So very disappointed with Ashley Furniture in Sterling Illinois we baught a couch and loveseat from them a floor model said it would be wrapped when dropped off on our porch and it was not so now it will sit out in the elements uncovered untill we get off work I dont know where real work ethics went but they have zero so ya thanks for lying to us hopefully no stray animals or birds get on it

Mike did an awesome job. Very easy and nice to talk to and work with. He got us pretty close to exactly what we wanted way under our planned budget. Compared prices between in store and Ashley online. Ended up mixing and matching from each to get us the best price. On top of that the manager took an additional 9.5% off our sectional. All this was in addition to the Labor Day sale.

Before walking into Knie’s had every intention of just browsing. We were in search of a new mattress but we had a certain budget and time frame that we would need it by. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Drayton, he was friendly and calm right off the bat, very easy to talk to. He was very resourceful, had as much knowledge and facts as he did personal opinions from his own experience. He picked up on a lot of details and options which helped us narrow down what exactly would work best for us and within our comfort zone. He helped us get the best deal with not only a mattress, but a few other pieces that had caught our attention, all without being even slightly aggressive/pushy. My wife and I will be recommending Drayton at Knie’s.

Extremely rude will not be buying anything from them.

Furniture is not readily available you have to wait six months to a year before you can receive your merchandise plus they want payment in full at the time of purchase!

I want to Thank Brandin McCaskey who came out and removed the broken piece in my table and put in a new one. He went above and beyond. 5 stars all day long!!!!

We were greeted as we walked in the door by a very upbeat and positive sales associate named Drayton. He made us feel as if we had known him for years. He wasn’t pushy, he gave us a chance to browse and was readily available when we needed him. He checked for other deals online and carried a cushion around the entire store so we could see what rug matched the couch we were buying. I would HIGHLY recommend Drayton for any furniture needs. We will 100% be back when it’s time to buy a bedroom set!

My fiancé and I were looking at couches for our new home and was greeted at the door by Drayton, he was amazingly helpful and made sure to look at the website and see what the prices were and make sure we got the best deals possible. Was not pushy or trying to sell us what we didn’t want, but instead made sure to help us make sure we got what we were looking for! I would 1000% recommend Drayton as a salesman if you go there! He will go up and over your expectations with some laughs and humor to match! We will definitely be back thanks to Drayton’s work and work ethic!

They have good furniture. Like other big chains, their marketing is unnecessarily convoluted. Bring your phone in and make sure they match any online pricing for the same items (no one's going to volunteer this info unless you ask). If you're better at negotiating than me, you might even be able to squeeze free delivery. Bottom line: good furniture but be prepared to do a little leg work to get the best deal.

Let me preface this review with saying that I informed the manager that every time I had to call to get an update on when to expect our couch after the agreed upon delivery date the stores star rating would go down a half star. If you're a math major that means I had to call the store 8 times after the couch was supposed to be in our living room. The original due date was mid-November. We got the couch on December 8th. Lots of shenanigans ensued but let me spare you the details. This rating being declared let me offer this up. I don't think it is the people of this store that are awful at their jobs. If the couch was there they would have delivered it. I think it is Ashley Homestore in general. Every one I interacted with at the store itself in Sterling was a wonderful person, the rating is for the store not those individuals.
