My girls and I found one that was perfect for their dad, but it would have to be ordered and it would take a couple of weeks. That was not going to work for us due to it being time sensitive. I bought a couch from this store and failed to measure my doorway which made my couch not fit. I was so stressed out but when I called the Ashley store on Lima road Quinn went above and beyond to ensure I could return the couch even though they were about to close. Then the owner himself stayed late to personally help me. When I went to revisit to find a couch that would fit Joanie was patient and worked with me for 2+ hours to make sure I got the right couch. Cassandra and Bonnie also made sure I was squared away at the end when it came to communication and paperwork. We went into the store to just look. We were not sure what we really wanted but were looking for a loveseat. The first sales person was super helpful and answered all questions, but she felt like she was not able to get us the help we needed with decisions, so another person stepped in to help, and she was also very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to not only get us a loveseat, but loveseat, couch, and coffee table with, a holiday sale discount

A man met us (cant remember his name) when we entered the store. We had specific furniture in mind. He handed us over to Remi and we couldn't have been more pleased!! Remi is a jewel!! She goes above and beyond! Continually texted me with different items she found. She knew exactly what we were looking for and spent a lot of time with us (texting and meeting) to fine the best deal for us.

We had another great experience with sales, management, scheduling and delivery. We have dealt with the manager Dave for multiple purchases over the years and he was great yet again in helping with our sales associate Remi for our most recent purchase. Remi was amazing and is a great listener and communicator and knew what exactly we were looking for based on our wants, needs, likes and dislikes. We will happily come back and see both Remi and Dave in the near future!!!! Additionally, the delivery manager Nick was professional, polite and personable and did a great job with his assistant and made for a smooth delivery and installation!

Remi was a joy to talk to about furniture options and features, and was very knowledgeable about every sofa we inquired about. She even went as far as showing us the frames underneath so we knew how durable it was. We were quoted 3 weeks for our sofa to arrive and yet Remi contacted us 4 days after purchasing to tell us it would be in by the end of the week. 4 stars only because we were promised a discount which we never received after I reviewed the price of our sofa online.

Many times when you think of buying a big ticket item, stress takes over. You worry about being taken advantage of, over spending, quality of the merchandise, etc. But, Sedina took care of us and all of those worries washed away. I took my Mother to purchase a new living room set. We told Sedina what she likes and what she was looking for and Sedina pointed us in the direction of the best living room furniture. Not only does this furniture check every box that my Mother needed/wanted but it’s checks boxes that we didn’t even know we needed/wanted. Sedina explained everything, answered our thousand and one questions, made us laugh, and created the best shopping experience. Thank you!!!!!

Dave the was first person to greet us when we got to the store. He asked us if we needed anything and just let us do our thing. Once he saw we were looking at sofas he came over and asked about what we cared about and wanted. He was very personable and aware, pulling into the conversation things he observes about us and mixing in his own perspectives - it was very comforting. He helped us narrow down choices, highlighting features and asking where in our home it would be going.Then he gave us space and time along to keep checking out furniture and time to talk - we appreciated this a lot! When we made our choice - he took our information and then ensured we’d get the best offer possible - which he did and $3k below original price and assured us it would be delivered before the holiday which we will host. Dave made this a great shopping experience and easier than we hoped. His knowledge and experience guided us to what we really wanted versus what we initially came in to get - and we are extremely delighted!

She and her manager extended the sale for us that way we could get our new home construction loan closed before making any other big purchases. We are so happy we got to work with Sedina. Ashley Furniture I do not even know where to start. It has been a whirlwind of a bad experience. My wife and I walked into Ashley furniture seeking a bedroom suite for our master bedroom in the new house we just bought. We found something we liked but we’re not to fond of the price. The salesman did a great job and explained the benefits of buying a nicer set and that in the long run the price is worth it. We bit on his sales pitch and decided to purchase especially after he promised us the whole order but one piece would be in our house in a little over a week and a half. Fast forward a week and a half later when I did not receive an update on our order I called the store. I was told over the phone that I would now not receive my order until the first or second week of September. I explained what I was told by the salesman and I was told I was being a liar and that I was not told that by the salesman himself. I asked him if there was a way we could get the bed and best frame in a separate order so my wife had a place to sleep in the new house and he said he’d try and get it done and said he could get the pieces to ship as available. Fast forward to the middle of August I was told that none of the pieces would be ready until September accept for the mattress we purchased and a chest. Those were delivered to my house in August and I still had to wait for the bed frame two night stands and a dresser. Fast forward to September, my order was finally delivered. Great! Except, there was a broken side rail that happened during delivery. The delivery guy apologized to me and told me he’d get a new rail ordered and shipped to my house. At this point, all I could do was laugh and shake my head. I accepted the new piece and at least was thankful they would send me a replacement since it was not my fault the piece was broken. October came around and we have had our furniture for a month. I had not heard from slept about when our replacement piece was supposed to arrive. I made the call to the showroom on Lima road who forwarded me to the service center. While talking to the service center, I explained what happened just for them to tell me that the delivery drivers never communicated to them anything about a broken piece. The customer service rep then told me they would still send a technician out to fix the piece. My optimistic self figured that they were going to show up with a new piece to replace the old one. Well today, the service guy showed up with no new piece and just a bottle of wood glue and a clamp. I asked him if he had brought a new piece and he said he was told he just needed to come out and fix it. I asked the man to leave and have a manager call me. I then called the store again and was explained that even though I purchased the item and the item came broken, the service center and showroom have full confidence that a service technician could have made the piece “like new.” I erupted and explained to the sales manager that I spent plenty of money for functional NEW furniture and that I did not want something “like new.” The sales manager proceeded to tell me that he could see what he could do but that I needed to reach out to the service center again to request a change. I did exactly that. I was then told by the service center that because they were not communicated to by the delivery drivers they would not normally send a replacement piece and that the warranty only covers a “fix” by the technician. She did go on to tell me that they would send me a new replacement and that I would have to assemble it myself and that they would not send anyone out to do it for me. During this whole debacle, I was never offered a solution, a discount, or refund for part of my bill. I’m not the one to ask for handouts but this was a big ol mess. I was offered a “coupon for my next visit.” Thank you Ashley for a horrible experience. I will not be back. Nor do you care because you just care you got my money and have no sense of customer service.

Jacob is a pretty good salesman. He talked us into buying a living room set from you after we had looked at 20 other stores.

The salesman said our bed would likely be delivered in 1.5 weeks. More than 3.5 weeks later, I'm beginning to realize I was lied to so they could make a sale. The paperwork allows up to 12 weeks and I acknowledge that, but don't lie to me.

We got a leather couch set which we were assured would be scratch resist etc, we've had it for 10 days and there are multiple marks on the loveseat and a small hole on the recliner, all near stitching. The adjustable base that we purchased was not the exact one we tested in store but we're told it would have the zero gravity setting which it does not have. We said we didn't want the massaging or oscillating features but were not told that we would not be getting that specific setting. Throughout the process we were told multiple times that all sales were final ko refunds etc. We decided after about a week to try and look into it more because we were just really upset, only to find out there actually was a 72 hour return policy in the terms and conditions, I suppose that's out fault for not reading them in full while 5 employees stared at us signing paperwork. We tried calling anyway and were told nothing could be done since it was beyond the 72hr window. I asked about the remote setting for the adjustable base and was told I'd be texted the directions because the installers did not leave any instructions, I never received the text or any additional information. I was also not told how the financing worked and that it was through a 3rd party, so when I received a random credit card in the mail I assumed it was spam and chopped it up and threw it away, little did I know that was actually extremely important and necessary for me to be able to pay for this purchase I was duped into. Fortunately the customer service for that financing company has been a lot more helpful in this process. Every time I deal with people in sales I go into it too naive apparently and think they really want to help, but they just say what you want to hear and various taglines to get a sale made at the end of the day. I hope for the future I've finally learned my lesson. Won't be shopping here ever again, and won't be letting any kind of sales rep follow me around a furniture store again.

We ordered furniture from this store a month ago and I still haven’t received any clear updates on when my order will arrive. When we had initially spoke to the sales representative, we let him know how important it was for us to get the furniture as soon as possible because we just upgraded our mattress and needed a bigger frame. After spending some time at the store we decided to leave because we just couldn’t find anything we loved however the sales rep insisted on a specific bed and even said he’d give us a discount if we purchased it that day so we agreed since we needed a bed asap. After we had paid, YES AFTER PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED, he let us know that there was no estimated shipping date for our bed and he said it would take a few days maybe a few weeks until we get a shipping date. Are you kidding? And of course he didn’t tell us this until after we had paid. I should’ve just canceled my order then but he assured us it would not be that long. It’s extremely frustrating that after numerous follow-ups, I still don’t have an ETA and our mattress is still on the floor. I’ve called the store multiple times and I keep getting the run around—“We will have your sale rep contact you” “I will look into that and let you know” “We will have a manager reach out”. Still haven’t heard anything from a manager or the sales representative. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If you’re looking for reliable service, I would advise taking your business elsewhere. Waiting this long without any information has been a huge inconvenience.

My wife and I have purchased 3 pieces of furniture in the last 5 months from this store. Each time we worked with Jordan, an amazing salesman who did not waste a single second of our time. We picked up our first two pieces and they made that a piece of cake! We love the dining table and sofa and after 4 months of owning those, we're still amazed by the quality of the furniture and how much of a beating both pieces have withstood from our toddler. So easy to clean! Pro tip: go to the very back of the store. You'll likely find furniture that's "last season", but no less in quality. It's usually the most affordable stuff and the price in-store even undercuts *Ashley's own website,* while certainly undercutting every other reseller store in the area (we know, we checked). A few weeks ago we bought a new mattress from the Ashley Sleep section of this store and while we tried a few different brands, eventually we settled on one we felt was an affordable choice and we got NO pushback from Jordan whatsoever, he simply stated the tradeoffs professionally and made us aware of any (minor, in our opinion) drawbacks he could think of. Paul and Adam just delivered the mattress and I can say I only waited to write this review because I wanted to be confident in the furniture we've had for months and to be able to comment on the delivery experience which is superb, timely, FAST and incredibly flexible (given the complex angles of our house). Paul and Adam expertly navigated every corner and got the mattress directly onto our platform base without any difficulty. I'm very grateful to have this store in northern FW and expect to continue to source furniture from them as the need arises.

What a horrible place to purchase furniture. Make sure that everything is written on your invoice exactly how you want it including any modifications. You can agree with Bridget on what furniture you want and what modifications you need but just know if it's not written out in detail on your invoice you won't get it. She will say what ever she needs to in order to close a deal. When your furniture shows up wrong she will try to get you to pay additional fees to make it what was agreed upon. Isaac the manager is completely unhelpful. It's obvious that anyone in sales can do or say anything they want as long as their sales numbers are good enough. After an excessive amount of difficulty and multiple deliveries we did actually manage to extract the furniture that we ordered as it was supposed to be.

My experience at Ashley's was great. My sales lady ( sorry I forget her name) was wonderful. She was not pushy - which I appreciated. She was very good at showing me just what I wanted. She didn't try to steer me towards something I wasn't interested in. She was awesome. And that's why she got my sale!

After being told my furniture would be available in approximately 3 to 6 weeks, my love seat came in a little later but the oversized chair took OVER 5 months! (We are supposed to get it this weekend finally) - When we bought the furniture we were told it was in stock but several weeks went by and the date kept being pushed back for unknown reasons. After calling multiple times, I was promised to hear back from a manager on 3 different occasions but still have never heard anything back to this day. Very poor customer service. We did the 90 days same as cash/financed so after they got their money, they didn’t care! I will never buy furniture from Ashley again !

My experience with Sales in Mishawaka was great, however the customer service for delivery is absolutely atrocious and because of my experience I will never purchase from Ashley again. Attached are pictures of the dirt stains I received on two of my cushions for my brand new couch. These stains are of course unacceptable, so naturally I expected their technicians to be able to come to my house and take care of it. They responded by saying I must bring the stained pieces to their location or otherwise incur a $129 charge to have their technicians come to my home and clean the couch because I did not originally purchase the “white glove delivery”. Holding the customer responsible for dirt stains on a brand new couch is completely ridiculous regardless of which delivery method the customer chooses. This is especially unfortunate for me, as my vehicle cannot fit my ottoman which is one of the stained pieces. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Nick and Phil did a great job. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient with moving the furniture and getting it set up.

Bought a table and chairs, they seem sturdy and were fairly simple to assemble. The big issue is that one of the leads for my table was assembled wrong in the factory and if I want them to properly fix it they want me to drive back 45 minutes to them, wait for it to get fixed and then have to drive back home. Or I can pay for one of their techs to come to my house and fix their mess up. Quality seems good, customer buying experience good. The whole 3 weeks I waited for it to be in I was told that I’d get updates on tracking and when it might be available for pickup, but I had to call every few days to check on it instead of getting updates like I was told. So customer service I would say is not their strong point. Don’t buy from them unless you plan on paying the extra few hundred dollars for delivery and assembly, otherwise any issues with their products are on you to fix.

Went in to ask for help to find new brackets for son’s dresser. The worker refused to help but as we were getting ready to leave told us if we buy a bed from him he would get our brackets for us for free. Christopher was great! I walked in with my son and was greeted by Christopher at the door. I advised Christopher that my son was the customer and Christopher took great care of him. He listened to his needs in detail and showed him every available option on the floor and alternate availability from the computer inventory within a wide price range and even took the time to explain the difference in quality. My son found something he liked and we did not feel pressured at all. I will look for Christopher the next time I am in Ashley!

Ian is beyond helpful and was very patient with us and our kiddo! We were very impressed with his knowledge and selections he helped us with. We are so pleased with our new living room set and art!

Great service and professionalism

My wife and I were just looking around doing research for a love seat. We were assisted by a wonderful, friendly staff member named Ken who walked us around the store and discussed the perks and downsides of each furniture collection. Ken was observant, knowledgeable and patient as we tried each arrangement. We had questions about the 4 year protection plan and how far you could push it. At one point Ken went above and beyond by flipping a piece of furniture over to explain the sturdy construction underneath. We will definitely be back. 10 out of 5 stars.

Malachi was right at the entrance when we walked in. I had hoped to get a great salesperson who was thorough yet kind. Someone that I felt comfortable with. I don’t walk well. He accommodated everything that I needed and went above-board to assist me. He was patient, and kind and knew the merchandise in the store. He was magnificent. I always get my furniture at Ashley’s and now because of the assistance Malachi gave me I always will. He would have an increase in pay in my opinion. Thank you Malachi.

We had Joel help us at Ashley and he really went above and beyond. We had a general idea of what we were looking for and Joel found exactly what we had envisioned. He took the time to explain and even measure out what was needed that made sense for our home. Great experience!

AVOID Ashley Furniture!!!! We purchased and ordered a chest of drawers and picked it up without incident. But after unboxing at home we discovered significant damage. There was a major dent/smash spot on the top of the chest, A 2 inch crack on the left frame, all of the cross boards were separating from this "frame". Also the frame was coming apart from the left front and left back of the chest with approximately of a 1/4" of separation. There are also several loose screws on the left side of the frame. In addition the drawers were very hard to remove and did not open and close easily. So much damage on the chest that it should easily be considered a total loss. We called the Ashley store as soon as they opened the next morning. Ashley 6334 Lima Road Fort Wayne IN 46818. They asked us to send picture and video of the damages to their service department via email. All of which we complied with. Their proposed solution was to order parts to repair the frame of the chest. No mention of the difficult drawers or the smashed top, or the front and rear separation from the sides. And they would inform us when said parts arrive and WE would need to bring back the frame unit to their service department for repairs to be completed. Who knows how long this would take. And it would not address all the damages. From my understanding particle board and engineered wood can NOT be satisfactorily repaired anyway. We purchased a NEW chest of drawers. Not a refurbished one. The one we received came damaged at no fault of our own. Which is absolutely terrible, as the chest was seemingly dropped or mishandled somewhere in their own supply chain. And should have never been passed on to us their customer. So this proposal was not acceptable to us. We then called the store manager, Luke Rittenhouse??, hoping for a NEW replacement or a store credit to buy a different chest. He told us that his products may be of poor quality but its okay because other stores (Walmart, etc.) don't sell perfect products. Absurd! He said that they do not offer replacements or refunds on any purchase. Whether said product arrived damaged or not. The Ashley website states that is does offer refunds and replacements on damaged items. But never the less I asked him to forward the stores policy on its no refund policy, he said he would text it to me, but he never did. That also seemed super unacceptable. So Ashley furniture just steals customer’s money. Or offer them refurbished products’ claiming they’re new. AVOID THEM! If I could give 0 stars I would

Ashley Furniture has been where I've purchased all of my furniture. Most recently, January 2024, I purchased a couch and two recliners. Our sales person was Matt Gaunt, nice enough guy during the sale, of course. Delivery was pretty quick. However, there was a problem with one of the chairs and when I called to discuss with Matt, hmm, no call back. I sent a text, hmm no response. Needless to say after having to make another call to the store, customer service instructed me to send an email to service. Let's see how this goes. Moral of the story, buyer beware if there is a problem! Oh and Matt might not be the sales person you want to deal with.

Salesman was very niceand helpful

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, we decided against one of the items we purchased a few days later.(which would not be ready for pick up for 3 weeks). The 2nd sales person that I had to speak with to try and cancel my order was extremely rude! They would not refund us our money or cancel my order at all!! So if you buy there be sure you want the items you purchase. Otherwise, you’re stuck with something you do not want!!

This review is for the store and ordering process only since i have not yet received my furniture. I ordered from a gentleman named Luke Rittenhouse who made ordering so easy and answered all my questions. He really understood what I was looking for and gave me honest answers about pets vs. furniture. He even sent me pictures of the furniture when I got home because I forgot to take them in store! The entire team at this location was great. I got to talk to quite a few of them because the weather was awful and not many people were out shopping. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was so nice and accommodating. They gave me a great deal and I cant wait to get what I think is the nicest furniture I have ever owned. As long as the furniture is as great as the people selling it, I will go here first for my next purchase! **UPDATE** My furniture was delivered in 3 weeks after I ordered it! They give you a 3 hour window for delivery along with a way to see which stop they are at so you know about how long it will be until they are at your house. Delivery guys were great! My entire experience with Ashley furniture was great and I will buy here again!
