PLEASE READ this before buying anything from Ashley Furniture that could require delivery. I could not be more disappointed with the delivery service at Ashley Furniture. I bought $7k in furniture, and the delivery team completely disrespected our house. By the time they were done, they had put deep scratches in the steel front door (needs to be replaced), damaged my front storm door closing mechanism (needs to be replaced), damaged the locking mechanism on the back French door by pounding on it with a hammer to try to get it open (needs to be replaced), and bashed in the drywall at the corner of one of my walls (requires drywall repair, new corner bead, and paint). Also, when installing the footings on our sectional, instead of fastening them to the wood frame of the sections, they missed the wood altogether and screwed them only into the thin bottom fabric. As such, the screws fell out the same day, and my toddler was walking around with the screws in-hand, which is a definite safety hazard to my child. I had paid over $500 for their "white glove treatment" delivery, and they caused easily a few thousand dollars in damage to our house. I really find it hard to believe that people in the furniture delivery business could actually be this careless and disrespectful. Based on my experience, this could not have been an isolated incident and must be a systemic issue with their delivery service. Therefore, please take caution before buying anything from them that could require delivery. One more thing to add... I checked other reviews to see if mine was a one-off experience, which it obviously is not, and I noticed that Ashley doesn't even bother to respond to critical reviews. Whoever is responsible for responding to reviews simply thanks people who leave positive reviews. Most reputable companies respond to criticism in a positive manner by offering some type of resolution to the issue. If after reading a negative review, I see that the company has made an effort to offer a reasonable resolution, I can overlook the original issue. This type of neglect of accountability says a lot about how they run the business and why systemic issues are not addressed and fixed.

You get furniture that is made to last
Honestly disappointed purchased almost $4k worth of furniture and the quality is horrible. Testing out the couch in store was awesome it felt great but the one delivered is nowhere as nice and the pillows are hard. The mattress only lasted a month before it caved in. Waiting on warranty work if they will even assist.
