I had to update my last review from June 11th , I am very disappointed In Ashley's "white glive " delivery My Mom kitchen table set was supposed to be delivered on June 25th but was delivered on July 3rd Now, here's the problem not only was the table delivered late, but it came without the base 🙄 my mother had out of town guess coming with nowhere to sit, she got rid of her old table set she contacted the store and spoke to Freddie, the salesperson who helped her with her purchase he stated he would get back with her about this issue but NEVER did I see now he only cared about making a sale and getting his commission on top of that the delivery driver stated he does NOT know when the base will be in and someone would "call" her when it is in , I would expect something like this from V.C.F but NOT Ashley's.

Hands down, the absolute worst furniture buying experience of my life. We spent over $10K and had the furniture for about two days before 2 expensive pieces broke. DO NOT buy anything motion-related from this place. Have had repairman out here twice and both times the repairman looked at the sofa and said, "They didn't send you the right part." We have an expensive electric sofa that doesn't work, probably won't ever work right and the repair people (whoever they are) keep cancelling our repair visit (4 times) for no reason at all. None. I work from home. Here all day, every day. We're still missing a love seat, but I wish they'd take it all back and give us our money back. Bar stool bolt sheared off after 2 days. My wife and I aren't big people. Can't get it replaced or repaired. Customer service is worthless. Oh, one last thing. The salesman we worked with was clear that I didn't want the extended warranty on anything except the motion furniture. When my wife went back the next day alone to complete the purchase and set up delivery, he added extended protection on absolutely everything. (including a couple area rugs, etc.). I would definitely shop elsewhere for your furniture. Look at a few of these reviews. See the commonality?
