Wasn't able to rate "0" stars otherwise would have given them that rating. Our sales associate was knowledgeable on the furniture and was pleasant during the shopping experience. When it was time to check out, there were some discrepancies on the invoice total (overcharged by a few dollars) that would have gone unnoticed had I not taken a second look. We were told ETA for End of October (ordered couch 9/30) and that he would reach out during that time for Delivery. End of October rolls around and the text update we received was that it was still "on track" for end of November. AN ENTIRE MONTH PAST THE ORIGINAL ETA. After going into the store, he confirmed ETA was officially 11/27 for WH delivery. The Wednesday prior to the 27th, it was still on track. Called the store on Monday the 27th for an update and now it is pushed back till next week. After a few calls with the office, no responses from Managers, I was able to connect with Heather, who essentially told me, that sucks, but it's just an ETA. She informed me that she could not offer any vouchers or discounts because their policy allows them to be 12 weeks past the ETA. I'm very frustrated with the customer experience. It felt as though the store wanted the commission and didn't care about anything besides that. Still have not received my couch, but hoping it shows soon with no damage.
Adrian was so helpful and patient with me!! He was a lot of fun to work with. Staff at the desk were great too.
