They are very friendly because they want your business and money, but have no actual interest in what’s best for you. I used a $300 coupon and the couch was the same price as if I’d never used the coupon. Online deals are very different from store prices which sucks, and you can’t use them with any coupons. When I went to the store I had intentions of working with Tyler who I previously spoke with, but Rose stepped in and showed me around the store, and in the end she ended up taking half of the deal although she never talked to me about the couch I ended up buying, resulting in Tyler not wanting to help me with the couch anymore, because he wanted to “see other customers”. Overall the people I worked with are very money motivated and I felt that’s the only thing they cared about. I did not like my experience with rose because she told me false information and was very rude in my opinion. I only bought my couch from this store because I thought it was the best decision for me. They do have nice couches, but very pricey.

The delivery guys (I believe ones name was Brendan) were wonderful, it is incredibly hot out and our sofa set is very heavy, they still went out of their way to ensure we were happy with where they were placed and put everything together with care.

Shopping at Ashley was a first class experience all around. My wife and I went into the store with a lot of purchases in mind. Their in home designer helped us thru each of the items ensuring that everything fit our aesthetic. Delivery process was extremely smooth, with zero hassle. They put everything together for us and saved us days of figuring it out ourself. They were both very friendly and cordial throughout the whole process and it was a HUGE job in very high heat! 5 stars all around for Ashley!!

Wife and I went looking for a new set for home and just like before we chose Ashley went in deciding where to start for a couch and even before we reached our starting spot an employee of the store came up to us and asked if we needed help and we said yes and told the person what we are looking for, we said a couch in the style of what we bought before and it just so happened that style was no longer being made so he asked us to go out to the tent that they had a sale going on and that they had something similar but in bomber jacket styling and I would probably like it so we went to look and immediately knew that is a good looking set so after a few minutes of talking to nick the sales person about the couches and chairs etc. We decided that we really wanted the set all three pieces and we are very happy we did buy them they look awesome and are soooo comfortable i just can't say enough about them they are awesome you will not go wrong I recommend ashley furniture to everyone who is looking for a new set of furniture. I went to Ashley hoping to find a recliner and for our bedroom and living room furniture. I had very specific features in mind so I wasn’t sure if I would have to go to a few different stores. Naf, the salesman who greeted me at the door listened to what I wanted and was able to show me all of the furniture that may suit my needs. Indeed within a short amount of time spent with Naf, I had all of the living room furniture selected, and even the recline! Naf is incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture inventory in the large Ashley store in Mishawaka. Not only was Naf knowledgeable about the inventory, he is also courteous and very personable. He made the whole shopping experience quite easy. The Ashley store in Mishawka has a huge inventory. It will be my first go to for any future furniture needs.

The wife and I were going recliner love seat shopping on Father's day. Plans were to go to a few different furniture stores and look around. Well.... Rose was such an AWESOME sales lady, we did not have to waste our day going to other stores. She took the time to find just the right Loveseat that met my wife's and my needs. Then Nicholas came along and sold us the best bed, mattress and bedframe, headboard the sell. We could not be more happy.

The delivery guys (Paul K. And Brandenn C.) were great! They were very nice and very efficient. They showed up on time and were helpful. My only complaint is the tables were put together incorrectly and were missing small pieces. The bars were put on upside down. It still works but now the welds and holes on the bars face up instead of down. Two out of the six of the leg caps on the table are missing making it wobble. I could’ve bought the tables on amazon, not paid near as much and put them together myself for that quality.

This company is clearly manipulating the reviews to deceive customers with fake 5-star ratings. The quality of the furniture is appalling, and the delivery time is unacceptably long, stretching to months. It is evident that they are resorting to deceitful tactics to attract customers. I strongly advise steering clear of this company, especially under the management of Marrisa.

Adrian was super friendly and helpful in getting me and my partner paired with a great new couch for our first home! The process was so smooth and it left us feeling excited to have a major box checked on the list of first home items to get purchased.

I ordered a sectional on line, going by reviews. It was easy and they kept in contact. We were able to get it delivered a week sooner than expected and the guys were professional on delivery and set up. We've only had it a week, but so far the furniture is comfortable and looks great!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ashley Furniture and their General Manager Marisa. I was promised a two week lead time for my furniture order, only to have it show up months later. Marisa's customer service was abysmal and she offered no help or solutions to the situation. Not only did my furniture arrive months late, but the delivery crew showed up an hour early for their 3 hour window, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. They delivered a bed with no bed frame, leaving me with a useless piece of furniture for months until the bed slates finally arrived. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and in return, I received nothing but frustration and disappointment. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone based on my experience with Marisa and the terrible service I received. Avoid this store at all costs.

Was ok found couch and loveseat but I'm not getting delivery as soon as I wanted it. Hope it comes in a timely manner.

Kennedy was fantastic!! She greeted us right away and asked some questions to help direct us, offered some suggestions based on what we told her, but then she left us to check things out and talk about things. She checked on us periodically, but never hovered or made is feel pressured. When discussing pricing, she was super informative and got us a good deal. She was just super friendly and helpful without being pushy. We left to think things over, but ultimately came back less than an hour later. We were greeted by other members of staff who were very nice and friendly, welcomed us back etc. Overall, very good experience!! Update: when we got the sofa, we were told in store that it should arrive to their store location within 2 weeks, and then we'd be contacted to schedule delivery. After 2 weeks, tho, when I reached out to follow up, I was told that the couch was "very popular" and was on back order and/or that delivery would be delayed and we probably wouldn't receive our sofa until the end of July. We bought it on June 2. Obvs not ideal when we thought we'd be getting it much sooner. So I do feel like that could have been something that Kennedy could have mentioned when we purchased it, or could have notified us of whenever she found out. The reason provided was that they had a lot of orders over their memorial day sale, so the trucks were all spoken for. Which, ok, but also, Ashley Furniture is a nation-wide chain... if you're going to have a sale, maybe plan ahead and make sure you have sufficient trucks to be able to handle the higher product shipments? Either way, we weren't in an enormous hurry so it was annoying but not something we couldn't handle. We did get delivery 2 weeks prior to the newer estimate. So that was nice, but it was still over a month since we bought the couch and therefore at least 2 weeks after the time we were initially told. Delivery - We have an older house, so the doorways are admittedly a bit more narrow than maybe a newer house. The corner piece wouldn't fit, so the delivery guys offered to leave it in our garage so we could figure out how to get it down ourselves - which is fine and honestly not surprising. The other pieces they were able to fit down and get assembled. While doing that, tho, the doorway trim was scratched/damaged a bit. Again, not unexpected but I guess I would have thought they would have some sort of cushion or blanket to wrap over the furniture to avoid damage like that from occurring. Overall, very pleased with the delivery guys and their work! They were very nice, offered to try different ways to get the corner piece down, offered a few alternative options for us, and were appreciative of our understanding. They were on time with when they said they'd be here, and were done quickly as well. Overall pleased with our whole experience with Ashley Furniture and the delivery.

First off a huge compliment and shoutout to Adrian and Jolene who were awesome!! Super helpful and friendly. Their sales approach is one of the best I have ever seen. They don't pressure you into buying something you can't afford. Also they were extremely helpful and spent time in helping my Mom find something she liked, because she doesn't like the modern style. So that was a workout LOL. Even helped us find a fabric that would be good with our cats and dogs. I will conclude with they were so good we found just what we needed after looking at several stores. I purchased my furniture the end of May, after not hearing from the store about my delivery. I called them on June 21 only to find out my bedroom suit was on backorder until August. No one ever called me so when I inquired about a Refund I was told I would be charged 1500 to 2500 restock fee. My salesman, Joe claims that there was the bedroom set was in stock when I placed my order, however after contacting the district manager in the better business Bureau, I have learned that they’re saying now people that paid for the same bedroom suit before me are still waiting. I had an excellent experience at Mishawaka Ashley store. Naf showed me around for a bit. After telling him that I would need to get a designer involved before making final decisions, he immediately T-O’ed me to Marissa. Marissa immediately earned my respect and confidence in her abilities to put rooms together. I’m excited for everything to come in so I can see how everything flows! I visited a couple of competitors, there was no comparison in the products or the people.

We had Taren for our sales person. She was sitting at the front desk when we came into the store and greeted us with a nice smile. We told her we were looking to replace our RV furniture and needed precise measurements and weight. She was very helpful by helping us find the right style, measurements, and weight. We purchased a beautiful good quality leather recliner loveseat for 1/2 the price they were going to charge us at Bradd and Hall RV furniture. (Ultra leather) I think it would have been good quality for an RV furniture place but compared to top of the line real leather from Ashley's furniture you can't beat it! And at 1/2 the price!!!! Sales side of it went ok but the delivery was a different story. Missing shelf parts on the end table and now zipper won’t hold on the couch- a bit frustrating when the only way they communicate with you is via email. - Been 9 days waiting on missing parts and who knows how long on getting this zipper fixed.

Took a very long time to get the furniture delivered. The delivery men, were excellent, Shout out to Alex and Sean. However, the recliner on left side of L shaped couch doesn’t recline. It catches underneath and doesn’t close. Bottom portion sticks out. Not good for the money we spent. I will need to get it repaired.

Delivered in a timely manner and assembled well,except bed rails were not in the box so bed setup was incomplete. Local store is working to resolve the issue and apologized on the spot.

We came in to look at bedroom sets for my teenage daughter and Joe was very nice and did everything to make sure all my questions were answered. We left to go to lunch and I asked my daughter if she wanted to go look somewhere else and she said no because she already saw what she wanted at Ashley's and that she also liked how Joe was really nice. I really love the couch that we bought and the delivery/assembly process was pretty smooth. Giving 4 stars because on day one of having our couch one of the legs was falling off. We really had to mutilate the underside of the couch and the leg itself trying to get it back on

This review is not about the furniture, just this store itself, this is our experience only. Just know before you decide to buy there are no cancellations or returns once you sign the paperwork. If you decide to purchase, go home and look on the Ashley website, what you want most likely is cheaper, our couch was $500 less on the website and actually on other furniture stores websites, same exact model number. Make sure if you are financing they tell you clearly what current deals apply to what specific financing (synchrony etc), that 60 months no interest might be for another finance company. Our salesperson “was mistaken”. And if you are financing from synchrony, expect to have to pay the taxes and any delivery fees with a different form of payment.

Would give negative if I could was told furniture was in stock in Ft Wayne and would ship the next day and now told wont be shipped until 2 weeks later really hate being lied to. Also there instore price is different thanonline price

Shopping at Ashley was very easy and Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable. We may have to return the couch though because it has caused intense napping episodes and when we are at work all we can think about is coming home and relaxing on the couch!

I specifically wanted a couch for kids and dogs. The salesperson convinced me to get a more expensive couch that would stand up to it. It’s barely a year later and the seats are worn so much that it’s easy to puncture them even though I’ve kep a cover on them all the time. The warranty through furniture care protection is worthless. They have exclusions for everything, and they specifically don’t cover damage from dogs. They cover nothing that is “accumulative” which is actually everything. The salesperson took advantage of my trust to make her money and I will not be returning there.

Watch out if you buy furniture here. They make you sign contracts stating you can not return or cancel your order. They put it in fine print and don’t go over it while they have you sign a million signatures. Total cheap sales tactic

I will never purchase another item from Ashley Home Furniture store. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars on bedroom, living room furniture and kitchen tables. We had an issue with their previous warranty company when after a year our table warped in one section pretty badly. They said though it was a 5 year warranty we could only use the warranty once. They replaced the table and 6 months later it warped again. We went in September to purchase a new couch. I had planned on the dark gray less expensive couch because we have 4 kids. I really liked the light gray couch which was more expensive. Our sales lady, the manager and front desk explained they have a new warranty company Furniture Care Protection that is so much better and they have “never had an issue or complaint!” I didn’t want the warranty / protection but they continued that they would cover anything, blood, make up, chocolate, etc. The staff talked me into the more expensive couch with the furniture protection. Not even 7 months later my 3 year old drew make up on the back panel. I called and filed my claim on time. Sent pics to the warranty company and then played phone tag with Monica for 3 weeks because you can never directly speak to someone. She finally responded my claim was denied for extensive damage and it won’t be covered. It is one panel on the back of the couch and arm rest. This was my concern from the start that they would pull this. I feel the staff at Ashley misled and acted in bad faith. They received a commission on their sales. I would have opted for the darker couch without paying the furniture protection price had I known it would be the same as the previous situation. I have tried to get his resolved with their parts department in Fort Wayne and the local Mishawaka store but they are unhelpful, using the warranty’s decision to not cover this. If I want to fix my brand new couch I now have to PAY: parts, service and trip fees!!!, even though that is what I paid for: furniture protection. It is absurd. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general for both Ashley Home Furniture store and Furniture Care Protection. My concern is staff is pushed to get higher sales and commission and are getting compensated to push a warranty provider that does not deliver. BUYER BEWARE!!

Showroom customer service is not helpful. One foot was missing a screw and they did not want to try and look for a spare screw in the back. Definitely compare with online prices because we saved a lot of money with price match Ashley online. Update 02/12/24; I waited for 4 weeks for my furniture to arrive and it came with missing parts, now I have to wait 10 business days for it to arrive. It goes to show that Ashley Furniture only wants your money and does not go above and beyond for their customers.

First, I want to say that I do not ever write bad reviews, I am not that type of person but this has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I visited the store on 1/20/24 and purchased a living room set. First time buying from them and will NOT ever again!!! I was assisted by Matthew M. he was nice but not upfront about their strict policies until after I made the purchase and of course ALL SALES ALL FINAL so you better be sure what you get is what you want. Honestly, I was left feeling uneasy and not 100% satisfied since day one and not because of the furniture. Later, I spoke to the store manager Sydney about a delivery issues and she offered no flexibility. If you decide to buy from them. I suggest you check online prices first because they upcharge at the store but will price match, I saved $800 that way. Expect them to keep pushing for their warranty +$399 and premium delivery +$349. I declined and went for the basic delivery because I preferred to pick up my furniture but was told I had to have it delivered since they were price matching their online price. Not a huge deal but I found out that basic meant they just dumped my stuff in the garage because they would refuse to bring them in the house. No, no, for that I would have had to pay for their premium delivery.

I Have purchased from Ashley furniture before, but this is the first time at the Mishawaka location. I found the selection at the Mishawaka location to be great as well plan on purchasing some additional pieces in the future.

As a young couple purchasing furniture for the first time, we were hesitant. Drew and Cassandra were very personable, kind, and extremely helpful! We will definitely be returning!

Went into the store on 1-2-24. We were greeted very professionally and were given some space and time to look around. After not seeing anything that we liked, my wife and I went to exit the store. We were stopped by a man at the front asking if we found anything. After saying that we were not interested, he kept pushing us to look at other options online. The gentleman at the front was very pushy. I told him I wanted to leave three times and that we just were not a fan of what we saw. He kept insisting we stay, and he would "show us more". I am in commission sales myself and understand the want to close the sale and help the guests. I told the gentleman this and explained once more that we understood he was trying to help and that we just were not interested. He got personal saying he "closes a lot of sales" and wanted to show us more. After saying no once more, he finally backed off. It was a very uncomfortable situation that made us feel like we had to explain and defend us wanting to leave. A terrible ending to a great start.

When I decided to get my family new living room furniture, I didn’t think it was going to be as hard as it was. I was looking for something and to be honest, like all other decisions, I had no idea what I wanted! But Drew help me to the fullest!!! After going into several other stores on a Saturday, I made my way into Ashley’s and Drew was the first person to make contact with me. He took me around, showing me different items, listen to what I was looking for, and tried to help me. I ended up not being sure of anything and decided to call it a night. The following week Drew reached out to see if there was anything he could do to help, so I decided on the next Saturday to head back. Once again he greeted me at the door! I had been to a few other places, trying to find what I wanted and getting no where. I was about to settle on something I truly didn’t want. But Drew wouldn’t let me settle! He spent several hours with me (along with my son and brother) showing me all that Ashley had to offer! He discussed all my concerns and issues, and helped me find the furniture that I didn’t know I wanted! By time we were done with the order, they were closed! The following week, I discovered that the prices on the Ashley website were a better price than what was in store! So I reached out to Drew to see if a price match could happen. And guess what, HE MADE IT HAPPEN!!! He has followed up and made sure all was well! Even when the new invoice wasn’t showing up in my email, he took a picture and texted it to me, so I have it! He is definitely the best Ashley has to offer, and if you ever decided to go to Ashley’s, go to the Mishawaka store and ask for Drew! He will go above and beyond for you! Also, y’all need to give that man the biggest raise! He has been helping me for almost a month now! I cannot wait to get my new furniture delivered! And for all my furniture needs in the future, I’ll be heading back to Ashley’s in Mishawaka and seeing Drew!!! Happy holidays and thank you very much Drew!!

DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture. They are flat out dishonest and will lie straight to your face for a sale. We caught the salesman Nick flat out lying to us but ended up making the purchase anyways. Horrible decision. Nick also said it would be delivered within 2 weeks because it's a popular seller and in stock in one of their warehouses. Another lie i just called and was told it would be minimum the beginning of February which will be at least 6 weeks out. And when trying to cancel told by Sydney the rude manager on the phone that is not an option!! Stating if it was Sydney's Furniture it may be different but it's not her policy. Run FAR from Ashley furniture.Update to review 01/05/24: After posting this review I received a call from Sydney stating she was able to "pull some strings" and get our living room set delivered today . We will have to drive to the store and pick up the tables that were not in yet even though we paid delivery. She also asked me to update my review so I am doing so. The delivery guys from Ft. Wayne were polite, friendly and accommodating.

This was my first time at Ashley, and I will be back. For anyone fed up with the typical high pressure sales at other furniture stores, I recommend Ashley. Drew was awesome throughout my entire shopping experience. He was knowledgeable of the products and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. He asked what brought me in, he showed me different options and features, and gave me time to shop and test out the furniture on my own. As I wanted. When I had questions, Drew was easily found and ready to help. My purchase (a power recliner) was competitively priced. Overall an A+ shopping experience. I will try to remember to update once my recliner is received and tested out at home.

Amazing service!

We bought about $14000 of furniture from Ashley in Mishawaka. They said it was in stock, and could deliver in about 4 weeks. The furniture was for a brand new house I purchased for an Airbnb. 8 weeks later I just got it, minus the sleeper sofa. So I had to go find one myself at another Ashley so they would match. Luckily I did, with no help from Mishawaka Ashley! So they did agree to return the sofa that wasn’t delivered, but they didn’t return the new delivery charge or return the furniture care plan I purchased with them, so I paid twice for White Glove service on the sofa ??? I will never, ever buy from the Mishawaka store again!! Terrible. I bet the owner or manager will never contact me. They got me for about $250, and a ton of aggravation.

The chair is not working right. I can get the foot rest to go in with my legs. When I go to get up the foot rest is rubbing the floor. Is there some way to adjust the chair.

Thought I would be happy with the furniture that I picked out. Until I was lied to everything was fine. I bought the stuff in late November and was told delivery would be no later than Dec.18. Just received an update on delivery, I’ll be lucky to get it in January and maybe later. Stay away if you expect any kind of decent service. I understand mistakes but the two people who sold me the furniture outright lied to me. Guy named Drew, told me to come pick it up myself if I didn’t like the delivery date.Same guy who said I’d be getting the furniture byDec. 18. STAY AWAY there’s plenty of other furniture stores. I’m giving one star because it won’t post unless you give it stars. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

I rarely leave a negative review. I only do so when service is horrible or lies are told. In this case, lies were told. Choose a different Ashley location. Avoid this one. They just are not honest here. EDIT TO ADD: I made contact with the corporate office, was called back for information on what happened, and was assured my concerns would be escalated.

My husband and i went into the store for him to suprise me with a new vanity for Christmas and while there we also purchased night stands to match our bed. After our purchase we had went to go re look at our purchases online and notified a drastically different price from what we were charged which was concerning. We were over charged almost $600 more compared to what was online. I called today and was told wed get the matching prices of what was online and what we were charged. Matt was very kind and easy to work with. He made purchasing easy. He also made the conversation today about being reimbursing us for over payment easy. We would have given a 5 had this not happened. Seems as if the two systems should match each other. Had i not gotten online to just re look at what we purchased we would have been charged way more than what is online feel this isnt fully far or right for customers and ashley should make sure there systems and instore prices match. We are still waiting for our text confirmation thay this reimbursement has been completed.

Delivery and installation, totally worth it!

Adrian helped a couple of my friends and they were extremely happy. I wish I could have gotten my order sooner but I understand. I wasn't happy about the $349.00 delivery and set up charge.

I decided to go shopping for a new recliner and wasn't sure where to go but my friend recommended Ashley HomeStore so that is where we went and I am so glad that I did! When we walked in the door we were greeted by Basia, one of the most friendly people on earth! I told her I was looking for a recliner and she led the way over to the recliners, where other stores, the salesperson just points in the direction to go and then you're on your own but at Ashley HomeStore they will help you every step of the way! The prices are so reasonable I decided to purchase a recliner and a sofa as well! I highly recommend Ashley Home Store! Delivery guys were awesome too! Very friendly and had the furniture off the truck and set up in no time.

Wasn't able to rate "0" stars otherwise would have given them that rating. Our sales associate was knowledgeable on the furniture and was pleasant during the shopping experience. When it was time to check out, there were some discrepancies on the invoice total (overcharged by a few dollars) that would have gone unnoticed had I not taken a second look. We were told ETA for End of October (ordered couch 9/30) and that he would reach out during that time for Delivery. End of October rolls around and the text update we received was that it was still "on track" for end of November. AN ENTIRE MONTH PAST THE ORIGINAL ETA. After going into the store, he confirmed ETA was officially 11/27 for WH delivery. The Wednesday prior to the 27th, it was still on track. Called the store on Monday the 27th for an update and now it is pushed back till next week. After a few calls with the office, no responses from Managers, I was able to connect with Heather, who essentially told me, that sucks, but it's just an ETA. She informed me that she could not offer any vouchers or discounts because their policy allows them to be 12 weeks past the ETA. I'm very frustrated with the customer experience. It felt as though the store wanted the commission and didn't care about anything besides that. Still have not received my couch, but hoping it shows soon with no damage.

Casandra was very helpful but not overbearing as some salespeople can be. She let us look around on our own. Then, when we found the style we were looking for, she made sure to show us all that were available in that style. Let me just start by saying, this specific store was well designed. Upon entering, I felt at home. The reason for my visit was to find a bed and a sectional. I decided on the Dakmore King Size bed, which I love so much. I was also approached by Cameron Howell who walked me around to try different sectionals to fit my needs. I didn’t end up deciding on one that day, but he took my contact information and reached out. After doing some online “window shopping”, I asked Cameron if he could send me a picture of the Rawcliffe sectional. (Ashley’s website does not present most of their items well). Cameron walked me through the purchase of my Rawcliffe sectional via text/call. He also helped me with financing. Very pleased with my purchases, and will be back for more.

Update: All good. I can’t really leave a positive or negative review as of yet. We only just recently purchased some furniture. We are waiting for delivery.

Our salesperson was very kind and professional. He sought out assistance when needed. However, we were concerned with moving our new loveseat down our basement stairs, and we were told the back comes apart from the seat, so we decided to purchase it. However, once it was delivered, we discovered it is attached. So now it is sitting in our doorway, awaiting assistance to move it.

The Man I spoke to was uplifting and very wize about the store .

Drew Motley from the store in Mishawaka Indiana is an amazing salesman. We went into Ashley 2 days in a row looking for new living room furniture and he was so patient and helpful! I 10/10 recommended him to anyone looking for furniture. He took so much time with us picking the perfect fit for our home. He listened to everything we liked and didn’t like and took that into account when showing us options. Haven’t received the furniture yet but I know that Drew will help us with any issues we have!

I gave this purchase experience 4 stars. My couch & loveseat is absolutely gorgeous, I didn't mind the price, the financing was great. However; I WAS NOT happy with Ashley's delivery system. They only deliver on certain days depending on where you live. And if you can't meet them when THEY say, you're out of luck! Their delivery service is not customer oriented; it's at THEIR convenience. My delivery drivers were very understanding, they did an excellent job of setting everything up. I do appreciate the drivers & their work.

Had a great experience sectional shopping. Our host Drew was very helpful and informative, and ultimately got us set up with exactly what we were looking for. Shipping took longer than estimated. Paul and Collin were great on the delivery end.

We went in the store without any plans to purchase anything because we didn't really know what we wanted. We were met by Taren at the door. She was awesome. No pressure, no trying for a sale. She just let us look and would check in as we sat, lounged and debated all the sofa choices. Taren went above and beyond what we felt most salespeople would do. The only issue I have is, I was not told that the sofa I ordered along with the loveseat was damaged, and I would not be receiving them until a later date which no one told me I only got the loveseat, and I got rid of our old furniture, a little disappointed

This store has such a great selection! The prices range, so that there is truly options for anyone. They work with all types of credit scores as well. The staff is phenomenal, I worked with both the regional manager, and Drew. They were extremely helpful, shared personal experiences, talked me through the different materials and pros/cons. They were able to pull up the layout of my place, to help me as I did not measure it out (I initially came just to get an idea of prices). All in all, I 10/10 recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture!

The entire team collaborated to make special arrangements to allow us to cash and carry as opposed to waiting two weeks for a lift chair that was medically necessary for a relative. We are very grateful for their swift actuons to aid our relative. Friendly people whose actions show their care and concern for others!

Went in on Labor Day to get new furniture for my apartment. The staff was incredibly helpful in meeting my needs and budget, and got me an incredible payment plan for all of the furnishings.

They did a great job of showing us all of our options; finding something that fit our budget, something that we’d like etc. I’ve never been treated as well as a customer as when I came here some of the best customer experience I’ve ever experienced.

Purchased a couch, ottoman and dining table in September, got it delivered and installed beginning of October. Installers were very nice and respectful and super quick! The only issue I have is that the ottoman that I received is half the size of the display model that I was shown in store with the couch that I ordered. We contacted our salesperson Rin, and let her know that the size we received was not the size of the one we were shown at the store. After some back and forth text messages and a picture, she left a voicemail saying we choose a smaller size ottoman due to price issues even though sizing and pricing of the ottoman was never brought up. We assumed that we were getting the ottoman that was on display with the couch that was purchased and that we talked about and instead received one that was half the size for $300. I feel like I was misled with purchasing the ottoman because I got something completely different than what we expected. We wouldn’t have bought this ottoman if we know it was going to be this size. We only wanted to buy the ottoman because it was big and now I’m stuck with one that was half the size and a lot of money. My only option now is to either keep the small ottoman, or to pay a $90 dollar restocking fee plus the difference plus have to take back/ pick up the correct ottoman! We had the items delivered because we do not have a vehicle that fits these items. If you decide to shop here make sure to question everything and take pictures and get model numbers to make sure you get exactly what you should dbe getting. I thought I was dealing with a very trustworthy place but now I feel scammed out of $300 dollars for something I wanted and didn’t get.

Customer service NEEDS mountains training!/overhaul. Ashley’s policy is much like, “you believe our advertisement, shame on you.” I may believe it once[But not a third time will never ever do this again with you is disgusting. Beautiful !

Had a great experience as soon as we walked in. My gf and I knew which couch we already wanted when we walked in and Drew helped us out giving us more information about the product and how the warranty works. Drew was very friendly and talked to us like he already knew us. He was very real and professional at the same time. Afterward he recommended Nick to talk to us about beds. We weren't originally planning on getting a new one but after the whole demonstration with all the different kinds of beds and great bundle and sale we manage to get I allowed myself to be persuaded by Nick to get one since we needed an upgrade anyways. Both of them were very friendly and nice to talk to. We had a great experience.
