We built a new space and immediately upon delivery realized our couch did not fit. We that day went to the local store to try and get an exchange. The local store staff was great. They instructed us to call customer service. Who approved the exchange. Within 5 minutes of doing so, and just waiting for the system to update, customer service then came on the phone and told us they would not approve it unless the store took responsibility for ordering it wrong. We have offered to pay a restocking fee, to share the burden, but customer service can’t comprehend a work around to make this happen, or even tell us what “taking responsibility” means for the store. We will be selling the couch online and will never buy from this company again, they have grown too large and customer service goes back on their word. We have been nothing but polite and calm, and have been treated very poorly by the call line after trying to call back in and speak to anyone with authority about this issue. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store. Never again, unfortunately there is no decision making ability left for the store level to handle situations like this, and it is impossible to speak to anyone stateside that is not reading off of a script. Very disappointing.

I was greeted when we walked in. Todd took good care of us and introduced us to Sara who then showed us awesome mattresses and listened to our needs. I am pleased with our bedding and mattress purchase and can’t wait to get it delivered! 😊

Spent considerable time with salesman looking for a sofa sleeper, loveseat, and end table. I pre-setup financing and several times said cost is the driver on the sale. He sold a price and then said I only get that if I change my financing to 6 months. The actual price was going to be 20% higher to finance longer. I was then sold a maintenance plan for $500 on top of that. I was not thrilled but said ok and we made the transaction. $3200. The sale slip came to my email for me to see that they had entered a loveseat and a chair and the 2 end tables I had wanted. The loveseat wasn’t even the right one. I pushed back and the tried to get the finance people on the line to cancel that so I could get what I wanted. After several minutes it was cancelled. The manager then proceeded to put in what i asked to buy. This time, without the $500 maintenance agreement they wanted $3800. I finally said cancel the whole thing. The most insulting part was when they told me the reason they wouldn’t give me the discounts they said on the floor is if I finance for more than 6 months they have to pay the bank 30% interest. So advertising special financing is a lie. 60 months zero interest but they are charging the interest by withholding discounts offered during the sale. No thank you.
