Chris was my sales person, he showed Excellent professionalism. Close enough to give support yett allowed me the opportunity to browse. If he was unsure, he was honest and checked with a manager. I highly recommend both Chris and the location. After visiting 2 other locations, Romeoville definitely had the best selection and prices!

I had the worst shopping experience of my life shopping at this store. i walked around for about an hour picking out appliances, i pick everything out and then i proceeded to pay. once i paid the lady asked for my id, i said i didn't have one on me so she asked for a photo of my id, i then provided a photo of my id and she tells me she she wont be giving me any product today. Sam is her name and she was extremely unprofessional. One of the workers named cody stepped up and really tried to figure everything out for me, Cody was a great employee.

ZERO stars (it would not allow me to publish unless I chose at least one star). WARNING: Do NOT do business with Ashley unless prepared to get everything in writing as to what they will do if a problem is encountered when delivered. I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent purchase and the lack of communication from Ashley Furniture. They assured me that I would hear back from from them regarding a complaint I had yesterday, yet I did not receive any follow-up. To add to my frustration, the information they provided to my husband during an earlier was even more concerning. Our furniture was delivered damaged. They insisted that the furniture we purchased was damaged before it was even loaded onto the delivery truck and that it was a “final sale”, making it non-returnable. However, at no point during our purchasing process were we informed that this was a final sale—it was not noted on our invoice, nor was it verbally communicated to us. Additionally, we spent a significant amount of time with the furniture before making our decision, and we did not notice any damage. Had we seen any, it would have raised concerns about the quality of the materials and whether they were prone to easy damage. Furthermore, when my husband inquired earlier about the availability of replacement pieces earlier today, you stated that none were in stock. However, when we were in the store trying to decide whether we wanted one chair or two, you mentioned that the same items were still available for sale, which contradicts that claim. This is both misleading and unacceptable. Due to these issues, I have reported this sale to the Better Business Bureau and shared my experience on multiple social media platforms. I work in the service industry myself and would never treat my customers in this manner. I find this situation completely unacceptable and expect immediate resolution. I’ve asked them to let us know how this will be addressed as soon as possible but have yet to find anyone willing to assist. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from any ASHLEY furniture. I wish I would have read their reviews before making our purchase. Sub-par quality + absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. Thank you. Laurie
