Dishonest business practices. Misdirecting questions. Attempts to pull the wool over the customer’s eyes. Overwhelmingly disappointed by the quality of service we received when we were trying to make an informed purchase. Higher up confessed that the sectional we were interested in was not actually a brand Ashley carried and that he had bought it by “tonnage.” Steer clear.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Within three months of purchase it was apparent that we had a defective sofa and recliner. We were given the run around on the local level as well as corporate. Be aware that the Ashley Outlet is not an authorized seller and your warranty does not hold true (per the corporate office). When we finally were able to have our pieces looked at by the technician, he recommended replacing rather than the 5 hours it would take to repair in our home. The outlet store will not honor this. Do yourself a favor and go on down the road to Lay Z Boy. Our living room set purchased there is over 25 years old and still looks like new. Withstood raising two children. Ashley Outlet didn't hold up 3 months with 2 adults!!!!
Buyer Beware! Salespeople are extremely helpful and nice, however issues arise after you’ve made your purchase. They’ll be extremely unhelpful if there are any issues with the furniture you buy. They’ll sooner accuse you of causing any damage yourself and will hang up on you if you try to contact them about a solution to your faulty and damaged “new” piece of furniture. I hope anyone else has a better experience than we did.
Refused to mark down furniture to the price that was stated on the Ashley furniture website.

A guy named Ryan he wears 2 long earrings. His attitude is just nasty. He really had a customer that was really willing to pay whatever and the way he was talking to me was disgusting and I really didn't want to act up in the store so I walked off and he tore my paper up in front of me. Morgan on the other hand saved the day she was very helpful and polite and helped me get the furniture I wanted Thank you so much Morgan so now I edit my review and gave 4 stars instead of 1 because of Morgan
