I was greeted as I walked in and asked what brought me in. I said I was looking for bar stools. I was told where to find them. I went up and found them but there were no prices on the ones I liked and no one to ask. When I was heading down to ask the sales person showed up. He answered all my questions and I decided to purchase. Maybe old school but he never introduced himself, thanked me for coming in or asked if there was anything else. Pretty robotic and no personality.

Makes me sad to leave this review. But I am beyond upset with what happened. I purchased two couches on a financial service card and a separate transaction for the recliner since we were unsure if it would fit in our living room. Once we got home and did measurements we saw we would not have room. The NEXT DAY, I went back to return the recliner and get the refund back on my debit card. They ended up screwing it up so bad that they took my payment of the recliner and put it toward the couches. I was told they would fix it and to call back in a week if I didn’t see the refund on my card. A week passes and nothing. I call them three times asking for a manager to call me back and never got a call back. Finally I called the fourth time and was lucky enough that the manager picked up the phone. Just to find out that they are unable to refund me or do anything with my payment that was sent to the financial service. They said I would have to call them and figure it out. So not only did they screw up everything, but they also expected me to clean up their mess essentially. I’m out over 1k due to this and will be very hesitant about returning now since this is how things are handled when they make a mistake.

Purchased a bedroom set. Bedside table was delivered broken. Told to call for warranty. That was in Jan 2025. It's almost July 2025. 11 attempts. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Games and most importantly super annoying. I don't do many 1 starts. But beware. Very low quality out of Vietnam. Still not resolved. All I want is for them to fix it or replace it. Sent out some dude who was not able to solve the problem- after several hours on hold, they sent out the same guy and said he showed up and lied about it. Finally turned them in to the BBB. I'll give them a bit longer than litigate. Beware. Never again. The 1-star reviews are true.

To begin with I would like to dedicate this review and the 5 stars to Jeauvon. He was so amazing at explaining the Tempur-Pedic mattresses for us. I had originally entered the store looking for a dresser I had seen online. Jeauvon approached us asking if we need it help and we ended up talking about a mattress, and yes his education on the mater was so good, we walked away with our new temper pedic bed. He also helped us get a good deal on the dresser I was originally looking for. Delivery was a week later, everything was so nice and pretty. unfortunately the base was defective, but again Jeauvon came thru and helped us fixed the problem. He is amazing at customer service and the products that Ashley has in store. Anyone reading this please go with him he is polite and very good spoken. Great job 👏 also we have been buying Ashley products and they are reliable and durable.
