The help with choosing the furniture was just fine but when I went to pay for everything the young lady did not mention that the protection plan was a cost of $1000 which was added to my bill. I then called her to speak with her about it and she was very short and said I have to call a 1-800 number to have it resolved. No apology or anything. She also had added an extra piece of furniture and when we were going through the order it was caught. But still nothing was mentioned about the $1000 protection plan that was added. I looked at my receipt after I left the store and realized it because if felt like o had paid too much. Hmmm. I did.

Alexa was friendly and helpful and helped me to make my final decision with ease. I was able to get what I needed and wanted and get out of the store quickly to go about the rest of my day. I have confidence that the delivery will go well and that the couch will be a good product.

ATTENTION. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE. This store location is very bad. The GREENWOOD location is a lot better. The greenwood location helped me as much as they could and were super kind annd friendly. Make the extra drive to greenwood. Avoid the castleton location at all costs!!!! The worst part of the situation is how rude the employees are. They are just interested in making commission and making a sale, if something goes wrong with your order THEY WILL NOT HELP. I was sold a recliner that I was falsely told was available. Moved around my holiday plans and travels to ensure I was present for delivery. Last minute was told it wasn’t going to arrive on time. $178 for delivery. I am also moving cities and in order to change the address you have to go in person and waste your time to get it changed when it could be handled by a phone call. Hard to get a whole of a representative that can help it’s all Bots. I was lied to multiple times about delivery dates which I find super concerning. As adults I would hope we can just be transparent, I think customers would appreciate that less. . All they could offer me is a 5% refund which is maybe $6. I still haven’t received by recliner either lol. Update they cannot ship the recliner to the new address even when I was talking to the sales associate they said they totally could. They need a lot more employee training and training modules. In my opinion, it feels like common sense: if I have a product I’ll sell it’s if I don’t have a product I cannot sell it otherwise it is stealing. Then they drag their feet about a refund. Very concerning Fast forward today. They wouldn’t let me speak to the manager even though I asked kindly. The sales manager talked to me and he became very heated. I tried to remain calm but clearly the topic is frustrating but he was VERY triggered. He started getting flustered and red. It was really strange tbh. I feel like as adults we should be able to work through conflict resolution. He was twice my age but still unable to do this! He should get a new job ASAP if he thinks it’s okay to speak to customers like that!
