Shopped for a dining room set and Lisa was the most helpful ever!!

Lisa helped me find a new mattress. Wonderful help and wonderful place. Always clean.

We were looking for bedroom furniture and we worked with Lisa! She was awesome! My wife and I recommend her!

Salesperson Taylor was wonderful! We picked a nice 3 piece sectional in the exact color we wanted. Delivery came on 5-21-25 and everything was going smoothly UNTIL they unloaded the wedge piece.While the delivery drivers were unwrapping the wedge piece they discovered the wood frame was really busted up bad, almost like it was dropped from a high building or a sledge hammer was used on it (real strange cause it was wrapped up real good with the packaging). They carried it into the house anyway to call the store. They were speaking to Trinity Allison who stated they could get someone out to repair it?????? We refused delivery on this piece and we insisted we wanted it replaced with a new one. The new one was delivered 6-6-25. Fast forward to the 3rd week of June when I began to notice the batting (stuffing) under the seat cushion on another piece started bunching up like it was separating inside the cushion. After going back and forth with Trinity on the phone we agreed to have a repair man come out on 7-2-25. He took the cushion apart and began repairing it. I asked him if this was “normal” his reply was while it was being built they didn’t make sure to have it tucked down. Well here we LESS than a week later it’s pulling apart again!!! I’m not very happy with my experience with Trinity at all. Couldn’t care less than return my call after I left her a voice message letting her know I was pissed and it replaced. This was a 2000.00 sectional! On their website it was marked at a little over 3000.00!!!!! I am filing a better business complaint in hopes to get this rectified first a sectional that is just barely a month old! I will never shop at Ashley furniture again. Bad taste in my mouth Obviously, from your reply, Mr. owner of Ashley furniture you didn’t read my full review it states I contacted Trinity again and left a voice message spoke to her directly. She offered no help whatsoever. I see where this is going with your store.

Taylor Brown was warm, approachable, and knowledgeable on the mattresses in the store. We visited 3 stores and ended up coming back to Ashely’s. Ashleys current sale out bid Mattress Firm. It wasn't just the prices that brought us back. It was Taylor’s customer service, listening ear, kindness, and respect that sold us. We are a humble looking couple and often we find sales consultants to assume we don’t have our finances in order or don’t feel we are really going to buy anything so they don’t give us much time. Taylor stayed after hours with us 2 times helping us finalize our purchase. In the past 5 years we have used Jordan at Ashleys to buy a dining table set, living room set, and bedroom set.

Lisa was very helpful in helping us pick out furniture to match our first house. She showed us many options and helped us stay in our price point but still get what we want.

Customer service at this store is great. I have no complaints about the employees. But if you are in hurry for your items or even a date you need your items delivered, do not trust their estimated delivery dates if they must order the items. We ended up cancelling our order due to it being late.

They took apart everything I needed to help me make it fit it my truck, even found cardboard to help cushion it for the drive home! I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and treatment I received today. We’re going back to furnish my mothers new house aswell!

It's one of my favorite furniture stores. They always will have something that you need or want for your home. The salespeople are always friendly and eager to help. The salespeople I have dealt with do not hover but are there to answer questions. The decorations and furnishings are if quality. The prices can be on the higher side for real wood furniture. It is an upscale furnishings store that is mostly affordable for the medium income family. Great showing Ashley!

Why 5 stars? I found what I wanted online, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time shopping. Ordering took very little time for an even lower price than advertised. The customer service was absolutely wonderful!! I was assisted by Natalie in my purchase of an ornate, baroque/rococo style mirror I found in the clearance area. Natalie was kind enough to grab her manager, Sydney I believe, to fetch a price for the piece since, when I spotted the mirror, it lacked a price tag. When she came back to inform me about the mirror’s price, I jumped on it immediately. It is now one of my favorite pieces in my room. Lovely people, beautiful furniture, and amazing service!!

We went into Ashley’s to look around and didn’t even realize we needed a new pillow. After Natalie showing us the pillow selection, designed specifically for what position an individual sleeps in, we purchased a new pillow, and it has helped tremendously with a restful night’s sleep. This was our first visit at our local Ashley furniture store. We went in with the intention of just looking for a new sectional piece, and came out buying a new sectional. Our salesman was Brian, and he was exceptional. Ashley has a nice selection of all kinds of furniture between living, dining, and bedroom needs. We didn’t feel rushed in our purchase, nor smothered. We ended up liking two sectionals and Brian got us quotes on both pieces. Brian was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer our questions. I can’t say enough kind and helpful things about Lisa at Ashley Furniture Kokomo. We recently moved to Kokomo and were in need of a new living room set for our new home. We walked into the store 10 min. before it closed on Sunday evening and Lisa was welcoming and showed us around the store. We fell in love with a set and Lisa accommodated us by staying late to help with paperwork and loading. It is unfortunate that all this effort by their sales person was for nothing as the company was not willing to stand by their pricing. After everything was said and done, I felt this was a huge bait and switch on their special pricing for their “sale”, that is unfortunate that a company would half to resort to this. Problem now is the warranty and protection plan is for the wrong table. So now I will have the right table and no paperwork for the correct table and no warranty or protection plan that I paid for. If I could give you a rating of Zero I would! My niece bought a mattress for $900, and only slept on it a couple weeks to find out there was something wrong with it. They couldnt sleep on it, it made their backs hurt and her back especially as she has scoliosis. They had to pull out an old mattress from jr High school in order to sleep and get some relief. They called the store and they wont do anything about it. I DONT KNOW what kind of BAD business policy they have going on here at the Kokomo Ashley "Joke of a store" but they will not do ANYTHING to help or return or exchange. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! THEY HAVE NO ETHICS, OR PRIDE IN BUSINESS. They basically stole money from a semi-handycap person. They should be Ashamed! I don't care if this store is a seperate owed franchise, im calling the parent store and letting them know they are ruining the Ashly name. How dare you steal someones hard earned money, and treat your customers like Garbage by selling them your Faulty Merchandise! WARNING DONT SHOP HERE! This is NOT OVER! I SEE A LAWSUIT COMING!

Don't ever buy a mattress from here. They are the only store I know of that doesn't let you try out your mattress and return it if it doesn't work for you. I'm now stuck paying $900 for a basic mattress that I can't even sleep on and now I have to pay up anyways. Go literally anywhere else. Their return policy also was never explained to us when we purchased. The owner also obviously as you can see by his reply is unwilling to be reasonable. Not good business practices in my opinion. My family and I will not be doing any more business here.

We had been shopping for a new bedroom set and not finding anything that we really liked. We stopped into Ashley and talked to Lisa Burthay & with her help, we were able to find the perfect bedroom set!

Purchased a new table and chairs for our dining room through a private event and got extra savings. Lisa did a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable.

The sofa arrived with a missing back cushion. I contacted Lisa, my sales rep, who said she could not help as she was going on vacation. After calling three times to leave a message with Trinadee, I finally got a return message and text. She ordered the replacement, but the cushion arrived as a pillow form without stuffing. It took several more texts/calls and a two week wait before a box with batting arrived; it was a terrible mess to fill the cushion. Also, the original delivery date was postponed by a month. It was only after I threatened to cancel my order that my sales rep worked out delivery during the first week of July as promised. I moved in March and had no furniture; I had chosen Ashley for the no-hassle 'quick ship.' In the end, I was told one month to delivery, but this turned into two months for the complete sofa with all cushions. I would give one star except that other furniture stores are even more delayed right now due to the post-pandemic labor scarcity, and Lisa and Trinadee solved the problems (though only after I pushed them). I also appreciate that the sales and delivery team coordinated my swap for taller sofa legs that I purchased externally to increase the height of the sectional. The delivery team drilled my legs into the sofa without any problem, and I appreciate this. I wish that Ashley offered a wider range of sofa legs to support customers in customizing height, and I with that Ashley loaned fabric samples. But the Kokomo Ashley is by far the best in the greater Indianapolis region for its flexibility. Other branches closer to the city will not send pillows home with customers, and Lisa was supportive as I tried different sofa pillows against the paint in the house that I just bought. The Kokomo Ashley also has better staging, and I was impressed by the bigger size and better cleanliness of the showroom.

It's that time! Our mattress is not our best friend anymore. Gary and I went to look at Ashley furniture for a tempur pedic, they have a great selection and with Michelle as our sales girl things couldn't have gone any better. I was approached when I arrived and checked up on in the mattress department. Michelle had excellent knowledge with these and also entered a raffle for two free pillows. We ended up receiving texts updating everything we needed to know. Thanks for a great experience.

Lisa was hospitable not only to my husband and myself but to our young children who were along for the length day of boring furniture shopping. We needed a couch and Lisa at Ashley was so helpful. We found the perfect couch with her friendly assistance. She was even able to navigate our two children asking 20 questions while still helping us. She got us a great price and then when the price dropped $300 a few days later she refunded that to us with no hassle whatsoever! Will definitely shop with her in the future. Great experience.

After visiting several furniture stores in the area I finally found what I was looking for at Ashley’s in Kokomo IN. The sales consultant that assisted me on my purchase was Jordan, he was very patient and answered all of my questions. If you are planing on stopping by Ashley’s furniture store I will highly recommend that you work with him as he is very knowledgeable and honest. Over all great prices, lots of furniture at the store and great costumer service.

I am coming back to update my review and deducting 2 stars. When we placed our order for furniture in mid-February it was said that we should have everything before May. Now upon nearing the end of April we have had to reach our several times for updates and received very little information. I am understanding things happen but there should be better contact between the manufacture and company to give a better idea if there are delays and when to expect product. We still have no idea when the sofa will be sent from the manufacturer although 2 weeks ago when we called for an update it was said April 23rd it would be sent to their warehouse. Today upon calling we were told that the entertainment center we had ordered now may not appear until maybe July but even then not definite of a time frame. The lack of updates is extremely off putting given we have no true dates at this point to anticipate delivery. I’d like to add that our sales rep has been as great as she can be. My complaint is not directed towards her by any means as it’s out of her hands.

Lisa has been amazing. I purchased my set from Ashley over a year ago, and she made it so seem less. We came in today for my mom to purchase her bedroom suite, and again made it so fast and easy. She even remembered my son and I from purchasing mine. That’s hard to find now a days. The biggest reason we will keep coming back!

My family just bought furniture from Ashley Furniture in Kokomo and we worked with Lisa she was wonderful she worked hard to get us the best price overall it was a great experience

Not even wort the one star I have to give to post the review. Extremely disappointed. Salesperson helped us pick some dining room chairs to match our table. Had none, in stock so we had to have them ordered, based on her recommendation and knowledge of the color matching our current table, from pictures online. Paid for them in full, and waited months for them to come in. When they finally did come in, color was no where close to a match. We returned the chairs within 36 hours of picking them up, and the store charged me 10% to return them, even though it was there salesperson who said these would match. We have been a loyal customer of this store for years, but we will never buy another piece of furniture from the Kokomo, IN store again. In my opinion, they stole money from us for their error in recommending these chairs.

He is the short guy you see advertising locally on Ashley TV commercials. Just ask for him. He will make the process enjoyable even for the guys that are dreading the furniture shopping experience. He made choosing a new entertainment center and end tables, fast, fun, and easy!! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs. I worked with Lisa B. on a purchase of an accent cabinet and a doorbuster priced bed that was just too good of deal to pass up. I went in looking for a buffet, sideboard, or some type of storage piece for my informal dining space and walked out with both for less than the cabinet could have been by itself. We were able to browse at our leisure, and come to our decision without any pressure which was great!
