Walked into this store after looking for like furniture at neighboring furniture stores. I expressed my concerns about wanting quality, style and longevity while remaining on budget. Tim Zickmund was amazing. He helped us attain more furniture to cover two living rooms, upgraded and was beyond patient with our concerns and changes. The final collections are exactly as we want and he attained a bonus bulk purchase discount. Amazing communication and professionalism. My husband was reluctant but Tim quickly assured him and put him at ease. We are so excited to have this be so easy. Now waiting on the construction to be completed and the furniture to fill the home.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture to shop for a new mattress, and I’m so glad I did! Jason, the sales professional who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He answered all my questions about different mattress options and helped me choose the Nectar Hybrid luxe mattress, which I cant wait until it arrives! Jason made the whole process easy and stress-free, from testing out the beds to completing the purchase. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit, not just making a sale.

Joanie was great in allowing us to look around first, and then was there to answer any of our questions when we found something we liked. She was very sweet & helpful. I would say my shopping experience was good.

I have returned to Ashley Store on Lima Rd and looked up Tim Zickmund when I want to buy a new piece of furniture. I find that not only are the pieces I've purchased are well constructed, but Tim always goes the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need. This latest purchase I did not need assembled and so he actually delivered it to me on his day off. This is certainly not something I would have expected. I will continue to return to Ashley whenever I am ready to add additional furniture pieces to my home!

I had a great experience! I was not expecting to find a couch that I loved so much. Joanie helped me and was great! I love that she had purchased the same couch so she was able to share her experience with me and even showed me a picture after having had it for 4 years. It still looked brand new! I was purchasing for a new construction home and wasn’t sure if it would fit, so she took my info and allowed me to purchase over the phone after I went over to take measurements. I purchased a table from Ashley furniture nearly two years ago. I thought that the warranty was with them and that I didn’t need to register anything. They delivered and setup the table for us. Imagine my surprise today when my daughter found this card UNDER my table. After two years!!!! Of course, it’s too late to register my table. Of course I spent over 5k on it. Of course we tried telling the sales team no and they kept pushing us by trying to make the deal so good we couldn’t resist. We should have walked away. Won’t shop here again. Lessons have been learned.

Tim Zickmund was very helpful. The floor model chair we bought was a dollar cheaper than the others. The system would not let him change the price so he gave me a dollar out his own pocket to make it right. When we came back with our truck to pick it up. He came out in the cold to help load it. When we come back at a later date to replace our couch hope he is still there to help us. Photo with it in my soon to be man cave

I had such a grate experience with Audrey! She was helping me find couches that were soft yet firm in all the rite places and she made sure I really got to try them out properly. She assured me they were sturdy so I knew everything could handle reel use without giving out when things got comfortable. She guided me straight to the perfect sextional. She found the balance of not just what I wanted but wat I really NEEDED for my home! The whole process was smooth and honestly felt like a huge load lifted. Audrey knows her stuff and I left completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Cayberry fireplace tv stand and a coffee table from here back in October. They said mid November. I didn’t receive my items until 12/30/25. The delivery guys were supposed to come between 2-5. They came around 1. I had to leave work because of this. They had to drill larger holes in the tv stand to actually put it together, discovered one of the LEDs was broken and said they’d have a new one sent to me (they never reported it), took the remote and manual and likely threw them away. I got the remote on Tuesday. The fireplace doesn’t work. I couldn’t tell before then because I DIDNT HAVE THE REMOTE. It is impossible to tell if something is broken if you don’t have all the parts. I requested a return but was told because I didn’t request it by 1/2/26 that I can’t return them. Even though I didn’t have all the parts. This company is awful. Do not buy here. The buying process is nice but everything else is hell. I do have proof of the missing remote and delivery stuff as well. Texts are a wonderful thing.

However, we went to Ashley and Remi immediately welcomed us and the very first set she showed us was a winner! I hope the owner reads it in full and contact me. “Ashley Store on Lima Road in Fort Wayne turned what should have been a simple purchase into a three‑month nightmare. I bought multiple pieces of furniture in September, including two bed sets and two sofas. Sofas were delivered in October, but one bed set was incomplete, so I had to go back and spend about $300 extra on another set they promised to deliver in a couple of weeks. When that bed finally arrived, key hardware was missing. For more than a month, every time I contacted them I was told they could not fix anything until the hardware came in, with no proactive updates and no real effort to resolve my situation. After waiting this long, I went back to the Lima Road store. One manager with a beard was extremely rude, refused to actually help, and would not even give me the service phone number. Only when another manager stepped in did someone finally call service and schedule the installation within three days. At that point, they already had the hardware but nobody had bothered to reach out, schedule, or respond to my calls. From September to December, this order was dragged out by poor communication, missing parts, and completely unacceptable customer service at the store level. The way I was treated, especially by the second manager with a beard which i respect, was disrespectful and unprofessional and told me that they have enough business and do not need mine. After this experience, I will not be shopping at the Ashley Store on Lima Road again and would not recommend this location to anyone. I am attaching the photo of bed which he compared to a car and the hardware that was missing.

I was going to thank Ashley for My recently purchased massage lift chair . But instead I’ll thank Remi. My wife and myself went online offline and in between . Trying to find the best chair for us. We could have saved hours or even days. Remi a sales person at Ashley’s Demonstrated and explained all our concerns. Her knowledge of therapeutic chairs are exceptional.You might think it’s only a chair. But to us it’s Comfort Relaxation Healing etc. I’m 100% Sure wasn’t for Remi I would not have purchased it. our bed set is nice but the people who delivered it and built our bed frame they left a box with wood in it and shoved it in the corner of our room. didn’t mention it to us or anything just left for us to figure out what to do with.. and i was pregnant at the time when they did this like how did they expect a pregnant woman to deal with a huge box of wood slats? extremely disappointed in the delivery service. but the bed set is beautiful.

I always prefer to support local businesses, so it was very disappointing to be treated this way by the Ashley Furniture store on Lima Road. I visited the store to look at sofas and a salesperson showed me one I liked. It was priced at $5,900. I told him it was too expensive for my sunroom. Instead of a normal discount, he began negotiating like a car dealer and eventually lowered the price to $4,200 + tax, which I agreed to and paid. I was told delivery would take 2–3 weeks. When I got home and checked the Ashley website, I found the exact same sofa listed for $3,800 online. Online and in-store prices can differ, but it was still frustrating to see such a big gap, especially right after buying it. The next day I went back and asked for a refund. At first they refused. A manager then said the sofa was already on the delivery truck and that I would be charged a $1,227.81 cancellation fee. I was told they would mail me a check for the refund balance. I explained the order was placed less than 48 hours before and I was told delivery would be weeks away — so it made no sense that it was already shipping. I was also told the store is independently operated and can set its own policies. Lesson learned: Always check the price on the Ashley Furniture website first by entering the item number. I will never do business again with Ashley Furniture on Lima Road.

Bought a sofa sets worth almost $3800 delivered broken parts and delivery guy refused to take it back. After several call they took it back and they said they gonna repair the broken parts . We decided to return on the same delivery day everything but the salesman said 50% will be charged for return and the other guy said 30% . Finally agreed for replacing new one but not delivered on time promised delivered no later than Dec 5 but it was delivered on Dec 10 instead. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Tim was great! Let us walk around and look at things on the floor by ourselves and I dint really see anything that was what I exactly wanted. Then showed us an option for a buildable sectional sofa and we worked it out for a piece that woukd fit perfectly. Waiting for piece to arrive, but said should only take a couple of weeks!

After looking at 7 stores, Ashley (actually their salesman Tim and their Signature loveseat) was the winner. Installed myself after their front door delivery. Very easy to put together, and extra person is helpful and the red tape has a red bag with the wing bolts, js. Love firmness of both the construction and the cushions. Believe this will last longer than the sectional of 10 years. Tim's wife Sheila also showed us the Purple mattress with zero gravity, this will be our next purchase. We currently have a 10 year old Sleep Number, which is great, but Purple... yes ma'am. Thanks Ashley, we will be back.

Julian, our delivery driver, was very courteous and professional. He was very careful with our furniture and our house. He thoroughly explained everything and offered additional suggestions for care of our furniture.

My Wife and I worked with Joel. He listened to what we were looking for in a mattress, including our previous bad experience with our outgoing mattress. He made sure to have us try all the brands they had on the floor, and had us retry a couple to make sure what we’re selecting was what we wanted. He also helped us look at a couple couches/recliners. We weren’t looking to do both at the same time but he worked with us and the deals he could apply and walked us through the final deal. After reviewing the numbers we decided to also get a couch with our mattress. He wasn’t pushing it on us, he just informed us of the numbers and they worked for us, so we decided to just get both as our current couch has been on its way out.

Tim Z was incredible. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out was very Friendly, Professional and knew exactly what I wanted. He handled paperwork in a timely manner. Absolutely terrible experience! Bridget and Chris were completely unprofessional and unhelpful from start to finish. I was sent the wrong couch — one that was over $1,000 more than the one I originally ordered — and instead of correcting their mistake, they refused to refund me the price difference. To make things worse, they even tried to make me pay for the shipping costs on their error! I reached out multiple times hoping for a reasonable resolution, but all I got was poor communication and zero accountability. This whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether — save yourself the stress and shop somewhere that actually values its customers.

My grandfather ordered a set from here and it turned up damaged. It wasn’t the same couch that we ordered either… I called customer service for him and was “welcomed” with attitude. She was talking to us like we were the problem. 0/10. DO NOT recommend.

This place is terrible. Ordered a zero G couch from here. They shipped the wrong one and it was damaged. When they tried lying about there being different levels of zero G to get away with their mistakes, another store debunked that for us. Went in person to try and exchange it. The one that was wanted in the first place was actually $1000 cheaper, but they wouldn't refund the difference for their incompetence. Oh, and they also wanted us to pay for shipping... So you're saying after the exchange you're going to have $1,000 extra than you're supposed to have yet I still have to pay for shipping. Such POS! Bridget was the one who tried to lie about the zero G feature having levels. Somebody educate that woman please. Also Bridget reach back out from her personal cell which seems very unprofessional

Lied to my mother

Malachi was friendly and helpful during both of my recent Ashley purchases. My furniture was available within a few days of purchase. Pick up was easy and the warehouse staff was helpful.

Delivery was right on time and he put the chair together in about 10 minutes. Everything was done beautifully!!

We were very happy to work with Sedina while looking for a new mattress. She was very knowledgeable about sleep habits and was personable. We were able to pick up our mattress within days of ordering. Ashley Sleep has a large variety of high end mattresses, but as far as a a mid-lower end mattress price, they are very limited as to what you can try in store.

Went during Labor Day sales and worked with Remi who was very knowledgeable and got a great deal on some living room furniture that is functional, cozy and stylish.

All the people at this store were very friendly, especially Remi. She was very helpful and patient and didn’t hover over me like a vulture like you see in so many other outlets. The store also honored a price match on a mattress I ended up buying which helped save money. Malachi was also helpful and knowledgeable.

We came in with a newborn and a toddler, and Joanie was incredibly patient with us! She ran us around the store to look at several pieces and helped us measure out each piece! She played with our toddler, let her participate, and kept a smile the whole time!

Remi was very patient and knowledgeable with me during my first major furniture purchase. Most sales personnel tend to be pushy, but Remi stuck within my price range and asked me questions I never thought about to make sure my purchase was a good one.

Joanie or JoJo as my 4 year old would say, was an amazing help! I initially worked with a different gentleman and came back on a day that he wasn't in. I was hesitant to buy from her but she assured me that he'd get a portion of the sales. Joanie was very attentive and helpful and she knew her catalog. I told her what it was that I thought I wanted, she showed me all those things. I turned the corner and found the perfect set. She guided me thru all of my options and even gave an honest opinion when I asked her thoughts. JoJo was the perfect sales lady and maintained her professionalism thru it all!

I didn’t know buying a mattress could feel like a stand-up comedy show mixed with a VIP concierge service, but here we are. Matt Gaunt was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He didn’t just help me pick out a mattress, he made me feel so comfortable you’d think I was already lying on one. First off, no pushy sales tactics. None of that “This one is the most expensive, so obviously it’s the best” nonsense. Instead, he actually listened to what I needed (which is rare enough to deserve its own medal). He asked questions, helped me try out different options, and guided me toward what would work best for me without ever making me feel pressured. Honestly, he was like the Yoda of mattresses, minus the cryptic riddles and swamp. Matt gave me all the info I needed about firmness, materials, pros, and cons without making my eyes glaze over. And he somehow kept it fun. I think I laughed more in that store than I have in some sitcom episodes. In the end, I walked away with the perfect mattress and the peace of mind that I made the right choice! No buyer’s remorse here! Matt is proof that good customer service still exists, and that buying a mattress doesn’t have to be stressful. If you’re in the market for one, go see him! You might just leave with better sleep and sore cheeks from smiling so much.

All of our furniture has been bought at Ashley Furniture and sold to us by Sedina Bear. She is a one of a kind sales person. Also Ashley Furniture and the staff there are amazing also. Today when we found out Sedina was no longer at the Jefferson store we were very sad but something told us to stop at the Lima Road store and see if by chance she went to work there. And she was there and we were so so happy. By the time we left there we had the double mattress, bases, bed, headboard, 2 night stands and dresser. It was a good day. We really appreciated that he gave us space to browse and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. We had such a great experience working with Sedina while furnishing our new home. Over the course of three visits, she was consistently patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand our style and needs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her guidance made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend working with her if you’re shopping for furniture!

BUYER BEWARE (Dont trust your salesman order unless you know exactly what their system code means and that you have a copy of every piece of paper signed, otherwise you will pay the price of their mistake.) On the evening of 22 June 2025, I had a delivery for furniture show up from Ashley furniture. Once the furniture arrived and was brought into the house, it was apparent that what was being delivered was not what we thought was ordered. The delivery drivers then took all of the furniture with them saying to call the store. Upon calling the store to get this sorted out, I was told that by the representative, that I am responsible for ordering the wrong furniture. Due to this, I need to pay a 15% fee and handling/delivery fees to get what we originally wanted. When I told him that the picture we had is correct and the orientation delivered was wrong, he then sent me a DIFFERENT picture that showed an incorrect orientation. When pointed out that these pictures are different orientations, his reply was that our signature was on the paperwork and thus we are at fault. His response was to talk to the Sales manager the next day. When I called to speak with the Sales Manager as per the rep’s instructions, the next morning on July 23rd, I was given the same options. The manager admitted that the paperwork was different and there could be confusion between them. It was then reiterated that because I had initials on one set of paperwork and not the other, that is what they went by. The Sales Manager said I could have called and had our ordered corrected at any time, but there was 0 response when I pointed out that the picture of the correct orientation was given to us and thus not change our order. The manager insisted I was at fault for not changing the order when I didn’t have anything to indicate something was wrong, specifically because not all of the paperwork was given to me. During the sale of the furniture, the salesman drew out what the layout we wanted with the new chaise/console/sectional we would purchase. During this, we also sat in the correct orientation furniture as the floor model was exactly what we wanted. I even joked with the salesman that we would take the floor model if they didn’t have a brand new one. During the processing of the sale, the salesman asked if what we ordered was correct and I asked if it is the same as the floor model; he then responded ‘Yes.’ During the setup of the sale, the manager on duty on July 5 2025, had to assist as the salesman was unsure of using the system. Between the salesman and manager, neither corrected the order based on our question of it matching the floor model. When we had left the store, the salesman sent us a copy of the originally drawn layout. This layout was drawn correctly in the orientation that we wanted and matched the floor model picture we took. The only actions I was given to rectify the situation via the store manager was: 1) Pay a 15% fee with a second delivery charge to get the furniture we originally wanted 2) Return the furniture (the furniture we don't have) and then pay a 30% fee Ashley Furniture's only option in moving forward is for us to pay more money on top of what was already paid (and withdrawn) in order to resolve the situation. Trying to work with the store on a solution was only met with frustration because the only path available to me is to pay additional money for a mistake made.

Joanie was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly; Joanie made my experience with Ashley Furniture and I plan on being a repeat customer thanks to the care Joanie gave. Thank you Dawn Townsend

I will never go through Ashley furniture again. I was overcharged on everything I bought and was invited to a private event for the memorial Day sale and I get online and it's cheaper. Then once my furniture was delivered, one piece came broken. No one ever reached out to me. once I reached out to customer service about all the issues was told there was nothing they can do and I didn't receive a new piece. They fixed the broken one and shipped it back which took over 6 week. I was told their technicians would fix it up to their company "standards". I believe I should have gotten a new piece instead of a half broken one. I am highly disappointed! Once I got home and looked over the paperwork from the original purchase I noticed all kinds of charges that I didn't ask for. I was only going to pay cash for the living room furniture. The manager talked me into buying the beds that I was going to purchase cheaper elsewhere and tried to cancel the order and went into the store twice the same week of the purchase and got blown off when I tried to cancel that order and was told it was already shipped to the store in which I was told I can't cancel the order. I asked for the the plain adjustable base and he ordered the most expensive and denied that I told him that I didn't want that so now I'm stuck paying for something I didn't want. I am highly disappointed with this whole company.

We were intentionally shopping for a sectional, but hadn’t planned on stopping into Ashley’s, but we saw it and figured why not check it out. Jacob greeted us right away and asked what we were looking for, showed us some options and ultimately found one we liked, even better was him working some magic to get it for us in the price point we needed! We ultimately ended up with a better quality couch for less than what the other stores were offering in the same areas. Arrival is scheduled for mid-August and time can’t move fast enough, if we love the couch we would like to come back for a recliner 😁

Well. We paid almost 2500 for our couches. Had them over a year now and they are terrible. Was supposed to come with some kind of cleaning plan and that never happened. 3 of the 6 cushions “both recliners” felt worn and used while the others were firm. 5 months in the arm of the one recliner feet lost one of the rivets holding it Together. Had to fix that with a bolt and nut. Couches were a waste of money. When they dropped them off they were not in plastic and looked used in the first place. When I asked the guy he said no they are brand new… today I had to flip the couch to fix yet ANOTHER issue. Was looking for the name to find parts and found both tags had been ripped off the couch. What a circus’s I’ve VERY disappointed in this purchase. I should’ve asked for my money back day one.

I didn’t intend to buy a sectional when I entered the store, but I was so captivated by the variety and quality of the furniture that I left wanting to purchase a sectional once I went home to measure to see if the one I wanted would fit. So the next day I notified the salesperson who was extremely attentive that I would purchase the sectional. The only thing that disappointed me is that you can’t get the furniture delivered without paying an arm and leg! Which should be included when you buy furniture!

Our experience at Ashley Furniture in Ft. Wayne was amazing! Jacob spent time showing me different styles of sofas and sectionals, asking me questions about my needs and what i was looking for. BUYER BEWARE ......After spending over three grand here just a year ago, including purchasing their protection plan the seam is coming apart on the back on the couch. After contacting them, getting the insurance contact information and then contacting the insurance I was told it wasn't covered because it was a quality issue.I then called then store and was told that I would receive a text giving me instructions on how to proceed(this was done within thirty seconds of me telling them the problem which says to me this happens a lot and they have it prepared..just have to copy and paste into a new text) I was then contacted and told seam separation wasn't covered and they asked if I wanted a quote on a price for a new part. Very disappointed and will never buy from them nor recommend them again. P.S. The furniture care protection plan does NOT cover the quality of the furniture so if you get it home and three months later the seams start to fall out you are out of luck

We visited Ashley Furniture in Ft Wayne, IN and worked with Remi. She was a wonderful partner to work with in choosing furniture for our living room. She is very knowledgeable about quality, style, durability, ease of cleaning and overall layout that best fit our room. She made several suggestions of recliner or swivel chairs to compliment the sectional we d chosen. I was looking at all pieces being the same style and color but her great design eye showed us options that would add color and/or texture to the design. Remi spent 2 hours with us helping us choose exactly what we wanted. She was not pushy, nor did she recommend the highest priced options. She went over our order in depth with us to make sure nothing was missed and even printed pictures of everything we were ordering. I suggest if you are shopping at the Ft Wayne, Lima Rd store, ask for Remi if you are interested in working with someone passionate about their job. I can't wait for the furniture to arrive!

Are sales person was pleasant and nice to work with however on my way home I told my wife they put us on a interest bareing account and she told me they have interest free for up to 80 months their website and also send me in the mail offers for the same. Three times we bought furniture and always got interest free. Now we’re confused and thinking about canceling the order. We will come up in tomorrow and see if we can get it resolved.

Sedina helped us find a fantastic family room set. She was fantastic, attentive when we had questions, gave us space so we could “test” the furniture and discuss, provided the options and shower alternatives in the store. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and just fun to talk to about what our needs were. The showroom has a nice varied selection to help visualize what you want and don’t want in our home. Matt was super helpful when my wife, son and I came in later in the evening looking for a new living room set. He was super attentive to what we were looking for but didn't hover, pressure, or rush us. We ended up finding what we were looking for that was within our budget.

I am very disappointed with Ashley furniture and your warranty service. They have been to my house 4 times, 3 times for the same issue and canceled or changed my appointment 3 out of the 4 times. Which I have had to take off work to be home. First was to repair a broken piece of wood then the foot stool wouldn't go down that took 2 visits and still was not fixed so the tech had to order a part which took 8 weeks to get and in the mean time the back broke which is from how hard you need to push to get the foot stool up or down and because it's all made of plywood. He said he won't be able to fix cause it's not on his workorder. I bought the extended warranty to fix or replace the furniture. I didn't think I would have to deal with so many visits for the same issue and lost time. This whole process started in early October it is now February 27th, and they still do not want to just change out the chair. Disappointed, Customer,
