We just bought a three-piece sectional and it is a nice piece of furniture for the $. We did ask the salesman if the pieces of the sectional were connected and he said yes and they’re not. Do your own homework? The main reason I’m doing this review is that the delivery guys even though they were polite they were rushed. Thank God, I took the time to remove some of the hardware on the 36 inch door. I had to slow them down several times, the last time I had to get defensive saying that you need to remove the large cushions and pillows out of the 7 foot couch. They struggled to say the least!! . I worked for Mayflower moving company for a summer in college and in logistics in my career. In the process of still struggling they damaged my new front entry door and crushed A spot in my laminate floor. Thanks……… Sadly, with the rush job, I didn’t have time to identify this until they had left. My only recommendation is don’t sign for the furniture if something is damaged to your home or furniture. I tried to offer this ready lift system and they just forces it through while struggling. Glad I did not ask them to remove the same type of furniture. Still treated them kindly with drinks and treats as a good human should. I get it it’s not easy work. But Army training sir, needed Thanks for the rushed service that damaged my property. Purchasing furniture is a significant investment. Not only is it expensive, but it’s also something used daily, so it needs to last—and replacing it is not simple. We made several trips to this store after exploring multiple options online and in person. During our last visit, my wife was immediately singled out upon entering. One of the sales representatives made a comment in a negative tone to a colleague, saying she had been in the store before. Several other staff members also gave cold, disengaged, and unwelcoming attitudes. On a separate visit, my wife asked if she could browse independently, but a staff member followed her around the store, which made her uncomfortable. When she later returned for assistance, no one offered help, so she had to point out the rudeness before leaving. Regardless of whether a customer has visited before, businesses should value every person who enters their store with the intention to spend their hard-earned money. Unfortunately, this location failed to provide a welcoming environment, and it has lost our support entirely. 0/10 would recommend.
