Shout out to Jason for his friendly, knowledge of the furniture and how and what it’s made of. He was also helpful in our room layout and helped with furniture placement according to our dimensions.

Jason Morgan did a great job getting us an amazing deal on our new bed! Can’t wait to sleep on it and continue being apart of the Tempur-pedic family. We love shopping at Ashley furniture.

Went to ashley to look for new furniture for my home and must say was very impressed with the sales person Audrey who knew her stuff. she went beyond what I was expecting she looked up things I had written down that I liked and gave me the quoted price that was online.if any one is looking for furniture I highly recommend ashley on Jefferson and ask for Audrey she a very nice lady who will help you.

I walked into the Ashley Store fully expecting to be ignored. I had an agenda of picking only in stock items and if there wasn't anything in stock I was going to walk out. I was greeted by Audrey, who was friendly and down to earth. I immediately relaxed. She asked what I was looking for, and right away, she got my vision. It's like she knew exactly where everything was in the store. She even showed me things I thought I hated, like leather furniture. She explained the benefits of different materials and really listened to what I needed as a mom and a caregiver for my ill mother. Within 25 minutes she helped pick my dining room set (which I love) and my sofa and ottoman (which the kids love). Audrey even made sure delivery was available the day before Christmas! She made no promises but kept me in the loop the entire time. For the first time in years I was able to have my whole family sit around the dinner table together! I would not trade that feeling for the world. Thank you to Audrey and the whole team at Ashley Furniture on Jefferson for making my Christmas dreams come true!

Amy Volka was the product specialist that helped my husband and I shop for a new sofa. She was knowledgeable about what was in the showroom, easy to talk to, and made us feel like we were being heard. She was also able to help us find our perfect next couch! We are so happy with the service, price point, and feel of the inside of the store and we are very excited to cuddle up on our brand new sofa with our family.

My family has had an excellent experience with Ashley Furniture’s two stores in Fort Wayne, IN today 2/26/2024 and the Ashley Furniture Mishawaka Store. My mother purchased a new 55” Samsung TV yesterday on Christmas Day. Due to the size of the TV Screen we needed to purchase a new TV Stand. We identified a Harpan 60” TV Stand on the Ashley website that we wanted to purchase. I had a couple of questions to ask about the product so I did not finalize the order on Christmas Day. This morning the website showed the product as Out of Stock. The website by store location did show there was the same product available at the store closest to my mom’s location on Jefferson St. I went to the Ashley Jefferson Street Store this morning only to find out the product had been discontinued and they did not have one in stock and could no longer get it. Audrey was very professional and according to their computer there were only 2 available in IN, one on Lima Rd in Fort Wayne and one in Mishawaka. Much to my dismay, the Lima Rd Ashley Store, also did not have the TV Stand on their showroom floor. Sedina, Sales Professional and Malachi, Store Manager worked with the Mishawaka Ashley Store to secure the only discontinued remaining Harpan 60” TV Stand in IN for me. The transaction was completed seamlessly and delivery has been scheduled. From Audrey at the Ashley Store on Jefferson St to Sedina and Malachi at the Lima Rd Ashley Store both in Fort Wayne and the Mishawaka Ashley Store in IN, everyone worked in unison to find the TV Stand we had identified the day earlier on the Ashley website. It is obvious that Ashley Furniture has a customer first culture. This was a very positive experience.

I went in with my roommates to look at couches. We were looking to make some changed in my house that I own and decided it was time for a change. We were greeted pleasantly. Staff were a bit overwhelming at times. Felt a bit pushy. I won't mention the sell person's name, but they were intense and did not allow a lot of processing time to find what I wanted. I tend to do best when sales people allow me to process, luckily the person I was with understood and dragged the person away. Also finally, the staff seemed to get it and switched to a better overall fit for me. I ultimately worked with Amy, who was a blessing to work with even if she was near the tail end of the experience. She was not as forceful and just presented the selling facts in a straightforward manner. I enjoyed the experience overall and they both were knowledgeable of the material. If you want great details on the merchandise the first sales person will be right up your alley, if you are more simplistic and want to look for yourself ask for Amy. She will answer but allow you to make your own decisions. I will come back here again! It was a great experience. The delivery was also smooth Don and Paul delivered quickly and efficiently. They listened when locations of the items had to move as well. Very pleased with the overall experience.

The store was very clean with a welcoming and 'no pressure' atmosphere. We were greeted immediately and guided to what we were looking for. Our salesman, Steve, was wonderful and would check in from time to time to answer questions and what not. Overall, we were more than pleased with our experience.

We purchased a couch with a chaise and we absolutely love it! From the showroom, working with scheduling delivery, and the delivery process, they made sure that everything went smoothly .

Horrible, was told I would get updates as each piece was available to pick up from warehouse. Didn’t get any notifications. Was told 1-2 weeks, picked it up 17 days later. Received no apologies for this. When I received the couch it had a staple sticking out I was unable to remove, very visible & a BURN MARK ON TOP of one of my cushions. When I sent the pictures to a manager he said he would send me a new cushion. & completely disregarded the staple when I asked what he was going to do about that he said I could bring it back and they will have a new one. As if it was my problem & my fault… why should I go out of my way to help fix the problem- not a small piece of furniture either. Never buying from here again.

Lloyd took great care of us! Looking forward to receiving our new couches! UPDATE: Finally received our couches. It took a while, but it was worth the wait. I just want give a shout out Phil Gonsalez and Devontae Adams who delivered the second part of our order. Turns out the couch we purchased for the basement was WAY bigger than we remembered. I had to take a couple of doors off to get it into the house. Once we got it in the basement stairwell... well there was no way it was actually going to round the corner and the banister at the bottom, funny thing is it had to be forced into said stairwell. While I fiddled about with what to do, both Phil and Devontae were incredibly patient, and willing to try anything to make it happen. Finally I had given up and decided to return it. Again, both were incredibly patient. Unfortunately however, this thing wasn't going to come out easy. Finally, I decided to take out the banister per one of the suggestions, I borrowed a Sawzall from a neighbor, and like a boss Phil took it out. These guys were awesome, and I really appreciate the help they offered without a hint of attitude or impatience. Give these guys a raise!

Ashley furniture has really stepped up! Their furniture is bright, clean and very affordable! We bought a new guest room bed but will be going back for a new living room look. Can't wait to begin our new look,a little farmhouse, but with a classic style. Love,love what we saw and had wonderful help from the assistant manager. Love what Ashley furniture has done!

I wish I could give 0 starts. They definitely do not deserve the one. I have been a customer with Ashley 10 years. Any time I need furniture, I come to Ashley. My last two purchases, the customer services has been horrendous!!! I waited a week with no communication from anyone. After emailing corporate, the best they can do is STILL charge me the $125 for delivery…but instead of dropping it off, they will bring it into my home. Way to go Ashley. You’ve lost a customer. I’m a manager. And this is not going above and beyond for your customers. If my employees acted in such a way to one of my patients, I would do ANYTHING to make them happy and accommodate such inconvenience. Your fix…was me giving a Free Mikes Car Wash to my patient because I pulled the wrong tooth. Do better, Ashley. Way better.

We went in looking for a piece of furniture for our living room, and our salesman Jay was telling us about deals, and convinced us into buying a new mattress that we needed to replace.

The salesperson Jason was very helpful on deciding what mattress we needed. Prices were a little high, but our salesperson was able to work with us to get it lowered and manageable. I guess if you want the best you have to be willing to pay for it. It may be several weeks before we get our bed, so until then we don’t know if we made a good decision. I do have several friends that gave high marks to Tempur-Pedic. Update 5/17/2024: We got our bed and sofa recliner about two weeks early. The biggest problem was with the delivery. We got the "Premium white glove delivery and setup". The delivery guys agreed to move our old mattress to our garage but not the old sofa recliner. At this point, if they wasn't going to move both items to the garage, I was sending everything back and not accepting the order. After calling our salesperson, all he could do was send a friend over the next day to move sofa recliner. Well the deliver guys decided to move the sofa recliner 100 feet rather then take everything back. The delivery guys are to move items "in and setup", "not move items out". The "Store" needs to let customers know they need to make arrangements to have there items moved out. Or here is an idea, Offer the the service! The store and the delivery people better get there SHI* together. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

EDITED: BEWARE*** I am revising my review to 1 star. After 7 months of use, the massage mechanism on our sofa will not work. It's under warranty, so that's not a problem until we call to make arrangements to have it fixed. There is no cost for the repair, but we have to take the sofa in for repair. What??? The two young men who delivered our sofa had trouble carrying it because it was so heavy. There is no way for us to carry it or transport it to wherever they want us to take it. It's ridiculous! If we pay $129, we can have it repaired in our home. Seriously? This is nothing but a money grab!!! We won't be back, Ashley Store. Charging people to have a covered under warranty repair is bad business! It was refreshing to walk into this store and not feel immediately bombarded by employees hoping for a sale. Travis greeted me and then pointed me in the direction of the type of furniture I was looking for. Also refreshing was that I was free to look around without sales pressure. Travis was available for questions and checked in several times to see how I was doing. That was appreciated. I originally went in to purchase a recliner but left buying a three piece set that I can't wait to have delivered. My entire experience from walking in the door to walking out was wonderful. I'll be back when I have a need in the future.

AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE!! We purchased and ordered a chest of drawers on 01/26/2024. The chest was available for pickup on 02/06/2024, and was picked up without incident. But after unboxing at home, significant damage was noticed. There was a major dent/smash spot on the top of the chest, A 2 inch crack on the left frame, all of the cross boards were separating from this "frame". Also the frame was coming apart from the left front and left back of the chest with approximately of a 1/4" of separation. There are also several loose screws on the left side of the frame. In addition the drawers were very hard to remove and did not open and close easily. 5 of the 6 surface areas of the chest were damaged. The chest that it should easily be considered a total loss. And the quality of the Chest leaves a lot to be desired. It is NOT made of quality materials and definitely an inferior product. Made of particle board and engineered wood. We called the Ashley store as soon as they opened the next morning. Ashley 6334 Lima Road Fort Wayne IN 46818. They asked us to send picture and video of the damages to their service department via email. All of which we complied with. After several back and forth emails their proposed solution was to order parts to repair the frame of the chest. No mention of the difficult drawers or the smashed top, or the front and rear separation from the sides. And they would inform us when said parts arrive and WE would need to bring back the frame unit to their service department for repairs to be completed. Who knows how long this would take. And it would not address all the damages. From my understanding particle board and engineered wood can NOT be satisfactorily repaired anyway. We purchased a NEW chest of drawers. Not a refurbished one. The one we received came damaged at no fault of our own. Which is absolutely terrible, as the chest was seemingly dropped or mishandled somewhere in their own supply chain. And should have never been passed on to us their customer. So this proposal was not acceptable to us. We then called the store manager, Luke Rittenhouse, hoping for a NEW replacement or a store credit to buy a different chest, one of better quality. He told us that his products may be of poor quality but its okay because other stores (Walmart, etc.) don't sell perfect products. Absurd! He said that they do not offer replacements or refunds on any purchase. Whether said product arrived damaged or not. The Ashley website states that is does offer refunds and replacements on damaged items. But never the less I asked him to forward the stores policy on its no refund policy, he said he would text it to me, but he never did. So Ashley furniture just steals customer's money. Or offer them refurbished products' claiming they're new. Fast forward 2 months later, after filling complaints with both the Better Business Bureau (no help), and the Indiana Attorney Generals office(Major Help). They have agreed to issue a store credit but minus a 30% restocking fee. Laughable as they sold me a damaged dresser that would have never needed to be "restocked had it not been damaged in the first place!!

I bought 2 mattresses and it was a low stress event. The sales person gave me the facts and let me make the decisions. This is good. The only downside is that there is no price negotiation, so do your homework. They cut the delivery charge in half without any question, so it seems like it is a corporate thing to make you feel like they gave you something. But it's better than nothing . Altogether a good experience. The experience with sales was 5 star and the lack of price negotiation not.

They are pushy and even at one point was rude and persistent once we told them no we would think about it. Going back into the "Lima Rd" store to question the furniture being ordered and maxing out our credit seems to be a laughing matter to them. They denied doing so after it was confirmed they DID do just that!! So please make it a smooth and pleasant experience and no pressure whatsoever, see Samantha at Jefferson Rd Ashley. What a pleasant young lady and the manager Steve is right up there with her. He was very accommodating to our specific needs and seemed to want to help in any way possible even if it cost him a headache 😝. I love the table, bench and chairs! The delivery was prompt and guys were friendly and efficient. However they tracked in lots of salt and dirt from the snow outside. Also one of my chairs had two grey streaks on it from shipping. I was able to use spot remover to get it off. So I didn't have to mess with an exchange. Very solid table and chairs are heavy. Definitely used the front leveling nobs on the legs to stabilize them.

2024-01-17 ... What a great delivery experience today ... It's 5 Deg-F in Fort Wayne, at 9:30 AM ... and "Alex" and "Irish Sean" show up to deliver my new Ashley sofa ... It's super cold with snow and ice on the sidewalk ... Yet these two guys are as cheerful as Spring bluebirds ... They get the heavy sofa into the house and electrically hooked up ... All in about 12 minutes ... Amazing ... They were so "Ashley conscientious" that they even declined two hot cups of coffee ... Sean and Alex did a superb job ...

This review is for the store and ordering process only since I have not yet received my furniture. I ordered from a gentleman named Luke Rittenhouse who made ordering so easy and answered all my questions. He really understood what I was looking for and gave me honest answers about pets vs. furniture. Luke sent me pictures of my furniture after I got home because I forgot to take them in store when I ordered. The entire team at this location was great. I got to talk to quite a few of them because the weather was awful and not many people were out shopping. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was so nice and accommodating. They gave me a great deal and I cant wait to get what I think is the nicest furniture I have ever owned. As long as the furniture is as great as the people selling it, I will go here first for my next purchase! Look up Luke when you get there if you enjoy cracking a joke or 2 while you order!

My daughter and I visited the Ashley HomeStore on Jefferson Boulevard, and we were blown away with our experience. When we walked in, we were greeted right away with a smile by Steve Reid. Update coming with pictures and emails showing Customer Service refusing to make right the defective furniture that I purchased for almost $4000. These people are terrible. Their customer service is garbage… I wish I would’ve just got a soft comfy couch or a sectional instead of this fancy furniture that is meant to sit in a palace somewhere not to be sat on at all it is so uncomfortable. The only thing I wanted was an ottoman and it is absolutely trash. They refused to replace it no matter what, it was defective as soon as I got it, it had all kinds of issues and they refused to replace it with a new one. Customer Service said that as long as it was within an industry standards, they were not obligated nor would they even consider replacing it this ottoman and the chair that came with it was almost $1000. They tried to repair it and it didn’t turn out any better whatsoever. Once I got it home it was no different at all. Pictures are coming soon!

Spent around 3 grand on a sectional. Paid extra for "premium home setup and delivery" which just turned into being 2 kids who just man handled my sofa up a staircase and got tons of paint marks and rips all over my sofa. They also destroyed a light fixture and celing tiles in my apartment complex, left all the trash in my apartments hallway. Then I talk to management (with photos of damage)and they tell me I can use the protection plan I paid extra for........ like how is that any type of compensation. They also told me they won't be held responsible for damage to my apartment complex. The guys that helped my buy the sectional were cool people. But I will never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone honestly.

Overpriced would be an understatement but thats not a huge deal since that's everything these days. The issue I mainly didn't like is they charge way too much for shipping so I decided to pick it up myself only they made me wait a week to get my product only to tell me I had to goto the warehouse to get it and once it "arrived" I had to schedule 2 days in advanced to go get it. I quote arrived because she claimed they had to dig it out and find it for me so they need a 2 day notice to do so because they are short staffed. I'm no genius but if they the product was delivered the day I called in after recieving the text saying the product arrived. Why do they need time to find it? Seems more like they just wanted to make me wait for the product when I should have been able to just goto the warehouse day 1. Not a system I'll be dealing with again and that's unfortunate for them because I also needed a dining table and a second couch.

Our visit went very well and we ended up buying our furniture there.

Delivery date came and went. No word from Ashley. After they finally returned our call, they said it’d be another month. Well that month has come and gone too. Now they’re saying they’re unsure when it’ll be in. We have no furniture in our house. They won’t cancel and refund our money either so we can go somewhere else to make a purchase. Pretty much just gave them thousands of dollars and we’re just stuck. Some friends reached out to us and said they had the same experience this year. I worked with Jason Morgan who helped me find a couch for my living room. He was truly the ideal representative who cares about the customer and wants the customer to be happy. When I got a couch from the store room and noticed the price was different online I contacted Jason and he was able to match the online price for me after the purchase. Jason is good at working with you to ensure your purchase is correct and many representatives would not do this for you in other companies. Overall Jason is a great representative who is very knowledgeable and can work with you if you have a problem. Ashley home furniture Fort Wayne west Jefferson location is a really beautiful set up store inside and the people inside are professional too and will take care of you.

I'll give the store less than that for the inconvenience of having to rent a van and picking up my furniture myself, but in the end I am happy and again Samatha was and is the only reason I would ever consider Ashley again. Please seek her out, she actually cares. UPDATE: Samantha at Ashley is going out of her way to resolve my issue. I do feel better about getting our furniture in time. Only thing that changed was due to to delivery schedule. I need to pick it up myself. If all goes well, she may have solved this. Fingers crossed. The worst! We were lied too about availability just to close a sale. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!! Purchase your furniture somewhere else. I heard Rainbow has a very good reputation. I should have listened to friends that had a similar experience with these liars. UPDATE: to be fair the saleswoman that helped me is trying her best to deliver on time as promised, but still not satisfied with the store and their policy. I believe she was given false information about availability. And she did offer to cancel and refund. However, NEVER EVER promise a customer something that is false, even if it’s your owners fault.

I did not read the reviews or check the Better Business Bureau site before shopping at Ashley Furniture. It’s a terrible establishment. I hope you do your due diligence before opening their doors. Their business ethics are horrific. Of course , this is my opinion. Here are my facts. I purchased 11K worth of furniture. Not a small sale. JAY sat on a stool in front of a computer and said I was one of the LUCKY ones. Everything was there. They would call in 7-10 days to schedule delivery. That worked since I purchased bedroom furniture. Well, no call. I called and JAY said he indeed saw the furniture there when I was in but corporate can change that. He would need to call me back with a delivery date. Again, I call to find out the order won’t be in Until at least the end of November. Jay states the mattresses are here, “ I could get those to you.” The next day I called to schedule the mattress delivery so sleeping can occur at least on a mattress on the floor. JAY had suggested putting the mattresses on garbage bags. Now, Jay wants another 348.00 to deliver the bedding. It would be 2 deliveries. Another delivery fee after I spent 11K and I was told nothing but a lie onThe day of the purchase. JAY showed his true colors on the phone stating you can’t have your money back. Your receipt is a signed contract. On the back of the receipt it states all sales final. He wouldn’t let me get a word in. What business would have these policies and not be an open book concerning the all sales final policy at purchase. It’s just customer service. Consumers beware!! Please don’t shop here without reading the lowest reviews that are hidden. If you have had a bad experience and hundreds have, issue a complaint to the attorney general via email. There are more good people and businesses out there. Support local businesses and stay away from Ashley Furniture. I’m still waiting on a call from management. I would guess he is not calling since he mostly likely trains his staff on business ethics.

The salesperson told me she was giving me a break in the sectional I bought, then she overcharged me $100 for the ottoman!

I purchased 3 bedroom suites for my grandchildren. They were to have been delivered in 7 - 10 days. Turns out they weren’t in Stock until the end of November. Grandchildren have no beds!!! Jay said we could have the mattress delivered. Ok, at least that helps. Turns out they want 2 delivery fees for their lie. I would give negative stars if I could. And another family said they were told the exact same story.

Jason was so kind and funny he made my experience at Ashley which was my first time actually buying at a big furniture store a really good experience for me. I gave him the idea of what I was looking for which wasn’t in the store sadly but at a different location and he found it and got it ordered for me!! I’m excited and can’t wait for my new bed frame to come in :)

We are pretty happy with Ashley all and all, not having our furniture at this point, of course. My husband and I wanted to test the sofas and recliners on our own. For the most part, our salesperson, Jason, let us do this. He would step in and pointed out special features that would be beneficial to me in particular, as I am disabled. Hopefully, delivery time will be quick. I have heard several people tell us that their deliveries are have taken as much as a year to deliver. They told us 2-12 weeks. Hopefully they can deliver.😊

I recommend Travis, if you are visiting Ashley on Jefferson. I was researching adjustable bedframes, mattresses and reclining loveseats. My husband recently diagnosed with Huntington's Chorea Disease and will be needing this type bed as disease progresses. Travis was kind, understanding and helpful. Looking for reclining loveseat without a console, so I can set beside him, versus in separate chairs!! My money is limited and need to look for best deals. Travis was understanding and compasdionate this was in June. I went in to see Travis in October to make the deal on mattress and love seat. I needed to use to separate financing companies to get everything. Again Travis was understanding, helpful, and I never felt judged by him. Absolutely wonderful man. Please see Travis if looking for furniture, Travis knows good CUSTOMER SERVICE. In completing the process- working with Tonya, was a different story, I fell judged and like an inconvenience to have to work with 2 finance companies, when introduced to my husband and his Disease, she couldn't of cared less. Very sad and hurtful to my husband, he didn't know it. But I did. Currently waiting for my items to come in, very excited and anxious to help my husband out. A huge thank you to Travis. Spent an entire weekend looking for a couch that we really wanted and liked. In less than 6 months it started falling apart and we constantly have to put these buttons back on, if we can find them. Low quality. Cosmetically it's not that big of a deal but they probably won't last that long either. Waste of money.

Wasn't given full details that they'd give us a credit card kinda thing in the mail, that we never agreed to, and that said card would drop our credit scores. And can't call the store and reach a real person to address this so not thrilled with their customer service and definitely not buying furniture here again if this is how they want to do business.

Please don't be misled by my review. Although the salesman was personable i have personally experienced what i would call shady tactics. Unfortunately working with ppl who live off commission often have a specific character type. READ EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE PURCHASE QUANTITY OF EVERY PRODUCT. The delivery personnel were fantastic, just so it was said.

I walked in wanting to purchase a kitchen table set. Phoenix, the product specialist, was eager to find me exactly what I was looking for. He asked me a few details to get an idea of exactly what I wanted. After he found out what I wanted, he took me around and showed me a few different sets of tables and explained each one individually to me. He went over all of the details, including the prices. I had my very active 3 year old with me, who wanted to run around the store, look and touch everything. Phoenix handed him a toy & he was content for a little while, lol. I quickly found the set I wanted and instantly fell in love with it. The process was very fast and surprisingly easy. CONS: I was hoping to walk out with my new table and didn’t realize I would have to wait 2-3 weeks to get it. So that was a bummer. Upon checking out, I noticed a $400 charge that I didn’t ask for (will double check the price and update if I’m wrong). It was for the warranty. I was never told about the warranty during our talks about the tables, nor was I informed “I had to have it” until I was literally checking out. I didn’t and don’t need/want it and will be looking into further, but I truly want the table that I purchased.
