The prices are just a recommendation I guess. I was told 3 different prices on the same couch. 1 online and 2 by 2 different employees and they really push u too hard on getting the insurance.

Purchased sectional about a week ago and went to pick it up at warehouse, but the warehouse wouldn’t release it due to a system mix up. They didn’t have an issue charging us though that day. So we went back to the store it was purchased and they made it seem like it’s a common issue. And know we can’t get furniture until next week.

Ashley prices, selection and overall experience was awesome!

My wife and I stopped in at the store yesterday. We were looked over by at least 3 sales people. When we did finally get someone to help us he did not seem interested in helping. We were serious buyers but he could care less. We ended up leaving and went to Kloss furniture and spent just over $7500. I assume that wasn't a big enough sale for that sales person at Ashley.

I had a delivery date already scheduled for July 18th for my sofa and the bed had an undetermined date…On July 16th I got a call to set up a date to have my Bed/dresser delivered and I chose July 24th…So I cancelled the date of July 18th and said I will just have them delivered on the same day which was July 24th and then I get a call back saying my sofa chaise is on manufactured delay..That was suppose to be delivered first once upon a time….I got rid of all my furniture on Friday where will I entertain my company since they dont have a delivery date?

Read the fine print!!!!! will never buy anything from Ashley again! When picking out furniture, I had mentioned I wasn’t sure if I wanted end tables, the sales lady never once mentioned they didn’t accept returns. My husband and I were even discussing returning them in front of the sales lady.

I reeally didn't plan on buying anything today. But, your girl is good. Wasn't a high pressure sell or anything. She was just a very persuasive and knowledgeable salesperson. Whatever you're paying her, she deserves it. Just an overall comfortable experience between the 2 ladies involved.

My brother Brad purchased a 3 piece furniture set for me at Ashley's today. My brother Brad, sister Kristen and I were greeted by Christian, an associate at Ashley's. He showed us around and was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. It was a totally awesome experience. If I could have, I would give 12 out of 10 stars. Thank you Christian for your time .

She was businesslike, friendly, and caring of our needs. She then followed up with us. I brought my disabled husband in the next day, and he likes the furniture too. We did purchase the furniture. I have never done business with a more dishonest company. From the sales team to management to customer service nothing but lies and dismissal. Still waiting on a refund and the rest of our furniture. I feel swindled out of my money and wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase from them make sure you ask a lot of questions and triple check the prices on your paperwork before you leave. Be forewarned they will tell you anything to make a sale but will not stand behind it after. Also make sure to read reviews first especially for their corporate office with 1.5 rating. Wish I'd have done my homework. Also it's amazing that the owner only responds to 5 star reviews. How they get 5 star reviews is beyond me. Update it's a month and after many empty promises there is still no resolution to our issues. They rest of the furniture has finally been delivered but we still have not been reimbursed for what they over charged. Very dishonest business.

Had good selection and price

Good store, Helen was great with us. We were looking to outfitting 4 rooms in a duplex, however, this year the colors went to almost all earth tones and much less modern and it limited what we bought this time. What we did get was very good pricing.

We've been there a few times deciding on what to get. However the sales rep we requested was busy and referred us to someone else who had to continue to ask someone else for help. It was a little disturbing but he got the job done.

Urban Miller helped my husband and I pick out the best couch based on our preferences. He was patient and we did not feel rushed to make a decision. The whole process was very smooth overall.

They delivered me a couch with the atm rest half broken or not assembled correctly. I have been reaching out since Monday and they are giving me the run around. No one has helped me at all.. I even went to the home store that delivered it and they said they couldn’t have me. This was a very unpleasant experience and not worth my money especially the extra $260 for delivery. Very unsatisfactory

This is a horrible store with terribly deceptive workers. They brought us the wrong couch and expect us to keep it and pay for it. We already had issues with their two month long delivery date and we requested a refund. I wish we didn't let them talk us into keeping the order because they turned around and delivered a $1,800 breach of contract. Our encounter with salesman Kristian left a sour taste in our mouths, as his deceptive tactics led us to believe we were getting exactly what we wanted. When we sought assistance from the manager, hoping for resolution, we were met with dismissiveness, further fueling our frustration. The agony prolonged as we endured a month-long wait for the correct couch to be delivered. Their automated scheduling system bombarded us with daily calls, promising delivery dates that never materialized. Each time we followed the prompts, the system failed us, pushing our delivery date back yet another month. Despite numerous mishaps, we naively gave Ashley Furniture multiple chances to make things right, only to be met with further disappointment when they delivered the wrong couch. Fed up with their incompetence, we have taken legal action and filed complaints with regulatory agencies. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs. Their incompetence, deceptive practices, and dismissive attitude make them a store to steer clear of.

Brought a kitchen table and chairs. Went to there wearhouse to pick it up. Had it set up for it to be put together except for the table. Get over there it was all in a box. It is a very heavy box. There was no way just us 2 could pick it up. Had to go find some people to help us. Not at all happy!!

It is 7:30 on a delivery that was scheduled from 12:30 -3:30. Don’t offer a delivery day and window for delivery if you can’t keep your appointment. I missed work to accept this delivery. You want a positive rating do what you say you are going to do.

I had come in the day before to look at furniture and pick out what I wanted. Went back the next day to purchase. They were slightly busy but I stood by the sales counter for probably 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I finally had to ask for help. I probably should have just walked out but I still purchased.

I had a large order to make from Shiloh,IL store to all be delivered to an out of state home. Kristian at the Shiloh store helped us by texting my wishlist and making recommendations. The process was made easier and frankly bearable by this outstanding service and we look forward to the white glove delivery which will assemble the items and place them in the spots that we would like in the home. This service is the main reason we chose Ashley. Also the selection and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Ashley for the choices, prices but most especially for the customer service and convenience of the white glove delivery! Go see Kristian if you are in the Shiloh. IL area!

Had a great experience with this Ashley store. Kristian helped us find what we were looking for, explained everything to us from the warranty process to even answered questions about stuff we purchased from Ashley stores in different states, he even played thumb wars with our son (don’t think he realized it but he was babysitting for us while we perused the store). Definitely received great customer service from this store, something that is getting harder to find these days!

My wife and I have been looking for a new bedroom furniture set for a while. She went to Ashley and was able to find one that she really liked. It was reasonably priced and quality built. While we were there, (at Ashley), we decided it was finally time for an upgrade to a king size bed. Helen, the sales associate who assisted us was fantastic! She helped us without being pushy. She listened to what we were looking for and asked us many questions which helped contribute to our decision. Top notch employee!!! She represents that company extraordinarily well. She was even able to save us some money a few different ways. I can’t be more serious when I say she was the best sales associate I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life in the history of furniture/bed shopping. All in all Amazing. We love Ashley Furniture and will definitely be back in the future. PS….. Helen deserves a a huge raise…….. the company is lucky to have someone like her!

Ashley's is a great place to get good quality furniture at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly yet they are not like helicopters hovering over you. They give you guidance on what you're looking for but don't push to make a sale. We've had great salespeople, Christian/Robert/Bart and others in the past and we wouldn't hesitate to use any of them again on future purchases. We would recommend Ashley to friends and relatives. T. We purchased a table set back in 2021. Our sales person was great. Everyone at Ashley raved about their extra warranty with how it protects again water and other damages. We went ahead and purchased it along with the table. Unfortunately, the warranty is completely useless. We made one claim in order to get our table fixed due to damage from a cup of water spilling, and the warranty company will not cover it. Several representatives from the warranty company told us even if we made a claim on something else with the table it will not get approved due already having a rejected claim. We went back to Ashley and they directed us to the customer service line where we waited on hold and told us there was nothing they can do except recommending to us to buy a completely new table. This process has been a huge disaster as what we thought would be covered under the warranty was now deemed outside the terms. We will not be recommending the extended warranty to any of our friends or family members, and we will definitely not recommend Ashley furniture as a company in general.

Terrible I walk around the store for over a hour not one person asked me did I need help, I’m a African American I walk by several employees more than three times they never greeted me not once a elderly white lady walked in and one the guys got right up and started helping her they got near me and I just starred at him he looked at me and I said I’ve been walking this store for over a hour and nobody never asked me anything, I stated I was just about to walk out you almost lost a customer he stated I thought someone was helping you really I walked passed you when did you see in body talking to me you saw me walking around I made a big purchase and I don’t even no why and the guy that did help me he thought it was funny to joke with me telling me I had to give a hair sample and blood test to make sure I was the right person making the purchase I didn’t think that was funny at all just very disrespectful

Worst customer service! I walked in with the intentions of purchasing the Cambria sectional and matching ottoman. I walked around the store at least 30 minutes waiting on some help. No one even said hello. As I was walking towards the exit...after no one acknowledged me at all someone asks if they could help. I will take my business elsewhere!

Our in store experience went well. We found a chair that fit our needs, purchased it and was told it was in stock but the soonest delivery date was about 5 weeks from date of purchase. 1 week before delivery date I received a message to schedule a delivery time. When I replied the automated system said there was an issue and to call. I called and was told the items was now out of stock and wouldn't be expected in for almost 9 additional weeks. This was completely unacceptable as we were told it was in stock when we purchased it. Ashley was not willing to help in any way so we canceled our order.

We really enjoyed our shopping experience with Robert. He was very friendly and provided great information on the available mattresses. He was very patient and listened as we kept changing back and forth between the products.

Purchased a new kitchen table and drove over to their warehouse in South County to pick up the table myself. Got home and the legs, mounting bracket and hardware for the table were all missing. Still haven’t heard back from the store on if/when my remaining components will deliver. The table is completely useless at this point. Told it could take up to 72 hours just to get it “keyed” in. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. I assumed that purchasing from a recognized “Brand” would avoid these types of issues. I get the store didn’t package the box but you’d think they would at least have some sense of urgency in resolving the issue.

We went to the store on Black Friday and ended up purchasing a bedroom set and my spouse as well as myself told the salesmen that we needed a platform bed as we don’t have a box spring. Not only did we tell him this once but TWICE to ensure it’s what we wanted. Fast forward to yesterday when the delivery guys were here who were AWESOME informed us that the bed would need a box spring. I tried to call the store to speak with the salesman and he hung up on me. So needless to say the wrong product was ordered and we had to go out and spend even more money on a box spring. I will NEVER buy from them again or recommend them to anyone!

BUYER BEWARE!! Check the website for pricing! The store charged us $549.99 for a nightstand and $274.99 for the second night stand that was "50% off". One night stand on their website is $269.99 full price both comes to $539.99! They charged us $1,199.99 for a door chest that is $749.99 on their website! When I called to cancel the order it is impossible to talk to a person and the person I finally got to talk to said there was nothing she could do and she couldn't cancel the order. Horrible service!

Overall the sales person we ended up with was great. That being said the initial person we were chatting with later "didn't feel comfortable" waiting on us which I found extremely odd and he basically sent another sales person to come help us without letting us know. Pro's-We received the 30% discount even though we were $150 shy on the $3000 total spending needed to receive the discount which was awesome con's-We were told the delivery fee would be $450 for a dresser, a mattress, and 4 end tables... Which is NUTS!! I've been buying furniture from Ashley for 10+ years and it's always been free delivery or around $100-$150 depending on the promotion, so I was shocked by this. We opted to get a haul and do it ourselves bc $450 to deliver such few things is ridiculous. Other than the insane delivery price everything else was great. The sales woman we ended up with was very nice and helpful.

Took way too long. Had to sign my name like 20 times, wait 30-40 minutes and fill out tons of paperwork just to pick up a $70 item I had already arranged to pick up ahead of time. Had to idea it was harder to go to Ashley furniture than it is to buy a car. Surprised they didn’t ask for my social and try to run my credit lol.

The sales person mixed our order up with someone else order and pur money had to be refunded. We think she added an extra $150.00 to our order after she wrang it up for her commission. Not a good experience and we don't want to deal with the sales person again.

The furniture options are diverse and modern for anyones style when it comes to the home. When entering Ashley, you will be approached by at least three employees who ask if you need anything. It can be helpful but also a bit excessive after the third or fourth time. The prices for the furniture are somewhat steep, which can be somewhat of a deterrent. We have purchased a couple of pieces from them that have lasted years.

My experience was great! I feel the two associates were very attentive to my needs and put in the extra effort to understand and to show me and demonstrate to me all of the options that were available.

Everyone who assisted me was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient with me trying to make up my mind which couch and chair I wanted. With that said the guys that delivered my furniture did am excellent job as well except whoever packed the truck did not pack the power cord for my "power" reclining chair said they will be mailing it to me in a week. So until I actually get my cord I can only give 3 stars...once I receive it I will change to 5 because that's the only thing that was wrong with the WHOLE transaction start to finish!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They strong armed me into getting an extra warranty which covers nothing. I have had my couch for less than a year and it broke but the manufacturer warranty or the extended warranty will not cover it. Ashley gives you the run around and will not give you a direct answer. The customer service is extremely rude and the guy kept cutting me off which caused me even more frustration. Do not use Ashley!

Very poor customer service and communication. Multiple times we agreed on delivery and that it would be free. Yet, I am getting contact saying delivery is not free and that they are scheduling for me to pick up the items in their warehouse. Avoid the hassle, order online and skip the bad in-store service.

Glad to know that all sales are final. When no one ever mentioned that. This place the definition of a shake down. Gutted the back office and the manager won’t let me return 2 pillows.

I do wish we could have gotten different pillows with our liveseat as these have orange in and I will never use them. The ones with grey on the next couch same size would have been perfect but I was told could not be traded.

This is the very worst experience we have ever had. I wouldn't never buy from this store ever again! After purchasing a $9000.00 dollar bed, never ever delivered time and time again. The rudest of people that we ever dealt with. The manager put in wring, did not keep his word, the district manager through us out of the store! I registered my complaint with synchrony bank, they are investigating. Don't go to this place. They are liars and cheets!

If I could give a zero I would, I purchased items and paid in full in store. Delivery day comes and no delivery. I inquire and was told my order was showing layaway. How could this be when I didn’t put anything in law away and I paid in full at the time of purchase. I go into the store Robert who I was advised was a manger on duty couldn’t tell me exactly what happened so he made something up my order was canceled because of incomplete paperwork. Which one was it lawaway or incomplete paperwork? Well I have the best solution refund me my coins and I will Never do business with Ashley furniture again! I see why this company as a whole has a poor reputation. Unacceptable

Went to buy 2 recliners and Burt was very helpful. He showed me what they had and about the sale that was ending the same day. He explained the differences and helped me pick out 2 recliners I am happy with. I would recommend this Ashley and will definitely go back.

I was looking for a sofa and recliner that I had seen online. Dufresne came up and asked if I needed help and she looked online for the sofa that I was looking for. It wasn’t in the store. She showed me the Stoneland sofa. I sat in it and I was in love. The price was higher than I wanted to spend but she checked and it had just been put on sale! Perfect! I can’t believe my luck! I’m so happy!!!

Horrible sales and customer service. Will lie to your face just to make a sale. Then fail to meet delivery promises and expectations. Find another place to buy from.

We bought a sofa this last weekend and we were told it would be delivered on the 12th and that they would call the day before. By 4:00 on the 11th I called to verify delivery which I got an answering machine saying they would call be back. Fast forward to the 12th at 4:00 (I hadn’t received a call back yet) I called them again and was answered by someone who had such a strong accent I could barely understand him. He said I wasn’t on the schedule and the earliest date would be the 18th, which I said that my wife arranged being home today for the delivery, which he responded next delivery will be the 18th. I wasn’t going to do a review, but they have sent me two requests to fill it out so here it is. I understand that communication and good customer service is pretty much a thing of the past, but they could have avoided a 1 ⭐️ if they would have just called and said the 12th isn’t going to work for us.

We were welcome to look around on our own before we decided to make a purchase Experience was good.

The online vs in store prices were much different and really the explanation wasn’t no better of why….no price match or an actual deal.. for the process..The delivery and set up was great.. but if I purchase again it will be online..

It was an exceptional experience shopping with Helen F. She and the entire staff were very patient with me as I shopped. They offered decorative suggestions when I was undecided. I love the no pressure atmosphere.

I had a very helpful sales lady, Niezel, who was able to bring me directly to the item I had wanted and took plenty of time letting us try that couch and another similar one. She was super friendly and, since I was struggling with mobility from an injury, also let us try some really comfortable beds, which we are also considering purchasing. The manager also did price matching for us and we had delivery scheduled promptly. I highly recommend Nietzel as she knows the products very well.

Ease of sale and very flexible for ways to pay and amounts down.

Went in store to buy furniture and paid for "white glove service" which consisted of 2 rude guys just dropping my couches off and taking a picture. Couches are now broken and it has been over a month with no help. We were told that they were waiting for parts and the ones they ordered we don't need. They ordered motors and out couches don't have motors. Everyone keeps passing the buck and I'm just stuck with broken furniture. Worst company to do business with. Claims they have had a phone issue for over 2 months!!!

Came today and found a two couches and an ottoman to go with it. Serviced by Bart and financed the purchase with my Ashley credit card. Left and wanted more info about the ottoman so I go to the website and see the same items I just purchased for full price were on sale on the website. I go back and no one can give me a good reason why I’m paying more for the same items in store that are on sale online. Eventually they get the regional manager to agree to match. Even the shipping and the protection plan were hundreds of dollars in difference? Idk how they’re staying in business doing stuff like this, then I feel like a jerk for wanting a legitimate explanation for the cost difference and not even knowing they have a variety of payment plans. I had to act like I was checking out online to show them the different options they have with this credit card. I’m stuck with the card unless I close out my account which can impact my credit score, so in future I recommend going to the store to test the furniture out in person then go home and buying it online to avoid this. I dealt with another guy upon my return back to the store and he was pretty easy going and didn’t fight too hard on the prices; just needed to see the difference we saw online so it made it less painful, hence the 3 stars. Bart re did the paperwork and didn’t give any good explanation or apologize or anything. Definitely felt like it was to make as much on commission as he could. Will never buy in person again.

I purchased a table and 4 barstools 1800 from Ashley in shiloah il sunday 6/4/2023 put 800 down and financed the rest only to find out you could by it online at there store for 900 so I went in Monday to store asked to cancel order and get my money back they told me there system is down three days later it is still down but guess what they cashed my check this morning I can’t talk to anyone in person by phone they have my money I don’t have furniture because you have to get it delivered from ware house I was able to text synchrony financing and I cancelled the credit account but I still have to cancel order to get my money back and can’t do it till there system is up but again they were able to cash my check they also lied and said they were giving me a 25 percent discount which was a lie Bart Picard was my salesman

With the help of our sales associate, we had selected 2 rooms of furniture that includes an office desk. We paid for the purchases in full by our credit card. Upon signing the final document to show what will be delivered, I noticed that the wrong desk was listed. I showed the manager way the salesman showed me and the price listed. Well I was advised that was the wrong pricing for this desk. When I explained that they were using the bait and switch scheme and they basically advised they would not do anything to honor this. When I suggested we get a refund for the entire order, they said they would but it would take about 14 days. I really wanted the furniture especially the desk but I wanted it for the price advertised. Now, I don’t trust I will get my money refunded to my charge card. Sincerity, Michelle Walker-Cox

Bed frame I purchased was 1K cheaper online. the manager seemed annoyed with me once I brought this to her attention. In addition, I’ve yet to use the bed after delivery because I’ve received 2 damaged parts. Currently waiting for the same item a third time.

My wife and I went to check on mattresses. We were led to the back of the store where they had a large area of different types. A very friendly lady was the “main” salesperson who was accompanied by a gentleman who only wanted to show us one particular brand. When we strayed away from that brand he left the area not caring what else we might be interested in. Long story short, the lady was very friendly and helpful, while the guy acted like a total jerk. Sorry but I don’t see shopping there anymore. He ruined the whole trip. If he wants to sell only one brand, he should work at a specialty store

Terrible management.

We purchased a sectional couch from here a month ago. In a months time, our couch has pilled on every cushion making it look like there has been years of wear when in reality, the couch hasn’t been used all that much yet. This is our first purchase from this company and I will not buy furniture from them again. I have gone into the store in which a ticket was made for a tech to come look at the couch, but instead, was only called to say they won’t be coming to look at it and there’s nothing to be done. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get help but all anyone offers is for me to purchase replacement cushions or purchase a device to remove the pilling. After paying over $3,000 I will not put another dime into this company. I’m so disappointed with the quality of not only the furniture but also the customer service I’ve received.

I hate leaving any business a bad review and you can see that by reading my other reviews. We bought a sectional from this store in 2021. Our sales person was named Darrel. We had to buy new living room furniture because our dog had tore up the furniture we had. First off Darrell was very well spoken and polite, he said he use to own a car dealership. He had told us the furniture we were looking at he could get it for us that weekend. That was great to hear because it was in the middle of the government shut down. He said he had it right then in the warehouse. Needless to say we got our furniture 6 weeks later. The second lie he told us we just now found out. He sold us a protection plan to cover any damages if our dog tore it up and even came with a cleaning. We just filed a claim and nothing was covered. No fixing a tares in a cushion no cleaning nothing was covered in the protection plan that we paid good money for. If we would have read the terms of the protection plan, several pages of fine print we would have known that. But we instead trusted what we were told. I urge you to buy somewhere else. This review is to protect you from what has happened to us. It's a bad company. Corporate will say it is the individual stores, the individual stores will say any advertising you are there for is from corporate not that individual store. I wish I could do more than just give a bad review to discourage other buyers. One star isn't low enough. Unfortunately this bad review will not lower their overall rating.

Everyone was accommodating. I think the furniture will be awesome. Why I gave a 3 is because the furniture prices we were quoted were way over what I saw online. They never said they match online prices until I questioned them. I told them I would just order online to save around $1,100. Then they said they will price match. Felt a little bait and switch because they promote all these special offers in store, I don’t think they benefit the customers. So buyer beware and research before you buy. Ask questions to ensure you’re getting the best deal for you.

The first sales person was new but was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Someone else stepped in to assist and worked to get us additional financing which we were grateful for. We were not set on any one piece of furniture yet. We wanted to continue looking but because we came in an hour before closing and the financing took a little longer than planned we wanted to come back the next day so that we did not keep the staff there longer than they needed to be and we could take our time to decide. At this point the 2nd employee became very pushy and tried to get us to "put something on the books" and pick something right then. She also stated that she can work with us if we decided something that night and that she may not be able to do the same the following day or that the promo might not be available the next day. When we told her we wanted to come back and that the sale was basically not going to happen that night her whole attitude changed even more and she basically dismissed us and ended up walking away without another word. The original associate seemed uncomfortanle at this point but was still very nice. I know alot of people say they will come back the next day and don't but we had every intention on coming back the next day as we are desperate for furniture and approved for financing but after this encounter we will never return to this location.

After finally finding everything I wanted.. almost 5k with of furniture.. I'm told I would get a call about delivery .. That was 2 weeks ago . I NEVER received a call.. Still haven't.. I'm completely disgusted and cancelling the order.. DO NOT GO HERE..

If you purchase the extra warranty through Ashley Furniture/GBS be ready for a bunch of headaches. Here was our experience: The technician only services our area every other week and then cancelled the day before due to “not being in the area“. When he finally came a month later, he spent less than 3 minutes at our house and manually bent the mechanism of our recliner. He said he would order a replacement part, but we never heard back from them again. When calling in to address the issue, we were met with many staff members who all redirected us to someone else saying that it is not their problem. It is not an efficient process to utilize the unlimited cleans and fixes that is advertised upon buying.

During the sale everything was fine.. once it came to delivery and removal of the old mattresses the whole process was a nightmare. There is no such thing as a “white glove” service. I will continue to use Kloss Furniture for all my furniture needs.

Initially I placed a review based on initial service, since January have been trying to get two tables repaired that were delivered damaged. Multiple hours on phone with Phillipines and Ashley, sent replacement doors, that were not assembled and had to wait for another company to put together. They came out and assembled one door and installed with inside of door on outside of cabinet. Called again, same situation. My elderly 91 year old Mother has been waiting 6 months, she has had enough wants to return them. Ashley states "NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY". Called credit card company , they had form stating that customer didn't remember getting or receiving items which is totally false. We have given many chances to repair....to no avail my Mother is upset that they won't take back. My suggestion check out all reviews , BBB, and Facebook about same kind of issues we are experiencing.

Nezel was an excellent example of customer service. She was patient kind and not over bearing as I have experienced with other sales people. Others could learn for her. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is related to pricing which has nothing to do with Nezel.

Justin did a wonderful job. Greeted us right away, explained the layout of the store and provided us with the current promotions going on. He was very low pressure and let us browse, but checked on us in what always seemed to be the perfect times. The store has a great flow and we were impressed with how everything worked, to include every power recliner we tried! The set we picked out was available for delivery right away and we were scheduled for our delivery within 3 days!

Please do not go here. I cannot even explain all of the absolute frustration we have dealt with. We ordered 7+ months ago and since have dealt with massive miscommunication from them, incorrect ordering on their end numerous times and nothing but complete unnecessary stress. When their mistakes were addressed they couldn't even do the right thing and take responsibility for it. Please take your business elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience. We were initially just looking because we are moving to Florida this year...we left with a full bedroom set, mattress and base, and dining room table, along with ideas for living room furniture. There was another piece we choose, a buffet, however; it has been discontinued. We were offered the floor display; but it was damaged. I am gonna look at other stores to see if they have one in stock. Only one issue,, we were not able to enter in the $450 drawing. We tried on iPhone and Android, and received the same error. Robert even tried, and received the same error. It was a bit confusing because it said no purchase necessary but then said you had to have a purchase, which we did. When we buy more furniture, we will come see Robert Stiller. Easy to work with. Super helpful. Knows where EVERYTHING is in the store. And super funny The best in the business.

The two gentlemen that made the delivery were great! The quality of the items were awful. Dresser had big chip in it. Dresser w/mirror did not come with two of the legs. Also, a drawer is not very functional. A service person has to come repair it.

Kristian was amazing He showed us several pieces and talked about our hobbies and what we liked etc. After just a few selections he said “I think I get a sense of your style” and took us to see the perfect furniture. He also pulled up several pieces in the same style on his tablet and gave us sooo many options We went home and measured for the three options we had them went back and bought them It was one of the best furniture buying experiences we’ve ever had. Normally it’s a hassle to get furniture and find anyone that really cares… but Kristian was the complete opposite. He actually talked to us to get a few for what we liked… then catered the tour of the store to match that. Unheard of customer service. No one has that level of care anymore Already recommended to others to go there and it will be our go to from now on

Honestly, the in house sales people I worked with were great. And the manager I’ve been dealing with, Terrell, has been helpful. But good luck if you have an item delivered broken/mechanical issue with item right after delivery. I had reclining couch delivered 11/4 and 20 mins afterwards one side is completely not working due to mechanics/something broke or off track. The # I was told to call said they couldn’t do anything until order marked as complete which would be when driver back at warehouse that evening so would be Monday before could place repair order. Called store directly and a manager (Tierra?) was able to get a different driver back out to at least fix it enough for it to be usable to sit on. Was told a replacement order was put in and I’d get a call in 2-4 days to have that scheduled. Hear nothing so call store and was told “I see order so give it another day or so”. Next time I call Terrell (amazing) says he’ll put an ASAP order in for me (so original order never placed?). After multiple calls asking for update I go up to store (now 2 1/2 weeks after delivery) and Terrell helps me by calling third party routing/repair company directly and telling them this is all unacceptable. He gets them to send me date to schedule apt (12/12 is soonest available) and he is overall great but even he had incredible difficulty with the third party service. Then 4 days later a giant box is delivered to my house with a part for the couch? How they know what part needs to be fixed since they say no one has looked at it I have no clue. Now big box just sitting in my house for two weeks until this gets fixed. Additionally - speaking with someone at the 800 # for repairs/replacements is like pulling teeth and I get constantly hung up on or told “nothing more can be done you need to wait”!! I basically NEVER complain about customer service or do online reviews but this has honestly been one of the worst experiences ever and at this point o don’t even really like the damn couch because it’s been nothing but massive hassle since moment it was delivered. $2k and a month later and still have a completely broken couch👎🏻 If you’re looking for any furniture that has mechanical future - don’t buy here cause getting it fixed will be absolutely nightmare.

I want to say I love Ashley Furniture in Shiloh IL. I have purchased alot of items throughout the years. I went in on 6 December and purchased 2 recliners at a good price and Niezel was my rep. I'm replacing my sofa and Loveseat with 4 recliners to take up less space in my house. I decided to go back that Saturday the 10th to purchase the other 2. I saw Niezel again and she informed me that they were having a 30% off storewide sale that day. She proceeded to tell me that it would save me money if I cancelled the order on the previous 2 and purchase the 4 with the sale going on. I said great! She then proceeded to do the paperwork for me and had to call the finance company to cancel the previous authorization on the 6th. I opted for doorstep delivery cause it was cheaper and I figured I could unbox them and get them in the house myself. That night I hurt my back. I messaged Niezel that Sunday the 11th and said I'd like to changed to the white glove delivery. She said no problem but she qould have to cancel the authorization on the 4 recliners once again as I was spending more money. She took care of it the following Monday the 12th! Niezel was very patient and friendly with me through the whole long process. I highly recommend asking for her if you goto the Shiloh IL store!

I walked into Ashley on a mission for Dining Chairs. An hour later I walked out with a delivery date, a great deal with financing and a wonderful experience with the staff. Jessica was SO efficient and knowledgeable in style with what I was looking for and the feel I wanted for my room. She was kind and I absolutely loved chatting with her. Todd was so great working out the orders of finalizing the details of my order and getting everything into place. He was also efficient and we had great conversation. While I was there I didn’t feel like I was just a sale, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I was on a mission and was delivered to tenfold. I hope Jessica and Todd are recognized not only for their ability and desire to assist me but also for their connection to the client. For building a relationship with your guests. 9/9/23- went in to order some furniture we found on the ashley furnature online site. When we arrive the offered to price match but would not honor the financing that online stated we could do in store. TIFFANY was the manager thar stated they are different than online and that is not their policy. She was rude and very unprofessional. We went into the shiloh illinois store.

I received the worst customer service. I placed a order in store and first the guy gave me false delivery dates. Then they delivered my bed with out the hardware to put the bed up. Then i noticed they delivered the wrong bed all together. When trying to call them to get the issue taken care of no one answered the phone. I called the person who handled my order they didn’t answer either. They sent a text and pretend they were shorted staffed. They delivered the bed without the dressers and i was told the dressers should be delivered this weekend. I followed up on the dressers now they are saying that its been pushed back because the items were damaged. I’ve been in the store 4 times for 1 order that i still do not have. You give your money and shop with people and they don’t care.

Kristian was a wealth of info and got us what we needed now and for future needs .....and the current discounts offered and financing. Going back for a mattress soon ...

When we went to the store everyone was nice but there was a lot of confusion about the price of our items which was a bit frustrating. We live almost an hour away and after spending one day shopping around we came back the next because of the deal we expected. After finalizing everything and doing a lay away option to get the price no one informed us we had to make a monthly payment. We were only told it had to be paid off in 6 months. We only find this out by someone reaching out wondering where our payment was. Again a frustrating moment. Then we get to delivery day…. One dresser was broke so they were taking that back to replace but instead of having 2 tables like we ordered and the list said there was only one. The delivery guys did not document it well so when we received a call to set delivery for the broken item no one knew about the missing item. It took 4 weeks and three calls a week to finally get all our furniture. There needs to be a better system in place for when something is wrong with items or delivery. Every time I made a call I had to re-explain it and that was so frustrating. This was our first time getting furniture from ashley and will most likely be our last. The quality of the furniture we received is not what we expected. Drawers are off when closing them but at this point I don’t want to talk to another ashley furniture personal and will make do.

Having a terrible customer service experience with the Shiloh, IL store. Bought 2 recliners in December 2021, received said items in February 2022 and have nothing but problems since. Have had new parts ordered twice, customer service techs out twice & both times techs indicate wrong parts delivered. First time, I returned wrong items back to store because techs indicate they are not allowed to take them. 2nd time, parts still here. If the want them back they can come get them otherwise they go to big trash pickup. Emailed store manager but still waiting for response.

The people that delivered my furniture delivered it to the incorrect address, after I informed them that I didn't receive my furniture, the warehouse manager was trying to make excuses, after they went back to retrieve the furniture they brought it to me damaged. This is the second bad experience probably won't give them a third time.

Paul was awesome. He asked the right questions to be able help us find the right furniture for our house. He was patient and took the time necessary for us to work through our decision making process.

Several of our items were damaged. Packaging looked fine, so must have happened before items were wrapped up. Delivery took several photos after unpacking, said we would be contacted within a day or two.

Niezel made the experience of buying new furniture simple , she's genuinely the nicest person I've met in many years, Ashley better hold on to this Gem. To edit this review, a Week later,, I was notified the furniture was to be delivered, so I made arrangements and got rid of my old furniture, only to find out my furniture is NOT GOING To be delivered,and they don't know when, so I'm stuck with no furniture in my house. I Won't be shopping at ashley again. As I still wait for the furniture I paid for.

The shopping experience was exceptional. However, delivery has been a disaster. Our delivery was canceled without reason. They just skipped us without reason, according to the tracker. We gave away our bed earlier before the delivery cancellation and took off work to be here. Now what? No-one has called to reschedule and no one has apologized.

Ashley furniture was not our first choice for purchase but it happened to be our 1st stop. With in 2 minutes of being there, Lollie had us sold on purchasing living room furniture. We loved the couch but Lollie made up our minds. She was real, personable, and straight to the point. Making big purchases is stressful enough. It was a pleasure to have her assist us. Thanks to her, we've already decided that we will be bringing our business back to Ashley and Lollie in O'Fallon, IL.

THE DEATH OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! R.I.P. HORRIBLE customer service! I have an OPEN issue regarding a new purchase worth thousands of dollars of furniture which was damaged during delivery. The Guest Response Team is a joke since cutomers are on hold for 30+ minutes, there are automatic hang ups and for most of the reps, English is a second language and a LOT is lost in translation. The reps don't note the account, so you have to always start from the beginning each time you call. They don't keep tracking records of ongoing issues. It takes an act of God to speak with management who can make a decision and resolve issues (are there really any???). The local store where the purchase was made will not help -- only concerned with holding on to their commissions! Quite a racket going on. I'm requesting that they come pick up their damaged furniture and cancel my contract!

Horrible experience! They delivered damage furniture. The drivers stated there is nothing they can do about it and I have 72 hours to call. I called immediately , they told me to call back today because the order had not been closed. I called today and they told me to call back later because it had not been 22 hours. So it seems like they put you off so you won't be able to meet the 72 hour mark. Additionally, I was advised there is a no return policy. Why was this not pointed out in the contract. They are purposely deceitful. I asked the driver for proof of delivery there was none. I'm contacting the BBB and Attorney General about their contracts. Update: 09/01/2022 Today Ashley returned with more used furniture that was also damaged. I inspected outside and one of the drawers were broken. Inside one of the drawers had chocolate on the suede which also appeared to have cup markings. The chest had major scratches. Ashley's Furniture states they are sending out new furniture but none of it is coming in a box. However everything else on their truck was boxed. This is truly sad. I advised the drivers I was not accepting the furniture. This on of the pieces we were able to get a side picture of

The sales manager was very polite and thoroughly explained the features of the sectional, the finance options and the warranties. My wife and I were very pleased with our sales experience and the salesman.

Went in to purchase 2 recliners a sofa and end table. I was told I had to put 10% down for 60 month financing. Well I cam home and placed my order online. For the same price of those 4 items I was able to order the 2 recliners the sofa 2 end tables 2 table lamps and a floor lamp. I have 0% interest for 60 months, the delivery charge is half the price and it is being deliver 5 days sooner.

Terrible furniture store. I placed an order back in February and was told it would be in by May. After calling in June, they proceeded to say it would be in by the end of June. When July started, I called again and they again said it would be in no later than July 19th, and thanked me for my patience. It is now July 27th, and I was just told the order will not be in until august. Very frustrating customer service.

I absolutely loved my experience going there. I worked with Todd Brown and he was the friendliest person ever. I am going into my first home and Todd made sure that I was getting the best bang for my buck. The deals are also amazing. Thank you Todd for all that you did, and I will definitely be back!! UPDATE!!! So we finally get our couch about 2 or 3 weeks ago. When we first got it, we saw fuzy sticking out the bottom. The technician said I would get a call for someone to come fix it. A few days go by, no call. I them call customer service and they said they saw the report and would have an technician call me.....no call, a few days later, I call again and it is the same thing. So I use the Ashley furnature app and message somebody. The message shows as seen, but there is no reply. The couch is comfortable and the fuzzy isn't SUPER noticeable, but if I am going to spend all this money on a couch....I would prefer there not be fuzzy coming out of it. I am not please with the customer service, since getting the couch.

This place has been nothing but a headache, bought a king bed frame and mattress and dresser and the bedframe broke the first night we slept on it and were not big people so there isn't an excuse on why this bed would break besides bad quality! We've got the go around about returning the bed and they will not offer any refund even with us buying a warranty and delivery charges etc. Will never shop here ever again, I will make sure to tell everyone to never shop there again

Don’t buy from Ashley. I ordered a 3700 living room set on April 1, 2021. They just tried to give me used again! If You order new items, they deliver used. Got 3 delivered and each time they brought used items. Contact BBB and report them!

I have had the worst experience with this store. After purchasing a sectional we have had it redelivered FIVE times and each time they bring another damaged item. Their customer service has been horrible and the manager Ron Tifft said that he would help but after not following up like he said he would after a week and calling, emailing and stopping by the store 3 times I still have a damaged item and no one trying to fix the problem or make things right in any way. Save yourself the trouble and purchase elsewhere.

My daughter and I went to Ashley Furniture store to shop for a new bedroom set. The service was so great. I visited other Furniture stores, but Ashley gave me the best service. I definitely will be returning.

What started as a normal shopping for furniture ended up being a disaster. The staff were the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I was appalled if the way they sit around just laughing and joking while I was waiting to complete my transaction. I asked about the estimated delivery date for my furniture I was told I would have it at the end of my transaction. By the time we got to the end of transaction I found out that the furniture could not be delivered until May. I would’ve chosen a different route hell I know it would be 2 to 3 months before I can get my furniture . While I was checking out the ladies behind the counter begin laughing uncontrollably I wasn’t sure what was funny. I felt as if they were laughing at me. And I asked them they were laughing at me and they said no but I have never seen anyone do that in front of customers. I have Purchase Ashley products the past but will never go back there again. I built that the propane language the riotous laughter it was way too much for a store. I did purchase the furniture and I’m considering canceling my order today the more I contemplated the way I was treated and the behavior that was displayed in my presence yesterday. I’m sure the furniture is good but the customer service was terrible.

We were looking for a desk. The salesman approached us soon after we entered and speedily gave us a tour through the store pointing out the few desks on the floor. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we agreed we likely would have purchased something else if we had been allowed to browse through the store.

My daughter and I entered Ashley Furniture to look at options for furniture. I have to use a rider as my walking is very limited. I notice to my right a gentleman who was apparently a salesperson due to his very dapper appearance. I approached him and introduced myself and daughter and we met Bart. He would be our guide to the available furniture and options that would be comfortable offerings. This gentleman was not only ready to show us available but mail order options. Bart went out of his way to show different brands and fabric options. When our shopping adventure was over I purchased two recliners and a love seat all in a grey leather. I also purchased a positional bed frame and mattress. The best value of our shopping was our salesperson “Bart” this is a person who shows interest in our getting what we want, the best quality, and the company who stands behind the product they sell. Bart was the gift given to our shopping and will always think of Ashley Furniture and of the special gentleman we met. I want to make sure you are at Green Mount Drive in Shiloh Illinois. I stopped here on a whim because I had already decided to get furniture from two other places. BOY am I glad I did! The selection was great and I was able to get 20% off of everything. That wasn't even the best part. Calvin Williams, my Furnishing Consultant because he was beyond a salesperson, was so knowledgeable and went Far beyond my expectations. He helped me walk away with an ENTIRE house full of furniture for only a fraction more than I would have for just a bedroom set at the other stores. I would DEFINITELY recommend Calvin this store again.

Please don't go to this furniture store it so expensive and it not worth it when you can buy local I purchased several items over the years and more recent a mattress they claim that they offer good deals in real time they don't. I got smacked when I was finally getting checked out and tried to use my credit voucher and was denied so I was paying more then I bargained for. I won't be going there anymore cause of there policy and prices . I'd look for a local store in your area see what they offer and the return policy some will negotiate and some free delivery. It's your hard earned money you should get respect.and treated fairly.

Bart at Ashley Homestore in Shiloh, IL was amazing! He was super helpful and made the big decision of buying living room furniture a breeze!

I paid over $600 each for 2 of these chairs. It took 5 months for them to be delivered. The chairs broke within 2 weeks of receiving them. It took another 5 months before their customer service ordered them to be replaced. The chairs were ordered to be replaced in September 2021 and I was told that they will be delivered January 15th 2022. Exactly 1 year after they were initially delivered. Now I'm told the estimated time of delivery will be April 2022 and that date can be pushed back further. After I continued to question the supervisor (Jesus), he said that Ashley's Furniture "Do Not" issue refunds on furniture. Once the furniture is delivered, no refunds. I damn near furnished my entire home with furniture from Ashley's (thousands of dollars) but I'll NEVER spend another dime with them. Buy at your own risk.

I visited Ashely’s in Shiloh IL recently. Was met by Calvin as we walked in. He allowed us to look around the store which was so nice. As I’m a previous Ashleys customer, actually for years and most my furniture is from there, Calvin went ahead and pulled up my account. I noticed the Shiloh store was nicely laid out with a healthy selection. Decor was great! I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and regional manager, along with Calvin’s help, I made my purchase. I will definitely visit Ashley’s, Shiloh again! THANK YIU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!!

As soon as we hit the showroom floor we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. The salesperson was very courteous and patient with me and my husband. We kept changing our minds and adding things on but Haley stayed super pleasant with us throughout it all. We ended up buying some great pieces for our new home but now we play the waiting game.

Furniture is made of press wood. Paid over a $1000 for a bed frame and the head board is flimsy. Not happy with the quality or staff. They can't answer a simple question.

Their selection, quality, and customer service couldn’t be beat! Calvin Williams was our store representative, and honestly he is the reason we decided to make our purchases today rather than wait until a future date. We’re very much customer service experience over the price tag kinds of people. He was so patient as we sat and debated between what mattress we wanted (which was likely pretty comical to the other staff), while also helping us narrow down which ones we really wanted and what qualities mattered most. We also picked out a gorgeous reclining couch for our business at a great price. We received fair prices, excellent customer service, and also had some great conversations as well! My husband and I came in yesterday and immediately Bart greeted us when we ventured into the mattress section. We had an idea of what we wanted but nothing solid yet. Bart was able to guide us to the temper-pedic mattress of our dreams. He was very knowledgeable in all the different types and thoroughly explained each one to us. We feel confident we got the perfect bed and adjustable base for us (along with a new bed set - but we already had that picked out) thanks to Bart!

I was assured not once but several times that my furniture would ship in 2 weeks. Now after a month we are being told they have no idea when it will ship. Now we will be spending the holidays with no furniture.

We did our final total, and then we were walking out when we saw a couch that we really liked. She also assisted with that, even though she was super busy. Stay away from Ashley in Shiloh. This place is ridiculous. I purchased some living room furniture from this store because I was told I could get it delivered by November 6th. I actually told them I wouldn’t be ready for it until November 13th so we agreed on that date for delivery. The salesman looked it up and said no problem getting it to me on that date. I called to check on it around the end of October and then I was told it wouldn’t be delivered until Dec 18th at the earliest. I told them to forget it and to just cancel my order. I was told ok it would be 5 days to get the refund issued. I called back after a week to check on the refund and was told sorry it wasn’t issued yet but they would open up a ticket so the refund would be issued between 24-48 hours. I then followed up after not receiving it within the 48 hours and was then told the refund was issued but it would take 15 days to receive it. Unbelievable. Thats means it will have taken right at a month for them to get my refund of $3,800 to me. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I mean, who does business like that? Obviously, not anyone who wants to stay in business. I know they will never get any of my business again thats for sure.

Great service! Carte’vian assisted us when we were picking out recliners and he was very helpful UPDATE: Sales person was great during time of purchase but our delivery dates keeps on getting pushed back. We never got a call from them when our date was pushed back and we had to keep on calling them instead just to get updates. We eventually had to cancel our order and the store called us back. All they said was that they’ll refund us but they never gave us a timeline on when we can expect it back and just hung up on us. Very disappointing!!

Me and my boyfriend got introduce right off the bat from one of the nicest funniest and most sincere guys there at this location! His name is Darryl! I forgot his last name! But he was soo welcoming. We told him we were just there to look at mattresses. And that we were looking at other places as well. He did NOT pressure us AT ALL to buy that day or that location or from him at all. He encouraged us to do our research and told us he just does that so he knows the customer isn’t being pressure and to show us a good sales experience. We didn’t buy that day but since we were there we looked at the other big stuff we needed to get as well. We did come back to Ashley after going to other places and just not feeling welcome or the salesperson wasn’t like darryl and didn’t give us details, or knowledge of the products. Just wasn’t the same feeling. So we came back today. A week later had what we wanted in our minds. He helped us with the whole process and helped us get a good discount and deals he could do for us. I would seriously recommend going to this location on green mount and talking to Darryl only! He was very professional, non pressuring, and very knowledgeable. He specializes in mattresses but he can help with any furtinure u need as well. We ended up getting a mattress in our budget, box spring, mattress protector, a bar height table and chairs, a sofa and two rugs! So we’re all set due to the amazing help we got from Darryl! I don't give them zero because it’s a high number. I do give them a negative 10. All started in the month of August 2021. I moved to IL state and For my un-luck the moving truck had an accident and our family lost all our household goods, truck caught fire. Being new to the city I decided to go to Ashley Home Store located at the 3700 Green Mt Crossing Dr Shiloh. There I had the worse experience, where I was attended by the Philip McLaurin my nightmare begins! These people tried to take advantage of my situation to inflate prices and increase the amount when writing the contract and adding furniture that I didn't asked for. The situation comes because in my desperation and new in the city with my children and first language Spanish. they took tad vantage of the situation and had in small letters that if I decide to cancel my order they HAD THE RIGHT TO APPROPRIATE 10% of the total sell! Even though there was no furniture on stock. When I sign those documents, the seller told me that it was only to start the financing process. I payed in advance around 6k. Once I signed they said, oh by the way the bed sets are available after Sept, wait of 2 months and the rest is coming in Nov. I wasn't willing to wait that long but he told me due to COVID-19 we don’t have anything on stock, and if you cancel we will bill you 10% or the entire sell. I realize that the seller inflated the prices again when I arrive at my house and the next day I return the invoice and told him to fix the prices or cancel the order. The seller and the manager said that he would call me when he fixed the prices, He never did, he instead sent an email. I decide to go to another store to buy mattress since we had nothing in the house. And at that moment I found the same dining table at half of the price and available for next week unlike Ashley who was going to deliver the dinning room in November. I have proof when he refused to see me even through a phone call. I called costumer service telling them that the vendor and the manager would of Ashley in O’Fallon did not wanted to fix the paperwork. By this date September 22, 2021 more than a month and a half after having started this nightmare and a month after having received my other furniture and decided to cancel all kinds of business and communication this company! Already to this date Ashley has moved the date 6 times, and still do not want to see me in store to fix the the situation.

I would never spend anymore money with them. I purchased several items from this location. It began with delivery date changes several times. Having to arrange on several occasions for someone to receive the furniture because my fiancé and I work M-F. After, from what we were told 1 item was not arriving. Ok fine, but bet your dollar SEVERAL ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE. We gave away all our furniture to get the news our kitchen table nor bar table were the items that had not arrived. I have 4 children , where are we eating? Last, my fiancé and I called only to get TWO different stories. Mines being; it will take two more weeks and his they are completely out of stock. At this point I wish I never purchased anything with them and had cancelled the order when I suggested I should’ve.

Staff was nice, store was clean, but they are not owned by Ashley and do not follow Ashley's policies for furniture. Ordered the same set on Amazon for almost 2k less. Came back to the store to offer the opportunity to our Salesman to close the deal even though they didn't have the inventory (and it was available online). Advised us that they only own the name but do not follow the Ashley policies.

Not only is this store fresh and clean ; it also has great staff. I went in looking for a platform bed for my husband's back issues. I was lucky to be assisted by Calvin. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He knew alot about the products and knew exactly what I was looking for, even before I knew. My initial intent was to look and gather my thoughts on what was possibly available. However, after being greeted and assisted by Calvin W., at the Shiloh, IL location, a product was found and purchase made. No hassle no worries, by far the best experience for furniture purchasing to date.

Calvin approached us not long after we entered the store room and was very professional, welcoming and kind. It was obvious he had a good deal of experience, knew where everything we were interested in was, and was very open and honest. It was an experience that will certainly bring us back to Ashley HomeStore and Calvin, in particular.

Worked with Darryl and Calvin to get a temperpedic mattress and base. Darryl was very patient with all the short naps I needed to make a decision. I'm looking forward to sleeping in my new bed. 10/10/21 Visited again today to exchange my mattress. Salesman Calvin again turfed me off to another associate. Found out that the exchange process is essentially my responsibility. I have to call the customer service line to arrange it. While there, I purchased a recliner but got delayed because they couldn't find a printer that worked. This was not the best visit. Sure hope the new mattress works!

I walked in and was immediately helped by Calvin Williams who was very helpful and thorough with his work. He quickly answered all my questions and was very respectful. I will definitely come back and make a second purchase just because of him.

I purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture with protection plans, the plan says they cover nothing, they say call the store for more help, store says call corporate, corporate gives me a different number to call, that one says call the protection company, nobody will stand behind their product!! Do not waste your time or money with this company!!! They have been a headache since the day they got my money and took well over 10 attempts to deliver me non damaged or correct furniture!!!!

We worked with Darryl Today to purchase our new living room sectional. He was awesome and sat down to work out configurations that worked for our room and had the pieces we wanted. He also had great information about the durability of material since which mattered to us since we have a large dog. Very kind and personable to work with and listened to get us what we wanted!

This was one of the best shopping experiences we have had. We went in just to look, but the personality and the outgoing spirit of the salesman, Calvin Williams, made us feel so comfortable that we wanted to just stay around and choose what we wanted without going to other places. We are so thankful for his kindness and patience with us as we walked from end to end looking at the furniture. Other employees at the store made us feel comfortable also. Horrible experience. Had to wait a long time to even be helped. Worked with 3 different sales people, and only one had any customer service skills. Two of the guys had all these excuses, talked crapped about the company which is a horrible sign, and we’re zero help. We were willing to spend money today but walked out.

Quick and easy service. We went in and found the couch that suited us the best. Sales person was very easy to work with. Will definitely be going again whenever we need something new for our house.

I've purchased plenty of items from different Ashley Furniture stores. Since moving to IL, I've made a few purchases from the Shiloh, IL location too. With that being said.... Genuine World Class Service is haaaard to find in ALL areas of service these days. I can honestly say that Todd Brown at the Shiloh, IL location is very knowledgeable in his field. His service is consistent and detailed. Whenever I enter the store, I see him giving the customer he's working with his undivided attention. I've even seen this man hauling an ottoman across the store to show a couple how it would look paired with a different couch! On occasion he's helped me here and there and his excellent level of service is ALWAYS consistent. I refuse to bad mouth other associates in the store. But I will simply say that Todd Brown will provide valuable information, his personal opinion, and quirky humor without coming off like a "sleazy salesman". You can tell that he "genuinely" enjoys helping people. His quirkiness and exuberance to help customers in the store is inviting, pleasant and much needed in most areas of service. Let me also mention that Robert was a gem too! He helped me check out today after Todd assisted my husband and I with a mattress purchase. His demeanor was very pleasant & laid back (in a good way!). Very easy to talk to, efficient and was able to get me on my way fairly quickly while providing light hearted conversation. He helped me checkout with an Ashley "give"card I received from Corporate Office. If you ever run across this store and have the pleasure of talking to Todd Brown or Robert, it will be a treat.. I assure you!

Salesman was very friendly and helpful if not very confident in some of the processes. It seemed to take FOREVER to pay and sign what seemed to be a silly amount of paperwork to buy a clearance area rug.

Boyd was very knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service skills and excellent communication skills. Boyd went above and beyond to ensure I received the best bang for my buck. Go check them out and ask for Boyd. Tell him UNIQUE sent you.

We have not had a good experience with Ashley the manager Cornelius has been very rude and short with us even though THEY messed up the order and gave us the wrong furniture set. They took two weeks to get an exchange even put through and we were told we would not have to pay for anything until the correct one came in and now we’re having to pay for the wrong set and the one we didn’t even want. By the time everything is said and done it will have taken THREE MONTHS to get the correct set IF we get it. I have tried to be very patient and understanding but it is getting very frustrating and they wouldn’t even cancel the order when we asked them to because we didn’t “reject” the bed. Even though I told the delivery guys to take it back but they wouldn’t because they “already set it up” This was my first time buying from Ashley and will be my last. I don’t think I even got one apology for them messing everything up. Very disappointing.

Working with Phil was so amazing. Great financing options and he made sure I got the product I wanted with a payment I can afford. I can't wait to shop for more furniture with him!

Salesman Darryl O., Shiloh, IL, was very helpful and patient in assisting me with my purchase. My current Ashley sofa and love seat are 15 years and just color fading. I have been to various furniture stores in person and online for 4 months now, including other Ashley locations. Just looking for a certain color palette, style and best quality of furniture. Very happy with sofa purchase and service. Even brought a rug!

Amanda was very patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I could be accommodated regardless of the wait times on deliveries. I will definitely shop again. My shopping experience at Ashley was outstanding! As I walked through the store looking for a grey sofa. I was approached by a Calvin Williams. I informed him that I was looking for a grey sofa. Calvin went above and beyond to help me. He helped me find the perfect sofa. The manager Cornelius Anderson, also, provided great customer satisfaction and sold me a rocker as well.

The workers at the Shiloh, IL store were amazing and very kind/helpful!! The two people who helped us were Rick and Ken!! Haven’t received our stuff yet, as we just ordered yesterday, but happy to know it won’t be months like other stores, as they told us everything would be in by July 10th! They had a great selection and workers were honest and provided great information on each piece we looked at! If we could have bought more we would have, but planning a wedding and moving into a new house is a lot at this time, but hopefully when able we can go back and have the same great experience!

Calvin Williams was a wonderful salesman at the shiloh IL location. He was personable, yet informative. Prices were a little higher than expected on our new couch, but the quality was much better than what we have seen elsewhere. All in all the trade off was worth it. Now we just have to wait for the true test.. shipping.. I was told 8 to 12 weeks. We will see how true that holds.

We worked with Calvin to find new bedroom, living room and dining room furniture as well as a new mattress. He was very informative, especially when it came to choosing the right mattress. We loved working with him and are excited for our July delivery in our new place! I highly recommend working with Calvin-I went to several other stores in the area (Value City, LaZBoy, Kloss, Kettle River) and he was hands down the best. Never pushy, just helpful!

I am doing this for my friend: Ashley's has take advantage of my friend she bought $4000 worth furniture back on March 29, 2021 and she received it on May 12, 2021 and they didn't send all the correct items wrong fittings for the bed frame. They then sent out new fittings and place them in my mailbox still the wrong fittings actually the same ones that they sent the first time. She called them and told them and has the actual text messages from the seller Rick and then talk to the manager who states Rick didn't place any notes into the order that he had been speaking to her about the issues. The manager states that it will be June 11 wpwq before he came anyone out to look at what the problem is. This is poor customer service and something should be done NOW.

Do not shop with Ashley furniture store! I bought lamps back in February and still have not received them and Ashley has my money for them. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with them again and encourage others to shop at other furniture stores such as Weekends Only, Value City, IKEA, etc but not Ashley. They will take your money and never come through with furniture on time or even call you if they forget about your order.

Ashley has quality furniture with affordable prices with real time delivery. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

I would recommend using Ashley Home furniture. They have a very nice modern selection and I found the sales person, Boyd was easy and honest to work with.
