Purchased a new Tempur Pedic mattress set. Great deal and Matt, the sales person was more than helpful. Explained the product in easy to understand terms. No pressure at all.

Well I held out on this review as long as I could in hopes it would be resolved. We spent more than a few thousand dollars on furniture only for our bed to be delivered with a giant crack in the main support beam and a crooked leg underneath as well as our dresser being delivered with no legs. Also the dresser drawers get stuck all the time and we have to try 3-4 times to push them in. FYI this is marked as “best” quality in the store. Delivery guy said he’d handle getting the replacement beams… great! Weeks go by nothing happens. I’m texted as a follow up from Ashley and state what’s wrong and send pictures. They had no idea despite the delivery guy documenting it with pictures in the delivery report… The support person asks me to send all kinds of pictures and measurements (why don’t you know what I bought already…) they order the parts and a delivery is scheduled for 3 weeks out. We got a call today and not only is the delivery delayed the only thing they ordered was the bed rails which we don’t even need! No support beam replacements nor legs for the dresser were ordered. So now we wait again for support to call. We also attempted to go in store to get help and were told management would send an email and told us not to worry about contacting support again and they would handle it, but nothing came of it. 2 months later and our “best” quality bed is still broken, our dresser has no legs and we are stuck paying thousands of dollars for broken furniture! Oh also we went back in and ordered another chair that should have been delivered with our upcoming delivery so now I guess we won’t be getting that either. Reminded again why I don’t purchase here. Zero customer service and no help when something goes wrong with the order! I had this exact same experience 10 years ago and gave them a chance again hoping it would be different. *edited to add since it won’t let me reply on here to the owner comment below, but I did that. Twice. I went into the store and was told they would contact support on my behalf. And I sent Hannah pictures of it all after chatting in the store about it and followed up a couple weeks ago to ask if anything came of the manager reaching out on my behalf and she said she’d check and I never heard back, but I sure have gotten other texts about the in store specials! Updated 7/18: We got our other delivery Tuesday and wouldn’t you know the chair we ordered has defects! See pictures. Can’t make this up. The quality is absolutely horrible on their products. Do not purchase here. No one will help you when your order is defective. I’ve been contacting guest care and they are still doing absolutely nothing for our bed that’s been broken for over a month. Delivery guy said we’d hear from guest care and I’ve been texting them but of course nothing is being done!

We found a great new kitchen table set for our new home in Ashley Furniture. We have purchased furniture from Ashley before and have not been disappointed.

Friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. No high pressure sales pitches. Jordan let us take our time and was very patient and informative.

We recently moved from Texas to Indianapolis/Greenwood area. We had ordered a new sectional from Ashley in Texas, to be delivered to our new home in Indy. This went without a hitch at first. Sectional came, they put it together, threw the large pillows on it and left. All good? No. Later when getting comfy on our new sectional while moving the pillows, we noticed the top of the sofa did not line up where it was put together. Turns out the larger “sofa” piece is deformed, not going up straight and a gap grows apart from the “loveseat” part of it. After going back and forth with Ashley in person and over the phone, there was no option to exchange a faulty piece of furniture, they would only “repair” it. We chose to deal with it. Thinking this must have been a fluke because of past successes with Ashley, we went into the local store to find a small sized kitchen dining set. We did, and had a great time with our salesperson. He even gave us his cell number so we could contact him if needed. All good? No. The set delivered the following weekend and low and behold, it was missing the footers. The crew said they would get them ordered ASAP. We also sent the salesperson a text about it with a picture of an upside-down table. His response was “oh no!” He would contact the DC to see if the box of footers was left behind. Haven’t heard from him since, even after polite follow up messages. We received a text from Ashley how our Saturday delivery went, on Tuesday, in which we responded with a picture of the upside-down table and explained no footers. A few hours later we got a text stating they were shipped out Tuesday!’ So, on Saturday the crew put in to order them ASAP, so Ashley rushed right to it and ordered them AFTER our texts on Tuesday! Very disappointed in Ashley, who over the last twelve years and six work relocations, we have spent thousands of dollars on furniture. Needless to say, we will never use them again and if asked by friends or family about Ashley, our response will be to go somewhere else. We don't really blame the salesperson as he simply sells the furniture. We were simply looking for help to deal with the other part of Ashley after getting so much of a run around. Update: We received a shipment from Ashley which had the wrong parts. Dealt all day with trying to contact the right people to speak with and get the right parts. After speaking with someone we will be receiving the correct parts in 7-10 days. Unbelievable Ashley! Still have an upside-down dining table in our kitchen. Stay tuned… Final update: Ashley was unable to ship us the footers for the dining set table, communicating to us it may be sometime early to mid-July. We asked for our money back and for them to pick up their unused set, and because there was no availability of parts for this set or an equal exchange of this set, Ashley agreed to pick up the set and refund our money. The Ashley experience has been very negative for us. The right hand does not communicate with the left hand, and it leads to a miserable customer experience. Shop around!

Not a good experience so far! We first asked to see the TV stand we found online and were told they didn’t have it. We walked around and found it ourselves! Then when we ordered it, they told us we would receive it the following week and that no one needed to be home. Once we received the communication for delivery, it was scheduled out for 2+ weeks. We confirmed delivery and were then told we had to be home. We changed our work schedules to be home. NOW, we are being told it won’t be delivered on time and they don’t have a timeframe for when it will be delivered! So frustrated!!! Will never purchase from this store again!

Ashley Store has beautiful products, but they come damaged and the customer service is nonexistent. Our table, chairs, and rug were delivered and set up wrong by employees who didn't speak a single word of english. After some frustration while communicating via Google Translate, we were able to get the table set up correctly and structurally sound. As we inspected the table, it was damaged with a chip in the center of it and one of the chairs had a noticeable stain. Not to mention, the surface was scratching very easily by just setting things on top of it. When we reached out for support, we were constantly transferred around. Finally, we reached a manager and they sent out a repair company to fix the chip in the table. After working for over an hour, the guy ended up removing part of the wood finish and scratched the table even more (and didn't even work on the chip in which he was sent out to repair). Of course we reached out for support, and it took us a week to get anyone from customer service to reach back out to us. Now we are in the process of returning the set after about a month of going around in circles with no success. Our salesperson seemed nice, and it seemed like we were getting a great deal. However, once we reviewed our invoice we were upset to see all the hidden fees that they make it sound like are complimentary. We can't wait to get these products out of our home as they have caused nothing but a headache. I will NEVER recommend this terrible company!

Horrible experience! We got this couch the same week it was on display. They told us it would take 2 weeks to deliver. Guess how much it took? 4 Months!! I would go to the store to ask why it was taking so long and no one was willing to help me. They move the date of deliver 10 times in that 4 months!! I would not recommend Ashley Furniture at all. I will never be shopping from there again. Not all my stuff are delivered at the same time as well. I am still waiting for stuff to get delivered.

This was the first time we had been to Ashley Furniture and my Impression kept changing. The first gentleman was mid age and very friendly, fast talker, knew how to connect with people and read them (You can tell he has a lot of year's experience in sales) but he "knew" the store, product, policy and could answer any and all questions. If he did not know the answer he would find out. Very impressive. My husband loved that he was extremely thorough, I thought a little too much for me but then again I get on a mission and prefer to look and browse first with no pressure. We did browse the [2 story show room] which is AMAZING! and the second gentleman was right up my ally. He was a bit more quiet and extremely helpful and helped me when I needed it. Very Impressive. Do we recommend Ashly in Greenwood? Yes. Best selection around,best delivery and furniture insurance we have seen and customer service could not be beaten. Horrible white glove home delivery! We purchased a King Size Tempur-Pedic mattress and an adjustable base that would fit our bed with drawers at the foot in February 2024. The salesmen and the district manager were nice, and we were able to get the items delivered within a week. However, the delivery team that brought the mattress and adjustable base (is a 3rd party delivery for Ashley Furniture) were not so great. The two guys that brought in the adjustable base, dropped the base on the slats that were supposed to support the adjustable base on the current bed frame. The delivery guy that dropped the base, looked at my husband and shrugged his shoulders and walked out of my house. This man didn't speak English (according to the other guy). The man that did speak to us said he would submit a claim and we would hear back from the warranty company within 2 business days. That NEVER happened! I started calling the warranty department every 2 days and had to repeat my claim every time I called. The 3rd Party finally reached out to me after a month and said they would come by to fix the broken slats. When they finally showed up with new slats, they would not work. I heard the manger tell the delivery guy he would make contact with me in 3 days. Again, that NEVER happened! I would call the 3rd party and they would not take my calls. So once again I had to work with the warranty department and after several attempts of getting this resolved, and after I reached back out to the salesman on his personal cell and told him how unhappy we were, and I would be up in the store within the week to discuss this matter with the manager, I was put in touch with the escalated department, which then put me back in contact with the 3rd party delivery company. I was so over the back and forth with this company! After 4 long months of making phone call and sending emails, we finally agreed that they would send me a check to replace the slats myself. I have bought several pieces from Ashley, and this was the first time for this horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again since they only use this 3rd party delivery company for my area! Buyer BEWARE!

Our salesman was Matt Young and he was FANTASTIC to work with! He was with us for 2 hours making sure all our needs were met and really worked for us! Moving ottomans all around the store to make sure they matched the sectional we wanted! He was terrific! Highly recommend him!

The worst! Do not buy your furniture her and especially don't waste your money on the so called extended warranty... they LIE about the coverage. We've gotten nothing but the run around from the day getting the furniture. It's way over priced, not worth the money and definitely not worth the headache. We got movie theater seats and regret buying them. The "leather" did something where it looks like we spilt something on it but we weren't even downstairs when it happened... now they say they don't cover that AFTER the salesman said they cover normal wear and tear, accidents etc. but found out today non of it's covered.. oh, and the motor stopped working in the back potion, so it only lays back, can't sit in it. We've only had this set 2yrs and we take care of them. Please... don't shop here, spend your money at a better place with better employees. I'll post pictures later when we get home tonight.

We were met by a friendly sales associate after walking through the door. Had all of our questions answered. The sales team was awesome. We were not able to see the sofa we came to look at, because it was a new design and had to be ordered first. I couldn't order a sofa without seeing it in person and sitting on it first.

This is the first time I’ve written a negative review. I went to Ashley because I believe in supporting brick and mortar businesses. I found a salesperson and I told her I was looking for a taller / bar like table. We looked around the store and found what I was looking for. We sat down and completed the transaction / it was a four week wait and that was okay. It came time for delivery and their automated process was excellent. Communication was great, right up until the box arrived. I was never told the table would not arrive assembled. If it was in the fine print, I missed it. Now I have a box in my living room, and not a completed table. I tried to call and ended up in the chat bot Bermuda Triangle. No personal service, no transparency on assembly required and chat bots galore. If I wanted that experience, I would have just gone online to Wayfair.

Rosi greeted me as soon as I came through the door yesterday. She was extremely sweet and helpful! She showed me exactly what I was there looking for. She showed options that I hadn't even considered. She told me about all of the different fabrics and what would be best for our large family and pets. She also told me what she thought wouldn't be so good for us. She wasn't just looking to make a sale but wanted me to love whatever I chose. I brought my husband back in today and she sold us two couches and a love seat. She was very patient and friendly. She showed us everything again and then some. We are thrilled to have found furniture that will lay a whole that we love. Thank you Rosi!

My experience as always is superb every time I got to shop for new Furniture.

Worst rocking chairs, we bought a rocking chair for almost $300 and it started making the loudest squeaks not even after a year that we bought it. And when I tried to replace it or return it they said it has been a year, when It clearly hasn’t and they couldn’t do anything. I wouldn’t have to replace it if it was made to last at least a year🤷🏽‍♀️ what kind of cheap stuff are these people selling.

PLEASE READ this before buying anything from Ashley Furniture that could require delivery. I could not be more disappointed with the delivery service at Ashley Furniture. I bought $7k in furniture, and the delivery team completely disrespected our house. By the time they were done, they had put deep scratches in the steel front door (needs to be replaced), damaged my front storm door closing mechanism (needs to be replaced), damaged the locking mechanism on the back French door by pounding on it with a hammer to try to get it open (needs to be replaced), and bashed in the drywall at the corner of one of my walls (requires drywall repair, new corner bead, and paint). Also, when installing the footings on our sectional, instead of fastening them to the wood frame of the sections, they missed the wood altogether and screwed them only into the thin bottom fabric. As such, the screws fell out the same day, and my toddler was walking around with the screws in-hand, which is a definite safety hazard to my child. I had paid over $500 for their "white glove treatment" delivery, and they caused easily a few thousand dollars in damage to our house. I really find it hard to believe that people in the furniture delivery business could actually be this careless and disrespectful. Based on my experience, this could not have been an isolated incident and must be a systemic issue with their delivery service. Therefore, please take caution before buying anything from them that could require delivery. One more thing to add... I checked other reviews to see if mine was a one-off experience, which it obviously is not, and I noticed that Ashley doesn't even bother to respond to critical reviews. Whoever is responsible for responding to reviews simply thanks people who leave positive reviews. Most reputable companies respond to criticism in a positive manner by offering some type of resolution to the issue. If after reading a negative review, I see that the company has made an effort to offer a reasonable resolution, I can overlook the original issue. This type of neglect of accountability says a lot about how they run the business and why systemic issues are not addressed and fixed.

Updated review 6/11/24: My couch was delivered on 5/31 with a tear in the LAF corner. I asked the driver what the process was for replacing or repairing the couch and if it would go against the warranty I paid for. Several phone calls between myself and the driver and then myself and customer service ensued. They went back and forth with what options we had and they were never on the same page. I was told they could replace it with a new piece that day because they had 2 of the same piece at the DC. I was then told they could pick up the damaged piece and replace it in two weeks or I could wait for a “professional” to come out and repair the fabric so it would look brand new. I was told again that they would have someone come out and pick up the damaged section and replace it with a new one that same day. It’s 6/11 and I have yet to receive a call from someone. So I looked up the store hours and phone number and noticed they weren’t open at the time (9:40a) but there was an option to start a chat with someone. I decided to go that route thinking it would be easier. No, it was absolutely infuriating. The agent asked me to confirm one thing at a time and I had to wait several minutes between each question. I provided a screenshot of the order summary that detailed all of the information they asked me for, it also included pictures of the driver’s notes about the tear and photo…just to be asked questions that were answered by my screenshot. The chat agent told me she couldn’t see my order because it was placed at an “Ashley Partner Store”… I’m sorry but the name on the store says Ashley Homestore so I really don’t care who owns it or what it is… they should be able to assist. The agent advised me to call a number and I did so only to be put on hold by a robot, hung up on after waiting 5 minutes, then asked to take a survey on how well they assisted… I called the customer service number that had been calling me on the day of my delivery, had the same incident happen and got disconnected and asked to take a survey again. I told the chat agent that I wasn’t able to get through to anyone and she gave me the number to the store I ordered it from. I called that number and was immediately transferred to the call center. I told the agent I was expecting to speak to someone at the store I ordered the couch from and she advised that the store probably has their calls automatically routed to the call center (why??? It was after 10am at this point so they were not closed). The call center agent was brought up to speed on everything and I was told “I don’t know what that agent is talking about, they should be able to see your order.” After 20 additional minutes on hold I was told the recovery team would contact me with an update in 24-48 hours. At this point I am considering looking into returning the whole $3200 couch because this is absolutely insane. Original Post: We had originally planned to spend the day browsing for couches and Ashley was our first stop. We stopped at two other places after but ended up back at Ashley. We went from browsing to purchasing a new couch AND a bed. Rayanna was our salesperson and she was amazing! She made the process quick and easy. She is so obviously passionate about her job that she almost talked me into picking up a part time job there! We are already trying to decide what furniture we can get next 🙂

My husband and I have been shopping for mattresses the past few months. We have been to every mattress store and laid on a few dozen. We couldn't ever agree on one until we went here and met Kodi. He actually listened to us argue and made excellent suggestions. He was patient while we tested out everything in the store. I'm happy to say we got our mattress last week and it is absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier.

Cody & his manager, Dustin, did a fantastic job! They didn't carry the couch I wanted in store, but showed me a similar model so I had an idea about comfortability before ordering. They worked with us to get our payment where we were comfortable. We were in & out in under an hour, including financing. Been a customer of Ashley for a while but think this experience will end it. Was looking for a nightstand and dresser. Picked up a nightstand same day and took it home and the matching dresser which I was told is on back order and would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Sales associate took about 50 mins to figure out everything. Just to get a text 2 days after saying this item isn’t being produced anymore and that we have to go back to the store to pick something else (we live an hour away, and now have a nightstand that doesn’t match) We went back to the store and were ok taking the dresser that is on display just for the sake of having matching furniture. But it was broken and the manager wouldn’t give up a proper discount on a showroom piece that isn’t perfect, let alone not offering shipping. We ended up asking for a refund of everything. I’ll have to go home and pick up the nightstand and drive an hour again to drop it off at the store.

We didn't have a very pleasant experience, after 2+ hours of selecting furniture we sit down to finalize the paper work, all the original pricing was modified to a much larger amount. After we inquire about it they indirectly blamed it on the employee that assisted us who's only been on the floor for two days. No apologies, no accountability, no interest on making it right.

I had great time while I was at the Greenwood location Ashley furniture Steve and Corbin were great, very professional , explained everything very thorough to ensure we were making the right decision with our purchase. I highly recommend the Greenwood location and for every bed sold another is donated to a child in need!!!

Table was damaged upon delivery. Team did not bring hardware to assemble. Delivery for replacement not as promised. Still do not have a dining room table and customer service refuses to waive delivery fee. I paid $200 to have it delivered as scheduled. Very displeased. Will be returning everything.

Bought an as-is sofa, checked it over with the salesman, found a few things but signed the paperwork since it is "as-is", no problem there. However, as the loading guy was bringing it out he pointed out that it was falling apart on one side. The salesman lowered the price a little, but I feel like he was anxious to get us to sign the as-is agreement, knowing full well the sofa was worse than it appeared. Now I'm stuck with a piece of junk.

I’m completely disappointed in their furniture, but I’m even more disappointed in the sales person who sold me a worthless warranty. I apparently paid for a stain removal warranty. I wish I was told what the warranty covers before I paid for it. I can clean my own stains. I cannot repair broken furniture. My recliner leans at an angle and completely uncomfortable.

Took the extra time to find the perfect piece of furniture for my room.

After research and conferring with furniture professionals, I decided to go to Ashley. When I walked in I was very impressed at how beautifully appointed the store was and then greeted by Austin. Austin was knowledgeable, friendly and gracious as he showed me around items in which I told him I was interested in purchasing. We honed in on recliners and I sat in numerous while he patiently waited by answering my questions and pointing to ones that had the features I liked. I bought a recliner and since it was on Sale, I sort of got free delivery. I will definitely be back for that bedroom suite! Thank you Ashley and especially thank you Austin. I'm obviously sold. I have high hopes this is quality stuff long-term.

I have been trying to get an issue with a protection plan resolved for over a week. I was sold the wrong protection plan and the warranty company could not help me. Ashley corporate opened a ticket with the “business management” division who was going to correct the issue with the Greenwood store. I have not heard anything back from anyone, yet have received two text messages from the Greenwood store asking me for a review. So I know something has been done on my account but can’t get anyone to tell me what. Complete lack of communication from this company is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate again.

$300 for white glove service…never again. 3k couch had stains from the black gloves used to man handle the couch into the house and they couldn’t even be bothered with disposing of the trash properly. Now it’s my issue because Waste Management will absolutely not take the trash as it was left sitting atop the cans in one massive ball. “No hassle delivery” 🙄 yeaaa right.

Do not buy from here. They do not stand behind their products and will blame you for poorly made furniture. We bought a coffee table last there and in less than 6 months it was chipping the finish off. They refused to help and stated it was our fault. A table should be able to handle daily life for at least a year.

It did take a while to get my couch, but I was informed in the beginning. The delivery was great. The couch was put together and looks good.

I literally ordered an entire house full of furniture in Jan, for a new build, they held my order for six months, I scheduled the delivery, they were right on time, had my entire order, were very careful and professional and set it up, as I asked. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

Did a great job meeting our needs as we looked for a mattress and bed frame. Salesman was super friendly and helpful, without pressuring.

My experience was great. Sean helped me and was a big help. He spent a couple hours with me , helping me me a decision on what bedroom set to pick out. It won’t be delivered until next month but the buying experience was definitely worth every penny. I would highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money with the warranty they don’t cover anything. Spent $500 and less than a year later my furniture is falling apart. GBS is not willing to fix but the stores tells you that they cover everything.

01/06/24: Sales rep was way over the top with her perfume but so was her customer service. 01/07/24: Upon arriving home I realized in better lighting that the rug is defective. I bought it on clearance and signed "as is". However, I feel it was unintentional that I was not informed that it was defective. I intend to take it back today and expect a positive outcome. UPDATE. Returned to the store and was told all sales are final. Met with the manager. He suggested the defect may be intended depth and texture. I asked to see same rug elsewhere in the store. He agreed to refund the purchase price. Thank you.

We have placed our order since Nov 20th, and we still haven't received anything, we ordered a bedroom set and a table with chairs. Yesterday they only brought our table and chair that we ordered, but they brought the wrong table and now we have to wait even longer.

We went in to the store Wednesday evening. The store was very busy. The manager quickly let us know someone would be with us shortly. The employees were all helping customers. We waited 10 minutes and walked around the store. Again in passing the manager Dustin Baker, apologized for our wait. Shortly after Jordan Obanion came to assist us. We purchased a dining room table and 6 chairs. The manager and salesman were very helpful. It was a very quick process. We have purchased a sectional and a few other items in the past and are very happy with them. We will definitely be back for future purchases. We had a fantastic experience at Ashley furniture. We had a very unique situation we were shopping for and not only did they have the furniture we were looking for, but the sale associate, Kenny, went the extra mile. He provided us excellent service, provided alternative options that might work, gave us suggestions on how to stay within our budget and most of all we didn’t feel pressured. I would highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture Greenwood.

My wife and I purchased a 5-piece sectional and dining table with chairs for home delivery and setup. While we do love the products, the delivery and setup was a joke. We were also promised a gift with purchase (valued around $500) that we never received. First, I was given a date and time frame they would arrive. I was told between 5pm-8pm. While at work that morning, I received a text that they were ahead of schedule and that I would need to leave work early in order to meet them or they would skip the delivery. Sure enough, they did NOT show up early and I left work early for no reason. When they got here, they put all the furniture in my yard to unbox it then carried it inside. They had my front door open for hours letting all the warm air out of the house. Then when it came time for them to assemble it, they had no tools. They did not speak English but using a translator on one of their phones, they asked me if I had tools they could use. No, I did not offer them my tools since I didn’t know what they would need to even know if I have it. They found some Allen wrenches with the furniture and used them to assemble things. Few of the screws were tight after they left and since they took the wrenches with them I had to go buy a set so I could tighten everything myself. There were also dozens of staples pointing out of the table that I had to get pliers and remove since they would have hurt my 16 month old son. They left pieces of trash in yard and after asking which direction to set everything up, they still did not set things up facing the correct ways. In addition to all of that, we were handed a flier when we walked in that said “complimentary gift with purchase” and had different gift options based on the amount we spent. We spent over $5,000 which put us well into the $3,500 top gift range. We were told we would receive an email with a link to select our gift. Wouldn’t you know it, we never received an email. I asked the support team about it and they opened a case to look into it because they said it needs to be to your invoice by the salesperson at the time of purchase and that the stores are really bad about not adding the gift. I sent them everything they asked for including the flyer and the invoice, and have not heard anything back in weeks. Again, we really liked the products but our experience was so poor that I just can’t recommend anyone buy from them.

I have always bought furniture from Ashley‘s. I’ve been very very pleased with them up till this last time I went to buy two nightstands, and was told they would be here within 14 days that would’ve been just before Thanksgiving. We went up to the fulfillment center where they would be delivered, they weren’t in although we got a phone call that said they were in. That is the only time I’ve had a problem because it appears that you people didn’t put the order in right away and that’s why it was delayed.

Delivery men did great, only complaint is they didn’t unhook the cord for my bed frame (it lights up). Other than that it was great.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Purchased two mattresses and the product emitted a horrible rubber/chemical smell. Contacted customer service less than 24 hours after receiving the product for a return due to health concerns and they could do nothing for me other than send a technician out to investigate the smell. Online it states there is a 72 hour window for mattresses if you are unhappy with the product. I contacted BBB to find a better resolution than the trash customer service. A multibillion dollar company with no return policy within 72 hours despite the online claim of a return window? Go elsewhere for your needs.

We bought a new bedroom set, tempur-pedic mattress and a leather loveseat to match our leather sofa that we also bought here at Ashley Store just couple months ago. Wasnt real happy on how the purchase went down. I went into the store 1 wk before Black Fri. The salesman "Kenny" waited on me. I had picked out a living room set. Sofa, loveseat and chair. Sold for 2499. He said it was on sale for 25 percent off of tht. He said tht the price would NOT go down any less. Tht that was the "Black Fri" sale price. So, I didn't purchase it at tht moment because I wanted my husband to see it. So, the following wk, the day before Thanksgiving we went into the store and sat down with Kenny. The 1st thing he did was turn the sale sign around. My husband took note of this. I didn't catch it. My husband never said nothing tho at the time. Then after Kenny did the figuring and running my credit bc I was paying 12 months same as cash, the price was 4800.00. I nearly fell over. I said I had this figured up at around 3500. Why so high? Well he had added in an extended warranty. I said no I dont want tht. He said well let me discount the furniture and it can save u a little bit. So he got it down to 4500. We left the store. After I got home I stewed about it all nite long. I was not happy. I couldn't figure out how he came up with those figures. So on Black Fri I went into the store. Guess what? Tht furniture had went on sale at 30 percent off and the way he had figured it up was he was giving me 25 percent off of EACH PIECE which was 1499 ea piece bc its more ea piece instead of as a set. Thts why he turned the sign around. I ended up redoing it and got it down to 3300 with taxes and delivery and no extended warranty. If tht furniture cant last 5 yrs then its not worth having. Thts how I see it. He just kept saying wat if the motors go out? Those cost 1500 to replace. I mean cmon. Kenny was a crook. He was only looking out for himself. He clearly did not care at all about saving me any money whatsoever. I'll shop there again but I definitely will not do business with a liar. He knew wat he was doing. Right from the start. He knew very good and well tht the price was going to drop. He tried to cheat me. But im a woman. I'm too smart for you Kenny!

The associate who assisted me ( I think his name was Austin) went above & beyond to help me find what I was looking for & even helped to get my chair loaded in my car.

Have to send furniture back, table was not properly put together, glue on table. White glove service delivery, not with dirty gloves. I watched them bring in my white furniture and leave with hand prints on it.

The sales and delivery people were great, but I had to reject 2 of 5 pieces delivered. One didn't work and one had flaw in fabric.

Very poor customer service. The sales person was very unprofessional after I decided to cancel part of the order. She acted upset and tried to convince me to not cancel. I requested for the manager to call me, but he never did. They also gave me a couple of pillows, then charged me for them over $400 dollars. All was good until the free gift we were promised was denied after we spent 7300.00. They handed us a flyer that promised a free gift but, after the sale, were told we didn’t qualify due to financing option we chose, mind you, there was NO mention of theses requirements on the flyer or told to us in person…. in my opinion, this is fraud, classic bait and switch !!! We are very mistrustful of Ashley now and wonder if we made a mistake in buying there !!! I intend to bring this to corporate !!!

I felt like I was completely mislead. The sales rep Kenny knew exactly what he was doing from the start. First of all he tells me that the prices will not go down any less for Black Fri. This is it. Tht was like a wk before Black Fri wen I was there to look at the furniture. Then wen I went in to purchase it which was the day before Thanksgiving he turns the sign around on the sofa which shows the amt for the set 2499.99. I didn't notice but my husband did. He did tht for a reason. Bc wen he rang it up snd totalled it up he rang up separate pieces which gave him more commission. I just didn't realize it. The total was way over my budget. I had told him before I was trying to stay in the 3500 to 4000 dol range. It was like 4800 bc of a 759 dol extended warranty. I really didn't want the warranty to begin with. He discounted the furniture a little more. Still it was 4500. Still too much for me. I feel like this about those warranties. If tht furniture cant last 5 yrs then its not worth having. I went home. As I thought about this all night I was not happy with the figures and I couldn't figure out how 2499.99 and 1249.99 for the chair wen added up and u deduct 25 percent come up to 4500 even with the 759 warranty. I went back in on Black Fri and guess what? The sofa was on sale for 799. Everything in the store was 30 percent off. I had Kelly in cust service refigure my amounts but I think she also figured the way he had it. The individual pieces and not as a set. I dropped the warranty. I'm now in my range and the amt was 3285. I still think I would've saved another 100 dols had it been figured up as 30 percent off of the set. Instead of the way it was done. And I don't even know if you got 30 percent off of the 799 for the chair. She did not take tht off of there so I don't know if it was to come off of there or not. If so then I would've saved even more. Times are hard right now. I'm trying to get a bargain just like the next guy so I have to crunch the numbers. I'm not wealthy. So I just felt tht I was totally lied to. Nothing he said was true and the way he figured it up was to HIS BENEFIT. If I come back in your store which I probably will bc I do like your furniture I just won't do business with Kenny as I feel that he lied to me straight face and was all in it for himself and didn't care if he saved me anything at all. I just wish I would've gotten more clarification on the 30 percent off of the exact figures. The printout didn't even show the exact figures and what the savings were. I know I would've saved more had it been figured up as a set for 2499.99 and not PER PIECE.

Ashley is zero when it comes to after sales customer service… We have bought products earlier from BOBS and VALUE CITY FURNITURE, they have had no issues in exchanging the furniture if the customer wasn’t happy… Ashley is a zero customer service store. They claim to be #1 furniture store but they have failed to provide a satisfactory customer service post sales. After the sales are done they have no concern for the customer and the product they have sold I bought 2 couches from them 3 weeks ago and just after 3 days we requested an EXCHANGE because the sofa set is not comfortable at all. We honestly told them the concern and the sofa was just 3 days at our place. The manager kept postponing our request and played a very smart email game. After making us wait for 3 weeks he just simply told us that they do not have a policy to exchange the product for comfort, and this policy he was not aware of when he kept us waiting for 3 weeks. He dint came in phone to talk and made his employees make excuses of not meeting us in person. They are a furniture store and their product can be sold to anyone however we will have to stay with this uncomfortable couch set for dont k ow how many years…. Will never ever consider Ashley again and would definitely not recommend to anyone….. I wish i could give zero stars

I was in the market for a mattress on Friday of last week. I called them to see what kind of offers they had going on and general policies regarding things like comfort guarantee, warranty repair, etc. Not only was the person that I spoke with rude, but she also lacked the basic knowledge about the sales the manufacturer was running and told me I was mistaken and there was no such sale. I've not had great experiences with them in the past, but this time was the final nail in the coffin. If I could give them a negative number rating, I would. Save your money for an organization that's better to deal with.

I had a great furniture shopping experience. I saw beautiful furniture but also had a budget to stick to. I ended up going over my budget, but it was because I chose to take the 5 year plan. Luann was a great salesperson and it was great working with her.

This is has been the most stressful experience. We purchased new couches that were delivered in July. When they were delivered our brand new floors that were instead just 30 days before were damaged by the delivery company, couches had an orange residue, and part of the upholstery was torn. Filed a claim with the delivery company who took 2 weeks to call me about the situation (they said it would be within 72 hrs). i then get told they can’t send someone out until September. Meanwhile my husband and i were able to get the scuff marks out of the flooring. I wait til september and technician comes out 9/11 to get the residue off and i get told that the torn upholstery was not on the report so there’s nothing that he can do. He stated he would be filing a report and someone would get back to me “soon”. 9/19 i call the delivery company and i’m told that a report was made but this goes to the manufacturer at ashley and if i would like an update i would need to call ashley. i call ashley and they state they have nothing on file. the technician states his system is down and will have to call me back. so frustrating and such a let down especially when you spend 4k on couches. the was our first and last time buying at ashley. our sales guy was perfect and the easiest transaction but the aftermath has been a nightmare. i should not have to play the middle man and be calling two different companies to try and figure this out.

I typically always have a positive experience at Ashley, but my most recent experience was not impressive. I financed $3700 worth of bedroom furniture and later searched the furniture online so I knew the exact color and noticed the furniture was half the price I paid in store/financed. They did fix this for me, but a misinformed employee told me I needed to drive to the store to re-sign the paperwork. I live over an hour away, so this was obviously not convenient. Upon my arrival to resign the paperwork, I was told the paperwork was already corrected and that there was no need for me to have come back in. I found it a bit sketchy that they nearly cheated me out of $2,000 and the lack of communication by employees resulting in me returning to the property was aggravating. I also purchased a couch from this store a year and a half ago only to find out their warranty essentially covers nothing unless the couch magically falls apart on its own. I am not sure how I feel about shopping with Ashley again in the future at this time.

Pleasant experience shopping there. Our salesman, Dorian Beard, first greeted us, told us to look around, handed us a flyer with his name on it so no one else would bother us, told us to take our time looking and never bothered/hovered or pressured us at all until we were ready to purchase--he didn't again speak until we came back to him ready. Wanted to specifically write this review for the AWESOME customer support I recieved. Quality is definitely awesome too. The quality of furniture is also very good. My story: I recently purchased a queen bed frame set from Ashley. But the order I wanted was different than order put in(due to error). I did not realize this (as the order was itemised for the parts)But when delivered, it was different than what I wanted. I was a little upset as now I will have to live with the furniture which got delivered. I contacted the store to fix my order. I even told them I am ready to re-order/pay for all the parts which were missed as they had not billed that for me. All I wanted was an exchange without additional delivery changes. How Ashley Went Above and beyond: They fixed my order with the actual parts I needed. Also did not charge additional for parts which were not billed. I really think very highly of them now. This was definatly next level customer satisfaction. Hence decided to write this review. Would love to do more shopping at Ashley.

The team at the Ashley store was good to work with. The store itself is huge and has a lot to offer, I would recommend going to anyone looking for good quality furniture. That being said, if you do go don't look at online pricing because it's as close to false advertising as you can get. The physical stores don't follow the same pricing at all. I did enjoy the store experience but this discontinuity in the price shown online compared to what is at their physical locations is dishonest and will deter me from shopping with Ashley in the future.

We purchased a bedroom set recently, and the dresser showed up damaged. I initiated the warranty claim to get this replaced, and Ashley’s service department claims that a repair will remedy the situation by replacing two damaged drawers to the dresser. After they assured me the parts would be delivered within the week, I found out today (after two weeks) that drawers won’t ship to me until the first of October. This is beyond unacceptable. How do you justify telling customers who paid nearly $7k on furniture that they need to wait on a repair for several weeks? I want the dresser replaced, because we should have new furniture and not gently-used furniture. Customer service is kind of nonexistent, and all I do is get bounced around to different people who “dig into it deeper” but then never call me back. I need this resolved now. I just received my first bill for the furniture I can’t even use. That’s a joke.

Had tried to order a bed from JC Penney. 2 months later no bed. I saw where Ashley had the same bed. Called and talked to Samantha. She was so helpful and nice. She set me right up. The bed should come in within 3 days. She explained everything I asked her. She really went above and beyond to help me!

Had a great sales rep at the store Rayana. She was knowledgeable and gave thorough overview of mattresses/sleep systems. We took our time and were given the time to make our decision. The reason for 3 stars is once our bed was delivered we were told in the store we would be given removal of old mattress if already wrapped. The delivery team refused stating “they say that in store but based on the condition of the mattress and having new products on the truck we would never take it and put with other new furniture”. Now we have an old mattress that we now have to get removed. Poor communication on that end and very disappointed.

The associate was lovely ,kind & polite. However..i do not agree with the store procedures. I’m mad at myself for still making the purchase. I purchased a small item that i could have paid cash for. But, i used my credit card. Not only did she need to see my drivers license for proof of identity to match the credit card she wrote down my drivers license number on the papers. Not exceptable! And my fault for letting that happen. Then i had to sign and initial a million papers for a $50.00 purchase. It wasn’t worth it and i should have paid cash or passed on the item. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT ASHLEY AGAIN.

This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with when it came to shipping. They sent my packages to the wrong state first, it was the shipping carriers fault. However, they told my Mom who ordered it for me because I have just moved into a college apartment that they would reorder the mattress and send it to the correct address they had previously used and after a couple days we received no shipping information for it. She called again and their customer service representative informed her they never reordered the mattress. She reordered the mattress again and this time Ashley canceled it and told my Mom she would have to wait another couple days before reordering again.

Overall great experience with Luann at Ashley Furniture in Greenwood. She showed us all leather sofa options and explained highlights of each. Once she knew our preferences, she focused on that. She then gave us options for financing or discount with payment. Seamless experience and I would highly recommend both Luann and Ashley Furniture.

Went to look for an adjustable bed and mattress. Found both. Mattress brand new tested a few and there is a difference found the right one. Wife happened across adjustable base on the clearance wall and without any pushing or trying to talk us out of it our sales guy Steve Weinberg and remember that name went right to work at making an awesome deal and the base was top of the line Tempur Pedic Ergo!! Pillow tilt massage zero gravity tv snore sensor and head and foot settings. Pretty impressive. Steve is down to earth and listens to your interests Hard to find in any sales person!! Will go back.

I made a deal on a sectional on Sunday knowing we could not pick it up til Friday. The salesman told us he would put the sectional under his name as if it were sold. Found out at pick up that coukd not be done. Luckily the sectional was still in the store. Our names and phone number was not in the Ashley system. Disappointed to say the least.

18 July 2023...Halfway decent quality hopefully it will look that way when I pick it up in Indianapolis. Ashley furniture, Greenwood Indiana called 21 July and said it was ready for pickup. I drove to the Indianapolis Ashley Distribution Center and it wasn't at their wearhouse. 25 July, called and checked myself to see if it was ready before I made a second trip. Was able to pick it up. Got it home unpacked it and it had no hardware and the head board leg bolt holes didn't match up. Called the number provided if you have warranty issues. Disconnected (3) times. Gave up and called my sales man at the Ashley furniture store and was told you need to call the same number. I haven't had any satisfaction or results with the number. Very disappointed. I guess it's my own fault. I bought a chest from Ashley furniture in Greenwood Indiana a few years ago and it took Three (3) deliveries to get one that wasn't damaged. Hard lessen learned. Will know better next time. Morgantown Indiana.

My fiance and I went into the store today to look at couches. Sales associate Samantha was awesome. She was super chill and had not issues shooting the s with us while we sat around. There wasn't any inventory we were interested in but I'd 10/10 recommend working with her.

Need to have all similar products organized together instead of all throughout the store based on style. If I could give 0 stars I would have. We were there to buy 2 ottomans and a large bedroom dresser. We walked out with nothing because the prices online and in store are inconsistent. Having no choice other than pay a delivery fee or drive to Plainfield to pick up is inconvenient when you can get online and order most of the same furniture from other sites with zero delivery fee.

Beautiful display of furniture and large selection but that is where is stops. Employees follow you like lost puppies. Quality is not great and prices are cheaper online than in the store!

The sales associates at this store were incredibly professional and assistive. As opposed to badgering us while we were walking, Perla and others took time out of their day to help us upgrade to a king sized bed for our home. They knew we were on a budget, and they still helped us find the perfect piece on clearance to match our current bedroom set! My wife and I are extremely happy with our bed frame, and we can’t wait for our mattress to come in today! I will definitely return to Ashley when we need to replace our next furniture set.

The salesman sean was very helpful. He bent over backwards to help us and hustled! Very friendly and knowledgeable. If he didn't know something he found out for us quickly! As for color selection, I wish there were more colors to choose from. We got a sectional thats near perfect, just a tad bit lighter than what we wanted. We will be back for the beadroom set soon!

We will NEVER buy anything from Ashley again. We decided to give them a 2nd chance to redeem our last experience and were sorely disappointed. We ordered a recliner from Luann who told us the delivery date would be on Wednesday but Thursday at the latest. But she would call us the next day as soon as she got in. We didn't hear from her the next day so we finally called her. She'd forgotten all about calling us. Then she invoiced us an xtea $350 fir a warranty we explicitly told her we didnt want. After not hearing anything on Thursday about delivery we called her and she said she wasn't working on Thursday but she would check on Friday when she got in. We called the warehouse and delivery was 1-2 weeks. I've worked in CS for many years and in my opinion this is not good CS at all.

Absolutely terrible experience trying to get the furniture we purchased. post reaching out nothing gets resolved they then promise that everything will delivered the same day, because I can't take multiple days off to get furniture only to have 1/3 of the delivery after multiple people said all items would be delivered on said date. Absolutely would never recommend this to anyone who is looking to getting what they purchase in a timely manner.

Salesperson was great up until yesterday when Imdidnt receive my text telling me delivery day , I even broke my sleep up to call at 10 am ( store opened) to ask about my bed frame purchase ,,, I even called the number that was suppose to be a 'urgent number ' to only get the answer to call back to store ,,, I left a message yesterday morning , never no call returned ,,, as of now, I'm starting to believe all the negative comments that I have read online about customer service ,,, Not very happy at the moment , when someone says they will text or call me the following day , I expect it ,,,when I leave my number on their recording , I expect a call back … seems like once you make the sale , customer service isn’t a priority !

We typically don't have issues with Ashley and the sales rep was nice. However, their system was down on Wednesday so they had to just write out a paper ticket for payment later. They couldn't tell if item was in stock or not so basically told it could take anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks for delivery. I called on Saturday to see if system was back up as I hadn't received my invoice for payment yet. It was still down. We went elsewhere to purchase our reclining loveseat and will be canceling our order. Ashley is too large of a company for systems to be down that long

The store, sales staff and delivery personal are polite and professional. However, all other departments especially their customer service line and quality of delivery of their products are deplorable and that's being generous. After multiple calls and emails still having difficulty getting all my products delivery correctly and parts delivered. No one can accurate information on your account nor across departments.

The store is beautiful. It's the biggest dedicated furniture store I've ever seen. Beautiful display, and great furniture. Also decent prices compared to some of the other furniture stores out there. Our sales person was very friendly and helpful. We left without buying anything, and decided to come back later that day. Unfortunately, he was already gone, and we couldn't remember his name. I felt very bad about that, but the manager stepped in and did a great job helping us with our needs, even though it's not necessarily his job. It was a great visit.

The service on site was wonderful and we found beautiful furniture at the store. However, the delivery service (both drivers and the call center) is the worst I have ever experienced in my years living in the US. They have been rude and unprofessional, and absolutely not willing to help or make things easy for the customer . The truck driver called me upon arriving to my place and, because he did not understand my instructions, he just left and postponed the delivery one week. It is unacceptable.

Samantha Click was the best salesperson we inquired in searching for bedroom furniture, she took the time with us and searched for our furniture on the Ashley website and found it for us. Even though I had ridiculous unbelievable problems with Synchrony (I'm talking Twilight Zone unbelievable), whom my Ashley Card is through, the staff were exceptional. Dustin helped me directly and spent 3.5 - 4 hours speaking with Synchrony employees who repeatedly told us both I had the credit, and was approved but the sale would not go through even after several security measures. He remained patient, professional, and was very considerate and kind to myself and my daughter. He brought in several other Managers trying to help. I got the distinct feeling that he genuinely wanted to help , not just make a sale. He spared me as much as he could from the horrible interaction because he knew I had been making the attempt to buy online for the previous 3 days. Everyone involved were some of the nicest people. Id recommend the location on 31 and Lowe's in Greenwood without hesitation. They'll take very good care of you.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a product. The customer service is hands down the worst I’ve ever seen. When you call, you can’t talk to the store, you talk to a bunch of people sitting in a call Center that are clueless. I was contacted several times stating that my furniture was in and ready to be delivered, at the time my house was not ready to have furniture delivered so I was told to just let them know when I was ready, when I was ready, they informed me that my furniture was now on back order because they sold it to someone else after I had already paid for my products in full. Then when it finally came in, I scheduled my delivery for Tuesday May 2nd with the lady on the phone (who I could hardly understand) and I asked her several times “so you are telling me it will be here at my house on the 2nd?” To which she replied “yes sir”. I got a confirmation text that a few days before delivery that is was scheduled for the 3rd after I had already taken off work for the whole day on the 2nd. When I called, they said they were sorry. There was nothing they could do. They did not offer any help or any money off, nothing. They did nothing to try to fix their mistakes. I will never use Ashley again. Hands down the worst experience.

I bought furniture in September of 2021 and I did not get it until February of 2022. But when it was delivered I didn't get all of the pieces. They did not deliver my back cushions to my couch and the shelves to my tv stand. I called the manager of that store and he told me to call corporate. So I did, I spent almost a year with them sending me the wrong pieces. I finally had to get a attorney and they finally came and got my furniture. But it still cost me the $2500 in attorney fees just to get them to answer the phone. I called so much that the receptionist knew my voice and apologized every time I called. Instead of them trying to pay the attorney fees because they caused me have to hire the attorney. It took me weeks for them to refund me the money I already paid. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! They cost me $2500!!! Worst customer service experience in my life! They do not care about their customers!

I don’t want to give 1 star also.. I paid for installation also they told to come within 1 hour and fix it because they didn’t get nails with them. The delivery was very disappointing. I m not going to buy anything from Ashely for my whole life.

Had to do to much what felt like haggling. They also tried to make me pay an up front cost when putting on their Ashley card. Ended up getting waived but just a hassle to deal with.

Ollie helped us find what we were looking for at a awesome price but we were told the bed didnt need a box spring, it did and when we tried to buy a box spring it was goin to b the same price as the bed!! no joke and the delivery service who Ashley chose to partner with on the day of our delivery we waited for 6 hrs couldnt get anyone on the phone and finally they said the truck broke down and noone could call us?! the only person who actually tried to help us fix any of this was a man named Alex and thats the only reason for the 2 stars

Overall store experience was pretty good. Salesperson followed us around the store, annoying but I get it. She was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We purchased a bedroom set and mattress, it went downhill from there. 1st they wanted $500 for delivery and setup, could not do anything about price. Ok, will pick up, warehouse less than 10 miles away. Said everything should be in stock, if not usually have with in 2 weeks. 2 months later, finally get a call that order is in. So I borrow a trailer and drive to the warehouse. Apparently everything was on reserve at the distribution center but not shipped to the warehouse yet. At this point, I’m pretty frustrated. They don’t hesitate to take your money up front and have you wait 2 months plus to get what they have showing in the store. But then to waste your time and gas to find out it hasn’t even shown up like you were told. Never have had this much trouble buying furniture before, not impressed with Ashley’s. Probably buying elsewhere for now on.

Ugh this has been a nightmare. I ordered a sectional from Ashley’s furniture Jan.16th. The sectional was delivered on a Feb. 25th with a missing foot. I was given the options to accept or reject the sectional. When I spoke with Ashley’s that day she told me that I would receive the foot before or on March 3rd. I went ahead and accepted the sectional taking her word that it will only take a week. I’ve followed up with Ashley twice a week since then. The latest update, is the foot will now be shipped at the end of April. I’ve asked for the sectional to replaced or returned and the only option I’ve been given is to wait. I really don’t even want the sectional anymore. Who knows if the part will even ship at the end of April. They will tell you anything and their word means nothing to me at this point because I’ve been told nothing but lies. If Ashley’s Furniture would have been honest on Feb. 25th and said it would take 2 months for the foot to arrive, I would have rejected the sectional in a heartbeat. This has been the most frustrating situation from going in circles with people at the call center in Mexico, to calling the store looking for updates and there being no records of my calls. I regret even walking foot into this store. Please save yourself the headache that’s comes with purchasing from this company. *Update- 4/17/23- Reached out to the number and email that was posted on this google response. I was offered 80 dollars back from my delivery fee. I honestly don’t care about the 80 dollars that does nothing for me. I’m still not able to sit on my sectional. I called the parts department and what do you know?!? The part is now scheduled to be shipped out in May. This is absolutely ridiculous. I get a different answer every time I call.

They took time to show me the size it would be and color and material other places didn't ,they said order online that's it. Ashley took time to make sure I got what I wanted.

The sales person lied to us by about our furniture being in stock to get the sale. After 5mo of not receiving our furniture, we asked for a refund. Btw, we had to drive 30min to the store to reach anyone every time we tried to check on it. Each time we went, the salespeople were walking around bouncing tennis balls. Nobody wanted to help us. The manager was deceptive, rude, and unprofessional. His story changed weekly. He claimed that all refunds take 30days to be completed and 10% would be held back. We had to threaten a lawsuit to get him to finally return our money. Buyers Beware!!

Purchasing was easy, shopping not a problem. The problem we experienced was with canceling the order. Needed to cancel for reasons I won’t go into, but called to cancel in less than 24 hours.and were told no problem. Two days later cancellation department called to offer other options than canceling which we declined and told them our mother just needed her money back. They agreed to refund her account but would take 3 weeks. We feel 3 weeks is an excessive amount of time to process the refund for an elderly person with a fixed income that needs to pay her bills. So if you buy be very sure you won’t need to cancel.

The quality doesn't match the price. Also, the sales folks are much too aggressive.

We made a special trip, since Greenwood is a bit of a drive for me. I do not regret having done so. Billy was excellent. We are building and the house won’t be available till August. Billy immediately told us that they could hold the merchandise for us until we were ready to receive it, even if in August. I had visited the store closer to home and was never offered this option. In addition he gave me an even better deal than I had gotten and my neighborhood Ashley. We didn’t think about it twice and made the purchase immediately. I do plan to come back and purchase additional furniture in this store and with this Sales Rep!!

I typically dread furniture shopping, because I typically feel like I’m being hunted and harassed by sales people. This experience was completely, and pleasantly, different! We were casually greeted by Billy when we walked in, who sent us in the right direction for our needs. He left us to wander and look around without hounding us, but when we did have questions, was pleasant to converse with. I appreciate Billy’s humor and willingness to work within my budget, and didn’t try to force me into something I didn’t want, or couldn’t afford. I was very pleased with my entire experience, and would highly recommend Billy at Ashley Furniture for anyone in the market for new furniture.

Found what we were looking for. Didn't have a salesperson down our throat 👏 but when needed she was right there. Pricing is a little high but hopefully worth it. Update: one of the swivel recliners is defective and noticed it right after driver left so called customer service got really bad reception and and they do not handle customer complaints very well. I expect to get this resolved Monday the 27th of March. Delivery Driver should have customer to make sure they are satisfied before they leave the home. I spent good money and I'm so disappointed.

I had my couch for less then 72 hours and it is defective. I have put in a ticket and the associate that helped me Shania Deschaine was extremely helpful with putting in a ticket, but Ashley's policy of having to wait up to 48 hours before they will call and schedule someone to come out and see the defective sofa is outrageous. I only bought this sofa for the chaise and it literally concaved the 3rd time I sat on it. Very disappointed in this.I have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be corrected. I was told by the corporate office they were sending me a whole new bottom half of the chaise to me but what they sent me was foam padding that was had cut up package with a dirty pad inside. And when you call corporate to find out what is going on they tell you to bad and refuse to help or get you to someone who can help. Just so everyone knows the phone number that is given by the owner to resolve issues is just the customer service text service. You get the same poor service as when you call in. I was finally able to get some help but I had to go pretty high up at the corporate office to actually get any help.

LuAnn at Greenwood, Indiana was wonderful! l’m on the younger side and this was my first purchase of furniture and LuAnn was kind, patient, understanding, and helped me through the whole process without being condescending like I usually get from other stores from how I look.

They made buying furniture so simple. Walked out feeling accomplished and happy normally shopping for something like that makes me very stressed but Nate made sure it was a great experience shopping at Ashley.

It was fantastic at the store!! Ollie was amazing and very helpful!! If you go in to Ashley Furniture ask for Ollie!! He goes above and beyond when assisting his customers with what they are looking for!! We are happy customers with our purchase!! Thank you Ollie and your team for helping us pick out the best living room suite that fit us!! Now the warehouse on the other hand was horrible. We bought our furniture on February 25th. Our furniture was estimated to be ready for pickup on March 6th. My husband called twice that week to confirm it was available. He was told twice that it was ready for pickup by live representative. So, we decided to go get it on March 11th due to I had to work. We had to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there, but not only did we drive it, but we had to drive 30 more minutes on back roads due to every exit we needed to go on were closed with police present. So, we were a little frustrated at this point. Then we finally get to the warehouse. The lady told us that our furniture was not there and it was even was noted in their system that my husband called and that the reps told us it was ready for pick up. The lady was disrespectful, rude, hateful, difficult to talk to, and just straight up unprofessional. I tried to explain to her "For future reference you should make it known that the reps need to dig more into the info instead of telling customers that it's ready when it's not." The young lady cut me off after I said reference. She didn't even let me finish. She said I don't respect, disrespect. Like I was upset and ticked after what we just had to deal with all the issues of trying to get there; just to be told it wasn't there. I may raised my voice a tab bit, but I'm a loud talker anyway, but I can guarantee I wasn't trying to be rude or disrespectful. My husband and I were shocked by the way she talked to me. But My husband had to drive back up there to pickup the furniture on March 14th. We will not purchase from this company ever again.

Very rude after the deal is done and they have your money. I purchased a warranty the company told me I didn’t even with a receipt in hand. I asked for my money back from warranty and tried telling me it will be prorated. So I tried to use warranty and it was so hard a process that I couldn’t get it done but I gotta have my money pro rated. This is unacceptable that companies can do this and get away with it. I’ve heard so many horrible stories with this company so beware and be careful dealing with this company.

I went to a few furniture stores today and I definitely was most impressed with Ashley's selection and pieces. They were all great quality and the lady that helped us, Rayana was great! She was super sweet and easy to work with, very helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. Very excited for my couch to be delivered! Thank you guys :)

They outsource everything to other companies, and then the other companies don’t follow through on repairs and or visits. It takes months for them to come out. They don’t call you until the day before and they give you less than 24 hour notice when they’re gonna cancel. When you do you have to jump through hoops to get someone to help and even then they don’t help you. No one responsibility and all they do is say I’m sorry with no solutions. Do not buy furniture from Ashley‘s. They have sketchy business practices. I filed a claim in December. I am still waiting on the outcome of my claim.

We have now planned to go “shopping” for furniture twice in the past year… first a set of bar stools for a new kitchen island and now a new living room set… only to have a great experience at Ashley as the first stop between selection, service and quality and twice made the purchases we are happy with at that first stop.

We purchased a mechanical reclining love seat and sofa I have a problem with the love seat I have tried to contact the store my salesperson and customer service numerous times I was told that somebody would get back with me by the end of this evening well of course nobody has I was also told they tried to contact me the other day and after looking at my phone history no they did not try to call this is the worst customer service I've ever had

Went into the store and bought two recliners. We waited about two weeks for delivery the day before delivery we found out that one of the two chairs which were identical had been discontinued, I would’ve thought on the day of purchase the store would have checked to see how many was in stock. We have decided to buy the floor model which is in the store. I will pick it up later this week.

We ordered quite a bit of furniture from the Greenwood location in the beginning of January. Was told it would be delivered on the 24th of January. We we’re very happy because we desperately needed it. On the 24th it never showed up. We called and they said it’s not going to be delivered till February 7. No one ever called , texted or emailed to tell us that. We were upset but still waited till the 7th of February. Once again no furniture was delivered. So we went up there and was told it was moved back to the beginning of March. Again no call no text no email to let us know. We canceled everything we ordered and went somewhere else and got everything the same week. The manager was very rude . He put all the blame on the manufacturer. But they are the ones that should have let us know instead of waiting all day on furniture that never came. Would No recommend Ashley Furniture unless you have months to wait on it. The sales people just tell you what you want to hear till you spend your money then they act like it’s not their problem . We was told “ it’s not like we have a little shed in the back where I can get your furniture “.

Ashley Home Store review The worst experience in furniture shopping ever. First of all I’d like to say the sales people were very nice and helpful. The problem is with customer service. We ordered the furniture October 15 and it didn’t come in for two months but that is what it is in these times. The problem come when the sectional was the wrong sectional. And the dresser and mirror didn’t come with any hardware. When I called customer service they refused to do anything about it. After continuing to call back many times between me and my daughter they finally agreed to do an exchange. After a month later, the new couch was on its way but it got delayed. After an anxious day it finally did come. However, the couch and ottoman were broken and the table we also ordered had no hardware 🤬. I refused to accept the entire order. Now we are in hiatus. I would not recommend Ashley Home Furniture to anyone! Update: 2/9/23 we scheduled new furniture to be delivered on February 8 but when I contacted the customer service they said it was delayed again and now won’t be here till February 15 before i can schedule a delivery date. I did receive part of the hardwood for the dresser and mirror. Yes only part of it. One bracket was not included. More to come. Update: 2/17/23 delivery day and for a change we got a few things we ordered, until the sofa come off the truck, it was the same broken sofa they tried to pawn off on us on the 9th. Exact same one! Please please, if you don’t want the unrelenting anxiety of not having the right furniture for months, I do not recommend #AshleyHomeStore! Now we wait again. Update: 2/22/23 the furniture truck arrived today and in good condition, however, the delivery men tore the fabric trying to get it in the house. This has become a nightmare! Now we wait again. Update 3/8/23 I talked with customer service last week and asked her not to send the 84” sofa because it won’t fit through our door. Instead stand a 78” sofa so it’ll fit. Today was delivery day and guess what, they brought the 84” sofa again. This will be the last update because Ashley won. I give up.

Good products and service! Got 3 coaches and had them professionally delivered. They do NOT take away your old couches.

Mattresses are poor quality and so not hold up. This is guest bedroom. The side came “unglued.” Technician was useless. Said it had a stain, but it had never been taken out of the mattress protector. Will not purchase anything again from Ashley.

After a friendly greeting from Skyler I told her what I was looking for and took me straight to them or I should say the prefect reclining sofa set . After looking at 4 other stores I return to purchase. Thanks for all your help.

Update: We finally got our furniture, but I'm still keeping this review at 1 star and here's why: the cabinets we got were in poor condition, the guide rails have FALLEN APART ON ALL THE CABINETS, and it's super hard to get them to open now to fix them. And we're missing a headboard piece for the bedframe we ordered. This stuff was bad quality. Past review: I really wish I could say I'm happy with my experience but I am not, we were supposed to have furniture arrive today, so I took off work for it to arrive. I messaged the sales person and it took them forever to respond. Finally they called me back and they said it wasn't even scheduled to arrive today. But she told me a week ago it would come today. I am absolutely furious and disappointed with my experience, there was so much poor communication going on. I had to take off work and they didn't even have it scheduled for it to arrive?? Me and my family are expecting a refund.

Great customer service...

So my experience in the store was very relaxing. We didn't feel pressured at any time to buy or settle for something. We went through several options with Shannon on multiple couches do to us trying to match our current decor. We ended up leaving and went to two other places to see what they had to offer. When we returned Shannon had already left for the day, but we had Dustin go through other options with us with no pressure to buy. He went over all the different options colors and sizes for our needs. The staff seemed knowledgeable or at least knew how to get the information needed quickly. It was a great experience, even with it being the first time we bought furniture from them. We were a little hesitant to buy from them with things we have heard about their time line for shipping the furniture from others that have bought from them. Like they say shipping in 4-6 weeks but then it turns into 12-16 weeks. Even the contract you sign says the time line but then says it could be later than that. So for it to be on the contract it makes me believe they have had these issues before. Considering that all of those issues probably came from shipping issues in 20-21 during the pandemic, we were willing to gamble on the time line for shipping. Plus we have a couch now and are not in need of any hurry. I'll let you know how the shipping goes when it gets delivered.

Shopping At Ashley's was pleasant but but they do not do as promised or stated. I purchased a couch and chair on sunday, was to be delivered some time in Feb, this was fine and agreed to. Tuesday I received the call setting delivery for Thursday, which gave me little time to donate the existing furniture for which I paid to have removed. Thursday afternoon, the Ashley's truck arrived with only the chair. The driver called the dispatcher who informed me the couch was backordered. Then tried to set delivery for an item they don't have for next week. When I called customer service today, they wanted to set up a delivery for next wednesday, asked why they couldn't bring it today, trucks were already out, why not monday, they don't have it yet, so again making promises they have not idea if they can keep. Buyer beware,they promise the world. Monday I received another phone call setting the delivery and time for from 2:45 to 5:45 Wednesday. Using their own tracking software, at 3 I looked to see the delivery truck was an hour away, I was stop #9 and they were making delivery #4. As I continued to check, the time had been pushed back until 6:45. At 5:15 i get a call saying the roads with the 2" of melted snow we had were impassable. My roads, the highways, my drive and sidewalk had no snow and it was above freezing. They wanted to put the delivery off until Sat or Monday, unacceptable. I drove to the store, talked to my salesperson, who sat there with a blank stare playing on her computer telling me i could call customer service today because the weren't working yesterday, the sales staff drove to work, I drove to greenwood, no snow on the roads,but the most amazing part, no one except one different sales cared. he stated it was unacceptable. 5 days after the first "delivery" the did not deliver again and promising either 3 to 5 days i will receive it. How this company remains in business is a mystery. Finally delivered s Monday morning, I wish i could say that was even a pleasant experience but 2 untrained and unequipped delivery men and setup, Done and over with, beware of dealing with Ashely's, you will be promised a lot and so very little followup or care. Below is a picture of damage done by ashley's delivery service, totally without training, one had been there a month, the second a week. Unfortunately, the picture does not show all or the worse damaged area.

This company is starting to lose my respect we have spent thousands of dollars at the Greenwood location and they NEVER answer the phones. This is the second time our furniture was wrong or damaged. We had dressers delivered damaged they say after 72 hrs no exchanges I called 24 hrs later he still says no exchanges even with the call log showing I have tried to reach store then tells me we have to pay payment for them no returns either how is this legal I had pictures of damages the day of delivery and call logs. I want to speak to someone who speaks ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*My review is based on just the customer service* Our furniture has not been delivered yet. Billy was our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! He did not hassle us, nor did he follow us around. We told him what we were looking for, he showed us a few items, then "turned us loose" to look on our own; only to come check on us from time to time. We fell in love with a couch and he did everything to make sure it was ours. Because of his dedicated commitment, we also purchased two end tables. He even gave us his personal cell phone number in case we had any issues. Billy, if you ever read this, we are forever your customers! You are absolutely amazing at your job!

Such a great store and sales people. Especially Austin Saxon who helped us with choosing our new bedroom set and the manager Alex is just as great. Will be getting all our furniture here in the future when remodeling our home. Thanks Austin!!

This has been a bad experience for us. The worst part is we are still waiting on last piece of furniture and no one cares or knows what is going on. Delivery guys tracked mud in the house. All the furniture is nicked up from delivery. We won’t be using Ashley furniture any time soon

Yeah I'm happy with the fact that you were able to satisfy my wishes for how I wanted my furniture. I know I changed my mind on several things several different times and it must have been a little exasperating but you took it very well and you had yourself professionally.

Ours salesman Kenny was great to work with. Straightforward, new what he was doing, and gave us the space to make decisions.

Emily Winkler helped me get into a awesome recliner. She was very professional and courteous. Would recommend Ashley to anyone.

TLDR: Moral of the story: When you receive a delivery, check everything with a microscope, if there are ANY deficiencies, immediately send the entire order back, THEN go get a job @ Ashley Furniture and make your own solution happen. Dustin the sales guy gets a star because he initially made the experience fun and provided answers to my questions that were honestly factual. Excellent employee 10/10! I actually like the furniture, so I have to provide a star for that. Outside of Dustin, once the delivery driver lied to my wife's beautiful face, and 90+ days later I finally have a complete set of furniture I can use to its full ability! Customer service once a lady answered at the Greenwood, IN location was expected, I understand they have policies and she was only doing her job. When she then transferred me to another lady named "Luv" or "Lube" in supposedly New Braunfels, TX the supervisor, is where the situation got pathetic. As someone that reaches a Management/Supervisor level if you cant have a conversation on the phone that is uncomfortable, you need to find another profession. If you always take the easy way out and dodge accountability you are never going to grow and with someone working over there in Texas that's a "Supervisor" I can only imagine what service you get above her pay grade. If a position ever opens up at Ashley for a VP of Customer Relations please let me know and I can fix this problem from the ground up. Its an easy equation: show the customer you care, listen and provide a reasonably expected solution. Don't ever be weak and passive aggressive. Thanks for the experience and wisdom Ashley Furniture!

We came in to buy a couch and ended up leaving with a new bedroom set and dining room set as well. We love the selection and the quality of options available at Ashley, but we also loved the Furnishing Specialist that helped us find everything. Rayana was so helpful, nice and easy to work with. She got three of our rooms furnished (affordably) and we couldn’t be happier!

My experience at Ashley’s furniture was very welcoming and professional. Thanks to one employee (Rayana), me and my roommates found the perfect couch for us. The both times I’ve been in, she was extremely helpful and kind. The first time shopping at Ashley’s happened to be one of her first days on the job and she was insanely professional. In short me and my roommates are some happy campers thanks to Rayana and will definitely be back when we need some furniture. Give her a raise NOWWWW!!!

This table delivered on 8/10/22. We open the box to find the draw and leg were broke. We called immediately and was told new parts would be sent. It is now 12/24/22 and no parts have shown up. I have called with little help from customer service. 4 months is unacceptable time to wait for replacement parts. Not sure I'll ever shop at Ashley furniture again.

Rayana helped us with our furniture order at Ashley store and was great. Finding out if our order is actually ready for delivery not so great. Web site to schedule is not available when clicking link. When I call to schedule automated system says order not ready. Received call the other day to schedule for delivery and did so. Then received another call stating we need to cancel as all the items are not available yet. Very confusing and frustrating.

Outside of product availability, shopping was a good experience. We look forward to using them again in the future

I will never buy from Ashley again. The 2 times we visited the sales reps swarm you like vultures and your unable to even enjoy looking. The sales team will tell you whatever you want make up crazy sale pitches, lie to your face when they say “ yeah we have it in our other warehouse and will be here in a couple days”. Turns out that was a complete lie and they had to order directly from the distributor which will now take up to 3 weeks after already waiting a week. I hate being lied to and is unacceptable and unfortunately once you buy it, it’s yours not returns.

This whole process was a complete nightmare. Changed shipping 3 different times. Messed up my order 3 different times. Pricing is all over the place. The one bright spot was my salesperson Luanne. Other than that expect the run around from the remainder of the company. I was able to order some of their products off Amazon for lower prices and quicker turnaround times. Final delivery was 4 hours late and they just left my mattress on my front porch and left

I wish I could give zero stars. Definitely was NOT worth the wait. We spent nearly $10,000 on furnishings from Ashley and have had nothing but issues. From delivery dates, to them sending us pieces we didn’t order, to faulty products. We were so tired of getting the run around, being flat out ignored, and dealing with these people we’ve just resigned to the fact that we’ve wasted thousands of dollars. Seriously-avoid this company.

Shannon Benham was very patient with us while we were deciding on what we wanted. He went above and beyond trying to help us decide. Very kind and very caring person and very pleased to have met him, can’t wait to receive all of the furniture he helped us with.

Worst experience ever...bought a 5000$couch whish it's never been delivered always some stupid excuses

Bought furniture off the showroom floor at a significant discount and sales rep was great. After agreeing to purchase the furniture then we find that there is no delivery for showroom models and there’s a 72 hour pick up policy that apparently starts when you buy your furniture, regardless of when you buy it, despite pickup not being available Sunday or Monday. Definitely not worth the price for what is essentially Farmhouse IKEA.

This is the worse funiture store!!! First time buying furniture here and such horrible experience with delivery and communication, they said they would deliver 6th, I called and then they said its not available for scheduling till another 2 weeks, we have been without bedroom furniture for 4 to 5 weeks now. Not only are they overpriced!! You have to go through hoops just to get the right person to talk to!! So many things wrong with this place!!!!
