Hi All, First of all, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sharon Harris from Ashley Furniture. She went above and beyond in resolving my issue regarding a factory-defective sofa. I truly did not expect such exceptional service. I’m honestly at a loss for words to express my gratitude—she is undoubtedly the best service relationship manager I’ve come across. Sharon took my case seriously and provided outstanding support. She not only gave me the option to choose a better sofa set but also ensured the remaining balance was credited accordingly. I would also like to thank Mr. Nigel, the store manager at the Schaumburg location, and Sales Representative Ms. Pooja. Both were incredibly helpful and kind during the re-selection process. They provided excellent customer service and offered the best possible discount on our new designer sofa. We are now truly excited and eagerly waiting for the arrival of our replacement piece. All the credit goes to Sharon Harris for handling everything so efficiently and turning a stressful situation into a satisfying experience. Because of this, I am also removing my previous negative review from the post. What I thought was impossible was made possible because of you. I now have no complaints at all about Ashley Furniture! Love the large selection of furniture. We have 2 large (50lbs plus) dogs and a new puppy. The new performance material is fantastic. In the sping with all the mud, I was worried the light color on our couch would get ruined, but I can though the cushion covers in the washer and walla looks like new again. The customer service at the Schaumburg location was great. The only complaint I have, and this is with all furniture stores (not just Ashley's), is the salespeople won't leave you alone. I don't do well with people fallowing me around. My husband and I walked out of multiple funiture stores (including 2 other Ashley locations) because of the salespeople falling me around. If any salespeople read this, I really think you need to back off (watch from a distance) and let people come to you for help, obviously after introducing yourself. Not only because it's really annoying to be fallowed around but also, and more importantly, you can negatively affect someone with PTSD.
