Edit: after changing to one star i again got blown off lied to and disconnected without resolve the very next day. Again! Negative stars if possible. Unfortunately a 5 start rating is going to 1 and only because I cant give 0. I spent half a years salary with Ashley and the bad quality of the furniture is only surpassed by the bad customer service. Broken furniture and absolutely terrible after care from customer service. Can't get it fixed cant return. Calling the numbers provided will result in disconnected calls. They ask for your number incase its disconnected which it will be however they dont call back. During the hold on the 3rd disconnected call an interruption in the hold came asking if I was satisfied to which I chose NO and was asked if I would like to speak about the situation which I chose YES and it put me on another hold and was disconnected. This is both calling the store and service. I was informed that actually when the tech came to my house they had never put notes in to fix the issue. Days and weeks go by that you think things are getting corrected and they just aren't. I 💯 understand things happen and am by no means unreasonable. 30k in furniture for the service provided is absolutely inexcusable.

GO ELSEWHERE I wanted to inform you about a distressing experience I had at the Ashley Furniture store in Schaumburg, which has left me feeling disrespected and sleepless. I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life. My sister and I visited the store twice to buy a new bed set and mattress for our 80-year-old parents, who hadn't made such a purchase in 15-29 years. What was supposed to be an exciting experience turned into a disaster, leaving us all upset and frustrated. On Sunday, September 28, we received a quote from the general manager for two bed sets and two mattresses, amounting to a significant sum of $10,000. As my sister and I were splitting the cost, we wanted to take some time to think it over. When we returned to the store the following day to finalize the purchase, we were met with rudeness and disrespect from Gabriel Andrade and the assistant manager, Veronica Gonzales (I believe that's her name). Gabriel treated us as if we were inferior, giving us attitude and speaking to us condescendingly. He informed us that the deal was no longer available and that we should have taken it the previous day instead of shopping around. As a consumer, I have every right to consider my options, especially for a substantial purchase like this. While speaking to Veronica, she abruptly walked away to assist other customers. When I inquired about her sudden departure, the sales representative dismissively pointed out that there were other customers in the store. Veronica then joined Gabriel, laughing and flirting in a corner, completely ignoring us. When I approached them to ask about our situation, Gabriel curtly stated, "This is our deal now, take it or leave it." He even admitted they were agitated with us because we didn't take the deal immediately. When I asked for a business card, Gabriel claimed he didn't have one and asserted that there was no one above him, saying, "I run all stores, there is no one above me." I challenged this, and he sarcastically wished me "good luck" in finding out who the manager was. This ordeal has caused me significant distress, and I wanted to reach out to you before escalating the matter further. My 80-year-old mother was with me, and what was meant to be a gift for her turned into a nightmare. I am deeply upset by this experience and find it hard to believe that I am the first customer to go through such treatment. I have never seen anyone so willing to lose a $10,000 deal.

The sales person was very unsure of his products and dimensions. He also quoted the price incorrectly. We had to call and get a price adjustment.

Walked in the store looking for a sofa and new mattress. Was greeted by Mikey and he helped me out right away. During the time there a crazy lady was being extremely rude and loud towards the staff and managers. The managers and staff handled it extremely well. Mikey helped me get my mattress and sofa with a quick delivery date. 5 stars to Mikey and Ashley in Schaumburg.

I loved my experience at Ashley’s furniture. Ben went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect pieces to go into my living room and stayed in my budget. Ben took the time to look at the pictures of my home and helped me make my decisions. I am so excited about my delivery this Friday. I couldn’t have picked out these pieces by myself. Ben really knows how to decorate like an interior designer. I recommend him 100% Lastly he was very nice and patient with my 6 year old son. 🙏💯❤️💃🏻
