My experience with Ashley has been horrible, the 2 pieces of furniture I did receive of the large order in May have already broken and needed repair. Then their repair procedure is a nightmare and completely a burden for the customer who had nothing to do with their defective product! Then they supposedly opened service cases with a technician to repair the broken pieces 3 times, nothing happens, then I am expected to constantly call to see the status of my repair case only to find out they are canceled! I have been told that pieces of my order are in stock and then they are not delivered! I’m done with Ashley!

Went in the store location Avon on 36 and none of the store representatives greeted us and we felt ignored. Very rude and unprofessional.

The experience I received from Chris and Malik was beyond professional and helpful. They did not stop until I was comfortable with the choices I was picking and was knowledgeable about the product's benefits and possible problems. These two gentlemen also made sure I understood the financing process. Overall it was a great experience, one I would definitely do again.

Salesman was very nice and helpful. We purchased a new mattress and he was very good about answering all our questions.

It was great but the furniture didn’t fit and led like to try to return it but no one will text me back from customer service.l as I was instructed.

Freddy was amazing and was very very knowledgeable in our furniture buying experience. Every questions we asked him he was able to answer and showed us why we should consider the peices we did. We will definitely be back to purchase our sleep number bed when we have the cash to do so.

Purchased a dining room set that included 4 chairs, a bench, and the table in early February. The set was delivered “white glove” on February 28. Two gentlemen put the pieces together, said they were done, and left my home. I immediately noticed multiple areas of damage on the table top, 3 chairs, and 1 leg of the bench. I called the guest service number that same day and emailed photos at their request. I was told the parts for replacing the chair backs and bench would be ordered and delivered to my home but the table top would need to be assessed for repair before replacing. I argued that I ordered a brand new table that cost $1400+ and I would not accept a damaged repaired table. My concerns were not heard and a service man was scheduled to assess the table and came on March 11. The chair backs were supposed to be fixed at that time but he didn’t repair or fix anything. The chair backs were ready for replacement but the bench leg that was sent was not the correct part. He submitted paperwork and told us the table would be replaced. I waited a couple of weeks without hearing anything on the status of replacement. When I called the service number and Avon, IN store (where I purchased the table) no one knew a thing about the issues. So basically I was still at square one with nothing done to repair or replace the damages. I would receive AI generated messages almost daily from Ashley furniture that would only cause me more frustration. I would call weekly to the customer service number and the Avon store for assistance and was told a “escalation ticket” was placed. Never heard any follow up from the manager Tom or assistant manager Chris after I was assured they would give me follow up. During one phone call to customer service they offered me $100 to “just keep the table” and forget the damage. Just beyond ridiculous. After my weekly call to customer service in early May my concerns were finally put through to an escalation person who called me back, I sent all the photos of the damaged table again (because there were zero records of my previous contact attempts). And they sent a new table on May 16, 3 months after I received my original order. The way Ashley Furniture Avon, IN store and customer service line handles their business is disappointing and extremely frustrating to work with. Not to mention the waste the company spends on shipping multiple wrong parts and terrible lines of communication.

Purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture. Furniture needed a repair. Called the day of delivery about the cabinet door needing fixed or for them to replace the unit. They scheduled repair service for their earliest time which would be in 2 months from the time of delivery. On the day of the scheduled repair, the repair person completed first stop and we were the second stop. Time said he would arrive at our house at 10:42am, but he kept upping his time every 15-20 min. During this time, I realized his location was at a golf course. This was not his first stop location. Initially, I thought well maybe he stopped for lunch. But after two hours at the golf course, let’s be real…. he was golfing, not eating. Time finally upped to 12:45pm, which was 15min outside of my window, before I called customer service. Called customer service to no satisfactory solution. Had to cancel my appointment due to needing to go to work to prepare for an event. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Attached is the picture were the repairman was for over two hours after he completed his first stop. I was stop number 2. I called customer service and basically they could care less. Only stated that if I couldn’t stay and wait for the technician, I could reschedule for another day. At this point who knew when the technician was going to show up and I had already been waiting from my scheduled window of 9:30-12:30. They have no regard for their customers’ time, said they didn’t have a way to contact the repair technician, and when asked to speak to someone regarding my experience, that there was no one to talk to, that they would send an email to their 3rd party vendor. Maybe customer service should be handled at the local level and not outsourced. Local store said that this seems to be a common problem with corporate. All repairs and deliveries are not completed by Ashley and are done by a third party vendor. Wish I would have taken the first screen shot from 9:30am that had his location in a different spot and said the initial estimated time of arrival. And the following updates that showed him arriving to the golf course.

When we go into a store to shop and we are going to need help to find an item we’re looking for we like our presence to be acknowledged and someone to offer assistance. When we walked into the Ashley furniture near Avon, Stephanie immediately acknowledged us and ask how she could be of assistance. She took us to what we were looking for and describe the options. There was no high-pressure sales method only interest in our needs. She gave us plenty of time to make a decision about the items we were interested in. We finished the transaction by phone and online. It was good experience.

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley in Avon. I was able to browse freely in the well stocked showroom without pressure to purchase. Salesman Doug asked if I needed assistance, just let him know. I sat on several couches and found one I loved! It is made very well and will last for along time. The price was lower than competitive stores I had shopped in previously. I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought two couches and a chair on February 27th told it would come March 27th for delivery. Got a confirmation text 5 days before only to find out that that chair came in only. Told it would come April 30th, conformation text came April 25th only to get a call our order is not in..asked for delivery of at least the chair, now told it did not come in. So they lie and now chair is also on back order..advise not going to Avon Ashley furniture...if I could rate them zero I would!

The customer service was welcoming and supportive. I wasn't satisfied being how long it will take for me to receive my purchase and how expensive is delivery cost.

Great quality and help

I ordered a dining table and six chairs for “white glove delivery” for an extra $200 fee and the delivery was two hours late from the delivery window. After waiting all day for the delivery, the table top and three chairs were damaged. I had to wait another week for the table and other three chairs to be delivered which this table top and one chair were still damaged. I called customer service that same day and submitted photos of the damage. They told me someone would call the following day. I never got a call, so called back the next afternoon. I had to resend the photos and this customer service agent stated since the furniture was accepted, the only thing they would do is send a tech out to try and fix the damage. There is no reason why brand new furniture should be damaged and there is no other solution offered. This is the worst furniture delivery experience I have ever had and will NOT be getting any other furniture from Ashley. I just want a new table that is new and undamaged. It shouldn’t be that hard and I shouldn’t have to take off work every time they want to try and deliver a new table that maybe will not be damaged. Terrible and unacceptable service. Update: Ashely said they had to send a tech out to repair it, and the tech agreed it is not repairable. The tech put in the report and submitted photos; 5 days and never heard anything from Ashely. I called customer service, they said I had to use the online portal to make a claim. They online portal offered me $64 gift card or $42 in refund. I called customer service again and said that’s not acceptable, that I want the table I ordered undamaged. They finally put in for an exchange for the table top, no update on the damaged chair.

We were shown several options, landing on one that met our needs very well. We were give every option available to enhance our ownership of their product. They offered great warranties and protection plans for their products. We left happy with the purchase of a brown leather loveseat at a fair and competitive price. I had located the sectional I wanted online and had mapped out what pieces I needed to fit my living room. I went to the store to make sure the material was what I wanted. Sales associate took me to the display model right away and we mapped out the order quickly.

We have been on a 6 month journey to buy a couch. It didn’t take us this long to buy a car! We ended up purchasing from Ashley because we found the style we were looking for and there was little wait time to receive it. Our experience in the store was Great! Not the best customer service, was told I would be given a military discount until I got to the check out and she said, Oh I can't give you that and this deal. Also, they sold me the wrong couch and loveseat. I was supposed to have leather, I mentioned this numerous times in the store and what arrived this weekend was this soft polyester couch, they I am disgusted with. Do not go to Ashley Furniture. Over priced furniture! Spent over $2,000 on a couch and love seat that is now going to collect all the dog hair, stains, and smells, just wonderful! Thanks Ashley!

She noticed I was undecided and asked do I need time to decide. Stephanie welcomed us to get her if we need additional assistance. We appreciated all of that because we did not feel rushed on a decision. Stephanie has patience and never changed her expression while we were undecided. She went above and beyond to service our family.

The 0% for 60 months is what brought me back after a previous bad experience. They delivered my furniture in a decent time frame but communication was poor. My entertainment center came with no knobs and they didn't have my daughters bed on the truck. They said someone would follow up about the knobs and her bed. That was 4 days ago with still no communication. It's unfortunate they offer a great product and great financing options but can't follow through once they take your money. I spent almost $10,000 you'd think I'd be worth a phone call.

Im disappointed that the sofa I purchased wasn't like the one in the store. It's been several months of replacing cushions or the sofa support band. I was sent a replacement sofa but it had the same problem as the one I purchased. Then I learn Ashley doesn't offer refunds. Waiting on them to offer me an alternative solution.

Chance was very good with all my needs and had very good customer service. It was challenging for them because there were only 3 working but they all pulled together and did excellent. Thank you Chance if I need anything else I will definitely come see you.

I was approached by the sales lady Suzanne and we clicked. She didn’t pressure me she allowed me to walk and look as I pleased. We went into Ashley Furniture a few weeks ago to look around. Fred helped us and was knowledgeable, not pushy, and very nice! We wanted to just look and “think on it”. We went back today and requested Fred as our salesman and he helped us with our beautiful sectional purchase! He made the purchase process very smooth and we enjoyed him as a person and salesman from start to finish! Highly recommend requesting Fred for your furniture purchases at Ashley!

The salesman was awesome. He did not follow me around the store like the lady at Godby did. He gave me plenty of time and space to browse, compare, think etc. At the end he worked with me to get something within my budget. Will definitely be going back the next time I need furniture.

Ordered living room furniture on black Friday. Delivery has now been delayed twice and I have no furniture for Christmas. Canceling my order if no resolution by today. Absolutely the worst!!

Ashley furniture was amazing! We bought our furniture in June thinking our closing on our home was July 5. That didn’t happen. We actually just moved into our home Dec 16th. They held onto our sale patiently for us. When it was time for it to be delivered they sent two of the nicest delivery guys. Great job Ashley furniture!!!!

The furniture process was easy and the selection was plentiful

My experience was when ordering a couch and chair was that I got the couch and no chair. If you can't get your furniture in a week or 2. Don't sell it

The people at Ashley were nice, but talked us into an extended warranty. We payed for the 5 year warranty, and 2 years after purchase our teens bed broke while laying on it. The mattress fell right through. Not covered. My son’s dresser is off track and the drawers don’t line up. Not covered. Crack in dresser side. Not covered. Don’t pay for the warranty they cover nothing!

Chris was awesome! He was super friendly and not pushy at all. He gave us our space and let us look around the store, but was still around when we needed help or had questions. Next time we go back we’ll be asking for him to give him our business

Lots of options but I personally can’t shop when I’m being asked 100 times what I like. I know this is something all sales people do but it makes me super anxious.

This purchase was bad from the start. Sales person was new. I purchased a mattress and bedroom set, spent over 5000 dollars. Purchased a mattress protector at the store sales person said he could not let me take the mattress protector with me and it would be delivered with the mattress. That was a lie we had to drive to the store and pick it up. When they delivered my order they didn't send the items to mount the mirror to the dresser. Finally I was able to get a scheduled installation for my mirror then it was canceled because it was more than 2 weeks out. This store has gone to heck never buying from them again

As we speak I am waiting on my furniture that I ordered. I was promised 2 different delivery dates. My sales rep was the worse. He should not be working in this field. Please DO NOT shop at this store I have been trying to reach a manager for days and there is no way to reach anyone. I am very dissatisfied and this will be my last experience with Ashley in Avon. I want to give ot zero stars!!

*Update* The floor staff provided us with all the answers we needed. Although we had a hiccup on the exchanging of our bed. Customer service IS horrible and working in customer service myself there seems to be no concerns or resolution provided for customer satisfaction. For this reason alone (and I know this statement is often taken lightly 😊) we will bypass doing business with Ashley in the future. Great store presence, but customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

Saw a rug I liked that was within a display asked if they sold rugs too was told yes., was given a discount but did not realize until home they sold me a used display rug. Rug has hump that won’t go away as at some point it has been folded and not rolled up. Who knows how long it’s been a display rug. Good luck getting in touch with them by phone.

I bought a dining table Nov 2022 and received the table top, the chairs and four legs but not the bracelets or the shelf that goes below the table top that attaches to the legs so my table top has sat in my dining area for almost one year trying to get the parts to put my table together. NO ONE has been able to help me until today October 19, 2023. I have called the store, customer service, the corporate office, customer care, transferred from one number to another with no help. Because I moved, my warranty was no longer valid so be careful of that. Never again will I buy again from Ashley.

I would give zero stars if possible. Was supposed to get delivery between 2-5. Never showed up never called nothing. I tried calling them with little success but did speak with someone finally and was told furniture would be delivered by 6:30. 6:30 comes and goes still no delivery. Reach out again and told 7:50. That time comes sent text message saying driver was on his way then 5 mins later send text saying delivery was canceled. So, no furniture and a waste of my entire afternoon evening. Do not do business with them.

Sophia and Tom were simply amazing! Sophia was very patient with me and was able to direct me to exactly what I needed. Needless to say… I’m no longer sleeping on an air mattress.🤣

I was not impressed at all of the "gentleman" closing out my purchase. He tried to overtalk me, sell me things that I didn't want, and was plain rude.I almost walked out, and would have if I did not have a coupon for $599 to use.

Salesman was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were on time, efficient but, didn’t speak any English. We are an English speaking country. It is offensive when people don’t care enough to learn the language of the land.

Did the finance through the company, was able to get home and go over all the paperwork found out it was not within my budget cancelled the same day was told I had to keep the mattress protector that they had me leave the store with. I don’t have a delivery date for 13 days so nothing to even use this mattress protector for and they told me I had to keep it. I was never told any of this in the store or while signing papers in the store! The finance company actually stated I can return at any time. Sophia and Christopher are horrible employees and do not explain terms to anything as long as they get their money that is all they care about

I was told that I had 30 days to determine if my mattress fit my needs or not. Then I went in and was told oh that mattress doesn’t have a trial after less than 2 weeks. Why did the salesman Chris tell me that it did? Then I was told a ticket was being put in for someone to reach out to me and that has been almost a week ago. Very angry and disappointed. I normally receive great customer service. Now since there’s no customer service in the store anymore it’s impossible to talk to anyone.

Enjoyed our experience with the floor staff, however delivery and poor customer service has resulted in a one star review. The delivery of the couch was missing a back cushion. A picture was sent and was informed that day that a replacement would be delivered. Four days later when I called customer service they hadn’t order it yet but said they would. After a week a cushion cover only was delivered not the actually cushion. I called back several times with my order number but stated they couldn’t help me because they didn’t know what couch I had ordered even though they had my order number. Multiple phone calls in and still no help and an incomplete couch. Three weeks in and can’t get a simple cushion sent

Our experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent. We wanted to look for a sofa for our basement family room. We actually ended up buying more than that.. a loveseat, a chair & a half, an ottoman and an end table. We were greeted by an associate as soon as we entered but they left us alone to explore on our own, which we wanted to do. An associate checked in with us frequently but never hassled us. As soon as we decided what we wanted, an associate immediately took care of us, giving us the discount for the Labor Day sale. We’re we’re offered the protection package/ warranty but no pressure was put on us… which we appreciated. We are eagerly awaiting our furniture delivery.

We had been looking for a guest bedroom bed for sometime and didn't want to spend a lot money. Our sales person listened to our requirements and was showed us several options. He was professional and easy to work with. We are satisfied with the bed and mattres he put together fot us while keeping our budget in mind. Definitely will shop Ashley in the future.

For furniture, this was more my taste. Made several purchases , over multiple days with one delivery date, Yes!!!

I had found chairs online that I was interested in, went to the showroom to see if they had them, which they did not. The sales staff couldn't show me anything else with the same color/fabric as he'd "never seen it". Online is free standard shipping, the store tried to slip in $99 delivery free and could only offer a $65 doorstep delivery as a cheaper option. After being told to not order online as coming into the store would save me money and get better service, I left quite disappointed after wasting my time. The manager seemed annoyed that he had to cancel the transaction and wasn't sure he could do it. Don't waste the trip to the store, if you see it online, just order it. I was going to let it go but after multiple texts insisting I leave a review, here we are.

Bad experience in Ashley of Avon, Indiana, I was shopping for a barstools, found the ones I liked, but not the color I need, so I checked online at Ashley website founded it, and then went and asked the customer representative about it, but the stools where different price in store from online, ( didn’t said online only) , she recommended buying online, I when out the store, but then I asked my self why not asking about price match, and back into the store, front desk was a guy who said the price difference was more of 30% and they will not make money and asked me how I will feel to work and not make money, I asked for the manager maybe he will do the transaction because they don’t work for commissions ( they nevar called manager) between him and Ali nees, make feel so bad and the I was asking for free stuff, we have bedrooms , dinner and leaving room, furniture from Ashley ,I don’t think was right the way the treat us , just because was small purchased, I will make sure family and friends don’t go into this store they so bad…

Absolutely insane what they want for furniture of that quality. Open a drawer on any one of their dressers and you will see what I mean. Costco will cost roughly the same for furniture, but drastic quality difference.

Jimmy was very courteous from the start he let us shop but checked on us occasionally to see if we had any questions. He checked on the loveseat we wanted to see when it would be in for us . We never had to really wait very long on anything. In the future I will gladly deal with Jimmy again and I highly recommend him with all are furniture needs in the future.

7/9/2023 Adding details. Reached out again to Ashley Furniture on 6/27 via the provided email address. As of July 9, Ashley Furniture has not responded via phone or email. Followed up on July 9. The delivery experience we encountered was absolutely unacceptable and resulted in a section of a sofa being damaged by the installers, followed by a 12" long scratch in our oak floor. This was after they threw all the sofa pieces into the yard from their truck, covering them in grass and mulch. And during the entire delivery process, one of the two installers was standing in my living room playing on his phone, not helping at all. I am awaiting Ashley Furniture to contact me to resolve this matter, including waiving the $500 "white glove" delivery fee and providing a discount on the merchandise to account for the flooring repairs needed.

I bought a dining table and bed from this store, also paid for the supposed white glove service. I received scratched furniture the first time around, so some of the furniture was left and the items that were scratched would come at a later time. Now, delivery comes a second time and they bring a new table but forgot the hardware to put it together. It took 5 visits total to have everything installed. Now one of my chairs is broken and every time I try to call customer service or anybody else, the automated voice says it’s closed. Incredibly disappointed as this is not the experience I had with delivery from crate and barrel. I am trying in good faith to get this chair swapped but this company doesn’t answer the phone

We worked with Doug in the Avon, IN store and he was great! Professional, polite and was not a pushy salesman. He got us what we wanted at a great price! We did have multiple issues with our sectional when it was delivered. One piece had a tear in the fabric, one pillow had a blue ink stain across it, and the chaise piece had a large gap in the back and the cushion would not fit properly. We had to call customer service for all of these things and they were fast in replacing the piece with the tear and the pillow, but for the chaise we had to send in photos and have a subcontracted furniture repair company come look at the issues. He pretty much said he couldn’t fix the defect and then we had to keep calling Customer service to get them to replace the piece. They did eventually but we had to take the initiative to keep on the outstanding service claim. Now that it’s all finished we are very happy with the sectional, it was just a pain to have to replace 3 pieces of a brand new unit.

This review is regarding my wife’s experience at Ashley’s. We got a couch and it started looking really bad within 2.5 months. We have been trying to contact Ashley’s regarding this issue. And I will remove my review upon getting a credit for a new couch. This one costed more than $3,000. We have a warranty and are awaiting a technician to come view our couch. He hasn’t come in over a month and we keep calling back while we keep getting the runaround. I will remove this review upon assistance.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I purchased a couch through Ashley‘s and the customer service people keep giving me to different numbers. (The run around) they purposely make the customer team very hard to understand. I’ve only had this couch for 2.5 months and it looks like this… (pictures below) I’m trying to get a technician to come and view the couch but they won’t come. I’ve called so many times and no one actually helps. I tried to avoid leaving a review until I had enough. This is my couch, I have a warranty but it doesn’t seem to be put to good use since no one can help me. I don’t want the same replacement because it’s obvious this is couch bad quality. I’m hoping for a credit to get another couch. This one was over 3k and this is what it looks like in 2.5 months.

We had stopped at another local furniture store (Kittles) and they didn’t even give us the time of day, and where to busy on their phones to ask us if we needed help finding anything. As soon as we walked into Ashley’s furniture we were greeted and asked if we needed help finding something. Sales lady stayed with us until we found the perfect piece of furniture that we were looking for. Quality of furniture at Ashley’s was the same as the previous high end store we had just been to.

Please never shop here. They delivered a table with scratches on it and didn’t put it together properly with stripping the screws. We refused delivery but they said we had to accept the scratched table and that we would have to take it up with the store in person. When they came back to get the table, they had to borrow my (the customers) tools and use my duct tape. They forgot a table leg at the house when they left so I had to schedule a third time for them to come back out and get what they forgot to take. I was then promised my money back within 8 business days and that was a lie. I had to file a dispute with Ashley furniture and they said it would take 60 days now. Worst customer service I have ever delt with. You can find better furniture at goodwill, I promise. Please save yourself the hassle.

There’s never a manager available to address your issues, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited on a couch for two months and they have delivered it four times damaged or dirty. The first three times I sent the pieces back. The fourth time my partner accepted the delivery and one of the pieces were the wrong color. Someone delivered the missing piece and it was filthy

Staff was pretty helpful software had a little hiccup but after a few short minutes everything was then sorted out. Also Ashley furniture should try to promise people better shipping dates nobody wants to hear they may have to wait between 2-16 weeks to receive their furniture but overall was a decent experience

It took us a year to completely get all of our furniture that we ordered!!! Communication from the store was non existent. You have to call to check up on your order and when items come in stock they do not inform you. The phone number they give you to check on your order is a call center in another country but when you try to call the actual store no one answers. We had to go into the store multiple times to talk to someone. The furniture is nice once we received it but it sure has been a headache.

I would be leaving a zero star review if I could because they do not deserve a star. This has been the worst experience of my life. The most unprofessional, unhelpful, rude experience. Do not buy your furniture here. You will be wasting your time. Literally wasting your time, they do not care to make you wait and will not call to let you know when they will actually be there. This is a terrible company who will just give you a run around. Where is my sectional? Who knows and they can’t tell you because the can’t call their delivery drivers. Literally what they told me. I was told to “just wait” and was hung up on 3 times. The agents are extremely unhelpful. Do not go through this. Also going into the store doesn’t help. They aren’t very polite when you aren’t buying furniture that day. Go anywhere else.

After waiting 17 WEEKS I visited the store hoping to get info on delivery date. Was told it was 'in transit" and, taking my email address was told I would receive an update within two working days. No email, ever. I made it very clear that if it was not here in a week I would take legal action to cancel and get my money back. Magically, a week later I received a call it was ready to pickup and given number to call to arrange pickup. Number connected to what I assume was the Ashley 'international' agent. She, with a very heavy non-USA accent acknowledged it was ready ( going by the phone number ) but had NO idea where it was and could not find the Avon, Indiana store listed on her computer. I asked her to look for it in Plainfield and Indianapolis as well. Nothing. I made a GOOGLE search for Ashley Avon finally found the number to call where I was able to confirm it was there and I was able to pick it up. Bottom line - only time will tell the quality of the furniture purchased, but it doesn't matter, I will never shop or recommend Ashley stores again. Should have stuck with the other store I've used previously.

I was seriously perplexed by the fact that the online price and in store prices vary. It can be very confusing for the customer. Lucky we had good customer service in store at the Avon, In location. I went in asking for what I wanted and he was polite. They are a bit pushy on the warranty selling but I get it coming from a retail background.

Frank and Sophia provided outstanding customer service. We were in need of a comfortable recliner for a family member that was to be released from the hospital. Understanding the urgency of the situation, Frank conveyed that a couple were available on the showroom floor. Other furniture distributors stated that this type of item would take several days, if not weeks, to fill an order. Upon arrival, Sophia escorted me to the products, and she identified an additional recliner that was available. This find proved perfect! She was prompt and courteous with the sale process, and Frank was considerate regarding our situation and assisted with loading the recliner into my truck. The recliner continues to serve its purpose extremely well. Thanks to this Ashley team for effectively solving our short-fused challenge!

The length of time it took to get my items was unbelievable. Then when I called I was made to feel like you ordered the items wait on it or cancel. When I went into the store the manager did take time to help me find other items that were readily available, but nothing compared too what I had ordered. He did what he could to made the situation a little better and that was the only reason I didn't cancel the entire order. I placed my order in May of 2022 and it just arrived Oct. 19th.

I placed my order for my bedroom set in June. I finally have the whole set in October. It is definitely worth the wait. My sales person was great. The delivery drivers were all friendly and efficient. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a chair 6 wks ago. Said it would be delivered November 21. No chair. Tried calling several times a day the last week and nobody would answer the phone. Just wanted to know why there was a delay on my delivery.

My husband and I just spent almost $4000 on a bedroom set and everything about the service from the time we left the store until delivery was horrendous. The furniture is great, just a few dings and we had to set up our own furniture after we paid extra for the white glove service. They didn't even put on handles on them.We have a mirror on our dresser that is not attached and just like everything else, nothing but delivery and putting the bedframe together. We also only got 3rd party delivery, not even an Ashley truck. This was our first time using Ashley and probably our last. We will go elsewhere.

We even left and did further shopping with area competitors, caught lunch then texted Fred stating we were coming back. He was thoughtful, made an appointment ensuring he would be available to assist. We have purchased MANY items totaling over $20k from Ashley Furniture in the past and I sincerely must say…THIS WAS THE BEST & MOST POSITIVE experience we have ever had! I am currently in a transition & will be looking to change out all my furniture in the future. I will DEFINITELY be seeking assistance from Fred! If there was an option to give them no stars I would. I only added one star so I could post this. It has been the worst expirience EVER dealing with them!!!!! I've orded prior with them and had no issues which is why I decided to use them again, BUT NEVER AGAIN. I bought a bedroom set and mattress totalling $12,200 and i have been delievered the temperpudic matress dirty twice!!!! the delivery guys eneded breaking an item from my house the second time they replaced the mattress. I have to wait to call back so they can send a technician to come and clean it! But wait thats not all....they broke the side rail of the bed frame during installation. The drawers do not work. They dont go in all the way and get stuck. I had all this delievred on 08/31 and have yet to have a technician come check out the drawers. Paul that works at the AVON store was super rude and after I told him i wanted someone higher to speak with he said he was the only person there. I spoke with a so call Dominique from "corparate" and she said theres nothing to do. I asked for them to take all of it back and jsut give me a refund as they had no came to look at any of the broken items. Needless to say if you are going to be purchasing and giving the your hard earn money please be advice that there customer service is horrible!!!! ABSOLUTE WORST! I've called every other day since delivery date and Ive called just about every number and no one can help me. RIDICULOUS!

Customer service SUCKS. The guy who helps you looks like a deer stuck in headlights and is extremely slow. It's not a pleasant experience if you have issues. Which I and my sister both had issues with our orders.

It took almost a month and a half for the delivery to to even be scheduled but it was worth the wait because our furniture is beautiful. The gentleman who set every thing Up were very prompt, polite and worked very fast to set up. They cleaned up the mess very nicely and positioned my furniture where I had asked. Thanks!

The ABSOLUTE WORST shopping experience I've had in my life!!! Have shopped at Ashley many times during my life with satisfactory results, but the Avon IN location has both terrible customer service and management teams.

The delivery crew is always great, efficient, professional, and polite. HOWEVER, we will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again! It's been a year and while we understand the supply problem, we were told it was in stock and deliverable in 6-8 weeks. Here we are a year later and STILL don't have it all. We got some stuff after 6 months but they kept the headboard and footboard because they didn't have the rails. Then they didn't have the headboard and footboard because they gave it to someone else. We finally thought we were done when they came today. NOPE they only brought ONE night stand and when I tried to not have it delivered and cancel the other one, Dee Perkins at the AVON, IN store told us we could not return it or refuse it because the delivery team had already showed up. She offered to exchange it for a different nightstand that then would not match the rest of the bedroom suit. The only reason why they get one star is because I can't give them a zero and still post it.

Danielle was very helpful in helping us understand our options for a couch purchase and any other pieces we could be interested in. We left feeling very satisfied with our couch purchase. It can take time for it to be delivered, like weeks. If you want something quicker you may head to another store. It comes with a warranty for a year so I am glad I did not get the upholstery warranty. I got that on another piece and tried to have a cushion cleaned. Marker is not covered . Not sure if same for Ashley warranty but I have not had a lot of luck with the warranties.

We waited 6 months to get furniture. We were told 3-4 months and after the 4th month we started calling. It was very difficult to get anyone to talk to. You can’t even directly call the store, which made it even worse. When we finally got furniture one of the five pieces was wrong and two other ones were damaged. No timeline on getting the correct items to us. We will not be back.

Initial purchase went great. Item was purchased because we were told it was in stock at the warehouse and we could pick it up there the next day. Arrived for pickup and was told the item must be transferred from another facility, a delay of four days. Sales person has not responded to phone calls. I will never purchase another item from Ashley. I suggest you avoid them as well.

Sales person quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery, it took 10 weeks. I scheduled it to be delivered multiple times, I was canceled on hours prior to delivery twice. Finally, I was called mid-day by the delivery truck driver and told they were in town with my delivery and wanted to deliver within the hour, even though I was not scheduled until the next evening. My couch and chair were finally delivered July 30, but the reclining mechanism began malfunctioning within 48 hours of receiving the furniture. I placed a call to customer service and they offered to replace the chair. They have scheduled delivery 3 times now, the delivery drivers don’t show up or call and tell me that they cannot find my house and that I will need to reschedule. Now, the couch’s reclining mechanism is also malfunctioning after only 2 weeks of use. I have called customer service 10+ with no solution. They are denying a refund on clearly poor quality manufacturing. Don’t waste your money here.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Ordered a dining room table and chairs at the end of August 2021. When it finally arrived in March 2022, the table was split down the middle and pieces were missing. We immediately called for an exchange and were told the product was discontinued and we would have to exchange it from another store somewhere in the US or get a different product. After numerous date changes, the product finally arrived at the end of June... it took an entire 10 months to finally get our order. The manager at the Avon, IN store where we originally ordered the product was absolutely zero help in the process....she was terrible... absolutely uncaring and unconcerned about the predicament we were in. She thought it appropriate to tell us that we could go look at different stores ourselves to see of any store had the product in stock that we might be able to exchange. She never offered to try to call other stores to see if there was an exchange product available. Make no mistake, we will NEVER shop at Ashley furniture again!!

I have had nothing but issues with Ashley 's ever since I ordered over $5000 worth of furniture. We ordered four dining chairs, and a full king size bedroom suite. We were told it would take until the end February to get everything in. No problem. I put my down payment and waited. February came so I called to get an ETA. The gentleman at customer service advised nothing would be available until April. I stated I did not want to wait 2 more months for my furniture and to cancel everything. Lisa from the Avon location gave me a call and helped me work out a plan. She confirmed the table, chairs, chest, bed frame, and head board could get to us by middle of March. I said that would work for me. My fiance and I had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 6 months at that point so whats another couple weeks. March comes and they drop off my four chairs, table, and the chest. Not only did they not deliver what was stated above, the delivery driver also only had 3 legs of my table. Told them to take the top of the table back but leave the chairs and chest. When I called Lisa and advised what happened, she kindly confirmed they would bring it back out ASAP. Perfect! I asked when the remainder of our furniture would be in. She tells me not until May. So, not only did they mess up my delivery, but now I am also not getting the furniture they told me I would get in March, until May. I canceled the remaining furniture and requested when they drop off the table they also take the chest with them. They advised they would not take it unless it was an exchange. At this point I was just done so I told them don't worry about it. We get our first bill and they are still charging me for the ENTIRE BEDROOM SET that we didn't even get! I've reached out to them three times in the past month to get this resolved. We just received another bill for the same amount. I have tried to be kind and understanding but I am at my whit's end with them. Nobody has even attempted to reach out to me to confirm details. I will never shop at Ashley's again. The stress isn't worth the "quality" of the furniture.

We went in with our 4 young children to shop for couches yesterday and the employees were beyond helpful and welcoming! We found couches and chairs we liked, and Jimmy helped us purchase them and set us up for delivery. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll update once we get the couches, but the store experience Was fantastic!

Ashley Furniture has been awful to deal with! We purchased our home in September 2021. We bought 2 different sets for our home. We were told our furniture would arrive at the end of December/early January. That quickly turned into March and now May. Our furniture finally arrived on May 27, 2022. Paul at the store was extremely rude and hard to deal with. We had purchased a different kitchen table from someone else. We tried to cancel it. To this day, we have been going through all sorts of hoops trying to get our money back! They do not answer their phone calls or listen to their voice mailbox. I have had to go in person on multiple counts with no sucess. I will never shop at Ashley furniture. I would rather spend more at a better place than Ashley. UPDATE: After countless attempts with corporate and in-store associates, we were unable to get our issue resolved. We continued to go in circles and neither store and corporate would do anything. The response from owner was useless too. All Ashley wants to do is look good and try to look like they are getting their customers issues resolved. The way Ashley has treated us is unacceptable, and we will NEVER shop at Ashley again!

The store and the sales people are good. However, we were told up to 16 weeks for delivery. 19 weeks later, the date has changed 4 times and they still have no idea when it will be in. If you want furniture within 6 months, I would go somewhere else.

Horrible experience with this company. Dont waste your money on the delivery. Pay way to much money for them to tell you its going to take more than a month to get some of your items. If you dont have it then dont sell it! And to top it off when your delivery date does arrive they call and tell you their truck broke down...or they cant put your stuff together because their drill died. Definately will not recommend in the future.

Prices were midrange. Selection was decent. Dealt with two different salespeople, both were helpful without being pushy.

We got a good deal on furniture from them, but the hassle in trying to get the correct pieces delivered in undamaged condition has been a nightmare. We ordered a sectional in October 2021. Because of supply chain issues, it was not delivered until February 2022. Since then, we have continued to try to get a damaged piece replaced and another damaged piece repaired and they continually show up to deliver the wrong pieces of furniture. Don't bother trying to call the store either. They don't answer and you get transferred to a customer service line every time.

Sofia was particularly helpful with providing options and meeting me at my price range, to include delivery and set-up. She was also very sweet and kind enough to listen to all of the issues leading up to this necessary purchase.

Went in the evening early in the week. We were greeted by a very nice associate. He was patient and walked us around pointing out what would fit our needs. While it was not the one we wanted that was cancelled by another company it would fit us and allow dogs (60lb pit bull and 100 large breed mix) to cuddle with us. We knew already that it could take 2-3 months for us to get it but we actually got the call less than a month later. The delivery people were very nice and professional.

New purchase 4/22/23 The purchase experience was very pleasant and the staff were great. I look forward to receiving my bedroom set. The price point was within my budget as well. Purchasing experience was easy. We picked up the furniture up at the distribution center with no issues. We love the sofa.

Ordered two recliners November 14th, paid for them and was told 12 to 16 weeks delivery. Called at week 14 and was told the end of march. Stopped in the store today and was told end of july. If you want furniture, dont go here. They take your money and just give you excuses for not delivering.

I really got hands on service. No stress or trying to sell me anything. They let me shop as I wanted to. I brought a new sofa and a recliner. She even took a pillow off the sofa so I could match the recliner to the color of they sofa. I also liked the 5 year warranty if anything happens to either item if they can not fix the item. They will replace the item for me. They also give you repayment options. I was also approved for their card. I was very pleased. _______________ It is April 13th 2022 this is the update from the previous remark I made above. I received my furniture on the day that it said it was going to be delivered. I had a recliner and a sofa. The recliner came in and two pieces a snapped it together. the sofa was something else they couldn't get through my door I live in a small apartment and my door has a closet across from it and they couldn't maneuver it through the door so they took it back. I spoke to someone on the phone that the guy called to deliver the furniture and let them know that I did not accept the sofa because they couldn't get it through the door. I'm going to Ashley's in the morning when they open to make sure I'm not charged for the sofa which will bring my bill down a lot. Also the guy that put the chair together the recliner didn't give me a chance to look at the recliner and make sure it was okay I looked up he was out the door.

I went to Ashley looking for a coffee table and possibly a bedroom suit. I was greeted by the manager but I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name! He was so kind and very patient, very knowledgeable in the products, never pushy. Once I had made my decision, he asked if I would mind doing the paperwork with his sales associate, Jimmy. Jimmy was much of the same, very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Jimmy assisted me with looking at the Tempur-pedic beds to compare to the sleep number bed I had recently decided on. He answered all of my questions in great detail and allowed me plenty of time to go back-and-forth comparing the beds. Thanks to these two very kind gentlemen, I was very pleased with my purchases and cannot wait for my new furniture! It is delivering sooner than I thought it would and pray that all goes as well as the in-store experience I had tonight!

First experience with Ashley Furniture and WOW was I impressed!! No pushy salesman/women. I loved that. They let me take pictures of the Furniture I liked so I could come back later. Came in today and everything was so easy! I highly recommend talking to Kenny or Douglas both awesome!!

I had made a virtual appointment on December 6th, 2021. Purchased a couch and was to receive a $50 Mastercard the following week. I still have not received it as of January 31, 2022. I have been in full correspondence with the store representative who I had a virtual appointment with and the store manager since then (text, phone, and email messages) Went to the store on January 17, 2022 and was told NOW it would be in the mail within 7-14 days. Still not here as of January 31. I have lived at my residence over 22 years, same email and phone number. No update's to a wrong email, phone number or address which the store has verified throughout this ordeal. I am rating this as a 1 because of the run around and will continue to pursue.

I've been a long-time customer with ashley furniture in Avon, indiana, This post is nothing against the store itself. It is against the warranty department ashley furniture and mattress store, I would not recommend Ashley premium mattress because because I was convinced that this mattress would come with a warranty it is a Ashley brand premium. The mattress warranty on this particular mattress only covers tears, and if something gets wet on the mattress that may seek through. It's sister it, I also purchased a mattress Protector And additional $300. That I was told would have covered the mattress warranty . The store salesmen have done everything that they could do to try to help me. But this is on the 12 department they sent a Technician out to look at my mattress, he took pictures and meyou're missed and stated to me that I will have to fight would ask me to get a next change or Wi-Fi for this mattress. He also stated that this was not a good mattress. Because pillow tops are just not that mattress anymore. So I have contacted the warranty department of Ashley Furniture & mattress store. They indicated to me that the technician stated that there was nothing wrong with this mattress for it to be exchanged at this time. My problem with the mattress is that it does not sleep. Very well, my lower back is in so much pain from sleeping on. This mattress is what I explained to Several representatives , I also have spoke with the manager in the Warranty department by the name of Angela. She also said that ashley does not exchange mattresses or refund them for discomfort. I have invested hard on money for a good quality. Mattress, Please don't waste your money buying mattresses from Ashley furniture. They will not honor their mattress under no circumstances. My opinion Companies get so bit. They don't take pride in the quality of merchandise that they're selling. And they should honor the consusir. Because you're still trying to stay in business. So maybe this won't affect Ashley furniture and the Mattress store right now because I'm one customer. But later on down-the-line, more customers that may have complaints about the same issue. It will start affecting this company one day. So this company may have gotten away with What I feel like. Taking my hard earned money. Maybe be a Scam, because this company isn't Honoring what they say they will When you're making a purchase.

The first salesman I dealt with wasn’t very helpful. Every item I asked about, without even looking it up he said 8-12 weeks delivery. I said the sign on that one says available for immediate delivery. He said yeah that’s not true. Then once I picked a set he said actually I have to leave, I’ll get another salesman and be right back. After 20 minutes I went and found someone to help me. The 2nd salesman’s name was Franklin! Super helpful and amazingly enough the furniture I picked is being delivered Jan 4th. I left 4 stars due to the fact the first salesman wasn’t helpful and ditched me.

We have called and called and called put on eternal hold or told “not my department, I will transfer you. Even went into the store spoke to a Lisa, stated she would look into and call me. NO CALL, NO POWER CORD!! WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE AVON STORE!

Good Black Friday deals, respectful sales staff, and good variety of products. After some hunting we found some lovely and reasonably priced items to furnish our master bedroom.

No pressure to buy anything was able to shop around till we had questions, and then the sales person was great at helping.

We had really expected to be bombarded with salespeople following us around but we’re pleasantly surprised. We looked for quite a while and spoke to Mike at the Avon, IN location. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us decide on a living room suit. He showed us all the options and was very quick to explain all of them to us to get us the best deal possible for us. We would definitely go back again.

Lots of great furniture to look at. And pre Black Friday 25% off prices. Great salesman helped us and made the purchase very easy. So glad we stopped. Go take a look!

I always hated going to furniture stores because there was always the sales person breathing down your neck and pushing for the sale. Ashley’s was the complete opposite!! Our sales person was so pleasant and showed us to what we were looking for and gave us our space to talk and think over our options. I left with a wonderful purchase and an amazing experience!! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!!

Purchased living room and office furniture today from Avon location, salesperson was very professional found most of the furniture on line and they price matched. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

When we were in the store ordering, I was very happy with the experience and even told the salesman I would go write a review for him, if that would help. I came home and gave them five stars. But then everything crashed and burned pretty quickly. All the comments you’re seeing about bad customer service are beyond true. The salesman, James G, was great when we were there. But the second our order was placed/financials were confirmed we were treated completely differently. To make an incredibly long story short, the wrong couch was delivered (salesman put the orientation in wrong). But when we called him and texted him - no answer. We also called the store, no answer. We had to physically go to the store to be able to speak to somebody. It was not on a weekend by the way, mid day during the week. The salesman was indeed there - so clearly we just weren’t important enough to respond to. He said he would work on it, etc. We obviously wanted the order expedited quickly as this was their error. The next day we texted him for an update. No response. Another text, no response. A third text, no response. Then we received an automated call saying we could schedule our delivery. The closest date was a little over a week out and we took it. The week passes and the day before it is due do arrive I call to get a timeframe for the delivery (so I can takeoff work and be home). At that point I was told that the delivery was actually not ready to be delivered and would be another 6 to 8 weeks. Again, I only found this information out because I called to get a timeframe for when it was supposed to be delivered the following day. Nobody from the store, or our salesman, or their corporate delivery team, or whoever contacted us. I would’ve taken the day off work to sit and wait for a couch that didn’t come had I not called for a timeframe. So I contact the store, again. I spoke with the manager Lisa, who essentially just blamed production line issues and delays due to Covid. I pointed out that production issues have nothing to do with the fact that her salesman entered it in wrong to begin with, then would not respond to us, nobody would answer the store alliance we had to physically go in, then nobody contacted us to say it was delayed again. All of that boils down to bad communication and no respect for us as a customer. Not product issues. During my phone call with her she took no responsibility for her salesman or the store, and talked over me/interrupted me to the point where I had to say “I would like to finish what I’m saying, please.” She very clearly didn’t like that, and had a tone the rest of the phone call. Again, this woman is the MANAGER. It is no wonder the salesman treat people the way they do if this is her attitude towards customers. She said she would see if she can call and get it Rush ordered, and I will hear from her by the end of the day. Of course, I did not. With that, I emailed and said I needed the whole thing canceled. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t offer any solutions, she just said she would have cancellation forms to me by the end the day. Yet again, that did not happen. They can’t even stick by their word for canceling. None of this should happen to any customer, but especially a first time customer. We just bought a home and have a whole house to furnished, and we’re looking forward to doing most of that here. Now we will never be back. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Do not waste your time.

This store does not follow the exchange policies established on Ashley's website of 30 days after delivery, even though the item was delivered the same day. I went through an exchange and in the store they send me to call and Customer service send to the store, they are not clear with the policies at the time of purchase. They urgently need a review by the entity in charge of consumer abuse.

Buyer beware if you order furniture most of it is taking 12 to 16 weeks to be delivered so choose wisely. To me the delivery is a lifetime and not worth it because things change in 3 to 4 months.

Ashley furniture is the WORST! You can NEVER get through to talk to a representative or anyone about your order. The communication with you, Ashley or delivery company is horrible. They either don't know when your furniture will come or it comes and something is wrong with it. You have to return it and wait longer for furniture you have waited for over 5 months ago. We were told 6-8 weeks most for delivery.. We ordered our furniture 2/20/21. We received our furniture 7/16/21. We were given 5 or 6 different delivery dates. We received or table and it was damaged. They make you go through so many changes for a replacement after you've waited far to long for your furniture. This is the second BAD experience we have had with Ashley. There will NOT be anymore. We will NOT shop with them anymore. #worstservice I'veeverhad

Very poor customer service here. I understand we just got through COVID and there has been supply chain issues. Purchased a desk May 10th and was told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, called 5 weeks later on June 17th and was told another 2-4 weeks just to schedule delivery that would take another 2 weeks… 4 weeks have passed and now being told it’s another 5-7 weeks to schedule delivery… honestly do not know how they are staying in business if they can no longer fill orders with their empty promises of expected delivery dates… terrible experience

This is an amazing store. The manager was extremely helpful working with me on a chair I had bought at another Ashley Furniture store. That being said, the Ashley Furniture stores are mostly made to order Furniture stores with a typical lead time of 6 to 12 weeks on nearly all their products. If you need something fast, these stores probably aren't for you. If you can handle the wait then you'll probably find some high quality furniture made in the USA. It just stinks that buying furniture has turned into the same paperwork process as buying a car. For that reason, I wanted to give the stores a 3 star but honesty the workers were great and the product is great and for that, I'm sticking with the good rating.

I will never buy furniture anywhere else. I went to Ashley’s the Friday before the 4th of July, and was greeted by the mist polite, professional sales associate Mahogany Turner. She was so patient, and knowledgeable about every product that I ask her about. I left undecided but there was never any pressure to buy or make any decisions. Fast forward to July 5th, I went back to Ashley’s and there was Mahogany, again with Patience, understanding, and the upmost professionalism. I bought a sectional , paid cash and was the best money I have ever spent. I can’t Thank Ashley furniture and Mahogany enough for everything. Shop at Ashley’s in Avon, you won’t go wrong!

Saw some pieces I liked at one of the stores, checked on line and they had it cheaper there, so I went in and they price matched everything! Sales guy was super nice, knowledgeable, and helped out, was out the door in 30 min after he searched everything and got the manager to sign off on the price discount.

We were pleasantly surprised with the high quality of all the furniture, had fantastic service and walked away knowing that we are going to truly love our new furniture pieces.

I had 2 chairs that broke a week after the manufacturers warranty. The chairs were a year and two weeks old. I purchased a warranty from Ashley that I was told would cover everything. I was then told that their warranty didn't cover frame damage. After bashing them on FB I was told to go in the store and pick out 2 more chairs, which I did in October of last year. I still haven't received my chairs and have been paying for chairs we can't sit in.

Zane was great and very friendly. Was approached quickly and showed us exactly what we were looking for.

Jonathon was very helpful guiding my wife and me to a new living room set and a new bed. Will definitely be back.

My experience was very delightful. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the furniture.

I just hate this furniture store. I shopped two times at this store and both time their service is so Pathetic. It has been more then one year before the lock down I purchased two mattresses from, and they sent me wrong item. I called them for exchange. They asked me to send some pictures with some serial numbers which I did, but I never hear anything back from them. Then we had Lock Down, but when they opened back from then and now it has been more then almost nine months god know how many times I called them and how many times I sent the pictures for my exchange. Very irresponsible staff. Please be careful because you shop from Ashley. Once you purchase and have sign and everything after they don’t care you anymore.

If possible I would give an 0 for service! We were notified our furniture was at the warehouse but we only had 1 1/2 hours to pick it up! We went to the store immediately and was told our furniture would be delivered today. I just called the store to see why we had not heard anything more about delivery. I was told it would be another 9-10 weeks before delivery would be made!!!! Thats not how you create return customers! Very upset as we are now w/o any furniture!

I stopped in to look at bedroom furniture based on the Memorial Day sale. Fred was very friendly and helpful. I didn't purchase anything because of the time frame of delivery but if you are in the Avon area I'd recommend Fred as your sales associate.

This store is amazing. We worked with Zane on two separate occasions and he was incredible. He was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. His customer service was great and his help was incomparable to what we have had at other stores. He never pushed us and cared more about us being happy and finding the right items for us rather than how much we were spending. The store as a whole is clean, organized, and has an endless amount of options. 10/10 would recommend going to this store and high encourage you to ask for Zane.

I wish I can give zero star. I bought my furniture from Ashley few months ago. First they delayed my order. Then later its being 3 attempt that they are trying to deliver my furniture and it is damaged every single time. I tried to reach out to my sales guy and he is not responding to me. I will never buy furniture from them. Worst experience ever. Update from 6/7/2021 I have still not received my furniture. They tried another attempt to deliver my furniture and it was broken again. How can a company run like this. No quality control at all. I tried to call store and reach out to my sales guy but no response. Will never recommend this store to anyone I know.

We ordered furniture from the store in Avon we was scheduled for delivery on the 15 well today is the 15 so I called to confirm delivery date and they told me it was changed to the 19th. I wasn't informed of the change of delivery date or time . I called customer service and got no information from them they couldn't tell me why it got delayed or why they didn't contact me with change of delivery date. Worst service yet

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I told him what I wanted and he found me several options. He was patient as I looked and debated which one best suited my needs. I was in and out within 30 mins! Thank you!

I will never shop at Ashley Homestore again l brought some items yesterday not even 24hours l was charged 300 for cancellation fee my delivery wasn’t coming for 12 weeks.

I don't ever do reviews, but buyers be aware of purchasing items online through Ashley Furniture. I was initially charged for the full amount for my purchase, which was a pending charge on my account, and then their system will charge you again for each item every 6 days? When I called, I was told that pending charge would fall off and that it wouldn't be a double charge. I understand that, but my issue with that is you have to make sure you have the funds for twice the amount you owe, otherwise it will overdraw your account, which is absolutely ridiculous! A pending charge is still a charge regardless of when it falls off!!! I was told, that's just how their system is, well, that's not acceptable!!

Liars for delivery dates when I'll called them they showing attitude and some rude lady who dosen't know how talk with costumes at all ...stay away

I have bought two pieces of furniture from there so far. I have a feeling that eventually all my furniture will be from there. This is not a bad thing. Today the sales person asked me what I was there for and showed me what I wanted plus I got it for less than I was expecting to spend. It will also be delivered within one week directly to my apartment.

My experience at Ashley HomeStore was outstanding. The associate I worked with was extremely patient with me as I picked out several furniture pieces for my new apartment. I found everything I was looking for with his support and ordered everything in a timely manner. I’m getting my furniture delivered right to my door and I can’t wait to have it set up! Very nice pieces of furniture ordered so I can’t wait to have guests over.

It's too bad that I can't put negative stars on here. First I was lied to, sold furniture that cost twice what I planned to spend due to supposed availability, then 2 month later I still don't have it and they refuse to refund my money. Unreal! I will never shop there again! Their customer service is terrible...once you finally get ahold of people to speak to! Run away from this place!

Was in the market for a new bed and dresser. Came into Ashley because my friends told me they have everything, I was absolutely amazed to know that they give you 3-4 years to pay with no interest and no balloon if you buyout early, even better yet a really nice lady her name is actually Ashley gave me the best deal I ever had. She hooked us up with a king bed and two big dressers and one small one plus a mirror on the big dresser all for $1,247 all taxes included. I’m coming back to shop for more soon because that no interest deal is not something I can pass!

We bought a table and we thought it was a nice table come to checking out there were no instructions on how to clean it so now the finish is coming off and they said it was accidental because we didn’t know how to clean it when I called they said you should use water. Finish shouldn’t come off. Never buying anything from Ashley again. Such expensive products are done cheaply better to build yourself. Just was told last week that it was accidental even when ahm told them they couldn’t fix the table I can’t go lower than one star for lack of serious help and the closing of the ticket

I was so happy to have Fred and Jimmy help me find furniture that fit my budget AND my look that I was going for! I know it was not easy working with me but they worked out all the details to make sure I found the perfect furniture for my home.

Doug Never Stopped Until He Had Explored Every Possibility In For What I Was In Search Of. So Happened We Found It, And It Was More Whistles and Bells, Than Neither Of Us Realized. Sophia & Ashley were super helpful in helping us choose our dining table, bed and bookshelf. We were between a couple of styles, but she helped up nail down the right one. She was very knowledgeable about the products being sold and their many finance options. She was very patient with my lack ability to decide (the pieces were all nice). I will be back for my future home needs.

Hi picked out a sectional paid for it got home change my night when back on Monday to cancel the order and to get a refund of my money the manager the store give me a hard time about it I thought in America you are allowed to change your mind but apparently not at Ashley's they took their normal 10% and then try to refuse to give me The money that I spent for sale fax delivery fees and warranty Finally after 15 minutes of talking with this woman she through my receipt on the counter and says here's your money good bye I will never go into Ashley's again

My wife and I went to Ashley Homestore in Avon. We're expecting our first child, and we need additional furniture. Specifically, we were looking for a rocking chair so we will have a place to sit with the baby during feedings that is both supportive and comfortable. We were helped by Zane Delano, who was easily able to guide us to a rocker that was comfortable, affordable, and will match the style of our nursery. He was very professional, and we would be happy to work with him again.

I purchased a couch on 1/2/2021. The estimated availability for pickup was early to mid February. I was notified that the order was ready for pickup on 1/30/2021. I called and switched the order from pickup to delivery due to some personal family health reasons (Not COVID-19but physical injury related). At that point delivery was scheduled for 2/11/2021, expecting 5 pieces of a sectional couch. Mid day 2/10/2021 I received a phone call from Ashley scheduling department stating there was an issue with the ordered and two of the five peices would be delayed, and that they would call and let me know when the rest would be delivered. The wedge section and two end pieces were delivered. However they cannot be used together, the wedge is entire useless without the remaining sections. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, a call to customer service reveals that my order is estimated to arrive at the Ashley Warehouse 05/28/2021. That's not delivered to my house, that's their warehouse. I was supposed to receive a rebate card for "Ashley Cares Payment Assistance". One of the only reasons we ended up making the purchase, and I've never gotten the information required to file for this rebate. Customer service is entirely unwilling to help with the issues. I was told I would receive a call back from a supervisor that has never come. They won't answer any questions about the rebate card, and they are unwilling to do anything to correct their mistake. If the couch was ready for pickup, it must have been damaged at the warehouse. Mistakes happen, but how those mistakes are fixed is paramount in how to conduct good business. Ashley Furniture has failed to fix their mistake. The provide excuses and redirection only. I would caution anybody away from doing business with Ashley. At the Ashley price you can get caring and thoughtful service from a smaller local business who relies more heavily on your satisfaction and continued business. Ashley Furniture is a big box store who only cares about serving you until the contract is signed. Once you're committed, they'll leave you in the dark. Edit 3/25/2021. I reached out to the customer service email provided below. I explained my issues in a well collected manner with dates and explanations. I was told that they would "Try to see if they could get my order delivered earlier". They said if I had more questions to ask. I still haven't gotten any help with the "payment assistance" rebate card. I asked this question again. Several business days later and I've yet to get a response. To add to this, Know that Ashley HomeStore is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group, which is the United States subsidiary of The Dufresne Group, which is a Canadian furniture company. I would recommend steering clear of all brands which fall under The Dufresne Group umbrella, as they continuously disappoint.

The sales rep was really attentive and helpful while the billing assistant made certain we understood our finance options. The only reason it isn’t five stars is because of the wait time for delivery which is understandable with COVID but also frustrating when you have to sleep on the floor until it arrives.

Stopped in to “look” at a sofa set for our house and ended up buying them tonight. Our salesman, Jimmy German, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products, policies and pricing. The staff don't not tell you a correct time frame for delivery. Was told 6 to 8 weeks, that was in August 2020. So 6 months later and still haven't received entire order! I understand covid has cause a ton off issues but there is no need to lie just say it's taking alot longer than normal. Warn people.

Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn’t feel any pressure working with her. We hung out on many couches throughout my visit. She knew all about the different fabrics and how they could be affected by the environment. 10/10 would recommend Ashley.

Beautiful furniture displays and greeted with a very pleasant sales rep, Allie. She helped direct us to the current sales, flexibility of the price of furniture sets and comparisons of similar outfits that we were looking at. Never felt pressured but just felt informed. The process was quick and get very good about the purchase quality and delivery/ set up. Would recommend again- can’t believe we have never stopped in here before.

Nice furniture, a little pricey.

While the staff at the Avon, Ind. location is exceptional my overall experience with Ashley HomeStore leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered an end table and door chest in Sept. 2020 and understood that due to COVID-19 delivery would take some time. That wasn't an issue as I know that the supply chain is suffering due to the pandemic. What was an issue is upon delivery I discovered that my door chest was not only broken but severely damaged and looked as if it had been delivered to me as a damaged return. In addition, the legs of the chest were weak and already folding under upon delivery. After an hour on the phone, arrangements to have it picked up and returned were made. The company picked it up from my home on 1/12/21 and as of 2/9/21 I'm still waiting on a refund for the return. In addition, I've now sat on hold for over 2.5 hours trying to work with GBS Enterprises Inc. to obtain a refund for my protection plan as well only to be hung up on not once but TWICE. What a racket. Once I get through this ordeal and get my money back I can honestly say that I'll have to think long and hard about ever ordering another piece of furniture from Ashley. As of now, I'm out over $1200 that I may or may not ever see again and don't have the furniture piece to show for the expense or inconvenience.

Have bought products before ,but been awhile. Salesperson Zane was new, and did well. He had to ask a few questions, but it was alright. We all start out new. Thanks to Nate who assisted. Took a bit to fimd my account number; as i didnt have my card. Nice deep discount on a discontinued item.

Have been waiting 4 months for a sofa ordered in Oct. Very disappointed with customer service and delivery. Do not purchase from Ashley Furniture. Wait time was 6-8 weeks when ordered.

Kelly Spaulding spent well over 5 hours helping my dad furnish his new home. She also juggled at least 4 other customers during that time without once leaving us feeling abandoned. She listened closely to his wants and needs and presented several options and combinations with each selection made. The quality of furniture is fantastic - very sturdy and well built. We will definitely be return business! 2nd trip today - Mahogany spent a few hours and a ton of mattresses tried. Thanks so much for your time and patience!

Awesome customer service. My family and I went into Ashley furniture just to window shop and ended up finding 3 bedroom sets we loved.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Ashley. Zero follow up from the store, given the run around with customer service about when items would get delivered. Delays, excuses- everything under the sun. Then they showed up unexpected the day before they SCHEDULED the delivery and left our mattress/box springs/frame outside in the snow and didn't bother to communicate they had dropped it off. The lack of communication and horrible service is upsetting and unacceptable. Don't waste your time/money here.
