture repair but it's possible the spring broke. I called our warranty carrier and they claim that springs or anything like that is considered manufactures defect and is not covered.WELL THATS AN EYE OPENER.That's why you buy warranties, to cover anything that might happen and let me add, when the saleperson told me about the warranty, he said coverage for 5 years. I asked for a warranty pamphet to look through and he said they didnt have anything but covers everything so I gave them an extra $199.00.We decided this can't be true, so we went to the store, spoke to store manager and right to my face, he says there is nothing they can do, its between us and the warranty people.No help whatsoever, no escalation team, nothing.Ashley is more then happy to push those warranties and take your money knowing they don't stand behind their product or customer.They kept saying there was nothing they could do, they couldn't or wouldn't offer any discount towards another purchase.I've gone there for years for my furniture and always thought it was a good store, and found out today that its only true as long as nothing breaks and you need their help.

What started out as bad customer service with the delivery scheduling turned into great customer service. I spoke with the manager of this location who was able to work with me on the delivery.

We stopped in to take a quick look for a bed frame. We were just browsing and Dwayne checked in on us. We explained what we had in mind and he showed us what he thought we wanted and happened to be right. We browsed for a bit but came back to what ended up being perfect. John was also very helpful. Definitely be back for more.

I bought furniture from Ashley a few years ago and love every piece that I got. I just decided today to add an end table that I originally did not get and was lucky that actually Brenda and Amber found an end table im clearance that EXACTLY matched my set. I probably will go back and order a desk too that I'm looking at. Brenda and Amber were most helpful and accommodating. Could have not asked for a better experience shopping at Ashley. We had a wonderful experience buying furniture for our new home at this location. Sergio Gomez was very helpful and answered all of our questions efficiently. The sales people and managers are liars and will say whatever a customer wants to hear to make a sale. My husband I went in to look for sofas for our new place and we made it clear to the sales man that we were only interested in sofas that were ready for immediate delivery (2-3 weeks). We saw the Lombardia sofa and loveseat and liked them. The sales person helping us told us that those pieces were both in stock and ready to be delivered on February 10th. Him and the manager reassured us that they would be delivered on time. We paid in full for both (about $2500). In the meantime we set a moving date, rented a Uhaul, and began the process to move thinking we would at least have sofas. On Feb 8th we got a call from Heather saying the “truck is broken so our sofas are delayed”. We thought okay no big deal, a broken truck means 1-2 days delay right? No. Apparently Ashley furniture only has 1 truck so our delivery was pushed till February 27th which makes no sense. We called and spoke with Heather and after a lot of back and forth she told us our sofas would be delivered on February 16th. We decided ok things happened and pushed our move in date. Today, on Feb 13th we get another call from Ashley and this time we’re told that no the trucks aren’t broken but our sofa is on back order. This is beyond ridiculous and at this point it’s clear they’ll say whatever they want to make a sale. After arguing with them on the phone they told us our loveseat would be delivered on the 16th but our sofa wouldn’t be delivered till March 1st. The only thing they could offer us was “if you want you can go pick something else that’s in stock”. We planned everything accordingly to these delivery dates only to be told multiple lies about what’s wrong. They charge you full only to never deliver what they’ve promised and everyone is involved in these dirty sales tactics including the manager, sales people, and the people behind the scenes. I’ll update once the loveseat is delivered because I highly doubt that’s coming on the 16th. I would never buy from here again. Update: The sofas were delayed till March 1st. And today we got a call that they are further delayed till March 8th. At this point we are considering canceling and asking for a refund.

Awful awful experience. Purchased a sofa and was told it was in stock and ready for delivery. All a lie. I paid in full and it is now 7 weeks later and they've cancelled the delivery twice. I was just told today that it has been backordered the entire time. They have a ridiculous automated system that keeps scheduling a delivery date, despire the fact that the item isn't in. They call it a "glitch." The manager is completely unhelpful and there has been no resolution. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Wow, I really should have looked at the ratings before I went to this warehouse to purchase a furniture set for my home. We scheduled a time to have the furniture delivered. We removed our old furniture as we scheduled a SuperBowl party for this weekend getting ready to show off our new goods. I received a text saying because of warehouse audit our delivery has been scheduled 2 weeks later. I called my salesman Xavier & his response was we can go with this new delivery date or you can cancel the order. No apologies no options pretty much just you! I couldn't even speak with the manager. So yeah we're canceling the order. Zero customer service no empathy-what can I do to keep you as a customer-Stay away. No reason to buy from Ashley Home Furniture. Not even worth the 1 star

Beautiful show room with plenty options

Everything went ver well. We are enjoying the items that we purchased.

Placed an order online back in November of 2023. Replacement cushions for my couch. The agent over the phone says they'll ship directly to my house from their warehouse. Got 2 of the 3 cushions ordered. The 3rd is a chaise cushion and the phone agent says it's too big to ship to my house. Phone agent gives me a 4 digit ticket number to bring to the warehouse. OK. So I stopped in the warehouse. The clerk takes my ticket number and says that's wrong. The number starts with 3 numbers and then followed by a "B". I look up my emails and find the original receipt with a order number that has a "B" as the 4th digit in. I ask the clerk if that's it, she looks at it, squints, and says "yeah, I don't know". She's sitting at her computer that will allow her to look this up! And she does nothing! Calls the manager. Manager says she'll look for the order info. Finds it, tells the clerk she'll look in the warehouse. Then calls the clerk back and says she'll look later, when she has time! I'm literally standing in the building and the manager won't help. The clerk then says that there's rows of cushions in the warehouse and that Ashley Furniture DOES NOT tag online orders with receipts or clients names so the manager has to sort through all the rows of cushions, find the right color AND MEASURE THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE THE RIGHT DIMENSIONS!...... Are you serious!? It's been 5 months, 6 phones calls to their customer service, one "re-order" of the product, and one trip to the warehouse, AND NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CAN HELP! Ashley Furniture is a joke. Do your damn job. I paid you for a product and got nothing in return. Go somewhere else for your furniture needs. All Ashley will do is steal your money. We've spoken twice already and you're trying to fix this issue. The problem now is that you called a 3rd time and I missed it. You responded to the BBB complaint I placed on you stating that you called me back but couldn't leave a voice mail due to customers voice mailbox not setup yet. Which is correct, I apologize I forgot to do that when I got my new phone. What bothers me is that you didn't say ANYTHING to the BBB complaint about how we've spoken twice prior to the missed called and your response to the BBB complaint was throwing me under the bus by stating you tried but I was unreasonable. How about you actually be honest and treat customers with respect? Maybe then you won't get any complaints, either here on Google or from the BBB. Either way, I still expect my issue to get resolved. I paid you for a product. I want my product or my refund! Only crooks take money from people and run! You claiming Ashley Furniture is a crook? Ashley furniture still hasn't called me back. They've contacted me to say they'll look into my issue but won't call me back. I paid for a product. Why is this legal? They stole my money and don't even care.

Being the distribution center there were more options than at the regular retail locations plus the clearance inventory gave us another option as well. Helpful salesman was accommodating but not pushy. Good experience!

The sales rep Brenda made inappropriate racial remarks toward my fiancé as well as saying somewhat homophobic things. I’m really disgusted with this and will not be coming back because of her. She would not leave us alone and tried to have me fill out the credit card application without telling me what it was after multiple times of telling her we did not want it. Gross. Not only that but she also shared quite a bit of inappropriate personal information about her coworkers and herself. It made me and my fiancé extremely uncomfortable. Once again we will not be coming back because of her.

Me and my fiancé went in to look at couches the other day and the sales rep Brenda would not leave us alone, she started trying to show us tables and rugs too, we were there for over 2 hours and only looked at one couch. She over shared about other employees personal lives and her own, it made my fiancé and I VERY uncomfortable. And went as far to make inappropriate racial and somewhat homophobic remarks. We will not be coming back. She kept trying to get us to sign up for their credit card after already telling her no multiple times and went as far as to try to get me to fill out their application not saying what is it. I'm very disappointed in the service we received and will not be coming back purely because of this. The racism and homophobia is ridiculous.

Scam ! They managed me to buy used sofa couch and chair , even though I came for new to purchase new items . Sofa had a damage on side which they hidden and chair had broken leg screws . I found out after they loaded in my van and drove 1 mile to a lunch and saw from side . . During purchase sales person said nothing wrong with them . After 3 hours return they ignored me and were very mean . Both manager and sales person lady tricky and rude ! . They don’t care about customers ! I would be suggest don’t buy here .

I needed to purchase 3 chest of drawers and take them the same day. I am not a fan of shopping so I wanted the time to be as quick as possible. The salesman Tim, a tatooed gentleman on the floor (sorry I forgot your name 🫣) and Darryl (I think that's his name ) at the customer pick up- made this process quick, easy, and painless. My total was a bit over $1000 and I felt that wasn't too bad. The lovely ladies at the desk, that handle customer pick up- were so very kind. Thank you to everyone at Ashley!! This is my second time shopping at the Romeville location and I love it! 10/10!!!

Bought approximately 5-6k worth furnitures from Aaron in late December. The scheduled delivery date was today, Jan 5th. The arrival time kept changing within the date, but I did not mind as I expected to see new furnitures. Finally, the arrival time was set between 2;30-4 pm approximately. The truck arrived near our apt but we did not receive neither a call nor txt. We went to the lounge to help with the delivery. We went around the block, but the truck kept moving It should be noted that we did not recive any txt messages, phone call, etc. We were waiting on the lounge on the first floor as we saw the delivery truck passing by after 15-20 mins; without any nessages or call: and recoeved the txt msg that delivery was not able to be completed due to our absence. As a proof, the company posted the truck passing by our aparment among other things. We were expecting sofa and mattress to arrive todt and planned our moving accordinglt. We clearly motified Aaron of our situation and was assured of the orimised delivery date. We called Aaron couple times and he finally picked up. Aaron clearly wanted to help, but I guess Ashley customer service dept doesnt allow that. We wanted to secure as much evidence as possible to seek appropriate remedy so called close to 10 different numbers associated with Ashely. After spending about three hours and couple disconnection along the way, soeaking to about 5 different representatives, all asking to explain the situation at the outset of almost every calls, I was finallg notified if we would reserve a delivery date for tomorrow. The company also added that we should quickly decide and might lose this spot if delayed. I paid close to 300$ for the delivery. I have been on this matter whole day and still have not received one clear answer from the store, Ashley, or Ashley customer service center. More update to be posted tomorrow.

Ordered a dining table set for pick up from their warehouse. Upon arrival took up to 45 minutes for them to finally get us our items. Then when we wanted to inspect our items before loading them into our vehicle. Because the boxes looked like it was opened up and used. The guy was very against this saying oh no it’s fine, the reason why the box is broken down is because the person cancelled their order. As we reached home to build our furniture, the furniture was clearly dusty and used. And there was missing hardware. So now our table is just in pieces all over my living room because we cannot put it together. Plus have to clean it because it looks like a floor model. Update: it’s been a month since this happened and still no “technician” has showed up to check the table. It’s sitting in my small apartment with no way of putting it together because pieces of hardware is missing. I will forever trash this company and tell people to never buy from them.

Came to pick up order from warehouse at costumer pick up, was told to park and wait till door opens up. Problem was there was another 5 cars waiting for the same thing with no specific order so people were cutting in line and new cars were pulling up . Place is a mess will never buy again.

They don't deserve one star! Ordered furniture with Ashley on 11/24/23, and to this day I have not received anything. They took my money of $329.00 and nobody can find my order and now are giving me a hard time refunding my money. I will never give them any more business and will make sure my family does not either!! This company is unprofessional, lose customer's orders and don't have there business in order. It should not be this difficult to get furniture, pay for it and have it delivered, especially being a furniture company!!

I paid order order in full and I did not receive a payment confirmation so I decided to call spoke to customer service and they told me my order is not showing to be in stock in the warehouse that it will be in sometime between today and the 9th after I was told by store sales man that the order was in stock very frustrating will be the last time I shop with Ashley told the customer service rep my problem and she just shows no care and said we will contact you when your is ready to be picked up and hung up very rude hopefully no one else will get lied too about there order

My delivery came, but some pieces were damaged. Now I have to wait to get my house back in order until after my vacation. In the meantime I'm sleeping on a mattress on my bed room floor. I also haven't been contacted by anyone yet regarding rescheduling the delivery of my bedroom set. The delivery guys were awesome.

This has been the worst experience ever. My wife and I purchased a dinette set with bar stools. When the delivery guys arrived with the set the bar stools were uneven (one leg shorter than the other) they suggested we keep the set and schedule an appointment with their technician to come and fix the stools (make repairs on stools that I just purchased new) so we didn’t accept them. We contacted our salesman and he scheduled another delivery and once again the delivery guys came back with same uneven bar stools. It’s been two weeks since we purchased and they have failed to get it right even when the delivery guys were given instructions to examine the stools before they deliver. Maybe the third time they will bring an entirely different set. Either way I’ll never do business with Ashley again.

Delivery guys today were extremely unprofessional, insulting, and disrespectful. There were 3 guys, as I held the door for them they knocked off the hook and the wreath off my door and it hit me in the face so hard, and when I told them what happened they juste laughed at me. The three of them were speaking spanish. They asked me where I wanted the couch, I pointed to the window, but then I said a little more in the center. They argued with me and laughed but you said by the window. Then one of them called me "TONTA" which is a derogatory term in spanish meaning stupid. Then one of them (the fat one with the pony tail) stuck his filthy hands in my kids candy bags and then asked me if he can have any. I said "take the whole bag." But then he put it down and started touching the other bags of candy I had on the counter. Then I went and grabbed a whole bunch of candy and gave it to him. I bought 3 items from this store. At the beginning 1 item came broken. After many calls someone came and changed the mechanism, that has 60 pounds. And after that left the old mechanism in my garage and said that it’s my problem and I need to call the company to pay it to pick up. Right now I need to call to another company who can come and to pick it up, and to pay for this service. How do you think, the serious company is doing like that??? To leave its staff to the customers and after that to say like “ it’s not our problem” THE WORST experience of my life, that I had with one company from USA.

Terrible.....I walked in on a Thursday night to purchase a sectional. The sectional I chose was a large sectional. Explained to the sales rep Brenda Rosengarden that my room was 11 x 17 - her response wow that is a big room. Never tried to take a measurement, never told me that their furniture is NON RETURNABLE once it is delivered into my home. If at any point I would have been told that the items were non- returnable - I WOULD HAVE STOPPED DEAD IN MY TRACKS. I now have an over 5k sectional that I cannot use as it does not fit in my house. It was delivered by a person she wrote on the back on my paperwork that delivers for them - he could not even place the furniture. It was completed while I was at work. Response from customer support, manager.. you should have read your paperwork? Nothing to read as you are initialing and signing on a 5x5 tablet. Sales person NEVER STATED that items purchased are non-returnable once they are delivered. This should be clearly stated verbally, signs on doors walking in and out, LARGE PRINT on a 5x5 tablet with customers having to initial to acknowledge - it is absolutely ridiculous! They would not even exchange it for me. NEVER EVER AGAIN - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Do not shop here! This is not a franchise store so the Ashley Furniture customer service will never help you if you have an issue. They lied to me about the insurance and said it covered everything so I purchased it. I spent over 3k with them and I was happy with doing so because I thought I was buying furniture that would last. The couch cushions started going flat quickly. I called them twice and left VMs as they had told me to do when I purchased. The third time I was finally able to speak to someone and they said my 1 year warranty was over and the insurance only covered accidental damage and now I am still paying for a couch that is garbage.

I do not recommend this manager at all. I came there from a store an hour away to pick up my furniture. Got there at 5:05 when I was told by the other store they close at 6pm and so did my paper work said 6pm. I waited 15 mins just for the rude manager to come out laugh at my face and tell me to figure it out and call the other store because the wear-house is closed. So I drove 2 hours to pick up furniture to get laughed at and told to figure it out to drive home 2 more hours with nothing. Can’t get ahold of corporate. I will never get anymore furniture from this store unless something is done.

When not if but WHEN they mess up your delivery after you paid hundreds of dollars to have them deliver your furniture it will be on YOU the customer to do all the leg work to make sure they deliver whatever they messed up. Customer service is a joke. Good luck getting ahold of a manager/supervisor. Would not buy from here again.

Spend your money elsewhere. They will mess up your delivery and not call you to fix it so you have to do the legwork to make sure they are going to deliver what you paid thousands of dollars for. Customer service is not helpful. Completely unacceptable.

As other customers have stated you would think with how much money you're spending on their furniture and how much they charge for delivery you'd think you'd get a seamless hassle free experience but it is the exact opposite. They will mess up your delivery and then you the customer who paid hundreds of dollars for delivery will have to go through the run around to make sure they deliver whatever it is they messed up. In our case they will be making 3 deliveries for a sectional and a chair and for what they charge it is absurd. Will never set foot in any Ashley store ever again.

Customer pick up is a disaster. It was my first time picking up and there’s no instructions on the website, receipt or anything. Workers are so rude and not helpful at all, we were waiting for a long time and they loaded multiple people that pulled up after us first. I will never buy here again because of this experience

The sales associate did not listen to what we stated we needed. We had already completed our research, and came in to purchase a bed and mattress. She tried to sale us a table. For similar priced items we had selected at the non discount Ashley, the price this sales associate gave us was $900 more. The sales associate was also way too familiar when talking to us, way too “salesy”, and such a turn off. Needless to say we left, ended up back at the non discount Ashley, and got what we needed for under the price we planned on spending.

I bought my furniture 4 months ago. The dresser was poorly made with beads of glue painted over. It looks so CHEAP. That’s not even the worst of it. The paint on the bed frame is chipping off. HUGE RIP OFF. DO NOT BUT FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!

The worst assistant manager, Jim, and store manager this store has. They would lie about canceling the Premium Protection Plan that clearly on the Ashley website says you can cancel it within 30 days of purchase and get a full refund if you have not made any claims. (In fact, I was successfully requested the refund by online chat with customer service agent) Not sure if the managers at this store can’t read or they intentionally lie to customers. Also, when they have the promotion they would also lie about it’s only on sale for “this store”, specifically, no other Ashley stores. However, when I visited another Ashley store, it was on sale for the same discount. Not only being dishonest, the manager, Jim, was slow. Jim spent 2.5-3 hours just fixing the numbers for 6 furniture we bought and still seeing errors. If you would like to have a enjoyable experience, I totally recommend go to another Ashley Outlet store.

Delivered the wrong furniture. I called trying to fix it but their systems were down. They said they would contact me. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. I’ve called over a dozen times and they don’t pick up! Over all horrible customer service.

The sales rep was great then delivery service took over. They left a piece off and we could t call because system was down took over a week to get our final piece.

Worst customer service ever. Lord help you if you have an issue with your order, like I did, which included both missing and wrong parts. There is no accountability from any one to get your order right. Try calling the store, you either get directed to a “service rep” who can’t help you, or you get to leave a voicemail which never gets returned. Call the 855 phone number, and you get directed to a service representative who can’t help you, and who can’t transfer you allegedly to a human being at the actual store you made your purchase from. It’s been two months since my purchase, Ashley furniture has tried to send me my incorrect piece, but another wrong piece, and they still haven’t sent me my other missing pieces. Now they’ve had a phone system outage for over a week so their communication to me is even more poor then prior. This is cable company level of terrible customer experience.

I went looking around for couches on a Saturday. Got to Ashley’s earlier in the day and decided to go look at other places. At the end of it all decided on one of the couches I saw at Ashley’s. They closed at 10 and I got back there at 6:45. They said nobody was there to load it and I would have to come back another time. I asked to pay for it that day but the credit card machine was down and I couldn’t even buy it. I called back the next day several times throughout the day to see if the credit card machine was back up but nobody answered all day. Then on Monday they called me back telling me I needed to come pay for and pickup the couch that day. I am over an hour away from the place and could not pickup until the weekend. Eventually after some back and forth I was able to pay for it with my credit card over the internet. Overall I would not recommend unless you are buying from the discount area upstairs. Be prepared that they may not be convenient to deal with.

I will never buy from.ashleys again...i paid cash then was told thier system was down and didnt know when id get my sectional. I tried calling and got a recording that i couldnt talk to anyone. Next day called got someone and waa told they have no number to contact delivery department...it took 4 days before i got a delivery date by a recording and thier system is still down. I returned to the store i bought our merchandise at and the lady told me ashleys filed bank ruptcy and we may not get our sectional...this is an anniversary present i told her and better get it...i wont purchase anything from Ashley again...

Thought there might be discounts since it was an "outlet" store. Prices were high and confusing when trying to piece sectionals together. You can find better prices at many other locations, one's that even sell Ashley furniture. I don't plan on going back, because they don't offer any reasons to. Staff was friendly though.

Pretty consistently poor experience here. They definitely focus more of their efforts up front on sales, and really drop off once they have your money (check the reviews here). I've made multiple purchases here, but customer pickup is always a massive pain. If you're picking up, be sure to give yourself extra time. My last visit, it took a full hour just to get a single sofa, including the first half hour where I was the only customer there for pickup. The woman working the pickup counter is incompetent. Most recently, after I checked in, she didn't follow through to make sure someone pulls my order... Wait a half hour at the bay door (only one there), and nothing... Went back in to see what's up, the same woman offers no help or answers, and just shifts blame ... her 'not-my-job' attitude was bizarre. Once they figured out their issue, I waited another half hour, meanwhile they sent four other customers to try and pick up at the same bay I've been sitting and waiting at (2 other bays we're still open). Manager was no help, just stared blankly at me and didn't seem to understand the issue. A little extra competence and attention to the issues could go a long way here. Seeing the horror stories with delivery, and coupled with pickup issues everytime I've bought here... I'm not planning to shop here again. Sales staff was nice.

He was very patient regardless of our indecision, going from floor to floor, and constant questions. We are very pleased and will be coming back for all of our furniture needs. I do not recommend this location. My husband and I went there and the customer service was non-existent. We are returning customers and as if I didn't learn the first time, I went back. Several representatives stared at us and did not speak. Not even a simple "hi, welcome to Ashley's." No one asked us if we needed help looking for anything or what brought us in today. Just stared us down. one lady even started so hard, I looked back and smiled, she turned her head and turned up her face as if she was "disgusted" by seeing black men shopping for furniture. They were not busy at all. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. Don't waste your time.

Make sure this is your location..I had a delivery at building next door , but didn't see the address.. so I pulled into here so I can make a turn around.. guard shack attended says there's a $20 fee for turn around, I figured he was joking... Nope he wouldn't let me pull forward to turn around.. so after 20 minutes of me blocking the driveway and there customers piling up, I decided to have everyone else back out so I could back out onto a business highway.. I also went and explained it to all the cars behind me on the greedy business practices...but on a go note I was still on time for my delivery

Do not shop here! I have no idea where my furniture is!Earlier this week, I purchased a sectional couch from Ashley for the home I am closing on next week. When I came time to select a delivery service, the salesman said they know a guy who will deliver it cheaper. They said their guy only takes cash, he doesn't do contracts, and gave me a business card with his phone number. They highly recommended him because he is supposedly better than their in house delivery crew and cheaper. I explained that I would need the couch to be delivered after the closing and they filed the paperwork for a customer pickup rather than delivery. I received a call today from the delivery guy saying he was on his way to deliver my furniture. I told him that he is a week and a half early. He said he will keep it on his truck and deliver next week. It took me 45 minutes to get ahold of the store. They assured me that my furniture would be returned to the warehouse and that a manager would call me shortly. After waiting 6.5 hours for a call from a manager and multiple calls to the store, I drove their to make sure my furniture was back in the warehouse. When I found the manager, John C., I asked where my furniture was, he told me it was in the delivery man's storage unit and not the warehouse. I told John I was uncomfortable with the fact that my furniture was in an undisclosed location with someone that I don't have a contract with. John told me that I needed to "trust the process" and that he didn't want the "paperwork nightmare" of bringing it back to the warehouse. I insisted he call the delivery person to have him send me a contract, I was told to "stop being difficult" and that he would be happy to cancel my order since I "don't trust the process". He handed me a card with the delivery man's phone number and told me to make arrangements for myself. I insisted that he call from the store phone and make the arrangements on my behalf and get me some paperwork for the delivery. John called the delivery man and told him to bring my furniture back in the morning, hung up, and told me to make other arrangements to get my furniture because I don't trust them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the fact that their staff steered me towards an under the table delivery service to their manager threatening to cancel my order because I wanted a guarantee that my furniture wasn't stolen!

Terrible. Was told furniture would be put back on the truck for delivery today after rescheduling due to issues on my family's end. So we got no confirmation call for delivery today. We called to check and now it turns out we have to pick it up. Spent $89 plus to get a U-HAUL truck for something that was supposed to be delivered and put together today. Then when you call you get hung up on or calls never answered. This WILL be the very last time I buy from them directly. Had better luck getting it on Amazon because they delivered like they supposed to with no issues.

Good shopping experience

We went to two different Ashley furniture stores today to see if they had a different selection. The one in Romeoville was terrible. Their prices were hundreds of dollars higher than the other store for the same exact product and their customer service was a joke.

A $1,200 Dresser shouldn’t be made with lazy craftsmanship. There’s beads of glue that was painted over. There are scratches and chips in the paint. This was the first box we opened. I’m nervous to see the rest of my bedroom set.

For truck drivers: if you take a load to this distribution center be aware receiving isn’t open on the weekend and there is a 24hour drop trailer policy. If you show up on the weekend no one knows anything. I’m giving you all a heads up. Don’t have the same experience I did and let a broker lie to you. Broker gave me an appointment for Sunday. I showed up Saturday and couldn’t get unloaded until Monday morning thank god the receiving manager was sympathetic to my experience. Otherwise I’d been sitting until Tuesday morning.

The salesman obliged, but when the delivery team showed up, they told me they had never heard of Ashley offering felt cushions for any furniture. Only after repeated calls to the Homestore did I finally get through to someone that told me the cushions are available but that I would have to pick them up myself. Mind you, I don't live close to the HomeStore. Then when the delivery guys were setting up the couch, I asked them to move it a few inches to one side of the room because the path behind the couch was too narrow, and they said they wouldn't move it once it was already placed on the ground. So much for "white glove" service. When customer services contacted me to check how the delivery went, I informed them of these issues, to which they said they would look into it and get back to me, but I have still have not been contacted by them since. One star for the quality of furniture and delivering furniture as scheduled.

Buyer beware, do not take the mattress pad home or they will make you pay for it $400 and still had to cancel the order and pay for the mattress pad. Can't use on any other bed. Experience was not good, I have bought thousands of dollars of merchandise here and this was my last. They delayed and delayed until I was fed up. They tell you your receipt gives them 16 weeks to deliver, the manager was very abrasive, store manager was much better.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! After being promised a delivery date and assured there would be no delays, there were of course delays. My first date went by with no contact to say not coming. When I called I was told they had scheduled inventory for that week and weren't doing deliveries but said I was good for 11/25. When no one contacted me the day before Cesar told me they couldn't deliver until late December. When I told him my date was guaranteed by Alicia, he scheduled it. On the 25th I got no call no show. Called and got "Gabriel" who said his name so fast I asked him to spell it and he refused. He told me the furniture isn't in stock and was the absolute RUDEST "customer service" rep. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me no and then put me on permanent hold. Eventually I called back and immediately asked for a supervisor and got Rob. He couldn't have cared less about my delivery or treatment from Gabriel. Usually love Ashley, but they can take a hike. And BTW, when finally delivered 4/6 chairs wobbled and I was told it's my floor that's uneven. I guess my last kitchen set was as uneven as my floor cause that never happened.

I bought a cabinet today and paid for it then the salesperson came out with the paperwork and asked me to sign a form that it was as is because I wasn’t having it delivered or put together. I said I would not. I asked for the manager and talked to him about the issue, he told me that because I wasn’t having it put together and delivered by the store for an additional $100 I would have to remove all the contents and inspect it all in the receiving bay when I picked it up which is completely ridiculous. The manager told me without doing so I could not return the furniture if it was damaged at all even through it was new. In order for me to determine if there was a problem with the furniture I would need to assemble the furniture completely when I picked it up because you never know if it has all been made correctly or not until it is completely put together. Upon the manager refusing to do anything for me I cancelled the purchase immediately because of this ridiculous policy he says is an Ashley Furniture policy and he list a sale. If this was the policy I should of been made aware of this before completing the transaction not after everything went through the system. Now I will have to wait 3 to 7 days for the refund and more than likely not buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. Such a frustrating delivery process. Delivery was delayed two weeks, when the furniture arrived it was missing all of the hardware for assembly. Customer service was adamant they couldn’t process a delivery fee refund and that we would have to wait 7-10 days for the parts to come in then reschedule assembly.

Scott was extremely professional and super patient with all of our 100 questions. I would 100% recommend going here. He helped us with our new couch purchase.

I am giving 4 because of the salesperson, however the general manager was there, never at some point offer to help us further. I ask him a couple of questions and he didn’t answer back to me he ignored me and keep talking straight to the salesman like if we didn’t speak his language. I felt very disrespected by his attitude towards me. We were willing to buy more matrices for our kids beds but there was no help from General manager it’s like he didn’t care whether we spend money or not. He was always in a hurry to go back to talk to two other associates they had a gathering in a table close to us. EVERYTIME I had a question it was like he was bother. I’m angry at myself for not having read the reviews for this store before making a purchase. I don’t know how they allow delivery of items that are damaged, incorrect (2 of the same legs) or totally missing items upon redelivery. And it’s not just that delivery was messed up TWICE, it’s that we have to waste 3 hours each time they reschedule delivery for the delivery window. And again, my husband and I are sleeping on a mattress on the floor because they can’t correctly deliver the headboard to a bed. Extremely frustrating when your customers are spending so much money. It’s a shame that people don’t put in just the little extra effort to make sure things are correct and go smoothly for their customers. I really hope to get this rectified by tomorrow or I will be canceling the order and buying from somewhere else.

Went in to look at mattresses and bedframes. We finally found one that we loved and decided to go ahead and place the order. We made sure the items were in stock before continuing with purchase as we know there are delays in production with furniture and wanted something that was readily available. . We were told both items (mattress & bedframe) were in stock and that we should receive our order within 2 weeks. The week of 'two weeks' came and we didn't hear anything about scheduling a delivery so I called to check on it. We were told our date was pushed out another week due to product not being in stock. Reached out to our sales rep and he advised our items were in stock and they had not yet made it to the warehouse but gave us a new date with a promise it would be delivered on or before. fast forward another week, we called to yet again check as no one reached out for delivery and it is pushed back another 2 weeks. We advised we were going to cancel and were told we'd have to pay a 10% cancellation fee. I have called multiple times and asked if I could speak with the manager at least in helping wave the delivery fee since our order is going to be delayed by 2 weeks if not more and no one would transfer me to one. Terrible customer service.I understand completely of delays and issues since the covid world, but I do feel as though our items were not in stock at the time of purchase and we were told that so they could make the sale. Also why are we the ones who have to constantly reach out to be advised our delivery is late? never have this at any other furniture store ive been to so be ware. Will not be returning to this Ashley or any Ashley location in the future.

Walk in and figure out what you want. The sales people are low pressure and they left me alone to sit on anything. The furniture is average quality, and will last you a few years. It won't be passed to the next generation, and it may feel lots of wear when you move, but for good basic furniture, it does the job and I am very happy

Sergio was an absolute dream working with when we walked in. He was so kind and helpful. We bought a mattress that day. My issue came at the time of delivery. Their delivery person was absolutely atrocious. Yelling and swearing. Refusing to deliver the mattress to the room, refusing to take our old mattress, I will never buy from Ashley again because of this.

The person helping me was nice, but to purchase one take home item I was there for about 45 minutes, they claimed the printer was down, it just took an ridiculous amount of time.

My sales person Cody was great! Easy process. No long wait to complete sale. Two minor things that I wasn’t happy with. When I walked in someone gave me a sales flyer that was outdated and not relevant. And I had to wait 45 min for an end table to be put in my car, even though there was knowone waiting in front of me.

Do not order from Ashley unless you plan on bringing the furniture home yourself. Their delivery team is a mess. When we finally got our delivery date, the night before we got rid of all of our old furniture, on delivery day the driver showed up text they were there, took pictures of our house, signed my husband's name to the sheet and sent a text our furniture was delivered. Never even rang our doorbell. After spending a long time on phone with multiple people, no one could help us or contact the driver to ask what was going on. They gave us a new delivery date a week out, so I guess for a week we will have to eat our meals on the kitchen floor. No one is willing to do anything helpful. Considering canceling my order, for sure will never shop at Ashley again.

I'll definitely never have anything from Ashley picked up again. They wanted to charge $500 for a local delivery, and if you agree to pick up well....get ready for a ride. Call to say it's ready then you call back and it's not going g to be ready for 2-4 weeks. Then told it'll be ready by Monday forget to mention they're closed on Mondays. Then I call to confirm the order and I'm told to expect it in two weeks. Then I get a text that the order is ready for pick up between 10-6 Tuesday (today) I've been waiting over an hour and when you go in and ask. They tell you sorry they are busy could be hours. This company can seriously care less about their customers.

Very poor customer service. They deliver damaged furniture and it is taking months to get an exchange. I have been waiting almost 5 months now for an exchange for the damaged piece of crap that was delivered. Lesson learned to make sure to fully inspect items before delivery team leaves your house regardless of how many other deliveries they have.

However I was disappointed that, for a multi-thousand dollar transaction, not once did a Manager stop by to say hello, or thank us for making such a major purchase in their store. Garbage service from sales person to manager, dispatcher and customer service.. if you have no value to your money then go to this store, because they don’t value your time or money. We bought a bed frame and were originally told it would be delivered in 6-9 weeks. We received our bed after 16 weeks which was kind of annoying. Other than the long wait the bed looks great and the delivery team were very fast and efficient upon delivery.

I went a purchased a table at this store. I specifically asked if it could be delivered. I was assured it could be and they would contact me with details once they heard from their deliveries guy. I have yet to be contacted and when I called there is no record of it being delivered but that I am to pick it up. I don't have a vehicle to pick up a table thus the delivery by them. I hate this company. Their sales people just did the same and do nothing to follow up on your satisfaction or anything. You try to call the store, they won't answer. This is the second store that has done this to me. I will never shop here or any of their stores again.

Do not buy your furniture from here, and do not pay for their delivery. They delivered my sofas and put them on the street and made them dirty!! Took a month to get some compensation and they never came to clean!! I had to call like 10 times and stayed hours on the phone waiting in line with Ashley!! So tired of this! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! They'll send you USED ITEMS! First the website said that our couches would arrive within 2-4 weeks but the store said the website lied and we would be waiting 4-12 weeks. We made the purchase on July 15 and on August 4 part of our order (the loveseat) was delivered USED and TORN! We called the store and the man who sold us the furniture said he knew a guy who could fix it for us LOL. We wanted these brand new, as we were told we would receive! The delivery person told us we could keep it at no charge until the new one arrived. Yesterday, August 24, they brought in the sofa in the same torn up/used condition. They told me that they wouldn't be able to take the loveseat with them but they took the sofa. Now, they're charging for the loveseat and I received a notification about a "reschedule for delivery". I called to see why they're charging me if they haven't brought in the new furniture. The person who I spoke to threatened me and said "if you don't pay for it, it'll go badly for you". They also told me they couldn't take the loveseat back. If I try to cancel my order they said they would charge 10%! What kind of game are you playing at?! PLEASE PLEASE think twice, before purchasing here !!

The actual shopping experience was great - Cody was helpful and kept an eye on us, but not in an obnoxious way and didn't just follow us around. And the couch we got here is probably the best couch I've ever experienced. We picked up the couch and that went smoothly as well - warehouse guy was friendly and cool. This is what gets the 2 stars. Here's the thing though, they'll just lie to you on the day your furniture is available. We purchased on 6/10, and they told us it would be ready 6/20. Seemed super fast. On 6/20, no call. We contacted them 6/21, and they told us "Oh sorry, it'll be here on 6/27." On 6/27, no call. On 6/28 we call them and they say, "Oh sorry, it'll be here on 7/5." On 7/5, no call. On 7/6, we call them and they say, "Oh sorry, it'll be here on 7/12." This happens one more time and we finally ask "why are you lying to us?" They know your stuff isn't going to be ready, but they tell you a week later so you just don't call back for another week. We finally got our couch on 8/13. If they had initially told us it would be 2 months to be ready, this would be a 5 star review because we understand furniture inventory is kind of a crapshoot right now. But it's like they've never learned to under-promise and over-deliver. They promise a date they can't guarantee, and then they just keep giving you dates a week later to keep you off the phone. And they never let us know our couch was delayed - if we hadn't contacted them, I don't know if they would've ever told us. Just send a text!

Late for 2.5 month. Came with missing pieces I tried canceled the order they asked wait for another 2 weeks. Today 8-18-22 we got the delivery. Guess what... totally wrong bed frame. I called to cancel it they say they cannot do that. Even if you have a protection plan for that frame. What is going on. Is that scam you guys do to people????

DO NOT BUY. I highly recommend buying from somewhere else. I would give them zero stars if I could. They never answer any calls. If they do they would keep transferring you and no one would give any answer. They don’t respond to emails sent 3 months ago. I bought my bed set last November and it’s been 9 months and I still don’t have a response. The manager, Ricardo Villalobos, that helped me gives me rude sarcastic responses or ignores my email every time I ask for the status of my order. They don’t let you speak to higher management nor they will help. WORST customer service EVER. They don’t give me my money back nor do they respond back. How am I supposed to live without my bed for 9 months and still waiting. If they can’t fulfill the order in a timely manner then they should refund. How long are you going to make me wait? 2 years? It’s ridiculous and I’m in tears because I spent over $2000 for this. I have been sleeping on the mattress for almost a year. I never post any negative reviews and this is my first in years. I just spoke with Jose in customer service and he hung up on me and this has happened multiple times when they don’t want to help.

I purchased a cabinet on a Friday from the store in Romeoville Illinois and arranged for delivery on Saturday. Was told that delivery would be between noon and 4:00pm. At 2:30 pm I called to inquire about an estimated delivery time and was told that my order was entered for pickup and not delivery. This was a huge inconvenience for me as I had rearranged my Saturday to be home for a delivery. After speaking with a representative I was told that my order would be delivered on Tuesday. Again another huge inconvenience because that meant I needed to take Tuesday off work to be home for this delivery. I I don’t feel like the representative had any remorse for me. And I will not be shopping at the store again.

We came in February to buy furniture. Spent quite a bit, and were told delivery of all items would be 8 weeks at the longest. Here we are, 6 MONTHS later, and still haven't gotten all of our items. Every time we called to check on the status, it was a complete joke. Promises of delivery dates came and went. We did finally start getting furniture in, after 4 months. But one of our couches had 2 holes in it. When I called, they said i needed to wait 24 hours before I can call about it. They said "check your contract." "Contract's right in front of me. Nothing in here about that." Flat out lied to us. I understand that with everything going on in the world some delays could be expected. But instead of being honest and saying "we're not quite sure when your items will be in, we're experiencing shipping delays." They would just give us a random date. When that day arrived, no furniture was in our home, and when we would call, we would just ge another random day. To sum it up. I won't be buying anything from this company anymore simply because of the ridiculous customer service.

After we pick up sectional sofa and chair we went downstairs and they told us the chair is sold and also they said if you got approved for Ashley credit card will pay in 72 months with no interest but after i got approved they said inly 6 month with no interest or have to buy Protiction plan to get 48 months

Good experience!! Omar started it off with a good joke to start the shopping with good vibes! Gave us some space to look after showing us what we were looking for. When he was busy, the Store Manager, Jake, was awesome at showing us allll of our options, prices, etc. he even went across the atore and up the stairs just to show us a familiar set in a different color! Overall, great staff, great attitude which is all a customer really wants when they come in. Only gave it a 4 because of the selection being a little strict and prices are a bit higher compared to similar stores in the industry.

Had a great experience today shopping for furniture! Our family recently moved from Florida to Illinois and sold most of our furniture when we did. We just bought a new house and needed to purchase new furniture. The experience was as good as it could have been! The employees were attentive and friendly, the price was great and we left happy and ready to refer our friends and family! We will certainly be back when we have other furniture needs!!!

I always have a wonderful experience at the Romeoville store. Two years in a row I have purchased some thing with a lovely young lady named Marina. She is the sweetest most hard-working employee. She found me the best price and took great care of me. I’ll definitely be going back to her.

1 star is too much. I’m honestly in tears writing this review. Ashley furniture was a terrible choice to get furniture. My family just moved into a new home and we were so excited to update all our furniture and spent a good amount of money. Our furniture came and the boxes were damaged, the delivery guys even refused to open them and pushed us to complain- even they thought it was pathetic! So we did, and we were able to replace the furniture with new pieces, but 2 months later- still no furniture and every time we call we get disconnected. No one will help us! We’re out thousands of dollars and my husband, children, and me are sleeping on mattresses still.

We have visited the branch today and the staff, especially Sergio, was quite helpful from start till the end. All.our questions were responded genuinely clearly and we did our putchase in a smooth and efficiently. Thanks for all starting from sales petdon to branch manager and account staff.

I’ve been working on getting a refund for over a month now for an ottoman I never picked up. Every time I call customer service or the store I get a run around or they try to sell me the ottoman for a lower price. They simply won’t accept No for an answer. Each time I call I get placed on hold and it’s the same process over and over again. If the issue isn’t resolved shortly I plan to file an Attorney General complaint. I’d welcome the opportunity to speak with a manager or executive to get this issue resolved. I’d avoid Ashley Furniture, their customer service is simply sub par.

I've had the most HORRIBLE experience with Ashley delivering damaged furniture to my home 4Xs!!! They even brought back the same box of broken furniture TWICE!! I've been stuck with boxes of damaged furniture in my room for months due yo their No Refund/No Return only to set up an exchange and have 3 pieces delivered BROKEN once again!! The WORST part is they don't let you speak directly with Cooperate! You have to ho through customer service who then emails them and pray for a response! HORRIBLE!!!

After being a loyal customer and purchasing many furniture items since 2014 I will no longer purchase from Ashley Furniture, more specifically the Romeoville Illinois outlet location. I went in on June 4, 2022 to purchase a sectional and end tables. I had in mind what I’d like to purchase however chose a different sectional based on its quick delivery (June 13). I paid double what I originally had planned to spend due to the quick availability of this item. I was informed that the end tables would be back ordered which was not a problem and I also offered to pick them up on site when they arrived. The afternoon of June 12 I called the store due to the fact I had not received my 3 hour window. I was told my order was never slotted for this date and would not be arriving as well as not being given an actual delivery date. I was unable to talk to a manager due to it being a weekend. I waited and called at opening on Monday June 13. I spoke to a manager who told me the warehouse was not open on Sunday/Monday and she would look into it and call me back first thing Tuesday. By 4:30 Tuesday June 14 I had not received a call so I stopped in. I was fist helped by an extremely rude woman at the front desk. After being overhear by a fellow co worker another woman stepped in to assist. She was very helpful however was still having difficulty with what had happened to my order. Another co worker stepped in to help. He as well was very helpful and was able to tell me a bit more. He stated a piece of my order was out of stock and would be arriving Monday June 20th so he would schedule me for a June 21 delivery. I thanked the two and on my way I went. Mind you I still had not received a call back from said manager. Fast forward to Thursday June 16 I received a text to confirm my delivery for Monday June 20. Being weary of this I contacted the number provided in the text. It was double and triple checked that all pieces of my couch would be on this order. Monday June 20 comes and one piece of my couch was not delivered. We spoke with delivery through our delivery drivers phone who stated the item came in after the truck had left for the day but that she’d scheduled us for it to come Saturday June 25 and that was the earliest available. Frustrated but we agreed to this date. I called my local Ashley to try to get some insight into why I was told my whole order would arrive (minus end tables) on Monday. I asked to speak with a manager I was told no managers were available but that she put through an email and someone would reach out to me. It was over 24 hours and I still had not received a call back but was waiting it out. Today Tuesday June 21 I received a call from delivery stating a delivery date of Tuesday June 28. Unfortunately I am not available that date and had to ask that it be pushed to June 29. I contacted my local Ashley store and asked to speak to a manager (I don’t know why considering I haven’t been called back from the previous week). The woman at the front desk called for a manager and a few moments later stated none are available at this time and began to help me. After going back and forth with her considering I’ve been given many different stories and dates she turned to a co worker for help. I was not put on hold so could hear the complete conversation going on about my order. It was the man who had helped me the previous week. She finally came back to the phone after 10+ minutes on “hold” to tell me the reason a piece of my order didn’t come because the truck was full so now it’s coming the 29th. She became very rude with me when I again asked to speak to a manager that this whole ordeal is unacceptable. She told me she put in a message to call me back and if they don’t I can just call again tomorrow. I’m sorry but what is this!? I’ve NEVER dealt with customer service of this kind before and for that reason will not be ordering from Ashley ever again.

I would not do business ever again with Ashley furniture. They screwed up when it came to financing our sectional, and the delivery process was a god awful mess. My mother decided to give them another chance and purchased a platform bed for our daughter...once again they screwed up the financing and now delivery has been delayed three times.

We first walked in and started looking around and there were a lot of beautiful pieces. The floor was clean and it was not that busy. About 10 minutes we then met Maria, she was awesome. We connect immediately which made it easy, she showed us around and doesn't a lot of time with us. She was great, she made this process of picking out furniture some what easy and seamless. If you ever go to the Romeville location, I recommend asking for Maria.

Professional staff, good sales, good quality

I was met near the door upon arrival. I was interested in seeing the clearance floor for an armchair. I found exactly what I wanted for the space in my house & the price & payment terms was what I wanted as well. The only thing that would have been a little negative was waiting to get the chair put in my vehicle. There weren’t any instructions as what to do once I was at the stated door number. I had to go back inside & ask how much longer I needed to wait since I was the only customer st that time.

Marina was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy but very available, which I prefer! Will definitely request her for future needs!! Lucky to have her as an employee!!

we ordered a sectional June 28th, 2021 and still don't have it all. The customer service is horrible. I asked for a credit for the delay because it will be end of May before it's delivered. was told free delivery is our credit. $4,000 spent and this is the best they can do?!!! I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again and if you want Furniture delivered in less than a year, don't buy from these jerks!!! This store is horrible!!!!!

I'm leaving this here until I have some resolution. I contact the store on Facebook here and someone actually offered some help. But here is my experience: Check the BBB before placing an order. Numerous complaints and staff contradict what is written on the contracts they hand you. Pretty much a joke of customer service. Supposed to have delivery tomorrow - what no call to tell me there is a delay? Well I'll call and check. 7-12 weeks out for delivery now. I ordered back end of February.

Horrible customer service. A power recliner that was purchased there broke within two weeks. Had purchased the warranty and the repair time is over two months and counting. The original estimate for the repair was a couple weeks only to be told a couple of more weeks each time. Two weeks of waiting was solely based on employees not doing their jobs properly. Had I not called back the wait time could have been longer both times. Management’s response seems to just be “oh well, it’s corrected now so just wait.” The current repair schedule is 14 weeks on a recliner that lasted two weeks. Here’s hoping it actually gets fixed.

All I would like to express is that I only used to shop with Ashley furniture for my home. However, going forward I would NEVER due to the experience I had this past week. Please respect the time of your customers when it comes to picking up/delivery of your clearance items for those that will be shopping with you. Make it clear when your outlet pick up is closed so people can avoid unnecessary travels, renting trucks all for nothing. Transaction does not end at the money exchange part. All customer service matters and the experience that you give to your clients. This store has been atrocious and I will end it at that.

I honestly thought sofas would not be best of quality due to picking inexpensive items but that was definitely not the case. Completely happy with the sofas and sofa chair. The sales person was friendly and made the sale quick and easy.

Rating 5 stars solely based on customer service. Marina greeted us as soon as we walked in, and let us know she was available for any needs or questions. She made it a point to not follow us or guide our experience more than we wanted, which has not been the case at some other “pushy” furniture stores I have shopped at. When we had decided on some pieces, Marina walked us through our different financing options, and broke it down in detail. I had a million questions, and she was so patient with us and made sure we got what we needed. Very happy with my furniture pieces (both price and quality), but likely wouldn’t have committed so quickly if we had not been so well taken care of.

Really disappointed with billing. No bill was received for past few months, I called multiple times about issue and was told no bill is due yet. Finally reached someone on chat and was told there is a bill for over 500. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Seems to me once you buy the furniture they aren't very interested in customer service. While shopping we couldn't get away from the salesperson. When I went to pick up the furniture, completely different. I checked in at the pickup, the woman wasn't at her desk. When she came she had her right hand in a cheeto bag. She barely spoke and never took her hand out of the bag!! She typed with her left hand and never took her hand out of the bag. An hour later I went to the bay door to get the sofa. I had to hunt the men down there to try and get information. They had not gotten the sofa yet. I waited another 45 minutes to get the sofa. They were not busy with other pickups so I don't understand why it took almost 2 hours to retrieve one sofa!

I ordered a chair on December 11th. I was told I would get it 3 weeks later. I called 4 weeks later and they told me January 27th. I called January 27th and they told me I would get it in April. I asked to cancel the order. They decided to cancel the order but not refund me the money. I called and asked about refund and now I’m on hold for 20 minutes. Still waiting for them to refund the money. After holding 30 minutes I hung up and called again. I have a refund number now. Hopefully they give me my money back. I understand the supply chain issues but it shouldn’t be this hard to get my money back.

Had appointment at 10 AM. All doors were locked. Guy came to the door finally, and said they were in a meeting. I guess meetings are more important than customer service. It was very cold outside while waiting.

All they time new piece not ready, but this piece was ready last moth. in January they assured me, delivery date will be in February, and guess what, again one the pieces not ready, and now it March. HORRIBLE!!!! NIGHTMARE!!! I have had 10 attempts… 10 ATTEMPTS to deliver the furniture I paid for in FULL back in August 2021! Every time it has been damaged!! They keep bringing me used, broken, ripped, and damaged furniture!!! The customer service is rude!! The delivery people leave a mess in my home when they bring the used damaged furniture! This last time instead of my new couch and loveseat, they tried to deliver a dresser!! REALLY?? I should have kept it as ransom till I received my NEW furniture I PAID for! And please also note the shoe covers in the worker’s pocket! They REALLY HELPED MY FLOORS!! Zero Stars!!

This was an unbelievably bad experience. Zero stars if I could. We were in a rush to find a couple items. We went in looking for clearance items that we could take with us. We found a desk and decorative mirror. As it was Sunday we asked the sales person to confirm that we could take the items with us. He assured us that as long as they were clearance items we could pick them up at the delivery entrance we just couldn’t physically remove them from the store. We waited nearly an hour to sign paperwork and complete the transaction. As it was clearance we knew that there were no refunds or replacements. After we paid for everything the salesperson told us to take the receipt to Pickup and grab our items. The manager, however met us there to tell us that we could not take items until Tuesday as no delivery personnel were working until then. He told us the salesperson was new and made a mistake and should have told us that before we bought the items. We told him we understood and that we would just cancel the purchase and try and find the desk somewhere else. He also told us that unfortunately because it was clearance we couldn’t cancel the order and that if we called the credit card company to stop payment that the billing department would simply show them our signed documents to confirm the purchase. It’s not that we didn’t want the items we were simply looking to take them with us. Talk about a bait and switch. The only consolation was that the day before we bought a large sectional, dining room set, and master bedroom set that was not on clearance. I was able to cancel that order and take my business to store that cares about their customers. Stay away from this chain.

UPDATE: Sergio never responded to follow ups as he said he would. Items were extremely delayed. I do not trust their delivery dates at all as they changed multiple times and I had to proactively call to find out that something had been discontinued; they never called to tell us. And, that was holding up the delivery of all of our other furniture, which is BS. How could a discontinued item hold up a shipment eternally? Gee, thanks for the communication when I bought MULTIPLE items from you.

Garbage company. Almost a year since I purchased my furniture! And guess what!? They deliver pieces at a time and want me to pay for extra delivery charges... On top of that can't get a straight answer out of no one. Can't get a hold of supervisor, store manager is worthless, furniture is cheaply made, and trying to get a refund but I just get hung up on. Great representation for your company. Never will purchase there again.

Great experience at the Romeoville location. Lealand was super friendly and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t hover like a typical salesperson. We were able to just walk around and look without pressure to buy. Lealand did come to check on us at one point and was happy to answer the questions we had. He made the process quick and easy to buy our bed frame & headboard. Would definitely do business with him and that location again.

I have been trying to reach out to the store but I get sent to customer service. I received my kitchen table and chairs and the chairs were cracked and scratched. Very cheaply made! This was right after Thanksgiving. So my table will not be replaced until January 19th. Almost 2 months. Now no one helps me in customer service because I want a refund not a replacement. I would rather get my money back and buy something else. The salesman showed me this online...it was not in the store for me to look at. It is very cheaply made too. I just want a refund or credit and buy something better but no one wants to talk about that.

I have a Terrible experience to share. I bought my bedroom set from Romeoville location. I kept on receiving phone calls for delivery date but the furniture never got delivered on committed dates. Finally when I was able to get delivery, there were still pieces of furniture missing. Unfortunately it wasn’t the whole set. Additionally it was a different colors. Since then I have been trying to call them yet no one has helped me. I can’t return or exchange.

I went to the store after work with my granddaughter. When I walked in nobody greeted me. Not even a hello welcome to Ashley. everybody had their heads in their devices. I walked through the whole store the bottom level and the 2nd level and nobody not one person approached me whatsoever. I could have probably walked out with a dresser and nobody would have noticed.

The worst customer service ever! Wish i could give them 0 stars. No one in this company is on the same page - warehouse, salespeople, 1-800 - all a big effing joke. Will never purchase from Ashley again

Worked with Sergio Gomez on the purchase of a new sofa and love seat set and he went far above and beyond for us to make the purchase smooth as possible!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND DON'T SHOP HERE. They seriously have the worst customer service. I ordered a leather sectional and the price I was quoted was not honored and came damaged. When I went into the store to get the problems solved I spoke with Ricardo who claimed to be a manager, and was told there was nothing he would do. I asked for his District Manager's name and he wouldn't give it to me. When I showed him the policy that was on line he said "this location is a franchise and not a real Ashley store." WHAT??? Said he was going to file a report if I wrote this review. :) Go anywhere but here.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Don't waste your time shopping here....they change the prices you were quoted and the furniture comes damaged. Went in to get the problems solved and spoke with Ricardo who claimed to be an Assistant Manager. Was SO rude and said he would do nothing. My husband and I came into this store today and it truly was a pleasure working with Marina. She definitely was very patient with us and helped us finalize our decision. Marina also was very personable and definitely provided great service.

Yesterday was my first visit to this location. I was very impressed. I erroneously thought it was only an outlet and that they only carried furniture that didn’t sell in the stores. There was a lot of furniture on the main floor and clearance items upstairs. My salesperson, Elias, was very helpful and professional. He didn’t crowd or pressure me and I liked that.

It was a great experience as a first-time buyer at Ashley's, although I heard many good things about it earlier. Marina was sweet to deal with us and helped us find good discounts on black Friday deals. I appreciate customer service as we were very late to visit the store almost near closing time. I'm waiting for my furniture to Get it soon.

I ordered 2 twins beds, 2 full size beds, 1 sofa, 1 love chair, 2 accents chairs for my home in May, I told my sale that I will deliver my baby in August and my families will come this state. My sale told me” every thing will come in before August”!!!! However, I’ve been waiting my order 3 months until I had to call to cancel, it still missing headboard, spring box. During that time, my families had to sleep on the floor for a couple months. Terrible experience and I hate myself to spend money in here. Also, my 4 beds are Garbage and always make noise when we sit down and sit up!!! I really hate this store.

It was OK,but nobody seemed too interested in helping too much. I stopped by few seperate days but basically left in my own....Also, 3 seperate people didn't seem interested in making "a sale." And one of the particular three days that I was there they actually asked if I wanted to make an appointment when I was going to come back and I did but when I arrived it seemed like they never notated it since it was not handled any different even when I announced myself then if I was just to walk in....

Marina was so sweet and helpful to us. She helped us to get some beautiful pieces that we’re really excited about! Our visit was quick and easy.

was expected a delivery on Oct 23rd 2021. I was given my 3hr window time which was 245pm 545pm they never call you to inform if they are going to be late. I called and was given an update that it would be 641pm. Then 629 pm to get a call at 7pm that there was an accident and my sofa was damaged. I was told they were calling dispatch to report. I call dispatch and they have no word that it was an accident and that it will be rescheduled. How can you reschedule a damaged sofa or items. I don't like their communication with customers. I don't know what to think or believe. The driver never called back to advise the outcome. Just unprofessional and this will be my last experience with Ashley Furniture.

Beautiful store with gorgeous, quality furniture. Sergio greeted us and allowed us to shop alone. After a while, which was perfectly timed, Sergio assisted us and we purchased the perfect sectional couch. Can't wait to go back for more!

Bad customer service. I have been trying to call the store for status of delivery. No answer hang up. Still waiting for furniture delivery no call for time or date. They said they would call with time of delivery nothing still waiting.

Wanted to purchase a couple of sets of dishes that were marked down. I asked if they had a box to make it easier. They just said no. Didn’t even bother to look or help. A huge furniture store with accessories and there’s no cardboard box in the whole place? Maybe they refused because it wasn’t higher ticket items?

Worst furniture experience ever! I’ve had so many issues with Ashley furniture in the past that I said I’d never buy another piece of anything from here. Unfortunately, I decided to go there again to purchase furniture and it was even WORST this time around. Customer service SUCKS! Delivery team was horrible!! I literally got no where until I had to walk in the store and get angry with them. Long story short, I highly do NOT Recommend!

If I could give 0 Stars I would have. The workers here do not care about the customers at all and it shows. I have shopped at this place many times in the past; But! this year I visited twice and both times the workers did not acknowledge me at all. When I approached a worker to ask a question the look on her face was like what do you want; I just left the store. My husband and I went back to this location yesterday on 9/25/21 a worker approached my husband she was very nice. We looked around but didn't see anything we liked so my husband bought some sheets. When we went to checkout at customer service the lady was on the phone so we waited and waited with no acknowledge from her. So we went over to another lady and she say I can't check you out so we walking around looking for anybody to help us and my husband got so angry he yelled loud in the store. Is anybody working in here. The lady who approached us when we first got there helped us out. We asked her where are the workers her reply was they all in the break room sitting around. This store is a joke and do not care about their business or customers we will not shop here again. Also there were two other angry customers there as well.
