Godwin was a HUGE help. I didn’t expect to find what I needed same day let alone get approved and be out the door in under 20 minutes, but that’s what happened. He made the entire process so easy and fast and made sure to be personable the entire 20 min I was there too. It was so easy I couldn’t even believe it was done when it was time to leave. Absolutely incredible experience.

Robert Spiller is a fantastic salesman. He deserves a raise! He was very patient and helpful with our furniture selection. Definitely would recommend!!

We went to the Shiloh location and had a great experience with Kristian. He was patient and we later ended up finalizing our purchase online . He was responsive and made the whole transaction easy . I’d definitely shop Ashley again but we’d ask for Him specifically!

I was looking at getting a battery pack instead of running wires to my outlet for my reclining sofa. The process was effortless when reaching out to see if I could get a battery pack.

Shiloh Illinois srore was great. Christian was our sales rep and he was great. Greated us, spoke briefly and let us brouse. Checked on us and we had found an ottoman. Closed the deal quickly and he was very thorough and informative about the warrenty and delivery process. Great day, quick and easy, low pressure. We do miss the days of buying what you see and taking it home that day, guess those days are over. Upon 48 hrs post purchase, I will never buy from this Ashley location again. If you can not take home the day you buy it from Ashley furniture, do not buy it. Delivery has been a nightmare and now my ottiman is on backorder after waiting 9 hrs with no help from the 1-866 call center, taking a day off work for nothing. This company has far below acceptable customer service. Trash.....

Customer service is horrible. Furniture was delivered with no power cords. Could’t get ahold of the store, they don’t pick up. Had to call the 1 800 number. Awful customer service, we finally received missing parts almost 2 weeks after delivery.

Ja’Von was so awesome. He was very helpful and friendly without making us feel pressured. It was almost like buying furniture from a friend.

A vast choice of furniture. Good payment plans. Helpful staff willing to close a deal. The floor manager ( that's who he seemed to me) doesn't greet customers. I have been at this location four times. He looks you in the eyes when you come in, then moves about his business like a peacock, even when there are no other staff to attend to the customer. I stayed long enough in the shop to notice that. My friend that accompanied me and was in urgent need of some furniture pieces decided not to purchase any because of his attitude, and rather went to the location in St. Louis.

Store was beautiful. Salesman was educated on what I was interested in. Price was fair and good. Payment plans were doable and the delivery date was within 4 days. The delivery service was the best Iv ever had. They kept in touch with a tracking app and were prompt and very courteous. From the walk into the store to the delivery I give it all 5 *****.

I am not a big shopper kind of guy. I actually dread it. This weekend I bought some furniture from Rob at Ashley’s and it was kind of fun. Robert was from the same neighborhood I grew up in and he is a family man much like me. We chopped it up like old friends. I told him my budget and what I wanted and he made the experience fun. 🤩 thank u 🙏 Robert should be district manager I said what I said!!! 😊

So far so good! Salesman Kristian was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wish I could have afforded the top of the line bed but he helped find something in my price range and still let me lay on all the expensive ones LOL

Shopping was fine, people were nice. Was told I was able to get next day delivery. Stayed home all day on day of delivery, not contacted at all. I called the store, now it's going to be two weeks til I get my order of 1 mattress.

Overall service was ok. New credit system installed by Ashley Furniture made process a bit lengthy but Javon the sales rep handled the transaction with ease

I had a great experience with Ashley - Shiloh IL location. After months of considering a larger furniture item, I decided to move forward w/ my purchase. A representative was helping me, and they noticed my file had diligent/ detailed notes on my previous visits & questions about them item. Nietzel and Christopher were both very helpful in my purchasing process and customer care. They communicated with each other professionally and I noticed & appreciated that. Had a great experience ! Great detail.

High pressure sales. Constantly bothered by salesman. Would compare to a used car dealership. Price advertised is NOT the price you pay. Delivery is expensive!

I was not greeted when I entered the store. I walked around the entire store for about 20 minutes and no one ever came up to me and asked if I needed assistance or if I wanted to purchase anything. What really made me upset is when I stopped in the middle of the store and looked around to see if anyone would assist and my son said loudly someone please assist us, 2 of the sales associatates laughed loudly and said sorry you got to help yourself. It was definitely not a pleasant experience, but Helen did her best to recover the experience and was able to assist me with my purchase.

Out experience was awesome. Javon was knowledgeable and attentive. I knew what I wanted and he provided. We were in and out. Thank you. I will be back for my coffee table.

Javon Hale and the management team were amazing. I was just out of hospital recovering from open heart surgery. Javon was able to share recliners with me that I could look at online. He then tried them and recommended the most comfortable, and arranged a quick delivery. I greatly appreciate his help!

Kristian at the Shiloh location was top notch! He was an outstanding salesman and had incredible hospitality. Patient, humorous, and made for a great home shopping experience! Will be back to more business again.

Great deal and easy process

This time shopping at Ashley was pleasant. Not saying hadn't been nice before. Sales people(Chris) I am not here to pressure you into anything but if you need something let me know. We did ask bunch of questions he worked things out for us even for the manager cause we had felt uneasy about past experiences. Mananger was down to earth.

Was promised furniture to be delivered 4 different times. Have a text message from Ja'Von from Saturday promising my furniture would be delivered on Tuesday. Now they are short staffed so it can't be delivered to later in the week. Chris the manager wants to blame it on me, said "I need to understand furniture delivery takes a week." Poor communication, poor service as soon as they get your money, poor delivery! $6,000 ugh

Robert was wonderful. I ordered and paid over the phone. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable of the process. I’ll ask for him next time. Great experience.

This place doesn't deserve even one star. We bought something and when they came to drop it off, they stole $1,200 that I had in my furniture. They're thieves. We reported it to the store and they didn't want to do anything about it.

Came in cause I needed a dining set, and Robert made it one of the best customer service experiences I've had, not just for buying furniture. Listened attentively, didn't try to upsell me but made sure I got what I needed, and clearly knew the inventory well because he answered every question I had. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Robert at the Shiloh Ashley store was very professional & helpful in person and over tel & text. He helped me place my order and schedule delivery and even gave a discount. Excellent job! Thanks Robert! Communication with the delivery company to schedule was clunky via AI messaging and they could not provide a delivery time 3hr window or confirm details until just 24 hours before which can be difficult to have someone there to receive on such short notice. The app to track the delivery crew/ truck on the day of delivery was very helpful and I got updates along the way. The delivery crew was about 1.5hrs ahead of schedule so I had to scramble to get someone there to receive. The delivery crew was polite, efficient and worked quickly and respectful of the home. The sofa is very nice and is a great value and my Mom is happy with it. Overall a great experience, I would have given 5-stars but communication to schedule and confirm delivery details in a timely manner with the delivery company was a bit frustrating. I would definitely buy from Ashley furniture again!

Even though store was being renovated, it was surprisingly clean. The sales people were very polite and helpful. Our only complaints are lack of choices and very high priced mattresses.

Javon was super nice. Found me a pillow on clearance. Knocked down the price on a sofa I purchased. It is a really nice and inviting store. I’ll definitely be back.

In dire need of a mattress and I came into this store to purchase after seeing add after add on TV for Ashley. Not one sales person even spoke to my wife and I. We spent more than thirty minutes in the mattress section and no one even said someone will be with you shortly. From a business perspective, I would say great marketing. Also from a business perspective bad customer service. Which serves you better?

I came into the store to look at temperedic mattresses. I told the salesman I was not going to buy at this time given that the discount isn’t significant and I won’t need the mattress for a few months. He told me he’d see if he could come up with a deal that might make me want to buy that day. He told me he’d give me a free box spring, but did not disclose that it would not be a temperpedic box spring as is required by the manufacturer. I only found out that the offered box spring was not a temperpedic box spring when I was about to pay and reviewed the receipt. I then chose not to go through with the sale. I bought the mattress and temperpedic box spring together at Value City for the same price your sleezy salesman was trying to sell me just the mattress. I did not appreciate his unethical conduct and will not be returning to Ashely.

Everyone was very friendly. The sales representative was very helpful and understood my needs and did everything to answer all the questions that I had.

This particular location was going through renovations, so the showroom was only about 2/3 of what its normal size is. However, despite the cramped layout, there was a great selection. And the staff was great dealing with me, and with other customers, considering the noise and challenging conditions with the renovations. I worked with Kristian, who was fantastic and extremely helpful with mattresses. Deanne was equally great to work with, when the store lost their internet connectivity and had to resort to back up plans. The website will always show options that may not be at the store, but to be able to feel fabrics and see the colors in person, and ask questions was truly worthwhile.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new top of the line Active Breeze bed. Niezel Ogas was our sales person. She is extremely knowledgeable and had practical experience. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful!

The sales gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable. One of the things that really impressed me was I started with one sales gentleman who was very kind. I told him what my skeletal and muscle issues were and why I was looking for a certain recliner. He said that there was another salesperson that was very knowledgeable with the body and muscles who he thought would help me. He gave up that sale and introduce me to the other sales guy who he thought would really help me the most. That got my attention. The salesman that he introduced me to was very caring patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and I truly appreciated him and people like him. Very positive experience.

I surprisingly had a great experience. I was expecting sales agents to hover and get in the way of our evaluation the process but Helen and the leadership team were very informative and helpful without being intrusive. I appreciated her giving us space and yet being responsive to questions. Great job by the team!

Previous experiences have been split. I purchased an Ashley Mattress on clearance. The mattress was deformed upon opening. Ashley refused to fix the problem. Today, I purchased a replacement piece for my sectional. It was quick and easy. I was able to accomplish it without going into the store.

Got a modern farmhouse counter height table and 4 counter height stools at an affordable price. Sales guy was very nice and respectful.

I recently bout a sectional and ottoman from this store and I will say that the sectional was great! Where the low rating comes into play was with the delivery team. I normally don’t even write reviews but the experience that I encountered with this delivery team was baffling!! The ottoman came defective with about 4 black scuffs on it. I told the delivery team that I am refusing just that item due to the defections. They give me a hard time about it then proceed to tell me to take a Mr clean magic eraser to it. I’m wonder if they were joking or serious at this point!!! They were serious! After about 5 minutes of back and forth they begrudgingly put it back on the truck. This crew was also not very considerate when moving the furniture, at times banging into the doorframe. I’m very fair as far as ratings go and this was by far the worst delivery crew I’ve ever seen. Horrible experience!!!

Received cabinets where doors were misaligned. Repair person came over and aligned 2 doors. He said hinges were bent that caused misalignments. He said can't aligned the first door bc it's "Ashley" problem. Ashley won't replaced the whole cabinet. They won't reimburse me and return this cabinet back. I've informed sales man and he ignored me. I thought he would further help me .nope. I created another claim. They'll probably poke holes in my brand new cabinet again. ....I DON'T RECOMMEND TO EVER PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY EVER!

Giving only 4 stars because of the wait time, even though it was kind of out of their control, I think we should have been given a discount or some free pillows or something. Service was outstanding though! Jim Zimmerly was our sales associate and he was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. He went above and beyond to give great service. Didn’t really catch anything on a good sale even though it was Memorial Day weekend but I prefer the quality of furniture from Ashley. Unable to provide photos since furniture has not been delivered yet.

Friendly knowledge staff

Had a great shopping experience today with Robert Spiller. He very quickly showed me the table I was shopping for, answered all my questions, and now I look forward to the delivery, and hopefully enjoying lots of meals on this table with my family and friends!

I didn't order anything from this store on the date they said I did, so I drove to the store to inquire about it and was told by the store manager that he had been working for 14 hours today and didn't have any time to assist me with my account being used without my knowledge. He was very rude and even got loud with me. I requested the corporate phone number and was told by him that I needed to look it up. I can't speak to a live person when I call the store number. I have purchased all of my furniture from this store in the past and never had any issues until the store allowed someone to use my account in store. I was told by the store manager that any one can come into the store and use anyone account to make a purchase as long as they have your phone number.

Quick and easy

The salesperson came to me as soon as I walked in the door and asked how could he help. I showed him a dining set I was looking for and he went into his computer found the dining set that I could pick up next day in Ashley’s warehouse. I appreciated that the salesperson took the time to help me with my purchase. Great customer service.

Kristian was amazing! Did not push anything on us and provided us with many different options. The staff were friendly and treated us very well.

Customer service is incredible. But using Ashley's website link for payment is severely lacking and needs to be addressed. Their choice of CC services needs to be changed.

I absolutely hate looking for furniture, but Robert at Ashley Furniture in Shiloh made things a lot better. He was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses explained everything in detail. Was not pushy at all. I highly recommend the store and Robert.

The table that I bought at Ashley furniture is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were extremely helpful and I had an overall pleasant experience at the store. The individuals that delivered the furniture were wonderful. They were friendly, careful, and thoughtful. The scheduling for delivery, that leaves something to be desired. That was the reason I only gave it four stars instead of five. They said the truck broke down upon delivery but come to find out that wasn't true they say that when there's a scheduling conflict. They don't update customers when they are not going to make their appointment time. Otherwise Great job Ashley!

This was an exceptional shopping experience. Our salesman was very competent, and pleasant to work with. We are looking forward to delivery of our 2 new recliners. Robert was quite knowledgeable about our purchase and knew the answers to all of our questions. He was able to get us a nice discount. For any other furniture needs we will return to Ashley in Shilo and ask for Robert Spiller. I would like to add a picture of the chairs, but I don’t know how to do that. (lol)

*Editing to respond to the comment from the store owner* Thank you for your response. I appreciate the acknowledgment, but I remain extremely frustrated with how this situation has been handled. As I stated in my original review, I’ve had numerous calls and conversations with both Ashley Furniture and the extended warranty provider, Extend. On multiple occasions I was given a timeline they would respond to me and never got a call back or follow up. Ashley directed me to contact Extend, while Extend told me to go back to Ashley. I’ve been stuck in a constant loop with no resolution, and I’m tired of getting the runaround. We purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind, not to be passed back and forth with no accountability. I’m requesting that this issue be escalated to a supervisor or someone who can take ownership and authorize a fair resolution. Please provide clear next steps and a realistic timeline. We trusted your company to stand by its products and services. In June of 2024, my mother purchased a couch and loveseat from Ashley Furniture along with an extended warranty for $999.99. She was assured that the warranty would protect her purchase, particularly because it was a floor model. However, just nine months later, she encountered a mechanical issue with the loveseat recliner. When we attempted to file a claim, we were shocked to learn that the warranty did not cover the problem—and, in fact, seems to offer little to no real protection. As it turns out, the extended warranty excludes coverage for any “as-is” purchases. This crucial detail was never made clear at the time of sale, leaving my mother to pay nearly a thousand dollars for a warranty that was essentially useless. I believe she was misled about what she was paying for and relied upon this extended warranty when she purchased the items. I am requesting that Ashley Furniture provide a full refund for the $999.99 warranty, repair the loveseat, and compensate her for her time and her money that was tied up in a service that failed to deliver any actual benefit. We have spent many numerous hours contacting the extended warranty company, Ashley corporate headquarters and even stopped by the location where she purchased the furniture, without any resolution or answers. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have only been met with delays and vague timelines from Ashley customer service. If Ashley Furniture does not address my concerns, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. I am sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions before purchasing extended warranties from Ashley. I still hope the company will do the right thing and make this right.

Jason, Keisha and staff were incredibly accommodating to my wife and I. We purchased furniture that unfortunately could not fit in our home. They did extensive research to find what we needed to meet our family needs.

Niezel was AWESOME! She took as much time as we needed to make a decision and is continuing to communicate regarding our delivery. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. We will be doing business with her again when we need new furniture! Other staff were friendly and helpful as well. There was a good selection of furniture and the store was clean and organized.

Keisha took great care of us! Very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Purchasing process and setting up shipping was smooth and did not take much time at all.

Salesman was very courteous and professional. Delivery driver was courteous and professional. Delivery arrived outside of delivery window. Assistant delivery driver knocked one of the chairs over on the street and there was minor damage to the back. Delivery team didn’t arrive with all items and had to go back to the store to get the remaining items. Not sure who’s fault it was but either way it took a very long time to get my delivery because of this.

Sales Associate deserve 5 Stars!!!!! She was awesome.. Poor rating to the rest of her staff and there poor attitudes. While me and my wife was looking for new furniture to purchase and found what we thought was our dream living room set we noticed the the sofa and recliner wasn’t working and we asked our sales associate about the item and she stated I needed battery packs and would we get them for us to show us the furniture. All while several associates just sat there, looking that our sales associate trying to plug in the items, no one offered there assistance, then out of the blue one stated that the sofa /loveseat didn’t work. All while all of his was taking place and basically humiliated the sales associate and didn’t show a lack of concern about us. With the who cares attitude… Didn't think we would buy anything… The sales associate was highly embarrassed but kept her composure and apologized to us for the who entire incident . Shortly after we found another set and while purchasing it we noticed that the other sales associate’s did find the battery packs for the original sofa/loveseat and actually sold it to another couple while we was still there!!!😡 like really!!!!! I guess they judge us to think why bother I guess we don’t fit the bill????? The entire experience was wrong, rude, and unprofessional. To go somewhere and be judged and not receive the the service and RESPECT !!!! We deserved!!!! Please be aware of this rude unprofessional sales team!!!!!

The staff was vey friendly . Me and my husband went in looking for living room and dining room set, our rep was very patient with us we took our time and found some good deals that was within our budget, the sales manager helped us stay within our budget my giving us a good price on a floor model dining set. When we went to pick up the delivery staff a young man and woman helped me and my husband load everything!! They were phenomenal!!

There isn't enough space for my comments about my experience at your store!!! I will say, the employee who followed me around, appearing to assume I was trying to steal 2 BIG Baskets!!! WTH!!! If you want a bad experience, GO TO ASHLEY.....

I’ve made multiple purchases at Ashley’s over the years including this specific store. Just recently, about 2 months ago I purchased a full bedroom set and living room furniture, all which I was satisfied with. Last week, I took my mother into the store to utilize a credit from an unused warranty that she had. She found a recliner that she liked that was marked down due to it being a floor model (there were 2 identical chairs on the floor) that met the $500 threshold we were informed had to be spent in order to use the credit. After moving forward, we were told that they’d have to wait for the warranty company to release the funds to apply towards the sale however the sales manager said he would tag the chair as “sold” and he would contact upon his return to work this week (since he was off work a few days) to finish up and pick up the recliner. We were also told that we’d be able to pick up the recliner instead of paying for delivery. Today when my mom called the sales manger to follow up on the chair, she was told that the chair had been sold to someone else because the chair hadn’t been marked as sold in the system while they were waiting on the release of the warranty credit. She was then told they could offer her another chair which was a higher price but would discount it and she’d have to pay for delivery. With the discount plus the warranty and delivery, the cost was quite higher than she’d anticipated and originally agreed too. Concerned that this was a scheme to get more money out of her, my mother asked me to accompany her to the store for a better understanding. Upon arrival the sales manager gave us the same story about the chair being sold and what they could offer. I explained that this was at no fault to my mother and the alternative offered was not sufficient because she’s retired, on a fixed income and not in position to pay more than what was previously discussed and allegedly sold. I also shared that I’d made many purchases with Ashley’s over the years and very disappointed with this approach and it made us very skeptical. He apologized and said he’d speak with his manager and to see what he could do. The final offer was a newer model chair, with 1 year warranty plus delivery however the cost would be $100 more. I explained again that this is not okay and was not what my mother had initially agreed too nor planned for however the decision was ultimately hers. Uncomfortable and frustrated with how this matter unfolded my mother declined the offer. She and I feel this was very poor service and a failed attempt to up charge and mislead a senior citizen. Unfortunately my many years of satisfaction with Ashley’s is now tainted with this experience and lack of appropriate resolve. This will certainly impact my decision to shop with Ashley’s in the future.

Nice and clean and the sales rep was nice and very knowledgeable and patient with me she was not pushy and kinda let me do my own thing and was there whenever I need her so my overall experience was A 1 I will definitely be back.

Ashley is my go to store whenever I shop for furniture! It’s my first choice to check them out and see what deals I can find and I do find plenty of good deals! They have nice quality furniture and home decor. My family says I have an Ashley furniture home because I have something from Ashley’s in almost every room.

So Disappointed in the delivery services they now use. Stop using a 3rd party! I have boughten multiple rooms of furniture from Ashley Furniture and this bedroom set for my son has been the WORST experience with the delivery. Have had multiple days with the time window given to me for them to cancel “because the truck was over full.” The other day the bed was delivered broken, and the driver said he pointed it out to the warehouse and they said take it anyway. I have taken multiple days off for deliveries scheduled only for them not to show up. The store has been great with marking down and giving me discounts each time I have went in to complain. This is just a sad that the company is loosing all respect because of crappy delivery services!

Although there were many employees in the store, it was necessary to go to the desk and request assistance while many employees were sitting idle. When we did get an answer to where things were located, the sales assistant pointed to where our requested item was located rather than helping. It seemed they were not interested in making a sale.

I wanted to buy 2 pillows on the red tag clearance that were 90% off. It took the salesperson 30 minutes to complete the purchase. My friend that was with me said they think I was on Candid Camera. My total, with tax, was $10.80 and if the pillows weren’t so cheap, I would have left after 10 minutes. I was given a folder and all sorts of paper abd pamphlets for two $5 pillows. You would have thought I ordered a whole house of furniture, it was ridiculous. I came in for a leather sectional with a chaise and was told they only have 1. Wow, only one! I won’t be back.

We walked in wanting to purchase a recliner for my husband who just had surgery . Mike helped us make the purchase . We didn’t leave with one like we were hoping but the new one will be delivered in a few days . Mike was very helpful with his recommendations. The entire process took less than an hour .

First of all, the store is immaculate and beautiful. I went in knowing the recliner I wanted to look at as I had seen it on the internet. I asked how much it was And my salesman, Jim looked and gave me a price. I said well it's less expensive on the website that's what brought me in and he said I can definitely match that no problem. We then begin looking at couches and for every couch I sat on And was not satisfied with he took note and then guided me to the perfect sofa that met all the criteria that I had asked for. It couldn't have worked out better. The chair and the couch were made in similar materials and complimented each other. I am thrilled with my purchase and cannot wait for the delivery and set up. I will be back to shop for a new mattress. I highly recommend Ashley furniture in Fairview.Heights. The in store sales portion of the transaction was of course flawless no problems there i asked the associate do the deliver to my resident because you need credentials to get to me they stated yes but only on Saturdays, so i said ok let’s do that. Saturday gets here the driver will be to you between 715-1015 so I’m up early on an off day cool it’s 1042 i get a text saying the driver is 30 min away 1044 “the driver is here” ( so i look out the window for the truck and no truck) 1044 “ the delivery couldn’t be delivered successfully some one from customer care will contact you” 10-15 min go by no call so i called them confused on what happened “ the driver didn’t have the credentials to get to you” ok “ yes ma’am if you guys only deliver here on Saturdays why doesn’t the driver have the credentials” so i asked for a solution can they just drop it off at the Ashley store we’ll go pick up “ no we can only do delivery and reschedule for next Saturday or warehouse pickup” the warehouse is an hour away from me vs 10min to the store, I’m not waiting another week for something i should have today, and i would have to use a friends car because it won’t fit in mine so it would be really helpful if you guys could just fix your mistake by delivering to the store and finally at 3pm after constant hassle and telling them it’s that or I’m canceling they decided they could deliver out the store it would be there by 330-4 and the worst part is the driver never got near my resident because how could you not deliver my stuff if you were still 28 min away.. delivery was horrible i probably WON’T purchase from there again the sales portion saved it from being 1 star

My 81 yr old parents bought a 900 recliner and once it was delivered (took 2 weeks) they realized the recliner was far to large and it hurt my fathers back. They called immediately after it was delivered and was told that once it was delivered they could not return it. I could not accept that and was on the phone for 2 hrs to get an ok for a return. They finally ok'd an exchange. I was very upset with Ashley Furniture's customer service. The people on the phone were rude and unprofessional. Once I brought my parents back to pick out their exchange the manager Zach and the sales person Mike converted us back to Ashley customers. They were so nice and thoughtful to my parents. My parents were so stressed over the situation before going in but once we left the Shiloh store they felt so much happier. Thank you so much Zach and Mike!!!🙂 The phone customer service associates really need to be retrained on professionalism and customer service skills. Maybe Zach can train them lol

My experience was wonderful. My sales associate (Urban) was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my decision making. He showed me tons of options and varieties on what I was looking for and even though I took up quite a bit of his time trying to find what was just right, he made the purchasing part go quickly and easily! I will definitely be back!

Excellent service from our sales representative, Kristian. He is knowledgeable and he has been patient with us. We first met him earlier this year while shopping at the Shilo, IL store. We finally made our selections and purchased new LR and BR furniture this past weekend.

Urban was great, showed us what we asked, no hard-sale tactics, offered price match on the online price without being asked, overall a great experience.

I haven’t shopped for a couch for a while, but this wasn’t the best experience. I felt like the person we dealt with was not very nice. He had an attitude with my husband. We didn’t get a notification when the couch was going to be delivered, so I called customer service. Luckily I did, because they had someone else’s phone number and email on my account!! We did receive the couch and the men that delivered it were great! I will probably buy online from now on after the in store experience!

What a terrible experience... I paid for WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY and received dirty and damaged furniture. This was not delivered with care. They dragged it across the floor and banged it on the walls. They didn't use the moving blankets or tarp they had in the truck. They left the front door wide open while it was 100° outside. They sent me 3 dirty ottomans and the sectional had black finger prints all over. The chase portion of the sectional had a stitching defect. When we scheduled for them to clean the sectional they didn't repair the stiching defect. During the cleaning of the 3rd dirty ottoman, they damaged the chase cover zipper when attempting to repair it. They didn't have another one so the repair tech left it damaged. So now I have to schedule the 6th visit to have this replaced. This includes 3 deliveries -inital delivery of sectional/ottoman, 2nd ottoman (that was worse than the first) and then 3rd ottoman delivery after the 2nd was also rejected. There have been 2 cleanings (sectional and ottoman) and 1 repair/replacement of the chase cover. Not to mention they've arrived beyond the 3 hour scheduled time frame multiple times now. This experience has been completely unacceptable. They offered to refund my delivery fee and give me a discount on the couch. It's been a month, I haven't received either and my furniture still isn't correct. I've included picture collages. The pictures don't quite do it justice and I couldn't includ all of them. Nothing like paying thousands of dollars and then needing to have your brand new furniture cleaned and repaired over a span of 2 months. However, we like the couch and it's very comfortable. I also want to give Jay Z credit for being a good associate and cool to work with. Don't get your furniture delivered if you buy from here.

I went in the store to buy a couch and chair. Kristian was the salesperson who assisted me. I ultimately decided to buy a more expensive couch and recliner. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything, much less the more expensive items. Kristian was very helpful and friendly, including by text after the purchase when I had a question and when I was ready to arrange delivery. Delivery was also great. Ashley has a tracking system so I knew exactly when the truck would arrive and was able to track it on a map. The delivery guys were efficient and took great care that nothing got damaged. I will definitely order from Ashley again.

ABSOLUTELY one of my BEST shopping experiences. Our sales person Kristian was Outstannding! We were shopping for an electronic reclining sectional, and he was patient and exceedingly knowledgeable. Most impressively, Kristian knew we were shopping around at different competitor stores. Kristian gave us a printout with our different payment options. We were able to compare prices for each item/service. Even though the competitor offered a slightly cheaper option, it was the GREAT customer service and tremendous discounts that Kristian was able to negotiate that made our decision clear to choose ASHLEY's at Shiloh!

Since I'm in sales I would have appreciated the sales person to have thanked me for the sale and possibly shook my hand.

Your delivery drivers took the plastic off of our white couch outside before bringing it in. They got the cushions dirty bringing it through our sliding door, but they said it’s no problem because they took photos of the dirt and said someone would text me to arrange a day to come out to clean them. They even said it could be same day! Well that was a lie, apparently. Called Ashley today and they said that their delivery drivers cannot make those arrangements and that I’d have to file a claim. So you just allow your delivery drivers to lie to your customers? I’m sure the only reason the drivers told me that was so I wouldn’t make them take the couch back, which I would have. I will never buy from your store again.

I would have given five stars but the reason I gave the three stars is because of their customer service that I dealt with was different people, & some were willing to help me and did a wonderful job!! Whereas some of them seemed to not be interested in what I needed & not knowledgeable of what needed. Also, After purchase, I was told so many different things from different companies affiliated with Ashley furniture store, just to get two items delivered to me. You would think that after going through a simple process in their store that delivery would be the most simplest thing to do, but instead, I was told to drive over 30 minutes from where I live to pick up my items, once I got there I was told that I had to wait 24 hours before I can even receive the items, no one told me that at the store. To top it off I was charged for delivery, even though I was told would be waived being that I made the 30 minute trip for nothing. Not happy about that at all. & still currently having trouble with trying to get my items delivered to me on time. I’ve been talking to different sales reps that do not work in the actual store, and they’re all giving me the runaround. So frustrating. All I want is someone to drop off my furniture like I was told would happen, w/o charging me, because I can’t take off work again to drive over 30 minutes away to get it myself.

This review reflects my experience with the company rather than the specific store where I made my purchase. Approximately a year ago, I visited an Ashley Furniture location to purchase a couch. I was looking for a moderately priced item, not necessarily high-end, but I wanted something of reasonable quality. I found a satisfactory couch at a fair price and made the purchase. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. When the couch was delivered, I discovered a defect in one of the footrests. I promptly contacted Ashley Furniture, and they assured me that they would send a replacement part and schedule a repair. However, this was not the case. While I did receive the part, I had to wait two weeks for a call to schedule the repair. This began a pattern of misinformation from Ashley Furniture. When I followed up on the repair status, I was informed I needed to call a different number to arrange the service. I believe it is the responsibility of the representative to handle such arrangements, not the customer. I eventually spoke with a supervisor and presented two options: either receive a replacement couch with the defective one taken away at no charge, or a full refund. I opted for the replacement, which was successfully delivered. However, the new couch presented the same issue with the footrest. I was using it normally, and yet it became defective once again. At this point, I needed to rely on the limited one-year warranty. I contacted an Ashley representative about filing a claim, and they indicated that it would be no problem. I was transferred to another representative who assisted me in starting the claim. They provided instructions for submitting photos of the couch to address the issue. However, the process became complicated when they requested the "model number" of the couch. Despite my thorough search for this number, I was unable to locate it, even after providing several images that I believed might be relevant. After reaching out to the warranty department for clarification, I was directed on where to find the model number but was told that the number I provided was incorrect. They advised that I needed the model number to proceed with the warranty claim, and without it, they could not assist me. Ultimately, this experience has left me feeling severely dissatisfied. A year later, I still have a defective couch with no remedy, as my warranty has expired. Neither Ashley Furniture nor the warranty company has provided a satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, my overall experience does not warrant a positive rating, and if possible, I would assign a half-star. Based on my experience, I would advise against purchasing from Ashley Furniture. I will not consider buying from them again due to the perceived quality of their products and their lack of commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Purchased sectional about a week ago and went to pick it up at warehouse, but the warehouse wouldn’t release it due to a system mix up. They didn’t have an issue charging us though that day. So we went back to the store it was purchased and they made it seem like it’s a common issue. And know we can’t get furniture until next week.

My wife and I stopped in at the store yesterday. We were looked over by at least 3 sales people. When we did finally get someone to help us he did not seem interested in helping. We were serious buyers but he could care less. We ended up leaving and went to Kloss furniture and spent just over $7500. I assume that wasn't a big enough sale for that sales person at Ashley.

Already knew what we wanted and sales rep was very nice/helpful/professional but unfortunately charged us for the wrong item and mislead us that we could pick up our items from the warehouse the next day. We made the 40 mile (each way) drive to anxiously pickup our furniture but unfortunately the warehouse was closed though obviously people were working. We went back the next day and only after getting home and beginning to unpack the desk we purchased did we realize we were not rung up for the correct item. We’re working with the sales team to exchange the wrong item for the correct item but this now means 3 trips to their warehouse to get the item we originally wanted. Next time I’ll skip the store purchase and buy online, which was price matched in store for significantly cheaper online. I do like Ashley’s furniture but this experience has been extremely frustrating with three trips to their warehouse and being charged for the wrong item which we now need to return and exchange for the correct item.

I had a delivery date already scheduled for July 18th for my sofa and the bed had an undetermined date…On July 16th I got a call to set up a date to have my Bed/dresser delivered and I chose July 24th…So I cancelled the date of July 18th and said I will just have them delivered on the same day which was July 24th and then I get a call back saying my sofa chaise is on manufactured delay..That was suppose to be delivered first once upon a time….I got rid of all my furniture on Friday where will I entertain my company since they dont have a delivery date?

I have never done business with a more dishonest company. From the sales team to management to customer service nothing but lies and dismissal. Still waiting on a refund and the rest of our furniture. I feel swindled out of my money and wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase from them make sure you ask a lot of questions and triple check the prices on your paperwork before you leave. Be forewarned they will tell you anything to make a sale but will not stand behind it after. Also make sure to read reviews first especially for their corporate office with 1.5 rating. Wish I'd have done my homework. Also it's amazing that the owner only responds to 5 star reviews. How they get 5 star reviews is beyond me. Update it's a month and after many empty promises there is still no resolution to our issues. They rest of the furniture has finally been delivered but we still have not been reimbursed for what they over charged. Very dishonest business.

Good store, Helen was great with us. We were looking to outfitting 4 rooms in a duplex, however, this year the colors went to almost all earth tones and much less modern and it limited what we bought this time. What we did get was very good pricing.

We've been there a few times deciding on what to get. However the sales rep we requested was busy and referred us to someone else who had to continue to ask someone else for help. It was a little disturbing but he got the job done.

They delivered me a couch with the atm rest half broken or not assembled correctly. I have been reaching out since Monday and they are giving me the run around. No one has helped me at all.. I even went to the home store that delivered it and they said they couldn’t have me. This was a very unpleasant experience and not worth my money especially the extra $260 for delivery. Very unsatisfactory
