We bought a couch and a lamp from this store. The lamp was delivered this past Monday and it arrived damaged. We filed a claim with customer service right away with four photos. We were told that we would have an update in 1 - 2 days. On Tuesday we noticed the status of our chat window changed to DONE. We hadn’t heard anything so we called the store and spoke to Billy. Billy said stores don’t deal with these issues and to call customer service. We spoke to customer service and were told that our claim had not been processed or looked at yet and that we needed to take the lamp to the store. We took the lamp to the store and spoke with Codi. He could tell I was upset when we walked in. Codi did nothing but call customer service and came back to tell us that we would hear back about the lamp on Friday and that we could keep the damaged lamp because they were going to be sending us a new one. On Thursday we reached out to customer service again for an update and were again told that the claim had not been looked at or processed and we would hear something on Friday. On Friday we received no emails or phone calls about the lamp so we reached out to customer service and were told the same thing again, that the claim hadn’t been looked at or processed. We called the store and a rude man answered the phone and said this was a customer service issue not a store issue and gave us the number to customer service and hung up on us. We called customer service again and were told that they needed photos to process the claim and I told them that 4 photos were submitted on Monday when the claim was made and she confirmed that. She then stated that at that very moment she was processing the claim as an even exchange and that a new lamp was ordered and would be shipped to us. I asked for an order number and she said that a new order number would take an hour or two to generate and she would email when it did. After 4 hours we received and email and a text asking us to confirm a door step delivery for next Tuesday. Confused we called customer service again and spoke to a man who claimed that a new lamp was going to be delivered to our doorstep next Tuesday. I asked what to do with the damaged lamp and he said to toss it. This sounded off so after that conversation I called again and spoke to a female who said the the even exchange for the claim was denied and that a new lamp had never been ordered. She said they were going to come next Tuesday to pick up the damaged lamp and once they had it back, then and only then would they order a new lamp to be shipped to our home. This has been the most awful and difficult customer service experience I have ever been through in my life. They clearly don’t want to replace the damaged lamp they sent us and were hoping we would just give up and go away. Every time we spoke to someone about. the lamp the story changed. The staff at the store was rude and dismissive. This company is an absolute disaster. And I guess since we were scammed we will just file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney generals office. They are only helpful and nice until they have your money and then they are awful if something arrives to you damaged. What’s really sad is that the AI overview for the reviews actually says that customer service is difficult. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid Ashley’s at all costs. What a disaster. Do better.

We were in a few weeks ago and spent $2000 on a couch we were talked into and another $100 on an accent lamp. The couch hasn’t been delivered yet but the lamp was delivered today. Ashley sent us a used or returned lamp. It was not packaged properly and arrived with scratches. I just want a replacement, you know, with a brand new lamp that isn’t damaged. When I buy items, I certainly don’t want a return or used item especially if I’m paying full price for it. Ashley customer service has been awful and is making this process so difficult for something that isn’t even our fault. The store was no help either. If my new $2000 couch arrives damaged we’re going to have serious problems. Cheap overpriced junk. Needless to say, this was our first and last time shopping with Ashley.

This was my first time coming here and my last. We was not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival. Sales people were sitting on couch on their phones. We looked around the entire store even upstairs and no one approached to see if they could assist. We left and will not do business there ever.

We love the sectional. The delivery was quick and efficient. However we tried to call the store several times but did not get a response. We ended up driving back to the store to add on the additional piece we wanted for the sectional. We were concerned about getting the furniture before Christmas but it ended up being the artwork that is going to be late. When we went to the store we asked if we could have the piece on the wall and they said no. I believe they said because it was still active in their system. We paid cash for everything we purchased so we thought it would all go smoothly. Long story short - happy with sectional not so happy with customer service or delivery time of the artwork.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase. From the initial visit, throughout the decision making process, and down to the final decision, we received personal attention. Our delivery was wrinkle free. We were advised prior to delivery (with the option to make changes if needed) and given a heads up the day before and the morning of delivery. The gentlemen who delivered our purchase were pleasant and did a fantastic job! Could not be more happier!

We was greated when we came in but not harassed, Natalie was always kind of near us but also helping others and didn't pressure much at all which is how I prefer things to go. Another employee also answered questions and helped us find a matching recliner to our sofa set we wanted. Pleasant experience and I'd go back to that store again to purchase more items in the future
