Ashley Store Highland, IN

I will never purchase from the Highland store again. Was supposed to get a delivery on 12-17 I never received, upon calling the said it was on lay away even though I paid for the chairs in full. There was a computer clinch they said and I had to go into the store to fix. Not once did Reyna say I am sorry or apologize. She just said I don't know what happened. As of right now they maybe able to deliver 12-18 not even sure waiting for call. They had no problem taking my money but following up on my order and customer service is terrible. Update 4:45 pm now am I not getting my chairs on the 18th. The delivery has been pushed back to Tuesday the 23rd a week later than promised. Was told out of inventory, they must have sold my chairs to someone else, because they had the inventory on the 8th when I purchased. Never again will I purchase from Ashley!!

Customer service was exceptional. I would say i got a great deal on a sectional. I’d recommend seeing Kathy for your needs she’s a great person. 🙂

I bought a living room set and it was delivered today. I just want to say the delivery guys were super!!! They came in set my furniture where I wanted it without causing any damage to my property 💯 those two delivery guys I give 2 thumbs 👍 up beautiful job thank you Ashley any my furniture looks GREAT!!!!😀

I have nothing but good things to say about my in store experience. The young man Marcus really knows how to sell furniture. I wax really impressed. I got everything I wanted at great price. I thought it was great value. They had low, medium, and high prices, so there is something for everyone's budget. Can't wait to have my pieces delivered so I can't start enjoying them. It was my first time at Ashley's, and I will definitely be going back for future needs. 6 months interest free was another great perk. I'm glad I decided to go there, because they always send me texts with their special deals.

Very friendly staff at the store location. Alex, my representative, was very helpful and thorough. However, it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any information regarding my order. I was told that I would receive a $329 credit due to “No use no lose” promise. My order is still pending and with no updates. Customer service cannot help me and I haven’t had the availability to visit the store again.

My wife and I were on a mission to find a new sofa and love seat along with some end tables. We were able to browse the entire store without being pestered by sales people. Once we found what we were looking for, Dimitri was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant to work with and our order was completed very promptly. Also I could not believe the quick delivery timeframe. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

I love this place. Prices are fair but the main reason why I came back after checking other stores was because of the employee, Rodolfo Herrera, he was very patient and helpful!

We saw a sofa that we liked and our saleswoman was very helpful in us purchasing the item.

Went in looking for a couch and dining room table with chairs. Asked the worker named Dimitri how to read the prices because they were confusing. Willing to pay cash for everything that day and he was incredibly rude and insulted us by saying we must have not bought furniture in a while even though we purchased a $4,000 couch last year from them. Completely lost a sale and will never go that location again. I’d Avoid dealing with him at all costs.

I would never shop at this store again the customer service is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. They didn't know answers about anything I asked, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They did say what their policy was in ref exchanges i met the requirements but they refused to exchange. I guess I'll have to go into the store and deal with this in person. The store says call customer service, customer service says go to the store. This is the biggest regret I've ever had buying something from this store.

And, when I was encouraged to make my purchase with an Ashley credit card, I went for it immediately and here's why: I was told that the purchase with an Ashley credit card would be interest free for one year if the balance was paid in full by that time. Today, 9/14/25, 6 months after making the purchase, I was shocked when I went to pay the balance in full ($175) to find a "deferred" interest charge of $207. READERS: If you financed your purchase with Ashley, please read all the fine print on your first statement. Better still, get any and all such promises in writing if it's not on the sales contract. I FEEL TOTALLY BETRAYED AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY AGAIN. FOOL ME ONCE....

Just purchased this table set with a couple of extra chairs, bench and 5 year warranty. Salesman was not pushy and manager gave us a decent deal with promise of a delivery and set up by the end of the week.

A follow up on my last review, Ashley Furniture, do not buy anything from this place. They do not care about customer service. They only care about their bottom line. I bought a recliner from the Highland, IN location, I had ir delivere. After a few days I wasn't happy with it, it was a power recliner. I did not like the powe part, so I went back to Ashley's to exchange it for an manual one. They told me all sales are final. The store manager told me perhaps they may, but she would have to report to higher-ups to see, she told me she would get back to me, she never did. I did get a response from my last post, it said to call them or text them and they would like to talk about this situation, I did request a call back, of course Ashley's never called or responded back to me. So they really don't care about customers, all they care about is making the sale, a screw the customer. So again do not shop at Ashley Furniture. I usually shop at Value Furniture, I just want to try Ashley's. Never again, giving my future business to Value City Furniture.

I went in today just to browse for a sofa, and I absolutely found one that I felt met all my needs. I worked with an awesome sales associate, Rodolfo(Alex), at this location in Highland. I highly recommend working with him and shopping at this location for your furniture needs.

Steer clear and stay far away from Ashley Furniture in Highland, Indiana. They took advantage of my 84 year-old friend by hiding their “no returns” policy in the fine print and never once explaining it to her when she bought a recliner. Within a week she tried to return it, and instead of doing the right thing, they gave her the runaround for over a month with dismissive phone reps, endless texts, and zero accountability. This company doesn’t care about people especially not seniors. They only care about locking you in, taking your money, and hiding behind technicalities. It’s shameful, dishonest, and predatory. Ashley Furniture Highland, Indiana you should be absolutely ashamed!

Beware – Ashley Furniture in Highland, Indiana preys on customers, especially the elderly. I am 85 years old and Ashley Furniture in Highland, Indiana has put me through an exhausting, heartbreaking ordeal that no customer especially a senior should ever experience. I purchased a recliner, and within a week I told them I did not want it. Instead of honoring a reasonable request, they hid behind “fine print” that no one explained to me at the time of purchase. Not a single person told me there are NO RETURNS. They let me find out the hard way—after they had my money. What followed was a month and a half of runaround: endless texts, unreturned calls, dismissive “customer service,” and the worst part, never being able to reach the actual store or the salesperson who sold me the chair. Instead, you’re funneled to a 1-800 number where bots and agents read scripts and assume things are broken without ever sending anyone out to check. They even suggested replacing parts on a brand-new chair parts I didn’t even know were broken! This isn’t customer service, it’s corporate gaslighting. They have wasted my time, my energy, and quite frankly impacted my health. All I did was try to communicate like any reasonable person. Instead, I was stonewalled, dismissed, and taken advantage of because I am an elderly woman. If this is how Ashley Furniture operates, hiding critical policies in fine print, refusing accountability, and treating seniors like disposable wallets then I warn anyone reading this: do not spend a dime here! They care about profits, not people. Ashley Furniture Highland, Indiana, you should be ashamed.

My wife and I wish we could give Alex Herrera 10 stars. You tell him what you're looking for, the style, and the magic starts to happen. Alex knows the store inside and out. Alex knew textures, material, whats online, was honest with various recommendations, etc. This is the second time we've had the pleasure of working with Alex. We just bought a bedroom set 2 weeks ago and Alex customer service was amazing. My wife and I came into the store today after just leaving Macy's furniture store downtown and saw nothing we liked (everything was online can't trust that). We quickly remembered our experience with Alex and knew where our next stop was going to be. As soon as we walked in Alex greeted us with a smile and "hello sir and ma'am welcome back. Please let me know how I can help". We told Alex what we were looking for and again the magic started to happen. My wife and I walked out the store with a sectional, another bedroom set, and dinning room set. My wife looked at me and said I'm glad we didn't just settle with something from online or something we couldn't touch and feel. Oh and not to mention David got us the Labor Day price that made us want to tell family and friends and come back again and again. Thank you Alex and David. Happy wife...happy life.

I love this Ashley furniture store, all of the sale staff make you feel comfortable , they’re not walking behind you everywhere you go as you walk around in the store but they do let you know that they are available If you do need something, the Manager of the store is always helpful as well, He worked very close with you to try to get you your order delivery as soon as possible and he’s honest with you if he can’t get it sooner, he explains everything to you step-by-step to the whole order is complete, At other furniture stores you never even really commune with a manager unless it’s a problem, But as I said earlier, I really love this particular Ashley furniture store. The staff is awesome.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I should’ve remembered the terrible experience this company provided me previously before I made the stupid decision to shop here again. I have been going back and forth with this company for well over two months now since my original purchase of my $900 bed (5/12/2025). The original bed arrived damaged upon delivery (6/3/2025), and I was told by the original agent I spoke with that I’d get a refund. Two days later, I received an email saying the headboard was being replaced; however, the entire bed is damaged and does not fit. It took another two weeks going back and forth until an exchange was issued. On the originally scheduled delivery date (6/13/2025), the drivers showed up two hours early, then canceled the delivery. Finally, on 7/2/2025, the delivery drivers arrived, where they disassembled my original bed, but then (SHOCKINGLY) found the new (exchange bed) was also damaged. I now have a disassembled, damaged, bed in my room, and Ashley had refused to make this right. They do not stand by their products, and if you get a damaged item, good luck, you’re just out the money and this company will do NOTHING to help you. ASHLEY IS A SCAM!!!!

My family ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Ashley, The workers did not inform us that we were signing a contract that explained all sales are final. Our recliner came broken and we tried to return it. Per their policy, we cannot return it, but they can send a replacement for broken furniture. We’ve gotten 3 new chairs at this point that have all been horribly manufactured so we’ve had to keep requesting new chairs. I would recommend spending your money anywhere else and not going through Ashley’s for furniture.

Marcus was fantastic! We walked in pretty much knowing what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. He took us right there and showed us our options. I was impressed by the customer service. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us what we didn’t need or want but was extremely helpful and friendly and the process was super easy and quick.

Delivery was easy, but the driver kept asking about a tip?? I told him I already paid for Delivery & he said, " we don't get that"! There couldn't leave fast enough! I was going to tip them until he asked, then the other guy got an attitude. There were in & out in 5mn!

He worked with me to push out the delivery date and explained the warranty program clearly and honestly. What really stood out was how genuine and knowledgeable Marcus was. Thanks to his support, I made a purchase I feel great about—and I even told incoming customers to ask for him on my way out because I wanted them to have the same exceptional experience. I wanted to share my recent experience at this store, as it was unfortunately quite disappointing. When I arrived to purchase couches for my mother, I was met by an associate who immediately passed me off to someone else, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff seemed distant and judgmental, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, I was charged a different price than what was originally listed online, and no one informed me of the discrepancy upfront. I had to return to the store to get further clarification, which was frustrating. I’m not sure why I was treated this way—perhaps because of my age, my appearance, or something else—but whatever the reason, it left a negative impression. I had hoped for a much better experience and wanted to bring this to everyone’s attention. I appreciate your time in reading this and hope that future customers are met with a more welcoming environment.

We purchased a beautiful sectional from Ashley. I asked David the Manager I needed to change one of the pieces & he understood my reasons & made the adjustment for us. I truly appreciated all his help & our sales consultant Kathy.

Never doing business here EVER again. Waited almost 3 months to receive my entire order. I had to keep calling them for updates on my order. Mattress finally came in, set up delivery time and date while I was on the phone checking on the status of the mattress. I waited all day,NOTHING! Next day, went to cancel order, a staff member assured me that delivery will on Saturday, offered a 10% refund, and would call me back with a delivery time date. Needless to say I received no call. Went into the store the next day for a refund. Manager refunded everything except the 10% discount, " The check for the refund is in the mail ". Still have not received the refund check, and NOW they want me to pay for the mattress cover that I purchased on the day that I placed my order.. So, I have waited over 2 months for Ashley to receive the mattress to complete my order, purchased a mattress cover that can't use because I have no mattress, and no refund check. I have NO faith in this company.

Do NOT buy anything online from Ashley Furniture. You have to pay return shipping charges through FedEx. My three chair return would have costed me $300.00 to return...the cost of the 3 chairs. Only one box was opened and the other two still in the box taped up from manufacturer. Decided just to keep them and use them in the basement or garage, or sell on a Marketplace just to get rid of them. Unfortunately the bar stools were not available in store or else I would have gone there to look at them before ordering. Love the counter stools I re-ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

As for the service, my mom is old school, believed in good customer service, explanation of everything, and what would have been just a 800-900 dollar purchase turned into 3x that. All because of the way Deshawn carried himself. If you go here, I’d ask for him. He is willing to help, answer any question, will not pressure you, and overall is an asset to Ashley furniture.

It's one thing having to wait for a delivery, I get it..BUT when you dont get ALL the pieces. That's A WHOLE NEW BALL GAME!! We made multiple calls and went back to the store a few times! Only for no one to know what's going on. Every time we called we had explain the same situation over and over again. Nobody put notes in the system about our issue of 2 major parts missing to put our bed together. I'll never buy from Ashley furniture again. I'll stick with Darvin!!

I gave one star not for the service but I’m disappointed with Ashley Furniture because in my opinion, they’re concerned with making profit and least concerned with having satisfied customers. I purchased the Altari Manual Recliner in Slate. I have a two piece sectional purchased from this store a year or so and I thought it would work with the decor. Unfortunately it didn’t. The chair was delivered January 15. I immediately called customer service to see if I could EXCHANGE not return, but exchange for the Alloy, a lighter gray. I was told “all sales are final no returns, I’ll take your information and someone will call you 2-3 days” I went back to the store, same day that it was delivered, and was told the same thing. I have purchased three rooms of furniture from Ashley along with other accessories. Purchasing furniture is not like shoe shopping with a simple exchange taking place, this I know. I would have paid for whatever charges needed. Side note, no one phoned me back from customer service. Ashley will no longer be my top choice for furniture shopping, if at all.

Islam is an excellent seller, if I wanted to buy something there again, I would definitely look for her.

I visited the Ashley Store in Highland, IN on 11/23/24 and I had a great experience with the Sales Associate, Marcus. I was shopping for a swivel chair and a new rug. He helped me find a gorgeous brown leather swivel chair and an abstract brown and cream rug that were reasonably priced. Marcus was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We also found a pretty painting to hang on my wall at the entrance of my home. I was pre-approved quickly for financing and my Ashley card arrived in the mail shortly afterwards. My delivery came on 12/12/24 and it was smooth. I would recommend this store, especially because of Marcus’ service.

Horrible delivery service. They delivered us a damaged table. They gave us a different delivery date to replace it which was supposed to arrive at 3:00pm and they didn’t arrive until 9:30 pm with another damaged table. So now I’m going on my third delivery in which they keep leaving my table on the truck all day to get damaged on the truck. I asked them to just take the table back I don’t want to wait for another delivery and keep missing work with delivery after delivery and they refused and stated they can’t take the damaged table. So I am stuck with a damaged table. I never had these issues with Art Van when they were open or The Room Place. Sad that those places are no longer open.

Originally we started looking for a couch back in September and went to a few places. We wanted to have an open mind and see all of Our options. We'll we came back again today and we purchased a couch! I will say the sales person makes all the difference. Today we had Islam and she was the perfect gal for the job! We told her what we were looking for and she showed us where to look around. I love that she wasn't a pushy salesman and she left us a lone to sit and try all the couches. She would come check on us from time to time and ask if we had any questions. There have been a few places we didnt feel comfortable trying to find a couch because the sales rep were too pushy and not listening to our needs. We appreciate Islam making it a flawless and hassle free experience. She is a great employee and glad some sales reps are still down to earth when making a sale! Thank you for the couch and experience.

The young salesperson was nice but she reassured us that there was no sales- after signing for the purchase my husband found the same piece of furniture online for more than $300 less. She stated “I guess we can price match” and we then had to start the purchase all over again. It just rubbed us the wrong way that we had to dig in like we did.

Ashley furniture never disappoints. We bought a sofa there six and a half years ago and it is still like sitting on a brand new sofa. With help from the friendly associate, we were able to find a quality bed set in our budget and schedule delivery. They also answered our crazy questions about our previous sofa, and gave us all the info we needed. Completely happy and will shop there again.

Had a bed and furniture installed with Ashley Highland . Brackets , screws all incorrectly fitted . Only way I found out was when my carpenter had pointed it out . Unhelpful dismissive customer service instore and was fobbed off to a different company to resolve my issue . A while back I bought a table and paid for a maintenance warranty. The top layer of the table started peeling within the first 2 weeks I had it. When I tried to utilize the warranty I was given a hard time and they refused to honor the warranty. I basically just relaminated the top my self. But geez that's shady only had the tables 2 weeks

Found just what I needed immediately, all with great customer service. Even offering us a cold bottle water on this hot day was an extra appreciation of service!!

Khaled was very helpful. We were doing everything over the phone when I told him I was just in there yesterday. I live pretty far from there and it was great that he was willing to help me get my desk without coming back to the store.

Our salesman, Alex from Highland, IN Ashley, was professional, knowledgeable and had great input on what furniture would work best with our color schemes in our new home! The salesman looked and acted like he couldn’t care less if we purchased something (which we did). He didn’t even have to try and sell anything because we knew exactly what we wanted.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ashley furniture in highland Indiana is RACIST. On multiple trips in the store we waited over 30 mins to be assisted even though the store was EMPTY! Then once we were assisted AFTER white customers who came in AFTER us. We were laughed at when we spoke about our wasted time, and when my husband ran to his car to get his ID they locked him out of the store.

Went in to buy a couch from Ashley’s on April 7th this year and after we purchased, we were told by Reyna Hernandez it would arrive at the end of May. The end of May came and left with no couch and no update. We finally got ahold of her to then be told it’s coming July 2nd. July second came with no couch and no update. We go into the store to find out what’s going on and why we can’t get ahold of anyone to be told “I could care less whether you get the couch or not, it’s not my fault” by the same person. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my life and I’ll never attempt to get anything from Ashley’s again. Reyna Hernandez from Highland, IN should be fired.

Bought a couch at the beginning of April. We were told we would get it by delivery at the end of May, that came and went, no couch, no communication. I reached out and then they told us July 2nd, my boyfriend and I have YET to hear a response back, an email, a call, a text, SOMETHING. I feel like they just took our money and left us alone. Very disappointing. Was so excited for that couch.

Poor took 2 months past time they said to get bed and it is damaged then they send someone to fix ...umm no it is brand new I want it replaced well have to send someone to see damage they come say they can't fix we will give you 58 dollars credit no I want it replaced set up apt another month half we confirm apt and now they say we did not confirm are u kidding now have to make a new ticket terrible customer service but they take your payment no problem smh find somewhere else to go they suck asked for supervisor and was told no I will help you and they don't speak good English so hard to undetsyand...smh

I appreciate the ease of shopping and the fact that I did not feel like I was being rushed to purchase anything. Demitri the sales rep gave my daughter and me the space and time to discuss what was needed.

Do NOT go there unless you want to deal with headaches, frustration and high blood pressure from getting pissed off over and over because a bunch of mixed up pieces being delivered and then no one wants to give you your money back! Been dealing with a reimbursement issue for over 2 months!! First off, the warehouse sent the wrong items, turns out the store tagged them wrong, so now we had a second delivery and it was WRONG AGAIN! Then they find out they didn't even have the correct size we needed at all in stock(it was an entertainment system). So we wanted our money back. They came to pick up the furniture and only took one piece instead of it all because they also didn't even include the whole thing on their pickup order. So had to wait to get the rest of pieces to be picked up another day. My husband had to miss 3 Saturdays of overtime work just to wait for the damn wrong items to be delivered and picked up! The store blamed the warehouse and the warehouse blamed the store. We had to keep going to the store 3 or 4 times to check up on the situation because nobody was getting the process going unless we showed up to remind them or push them to do it. At one point we ended up buying the store display because that was the only correct size in stock but we had to wait for it to be discontinued, we got it for a better deal, then when I was trying to get the money back for the returned one, they tried to tell me that I would only get a partial amount due to the remaining balance of the new purchase! Excuse me!? What does a whole new separate purchase have to do with the first purchase that was fully paid for and now in the middle of a reimbursement process. Then they were like oh no never mind. 2 months later I'm still calling the Distribution Center to get my money back. Almost 2 weeks ago they claim they send it and gave me some ticket number confirmation for a debit deposit and a check in the mail, and nothing happens. Then I call today again, and they said that a portion was sent to my debit card $324.84, I check my statement, why did they only send $35?!! The rest is over $1, 000 to be sent in a check(I paid in cash for a portion) so has to be a check that they claim they sent last week. they said that they are so sorry and will send it now and will take 4 weeks or more!! I am beyond pissed at this point, I've been so patient and polite but now I am planning on seeking legal action and filing a consumer report, as well as contacting Telemundo Responds, they help with these type of situations and it comes out on the news for other consumers to beware. They were quick to take my money and so helpful but now no one gives a crap now, its my problem now of course! NEVER again will I purchase here and will share my story with everyone, I know 2 other people who had similar situations there, wish I knew their story before I went there!

Extremely pushy. I came in and was greeted by a salesman before I could get too deep into the store. Which is fine that's their job nothing against that. However I told them specifically this was my first stop and I will be going elsewhere and if anyone else needs help take care of them over me. I let them know I spent a lot of hours in my office chair and it was causing me a lot of pain and I just wanted to try a couple options to see what I liked. They then proceeded to get one of the other associates who insisted I try their tempurpedic mattresses. Very annoying since I do not need one and was explicitly clear that I was here for a new chair. Whatever. I entertained them. Afterwards I reiterated what I was here for and they just said "what stops you from taking the mattress today?" OH I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE I CAME HERE FOR A CHAIR?! Went to Lynn's in the same strip mall and bought a $1400 chair an hour later. I will never be back.

The experience went well. The initial seller seemed nervous, but became more relax as we walked through the store. Was about to leave until team members stepped in. I thought that was great teamwork! After, receiving additional assistance and options, I made a great purchase and left satisfied. The entire team was welcoming, pleasant and provided good customer service.

Our associate that helped us pick our couches was great. Overall they were able to match the price of the couches we selected. What I wasn’t happy about was when we went to pick up the rug we purchased. It was the last rug available they had on the floor. We purchased it and went back 3 days later to pick it up. The rug was still on the floor. Sooo they proceeded to allow more people to step all over it and continue to dirty it even though it was already purchased. That was NOT OK!

When I arrived to Ashley was met by Alex he was very kind and respectful did everything he could to satisfy me in finding what I was looking for they did not have anything on the floor but he didn't stop until he found exactly what I was looking for and he did the job I will be recommending family and friends to see Alex at Ashley 😊😊😊😊😊

I went in looking for a particular piece of furniture and was helped but 2 young ladies working there. They were great (I wish I remembered their names)!! Coincidently they both had the piece I was looking for so their opinion weighed in on my decision to get it. Also, one of them called home to get a video of the furniture so that I could see the functionality of it. That was very sweet of her. Needless to say, I ordered it (not received yet) because it wasn't available in store. Nevertheless, the Highland team was great!

My experience in the door, I was greeted with a smile and throughout my time in the store. Wasn't preaching to purchase anything and when i made my mind to buy I was still treated with that smile ☺️

I went to Ashley furniture looking for a specific couch set that they didn't have available anymore. The salesman was very nice and patient. I went back later with a few different choices and was able to purchase my couch set. Everything was taken care of quickly, and the process was smooth, I was in and out fairly quickly.

Professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable people.

Ashley furniture is high quality furniture . They stand with loyalty to their customers. I'm glad I could take advantage of the interest free for 36 months! I can't wait to go back and continue to furnish my home. They treat you with respect and don't pressure you buy anything you are not comfortable with.

Natalie met me as I came through the door, she asked if I needed help, I said yes and I walked with her as she was showing me what I asked for, she was extremely patient as I went back and forth trying to decide what to pick, we laughed and talked as though we knew each other, she is naturally a people person, warm, witty, and fun to be around, I will definitely visit Ashley Store again, I hope she's there so she can help me again, I hope my comments get her the hefty raise she deserves, what she have is raw talent, thank you NATALIE MANSOUR❤️

Went in with my Father to get a recliner. Was met by a salesmen named Dmitri, very good at what he does for a living. Then the manager, John, came over and we are walking out with a new mattress and adjustable base! Thanks two those gentlemen my Dad is now sleeping in his bed! Best decision ever! The store was pretty well laid out and reminds me Wicks Furniture stores. I've always bought from Wickes and Ashley feels like home.

My niece went elsewhere and it’s taking her 3 months to get her sofa! I have shopped at Ashley before. Their furniture is well made and they have reasonable prices! My experience at the Ashley store it was very good because I had a wonderful salesperson by the name of Miss Reyna Hernandez! I appreciated her knowledge and expertise in helping me to decide on which mattress to purchase as well as the base for my bed. She was filled with knowledge and answered all of my many questions, she had so much patience and she made me feel very comfortable in making my choices . I wanted to give five stars but the store hasn't been able to give me a delivery date because the base of my bed has not been located or is not known to be in stock therefore there is a hold up on my delivery and I really need my bed ASAP because I just moved into a new residence and I have no bed !😁 but I have received good service from the customer care department in assuring me that I should know soon whether they have my base or not in stock. I look forward to using my new bedroom set for a good night's sleep! LOL I appreciate it myself person again very very much, thank you Miss Reyna for your undivided attention and expertise 🤗 and your beautiful personality along with your customer service was amazing.‼️ I look forward to shopping at Ashley store again. I am literally in the store writing this review, looking at the furniture and I have been in here and entirely 17 minutes and all of the coworkers and all of the work is here are just sitting around. There is one mattress person helping out one person and the other ones are just sitting around not we can get me. I had all the intentions on spending money to buy an entire bedroom set as well as a mattress and the adjustable base and I will be taking my business to the Ashley‘s on Cicero Avenue. They do not appreciate minorities here, apparently.

Working with Dimitri Ratner today was a very pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable about beds and mattresses and shared that throughout the sale. He also helped us purchase 2 new recliners. We will be back to work with him again.

My sister and I went to this store looking for new furniture and we had a great experience. The sales lady named Diana greeted us right away and was very helpful with our questions about the furniture. She even helped us with figuring out what kind of financing we qualified for which was nice. Definitely will keep this store in mind for future furniture and mattress purchases.

I strongly urge you to reconsider giving them any of your business. The only thing more terrible than the quality of their furniture is their customer service. I recently had an unfortunate service experience with this specific store. From the store level up to corporate, the customer service was consistently disappointing. I purchased a sofa, love seat and ottoman and each piece is having fabric and/or structural ssues. The furniture quality left much to be desired, with issues emerging shortly after purchase (photos attached). Even with purchasing the extended warranty coverage, which we were explicitly told would cover ANY fabric or structural issues, was denied despite all the extended warranty claims stating our exact issues would be covered. Very deceptive business practices with this store and a very poor reflection on the Ashley Furniture company.

Diana was pleasant professional and attentive. She was very patient and didn't try to sell the product. She projected genuine attention to what was needed.

Khaled the salesman and the service manager (cannot remember her name) were great to work with. They both worked together and met our needs for our recent purchase. This is our 3rd purchase over the years from this store and they have been great every time.

It was like a trip back in time. Display and merchandising was blah. The furniture all seemed kinda the same and prices seemed a little high but isn't everything? I'm more interested in quality and durability , just tired of short lifespans. I would have been interested in learning more but didn't feel it.

So far I am on round 2 of rescheduling delivery since they keep delaying my order and after reading these other reviews I am now just going to cancel my order and save myself the headache 👎🏼 we had to spend Christmas with no living room furnature 😥 Updated: my furnature came 2 days after this post in which 2 items were damaged and one of them even had blood on it, the warranty process has been very frustrating to say the least 😥

the worst customer service I have ever had!! I've tried for over 1 hour to get someone on the phone for a problem with my order and still no luck!! I've been waiting over 2 weeks to get this issue resolved and still have not gotten anywhere!!! Requested a manager call me 3 times and still no call!! Absolutely horrible!! I spent over $9k for furniture and this is just ridiculous!!!

Diane was excellent. She answer all the questions about the display and with delivery.

I went here to try out a couch that I found on there website. The women working there helped us find it. She then said the price which was a $100 more than what I found on online.

Everything was really Great...until time for delivery.. 4 times I brought items from your store.. every time delivery was wrong or late. Once I had to wait 9 months, that's not okay..

I went in on Black Friday for a living room set. I has not had pleasurable experiences in the past so I was apprehensive. However, the floor manager was awesome. She resolved an issue with a previous authorization hold on my Ashley card. I was able to get my set no money down in the color and style that I wanted. I wish I could remember her name but hopefully they will know who I'm talking about. Thank you for doing an awesome job!

Beyond disappointed with Ashley Home Store, the delivery team damaged our home and when I called customer service they let me know that since it was past 72 hours since the delivery was made they were not responsible for the damage. When I reached out to the sales associate who helped us as the store she connected us to another random number who then pawned us off on another third party. Will not be shopping at any Ashley location in the future.

Alex was very nice and patient as I wandered around looking for just the right piece of furniture. Once I found the right one he was able to customize the size for my space. Will definitely be back for bedroom furniture in a couple of months and he will be the one I will be looking for.

Our house is full of Ashley furniture. We had a salesman this time, heavy smoker, VERY rude. I don't think we will be back, not to that location anyway. (Found a better deal at lazy boy 😄)

My 20yo daughter and I only made it 10 feet into the store before a sales person came up to us, which is fine. But when we told him we were only browsing, he actually walked up about 3 feet behind my daughter and stood there. Which was way awkward and weird. Then he followed us around the store watching us like a hawk. I'm like, yes, I'm going to just stick this sofa in my purse. You got me. We didn't stay long because it was uncomfortable. Very bizarre sales person.

I was very happy with the selection and ease of purchase. Walked in to buy a desk I saw online, ended up getting a matching bookshelf too. I was happy with Gena who took care of me and was patient with me when I changed my mind. She had a good eye for my vision. I’m looking forward to going back for my living room furniture.

When the Ashley Home store opened near our home, my family was excited at first, as we had shopped from them from a location farther away in the past and were happy. Unfortunately, both times that we have shopped at this new home store, we have been terribly disappointed. We understood the long wait for one item, but after it finally came, it had numerous chips and scratches in the wood that I ended up fixing myself because no attempt was made by Ashley to remedy it. I believe we ended up getting a $100 dollar discount, but I would rather just have a good product in the first place. More recently, we ordered a set of eight chairs and a dining room table. The assembly of the table was botched and we immediately called Ashley the moment we noticed how the technicians had damaged the underside of our table when they assembled it. That was July 2, 2023 - nearly three months ago. Ashley has repeatedly told us that they will send someone within a week or two weeks during these past three months, but nothing has ever happened. Again, we took off a portion of the price, but I still do not have a working dining room table and have been not been able to invite anyone to my home for dinner yet. Do not shop here. They are unprofessional and will end up wasting a lot of your time.

Called to get some basic warranty information and Rosa kept me on hold for 25 minutes. Stay away and spend your money were its appreciated. Ridiculous!

Our experience was great, the associate Eric Warquier, was amazing. He really took his time to provide excellent customer service, he was very knowledgeable and patient with us in our decision making. Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with our service and happy with the choice we made for our purchase.

I don't know what happened to my previous post. My husband and I returned to Ashley furniture because we brought the whole floor set up for our living before. As we entered. Eric was our salesperson very knowledgeable (2 stars). I decided on the 3pc set with a reclining seat and adjustable headrest totaling around $6000. So, as we walk through the store, we look at all the different sets. My husband couldn't believe not one of the workers spoke to us as we walked around the store. He politely grabbed my hand, and out the door we went. However, we were in another store where all the employees speak whether you're their customer or not.
