Jason Morgan, sales manager, was very helpful and informative. He was very easy to work with, and he did his best to help us make an informed decision about our mattress choice.

Been trying to claim the warranty for months now and no one answers my emails or phone calls. All the furniture I brought is basically trash and poorly made, two of the stool I brought was never able to use because they were not leveled and broke to pieces

A gentleman named Travis helped us, and really put in 100% to assist us in finding exactly what we wanted! They have an excellent selection of high quality furniture items, as well as a wide array of options in both styles and colors. They can even alter certain furniture items to make it into whatever you need! I got a beautiful antique white dresser set for my bedroom. They deliver and set up as well!

The only reason this is not a one star review is because we were treated very well in store. We were guaranteed a certain delivery date if we purchased the furniture from their store. We just received a message yesterday stating that they cannot deliver it on the date requested and now has to be moved nearly 1 week after. We are just moving into this home from out of state, so we now have no furniture in the home for a week. I am very disappointed with how this has all been handled.

I just wanted to share our experience at the Ashley Homestore on west Jefferson in Fortwayne on 03/15/25 my husband Don and I went just to look at some sectionals couches and we’re not going to purchase right away until we met Jason he was so knowledgeable on the furniture that we were looking for and was so helpful in answering all of our concerns and understanding what we needed . I have never seen a sales associate show us all the quality of work that goes into making good quality furniture by flipping the couch on its back and getting on the floor in his nice clothes just to show us how well built this sectional is. Now that is true dedication to his job and to the customer who is getting ready to make not only a big purchase but an investment for years to come. My husband and I walked in at Ashley’s on Jefferson Blvd. We were greeted by Steve Reid with a pleasant welcome and a smile. Steve asked what we were interested in and I told him that we’re looking for a Recliner Sectional that will go with gold along with two accent chairs with gold. He proceeded on to showing us what they had in store. We immediately chose the ones that caught our eyes first but then we saw another sectional that we love also, but I wasn’t sure if the color gold would match well with gray. Lo and behold, Steve went above and beyond to gather different pieces of golden decorations around the store, brought them over and set them up to please our eyes. Well, my husband and I were very much pleased with the outcome he did as they blended pretty well, but we went on ahead with the first set that would more match with our setup at home. Steve communicated well with us and guided us through the process while keeping smiles on our faces. He made sure we were very much happy with our purchases. He assured us of the shipping/delivery time frame which is convenient for us. We’re very much satisfied with Steve Reid as our Operations Manager who assisted us on that day. I must say that the furnitures at Ashley’s are gorgeous and the employees there are very nice. I highly recommend Ashley’s on Jefferson to be your furniture store and Steve Reid to be your Operations Manager to assist you with your choices! I give both the store and Steve Reid 10/10.

Phoenix was great! He knew exactly what he was talking about, listened to what we needed, and answered any questions we had.

The cancellation policy is frustrating. I have 6 chairs on order with an 8 week lead time. They clearly haven't been built or shipped yet and they are generic floor model chairs. I tried cancelling the order and was told it was too late despite it only being 6 days into the 8 week lead time. I was told it would be a 30% restocking fee Just disappointed that it's clearly possible to cancel the order when we have so long until they ship. I would get if it was a week or two from delivery.

My hubby and I went into the Jefferson Pointe Ashley store on Saturday, 3/8/25, to look for a buffet/server. We were greeted by Audrey, who was very friendly and helpful. She determined exactly what we were looking for and led us to a beautiful piece of furniture. We loved it so much, we ended up buying a coordinating King Bedroom Set as well! She easily spent 2-3 hours with us helping us determine the best combination of furniture at the best price. We’ll definitely be back soon to purchase the Tempur-Pedic mattress she showed, too!

Probably would NEVER shop here again. Our sales person, Audrey, was amazing, NO issues there. Unfortunately, when our furniture was FINALLY delivered, stuff was damaged. They ruined the walls in my BRAND NEW house in 3 different places. The delivery people left their tools, didn’t finish setting up the TV stand, ruined my walls, damaged the new furniture that I am spending A LOT of money on. Trying to get in touch with a service agent or sales manager is a JOKE. I am constantly being told “we will call you back” and no one ever does. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with my entire experience.

I was met in the mattress department by Jason who walked me through the sleep process and mattress purchase procedure. He determined my particular, and what I thought were unique, circumstances. (Actually he was quite familiar with my needs). He then carefully demonstrated how his recommend product could and would benefit me. If having so much better sleep can produce the results that he predicted, and I believe that they can, I will be very grateful. After the mattress is delivered and installed and I have used it for a period of time, I would be pleased to follow up with my assessment.

Steve is phenomenal at what he does! Initially only planned on buying a couch but ended up buying multiple items through him. He re-drew my interior layout plan and completely changed everything for the better. Could not be more satisfied

Went in twice looking for a new living room sofa. I was greeted by Audrey both times with a smile. She helped me look for about 45 minutes the first time figuring out what i wanted. I walked into the Ashley Store fully expecting to be ignored. I had an agenda of picking only in stock items and if there wasn't anything in stock I was going to walk out. I was greeted by Audrey, who was friendly and down to earth. I immediately relaxed. She asked what I was looking for, and right away, she got my vision. It's like she knew exactly where everything was in the store. She even showed me things I thought I hated, like leather furniture. She explained the benefits of different materials and really listened to what I needed as a mom and a caregiver for my ill mother. Within 25 minutes she helped pick my dining room set (which I love) and my sofa and ottoman (which the kids love). Audrey even made sure delivery was available the day before Christmas! She made no promises but kept me in the loop the entire time. For the first time in years I was able to have my whole family sit around the dinner table together! My family has had an excellent experience with Ashley Furniture’s two stores in Fort Wayne, IN today 2/26/2024 and the Ashley Furniture Mishawaka Store. My mother purchased a new 55” Samsung TV yesterday on Christmas Day. Due to the size of the TV Screen we needed to purchase a new TV Stand. We identified a Harpan 60” TV Stand on the Ashley website that we wanted to purchase. I had a couple of questions to ask about the product so I did not finalize the order on Christmas Day. This morning the website showed the product as Out of Stock. The website by store location did show there was the same product available at the store closest to my mom’s location on Jefferson St. I went to the Ashley Jefferson Street Store this morning only to find out the product had been discontinued and they did not have one in stock and could no longer get it. Audrey was very professional and according to their computer there were only 2 available in IN, one on Lima Rd in Fort Wayne and one in Mishawaka. Much to my dismay, the Lima Rd Ashley Store, also did not have the TV Stand on their showroom floor. Sedina, Sales Professional and Malachi, Store Manager worked with the Mishawaka Ashley Store to secure the only discontinued remaining Harpan 60” TV Stand in IN for me. The transaction was completed seamlessly and delivery has been scheduled. From Audrey at the Ashley Store on Jefferson St to Sedina and Malachi at the Lima Rd Ashley Store both in Fort Wayne and the Mishawaka Ashley Store in IN, everyone worked in unison to find the TV Stand we had identified the day earlier on the Ashley website. It is obvious that Ashley Furniture has a customer first culture. This was a very positive experience.

I went in with my roommates to look at couches. We were looking to make some changed in my house that I own and decided it was time for a change. We were greeted pleasantly. Staff were a bit overwhelming at times. Felt a bit pushy. I won't mention the sell person's name, but they were intense and did not allow a lot of processing time to find what I wanted. I tend to do best when sales people allow me to process, luckily the person I was with understood and dragged the person away. Also finally, the staff seemed to get it and switched to a better overall fit for me. I ultimately worked with Amy, who was a blessing to work with even if she was near the tail end of the experience. She was not as forceful and just presented the selling facts in a straightforward manner. I enjoyed the experience overall and they both were knowledgeable of the material. If you want great details on the merchandise the first sales person will be right up your alley, if you are more simplistic and want to look for yourself ask for Amy. She will answer but allow you to make your own decisions. I will come back here again! It was a great experience. The delivery was also smooth Don and Paul delivered quickly and efficiently. They listened when locations of the items had to move as well. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Horrible, was told I would get updates as each piece was available to pick up from warehouse. Didn’t get any notifications. Was told 1-2 weeks, picked it up 17 days later. Received no apologies for this. When I received the couch it had a staple sticking out I was unable to remove, very visible & a BURN MARK ON TOP of one of my cushions. When I sent the pictures to a manager he said he would send me a new cushion. & completely disregarded the staple when I asked what he was going to do about that he said I could bring it back and they will have a new one. As if it was my problem & my fault… why should I go out of my way to help fix the problem- not a small piece of furniture either. Never buying from here again.

Lloyd took great care of us! Looking forward to receiving our new couches! UPDATE: Finally received our couches. It took a while, but it was worth the wait. I just want give a shout out Phil Gonsalez and Devontae Adams who delivered the second part of our order. Turns out the couch we purchased for the basement was WAY bigger than we remembered. I had to take a couple of doors off to get it into the house. Once we got it in the basement stairwell... well there was no way it was actually going to round the corner and the banister at the bottom, funny thing is it had to be forced into said stairwell. While I fiddled about with what to do, both Phil and Devontae were incredibly patient, and willing to try anything to make it happen. Finally I had given up and decided to return it. Again, both were incredibly patient. Unfortunately however, this thing wasn't going to come out easy. Finally, I decided to take out the banister per one of the suggestions, I borrowed a Sawzall from a neighbor, and like a boss Phil took it out. These guys were awesome, and I really appreciate the help they offered without a hint of attitude or impatience. Give these guys a raise!

I wish I could give 0 starts. They definitely do not deserve the one. I have been a customer with Ashley 10 years. Any time I need furniture, I come to Ashley. My last two purchases, the customer services has been horrendous!!! I waited a week with no communication from anyone. After emailing corporate, the best they can do is STILL charge me the $125 for delivery…but instead of dropping it off, they will bring it into my home. Way to go Ashley. You’ve lost a customer. I’m a manager. And this is not going above and beyond for your customers. If my employees acted in such a way to one of my patients, I would do ANYTHING to make them happy and accommodate such inconvenience. Your fix…was me giving a Free Mikes Car Wash to my patient because I pulled the wrong tooth. Do better, Ashley. Way better.

Travis, the store manager we worked with for this purchase was super easy to work with and very helpful in our decision-making process. We were also pleasantly pleased at the turnaround time. We purchased the mattress on a Monday, and it was delivered three days later on Thursday. Nick and Phil set up our new King Tempur-Pedic mattress and Ergo base. Super friendly guys, very fast and efficient setup, and great at figuring out how to work the space to get it up to our second floor. We were also super grateful that they brought down our old mattress, which is one less thing to worry about. Extremely courteous and professional delivery crew

We went in looking for a piece of furniture for our living room, and our salesman Jay was telling us about deals, and convinced us into buying a new mattress that we needed to replace.

The salesperson Jason was very helpful on deciding what mattress we needed. Prices were a little high, but our salesperson was able to work with us to get it lowered and manageable. I guess if you want the best you have to be willing to pay for it. It may be several weeks before we get our bed, so until then we don’t know if we made a good decision. I do have several friends that gave high marks to Tempur-Pedic. Update 5/17/2024: We got our bed and sofa recliner about two weeks early. The biggest problem was with the delivery. We got the "Premium white glove delivery and setup". The delivery guys agreed to move our old mattress to our garage but not the old sofa recliner. At this point, if they wasn't going to move both items to the garage, I was sending everything back and not accepting the order. After calling our salesperson, all he could do was send a friend over the next day to move sofa recliner. Well the deliver guys decided to move the sofa recliner 100 feet rather then take everything back. The delivery guys are to move items "in and setup", "not move items out". The "Store" needs to let customers know they need to make arrangements to have there items moved out. Or here is an idea, Offer the the service! The store and the delivery people better get there SHI* together. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
