I was looking for a couch. Went to several stores in Lafayette. Went to Ashley Furniture and they had the same exact couch that I was going to buy at Star Furniture. I had a quote and I showed my salesperson Sydney. Fantastic woman very honest very very helpful. I showed her the quote asked if they price matched she said absolutely. She then proceeded to say to me why don't we use our price. And their price was $100 less then Star Furniture. I would recommend Sydney above everybody in lafayette. She was honest on so many things and she didn't have to be she could have sold me that couch for what Star Furniture quoted me at and I would have bought it. Ashley furniture has a good supply of pieces in stock everyday. Amina was knowledgeable and helpful too. Overall a great experience.
I haven’t always had the best experience with Ashley Furniture in other locations. But new town, new store, so I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. Madison is an amazing associate. She is super nice and helpful. Very accommodating with the situation I had come up. She was also extremely helpful when there was some confusion during the delivery process. MADISON NEEDS A RAISE!!!
