I am a repeat customer after owning one of the home theater style couch and love seats, which lasted and held up really well. So my wife and I bought a new couch and dining room table along with a bed and they literally threw the dining room table chairs together like trash and they are missing screws The couch is terrible quality and sags in very badly after about nine months use. Post sales customer service is horrible. Everything looks really nice, but their quality is absolute trash.

It was all good, from finding your location, friendly as I enter the show room, my sales person was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

If you see a older gentleman with the toilet bowl haircut named Steve, don’t let him help you. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone in the sales industry be so rude to me as Steve was last night. I told him my budget he continued showing me things that were twice my budget saying they were not that much along with saying two weeks for waiting for one accent chair was not a long time at all and it’s a holiday week so I should know that it’s not weekends only and I have to wait to get nice furniture. He asked me the location where I’d wanna get the chair shipped to and after telling him, I’d prefer not to get it shipped to this exact address he said snarly. We do this all the time although I had told him that I did not want it shipped to that address. He rudely handed me his card and said to come back and ask for him if I ever wanted to buy the chair or any furniture in general, and I took his card and did not turn back around to say goodbye to that man, I will not be coming back or using his card specifically. I’m only glad he gave me his card so I can remember his name.

Walked in and Shannon met us and we told him we would look and come and get him after or we found something! We headed up the stairs and it was the one we picked!!! Courteous, kind and funny!!!

Shannon is awesome. We have been going to him for years very knowledgeable not pushy this time. It was a purchase for my mother and father-in-law. Not only did he have what we need it but he beat the other competitor by $500 for the same product.

We really enjoyed our salesmen Eric. He was an older gentlemen who allowed us our space while making decisions and trying out furniture. He was also knowledgeable, took the time to help talk to us about our decisions, and gave demonstrations of the structural integrity of the product. The reason I am giving 3 stars is I did not like how other employees treated our salesmen. We overheard other employees being rude to our salesman within earshot and that turned us off to the store in general. I would buy from Eric again but this experience left a bad taste in our mouth regarding Ashley’s. Everyone deserves respect!

Their management/culture is clearly toxic. I understand it is a high pressure sales type of position, but it is pathetic how they treat people. We were not told any of this. This was just my observation of how everyone treated one of their team members. Truly sad. As a customer, I dont think I will ever want to buy from Ashley's again. Hopefully this culture is just this location and not Ashley's as a whole.

Purchased a beautiful living room room set with power reclining seats and head rests, Kenny from Greenwood Ashley Furniture made the buying experience so easy and had everything completed in 1/2 hour!! Delivery was less than a week! Very pleased with my living room sectional and loveseat… I have been looking for over two years to find what I wanted and Kenny was very helpful in making it happen in record time.

Ordered cabinet on July 22, told was to be delivered by the end of the week, delivery cancelled and rescheduled then to the following week, when it finally showed up it was damaged and now it is scheduled for delivery in another 2 weeks. There are 20 pieces in the warehouse so that can not be the reason for the delay, this is unsatisfactory.

Steve was very helpful in helping us find just the right couch and best price! He took the time to understand what we wanted (and did not want) and suggested multiple options. We are very happy with the purchase experience and the selection at this flagship store!

We hadn't been in Ashley's for years. We were pleased with service Cody provided. He did not pressures us into purchasing a certain furniture set. He did not follow us around but let us do our thing and was available when we had questions. We also happy to see the prices were comparable to surrounding retailers. Overall we had a very nice experience and are anxiously awaiting our new furniture.

I have been waiting a looonnnggg time to post this: DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!! I'll start with an interesting fact - did you know you cannot call the local store? It just routes you to corporate. In late May/early June we bought a brand new mattress - if I had known about the shenanigans and misery that was about to ensue I would have just kept my old mattress. First off the third party delivery driver backed into our mailbox. My spouse thankfully got photos of it. The driver had the gall to tell my husband while laughing that "he didn't do it." The three men then came into our home to deliver our mattress - and also to ignore my husband showing them to the bedroom and decided to each go into other parts of our house just looking around - I do not like nor appreciate that. They got the old mattress out fine but then while installing (for lack of a better term) our new mattress the driver stood on a support beam of our bed frame with his full weight and cracked the beam. Again he was laughing and saying he didn't do it. I believe that was the only phrase he knew. The other two delivery persons did not speak English - which it is what it is - but laughing about it all together, while saying lord knows what in front of the homeowner who's property you've damaged twice, is unacceptable . After arguing with Ashley's furniture and the third party delivery company for well over a month and a half, emailing over I-don't-know-how-many-times the same photos of the damage to the mailbox and the cracked support beam to our bed, and spending over 8+ hours on the phone with Ashley's, we got a PARTIAL check for our mailbox. They shorted us by about $100 - absolutely nothing was done/given for our bed frame which funnily enough came from Ashley's and was not cheap. Learn from my extremely terrible experience: DON'T DO BUSSINESS WITH ASHLEY'S!!!!

I purchased a bed on memorial day. One of the buttons was not working. I called customer service and they referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said there was a part missing after 2 weeks. I called customer service back and after 2 weeks they brought the same bed out to exchange. We went to the store. They said they put an order in for the part. I was suppose to get a call in 2 days. I didn't. I called and they said that they see the escalation but need an order. They said I should get a call in 24 hours. Never got the call. My husband got an invoice so we called and they are trying to do exchange again. Rep told us to go to the store. I paid alot of money, it has been almost 2 months and still no resolution. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Overall a pleasant experience picking out a new mattress. I made the mistake of trying a mattress in a box bought elsewhere (Dreamcloud Premier) to resolve ongoing back pain issues from a 12 year old mattress. The Dreamcloud ended up being far worse than that old mattress, returned it and picked out a Sealy Posturepedic Plus here at Ashley. Delivery is in a couple weeks, hoping to have a better night's rest with less pain and anxiety in the morning! All the staff present were friendly and knowledgeable with points of interest when choosing a new mattress.

Update to review on 8/26/2025: After our delivery was delayed by 4 weeks, the bed frame was delivered with broken drawers. We reported it the day it was delivered (8/5/2025) and told it would be 5-7 days to get parts and schedule the repair. Since then, we have heard nothing from Ashley and no one will return our messages or emails asking about the status of the repair. Considering how much money we spent, I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of response.

My family recently purchased a dining set from Ashley furniture. We have only had it a total of five days, and the wood on the front of one of the chairs is starting to peel away. I figured surely this wouldn’t be a problem since the dining set has a “one year warranty”. The sales rep also told us that if we had any problems to contact the store and they would take care of it. I proceeded to contact the store. Although the customer service representative was very kind, I received no help. I sent in photos of the damage and she simply told me that the claims team thought it looked like water damage had occurred. If that is what happened, it did not happen in our house as we have only had the dining set for a total of five days. I asked the customer service representative if she could tell me what was covered under our warranty and she told me that she could not off the top of her head and that there is nothing more they could do to help me. If this is the quality and customer service that can be expected at this store then we won’t be going back and would recommend others look elsewhere also. Update: Someone at the company responded to my review and told me to contact them to receive help with this issue. I texted the number they gave me first as directed, I received no response. The other option was to click on a website link they had sent me. I was directed to an automated chat bot. After exchanging information, it said I would be contacted in a few days after my claim has been reviewed. We received an email stating that “there is nothing else to assess” and that they are “closing our ticket”. Needless to say, we are incredibly disappointed with how this company has handled this issue. We are incredibly sad that after only 5 days of having this new dining set, it is falling apart, and this company won’t honor their “1 year warrenty”.

We bought something from this godforsaken store, we bought a sofa and a love seat nine months ago and we made a warranty for 400 dollars. The warranty would cover every single thing that would've happened to the couch and loveseat. When we called them to ask them to come to our place to pick up the couch and repair some noises and seats that happened, and also some spills that both the couch and the loveseat has experienced. They never came, I called that horrible excuse you call an Ashley's three times. Yes you heard that right THREE. TIMES. And not ONE person responded to my calls. I would rather go outside and get electrocuted than visit this place again.

Left a positive review a week ago when we had purchased a new sectional but sadly i must update my review after another horrible experience: We purchased a new sectional, everything in our home is ashley’s, and everything ordered was done online as we found pricing to be less, this time we liked hannah our agent and her manager who joined the sales pitch. So we bought it, set up date for delivery following friday but was told we’d would be a option should we need it. Once home we realized we could be home we’d we called and they changed it to thur bec wed was full. I chatted online as well who said there was an issue with my order it was being held, bec i found calling the store directly was impossible. So i had to call the salesperson who said oh no order is fine and confirmed we have you down thur 5/15. We take the day off and so it’s wed we don’t have any estimate of time ect so i called ashley, welp the order is still on hold, they said its an error because we paid cash, the hold is only suppose to be for those who finance it, so we learn we don’t even have a apt for thur and no one bothered to call so we are forced to try and figure out how to reach the store. We did we spoke to a manager named Dustin, nice guy he said he will fix it as it shouldn’t had been placed on hold and would have to reschedule for friday. Well we already took thursday off so now we are forced to take another day off to be home for the white glove delivery, he said don’t worry he will credit delivery charges. Delivery happens friday and i received a email showing a new amount less the delivery. Days go by the credit to my card was pending, well now it’s not, they retracted it somehow. My guess is they wanted to put their promised credit on hold long enough so i accept the delivery. Terrible experience and likely the last, i’m now dealing with my credit card company to dispute the credit they promised, luckily i have the email to prove it, biggest issue is their lack of communication and the fact it’s impossible to reach the store, when you call it routes you to a main hub who knows nothing but how to put and keep you on long holds. Isn’t the first bad experience but will be the last.

First off I love my couch we bought!!! But one thing I would change would be not to be followed the whole time we shopped it felt as if we were rushed. If the salesman would have just showed us the section and been like I'm here for questions of you need me but instead was followed the whole time. Other than that everything was great!

Ordered a pull out couch from the Greenwood location. Floor associate was nice, knowledgeable and quick. We opted to pick it up from the warehouse since we live close. We were told it would be ready on May 6th. There have been no status updates given via email or texts. The only texts were these wanting a review. When my husband went to pick it up on May 6th he was told it wouldn’t be in for another 2 weeks. Again, no correspondence of this delay whatsoever. So while I liked our sales associate who helped up order the couch I am less than thrilled with the notification services thereafter and delays.

I would give a zero star if I could. Their products do not hold up. We knew this when we bought so decided to buy their EXTEND warranty. I have been dealing with a broken power recliner for FOUR months and Extend and Ashley have yet to resolve this issues. I called Ashley and their customer service said to me “this furniture is no longer our problem as of April 2024”. They have been terrible to work with and if you get the extend will offer no further support to you. They do not care about their costumers. DO NOT BUY from this place. Look anywhere else. And do NOT get the Extend warranty unless you like to spend hours on the phone and never get your issue resolved.

Ashley Furniture has beautiful pieces. Even with construction going on it was fun walking around. The salesman was not a pressure salesman. He understood I just wanted to look around myself and just checked in once in a while. But was there for any questions.

They had a lot of selection that surprised me considering they are remodeling. Also there are different quality levels which helps if a person wants or needs a certain level. Overall I was just looking but ended up with a bedroom set. 5 stars for now and will stay there unless there are some issues after delivery. Based on the terms of delivery and financing I feel assured that this was a solid long term investment.

The young woman who assisted me yesterday (I am horrible with names) was fantastic. She helped me get the best price, even cheaper than ordering the sectional online due to the renovation discount. Aaand she had the cutest boots.

The sales team needs to learn when to back off. I was just browsing to get ideas which I told the first salesman. He was fine with that and left me alone. Halfway through another guy comes up. Asking how we're doing, what were looking for. I politely told him we're just browsing. He coutinued to ask questions. We just started walking away trying to get him to just leave us alone. As were walking away he's FOLLOWING us asking even more questions. Even trying to ask us if where we are moving, if we bought a house, what kind of furniture we want. Finally I just turned and told him if we needed anything we would come find him and to leave us alone. He got all huffy, "well I'm just doing my job!" I understand they work on commission, but you're not going to get any sales from harassment. Learn to take a hint. Not to mention sounds like he was trying to steal a sale from the first guy we spoke too. I'm not buying today, I don't want a credit card, or financing. I in fact crossed Ashley's off my list to even buy from. It's WAY overpriced anyway.

They came in, and put everything together where I wanted it. Looking forward to enjoying my furnature for years to come.

Natalie was the perfect salesperson to greet us at the door today… It was rainy & I was in a lot of pain, but she was able to find exactly what I needed (even though I didn’t know it myself) to make me feel better… She & my daughter, Natalee, convinced me I needed a good bed to help with my pain & inability to sleep well… So now, I can barely wait for my delivery date to arrive… She said she was fairly new, but I found her to be very smart, knowledgeable & able to answer most all of my questions… She is extremely personable & able to sell me my mattress without being pushy or overbearing… My experience at Ashley’s in Greenwood was positive & pleasant…

We were very Satisfied with our experience. The original order needed to be canceled due to damaged furniture. We feel the drivers damaged it. Do not let them unpackage your furniture on the street. The lemonade was such that we purchased a different set and believe the first damaged set was a sign. Fingers crossed!:)

Purchased a bedroom suite then changed my mind and wanted a different style. When I called they were nice, and stated no problem. The suite that I changed to was less expensive which meant I was due a refund. They waived the delivery charge off my first selection then told me they could not honor when I changed my selection, which nothing had been delivered yet. I almost cancelled due to the delivery fee not being waived, but I didn’t . I was told the refund would take up to 48 hours, it now has been 2 weeks and no refund. I have called, texted, stopped by the store which has gotten me no where. I have asked for a manager and they have no manager on site. I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley. Once the sales person gets their sale they do not care!! Poor customer service. I have tried calling 866-436-3393 and can’t get a live person.

Bought a loveseat on Sunday around 2 pm at the Greenwood Store. Paid with a check. Decided it wasn't going to work for us, went back to the store the very next morning (Monday 11 am) and told Natalie to cancel the order. She said the manager was in a meeting but she would take care of it. Its Wednesday and the order is still not canceled. I had to call the corporate store to get the order canceled and refund issued. Very bad customer service at the Greenwood store. Will not be buying anything there.

Great sales team, both Cody and Codi helped my wife find a new recliner for our living room. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful in us deciding on a certain model. Would come back again for future furniture needs.

We waited 12 days to have our furniture to be delivered. And when it arrived there were holes in it. We cancelled the purchase. Now they tell us it could take 5 to 7 days to get a refund. They took the money out of our account the day we visited the store. Not shopping there ever again. Not the store it use to be.

Overall I am happy with the store and their selection of furniture. However their customer service needs work. I was browsing for over 45 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. Once I found someone the transaction was easy and painless.

If I could give negative stars I would. What a joke of an establishment. My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress. We were lied to by Matt about being able to exchange it for any mattress in the store. When we did find a mattress off of the list of 10 that we liked we were not allowed to exchange. The reason we were given was absolutely absurd. The manager who was helping us then suddenly transferred stores and stopped responding to our texts. Now we have a $4,000 mattress at home that we hate. Go to a high school fundraiser for mattresses. At least there your money is supporting a good cause instead of lining the pockets of thieves and liars.

I had a fairly specific size and color that I wanted. So he researched and found just what I wanted. It wasn't in the store so he took me to see the fabric on a different sofa. And he took me to sit on a sofa that would sit like the one I wanted. (It was bigger than what I could use. ) So I'm giving him 5 stars, but I don't have the sofa yet to say how happy I am overall.

There were 3 people standing up front when I entered. None of them said anything to me. As I walked through the store looking for a chair not one associate asked me if I needed anything. I went back up front and asked someone where the recliners were. Franklin was kind and told me where to go. He asked if I needed help and at that point I was annoyed so I said no. To his credit he came upstairs just after me anyway and was very friendly and helpful. He is really the reason I bought the chair and because it was on sale. I almost left the store without making a purchase.

Very very disappointed. Deliver was scheduled for 3pm that day for my elder 89 year old mother. Waited ALL day long. She was the 12 delivery. The time kept.getting set back. Finally they showed up at 8:30 pm only to have the wrong couch. Now Ashley is telling her to call to reschedule!! Can you believe that!!! Such horrible service!! Ashley NEEDS to straighten this out. Very unsatisfactory unprofessional service. Very unhappy customer

The staff on site were very helpful and informative about all of the furniture as well as the insurance packages that were offered. I had an overall enjoyable experience however during one of two transactions, I had requested the bedding set that goes with the bed I ordered, and somehow it hadn’t been placed on my order by the manager. I hadn’t been given a copy of my receipt and order detail until after the fact. At which point I brought it up. I was told that someone else could handle it the next day. Outside of this one frustrsting thing. It was a good experience.

12 years ago I bought a furniture set from this location and the delivery was pushed out 4 months before it finally arrived (we already anticipated about 60 days before delivery was expected so six months total), i was just reading a few news articles that this is happening still to this day and all over the country so I felt it was important to share my real experience with others considering this is still a prevalent issue. 2 years later Ashley was having a black Friday deal on a mattress that began at midnight there were literally people lined up for various deals this was back when that was a thing 🤣 and it was similar scenario which I absolutely was not expecting! Like it was a mattress so I'm assuming this would be something they will actually have here to take home, also consider the fact this was their advertised deal for like first 50 people or something to that extent so I was truly anticipating they had atleast 50 mattresses ready to be bought...but no it was like here's your receipt delivery people will call you, they did assure me the matresses were sold locally so it would not be as long of a wait for matress because of this as i was already defensive and questioning their processes upon learning they didnt have these items present for purchase at that moment. I cannot even tell you how actually long it was before my self and my husband forced them to give us address to pick up our item WHEREEVER IT WAS and we drove to some far out warehouse and told these people we were here to get our stuff. Mind you the staff was like very caught off guard by this but it was late by the time we got there and I think truthfully they didn't wanna deal with the fight and just threw a mattress in our truck wrapped in plastic no indication this was or wasn't my item specifically and we were satisfied with that and left. I never have had to work so hard to get thousands of dollars worth of items I paid for and I would never enter into another endeavor with this company again in my life 🤷‍♀️

Been trying since October to get all the parts for my bedframe. No help at the store, no help from corporate. As soon as they have your money they couldn't care less. So far the only pleasant experience was the original salsesperson. Unbelievable. Wish I could give no stars.(Edited after reply.) Thanks for that useless number. The only thing they would do was order more random parts to send me what an absolute dumpster fire of a customer service department. End of January and I still can't put this this thing together and nobody wants to hear I want my money back.

Our first visit at the store the sales person was knowledgeable and great. We were just browsing that day and going to make our purchase a week later. we come back a week later to make our purchase knowing exactly what we want. The original sales rep was not present so they had someone else help us. We told her exactly what we wanted and all we had to do was go through the approval process and signed the paperwork. She did not seem to understand anything we kept reiterating what our minimum payment could be. We told her over and over our budget set at this amount every month she kept telling us “you can just pay whatever you want every month”. We informed her that’s not how credit works. You don’t get to just pay whatever you want. Can you confirm what our payment will be monthly. None of the screens we were shown showed a monthly payment. We were only shown the total amount there was literally no monthly payment show we were. We were given verbal confirmation multiple times of the payment . The bill then comes in a few weeks later and it is three times the amount we were quoted. We returned to the store and talked to the store manager. He continued to tell us that all we had to do was call the credit card company and they would adjust the payment to what we wanted. We kept trying to inform him of the sales reps lack of knowledge and how it doesn’t seem legal that she was giving us a quoted minimum payment if she was never provided one by the credit company. He continue to say that he hired her so he knows she’s a good worker. Later on the manager tried to argue with us that my billing statement was because I didn’t understand how to read it. He tried to tell me that $160 monthly bill would be paid off in one year (the total is over $3k) that’s why the bill was so high. That was completely incorrect as well. I did go ahead and contact the company who it was credited through as suggested by the manager and they informed me that they cannot change the minimum payment. They also told me “stores cannot advise a minimum payment because their [ credit card company] generates the payment that the store does not have access to and we never should’ve been put thatsituation. “ It feels as though the store is operating on illegal practices of promising monthly payments just to get a sale, but they have no control or say over and then once the buyer is then struggling because it doesn’t meet the strict budget they had set the store is completely apathetic and hold no responsibility And no consequences to their actions. We tried working with the store manager and he just got frustrated that we even had a complaint. It seems as although they practice deceptive pricing and are just concerned about luring customers into the purchase and hiding any true cost and it seems almost like a form of fraud .

My experience in the store was decent - the salesman was helpful and not overly pushy. I would even say that I like the sectional couch we picked out. However, one piece arrived damaged - the internal structure of the back is messed up causing the fabric to pull away and expose some staples. Ashley ordered 'parts' for a repair. 27 days later the 'parts' were delivered, which I had to be home for in order to accept the delivery. The 'parts' consisted of a small envelope with some fabric. So I rearranged my whole day to be handed an envelope that could have been left on the porch. 42 days after receiving our broken couch I was scheduled for the repair and they canceled my appointment day of. 61 days after receiving my broken couch I got a message to confirm a new repair appointment, and a few hours later another message that they sent the wrong parts and needed to order different ones. So now I am back to square one, waiting for them to order parts. I will have to schedule a day to 'receive delivery' of the parts at home. Then, I have to schedule another day to have the repair performed. It took 61 days to get to this point, so at this pace if I'm lucky I will have a repaired couch 122 days after receiving it broken. Their customer service is terrible and primarily AI driven. I'm beyond frustrated - save your money and purchase elsewhere. I hear Value City Furniture is nice. Edit to 3 stars because after finally getting through to a person in customer service, and then to a supervisor in customer support (Melanie) - she understood my frustrations and ordered us a new furniture piece which was delivered / exchanged with the damaged one. So we now have a non-defective couch we are very happy with. (71 days for anyone still reading). But it was quite a ride to this point. Melanie is aces though.

This is the first time I've purchased anything from Ashley Furniture. It was a very good experience. The salesman, Kenny G., was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy, which is unusual for a salesperson! If I need anymore furniture in the future, Ashley Furniture will be my first stop.

Purchased a couch from Ashley store in Greenwood Indiana. No sooner than I got it home and set it up I found bed bugs on the couch. Customer service won’t give out the stores actual number or talk to me about fixing the situation. If I don’t get a call back now I’m taking the couch to the store.

Great deal, but found out there was damage to the bottom of the dresser after we had my father in law come all that way to pick it up. It’s a fix with some wood glue I think. However, the bigger issue was the way another manager talked to his female employee. She was asking him a question and followed him out and he literally said, I know the answer, but I want you to use your brain and deductive reasoning skills to get the answer. She obviously had a customer waiting on her and she was checking on a question. He humiliated her in front of us and we were extremely uncomfortable and felt horrible for her. It all happened at once. I feel even worse now that I stood there and didn’t say anything to him, but didn’t know what to do.

My husband and I purchased our furniture at Ashley’s in Greenwood today. Cody was great to work with and gave us some space to browse, and if we had questions, he was there to answer. Great customer service!! We will be back 😊

Cody was the best salesman I have ever had at a furniture store. He knew exactly what I wanted, didn’t try to waste my time selling me on more than what I want or need like most places do. I am a sales rep myself, so I know what I want and I am straight to the point, he was just that and the experience was smooth and perfect. I will definitely be calling Cody for anything and everything else in the future!

I had the best experience couch shopping last night. I was very nervous about the whole process especially because I had my toddler with me. Steve Weinberg was the employee who helped me. He was great at listening to what I wanted and also was very patient with my son and I.

I went in there with specific things me and my wife wanted and Cody made it all happen! We had a specific look we wanted and he made it come true! Cody was awesome, down to earth and very easy to get along with!!

You are accosted on entry. Just leave customers alone, if we like something we will hunt you down! Stop with all the questions and let us look around. We literally left because we weren’t even able to look around without being stalked by Steve.

I don’t leave many public reviews. and usually only to recognise good service, but I did want to share my experience with Ashley so that others can make their own informed decision before purchasing from there. I wish I had looked at the reviews in here myself before ordering. Honestly, I am so so disappointed. I ordered a sofa and bed from Ashley furniture in Greenwood. I explained to the sales person that I was moving country to a new apartment and had no furniture, so delivery timing was critical. He guaranteed delivery by the 15th of October which would mean living a few weeks without the furniture, but I was ok with that. I only bought the items based on this guarantee. I was looking at similar items elsewhere which were in stock for an immediate delivery. But again - I was told that my delivery had been booked in and scheduled there and then in the shop and I purchased it and it was good to go. A few days later I got a message scheduling the delivery for the 17th. That was fine , a few days delay is ok and understandable. Now, the week of delivery I learn the sofa won’t be available until the 29th of October at the earliest. And honestly, I have no faith it will come by then. I have family coming from Ireland to visit that I needed the sofa for and we are going to be sitting on the floor. I am so unhappy with the service. It feels like in the shop, they will say whatever they need to in order to get the item sold. I mean, there is no issue with a long lead time - or even saying, we don’t have complete control of delivery and we know in the past timings have changed. But tell that to customers up front so they can make an informed decision. That is good honest sales. I specifically asked my sales rep if the date was reliable and if they tend to have delays and he said once you’re in the system as I have you booked in, it will be good. When you run into issues you are pushed to generic Ashley agents for customer service, who essentially say they have no control over what the sales people in the shop say and can do nothing to help you. And that delivery dates are always just guides. I won’t be purchasing from Ashley again and have lots of work colleagues relocating to Indy for work and I will be advising them that they cannot rely on service from here. I can only hope when the items finally do come they are at least of the right quality and I don’t have the issues others have talked about. I’m giving it two stars based on the fact I assume the items will finally come and be in good condition

Was a great experience, was the first time buying furniture ever from a store. Got a great deal on new furniture. Hopefully picking it up is even better.

Bought a reclining couch on 3/25/24, and paid in full same day. I was told the couch would take 9-12 weeks to arrive. It arrived 16 weeks later (I did not complain). Within the hour after the delivery men left the couch had a problem, but since I was leaving for vacation the following day, I left if for when I got back. When I got back someone sat on the other side of the couch and it also had an issue. I filed a claim for repair and they sent parts to my house. The parts arrived 9/2/24. Since then, through miscommunications and "issues" (their words, not mine) on Ashley's part (they have admitted this) I still do not have a working couch. I have made arrangements with my work four times to be around for a repair that has not taken place. I now have a fifth appointment scheduled, have had parts for over a month, and have not had a working couch since I bought it or received it. I have asked to speak with a supervisor or manager or someone that can help me, but honestly have no confidence they will do anything. The people I have talked to have 100% admitted their fault, but they have no system in place to rectify any wrong. I just get to continually get messed over.

Went in on Labor Day bought 8 pieces of furniture, told sales lady we could not not do delivery on Thursdays. They text the next week with delivery set for Thursday, spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule, get it moved, the next available was the 18th. So on delivery the whole back is ripped off the sofa, one of my shelving units is damaged and the delivery was short one of my end tables. So we get the sofa and shelving unit marked as returned, but the ticket still states that I received both end tables, had to argue with delivery to make this right. After they leave we are putting the self in the end table and notice it’s damaged, call them and they tell me I have to file a warranty claim on it.(why it hasn’t been in my home 30 minutes).So at this point they tell us the will text with a new delivery date. In the mean time I waited until Saturday the 21 and went to the store. Was told that they would replace the damaged table and gave us a delivery date of September 27, so tomorrow for the sofa and shelving unit, and October 3 for the replacement table and the one missing. Today September 26 I get a message and call them they say that only one end table is being delivered on the 3rd. And that the don’t offer refunds or returns. Update. Now over a month and still don’t have my .

Not sure I can ever get myself to buy from here again. Between my last purchase being completely butchered... to people being unhelpful and dismissive on this visit. I literally left here and drove straight to Godby in Carmel and bought the furniture I was looking for.

We had a very good experience today at Ashley. Cody was an excellent salesman and really tried hard to work with us to get us the best deal and to meet our needs.

Codi Williams was my salesperson and He did a fantastic job extraxting exactly what I was looking for. He allowed us space to shop without pestering us or trying to up sale. After he presented the protection plan, I learned it really is an awesome plan. I wish all my large ticket shopping was this pleasant. There was 1 positive in our sofa purchase which is the only reason a star is deserved, and that was the salesperson named Dustin. Our delivery this evening was the wrong sofa. The 2 delivery drivers spoke no English so trying to get them to understand the error was a challenge. I spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 different "customer service" reps and supposedly a supervisor named Angel who I got disconnected from and although she had my callback number, did not call me back. I was told they would try to deliver tonight or before my husband and I went to work in the morning to make it right, and then another said she wasn't sure if it was in stock. She confirmed there was one in stock and I let her know that there should be because it was ours that hadn't delivered. Then no one could get in touch with the distribution center to get us a firm answer on delivery in the morning and another of the customer service reps said it would be 24 to 48 hours for someone to actually contact us to make the delivery. One other supervisor told the customer service rep to tell me she was on a call and then had to go into a meeting with new hires; so this supervisor doesn't think the customer is important if she chose new hires over dealing with an actual customer service issue. Finally, I called the Greenwood Indiana store number again and instead of pressing the option for an existing order, I pressed the option to place a new order and actually got our original sales person on the phone and canceled for a full refund. As I type this, I'm still waiting on the email confirmation to come through from an hour and a half ago showing that the refund has been processed. A truly horrible experience with the delivery or I should say the non-delivery of our sofa.

My boyfriend and I are browsing for a new couch for our living room. Ashley was our 1st stop. Overall the experience was garbage. Salesman Matt was following us like a lost puppy/beggar. We told the salesman exactly what we wanted but would continually show us mattresses and other non related products we weren’t searching for. And pop in when we just wanted to look at couches privately. We also felt very profiled. We were in more comfy clothes but we definitely felt like Matt thought we were is a low tax bracket. Really pushing payment plans and assuming we lived in a really small house and things. We did not feel comfortable at all. Left after 23 minutes

Service was excellent!! I purchased a 3 drawer nightstand today at the Greenwood store for 499.99/399.99. Item # B743-93. I went to the Ashley website to look at matching pieces, and note the nightstand is priced at 269.99 there. It is amazing, so not a big deal. I have an appointment today to purchase a matching dresser.
