Had such a great experience with Mike B. I was indecisive and took a while to decide. When I finally came back, he got me the best deal. He was very helpful and not pushy, and I appreciated that! I highly recommend him😊
Dan is the man! Seriously though, best furniture shopping experience I've had in a very long time. I desperately needed a new bed despite the fact that mine was insanely comfortable, so I was nervous and picking one out. Dan recommended a mattress with a motion base that I have been in love with since the day it was delivered. Everyone warned me it would take a month to get used to a new mattress, and that just simply wasn't true. I couldn't be happier. I also bought a rocker recliner for my living room, and I'm loving that too!
My worst customer service experience with Ashley. This was my third sofa purchase from Ashley and my last! The first day I went to Ashely they would not or "could not" look up our Ashley card account information with our ID. They told me I needed my actual card. So I returned another day to purchase and pick up the sofa. When I went back to the store (as I was instructed by the saleswoman) to purchase a warranty. I was rudely told by the woman behind the desk that I was given the wrong information and I couldn't purchase a warranty. I tried to explain the saleswoman spoke with the manager regarding this purchase and it was offered to me before. But the woman appeared to be way too bothered by me and said it was not policy and there was nothing they could do. Turned her chair and went back to her computer. When I followed up with the saleswoman she couldn't believe they weren't selling me the warranty. She then went over to explain the manager approved the warranty sale. But the woman still would not listen and was rude and dismissive with her own co-worker in front of everyone in the store. I returned later in the week after the salesperson spoke with the manager to relay that the warranty was approved for purchase. By now this is the third day returning to the store and the same rude woman did not want to process my warranty. She avoided the sale, gave me some more policy non sense and was even on her phone when I was at the desk! She eventually had to process my sale. I can not believe that at the final and last step of completing a purchase that this Ashley Store would have such a rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional person to close the sale. This experience does not make me want to buy more from them. In fact it ruined another sale for them as I was going to buy a chair and rug after my warranty purchase but didn't after that horrible experience. I will be telling family and friends to consider the many other furniture stores in our area and not to go to Ashley.

I did my due diligence, shopped around and went to Ashley here in VH for quite a few reasons. 1) EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Susan helped me from day 1 when I walked in the store. She followed up, price quoted when I was even out of the store, made me aware of when the best sales were and did a great job of explaining everything. It was truly one of the more personable shopping experiences I have ever had. 5 Stars there. 2) I was shopping for a bedroom set, and the selection was very good. There was a wide variety of price and quality. I found them to have more then the local competitors and at more reasonable pricing 3) Delivery was right on time, the gentleman were polite, took off their shoes, and did a great job. I would and will be recommending Ashley here in VH to friends and family. Thank you!!!!
Purchased a nice bed at a nice price. But probably will never receive it. The delivery date keeps getting "pushed back". Now being told at least 2 months. We've made lots of calls and get lots of different answers. Our first order at Ashley. Probably our last.
Not very nice sales people, they seemed like they were in a rush. Once they found out I ordered furniture online for my living room they didn't feel the need to talk to me anymore even though I had questions and was looking for a dining set to purchase, their loss bc I cancelled my order and bought elsewhere. Customer service means a lot to me as I'm in the hospitality industry and once you make me feel like I'm not important,I take my business somewhere else.
I recently purchased two counter height barstools from Ashley HomeStore in Vernon Hills and was very happy with the service I received. The sales associate that assisted me, John, was incredibly helpful. Between his assistance and the Manager, Christian, all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated their help; it was definitely a positive experience and my chairs are great!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Michael met us at the entrance upon our arrival and helped us find a motorized recliner for my father, who was a couple of days away from getting released from the hospital for heart surgery. We shopped around and found our best value at Ashley. Michael said that we would have to wait over a week to receive our chair; the value was worth the wait. The next day my mother tries to cancel the order, because my father's nurse said we needed a recliner if he was to come home. Instead of cancelling the order, Michael goes above and beyond to get us the floor model; the manager agreed and we received the recliner later that day. This was my first experience with Ashley and I will certainly put Ashley at the top of my list the next time I'm furniture shopping. Give Michael a raise!
Manager Christian and sales associate Susan were wonderful help and walked around the store with me for multiple hours ensuring what I was buying would be perfect for me and my home. They didn’t beat around the bush and told me what I needed to hear when I asked! Highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called to return a dresser and nightstand days after it was delivered and was told they "do not have a return policy" and that all sales "are final". I have never heard of a company that does not have a return policy in my entire life. Not to mention the lady that calls herself a manager is disrespectful and rude and could not tell me where on my paperwork this policy was shown (because it's not). DO NOT go here!
The store is great but, it's not really the modern I was looking for. I thought it was "new" modern but it's more of a really old and rustic modern.

Do not finance anything through Ashleys. They use Synchrony bank. Synchrony bank charges high interest and uses bad business practices. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
Did damage to my house , will not do any follow ups . Still haven’t seen my dress drawer ( which they dropped down the stairwell) very unprofessional. Not a care in the world for the damage done. But my salesman was a good dude

Don't waste your time, the only nice person was the salesman, the customer service is so useless!!!!!!! I canceled my purchase because the deliver guys were "unable" to put the sofas inside the house. Here I am no money back after one week and three phone calls look at another place !!!! You'll save on headache pain medicine!!
Customer service and communication between consumer and store is lacking. I bought a king size bed and it took more than 3 weeks for the correct hardware to arrive at my house to assemble the bed in my home. I have been waiting several weeks now to get a technician to my home to fix the same king size bed and have been waiting almost 3 hours past the scheduled time and I have been told it will take several more hours.
Wish I could give no stars. Warranty is terrible. Our couch has piling and cushions are flat that were once replaced in the year we have owned this. Customer service is terrible and was told they replaced the cushions once and that is all they will do. Ashley furniture will not replace again even though the tech they sent out stated they need to be. We also have a 5 year warranty. What good is that if they only do one replacement. Terrible junk store. Don't waste your money. I am better off lighting it on fire!
