You feel welcomed as soon as you enter the building. Cody made us want to buy the whole store if we could had. He explained to us in great details and walked with us throughout the whole process because we were indecisive on what we wanted to purchase. His patience and understanding were phenomenal. We will definitely be shopping for more great items from Ashley.

Left a positive review a week ago when we had purchased a new sectional but sadly i must update my review after another horrible experience: We purchased a new sectional, everything in our home is ashley’s, and everything ordered was done online as we found pricing to be less, this time we liked hannah our agent and her manager who joined the sales pitch. So we bought it, set up date for delivery following friday but was told we’d would be a option should we need it. Once home we realized we could be home we’d we called and they changed it to thur bec wed was full. I chatted online as well who said there was an issue with my order it was being held, bec i found calling the store directly was impossible. So i had to call the salesperson who said oh no order is fine and confirmed we have you down thur 5/15. We take the day off and so it’s wed we don’t have any estimate of time ect so i called ashley, welp the order is still on hold, they said its an error because we paid cash, the hold is only suppose to be for those who finance it, so we learn we don’t even have a apt for thur and no one bothered to call so we are forced to try and figure out how to reach the store. We did we spoke to a manager named Dustin, nice guy he said he will fix it as it shouldn’t had been placed on hold and would have to reschedule for friday. Well we already took thursday off so now we are forced to take another day off to be home for the white glove delivery, he said don’t worry he will credit delivery charges. Delivery happens friday and i received a email showing a new amount less the delivery. Days go by the credit to my card was pending, well now it’s not, they retracted it somehow. My guess is they wanted to put their promised credit on hold long enough so i accept the delivery. Terrible experience and likely the last, i’m now dealing with my credit card company to dispute the credit they promised, luckily i have the email to prove it, biggest issue is their lack of communication and the fact it’s impossible to reach the store, when you call it routes you to a main hub who knows nothing but how to put and keep you on long holds. Isn’t the first bad experience but will be the last.

Billy was great. I came back 3 times before making my purchase. It was nice to see a young man with respect.

First off I love my couch we bought!!! But one thing I would change would be not to be followed the whole time we shopped it felt as if we were rushed. If the salesman would have just showed us the section and been like I'm here for questions of you need me but instead was followed the whole time. Other than that everything was great!

Ordered a pull out couch from the Greenwood location. Floor associate was nice, knowledgeable and quick. We opted to pick it up from the warehouse since we live close. We were told it would be ready on May 6th. There have been no status updates given via email or texts. The only texts were these wanting a review. When my husband went to pick it up on May 6th he was told it wouldn’t be in for another 2 weeks. Again, no correspondence of this delay whatsoever. So while I liked our sales associate who helped up order the couch I am less than thrilled with the notification services thereafter and delays.

I would give a zero star if I could. Their products do not hold up. We knew this when we bought so decided to buy their EXTEND warranty. I have been dealing with a broken power recliner for FOUR months and Extend and Ashley have yet to resolve this issues. I called Ashley and their customer service said to me “this furniture is no longer our problem as of April 2024”. They have been terrible to work with and if you get the extend will offer no further support to you. They do not care about their costumers. DO NOT BUY from this place. Look anywhere else. And do NOT get the Extend warranty unless you like to spend hours on the phone and never get your issue resolved.

Ashley Furniture has beautiful pieces. Even with construction going on it was fun walking around. The salesman was not a pressure salesman. He understood I just wanted to look around myself and just checked in once in a while. But was there for any questions.

They had a lot of selection that surprised me considering they are remodeling. Also there are different quality levels which helps if a person wants or needs a certain level. Overall I was just looking but ended up with a bedroom set. 5 stars for now and will stay there unless there are some issues after delivery. Based on the terms of delivery and financing I feel assured that this was a solid long term investment.

The young woman who assisted me yesterday (I am horrible with names) was fantastic. She helped me get the best price, even cheaper than ordering the sectional online due to the renovation discount. Aaand she had the cutest boots.

The sales team needs to learn when to back off. I was just browsing to get ideas which I told the first salesman. He was fine with that and left me alone. Halfway through another guy comes up. Asking how we're doing, what were looking for. I politely told him we're just browsing. He coutinued to ask questions. We just started walking away trying to get him to just leave us alone. As were walking away he's FOLLOWING us asking even more questions. Even trying to ask us if where we are moving, if we bought a house, what kind of furniture we want. Finally I just turned and told him if we needed anything we would come find him and to leave us alone. He got all huffy, "well I'm just doing my job!" I understand they work on commission, but you're not going to get any sales from harassment. Learn to take a hint. Not to mention sounds like he was trying to steal a sale from the first guy we spoke too. I'm not buying today, I don't want a credit card, or financing. I in fact crossed Ashley's off my list to even buy from. It's WAY overpriced anyway.

They came in, and put everything together where I wanted it. Looking forward to enjoying my furnature for years to come.

Cody Williams is an excellent salesman. Was very compassionate to my sister. Was attentive to her needs. Would buy there again and would recommend Ashley Furniture.

Natalie was the perfect salesperson to greet us at the door today… It was rainy & I was in a lot of pain, but she was able to find exactly what I needed (even though I didn’t know it myself) to make me feel better… She & my daughter, Natalee, convinced me I needed a good bed to help with my pain & inability to sleep well… So now, I can barely wait for my delivery date to arrive… She said she was fairly new, but I found her to be very smart, knowledgeable & able to answer most all of my questions… She is extremely personable & able to sell me my mattress without being pushy or overbearing… My experience at Ashley’s in Greenwood was positive & pleasant…

We were very Satisfied with our experience. The original order needed to be canceled due to damaged furniture. We feel the drivers damaged it. Do not let them unpackage your furniture on the street. The lemonade was such that we purchased a different set and believe the first damaged set was a sign. Fingers crossed!:)

Great selection of furniture. The staff are so helpful but if you want an absolutely stellar experience ask for Rayana. She truly is a ray of sunshine through the process.

Delivery men were polite, quick. The communication system used is excellent. No more sitting at home waiting during a 4-hour span. We knew we were the the 11th delivery and could follow their progress. Wonderful!

I was able to get what I wanted and gentleman very helpful.

Purchased a bedroom suite then changed my mind and wanted a different style. When I called they were nice, and stated no problem. The suite that I changed to was less expensive which meant I was due a refund. They waived the delivery charge off my first selection then told me they could not honor when I changed my selection, which nothing had been delivered yet. I almost cancelled due to the delivery fee not being waived, but I didn’t . I was told the refund would take up to 48 hours, it now has been 2 weeks and no refund. I have called, texted, stopped by the store which has gotten me no where. I have asked for a manager and they have no manager on site. I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley. Once the sales person gets their sale they do not care!! Poor customer service. I have tried calling 866-436-3393 and can’t get a live person.

Great sales team, both Cody and Codi helped my wife find a new recliner for our living room. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful in us deciding on a certain model. Would come back again for future furniture needs.

We waited 12 days to have our furniture to be delivered. And when it arrived there were holes in it. We cancelled the purchase. Now they tell us it could take 5 to 7 days to get a refund. They took the money out of our account the day we visited the store. Not shopping there ever again. Not the store it use to be.

Overall I am happy with the store and their selection of furniture. However their customer service needs work. I was browsing for over 45 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. Once I found someone the transaction was easy and painless.

If I could give negative stars I would. What a joke of an establishment. My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress. We were lied to by Matt about being able to exchange it for any mattress in the store. When we did find a mattress off of the list of 10 that we liked we were not allowed to exchange. The reason we were given was absolutely absurd. The manager who was helping us then suddenly transferred stores and stopped responding to our texts. Now we have a $4,000 mattress at home that we hate. Go to a high school fundraiser for mattresses. At least there your money is supporting a good cause instead of lining the pockets of thieves and liars.

I had a fairly specific size and color that I wanted. So he researched and found just what I wanted. It wasn't in the store so he took me to see the fabric on a different sofa. And he took me to sit on a sofa that would sit like the one I wanted. (It was bigger than what I could use. ) So I'm giving him 5 stars, but I don't have the sofa yet to say how happy I am overall.

There were 3 people standing up front when I entered. None of them said anything to me. As I walked through the store looking for a chair not one associate asked me if I needed anything. I went back up front and asked someone where the recliners were. Franklin was kind and told me where to go. He asked if I needed help and at that point I was annoyed so I said no. To his credit he came upstairs just after me anyway and was very friendly and helpful. He is really the reason I bought the chair and because it was on sale. I almost left the store without making a purchase.

Haven't received my furniture yet but my buying experience was wonderful! Rayana Gowdy was my salesperson and she went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. She spent nearly 3 hours helping me find pieces that fit my requirements all while exhibiting a professional and friendly demeanor. This was no easy feat being that the store is undergoing a massive renovation. Within an hour, I received text documentation of my purchases along with delivery date expectations which were within 2 weeks. Very very disappointed. Deliver was scheduled for 3pm that day for my elder 89 year old mother. Waited ALL day long. She was the 12 delivery. The time kept.getting set back. Finally they showed up at 8:30 pm only to have the wrong couch. Now Ashley is telling her to call to reschedule!! Can you believe that!!! Such horrible service!! Ashley NEEDS to straighten this out. Very unsatisfactory unprofessional service. Very unhappy customer

The staff on site were very helpful and informative about all of the furniture as well as the insurance packages that were offered. I had an overall enjoyable experience however during one of two transactions, I had requested the bedding set that goes with the bed I ordered, and somehow it hadn’t been placed on my order by the manager. I hadn’t been given a copy of my receipt and order detail until after the fact. At which point I brought it up. I was told that someone else could handle it the next day. Outside of this one frustrsting thing. It was a good experience.

12 years ago I bought a furniture set from this location and the delivery was pushed out 4 months before it finally arrived (we already anticipated about 60 days before delivery was expected so six months total), i was just reading a few news articles that this is happening still to this day and all over the country so I felt it was important to share my real experience with others considering this is still a prevalent issue. 2 years later Ashley was having a black Friday deal on a mattress that began at midnight there were literally people lined up for various deals this was back when that was a thing 🤣 and it was similar scenario which I absolutely was not expecting! Like it was a mattress so I'm assuming this would be something they will actually have here to take home, also consider the fact this was their advertised deal for like first 50 people or something to that extent so I was truly anticipating they had atleast 50 mattresses ready to be bought...but no it was like here's your receipt delivery people will call you, they did assure me the matresses were sold locally so it would not be as long of a wait for matress because of this as i was already defensive and questioning their processes upon learning they didnt have these items present for purchase at that moment. I cannot even tell you how actually long it was before my self and my husband forced them to give us address to pick up our item WHEREEVER IT WAS and we drove to some far out warehouse and told these people we were here to get our stuff. Mind you the staff was like very caught off guard by this but it was late by the time we got there and I think truthfully they didn't wanna deal with the fight and just threw a mattress in our truck wrapped in plastic no indication this was or wasn't my item specifically and we were satisfied with that and left. I never have had to work so hard to get thousands of dollars worth of items I paid for and I would never enter into another endeavor with this company again in my life 🤷‍♀️

Been trying since October to get all the parts for my bedframe. No help at the store, no help from corporate. As soon as they have your money they couldn't care less. So far the only pleasant experience was the original salsesperson. Unbelievable. Wish I could give no stars.(Edited after reply.) Thanks for that useless number. The only thing they would do was order more random parts to send me what an absolute dumpster fire of a customer service department. End of January and I still can't put this this thing together and nobody wants to hear I want my money back.

Our first visit at the store the sales person was knowledgeable and great. We were just browsing that day and going to make our purchase a week later. we come back a week later to make our purchase knowing exactly what we want. The original sales rep was not present so they had someone else help us. We told her exactly what we wanted and all we had to do was go through the approval process and signed the paperwork. She did not seem to understand anything we kept reiterating what our minimum payment could be. We told her over and over our budget set at this amount every month she kept telling us “you can just pay whatever you want every month”. We informed her that’s not how credit works. You don’t get to just pay whatever you want. Can you confirm what our payment will be monthly. None of the screens we were shown showed a monthly payment. We were only shown the total amount there was literally no monthly payment show we were. We were given verbal confirmation multiple times of the payment . The bill then comes in a few weeks later and it is three times the amount we were quoted. We returned to the store and talked to the store manager. He continued to tell us that all we had to do was call the credit card company and they would adjust the payment to what we wanted. We kept trying to inform him of the sales reps lack of knowledge and how it doesn’t seem legal that she was giving us a quoted minimum payment if she was never provided one by the credit company. He continue to say that he hired her so he knows she’s a good worker. Later on the manager tried to argue with us that my billing statement was because I didn’t understand how to read it. He tried to tell me that $160 monthly bill would be paid off in one year (the total is over $3k) that’s why the bill was so high. That was completely incorrect as well. I did go ahead and contact the company who it was credited through as suggested by the manager and they informed me that they cannot change the minimum payment. They also told me “stores cannot advise a minimum payment because their [ credit card company] generates the payment that the store does not have access to and we never should’ve been put thatsituation. “ It feels as though the store is operating on illegal practices of promising monthly payments just to get a sale, but they have no control or say over and then once the buyer is then struggling because it doesn’t meet the strict budget they had set the store is completely apathetic and hold no responsibility And no consequences to their actions. We tried working with the store manager and he just got frustrated that we even had a complaint. It seems as although they practice deceptive pricing and are just concerned about luring customers into the purchase and hiding any true cost and it seems almost like a form of fraud .

The store was very nice and the sale reps were friendly. They were helpdul and made the purchase easy.

My experience in the store was decent - the salesman was helpful and not overly pushy. I would even say that I like the sectional couch we picked out. However, one piece arrived damaged - the internal structure of the back is messed up causing the fabric to pull away and expose some staples. Ashley ordered 'parts' for a repair. 27 days later the 'parts' were delivered, which I had to be home for in order to accept the delivery. The 'parts' consisted of a small envelope with some fabric. So I rearranged my whole day to be handed an envelope that could have been left on the porch. 42 days after receiving our broken couch I was scheduled for the repair and they canceled my appointment day of. 61 days after receiving my broken couch I got a message to confirm a new repair appointment, and a few hours later another message that they sent the wrong parts and needed to order different ones. So now I am back to square one, waiting for them to order parts. I will have to schedule a day to 'receive delivery' of the parts at home. Then, I have to schedule another day to have the repair performed. It took 61 days to get to this point, so at this pace if I'm lucky I will have a repaired couch 122 days after receiving it broken. Their customer service is terrible and primarily AI driven. I'm beyond frustrated - save your money and purchase elsewhere. I hear Value City Furniture is nice. Edit to 3 stars because after finally getting through to a person in customer service, and then to a supervisor in customer support (Melanie) - she understood my frustrations and ordered us a new furniture piece which was delivered / exchanged with the damaged one. So we now have a non-defective couch we are very happy with. (71 days for anyone still reading). But it was quite a ride to this point. Melanie is aces though.

Purchased a couch from Ashley store in Greenwood Indiana. No sooner than I got it home and set it up I found bed bugs on the couch. Customer service won’t give out the stores actual number or talk to me about fixing the situation. If I don’t get a call back now I’m taking the couch to the store.

Great deal, but found out there was damage to the bottom of the dresser after we had my father in law come all that way to pick it up. It’s a fix with some wood glue I think. However, the bigger issue was the way another manager talked to his female employee. She was asking him a question and followed him out and he literally said, I know the answer, but I want you to use your brain and deductive reasoning skills to get the answer. She obviously had a customer waiting on her and she was checking on a question. He humiliated her in front of us and we were extremely uncomfortable and felt horrible for her. It all happened at once. I feel even worse now that I stood there and didn’t say anything to him, but didn’t know what to do.

My husband and I purchased our furniture at Ashley’s in Greenwood today. Cody was great to work with and gave us some space to browse, and if we had questions, he was there to answer. Great customer service!! We will be back 😊

Cody was the best salesman I have ever had at a furniture store. He knew exactly what I wanted, didn’t try to waste my time selling me on more than what I want or need like most places do. I am a sales rep myself, so I know what I want and I am straight to the point, he was just that and the experience was smooth and perfect. I don’t leave many public reviews. and usually only to recognise good service, but I did want to share my experience with Ashley so that others can make their own informed decision before purchasing from there. I wish I had looked at the reviews in here myself before ordering. Honestly, I am so so disappointed. I ordered a sofa and bed from Ashley furniture in Greenwood. I explained to the sales person that I was moving country to a new apartment and had no furniture, so delivery timing was critical. He guaranteed delivery by the 15th of October which would mean living a few weeks without the furniture, but I was ok with that. I only bought the items based on this guarantee. I was looking at similar items elsewhere which were in stock for an immediate delivery. But again - I was told that my delivery had been booked in and scheduled there and then in the shop and I purchased it and it was good to go. A few days later I got a message scheduling the delivery for the 17th. That was fine , a few days delay is ok and understandable. Now, the week of delivery I learn the sofa won’t be available until the 29th of October at the earliest. And honestly, I have no faith it will come by then. I have family coming from Ireland to visit that I needed the sofa for and we are going to be sitting on the floor. I am so unhappy with the service. It feels like in the shop, they will say whatever they need to in order to get the item sold. I mean, there is no issue with a long lead time - or even saying, we don’t have complete control of delivery and we know in the past timings have changed. But tell that to customers up front so they can make an informed decision. That is good honest sales. I specifically asked my sales rep if the date was reliable and if they tend to have delays and he said once you’re in the system as I have you booked in, it will be good. When you run into issues you are pushed to generic Ashley agents for customer service, who essentially say they have no control over what the sales people in the shop say and can do nothing to help you. And that delivery dates are always just guides. I won’t be purchasing from Ashley again and have lots of work colleagues relocating to Indy for work and I will be advising them that they cannot rely on service from here. I can only hope when the items finally do come they are at least of the right quality and I don’t have the issues others have talked about. I’m giving it two stars based on the fact I assume the items will finally come and be in good condition

Was a great experience, was the first time buying furniture ever from a store. Got a great deal on new furniture. Hopefully picking it up is even better.

Bought a reclining couch on 3/25/24, and paid in full same day. I was told the couch would take 9-12 weeks to arrive. It arrived 16 weeks later (I did not complain). Within the hour after the delivery men left the couch had a problem, but since I was leaving for vacation the following day, I left if for when I got back. When I got back someone sat on the other side of the couch and it also had an issue. I filed a claim for repair and they sent parts to my house. The parts arrived 9/2/24. Since then, through miscommunications and "issues" (their words, not mine) on Ashley's part (they have admitted this) I still do not have a working couch. I have made arrangements with my work four times to be around for a repair that has not taken place. I now have a fifth appointment scheduled, have had parts for over a month, and have not had a working couch since I bought it or received it. I have asked to speak with a supervisor or manager or someone that can help me, but honestly have no confidence they will do anything. The people I have talked to have 100% admitted their fault, but they have no system in place to rectify any wrong. I just get to continually get messed over.

Went in on Labor Day bought 8 pieces of furniture, told sales lady we could not not do delivery on Thursdays. They text the next week with delivery set for Thursday, spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule, get it moved, the next available was the 18th. So on delivery the whole back is ripped off the sofa, one of my shelving units is damaged and the delivery was short one of my end tables. So we get the sofa and shelving unit marked as returned, but the ticket still states that I received both end tables, had to argue with delivery to make this right. After they leave we are putting the self in the end table and notice it’s damaged, call them and they tell me I have to file a warranty claim on it.(why it hasn’t been in my home 30 minutes).So at this point they tell us the will text with a new delivery date. In the mean time I waited until Saturday the 21 and went to the store. Was told that they would replace the damaged table and gave us a delivery date of September 27, so tomorrow for the sofa and shelving unit, and October 3 for the replacement table and the one missing. Today September 26 I get a message and call them they say that only one end table is being delivered on the 3rd. And that the don’t offer refunds or returns. Update. Now over a month and still don’t have my .

Not sure I can ever get myself to buy from here again. Between my last purchase being completely butchered... to people being unhelpful and dismissive on this visit. I literally left here and drove straight to Godby in Carmel and bought the furniture I was looking for.

There was 1 positive in our sofa purchase which is the only reason a star is deserved, and that was the salesperson named Dustin. Our delivery this evening was the wrong sofa. The 2 delivery drivers spoke no English so trying to get them to understand the error was a challenge. I spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 different "customer service" reps and supposedly a supervisor named Angel who I got disconnected from and although she had my callback number, did not call me back. I was told they would try to deliver tonight or before my husband and I went to work in the morning to make it right, and then another said she wasn't sure if it was in stock. She confirmed there was one in stock and I let her know that there should be because it was ours that hadn't delivered. Then no one could get in touch with the distribution center to get us a firm answer on delivery in the morning and another of the customer service reps said it would be 24 to 48 hours for someone to actually contact us to make the delivery. One other supervisor told the customer service rep to tell me she was on a call and then had to go into a meeting with new hires; so this supervisor doesn't think the customer is important if she chose new hires over dealing with an actual customer service issue. Finally, I called the Greenwood Indiana store number again and instead of pressing the option for an existing order, I pressed the option to place a new order and actually got our original sales person on the phone and canceled for a full refund. As I type this, I'm still waiting on the email confirmation to come through from an hour and a half ago showing that the refund has been processed. A truly horrible experience with the delivery or I should say the non-delivery of our sofa.

My boyfriend and I are browsing for a new couch for our living room. Ashley was our 1st stop. Overall the experience was garbage. Salesman Matt was following us like a lost puppy/beggar. We told the salesman exactly what we wanted but would continually show us mattresses and other non related products we weren’t searching for. And pop in when we just wanted to look at couches privately. We also felt very profiled. We were in more comfy clothes but we definitely felt like Matt thought we were is a low tax bracket. Really pushing payment plans and assuming we lived in a really small house and things. We did not feel comfortable at all. Left after 23 minutes

I went to the Ashley website to look at matching pieces, and note the nightstand is priced at 269.99 there. It is amazing, so not a big deal. I have an appointment today to purchase a matching dresser.

Kenny G. was a pleasure to work with. I needed to furnish my new home, including living room, dining room, master bedroom, and a loft. He was patient with my indecisiveness and super knowledgeable. He made dropping a lot of money (even though he gave me a noticeable discount) more fun than expected!

I’ve been buying furniture for myself and my kids for 25 plus years, and I’ve never been treated like a person that matter to them as a friend as much as a customer ! I’ll never shop anywhere again ! I just pray that Corbin the general manager! And Jordan the salesman stay put , because of them I’ll spend every dollar at Ashley, and I will make sure all my friends and family shop only at Ashley ! Last thing the corporate office for Ashley is next to none , talk about caring about trying to make you a customer for life ! Patty has called me and made sure all my deliveries went well because I’ve had a few issues , which they resolved them all before I could even let them know I had one ! What an all around great place to purchase!! Go see the Greenwood store , or any store for that matter when Ashley hires people like who I’ve been dealing with , there isn’t a chance of walking in another store gain !! Thank you Ashley company for putting people in place to make a big purchase an experience that you will love and want to buy more for how it went !!!!

Codi found the perfect couch for our family! My husband & I have different preferences but he was able to find us something we both loved! Very knowledgeable- he knows exactly where to go and what to offer! Two thumbs up!!

This has been our worst experience in the entire process of setting up our home. The first red flag was the sales people telling us one thing about financing and then once it was too late, changing the terms of financing. When confronted, we were told and I quote, “if we started being honest upfront then we would never get any customers.” Not only that but the salesperson was extremely pushy and annoying and wanted us to hurry up and order because he had to make it to his son’s baseball game. Told us to just pick something random so he can leave for his son’s game to come back another day to change our order. Just a gross and dishonest business and equally dishonest salespersons. Now that it is time for delivery, out of 4 things, first they only brought one intact piece of furniture. Two things were damaged. Bed was sent and was incomplete so they couldn’t set it up. Rescheduled delivery for the two damaged pieces and the half missing bed. This time they forgot to bring the missing part of the bed. So we still have no bed to sleep on. Moreover, we called and they said they forgot and will mail it to us and we can see if we can install it ourselves. The dresser that was delivered has dust and debris in the drawers. We are now going to attempt to get delivery scheduled for the third time. This also means we have to take time off from our own jobs because they can’t do their jobs correctly the first time or the second time. Wish we would have shopped elsewhere. If you are debating, spend your money elsewhere as Ashley seems to be less of a business and more of a scam. Salespersons and customer service representatives alike are clueless, unhelpful, and incompetent at even at doing the bare minimum.

So many choices here...but not as much elsewhere! Twice now, I haven't found any furniture that I actually like, until I get here! Awesome deal today on an oversized 3 pc. set....thanks Codi! This is where I will start from now on.

Well I held out on this review as long as I could in hopes it would be resolved. We spent more than a few thousand dollars on furniture only for our bed to be delivered with a giant crack in the main support beam and a crooked leg underneath as well as our dresser being delivered with no legs. Also the dresser drawers get stuck all the time and we have to try 3-4 times to push them in. FYI this is marked as “best” quality in the store. Delivery guy said he’d handle getting the replacement beams… great! Weeks go by nothing happens. I’m texted as a follow up from Ashley and state what’s wrong and send pictures. They had no idea despite the delivery guy documenting it with pictures in the delivery report… The support person asks me to send all kinds of pictures and measurements (why don’t you know what I bought already…) they order the parts and a delivery is scheduled for 3 weeks out. We got a call today and not only is the delivery delayed the only thing they ordered was the bed rails which we don’t even need! No support beam replacements nor legs for the dresser were ordered. So now we wait again for support to call. We also attempted to go in store to get help and were told management would send an email and told us not to worry about contacting support again and they would handle it, but nothing came of it. 2 months later and our “best” quality bed is still broken, our dresser has no legs and we are stuck paying thousands of dollars for broken furniture! Oh also we went back in and ordered another chair that should have been delivered with our upcoming delivery so now I guess we won’t be getting that either. Reminded again why I don’t purchase here. Zero customer service and no help when something goes wrong with the order! I had this exact same experience 10 years ago and gave them a chance again hoping it would be different. *edited to add since it won’t let me reply on here to the owner comment below, but I did that. Twice. I went into the store and was told they would contact support on my behalf. And I sent Hannah pictures of it all after chatting in the store about it and followed up a couple weeks ago to ask if anything came of the manager reaching out on my behalf and she said she’d check and I never heard back, but I sure have gotten other texts about the in store specials! Updated 7/18: We got our other delivery Tuesday and wouldn’t you know the chair we ordered has defects! See pictures. Can’t make this up. The quality is absolutely horrible on their products. Do not purchase here. No one will help you when your order is defective. I’ve been contacting guest care and they are still doing absolutely nothing for our bed that’s been broken for over a month. Delivery guy said we’d hear from guest care and I’ve been texting them but of course nothing is being done!

We went to Ashley Store looking to see if they had reclining chairs. They have so many options!!! Our sales person, Rayana Gowdy, was very knowledgeable and so kind! We ended up getting chairs we will be extremely happy with and also a new mattress and box springs. A trip well worth it.

We found a great new kitchen table set for our new home in Ashley Furniture. We have purchased furniture from Ashley before and have not been disappointed.

Friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. No high pressure sales pitches. Jordan let us take our time and was very patient and informative.

We recently moved from Texas to Indianapolis/Greenwood area. We had ordered a new sectional from Ashley in Texas, to be delivered to our new home in Indy. This went without a hitch at first. Sectional came, they put it together, threw the large pillows on it and left. All good? No. Later when getting comfy on our new sectional while moving the pillows, we noticed the top of the sofa did not line up where it was put together. Turns out the larger “sofa” piece is deformed, not going up straight and a gap grows apart from the “loveseat” part of it. After going back and forth with Ashley in person and over the phone, there was no option to exchange a faulty piece of furniture, they would only “repair” it. We chose to deal with it. Thinking this must have been a fluke because of past successes with Ashley, we went into the local store to find a small sized kitchen dining set. We did, and had a great time with our salesperson. He even gave us his cell number so we could contact him if needed. All good? No. The set delivered the following weekend and low and behold, it was missing the footers. The crew said they would get them ordered ASAP. We also sent the salesperson a text about it with a picture of an upside-down table. His response was “oh no!” He would contact the DC to see if the box of footers was left behind. Haven’t heard from him since, even after polite follow up messages. We received a text from Ashley how our Saturday delivery went, on Tuesday, in which we responded with a picture of the upside-down table and explained no footers. A few hours later we got a text stating they were shipped out Tuesday!’ So, on Saturday the crew put in to order them ASAP, so Ashley rushed right to it and ordered them AFTER our texts on Tuesday! Very disappointed in Ashley, who over the last twelve years and six work relocations, we have spent thousands of dollars on furniture. Needless to say, we will never use them again and if asked by friends or family about Ashley, our response will be to go somewhere else. We don't really blame the salesperson as he simply sells the furniture. We were simply looking for help to deal with the other part of Ashley after getting so much of a run around. Update: We received a shipment from Ashley which had the wrong parts. Dealt all day with trying to contact the right people to speak with and get the right parts. After speaking with someone we will be receiving the correct parts in 7-10 days. Unbelievable Ashley! Still have an upside-down dining table in our kitchen. Stay tuned… Final update: Ashley was unable to ship us the footers for the dining set table, communicating to us it may be sometime early to mid-July. We asked for our money back and for them to pick up their unused set, and because there was no availability of parts for this set or an equal exchange of this set, Ashley agreed to pick up the set and refund our money. The Ashley experience has been very negative for us. The right hand does not communicate with the left hand, and it leads to a miserable customer experience. Shop around!

Not a good experience so far! We first asked to see the TV stand we found online and were told they didn’t have it. We walked around and found it ourselves! Then when we ordered it, they told us we would receive it the following week and that no one needed to be home. Once we received the communication for delivery, it was scheduled out for 2+ weeks. We confirmed delivery and were then told we had to be home. We changed our work schedules to be home. NOW, we are being told it won’t be delivered on time and they don’t have a timeframe for when it will be delivered! So frustrated!!! Will never purchase from this store again!

Horrible experience! We got this couch the same week it was on display. They told us it would take 2 weeks to deliver. Guess how much it took? 4 Months!! I would go to the store to ask why it was taking so long and no one was willing to help me. They move the date of deliver 10 times in that 4 months!! I would not recommend Ashley Furniture at all. I will never be shopping from there again. Not all my stuff are delivered at the same time as well. I am still waiting for stuff to get delivered.

This was the first time we had been to Ashley Furniture and my Impression kept changing. The first gentleman was mid age and very friendly, fast talker, knew how to connect with people and read them (You can tell he has a lot of year's experience in sales) but he "knew" the store, product, policy and could answer any and all questions. If he did not know the answer he would find out. Very impressive. My husband loved that he was extremely thorough, I thought a little too much for me but then again I get on a mission and prefer to look and browse first with no pressure. We did browse the [2 story show room] which is AMAZING! and the second gentleman was right up my ally. He was a bit more quiet and extremely helpful and helped me when I needed it. Very Impressive. Do we recommend Ashly in Greenwood? Yes. Best selection around,best delivery and furniture insurance we have seen and customer service could not be beaten. Horrible white glove home delivery! We purchased a King Size Tempur-Pedic mattress and an adjustable base that would fit our bed with drawers at the foot in February 2024. The salesmen and the district manager were nice, and we were able to get the items delivered within a week. However, the delivery team that brought the mattress and adjustable base (is a 3rd party delivery for Ashley Furniture) were not so great. The two guys that brought in the adjustable base, dropped the base on the slats that were supposed to support the adjustable base on the current bed frame. The delivery guy that dropped the base, looked at my husband and shrugged his shoulders and walked out of my house. This man didn't speak English (according to the other guy). The man that did speak to us said he would submit a claim and we would hear back from the warranty company within 2 business days. That NEVER happened! I started calling the warranty department every 2 days and had to repeat my claim every time I called. The 3rd Party finally reached out to me after a month and said they would come by to fix the broken slats. When they finally showed up with new slats, they would not work. I heard the manger tell the delivery guy he would make contact with me in 3 days. Again, that NEVER happened! I would call the 3rd party and they would not take my calls. So once again I had to work with the warranty department and after several attempts of getting this resolved, and after I reached back out to the salesman on his personal cell and told him how unhappy we were, and I would be up in the store within the week to discuss this matter with the manager, I was put in touch with the escalated department, which then put me back in contact with the 3rd party delivery company. I was so over the back and forth with this company! After 4 long months of making phone call and sending emails, we finally agreed that they would send me a check to replace the slats myself. I have bought several pieces from Ashley, and this was the first time for this horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again since they only use this 3rd party delivery company for my area! Buyer BEWARE!

Our salesman was Matt Young and he was FANTASTIC to work with! He was with us for 2 hours making sure all our needs were met and really worked for us! Moving ottomans all around the store to make sure they matched the sectional we wanted! He was terrific! Highly recommend him!

The worst! Do not buy your furniture her and especially don't waste your money on the so called extended warranty... they LIE about the coverage. We've gotten nothing but the run around from the day getting the furniture. It's way over priced, not worth the money and definitely not worth the headache. We got movie theater seats and regret buying them. The "leather" did something where it looks like we spilt something on it but we weren't even downstairs when it happened... now they say they don't cover that AFTER the salesman said they cover normal wear and tear, accidents etc. but found out today non of it's covered.. oh, and the motor stopped working in the back potion, so it only lays back, can't sit in it. We've only had this set 2yrs and we take care of them. Please... don't shop here, spend your money at a better place with better employees. I'll post pictures later when we get home tonight.

This is the first time I’ve written a negative review. I went to Ashley because I believe in supporting brick and mortar businesses. I found a salesperson and I told her I was looking for a taller / bar like table. We looked around the store and found what I was looking for. We sat down and completed the transaction / it was a four week wait and that was okay. It came time for delivery and their automated process was excellent. Communication was great, right up until the box arrived. I was never told the table would not arrive assembled. If it was in the fine print, I missed it. Now I have a box in my living room, and not a completed table. I tried to call and ended up in the chat bot Bermuda Triangle. No personal service, no transparency on assembly required and chat bots galore. If I wanted that experience, I would have just gone online to Wayfair.

Rosi greeted me as soon as I came through the door yesterday. She was extremely sweet and helpful! She showed me exactly what I was there looking for. She showed options that I hadn't even considered. She told me about all of the different fabrics and what would be best for our large family and pets. She also told me what she thought wouldn't be so good for us. She wasn't just looking to make a sale but wanted me to love whatever I chose. I brought my husband back in today and she sold us two couches and a love seat. She was very patient and friendly. She showed us everything again and then some. We are thrilled to have found furniture that will lay a whole that we love. Thank you Rosi!

My experience as always is superb every time I got to shop for new Furniture.

Worst rocking chairs, we bought a rocking chair for almost $300 and it started making the loudest squeaks not even after a year that we bought it. And when I tried to replace it or return it they said it has been a year, when It clearly hasn’t and they couldn’t do anything. I wouldn’t have to replace it if it was made to last at least a year🤷🏽‍♀️ what kind of cheap stuff are these people selling.
