Kristain the salesman was wonderful!!!

I’ve made multiple purchases at Ashley’s over the years including this specific store. Just recently, about 2 months ago I purchased a full bedroom set and living room furniture, all which I was satisfied with. Last week, I took my mother into the store to utilize a credit from an unused warranty that she had. She found a recliner that she liked that was marked down due to it being a floor model (there were 2 identical chairs on the floor) that met the $500 threshold we were informed had to be spent in order to use the credit. After moving forward, we were told that they’d have to wait for the warranty company to release the funds to apply towards the sale however the sales manager said he would tag the chair as “sold” and he would contact upon his return to work this week (since he was off work a few days) to finish up and pick up the recliner. We were also told that we’d be able to pick up the recliner instead of paying for delivery. Today when my mom called the sales manger to follow up on the chair, she was told that the chair had been sold to someone else because the chair hadn’t been marked as sold in the system while they were waiting on the release of the warranty credit. She was then told they could offer her another chair which was a higher price but would discount it and she’d have to pay for delivery. With the discount plus the warranty and delivery, the cost was quite higher than she’d anticipated and originally agreed too. Concerned that this was a scheme to get more money out of her, my mother asked me to accompany her to the store for a better understanding. Upon arrival the sales manager gave us the same story about the chair being sold and what they could offer. I explained that this was at no fault to my mother and the alternative offered was not sufficient because she’s retired, on a fixed income and not in position to pay more than what was previously discussed and allegedly sold. I also shared that I’d made many purchases with Ashley’s over the years and very disappointed with this approach and it made us very skeptical. He apologized and said he’d speak with his manager and to see what he could do. The final offer was a newer model chair, with 1 year warranty plus delivery however the cost would be $100 more. I explained again that this is not okay and was not what my mother had initially agreed too nor planned for however the decision was ultimately hers. Uncomfortable and frustrated with how this matter unfolded my mother declined the offer. She and I feel this was very poor service and a failed attempt to up charge and mislead a senior citizen. Unfortunately my many years of satisfaction with Ashley’s is now tainted with this experience and lack of appropriate resolve. This will certainly impact my decision to shop with Ashley’s in the future.

Nice and clean and the sales rep was nice and very knowledgeable and patient with me she was not pushy and kinda let me do my own thing and was there whenever I need her so my overall experience was A 1 I will definitely be back.

Will judge you based off the way you dress. Assistant manager called me man like we were friends. I prefer sir, it's a business transaction. kristian saves your rating if it was based just off him this would be 5 stars. Edit to 1 star. Seriously just go to Kloss the delivery will be way smoother of a process also no way to call the store! Customer service isn't in the USA Time frame for delivery is literally all day 10am to 9pm. Ridiculous

I came in with almost everything I wanted on the app .. sales lady helped me quickly and efficiently and was able to put the purchase on my Ashley Furniture Card .. as well as get me some deals on mattresses and discounts ..

We were able to walk the store freely, and when he sensed we had interest in a couple items, he was there to assist us, in a completely non-agressive way, and answer any questions we had. When we returned the next day to make the purchase, he made the process very smooth and comfortable, giving us good advice for upkeep along the way. The price was outstanding for what we got, and will 100% be looking for Kristian on any subsequent visits.

Ashley is my go to store whenever I shop for furniture! It’s my first choice to check them out and see what deals I can find and I do find plenty of good deals! They have nice quality furniture and home decor. My family says I have an Ashley furniture home because I have something from Ashley’s in almost every room.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and remembered me from previous in and out the store.

So Disappointed in the delivery services they now use. Stop using a 3rd party! I have boughten multiple rooms of furniture from Ashley Furniture and this bedroom set for my son has been the WORST experience with the delivery. Have had multiple days with the time window given to me for them to cancel “because the truck was over full.” The other day the bed was delivered broken, and the driver said he pointed it out to the warehouse and they said take it anyway. I have taken multiple days off for deliveries scheduled only for them not to show up. The store has been great with marking down and giving me discounts each time I have went in to complain. This is just a sad that the company is loosing all respect because of crappy delivery services!

Helen was such a great help with our purchase! We weren’t entirely sure what kind of seating we wanted for our living room but she showed me some options and let me look through the floor inventory at my own pace. She gave us a phenomenal deal on our sectional purchase, explained the protection plan options, was patient and kind with my pre schoolers who were with me and overall was so amazing to work with. I would absolutely return for any other furniture needs we have!

Although there were many employees in the store, it was necessary to go to the desk and request assistance while many employees were sitting idle. When we did get an answer to where things were located, the sales assistant pointed to where our requested item was located rather than helping. It seemed they were not interested in making a sale.

I wanted to buy 2 pillows on the red tag clearance that were 90% off. It took the salesperson 30 minutes to complete the purchase. My friend that was with me said they think I was on Candid Camera. My total, with tax, was $10.80 and if the pillows weren’t so cheap, I would have left after 10 minutes. I was given a folder and all sorts of paper abd pamphlets for two $5 pillows. You would have thought I ordered a whole house of furniture, it was ridiculous. I came in for a leather sectional with a chaise and was told they only have 1. Wow, only one! I won’t be back.

We walked in wanting to purchase a recliner for my husband who just had surgery . Mike helped us make the purchase . We didn’t leave with one like we were hoping but the new one will be delivered in a few days . Mike was very helpful with his recommendations. The entire process took less than an hour .

Great people and service not pushy at all

First of all, the store is immaculate and beautiful. I went in knowing the recliner I wanted to look at as I had seen it on the internet. I asked how much it was And my salesman, Jim looked and gave me a price. I said well it's less expensive on the website that's what brought me in and he said I can definitely match that no problem. We then begin looking at couches and for every couch I sat on And was not satisfied with he took note and then guided me to the perfect sofa that met all the criteria that I had asked for. It couldn't have worked out better. The chair and the couch were made in similar materials and complimented each other. I am thrilled with my purchase and cannot wait for the delivery and set up. I will be back to shop for a new mattress. I highly recommend Ashley furniture in Fairview.Heights. The easiest and nicest experience working with Niezel Olgas. She was patient while my baby ran laps in the store. She helped explain the purchasing process clearly and made sure I got set up with the best pricing and credit card. I highly recommend Niezel and will be saving her card for when we purchase our home in the next year and will need to buy all new furniture sets.

We found a nice coffee table and end table. When we were checking out there were problems with the warehouse and wrong info, etc. Anyway I wasn't happy that it took 30 minutes to check out. But I don't think it was the salesman in the store that was the problem.

Only 3 employees working at 7 am. Quite busy. All were patient and kind. My only thing that I think was off was that when I refused a protection plan I was told when I picked it up I needed to check it over and be satisfied because if I take it home and find something wrong then I cannot return it. If no protection plan then it is not returnable. That somehow sounds like a threat. Buy a plan or take your chances that our chair is in good shape when you get it home. Not very good customer service.

Came in to look at floor beds for a child. Mike greated us and pointed to the children furniture area but then said I will be here over at this chair if you need anything else. I came to him with questions and he did show me some things online but was NOT much help after that. I was looking for a full child set with bed, dresser and night stand and ready to purchase but will be going elsewhere. I came into a store because I wanted see what is available and not buy off the web.

Be SURE to check on your delivery status before getting rid of your old furniture! We decided to call Ashley’s to see if there was a time frame for the day of delivery, to find out it won’t be for another month before we get our sofa. The lady on the phone was very unapologetic. No one was going to tell us until the day of delivery. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and my husbands a disabled veteran, so a couch to sit on is rather important to us. We decided to cancel our entire order & went to Kloss instead, no problems and we got furniture we love for a cheaper price :)

The in store sales portion of the transaction was of course flawless no problems there i asked the associate do the deliver to my resident because you need credentials to get to me they stated yes but only on Saturdays, so i said ok let’s do that. Saturday gets here the driver will be to you between 715-1015 so I’m up early on an off day cool it’s 1042 i get a text saying the driver is 30 min away 1044 “the driver is here” ( so i look out the window for the truck and no truck) 1044 “ the delivery couldn’t be delivered successfully some one from customer care will contact you” 10-15 min go by no call so i called them confused on what happened “ the driver didn’t have the credentials to get to you” ok “ yes ma’am if you guys only deliver here on Saturdays why doesn’t the driver have the credentials” so i asked for a solution can they just drop it off at the Ashley store we’ll go pick up “ no we can only do delivery and reschedule for next Saturday or warehouse pickup” the warehouse is an hour away from me vs 10min to the store, I’m not waiting another week for something i should have today, and i would have to use a friends car because it won’t fit in mine so it would be really helpful if you guys could just fix your mistake by delivering to the store and finally at 3pm after constant hassle and telling them it’s that or I’m canceling they decided they could deliver out the store it would be there by 330-4 and the worst part is the driver never got near my resident because how could you not deliver my stuff if you were still 28 min away.. delivery was horrible i probably WON’T purchase from there again the sales portion saved it from being 1 star

My 81 yr old parents bought a 900 recliner and once it was delivered (took 2 weeks) they realized the recliner was far to large and it hurt my fathers back. They called immediately after it was delivered and was told that once it was delivered they could not return it. I could not accept that and was on the phone for 2 hrs to get an ok for a return. They finally ok'd an exchange. I was very upset with Ashley Furniture's customer service. The people on the phone were rude and unprofessional. Once I brought my parents back to pick out their exchange the manager Zach and the sales person Mike converted us back to Ashley customers. They were so nice and thoughtful to my parents. My parents were so stressed over the situation before going in but once we left the Shiloh store they felt so much happier. Thank you so much Zach and Mike!!!🙂 The phone customer service associates really need to be retrained on professionalism and customer service skills. Maybe Zach can train them lol

My experience was wonderful. My sales associate (Urban) was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my decision making. He showed me tons of options and varieties on what I was looking for and even though I took up quite a bit of his time trying to find what was just right, he made the purchasing part go quickly and easily! I will definitely be back!

Excellent service from our sales representative, Kristian. He is knowledgeable and he has been patient with us. We first met him earlier this year while shopping at the Shilo, IL store. We finally made our selections and purchased new LR and BR furniture this past weekend.

Urban was great, showed us what we asked, no hard-sale tactics, offered price match on the online price without being asked, overall a great experience.

I haven’t shopped for a couch for a while, but this wasn’t the best experience. I felt like the person we dealt with was not very nice. He had an attitude with my husband. We didn’t get a notification when the couch was going to be delivered, so I called customer service. Luckily I did, because they had someone else’s phone number and email on my account!! We did receive the couch and the men that delivered it were great! I will probably buy online from now on after the in store experience!

What a terrible experience... I paid for WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY and received dirty and damaged furniture. This was not delivered with care. They dragged it across the floor and banged it on the walls. They didn't use the moving blankets or tarp they had in the truck. They left the front door wide open while it was 100° outside. They sent me 3 dirty ottomans and the sectional had black finger prints all over. The chase portion of the sectional had a stitching defect. When we scheduled for them to clean the sectional they didn't repair the stiching defect. During the cleaning of the 3rd dirty ottoman, they damaged the chase cover zipper when attempting to repair it. They didn't have another one so the repair tech left it damaged. So now I have to schedule the 6th visit to have this replaced. This includes 3 deliveries -inital delivery of sectional/ottoman, 2nd ottoman (that was worse than the first) and then 3rd ottoman delivery after the 2nd was also rejected. There have been 2 cleanings (sectional and ottoman) and 1 repair/replacement of the chase cover. Not to mention they've arrived beyond the 3 hour scheduled time frame multiple times now. This experience has been completely unacceptable. They offered to refund my delivery fee and give me a discount on the couch. It's been a month, I haven't received either and my furniture still isn't correct. I've included picture collages. The pictures don't quite do it justice and I couldn't includ all of them. Nothing like paying thousands of dollars and then needing to have your brand new furniture cleaned and repaired over a span of 2 months. However, we like the couch and it's very comfortable. I also want to give Jay Z credit for being a good associate and cool to work with. Don't get your furniture delivered if you buy from here.

I went in the store to buy a couch and chair. Kristian was the salesperson who assisted me. I ultimately decided to buy a more expensive couch and recliner. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything, much less the more expensive items. Kristian was very helpful and friendly, including by text after the purchase when I had a question and when I was ready to arrange delivery. Delivery was also great. Ashley has a tracking system so I knew exactly when the truck would arrive and was able to track it on a map. The delivery guys were efficient and took great care that nothing got damaged. I will definitely order from Ashley again.

ABSOLUTELY one of my BEST shopping experiences. Our sales person Kristian was Outstannding! We were shopping for an electronic reclining sectional, and he was patient and exceedingly knowledgeable. Most impressively, Kristian knew we were shopping around at different competitor stores. Kristian gave us a printout with our different payment options. We were able to compare prices for each item/service. Even though the competitor offered a slightly cheaper option, it was the GREAT customer service and tremendous discounts that Kristian was able to negotiate that made our decision clear to choose ASHLEY's at Shiloh!

Since I'm in sales I would have appreciated the sales person to have thanked me for the sale and possibly shook my hand.

Your delivery drivers took the plastic off of our white couch outside before bringing it in. They got the cushions dirty bringing it through our sliding door, but they said it’s no problem because they took photos of the dirt and said someone would text me to arrange a day to come out to clean them. They even said it could be same day! Well that was a lie, apparently. Called Ashley today and they said that their delivery drivers cannot make those arrangements and that I’d have to file a claim. So you just allow your delivery drivers to lie to your customers? I’m sure the only reason the drivers told me that was so I wouldn’t make them take the couch back, which I would have. I will never buy from your store again.

I would have given five stars but the reason I gave the three stars is because of their customer service that I dealt with was different people, & some were willing to help me and did a wonderful job!! Whereas some of them seemed to not be interested in what I needed & not knowledgeable of what needed. Also, After purchase, I was told so many different things from different companies affiliated with Ashley furniture store, just to get two items delivered to me. You would think that after going through a simple process in their store that delivery would be the most simplest thing to do, but instead, I was told to drive over 30 minutes from where I live to pick up my items, once I got there I was told that I had to wait 24 hours before I can even receive the items, no one told me that at the store. To top it off I was charged for delivery, even though I was told would be waived being that I made the 30 minute trip for nothing. Not happy about that at all. & still currently having trouble with trying to get my items delivered to me on time. I’ve been talking to different sales reps that do not work in the actual store, and they’re all giving me the runaround. So frustrating. All I want is someone to drop off my furniture like I was told would happen, w/o charging me, because I can’t take off work again to drive over 30 minutes away to get it myself.

This review reflects my experience with the company rather than the specific store where I made my purchase. Approximately a year ago, I visited an Ashley Furniture location to purchase a couch. I was looking for a moderately priced item, not necessarily high-end, but I wanted something of reasonable quality. I found a satisfactory couch at a fair price and made the purchase. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. When the couch was delivered, I discovered a defect in one of the footrests. I promptly contacted Ashley Furniture, and they assured me that they would send a replacement part and schedule a repair. However, this was not the case. While I did receive the part, I had to wait two weeks for a call to schedule the repair. This began a pattern of misinformation from Ashley Furniture. When I followed up on the repair status, I was informed I needed to call a different number to arrange the service. I believe it is the responsibility of the representative to handle such arrangements, not the customer. I eventually spoke with a supervisor and presented two options: either receive a replacement couch with the defective one taken away at no charge, or a full refund. I opted for the replacement, which was successfully delivered. However, the new couch presented the same issue with the footrest. I was using it normally, and yet it became defective once again. At this point, I needed to rely on the limited one-year warranty. I contacted an Ashley representative about filing a claim, and they indicated that it would be no problem. I was transferred to another representative who assisted me in starting the claim. They provided instructions for submitting photos of the couch to address the issue. However, the process became complicated when they requested the "model number" of the couch. Despite my thorough search for this number, I was unable to locate it, even after providing several images that I believed might be relevant. After reaching out to the warranty department for clarification, I was directed on where to find the model number but was told that the number I provided was incorrect. They advised that I needed the model number to proceed with the warranty claim, and without it, they could not assist me. Ultimately, this experience has left me feeling severely dissatisfied. A year later, I still have a defective couch with no remedy, as my warranty has expired. Neither Ashley Furniture nor the warranty company has provided a satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, my overall experience does not warrant a positive rating, and if possible, I would assign a half-star. Based on my experience, I would advise against purchasing from Ashley Furniture. I will not consider buying from them again due to the perceived quality of their products and their lack of commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Purchased sectional about a week ago and went to pick it up at warehouse, but the warehouse wouldn’t release it due to a system mix up. They didn’t have an issue charging us though that day. So we went back to the store it was purchased and they made it seem like it’s a common issue. And know we can’t get furniture until next week.

My wife and I stopped in at the store yesterday. We were looked over by at least 3 sales people. When we did finally get someone to help us he did not seem interested in helping. We were serious buyers but he could care less. We ended up leaving and went to Kloss furniture and spent just over $7500. I assume that wasn't a big enough sale for that sales person at Ashley.

Already knew what we wanted and sales rep was very nice/helpful/professional but unfortunately charged us for the wrong item and mislead us that we could pick up our items from the warehouse the next day. We made the 40 mile (each way) drive to anxiously pickup our furniture but unfortunately the warehouse was closed though obviously people were working. We went back the next day and only after getting home and beginning to unpack the desk we purchased did we realize we were not rung up for the correct item. We’re working with the sales team to exchange the wrong item for the correct item but this now means 3 trips to their warehouse to get the item we originally wanted. Next time I’ll skip the store purchase and buy online, which was price matched in store for significantly cheaper online. I do like Ashley’s furniture but this experience has been extremely frustrating with three trips to their warehouse and being charged for the wrong item which we now need to return and exchange for the correct item.

I had a delivery date already scheduled for July 18th for my sofa and the bed had an undetermined date…On July 16th I got a call to set up a date to have my Bed/dresser delivered and I chose July 24th…So I cancelled the date of July 18th and said I will just have them delivered on the same day which was July 24th and then I get a call back saying my sofa chaise is on manufactured delay..That was suppose to be delivered first once upon a time….I got rid of all my furniture on Friday where will I entertain my company since they dont have a delivery date?

I have never done business with a more dishonest company. From the sales team to management to customer service nothing but lies and dismissal. Still waiting on a refund and the rest of our furniture. I feel swindled out of my money and wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase from them make sure you ask a lot of questions and triple check the prices on your paperwork before you leave. Be forewarned they will tell you anything to make a sale but will not stand behind it after. Also make sure to read reviews first especially for their corporate office with 1.5 rating. Wish I'd have done my homework. Also it's amazing that the owner only responds to 5 star reviews. How they get 5 star reviews is beyond me. Update it's a month and after many empty promises there is still no resolution to our issues. They rest of the furniture has finally been delivered but we still have not been reimbursed for what they over charged. Very dishonest business.

Good store, Helen was great with us. We were looking to outfitting 4 rooms in a duplex, however, this year the colors went to almost all earth tones and much less modern and it limited what we bought this time. What we did get was very good pricing.

We've been there a few times deciding on what to get. However the sales rep we requested was busy and referred us to someone else who had to continue to ask someone else for help. It was a little disturbing but he got the job done.

This is a horrible store with terribly deceptive workers. They brought us the wrong couch and expect us to keep it and pay for it. We already had issues with their two month long delivery date and we requested a refund. I wish we didn't let them talk us into keeping the order because they turned around and delivered a $1,800 breach of contract. Our encounter with salesman Kristian left a sour taste in our mouths, as his deceptive tactics led us to believe we were getting exactly what we wanted. When we sought assistance from the manager, hoping for resolution, we were met with dismissiveness, further fueling our frustration. The agony prolonged as we endured a month-long wait for the correct couch to be delivered. Their automated scheduling system bombarded us with daily calls, promising delivery dates that never materialized. Each time we followed the prompts, the system failed us, pushing our delivery date back yet another month. Despite numerous mishaps, we naively gave Ashley Furniture multiple chances to make things right, only to be met with further disappointment when they delivered the wrong couch. Fed up with their incompetence, we have taken legal action and filed complaints with regulatory agencies. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs. Their incompetence, deceptive practices, and dismissive attitude make them a store to steer clear of.

Had a great experience with this Ashley store. Kristian helped us find what we were looking for, explained everything to us from the warranty process to even answered questions about stuff we purchased from Ashley stores in different states, he even played thumb wars with our son (don’t think he realized it but he was babysitting for us while we perused the store). Ashley's is a great place to get good quality furniture at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly yet they are not like helicopters hovering over you. They give you guidance on what you're looking for but don't push to make a sale. We've had great salespeople, Christian/Robert/Bart and others in the past and we wouldn't hesitate to use any of them again on future purchases. We would recommend Ashley to friends and relatives. T. We purchased a table set back in 2021. Our sales person was great. Everyone at Ashley raved about their extra warranty with how it protects again water and other damages. We went ahead and purchased it along with the table. Unfortunately, the warranty is completely useless. We made one claim in order to get our table fixed due to damage from a cup of water spilling, and the warranty company will not cover it. Several representatives from the warranty company told us even if we made a claim on something else with the table it will not get approved due already having a rejected claim. We went back to Ashley and they directed us to the customer service line where we waited on hold and told us there was nothing they can do except recommending to us to buy a completely new table. This process has been a huge disaster as what we thought would be covered under the warranty was now deemed outside the terms. We will not be recommending the extended warranty to any of our friends or family members, and we will definitely not recommend Ashley furniture as a company in general.

Terrible I walk around the store for over a hour not one person asked me did I need help, I’m a African American I walk by several employees more than three times they never greeted me not once a elderly white lady walked in and one the guys got right up and started helping her they got near me and I just starred at him he looked at me and I said I’ve been walking this store for over a hour and nobody never asked me anything, I stated I was just about to walk out you almost lost a customer he stated I thought someone was helping you really I walked passed you when did you see in body talking to me you saw me walking around I made a big purchase and I don’t even no why and the guy that did help me he thought it was funny to joke with me telling me I had to give a hair sample and blood test to make sure I was the right person making the purchase I didn’t think that was funny at all just very disrespectful

Worst customer service! I walked in with the intentions of purchasing the Cambria sectional and matching ottoman. I walked around the store at least 30 minutes waiting on some help. No one even said hello. As I was walking towards the exit...after no one acknowledged me at all someone asks if they could help. I will take my business elsewhere!

We found a chair that fit our needs, purchased it and was told it was in stock but the soonest delivery date was about 5 weeks from date of purchase. 1 week before delivery date I received a message to schedule a delivery time. When I replied the automated system said there was an issue and to call. I called and was told the items was now out of stock and wouldn't be expected in for almost 9 additional weeks. This was completely unacceptable as we were told it was in stock when we purchased it. Ashley was not willing to help in any way so we canceled our order.

Purchased a new kitchen table and drove over to their warehouse in South County to pick up the table myself. Got home and the legs, mounting bracket and hardware for the table were all missing. Still haven’t heard back from the store on if/when my remaining components will deliver. The table is completely useless at this point. Told it could take up to 72 hours just to get it “keyed” in. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. I assumed that purchasing from a recognized “Brand” would avoid these types of issues. I get the store didn’t package the box but you’d think they would at least have some sense of urgency in resolving the issue.

We went to the store on Black Friday and ended up purchasing a bedroom set and my spouse as well as myself told the salesmen that we needed a platform bed as we don’t have a box spring. Not only did we tell him this once but TWICE to ensure it’s what we wanted. Fast forward to yesterday when the delivery guys were here who were AWESOME informed us that the bed would need a box spring. I tried to call the store to speak with the salesman and he hung up on me. So needless to say the wrong product was ordered and we had to go out and spend even more money on a box spring. I will NEVER buy from them again or recommend them to anyone!

BUYER BEWARE!! Check the website for pricing! The store charged us $549.99 for a nightstand and $274.99 for the second night stand that was "50% off". One night stand on their website is $269.99 full price both comes to $539.99! They charged us $1,199.99 for a door chest that is $749.99 on their website! When I called to cancel the order it is impossible to talk to a person and the person I finally got to talk to said there was nothing she could do and she couldn't cancel the order. Horrible service!

Overall the sales person we ended up with was great. That being said the initial person we were chatting with later "didn't feel comfortable" waiting on us which I found extremely odd and he basically sent another sales person to come help us without letting us know. Pro's-We received the 30% discount even though we were $150 shy on the $3000 total spending needed to receive the discount which was awesome con's-We were told the delivery fee would be $450 for a dresser, a mattress, and 4 end tables... Which is NUTS!! I've been buying furniture from Ashley for 10+ years and it's always been free delivery or around $100-$150 depending on the promotion, so I was shocked by this. We opted to get a haul and do it ourselves bc $450 to deliver such few things is ridiculous. Other than the insane delivery price everything else was great. The sales woman we ended up with was very nice and helpful.

The delivery guys were nice and pleasant. But the merchandise I was unhappy with was the headboard. I was told any bedrail would go with the headboard. This was untrue. Now have to buy rails.

Delivered on time and the crew was very respectful of our property. We did not account for everything when they left, bit we were able to reach delivery for them to return the same day. Great experience!

The delivery guys brought my new furniture and set it up for me today. They made sure I was happy with the couch & chair. Then they placed them in the appropriate spots. The guys were very efficient & friendly. .They did a very good job. I'm very happy with the furniture and the service.

I told Kristian what I wanted & my budget !He showed me a few things that wasn't just right!! He asked me to wait a minute, went to the computer & said follow me!!!! He found me the perfect chair!! The sales person mixed our order up with someone else order and pur money had to be refunded. We think she added an extra $150.00 to our order after she wrang it up for her commission. Not a good experience and we don't want to deal with the sales person again.

The furniture options are diverse and modern for anyones style when it comes to the home. When entering Ashley, you will be approached by at least three employees who ask if you need anything. It can be helpful but also a bit excessive after the third or fourth time. The prices for the furniture are somewhat steep, which can be somewhat of a deterrent. We have purchased a couple of pieces from them that have lasted years.

My experience was great! I feel the two associates were very attentive to my needs and put in the extra effort to understand and to show me and demonstrate to me all of the options that were available.

Everyone who assisted me was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient with me trying to make up my mind which couch and chair I wanted. With that said the guys that delivered my furniture did am excellent job as well except whoever packed the truck did not pack the power cord for my "power" reclining chair said they will be mailing it to me in a week. So until I actually get my cord I can only give 3 stars...once I receive it I will change to 5 because that's the only thing that was wrong with the WHOLE transaction start to finish!

After delivering found out one of the dining chairs had a defect and one leg shorter than another. Now can’t get anything done!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They strong armed me into getting an extra warranty which covers nothing. I have had my couch for less than a year and it broke but the manufacturer warranty or the extended warranty will not cover it. Ashley gives you the run around and will not give you a direct answer. The customer service is extremely rude and the guy kept cutting me off which caused me even more frustration. Do not use Ashley!

Very poor customer service and communication. Multiple times we agreed on delivery and that it would be free. Yet, I am getting contact saying delivery is not free and that they are scheduling for me to pick up the items in their warehouse. Avoid the hassle, order online and skip the bad in-store service.

Glad to know that all sales are final. When no one ever mentioned that. This place the definition of a shake down. Gutted the back office and the manager won’t let me return 2 pillows.

Kristian was great! He was super helpful in finding a sectional that would fit in my living room and my budget. Even with my limited budget and space, there was a lot of variety to choose from, and it was very reasonably priced. I’m so excited to get my new couch!!!

Our salesperson, Niezel, was excellent she listened to our needs and then showed us items that would work specifically for our situation. I do wish we could have gotten different pillows with our liveseat as these have orange in and I will never use them. The ones with grey on the next couch same size would have been perfect but I was told could not be traded.
