You’ll find us on the South side of East Morgan Avenue between North Green River Road and North Cullen Avenue. We’re located less than a mile north of Eastland Mall.

If you’d like to stop by when we’re not too busy, we typically have a lower volume of customers between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. daily. But no matter when you choose to visit our showroom, you can expect top-notch service and prompt attendance to your needs.

We support more than 50 local organizations annually, including Habitat for Humanity, Cancer Pathways, United Methodist Youth Home, Albion Fellows Bacon Center, Ronald McDonald House, Center for Addiction, and Toys for Tots. Like many Ashley locations, we also donate a portion of our mattress sales to Hope to Dream, a charitable association that provides mattresses, bedding, and bed frames to children in need.

10 out of 10 do not recommend Ashley Furniture.I called to order replacement parts for a sectional I had purchased 6 years ago. Luckily enough they were able to get the replacement parts that I needed and would ship them to my new address since I had moved from where my furniture was originally delivered to. That's when the nightmare began. I called about 5/6 weeks after my purchase and asked if they had an ETA on my order since I hadn't received it. Jennifer told me that my order was "lost" but that she would place a new order and have it expedited. We confirmed my correct address and then I was told it was being taken care of and I would have my replacement parts soon. 3 weeks later I still didn't have my order so I called again and I was told it was delivered on May 10... to my apartment in Owensboro. I told them that I no longer live in Owensboro and that we confirmed what address the parts were to be sent to and that they should have my new address on file because they mailed my receipt to the correct address. After double checking my receipt today, there was a delivery address listed on the top right hand corner and it was in fact the correct address for delivery. But somehow my order was still sent to my old address. Jennifer said she would place a 3rd order and have it shipped to my correct address. Not long after that phone call, I received another one from Jennifer telling me that my replacement parts are no longer available. After going back and forth on a "solution" Jennifer passed me to her boss Wayne who said "you got 6 years out of your couch. That's really good because the average life of a couch is 7 years. The best we can do for our mistake is a refund and $100 in store credit. Or how about you call the people that now live at your old address and see if they still have the package. Then you can it for free since I'm giving you a refund." I live 3.5 hours away now and they expect me to drive 7 hours roundtrip for a $100 in store credit?! Or they really expect me to track down the package that they had sent to the wrong location and then drive 7 hours to pick it up?! Do not buy from here unless you want a headache. Absolutely awful experience and the furniture doesn't last. Mine didn't even make it to the average life span.

I love the idea of your salesman not being pushy he told him what we need it and he took us right over to well we need to look and then he went beyond that to show me some other furniture that I'm interested in getting in the future so I thank you for having a great salesman

I rather enjoy giving great reviews! Me and my husband visited multiple furniture stores in the tristate area looking for a california king bedroom suit. Very hard to find! We were tired of looking but we decided to visit Ashley Furniture in Evansville 2hrs away from our home in Kentucky. We were greeted by Nicole Becker at the entrance. First and foremost, I am asking Ashley furniture store to give Nicole a bonus and a raise! She is extremely knowledgeable about the furniture sold at Ashley. I was shocked at this little ladies knowledge of all things Ashley! She took the time to listen and hear us. What I mean by this is that she didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Although we went looking for bedroom furniture, we bought both a bedroom and leather living room suit. We were shown several sets by Nicole and we found exactly what we wanted. We went through the financing options, 12mos no interest! That works for us and our humble income. Well folks, the store is full of furniture, beautiful furniture! Now, im gonna update this review once we receive our furniture. But I'm thinking the experience will be a good one! Be back soon folks! I highly recommend this business!!! Honest reviewer 1. Plenty of parking 2. Clean store and clean bathrooms. 3. Handicap parking and access to bldg. 4. Popcorn and cold water which we enjoyed while waiting for a very short time for paperwork and whatnot. 5. Protection plans for furniture which is worth it folks. Be back to update once we get our goodies!
