The original sales guy that I worked with was awesome, but when I returned to purchase the furniture, he no longer worked at the Avon store. A new sales person (newly employed by Ashley) worked with me and was able to take my order with no issues. I felt like he did a very good job. His sales manager, who had to come over to check accuracy, was extremely unprofessional. He was condescending to both the salesman and myself, talked down to the salesman, dressed sloppy (holes in his ragged tennis shoes), and was very arrogant. I almost walked out on the sale due to the manager, but felt sorry for the sales guy being treated like that and decided not to punish the salesman by losing the sale due to the arrogance and unprofessionalism of his boss. The salesman did a great job, but the manager did not.

Was here not too long ago, great selection of recliners and sofas but I just cannot leave a good review after what I experienced. It would be a one star, but the sales staff were very good to me. The reason why I am making this review is because the salesperson I was working with was helping me out on a sofa I was interested in, but then their general manager Josh came up. He went into this weird medical pitch that clearly made both the salesperson and myself uncomfortable. He was insinuating I was unhealthy and going to die or something, and it definitely was not wanted nor does it fit the environment I would want when shopping for a couch. He was so high pressure it made me leave and buy elsewhere, and I doubt I'm the only one. Hope this review gets the attention from the people it needs.

Emmi Malcolmson was the sales person and she did awesome!!! She’s very talented, friendly and honest. She showed us all the bed types and what works best for our lumbar spine, and what pillows! She’s very knowledgeable!

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed We purchased a full living room suite from Ashley Furniture in Avon, and part of that purchase included a lamp that—over a month later—we still haven't received. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, we haven’t received a single return phone call or email after multiple promises for the web chat and warehouse. For a large purchase like this, we expected far better communication and support. Extremely disappointed and unlikely to return. Thanks for the Ai response, in your reply to the original review, but we have tried that number several times and it is just the warehouse that promises they sent a ticket to the store and then we get nothing from the event. This is not only my first bad review I need to leave for a business, but my first time requesting help from a credit card company for non-delivery of a purchase. Do better Ashley. You have my info, you reach out to me.
