We first spoke with a gentleman named Bob who listened to us as we explain what we were looking for. Bob brought Remi to help us, as he felt her experience with decor and colors would be beneficial. Remi was nothing less than spectacular! Both Remi and Bob seemed to genuinely want us to find something we would be happy with, not just trying to pressure us to make a sale. I ordered furniture on 11/20/2024 and the in store experience was great! The furniture was delivered today, 1/9/2025. Unfortunately, the sofa/console table was NOT assembled even though at purchase I was told EVERYTHING would be assembled. I am waiting on management from the store to correct this issue.

My family needed a sofa that was able to be converted into a bed for when family and friends come visit. Sedina helped my husband, kids and I find the perfect piece of furniture. She was so personable, smiley, and honest. 100% will go back to Ashley and use her for our next home purchase!

When I arrived. I was given space to look around. When I was ready and asked for help, I was treated like royality. The manager was very patient and helpful. I brought furniture from 2 different set and they match my color scheme prefectly. Furniture came timely, but I need more time in which to recieve it and they were most accomodating. Delivery was quick and easy. They were very professional. Thank you to all involved in the process. I love my furniture.

We went in just to look around and ended up purchasing our dream furniture with the help of the store manager, Jacob. He was extremely patient with us as we walked around for over an hour trying different options, and he answered all of our many questions. We don’t need the furniture for a few months, so Ashley’s ability to hold an order for the future is extremely helpful. Ashley came highly recommended from several friends, and we would now highly recommend it ourselves!

Curious, timely service.

The manager on store who goes by the name Malachi is extremely rude! Below is the conversation which took place a few minutes ago when I enquired on the status of the items which we have been waiting to receive since several months. We ordered couple of items of which two lamps were to be picked up from the store (we were never told explicitly they are supposed to be picked up from distribution center). When I went to check on the status on Dec 23, 2024, this guy was the manager on the floor and told me that he will go and get the items from the distribution center. I offered to pick up from the store on Lima road as long as the items are there but his words were to the effect that he will make it right and gave me his number to confirm the next day. So I took his offer. For four days, no update. I did the First follow up myself on text on Dec 27th and he came back with the reason that his car is not working. Fair enough. Second follow up on January 4, and he comes back at me so rudely and texted back in a derogatory tone asking haven’t I read his previous message! And then have the guts to say that it’s not fair that he gets a bad review. Well, you are the one who spoke rudely, not your salesperson.

We walked into Ashley Sleep looking for a new mattress. After expressing our frustrations with ones we have bought in the past, Marc Ramsey did an amazing job! He was very knowledge, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go to Ashley Sleep Center and talk to Marc.

Staff is horrible, they didn’t have anything I liked in stock so they helped me pick something out and ordered it, when it arrived it wasn’t exactly the way I thought it would be so I went back in and no one would help me finally spoke with the manager he was rude and not helpful at all, when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said there was nobody, I said you’re telling me you’re the end all be all of Ashley furniture and he said as far as I was concerned yes and if I didn’t like it, I should shop somewhere else so for the rest of my life, I will shop somewhere else

Ashley Furniture at Lima Road in Fort Wayne has a Customer First engagement model. I had the privilege of working with Sedina, Product Specialist, Malachi, Store Manager as well as the store’s administrative support staff. To give some context: On Christmas Day, I found a Harphan 60” TV Stand for my mother on the Ashley online website which would work for her wall space available and the new 55”Samsung TV. When I went back on the Ashley corporate online website to order it on the day after Christmas it was sold out. I went to the Ashley Furniture Store near my mom in Fort Wayne on Jefferson St to see if they had one on their storeroom floor or if the store could order the out of stock TV Stand on the Ashley Website. They were not able to order the discontinued TV Stand and had none available on their showroom floor. Audrey, Product Specialist, referred me to the Lima Road store. In my engagement with the Lima Road Ashley team, it was identified only 1 of the discontinued Harphan 60” TV Stands was available in Indiana. Sedina and Malachi worked with me to not only locate the Harphan 60” TV Stand at the Mishawaka Store but also honored the discounted Ashley corporate website price. The engagement with their administrative support team was streamlined. Sedina worked with me to also schedule the delivery date to a time when I will be back in NE IN to assist my mom with the new TV Stand and TV setup. Overall, I have been very impressed with the follow up communications as well from Sedina. The Ashley Store on Lima Road in Fort Wayne will always be my ‘go to’ store for Ashley furniture products in NE Indiana.

We had bought a mattress MONTHS AGO! And still haven’t received it. The dates keep getting changed and delivery is pushed back constantly. We had bout this mattress under the impression that we would get it in 2 weeks. (Promised by the salesman that sold it to us). 4 weeks ago by and I called, no bed. Another week goes by, no bed. They said oh you’ll get it by December 21st- we called, no bed. They said we’d get it by December 27th- they called us, no bed and proceeded to give us the excuse that it’s Christmas. I would have understood that if we bought the bed last week. But we bought it MONTHS ago. He had no problem selling it to us and getting us to buy but ones the transaction was done. All the care walked out to the door too. Seems like they’re just money hungry and don’t really care about their customers. I will forever blame my back problems on them because I should be sleeping on cloud 9 with my new mattress. Am I ever going to get it? Does anyone else have this same issue right now?!🤬

I admittedly have not had the best of luck with Ashley Furniture. That changed this weekend when I went to the Lima store location and met Noel. He took my attitude about my previous experience like a champ and then proceeded to change my mind. He was knowledgeable and worked for me in the space I needed him to without judgment. It was much appreciated and will go back to him in the future.

I was so blessed today to have Joanie working in the Mishawaka store instead of the fort Wayne location. She was everything I could ever ask for in a sales associate, and I spent years in sales management. Keep your eye on her, Ashley. This one has management spelled all over her. She was pleasant, reassuring, confident, and knew her stuff, and even got me to look into more than I was there to buy, but she wasn't pushy. She made me excited to make my purchase. Now my parents will have a new couch and I'm looking at a new bed.

Don’t ever fall for their extended warranty BS!! They play dirty and don’t hold their end of the bargain! They sell you on it and when it comes time to utilize it they deny every claim!

Absolutely amazing!!!! Ray and Sedina went above and beyond helping us out. Thank you so much! They both allowed us to visit, revisit, and revisit the displays over and over until we finally were comfortable to choose. Then the store closed at 8, and they stuck it out another hour on Black Friday to help us complete the sale. I would 100% recommend that anyone who goes into the store to search both of them out. No pressure from either one of them the whole time. That was worth it to me!

Bought Labor Day sale mattress and frame. It’s now Black Friday sale and I STILL don’t have my mattress or frame. Continuously told “it should be here next week”. I’ve called and inquired several times without any reasoning as to why it’s taking so long. Have yet to receive a call to schedule delivery. I think 3 months is excessive. Had planned on helping my mom purchase bed here as in store service guy was helpful but no longer recommend. Not happy. Where is my bed?!?

We had a GREAT experience purchasing furniture for the grandkids bedroom this past weekend. We dealt with Remi who was EXCELLENT!!!! She was very friendly from the outset but not overbearing. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for AND got us the best price I have seen, even online. Remi then introduced us to Mark in the sleep center to complete out the set with a new mattress set. Mark was great also asking all the pertinent questions to get the best set that met our needs. From there he let us try out several that fit this criteria. We were allowed time to ourselves to try these out and discuss without him hovering around. Very pleasant experience for once. It was nice to make a decision without any pressure. Back to Remi now to finalize. Since we purchased a complete package we qualified for FREE delivery and setup. Great deal. Completing the transaction was easy and the team in finance was great. I didn’t get her name but we had fun checking out and it made for a really great transaction all around. We would definitely recommend dealing with Remi and Mark if you have any needs. They were the best!!!

Ashley furniture is a great place to get furniture tables and I also purchased a mattress and box springs.Julie my sales contact was great and accommodating.The two delivery guys were fantastic also. Unfortunately do not know their names.

I bought a couch from this store and failed to measure my doorway which made my couch not fit. I was so stressed out but when I called the Ashley store on Lima road Quinn went above and beyond to ensure I could return the couch even though they were about to close. Then the owner himself stayed late to personally help me. When I went to revisit to find a couch that would fit Joanie was patient and worked with me for 2+ hours to make sure I got the right couch. Cassandra and Bonnie also made sure I was squared away at the end when it came to communication and paperwork. We went into the store to just look. We were not sure what we really wanted but were looking for a loveseat. The first sales person was super helpful and answered all questions, but she felt like she was not able to get us the help we needed with decisions, so another person stepped in to help, and she was also very knowledgeable and helpful. A man met us (cant remember his name) when we entered the store. We had specific furniture in mind. He handed us over to Remi and we couldn't have been more pleased!! Remi is a jewel!! We have dealt with the manager Dave for multiple purchases over the years and he was great yet again in helping with our sales associate Remi for our most recent purchase. Many times when you think of buying a big ticket item, stress takes over. You worry about being taken advantage of, over spending, quality of the merchandise, etc. But, Sedina took care of us and all of those worries washed away. I took my Mother to purchase a new living room set. We told Sedina what she likes and what she was looking for and Sedina pointed us in the direction of the best living room furniture. Not only does this furniture check every box that my Mother needed/wanted but it’s checks boxes that we didn’t even know we needed/wanted. Dave the was first person to greet us when we got to the store. He asked us if we needed anything and just let us do our thing. Once he saw we were looking at sofas he came over and asked about what we cared about and wanted. He was very personable and aware, pulling into the conversation things he observes about us and mixing in his own perspectives - it was very comforting. He helped us narrow down choices, highlighting features and asking where in our home it would be going.Then he gave us space and time along to keep checking out furniture and time to talk - we appreciated this a lot! When we made our choice - he took our information and then ensured we’d get the best offer possible - which he did and $3k below original price and assured us it would be delivered before the holiday which we will host. Dave made this a great shopping experience and easier than we hoped. His knowledge and experience guided us to what we really wanted versus what we initially came in to get - and we are extremely delighted!

Ashley Furniture I do not even know where to start. It has been a whirlwind of a bad experience. My wife and I walked into Ashley furniture seeking a bedroom suite for our master bedroom in the new house we just bought. We found something we liked but we’re not to fond of the price. The salesman did a great job and explained the benefits of buying a nicer set and that in the long run the price is worth it. We bit on his sales pitch and decided to purchase especially after he promised us the whole order but one piece would be in our house in a little over a week and a half. Fast forward a week and a half later when I did not receive an update on our order I called the store. I was told over the phone that I would now not receive my order until the first or second week of September. I explained what I was told by the salesman and I was told I was being a liar and that I was not told that by the salesman himself. I asked him if there was a way we could get the bed and best frame in a separate order so my wife had a place to sleep in the new house and he said he’d try and get it done and said he could get the pieces to ship as available. Fast forward to the middle of August I was told that none of the pieces would be ready until September accept for the mattress we purchased and a chest. Those were delivered to my house in August and I still had to wait for the bed frame two night stands and a dresser. Fast forward to September, my order was finally delivered. Great! Except, there was a broken side rail that happened during delivery. The delivery guy apologized to me and told me he’d get a new rail ordered and shipped to my house. At this point, all I could do was laugh and shake my head. I accepted the new piece and at least was thankful they would send me a replacement since it was not my fault the piece was broken. October came around and we have had our furniture for a month. I had not heard from slept about when our replacement piece was supposed to arrive. I made the call to the showroom on Lima road who forwarded me to the service center. While talking to the service center, I explained what happened just for them to tell me that the delivery drivers never communicated to them anything about a broken piece. The customer service rep then told me they would still send a technician out to fix the piece. My optimistic self figured that they were going to show up with a new piece to replace the old one. Well today, the service guy showed up with no new piece and just a bottle of wood glue and a clamp. I asked him if he had brought a new piece and he said he was told he just needed to come out and fix it. I asked the man to leave and have a manager call me. I then called the store again and was explained that even though I purchased the item and the item came broken, the service center and showroom have full confidence that a service technician could have made the piece “like new.” I erupted and explained to the sales manager that I spent plenty of money for functional NEW furniture and that I did not want something “like new.” The sales manager proceeded to tell me that he could see what he could do but that I needed to reach out to the service center again to request a change. I did exactly that. I was then told by the service center that because they were not communicated to by the delivery drivers they would not normally send a replacement piece and that the warranty only covers a “fix” by the technician. She did go on to tell me that they would send me a new replacement and that I would have to assemble it myself and that they would not send anyone out to do it for me. During this whole debacle, I was never offered a solution, a discount, or refund for part of my bill. I’m not the one to ask for handouts but this was a big ol mess. I was offered a “coupon for my next visit.” Thank you Ashley for a horrible experience. I will not be back. Nor do you care because you just care you got my money and have no sense of customer service.

The salesman said our bed would likely be delivered in 1.5 weeks. More than 3.5 weeks later, I'm beginning to realize I was lied to so they could make a sale. The paperwork allows up to 12 weeks and I acknowledge that, but don't lie to me.

My husband and I went into the store with several different ideas and options of what we were looking for. Our salesman Noel was incredibly helpful. He helped us break down our needs and coordinate a room for us based on what our likes and dislikes were, without being pushy and with a great sense of humor that we appreciated. Initially felt like a good experience in store but after receiving the furniture and the customer service experience after I have to change my rating. The sales reps said and did all the right things in store to get me and my wife to purchase a couch set and bed with adjustable base, but ultimately we feel misled at the end of the day. We got a leather couch set which we were assured would be scratch resist etc, we've had it for 10 days and there are multiple marks on the loveseat and a small hole on the recliner, all near stitching. The adjustable base that we purchased was not the exact one we tested in store but we're told it would have the zero gravity setting which it does not have. We said we didn't want the massaging or oscillating features but were not told that we would not be getting that specific setting. Throughout the process we were told multiple times that all sales were final ko refunds etc. We decided after about a week to try and look into it more because we were just really upset, only to find out there actually was a 72 hour return policy in the terms and conditions, I suppose that's out fault for not reading them in full while 5 employees stared at us signing paperwork. We tried calling anyway and were told nothing could be done since it was beyond the 72hr window. I asked about the remote setting for the adjustable base and was told I'd be texted the directions because the installers did not leave any instructions, I never received the text or any additional information. I was also not told how the financing worked and that it was through a 3rd party, so when I received a random credit card in the mail I assumed it was spam and chopped it up and threw it away, little did I know that was actually extremely important and necessary for me to be able to pay for this purchase I was duped into. Fortunately the customer service for that financing company has been a lot more helpful in this process. Every time I deal with people in sales I go into it too naive apparently and think they really want to help, but they just say what you want to hear and various taglines to get a sale made at the end of the day. I hope for the future I've finally learned my lesson. Won't be shopping here ever again, and won't be letting any kind of sales rep follow me around a furniture store again.

We ordered furniture from this store a month ago and I still haven’t received any clear updates on when my order will arrive. When we had initially spoke to the sales representative, we let him know how important it was for us to get the furniture as soon as possible because we just upgraded our mattress and needed a bigger frame. After spending some time at the store we decided to leave because we just couldn’t find anything we loved however the sales rep insisted on a specific bed and even said he’d give us a discount if we purchased it that day so we agreed since we needed a bed asap. After we had paid, YES AFTER PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED, he let us know that there was no estimated shipping date for our bed and he said it would take a few days maybe a few weeks until we get a shipping date. Are you kidding? And of course he didn’t tell us this until after we had paid. I should’ve just canceled my order then but he assured us it would not be that long. It’s extremely frustrating that after numerous follow-ups, I still don’t have an ETA and our mattress is still on the floor. I’ve called the store multiple times and I keep getting the run around—“We will have your sale rep contact you” “I will look into that and let you know” “We will have a manager reach out”. Still haven’t heard anything from a manager or the sales representative. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If you’re looking for reliable service, I would advise taking your business elsewhere. Waiting this long without any information has been a huge inconvenience.

My wife and I have purchased 3 pieces of furniture in the last 5 months from this store. Each time we worked with Jordan, an amazing salesman who did not waste a single second of our time. We picked up our first two pieces and they made that a piece of cake! We love the dining table and sofa and after 4 months of owning those, we're still amazed by the quality of the furniture and how much of a beating both pieces have withstood from our toddler. So easy to clean! Pro tip: go to the very back of the store. You'll likely find furniture that's "last season", but no less in quality. It's usually the most affordable stuff and the price in-store even undercuts *Ashley's own website,* while certainly undercutting every other reseller store in the area (we know, we checked). A few weeks ago we bought a new mattress from the Ashley Sleep section of this store and while we tried a few different brands, eventually we settled on one we felt was an affordable choice and we got NO pushback from Jordan whatsoever, he simply stated the tradeoffs professionally and made us aware of any (minor, in our opinion) drawbacks he could think of. Paul and Adam just delivered the mattress and I can say I only waited to write this review because I wanted to be confident in the furniture we've had for months and to be able to comment on the delivery experience which is superb, timely, FAST and incredibly flexible (given the complex angles of our house). Paul and Adam expertly navigated every corner and got the mattress directly onto our platform base without any difficulty. I'm very grateful to have this store in northern FW and expect to continue to source furniture from them as the need arises.

What a horrible place to purchase furniture. Make sure that everything is written on your invoice exactly how you want it including any modifications. You can agree with Bridget on what furniture you want and what modifications you need but just know if it's not written out in detail on your invoice you won't get it. She will say what ever she needs to in order to close a deal. When your furniture shows up wrong she will try to get you to pay additional fees to make it what was agreed upon. Isaac the manager is completely unhelpful. It's obvious that anyone in sales can do or say anything they want as long as their sales numbers are good enough. After an excessive amount of difficulty and multiple deliveries we did actually manage to extract the furniture that we ordered as it was supposed to be.

My experience at Ashley's was great. My sales lady ( sorry I forget her name) was wonderful. She was not pushy - which I appreciated. She was very good at showing me just what I wanted. She didn't try to steer me towards something I wasn't interested in. She was awesome. And that's why she got my sale!

After being told my furniture would be available in approximately 3 to 6 weeks, my love seat came in a little later but the oversized chair took OVER 5 months! (We are supposed to get it this weekend finally) - When we bought the furniture we were told it was in stock but several weeks went by and the date kept being pushed back for unknown reasons. After calling multiple times, I was promised to hear back from a manager on 3 different occasions but still have never heard anything back to this day. Very poor customer service. We did the 90 days same as cash/financed so after they got their money, they didn’t care! I will never buy furniture from Ashley again !

My experience with Sales in Mishawaka was great, however the customer service for delivery is absolutely atrocious and because of my experience I will never purchase from Ashley again. Attached are pictures of the dirt stains I received on two of my cushions for my brand new couch. These stains are of course unacceptable, so naturally I expected their technicians to be able to come to my house and take care of it. They responded by saying I must bring the stained pieces to their location or otherwise incur a $129 charge to have their technicians come to my home and clean the couch because I did not originally purchase the “white glove delivery”. Holding the customer responsible for dirt stains on a brand new couch is completely ridiculous regardless of which delivery method the customer chooses. This is especially unfortunate for me, as my vehicle cannot fit my ottoman which is one of the stained pieces. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Nick and Phil did a great job. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient with moving the furniture and getting it set up.

Bought a table and chairs, they seem sturdy and were fairly simple to assemble. The big issue is that one of the leads for my table was assembled wrong in the factory and if I want them to properly fix it they want me to drive back 45 minutes to them, wait for it to get fixed and then have to drive back home. Or I can pay for one of their techs to come to my house and fix their mess up. Quality seems good, customer buying experience good. The whole 3 weeks I waited for it to be in I was told that I’d get updates on tracking and when it might be available for pickup, but I had to call every few days to check on it instead of getting updates like I was told. So customer service I would say is not their strong point. Don’t buy from them unless you plan on paying the extra few hundred dollars for delivery and assembly, otherwise any issues with their products are on you to fix.

We had another store fall through on us. I called Ashley’s and they were able to help me find some furniture sets that were in stock. The sales associate, Ian, came in on his day off to help me. He was not pushy, showed me what would be available to be delivered within the week, and was able to get me set up with furniture. I purchased on a Thursday, and my furniture was delivered on Saturday. The delivery team did a great job assembling the furniture and setting it up. It was such an easy and quick process. We will definitely be coming back with our business.

Went in to ask for help to find new brackets for son’s dresser. The worker refused to help but as we were getting ready to leave told us if we buy a bed from him he would get our brackets for us for free. We weren’t asking for the brackets for free just to be able to order the brackets. Will never do business here for the rude and unprofessionalism

After our second trip in the store Luke did a VERY SUPERB job! He was not trying to sell us on anything! He had the attitude of take it or leave it! Which we appreciate. We were searching for a bedframe for our daughter. We purchased one of the two twin size frames they had in the showroom. Alyssa helped us.
