(Translated by Google) If I had read all the reviews beforehand, I never would have bought these products. I went in January, attracted by the store closing-down "sales." I bought a 6-seater dining set that was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks, which didn't happen. After a month, the seller contacted me, saying it would arrive a month later. Since I was moving out of state, I asked them to send it to my new address because, due to their failure to deliver, I hadn't been able to send it with my other belongings. So I told them to send it to another address so I could send it with other things I needed to send to my new place. I also requested a refund for the home assembly fee to ensure everything would be okay. Initially, they told me that wasn't possible. I said I would contact customer service, and they told me they would refund half the money, which I had no problem with. The long-awaited day finally arrived after 11 weeks of waiting. I was always clear with the seller: I live in a third-floor apartment and I need it to be left at least at the bottom of the stairs. The delivery driver... That rude, awful person said he would bring it upstairs himself, but if I wanted it brought upstairs I would have to pay $249 for delivery and an additional $200 to take it up to the third floor. Clearly, if I had been informed of these charges, I would have canceled the purchase because I'm not interested in paying excessive amounts for a table and chairs that cost me almost $3,000. He left the six chairs and the table outside the building in the rain. It's the worst. I'm sure I'll never buy another chair from them. (Original) Si hubiese leído todas las reseñas antes jamás hubiese adquirido estos productos fui en enero atraída por las “ofertas” del cierre de la tienda adquirí un comedor de 6 puestos que sería entregado entre 2 y 4 semanas lo cual no sucedió después de un mes el vendedor se puso con contacto diciéndome que llegaría estos un mes después, tú vendedor que mudarme fuera del estado pedí que me lo enviaran a mi nuevo domicilio ya que debido a su incumplimiento en la entrega no había podido enviarlo junto a mis demás cosas y no se podía entonces les dije que me lo enviaran a otra dirección para enviarlo junto a otras cosas que debo enviar a mi nuevo domicilio por lo cual solicité devolvieran el cargo por armarlo en casa y garantizar que todo estaría bien, me informaron inicialmente que no se podía dije que me pondría en contacto con el servicio al cliente con lo cual me informaron devolver la mitad del dinero con lo cual no tuve problema, llegó el tan anhelado día después de 11 semanas de espera siempre fui clara con el vendedor vivo en un apartamento en tercer piso necesito que lo dejen al menos al pie de las escaleras el repartidor un patan, grosero horrible persona dijo que él lo iba a subir nada que si quería que lo subieran debía pagar $249 por la entrega y además $200 por subirlo al tercer piso claramente si me informan de estos cargos cancelo la compra pues no me interesa pagar montos excesivos por una mesa y una sillas que me costaron casi $3.000 a dejado las 6 sillas y la mesa en la parte de afuera del edificio y lloviendo es lo peor estoy segura que no vuelvo a comprarles una silla
