Terrible manager. Negociaciations were fine until they wouldn't honor a price for just a sectional. I had a drop dead counter offer for everything! The sectional, area rug, two end tables, sofa table and lamps! I made a reasonable counter offer for the sectional and rug and then denied the original pricing for the clearance sectional. I was told it was all or nothing. Poor Form Ashley Furniture, Lafayette, Indiana, 47905!
I had an amazing experience shopping for new furniture. Our sales Rep Cat was super sweet and a joy to work with. She was well knowledgeable on the different varieties of products your company has to offer. When I was looking for the things I was needing. She helped me find all the things that made my living space a much better place to be in. By the way our cats love the new sectional. As you can see in the pictures i sent. She showed me some things that I wanted too. Lol So needless to say the inside of my house wasn't the only thing that got a face-lift. My back patio did too. Thank you Cat for making shopping so much fun!

Purchased my loveseat and Purple mattress from Ashley. Selection was good and I appreciated the nicer quality as I am a person that plans on keeping my furniture for awhile. All the sales staff was friendly and helpful, but did not hover and have me time to look and decide without pressure. I would highly recommend Ashley.
Just recently bought a couch from here and the staff was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable on all the furniture!

I really like the open flow of the store. It makes it so easy to view the products. I was really impressed with the wide variety of inventory. The sales staff were so helpful and friendly. I definitely will continue to shop there.

We worked with Cat and she was amazing. I kept adding and changing things and she did not make me feel like I was being a pain at all (even though I know I was). Highly recommend going in and finding her!!
