Had a great experience buying a bed. Johnny was our salesman and did not pressure us. We already knew what we wanted but he took time to show us options. We already looked up prices on line for the store and mattresses so we had a good idea on prices. We will go back when it's time for a living room set!

started off with a salesman and then switched when it was time to complete purchase and new guy put in the wrong order for us. Luckily we got it switched and hope that the right piece of furniture arrives.

We went to Ashley Home Store to buy a new dresser and ended up purchasing a 🆕 [clearance] bedroom set and 2️⃣ clearance nightstands. We were then successfully educated by Taylor which Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillows would benefit us to improve our many years of multiple sleep 😴 disturbances & difficulties. Our decision to make this investment in replacing our current mattress has my husband & I excited about updating our master bedroom.

Terrible experience you’d think when you’re going into a furniture store spending $5200 for 2 couches that you’d get better service but after almost 3 hours at the store and our sales lady not knowing anything about financing so it seemed every question we asked she had to go speak to the manager but while your at the kiosk putting your info in 3 different sales people come up to you get the picture it’s all about another sale as quickly as they can without answering questions that you truly need answered and then I tell the lady we don’t want it but once I get home I found out a delivery was set for a Thursday when I told her By Wednesday of whatever week we set it for so we can put out our furniture that we’d bought at Ashley just 5 years ago but no she didn’t pay attention to one thing we said 1 piece of furniture was set up for delivery so we’d have a mismatch living room needless to say we will be finding a new furniture store to go buy our furniture from I went into the store feeling great right after leaving church but left very aggravated and disappointed so upset how our world has become

Went in there just looking to price out mattresses and test some out and the sales person was overly pushy twords the end after we tested all the beds. I then told the man we were saving up so we didn't have to finance. He tried telling me you can save money by financing when it's the same price just stretched out. Not saving anything. When you Google bed sales it tells you there are multiple times a year they have sales and he was saying this is the best, not true. Black Friday is the best. And then he told my wife "he's silly, not like he can save up a couple bucks in a couple months". He then walked up behind me when I was talking with my son and took the pillow from me that we were using to try the beds. The most rude sales person I've ever dealt with when he found out I'm not buying right at this moment. Now I'll not be buying from this establishment at all.

The experience was great. Rosie was a good salesperson who was personable and kind. She did not follow me around the whole time either which made the whole experience far more comfortable. I got a sectional and look forward to it arriving.

I went looking for a living room set and the staff was so helpful . I was in and out of Ashley’s in no time. They gave me discounts and they did financing! Where to start? My wife and I went in this store back in October 2025 to look around and was met by smiling faces and great attitudes. We spent some time looking around and speaking with a salesperson, Matt, and decided to go ahead and purchase some living room furniture. We spent over $10,000 in there and everyone was very nice and professional and was a good experience. That's where the good experience ended. We finally got our order delivered in November, one of the power recliners was broken and one had a headrest that didn't work, another one had tears in the fabric. We also never received the rug we ordered either. Delivery drivers didn't bother to plug any of it in, I had to test everything out to make sure it worked. Of course a ticket had to be created for a repair order. I was told the parts would arrive in a couple weeks (end of December). Nope, didn't come in til February 2026 and I had to get in touch with their customer service to schedule the repair. The tech shows up 4 hours late and only fixes one of the broken recliners because he was not alotted enough time to fix the other one. So when will the other one be repaired, nobody knows! When do I get my rug we ordered, nobody knows! I am absolutely disgusted with this company, the one thing they seem to be able to do correctly, is take your money. Oh and by the way, the store number doesn't even work when I call it, so now I have to drive an hour and a half to speak to a stupervisor to get things sorted out. We are at the point of having everything returned, especially since the coffee table we ordered decided to crack along one of the small panels. Cheap, garbage furniture and even worse service.What an absolute disgrace.

All of the furniture in our home is from Ashley's. We needed to replace 2 power recliners. We found exactly what we wanted. Being elderly these recliners may be our last. The sales rep was very helpful. The process was simple and we look forward to receiving our new furniture. Thanks!

Our experience with Ashley furniture was great. David, the sales professional who assisted us was patient and knowledgeable but didn't hover or pressure us. He patiently answered our many questions, and gave helpful advice. We were so impressed with the prices and quality of the furniture at Ashley, we ended up buying 3 rooms of gorgeous furniture!

The experience of buying 2 bar stools here is not unlike the car buying experience. The stools were scattered all throughout the store, and we had salespeople following us the entire time, except for when we found the ones we liked. The prices were even higher than what was listed on the website as well. I only found this out because there were no dimensions/specs listed in store, so I went to the website to confirm the size. It was only then that I realized they were 50 bucks cheaper online. Once we flagged down the guy that greated us we were expecting to pay and walk out the store with a couple stools. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for what I assume was for approval of the price adjustment. Once we finally were able to pay and leave they were trying to get us to pick up the stools later in the week to cash in on the assembly fee. Instead we had them arrange for free delivery. Now I'm being harassed by their chat bot, having received 6 emails and 5 texts to confirm my delivery date. Had we known all this going in, we would have just stayed home and bought online. It's too bad because they have decent furniture and at a reasonable price. Edit: also, I've received multiple texts urging me to review the store. This was the only reason I decided to actually leave this review. I might shop at Ashley's in the future, but once I get my stools, I will be blocking all communications from them.

Steve was great! He listened to what we wanted/needed and went above and beyond finding the right furniture for us, in a smaller sized room!

The address the furniture is supposed to be delivered to is not my home address. It is my daughter‘s address and it was awful trying to get this straightened out with your stuff. Let’s hope it get delivered to the right address. The sales rep did reach out to me and told me it has been updated to show. It goes to my daughter’s address.

Nike was our sales representative and was well dressed, spoke clearly and very attentive to are needs. The showroom was impeccable!

We recently purchased several pieces for our new home—including couches, an ottoman, a chaise lounge, a buffet table, and a dining room table and chairs—and the entire experience was outstanding. The sales staff (Dave), the store manager (Alex), and the delivery team were all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. So I will update this eventially update this if it ever gets repaired but I have had the worst experience with ashley buying furniture. Placing the order and time in store were ok, but an item that was suppose to take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery ended up taking 3 months and they ended up delivering the wrong colored couch. Also while setting up delivery they kept changing the delivery date to a date I wasn't home after we would correct it. I had to schedule it 3 times via " a manager" I wasnt allowed to talk to because they were not available per the customer service rep I would talk to. I am currently waiting to see how they will fix two different colored pieces of furniture and how long this fix will take but it has just been one frustration after another. I hope others have better experiences. But posting here since I wasnt able to complain to a manager and the store stated they can not do anything to fix it and gave me customer services number. Edit/update: customer service stated they would call me back in 24 hours with update on fixing the problem and no one ever called. I would sadly say for the price and "quality" of their stuff their customer service is one of the worst.

Purchased 2 shelving units for a bar room renovation. One is assembled. The other had a defective part. So, I had to get them to ship the correct part. I guess the other one will be assembled in 7-10 days. Pretty disappointing, but the I am pleased with the look and quality of the one unit.

Well considering we bought our furniture the first part of December 2025 and still haven’t received it I’m not impressed! No one said a thing about back order. As a matter of fact I asked if they had what I bought in stock and they said yes. Then when it was supposed to be delivered then it wasn’t in stock and we wouldn’t get it until February 2026. Of course we paid for the furniture that day so I what do they really care? I don’t recommend going to Ashley Furniture!!!

I was really pleased with my visit to Ashley Furniture store in Greenwood Indiana.Upon arriving I was greeted with friendliness and everything after that was spectacular. The customer service rep named Steven was an awesome salesman and treated me with the best service I could’ve imagined, it made my purchase worthwhile. I told Steven what I was looking for and he took me directly to the product that I have searched multiple furniture stores to find.

I purchased a living room set in November. Shannon from Greenwood helped us. He said 2 pieces are not in stock, so I can have other 2 pieces delivered first, and 2 others later. I told him I would rather wait longer and have all 4 pieces delivered at the same time. So I just had the living room set delivered 2 days ago… 2 months after the purchase. And the chair was missing from delivery. A few phone calls later, I found out that Ashley discontinued the chair, and (without letting us know about the discontinued item), they went ahead and just gave us a refund. I was just shocked. If I had known the chair was discontinued, I would’ve selected another living room set. (Because I wanted to buy a whole set), but instead, they just gave us the money (just for the chair) back. To make it right, Ashley offered to pick up my new incomplete set that was delivered at my house, and they would be willing to deliver a new set. So I drove an hour (again) to my nearest Ashley store yesterday and try to find a new set. I finally found one, but only to find out they are not “in stock” so it might take a couple more months before I can get the new set😭 So I decided to give up on the new set. I already waited 2 months and can’t wait another 2 months. Now I’m stuck with the incomplete set in my living room, don’t know what to do. Purchasing the living room set from Ashely has been nothing but headache for us. I’ll make sure to never make any purchase from Ashley again.

We put a bedroom set in layaway since we were building a house and didn’t need it for a few months. A month later we added a living room set then decided to remove the living room set. During this process we made no changes on our end on the bedroom set. We had it delivered on 9/13/25 and was completely disappointed that they delivered the cheaper bedroom set. I was upset because I was looking forward to it after waiting several months for it and it had been over 25 years since I bought a new set. I contacted the Greenwood store and spoke with Dustin and told him what happened. They said to sent it back but didn’t know when they could deliver a correct set. I said can you speed up the delivery since this isn’t my fault. He offered me $726.24 back on my Ashley card if I wanted to keep it. I thought about and instead of waiting on the unknown we opted to keep it with his refund offer. After several calls later and waiting until today 1/1/26 for the refund and getting the run around and promises not kept. I NEVER received a refund or an apology for this. I paid off my Ashley card, closed the card and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN!!! All I asked was for a follow through on what was offered and was not given. It’s a shame really that the managers Dustin and Alex didn’t follow through with what was offered. They lost a loyal customer.

Kenny made the whole experience shopping for a new living room set easy and pressure free. Explained all options and even made my son feel welcomed in the store. Will continue to do business here.

We bought a couch and a lamp from this store. The lamp was delivered this past Monday and it arrived damaged. We filed a claim with customer service right away with four photos. We were told that we would have an update in 1 - 2 days. On Tuesday we noticed the status of our chat window changed to DONE. We hadn’t heard anything so we called the store and spoke to Billy. Billy said stores don’t deal with these issues and to call customer service. We spoke to customer service and were told that our claim had not been processed or looked at yet and that we needed to take the lamp to the store. We took the lamp to the store and spoke with Codi. He could tell I was upset when we walked in. Codi did nothing but call customer service and came back to tell us that we would hear back about the lamp on Friday and that we could keep the damaged lamp because they were going to be sending us a new one. On Thursday we reached out to customer service again for an update and were again told that the claim had not been looked at or processed and we would hear something on Friday. On Friday we received no emails or phone calls about the lamp so we reached out to customer service and were told the same thing again, that the claim hadn’t been looked at or processed. We called the store and a rude man answered the phone and said this was a customer service issue not a store issue and gave us the number to customer service and hung up on us. We called customer service again and were told that they needed photos to process the claim and I told them that 4 photos were submitted on Monday when the claim was made and she confirmed that. She then stated that at that very moment she was processing the claim as an even exchange and that a new lamp was ordered and would be shipped to us. I asked for an order number and she said that a new order number would take an hour or two to generate and she would email when it did. After 4 hours we received and email and a text asking us to confirm a door step delivery for next Tuesday. Confused we called customer service again and spoke to a man who claimed that a new lamp was going to be delivered to our doorstep next Tuesday. I asked what to do with the damaged lamp and he said to toss it. This sounded off so after that conversation I called again and spoke to a female who said the the even exchange for the claim was denied and that a new lamp had never been ordered. She said they were going to come next Tuesday to pick up the damaged lamp and once they had it back, then and only then would they order a new lamp to be shipped to our home. This has been the most awful and difficult customer service experience I have ever been through in my life. They clearly don’t want to replace the damaged lamp they sent us and were hoping we would just give up and go away. Every time we spoke to someone about. the lamp the story changed. The staff at the store was rude and dismissive. This company is an absolute disaster. And I guess since we were scammed we will just file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals office. They are only helpful and nice until they have your money and then they are awful if something arrives to you damaged. What’s really sad is that the AI overview for the reviews actually says that customer service is difficult. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid Ashley’s at all costs. What a disaster. Do better.

This was my first time coming here and my last. We was not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival. Sales people were sitting on couch on their phones. We looked around the entire store even upstairs and no one approached to see if they could assist. We left and will not do business there ever.

We love the sectional. The delivery was quick and efficient. However we tried to call the store several times but did not get a response. We ended up driving back to the store to add on the additional piece we wanted for the sectional. We were concerned about getting the furniture before Christmas but it ended up being the artwork that is going to be late. When we went to the store we asked if we could have the piece on the wall and they said no. I believe they said because it was still active in their system. We paid cash for everything we purchased so we thought it would all go smoothly. Long story short - happy with sectional not so happy with customer service or delivery time of the artwork.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase. From the initial visit, throughout the decision making process, and down to the final decision, we received personal attention. Our delivery was wrinkle free. We were advised prior to delivery (with the option to make changes if needed) and given a heads up the day before and the morning of delivery. The gentlemen who delivered our purchase were pleasant and did a fantastic job! Could not be more happier!

If your in the store, and you think your getting a good deal. Try going on line after they act like they gave you a deal and buy for 50-300 cheaper on line. Commission Company. Suggest saving you some money up front. Without all the games they play. I've spent over 10k there in the past few years. Check your pricing twice, kinda shady with the Commission. Always marked up for Commission in the store. Or go to a less pushy place for sure.

They sell you products under false pretenses, and in the end, you have to deal with third parties because they don't resolve anything in-store; they just give you phone numbers to call and expect you to solve your problem yourself. 🙄 So I would recommend not buying from them, and if you do, carefully review your contract, word by word. Only thing I have to complain about is that delivery is to long to wait fir my furniture, over 30 days and then set up for delivery on Christmas Eve, that is usually when families are having dinner.

If I could give a half star I would. I bought three living room tables and upon delivery one of the tables was not level with the floor. Trying to reach customer services was a nightmare, I was shuffled from one person to another, given different numbers to call. I was told by the "chatbot" that a tech could not be there for 2 weeks. I requested an earlier date. I finally reached customer service and a human gave me a date that was 8 days earlier. The tech never showed up on that date. Two days before the original date that I was given, they text me with a time frame for the appointment that would not work for me. They would not change it. Claimed there was only one tech for the area and the time frames were already determined. They then had to push the date out almost a week. They said they couldn't give me a time frame until 48 hours before the appointment. I paid $1500 for brand new furniture and expected better customer service, especially when they sent me defective furniture. I will never go back to Ashley and I will do my best to ensure that everyone know their customer service is terrible. UPDATE: They came out, told me they'd send me a part to fix it, which I had to install. The new part made the defect worse so I had to put the original one back on. I give up.

I can't leave less than a 1 star or I would. We bought our sectional in April from a salesperson Natalie Velaquez and the extended warranty. One of the biggest reasons we bought it was for the coverage. It was made very clear that we could have the furniture cleaned whenever we needed and just simply had to call. I tried filing a claim for basic normal wear from use to have it cleaned online with the warranty co "Extend". First it wasn't as simple as calling like we were told. They denied my claim saying they only cover specific spots that happen within a certain time period. The woman from Extend was very rude and disrespectful. She said we were given false information about the coverage. I then called your store that I bought it from (Greenwood In) and spoke to someone in the claims area and he told me that we were given the wrong information from the salesperson and they were very sorry. Obviously, this is all AFTER they got paid for the furniture and the extra coverage that is no good to us. I will NEVER be back to any Ashley and wouldn't suggest anyone else either. The sectional is nice and the initial experience was good but it all turned out to be smoke and mirrors in my option. I feel like I was lied to just to lock in the sale. Buyer beware!!

Ashley is our “go to” furniture store. Good quality furniture and excellent service!

A few weeks ago, we looked ar a Tempurpedic mattress but delayed our decision to purchase. Today, we reconnected with our rep, Codi, picking up where we left off. We were entirety satisfied with our experience and look forward to taking delivery on our new bed.

In our salesperson haste to make a sale, she inadvertently failed to put all the bed parts on the order. It took 4 phone calls, several weeks, and finally another visit to the store to rectify the problem. Once I told this salesperson that I was ready to bring what I already had back to the store and take my business elsewhere, I got some results. The rest of the order was delivered and set up today. It was a hassle, but is finally done.

My sales associate was very patient with me. Helped me visualize how my new furniture would fit into the flow of my apartment. She didn’t try to sell me the most expensive things and helped me find something great within my budget. Greenwood location has the most selection as well

Purchasing this furniture was easy from beginning to end! The head manager was willing to discount one of the pieces of furniture to offset the cost of shipping and that was about a $400 savings for us! Great communication when it came to delivery, which was only about three days later. I received multiple texts telling me that the delivery team was in progress to my house and they arrived promptly when I was told they would. The two delivery guys were great! They were careful and they put the furniture together and set it where I wanted it! The experience couldn’t have been any better.

Delivery and product good

The showroom was spotless and beautiful. It was raining and the man who ended up helping me out held the door open for me as we entered. He was super genuine and helpful. His name was Cody. Was also super kind to my daughter. Even went so far as to ask her her favorite color and change the overhead lighting on the second floor to her favorite. I actually had planned on going to another couple stores before deciding on my purchase. But, I was wowed by Cody’s attentiveness without being pushy whatsoever. When I was down to two bedroom sets, he helped me look at the pros and cons of both and even showed me how one material on the headboard, cleans super easily By letting my daughter Mark on it with a highlighter and he wiped it right off. Outstanding experience, I will be back and will always ask for him!

So I originally went in not considering on buying anything. My girlfriend and I didn’t agree on what style of bed room set to buy. Horrible experience at this location. We were told we had to pay for ottoman delivery and that couch delivery was “included,” even though we requested pickup. Later, we got texts to confirm ottoman pickup in Illinois. Calls to the store were useless; I was constantly cut off, told they’d “talk to a manager,” and never got a straight answer. When I asked to speak to a manager, they acted like it was impossible. We finally got the couch delivered and arranged ottoman pickup ourselves, but never got the ottoman delivery fee refunded. The entire process was a frustrating mess, and customer service was dismissive at every step. Our sales rep was Natalie. Avoid this location.

I am a repeat customer after owning one of the home theater style couch and love seats, which lasted and held up really well. So my wife and I bought a new couch and dining room table along with a bed and they literally threw the dining room table chairs together like trash and they are missing screws The couch is terrible quality and sags in very badly after about nine months use. Post sales customer service is horrible. Everything looks really nice, but their quality is absolute trash.

It was all good, from finding your location, friendly as I enter the show room, my sales person was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

If you see a older gentleman with the toilet bowl haircut named Steve, don’t let him help you. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone in the sales industry be so rude to me as Steve was last night. I told him my budget he continued showing me things that were twice my budget saying they were not that much along with saying two weeks for waiting for one accent chair was not a long time at all and it’s a holiday week so I should know that it’s not weekends only and I have to wait to get nice furniture. He asked me the location where I’d wanna get the chair shipped to and after telling him, I’d prefer not to get it shipped to this exact address he said snarly. We do this all the time although I had told him that I did not want it shipped to that address. He rudely handed me his card and said to come back and ask for him if I ever wanted to buy the chair or any furniture in general, and I took his card and did not turn back around to say goodbye to that man, I will not be coming back or using his card specifically. I’m only glad he gave me his card so I can remember his name.

Walked in and Shannon met us and we told him we would look and come and get him after or we found something! We headed up the stairs and it was the one we picked!!! Courteous, kind and funny!!!

Thanks, everyone! I love the furniture, but I gotta say, a bit more transparency on the cash/financing options would be great. When we went to Floor and Decor, we planned to pay cash, but they talked us into financing and saved us $250! We thought we'd do the same at Ashley, but we didn't realize there were finance charges that added $300-$400 to our purchase, even though we planned to pay it off immediately. I'm not changing my review because the furniture is awesome, and the staff and delivery guys were super helpful and nice. We ended up with some really good furniture that'll last, but more transparency could really help your business.

We really enjoyed our salesmen Eric. He was an older gentlemen who allowed us our space while making decisions and trying out furniture. He was also knowledgeable, took the time to help talk to us about our decisions, and gave demonstrations of the structural integrity of the product. The reason I am giving 3 stars is I did not like how other employees treated our salesmen. We overheard other employees being rude to our salesman within earshot and that turned us off to the store in general. I would buy from Eric again but this experience left a bad taste in our mouth regarding Ashley’s. Everyone deserves respect!

Their management/culture is clearly toxic. I understand it is a high pressure sales type of position, but it is pathetic how they treat people. We were not told any of this. This was just my observation of how everyone treated one of their team members. Truly sad. As a customer, I dont think I will ever want to buy from Ashley's again. Hopefully this culture is just this location and not Ashley's as a whole.

Ordered cabinet on July 22, told was to be delivered by the end of the week, delivery cancelled and rescheduled then to the following week, when it finally showed up it was damaged and now it is scheduled for delivery in another 2 weeks. There are 20 pieces in the warehouse so that can not be the reason for the delay, this is unsatisfactory.

Steve was very helpful in helping us find just the right couch and best price! He took the time to understand what we wanted (and did not want) and suggested multiple options. We are very happy with the purchase experience and the selection at this flagship store!

I have been waiting a looonnnggg time to post this: DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!! I'll start with an interesting fact - did you know you cannot call the local store? It just routes you to corporate. In late May/early June we bought a brand new mattress - if I had known about the shenanigans and misery that was about to ensue I would have just kept my old mattress. First off the third party delivery driver backed into our mailbox. My spouse thankfully got photos of it. The driver had the gall to tell my husband while laughing that "he didn't do it." The three men then came into our home to deliver our mattress - and also to ignore my husband showing them to the bedroom and decided to each go into other parts of our house just looking around - I do not like nor appreciate that. They got the old mattress out fine but then while installing (for lack of a better term) our new mattress the driver stood on a support beam of our bed frame with his full weight and cracked the beam. Again he was laughing and saying he didn't do it. I believe that was the only phrase he knew. The other two delivery persons did not speak English - which it is what it is - but laughing about it all together, while saying lord knows what in front of the homeowner who's property you've damaged twice, is unacceptable . After arguing with Ashley's furniture and the third party delivery company for well over a month and a half, emailing over I-don't-know-how-many-times the same photos of the damage to the mailbox and the cracked support beam to our bed, and spending over 8+ hours on the phone with Ashley's, we got a PARTIAL check for our mailbox. They shorted us by about $100 - absolutely nothing was done/given for our bed frame which funnily enough came from Ashley's and was not cheap. Learn from my extremely terrible experience: DON'T DO BUSSINESS WITH ASHLEY'S!!!!

I purchased a bed on memorial day. One of the buttons was not working. I called customer service and they referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said there was a part missing after 2 weeks. I called customer service back and after 2 weeks they brought the same bed out to exchange. We went to the store. They said they put an order in for the part. I was suppose to get a call in 2 days. I didn't. I called and they said that they see the escalation but need an order. They said I should get a call in 24 hours. Never got the call. My husband got an invoice so we called and they are trying to do exchange again. Rep told us to go to the store. I paid alot of money, it has been almost 2 months and still no resolution. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Overall a pleasant experience picking out a new mattress. I made the mistake of trying a mattress in a box bought elsewhere (Dreamcloud Premier) to resolve ongoing back pain issues from a 12 year old mattress. The Dreamcloud ended up being far worse than that old mattress, returned it and picked out a Sealy Posturepedic Plus here at Ashley. Delivery is in a couple weeks, hoping to have a better night's rest with less pain and anxiety in the morning! All the staff present were friendly and knowledgeable with points of interest when choosing a new mattress.

Since then, we have heard nothing from Ashley and no one will return our messages or emails asking about the status of the repair. Considering how much money we spent, I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of response.

My family recently purchased a dining set from Ashley furniture. We have only had it a total of five days, and the wood on the front of one of the chairs is starting to peel away. I figured surely this wouldn’t be a problem since the dining set has a “one year warranty”. The sales rep also told us that if we had any problems to contact the store and they would take care of it. I proceeded to contact the store. Although the customer service representative was very kind, I received no help. I sent in photos of the damage and she simply told me that the claims team thought it looked like water damage had occurred. If that is what happened, it did not happen in our house as we have only had the dining set for a total of five days. I asked the customer service representative if she could tell me what was covered under our warranty and she told me that she could not off the top of her head and that there is nothing more they could do to help me. If this is the quality and customer service that can be expected at this store then we won’t be going back and would recommend others look elsewhere also. Update: Someone at the company responded to my review and told me to contact them to receive help with this issue. I texted the number they gave me first as directed, I received no response. The other option was to click on a website link they had sent me. I was directed to an automated chat bot. After exchanging information, it said I would be contacted in a few days after my claim has been reviewed. We received an email stating that “there is nothing else to assess” and that they are “closing our ticket”. Needless to say, we are incredibly disappointed with how this company has handled this issue. We are incredibly sad that after only 5 days of having this new dining set, it is falling apart, and this company won’t honor their “1 year warrenty”.

We bought something from this godforsaken store, we bought a sofa and a love seat nine months ago and we made a warranty for 400 dollars. The warranty would cover every single thing that would've happened to the couch and loveseat. When we called them to ask them to come to our place to pick up the couch and repair some noises and seats that happened, and also some spills that both the couch and the loveseat has experienced. They never came, I called that horrible excuse you call an Ashley's three times. Yes you heard that right THREE. TIMES. And not ONE person responded to my calls. I would rather go outside and get electrocuted than visit this place again.

Left a positive review a week ago when we had purchased a new sectional but sadly i must update my review after another horrible experience: We purchased a new sectional, everything in our home is ashley’s, and everything ordered was done online as we found pricing to be less, this time we liked hannah our agent and her manager who joined the sales pitch. So we bought it, set up date for delivery following friday but was told we’d would be a option should we need it. Once home we realized we could be home we’d we called and they changed it to thur bec wed was full. I chatted online as well who said there was an issue with my order it was being held, bec i found calling the store directly was impossible. So i had to call the salesperson who said oh no order is fine and confirmed we have you down thur 5/15. We take the day off and so it’s wed we don’t have any estimate of time ect so i called ashley, welp the order is still on hold, they said its an error because we paid cash, the hold is only suppose to be for those who finance it, so we learn we don’t even have a apt for thur and no one bothered to call so we are forced to try and figure out how to reach the store. We did we spoke to a manager named Dustin, nice guy he said he will fix it as it shouldn’t had been placed on hold and would have to reschedule for friday. Well we already took thursday off so now we are forced to take another day off to be home for the white glove delivery, he said don’t worry he will credit delivery charges. Delivery happens friday and i received a email showing a new amount less the delivery. Days go by the credit to my card was pending, well now it’s not, they retracted it somehow. My guess is they wanted to put their promised credit on hold long enough so i accept the delivery. Terrible experience and likely the last, i’m now dealing with my credit card company to dispute the credit they promised, luckily i have the email to prove it, biggest issue is their lack of communication and the fact it’s impossible to reach the store, when you call it routes you to a main hub who knows nothing but how to put and keep you on long holds. Isn’t the first bad experience but will be the last.

First off I love my couch we bought!!! But one thing I would change would be not to be followed the whole time we shopped it felt as if we were rushed. If the salesman would have just showed us the section and been like I'm here for questions of you need me but instead was followed the whole time. Other than that everything was great!

Ordered a pull out couch from the Greenwood location. Floor associate was nice, knowledgeable and quick. We opted to pick it up from the warehouse since we live close. We were told it would be ready on May 6th. There have been no status updates given via email or texts. The only texts were these wanting a review. When my husband went to pick it up on May 6th he was told it wouldn’t be in for another 2 weeks. Again, no correspondence of this delay whatsoever. So while I liked our sales associate who helped up order the couch I am less than thrilled with the notification services thereafter and delays.

I would give a zero star if I could. Their products do not hold up. We knew this when we bought so decided to buy their EXTEND warranty. I have been dealing with a broken power recliner for FOUR months and Extend and Ashley have yet to resolve this issues. I called Ashley and their customer service said to me “this furniture is no longer our problem as of April 2024”. They have been terrible to work with and if you get the extend will offer no further support to you. They do not care about their costumers. DO NOT BUY from this place. Look anywhere else. And do NOT get the Extend warranty unless you like to spend hours on the phone and never get your issue resolved.

Ashley Furniture has beautiful pieces. Even with construction going on it was fun walking around. The salesman was not a pressure salesman. He understood I just wanted to look around myself and just checked in once in a while. But was there for any questions.

They had a lot of selection that surprised me considering they are remodeling. Also there are different quality levels which helps if a person wants or needs a certain level. Overall I was just looking but ended up with a bedroom set. 5 stars for now and will stay there unless there are some issues after delivery. Based on the terms of delivery and financing I feel assured that this was a solid long term investment.

The young woman who assisted me yesterday (I am horrible with names) was fantastic. She helped me get the best price, even cheaper than ordering the sectional online due to the renovation discount. Aaand she had the cutest boots.

The sales team needs to learn when to back off. I was just browsing to get ideas which I told the first salesman. He was fine with that and left me alone. Halfway through another guy comes up. Asking how we're doing, what were looking for. I politely told him we're just browsing. He coutinued to ask questions. We just started walking away trying to get him to just leave us alone. As were walking away he's FOLLOWING us asking even more questions. Even trying to ask us if where we are moving, if we bought a house, what kind of furniture we want. Finally I just turned and told him if we needed anything we would come find him and to leave us alone. He got all huffy, "well I'm just doing my job!" I understand they work on commission, but you're not going to get any sales from harassment. Learn to take a hint. Not to mention sounds like he was trying to steal a sale from the first guy we spoke too. I'm not buying today, I don't want a credit card, or financing. I in fact crossed Ashley's off my list to even buy from. It's WAY overpriced anyway.

They came in, and put everything together where I wanted it. Looking forward to enjoying my furnature for years to come.

Natalie was the perfect salesperson to greet us at the door today… It was rainy & I was in a lot of pain, but she was able to find exactly what I needed (even though I didn’t know it myself) to make me feel better… She & my daughter, Natalee, convinced me I needed a good bed to help with my pain & inability to sleep well… So now, I can barely wait for my delivery date to arrive… She said she was fairly new, but I found her to be very smart, knowledgeable & able to answer most all of my questions… She is extremely personable & able to sell me my mattress without being pushy or overbearing… My experience at Ashley’s in Greenwood was positive & pleasant…

We were very Satisfied with our experience. The original order needed to be canceled due to damaged furniture. We feel the drivers damaged it. Do not let them unpackage your furniture on the street. The lemonade was such that we purchased a different set and believe the first damaged set was a sign. Fingers crossed!:)

Bought a loveseat on Sunday around 2 pm at the Greenwood Store. Paid with a check. Decided it wasn't going to work for us, went back to the store the very next morning (Monday 11 am) and told Natalie to cancel the order. She said the manager was in a meeting but she would take care of it. Its Wednesday and the order is still not canceled. I had to call the corporate store to get the order canceled and refund issued. Very bad customer service at the Greenwood store. Will not be buying anything there.

Great sales team, both Cody and Codi helped my wife find a new recliner for our living room. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful in us deciding on a certain model. Would come back again for future furniture needs.

We waited 12 days to have our furniture to be delivered. And when it arrived there were holes in it. We cancelled the purchase. Now they tell us it could take 5 to 7 days to get a refund. They took the money out of our account the day we visited the store. Not shopping there ever again. Not the store it use to be.

Overall I am happy with the store and their selection of furniture. However their customer service needs work. I was browsing for over 45 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. Once I found someone the transaction was easy and painless.

If I could give negative stars I would. What a joke of an establishment. My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress. We were lied to by Matt about being able to exchange it for any mattress in the store. When we did find a mattress off of the list of 10 that we liked we were not allowed to exchange. The reason we were given was absolutely absurd. The manager who was helping us then suddenly transferred stores and stopped responding to our texts. Now we have a $4,000 mattress at home that we hate. Go to a high school fundraiser for mattresses. At least there your money is supporting a good cause instead of lining the pockets of thieves and liars.

I had a fairly specific size and color that I wanted. So he researched and found just what I wanted. It wasn't in the store so he took me to see the fabric on a different sofa. And he took me to sit on a sofa that would sit like the one I wanted. (It was bigger than what I could use. ) So I'm giving him 5 stars, but I don't have the sofa yet to say how happy I am overall.

I want to give credit to Ashley. My first experience as listed below was not good but Billy made up for it tonight. He greeted us immediately. Showed us what we wanted to see, helped us with our questions and then spent his time showing us beds even though he knew we were probably not purchasing one tonight. I give this trip a 5 star review. There were 3 people standing up front when I entered. None of them said anything to me. As I walked through the store looking for a chair not one associate asked me if I needed anything. I went back up front and asked someone where the recliners were. Frank was kind and told me where to go. He asked if I needed help and at that point I was annoyed so I said no. To his credit he came upstairs just after me anyway and was very friendly and helpful. He is really the reason I bought the chair and because it was on sale. I almost left the store without making a purchase.
