I am disappointed at the lack of hospitality and service for such a well known brand. My husband and I were in there tonight to buy a new furniture set and weren’t acknowledged in the slightest. We found one that we loved but employees, for whatever reason, didn’t approach us. We passed several that were standing around and not with current customers. Upon leaving, I locked eyes with the gentleman standing by the door with a headset on and all he did was look at me. I didn’t receive a have a good day or thanks for coming in… I just felt like that was completely out of character for the southern Indiana that I know in love. The layout of the store is beautiful and very clean. I just wish that the employees did a better job and greeting and making customers feel welcome. We ended up purchasing the same set of furniture from another hospitable location.

I returned to Ashley Furniture for some living room and dining room furniture because I was very pleased with my previous purchases. As soon as I walked in, Jessica Booth greeted me & listened to what I was looking for and she was soooo very helpful! I recently had my furniture delivered and I am thrilled! Jessica is very sweet, helpful & knowledgeable, so if you are in need of any furniture or even some home decor, go see her!

Do NOT buy anything from Ashley. They are selling poor quality material merchandise. I haven't even had my dining room table and chairs for two weeks yet and the screws from underneath are falling out. And the other screws are stripped. I can't even tighten them up. Then when I called, they said two to four weeks before a kit will show up so they can come and fix it. Unacceptable. I'll never shop here again.

Purchased furniture and the furniture was delivered on time and quality was good. However, we purchased a rug and it’s been 4 months and never received it. I finally requested a refund. The local store has no control over the purchase of accessories. Therefore, purchase furniture okay but I would caution with ordering accessories.

I came in with a budget to impulse buy a bed set and my salesman got it done. Baby waiting at home with my mom and he got us in-and-out and even asked if I had a truck for pickup. Saved me a delivery fee ♥️

Wide assortment to choose from, but expect high prices. You're paying a good $300 for a side table or even over a grand for a dresser. But these are pieces that could last a lifetime.

He was so caring and considerate of exactly what we wanted. He was the biggest help and the best salesman! Ended up buying two new reclining sofas for the living room, too! Go to Ashley and ask for Mark. He will have us as customers for life. You won’t be disappointed!

Went to Ashley's on May 24th and was greeted by Woody the salesman. He was fantastic. I found the sectional I wanted!! Now when it comes to the warehouse department they are not that fantastic. Warehouse department called on June 9 said my furniture was in and they had a cancelation and could delivery it Wednesday June 11 but unfortunately I was on vacation and that day did not work for me. Erica seemed to become frustrated and would not work with me on another delivery date because she says she did not know what the schedule was like for the following week. Called back on Monday June 16 and was told they can't deliver until June 28 because that is the only day they have a truck going to Illinois. Really? I paid for delivery service and I am being made to feel like I am a burden because I live out of state. Makes me wonder what the warranty is going to be like if I have an issue because I paid extra for that too. At the moment I am not a happy customer. If you live out of state I would not recommend Ashley's. I should have took my business to Timberlake.

We were told our new couch would be delivered today, but we have not heard anything from them. Tried to call and was told the warehouse was closed. Do not buy from Ashley’s if you don’t want to waste your time.

I just purchased a new home last October and have had many encounters with salesmen in different stores. Many are fast talking, pushy, or because you’re alone they trade you for the next couple who walks in but not here. Ayres has helped me twice now to get dining room and living room furniture. He was helpful, accommodating, patient and engaging. There was no pressure to buy and I didn’t feel like I was wasting his time even during a holiday sale weekend. The store is always clean and well laid out. I consistently find great pieces there. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

On 5/9/25 I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley in Evansville. Carol, the sales person, was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was contemplating all the options available for my purchase. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and all the various item I needed to make my bedroom set complete. I feel I received a great value and quality for the price. The store was well organized and clean.

Would give less if I could. Went in and bought an “indestructible” loveseat. In less than two weeks, cats messed up the fabric and poked holes in the material. When the problem was presented, they offered a “swap” for a new love seat, and $1000 “credit”. When we went in to pick the replacement for the piece, they were trying to apply the credit to the new piece, all the while, telling us we would still have to pay the entirety of the financed amount for a piece we would no longer have, therefore, bringing our total on the new “replacement” piece to over $2200 for a single piece that the total if I just bought it would be $1499. They also tried to pressure saying it was now or not at all. I will not go back, and I will never recommend anyone to use this furniture store.

Sam was wonderful! I am shopping for a full house of furniture and he was so accommodating to helping me find pieces that match and finally purchasing a beautiful set. Thank you Sam!

Lauren was so amazing! Not only did she get us a great discount, she was patient, entertaining & loving to my little one while we got everything together. She was sooo pleasant. I couldn’t ask for a better experience Update : while my shopping experience was grade A, I’m waiting on my sectional after being told it should be here by May 28 or 29th. It’s almost two weeks after the expected arrival and I’m still without my couch. I just moved into a new place with no couch… at this point I’m not going to reach out for any updates as it seems to me the updates are unreliable. I’m impatiently waiting… if I knew it would take this long, I would’ve explored other options.

I have to give a three because we had furniture delivered today and it is raining a lot. We have carpet and do not wear shoes on our carpet. I asked if they had booties to put over their shoes to protect my carpet. They said no. I think this is something Ashley should think about to protect people’s floors. My carpet is wet and has stuff on it where they walked up and down the steps constantly with wet boots.

We worked with Ashley Hevron. She is so Professional & Courteous when my wife and I were shopping for a New Dining Room Set for our Catering Business. We have a private space that is called our Tuscan Wine Room in Downtown Evansville, Indiana. We bought 48 Chairs and 6 Tables. They are so Beautiful and very Sturdy. We are so pleased with them. We would definitely go back there again and ask for Ashley. Also, the two delivery drivers did an excellent job delivering and setting them up and were very careful getting them in our building. I ordered a nectar mattress. They told me it’d take a week to come in and ended up taking a month. When I went to pick it up they ended up giving me the wrong mattress which was less than half of the price I paid for the one I originally ordered. I called them and they wanted me to bring in the wrong one to exchange it for the right one. I had already put it on my bed so they ended up agreeing to come and pick up the mattress they gave me and give me the right one. The whole experience was a huge inconvenience.

Terrible quality, will never buy from Ashley furniture again, we have fell through our $800 bed twice (we also paid for a warranty) the first time we fell through the guy that came back to put new part informed us that it was missing bolts and had been put together improperly and two months later we fall through it again, so we called the store in Evansville again and spoke to Wayne and he informed us that we were scooting the bed and needed to put a rug under it when it is definitely a design flaw because the legs are as skinny as the tooth pick I use to clean my teeth with, Wayne claimed that he ordered us more parts and now 2 weeks later still no signs of them being here, so I will let everybody know how much of a joke Ashley furniture is and to never buy from them because they have garbage quality.

My wife and I been looking for a mattress and after going to 3 other places and getting either getting ignored or salesperson that want to only sell you one brand, we decided to stop by Ashely Store. WOW Talk about an experience, from the greeting to final Sale process. Steve M greeted us, we told him what we are looking for. To our surprise instead of taking us to just show various mattresses or brand we came to see Sealy, he got us on bed that measures pressure points and showing what type of mattress actually would support our needs. Steve was VERY knowledgeable about every brand and what we also liked additional touch of providing a pillow to use while trying mattresses, just how you would sleep at home. Not only that made HUGE difference in trying suggested mattress but we also got sold on pillow we tried :) Now that's a great Salesperson. During checkout when my wife went to check sectional with Steve, Han was very professional and made checkout process very smooth, she even did small talk to avoid awkward silence while I was waiting for my wife to finish browsing. These small yet effective customer service is what will get us back to Ashely and avoid other stores in the area. Thank you for a Pleasant and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I looked around and had a salesman answer questions, he did not follow us around which I appreciated, we bought a couple of items, overall a good experience and we will go back.

We knew what we wanted when we arrived. Sales personnel was very thorough in looking up a past relatives account and what was ordered. She double checked prices for all items as it was the beginning of Black Friday deals and gave us the best possible price she could. She then went on to offer an additional service for repairs, etc. that could occur within a four year period. Brought us our receipt and went over each item thoroughly. We discussed delivery also and it met our expectations with the holidays approaching. She was very polite, helpful, and thorough. Will definitely be doing business there in the future.

I went to buy a new sectional for my house I purchased. We walk in and start looking at the sectionals. We’re approached by one of the managers. She was a lady and was very nice and seemed to be a hurry. We said we would like to purchase this. But we want to make sure it would fit as described in the picture. We showed her the picture of the house we bought with their couch. She quickly said yes it would fit in the space and be flushed with wall. We get the couch in and it was absolutely nothing as she said it would be . It completely consumes our whole living room now. We talked to them and they said we can do a restock fee and you can send it back for their mistakes and issues they caused. The sells person told me I don’t understand why It’s not back on the truck yet. They don’t seem to really care to fix or help sold the issue. All they want to do is sell you stuff and after that then they don’t care to help you. I would choose a different place to go from now on. Because now we have something they promised but ended up being a quick sale and false information. Mainly on the management at the location.

My wife and I stopped in to look at sectionals to see the selections and we were NOT disappointed at all. Steven approached us and asked what options we needed and after a short conversation he knocked it out of the park. He showed us an amazing sectional that had everything we mentioned and the style we were looking for and we were sold before we even sat down. We unfortunately had to make our trip in very short but Steven said to reach out to him when we had more time. We did and while unfortunately we were not able to work with Steven he left us in good hands, Lauren. Lauren was just as amazing as Steven and walked us through everything. My wife and I knew after such an amazing experience with both Steven and Lauren and finding our future sectional that we were sold. I am sure everyone else that works here is just as amazing but we only had the privilege to work with Steven and Lauren. I did mention that we will definitely back for a mattress shortly down the road. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who is looking for new furniture.

I had an overall excellent experience. Due to a shipping issue with my order on its way to their warehouse, I found a piece was missing when setting up my frame that evening after I picked it up. I called the store, and they were extremely apologetic and accommodating offering to bring the piece out the following day once the warehouse was open again. They even offered to finish setting things up if I wanted even when I hadn’t originally paid for that service. Had a mattress for less than 2 years when the springs started going out. It has a ten year warranty and because it has a slight stain, one I could get out easily, they refuse to do the warranty. I 100% DO NOT recommend buying Anything from this company. I will make sure everyone I know understands the absurdity this is. If I could upload a picture of this I would. The thing is in good shape, just the slight discoloration. I’m livid from spending so much on a mattress and expecting a warranty and it’s not a true warranty.

There was a mixup when ordering our wall hugger recliner, and we picked up and received the wrong one. I called the store, and they had a delivery driver on the way within 10 minutes with the right chair. We live almost an hour away, so it was much appreciated. I can't say enough about how fantastic the customer service is at this store. Excellent customer service!

We bought a bed and mattress because we bough quality furniture there in the past. When buying the mattress, they informed us that in order to have the warranty on the mattress (Pure), we had to include a protector. (makes sense) So they added a $300 Bedgear Performance + protector that they have in the store to the list. After sleeping on it for a week, we noticed that the protector caused the fitted sheet to slide off the corners and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. (feels very plastic, like sleeping on a tarp covered with a sheet). After contacting them about this, they told us that the protector was a customer object and cannot be returned nor refunded. (the total price we paid was over $6000) Now we are stuck with a $300 protector that is worthless to us. If you plan on buying a bed and mattress their, just get the 2 things and look for a protector online because they are a lot cheaper ($50) and more comfortable to sleep on and it covers the warranty of the mattress. (something they neglect to mention so they can sell their overpriced Bedgear Performance + protector) Very disappointed with this store now.

I bought an electric recliner from Ashley’s not even a year ago today and it won’t recline anymore. Since it had been less than a year since we got the chair, Ashley’s agreed to fix it. I called to see what could be done about this and was told they could order a part (they weren’t even sure that this was the right part to fix the recliner). The lady that I was speaking to could not give me an estimated time of arrival of the part. She said, and I quote “it could take 5 days or up to 3 weeks or just weeks in general for the part to come in.” When I asked if this is all that could be done, the manager of the store was very unhelpful and gave me no other option than to “wait on the part.” I am very disappointed with this customer care and have spent quite a large sum at Ashley’s over the years. I won’t make that mistake again. Do better.

We were tired of looking but we decided to visit Ashley store in Evansville 2hrs away from our home in Kentucky. We were greeted by Nicole Becker at the entrance. First and foremost, I am asking Ashley furniture store to give Nicole a bonus and a raise! She is extremely knowledgeable about the furniture sold at Ashley. I was shocked at this little ladies knowledge of all things Ashley! She took the time to listen and hear us. What I mean by this is that she didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Although we went looking for bedroom furniture, we bought both a bedroom and leather living room suit. We were shown several sets by Nicole and we found exactly what we wanted. We went through the financing options, 12mos no interest! That works for us and our humble income. We received a call to schedule our delivery for Thursday 23 May 24. Thursday morning we received a call informing us that our furniture was on the way with an eta of 1.5 hours. The drivers arrived 5 minutes early which was awesome! They were professional, considerate and very helpful. They set everything up, exactly where we wanted. Its beautiful! Well folks, the store is full of furniture, beautiful furniture! The experience was a great one! I highly recommend this business!!! Honest reviewer 1. Plenty of parking 2. Clean store and clean bathrooms. 3. Handicap parking and access to bldg. 4. Was immediately greeted, and I personally felt rushed by an employee, which made me feel uncomfortable. I said I just wanted to look, I was there to look for a mattress. I walked around for several minutes, looking I was having a little trouble finding what I wanted. I noticed 3 male employees sitting not far from the entrance doing nothing, and one looked at my direction a couple times and did nothing. The time I was in there no one approached me to ask me if I needed help. Most likely will not be back.

Really disappointed in the delivery team who “put together” my table and chairs. Completely ignored missing and loose screws on the chair legs making them unusable and causing one of the legs to buckle and collapse when the chair was sat in. A painful way to learn that I should have better supervised their efforts. They didn’t bolt down the table top at all making it hazardous to me and my daughter if someone leans on the table But at least they cleaned up - sort of, they left the the packing material on the drawers none of the missing parts were anywhere for me to even be able to fix their mistakes. Will not pay for delivery again from a place that does such poor work and dares to charge for assembly.

The sales team we worked with was wonderful. However the quality of the furniture was terrible. We spent over 10k and our dresser was shipped broken. It took months to fix and they just wood glued it then a few weeks later the frame on the couch busted. The service manager Wayne was rude and of zero help. Do not recommend.

We were told we had 30 days to return a recliner sofa if it didn’t meet our expectations (Ashley Furniture website also states 30 day returns) needless to say 30 day return policy is not being honored and we are stuck with what has to be the most overpriced uncomfortable sofa ever made. In addition I called to see if there is anything that can be done to make the cushions not be askew I was told service department would call me back and still haven’t heard from them… poor quality furniture along with deceptive sells practices makes for a bad experience with Ashley Furniture Evansville, Indiana..

We went in Ashley to just look and price a new mattress. Maggie Mae greeted us and took us back, she determined our pressure points by laying on a diagnostic mattress and then guided us to the mattresses which would best serve our purpose. We tried four different mattresses with benefits for our needs at different price points and then, after showing us the benefits, decided we needed an adjustable base (which we never knew we needed but we now can't wait to get). She was very knowledgeable and patient - never pushy at all, and she answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful experience and are very pleased with our service, our purchase and with Maggie Mae.

Great customer service, decent design of the furniture. I got a 3 part sectional, recliner on one end, storage console in middle and a reclining chaise on the other end. Love the design and fabric, but the quality sucks. I can feel every bar in the backrest on both sides, which really causes issues with my back, and the chaise, when it leans back feels crooked, like the angle is skewed. I've tried using pillows behind my back, but it isn't helping. Just makes my neck hurt. Now after paying a LOT of money for this, I have to go buy something else. I guess it's what I get for ordering something from a catalog and not testing it first, and buying name brand things at ridiculous prices. Never again.

I had the pleasure of working with Kat. When I entered the store she was very friendly and directed me to what I was looking for. She was good at understanding what I was looking for , but also asking why I was looking. I had a very tight time frame of when I needed the items and she helped me narrow down what could reasonably be delivered in my timeframe. She followed up via text on the status of my items and let me know they would be coming in early. She definitely understands that building relationships with people are more important than the “what” you sell. Her mindset is what will make people return every time they need new furniture.

When I came into the store I was promptly greeted but an associate by the name of Kat. She directed me to the bedroom suites which I was looking for. She then allowed me to patiently look at several different ones. She was prompt in assisting me with any questions I had. I left that day with out purchasing . She gave me her card and assured me she would be available for any questions I may have. The next day I went back and purchased the bedroom suite that I had decided on. I walked in at 5:30pm on Labor Day Monday and Kat greeted me assisted me with my purchase and I walked out a very happy customer before 6:00pm. Very pleased with the attention I received.
