Our shopping experience with Jolene was exceptional! She took the time to understand our needs, allowed us to browse while also providing solid recommendations, and gave us “alone time” so we could talk amongst ourselves as we evaluated different options. We didn’t buy on our first visit, and Jolene was great following up - not bold or pushy but courteous and well-timed. While Ashley had the furniture we liked most, it was really Jolene who put Ashley over the top. She was quite possibly the best furniture consultant we’ve worked with. Now we just need a delivery date for our new Santorine living room furniture to arrive!

PLEASE before you buy anything, STOP and read reviews, of what they are not telling you. I purchased a bedroom set, and a sectional, TV nightstand. The sectional is and has been a nightmare since they dropped it off on November 9th, 2024. It was delivered with torn fabric, dirty, uneven manufactured pieces, chaise understaffed, almost a dent looking piece on the back of sofa and uneven loose fabric along the bottom back of the sofa. If that wasn't enough, I literally sat on the chaise for the first time and reached back next to the chaise looking for my phone cord, and screamed. A large piece of metal STABBED me and SCRATHED my hand. I have attached pictures. After reviewing the entire sofa there are 3 out of 5 pieces that have metal protruding out of the back rest of sectional. I thought it was through springs that broke but was informed today by my salesperson said that this does not have springs. So what is sticking out, she thought maybe a nail or a staple. It is not a staple and certainly do not know why there would ne nails sticking out. This felt like a metal sharpened spear head. They have a repair man to come out to fix and reupholster my brand new sofa that should still fall under the 30 day return policy. We'll not only will they not return, or credit me, they won't deliver a new sectional either. If you didn't know Ashley stores are individually owned a this store in particular is and under their own return policy (which is there is NOT one, you get what you get) they will tell you that you have a warranty. Who needs a warranty on day one, this was brand new. Not used, I am not even living their yet. I will update after December 17th when the repair man comes out to access the situation. That's what I was told today.

Quick and easy setup.

Horrible service. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I ordered what I thought were the right replacement cushions online. Turns out they were the wrong ones. So I tried to cancel my order a day after I ordered them and they said I couldn’t get a refund on my money because it had shipped from their facility. So I have $800 in cushions that I don’t need and they said there’s no way to get my money back. Never doing business at any Ashley home stores again.

did progressive leasing. payed my furniture off at time of pick up so there was no need for progressive leasing. they said they would cancel the progressive leasing and didn’t so i got charged over 100 dollars with a remaining balance of 2 grand which i only spend 1 grand at Ashley. called ashley they said progressive was cancel and will get my money back. been two weeks and still don’t have my money back lol on hold with progressive for over 20 minutes and the girl at ashley said i could call progressive to get my money back like i haven’t already tried that. will never shop there again

TYLER is amazing! He was thorough and asked a lot of questions. We had a house to outfit with varying styles and he found it all. His manager/designer was ready for our appointment and made the most of our time. We are looking forward to receiving all the items and enjoying it in our new space!

Shopping experience was great. However the bed was delivered and set up damaged. Instead of replacing the footboard, they sent repairman to my home where he spent 2 hours and was unable to fix. They still will not replace and have unassembled my bed to take the piece back to their shop. So in addition to having to take the morning off work, I will have to take more time off for them to return the piece and reassemble the bed.

this is my first internet furniture purchase. the process went exactly as described. thats great! delivery was great too. the bad is how long it took to get the delivery. the cost of the delivery is high. the chair is faulty as it wont fully assemble. the back wont fully clip to the bottom. and i can imagine how long and how much effort it would take to replace the chair. considering how long it took to get here, there is no way i am going thru that. all those are things Ashley, as a company, is in control of and can improve.

We have three young children, so being able to feel like he already knew what we were looking for made me feel at ease. Went in last week to price out a bedroom set, not only were the prices reasonable my sales person Sawyer did a fantastic job of telling me all my options and pricing it different ways for me. I explained I needed the set before a house warming I had setup that’s when Sydney behind the desk took over. She had my stuff ordered and scheduled to be in house before I left the store. It was just a great experience all around with the most helpful staff I could have wanted.

We worked with Naf, and he was great. We spent several hours going back and forth on our decision and Naf answered all of our questions, gave us great suggestions and explained all the features of different pieces as well as fairly and honestly describing all aspects of pricing. The sales staff, designers ,and finance department are the most knowledgeable and experienced in assessing our home decor . We came into Ashley, and furnished each room of our home in a distant state. They assured us with the help of Marisa that we would be able to move in comfortably and that they would deliver and set up ! I was looking for a piece of furniture that is not much in demand these days (Corner TV Console) and although they had none available, the sales person , Paul S., went above and beyond to search their product databases, warehouses, etc ... to try to find one for me, which took a good deal of his time. And, although he did not find one, I spied a bedroom set that I liked when leaving and Paul was very helpful & knowledgeable with the product details, financing, deliverry, etc .. and eager to inform me that it was 50% off. And, because I needed a new mattress, he directed me to the mattress dept and put me with the mattress expert & store manager, Marissa, as this was not his area of expertise. Marissa was extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time to explain the differences in the various types of mattresses and manufacturerers. Both Paul and Marissa provided excellant service and I ended up buying the BR Set, Lamps & Mattress and was very impressed with their outstanding customer care! Also, received outstanding delivery service! Because the home is not my primary home, I wasn't going to be there for immediate delivery. But I had plans to fly in 45days later and was assured that would be no problem as they could hold the items for up to 90says in their warehouse which was perfect. Even though delivery was very late (8:45pm), I was very glad as I had flown in just for the delivery and requested to be the last delivery of the day. I just didn't realize they delivered that late. I thought it was awesome. And, the 2 delivery guys were very helpful and considerate. They helped move my old furniture out and quietly and efficiently brought in and assembled the new furniture (Bed w/many bed rails), Dresser, Night Stand, and Mattress & Box Springs). I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall service from start to finish. It was a 100% perfect experience!

I went in to Ashley Furniture because I received a coupon in the mail and I had moved recently, and I needed a few things.i didn’t want to spend a lot, since This would most likely be my last house. I had several sales people come up to me and trying to make a sale. I didn’t want that, I just wanted to walk around first. Then, when I got to the back of the store, a lovely young lady came up to me and quickly answered a question I had about color options. Then I told her I was looking for a blacking dining room table. She immediately knew that they had 3 styles, and brought them up on her iPad. She never pushed, she is so very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Her name was Jolene. She even pulled up my house so I could show her where I needed things to go, and she was super helpful (even gave me some color decor suggests that were fabulous.) She never tried to over sell, but she just showed me everything I wanted to look at from recliner sofas, table/ chairs, lamps end tables, and even art work! Ended up buying it all and the prices were great! She made it so easy for me to quickly find all things needed. She kept me under my budget as well. She is an incredible asset to Ashley!! Treat her good!

My husband and I went into Ashley furniture today to look for a couch. We were greeted by Naf. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a couch that matched our needs. He is very knowledgeable and Helpful. We also looked at mattresses. Since that’s a purchase you have to live with for 10+ years you want to make sure that you get the right one.Your going to want to ask for Naf. He will do more than just answer your questions. He asks questions to understand what would best work for you in terms of health, comfort and budget. Then he explains what it’s made of, how it’s built and what to expect about the wear of the product. They also have a great warranty option. You can’t go wrong!

It began with a phone call to Ashley's on Grape rd in Mishawaka and a sales person who took the time to answer my questions over the phone. My husband and I then went to Ashley's and asked for the sales person that helped me. Naf Maloley. He did great. Drew never once told me there was a three day cancellation policy. I don’t have the paperwork anymore because my ex stole it from me so I can’t even see if it really says that. I was under mental duress when I signed the papers and ended up in a mental hospital for some time during that 3 day “grace” period. They don’t care. They refuse to work with you. I have no money to pay this back and will have to file for bankruptcy because of what my ex did to me. They don’t care. Shady business practices and will NEVER buy anything from them again!

I had to wait 6 weeks for my furniture which I knew. Requested for another accessory and never heard back for Sales person K. Got a confirmation call and scheduled delivery. A week later, got another call to schedule delivery. I let them know I had delivery set up. They did not finalize it on their end. Manager R. had to work extra hard to get my furniture delivered before my guests came in. Nail biting experience.

I never thought I’d be in the position to have to replace all of my furniture. From the moment I walked in, Nick was amazing. We just started walking through the store, no pressure, I saw what I liked and he helped me get the best deal. Very impressed with the quality of products and staff.

We purchased a couch and love seat less than a year ago. I'm happy with the purchase thus far but not the delivery. We paid for the white glove and the white glove service and set up was not rendered. My husband called multiple times to get the money back and got the run around with whomever he spoke with. We set up our furniture and removed our own trash. I was happy to pay the standard delivery fee but not the extra I paid for the above and beyond services. I do not recommend the over sell of the white glove services.

I was dissatisfied with the length of time it took. I know it was a lot of pieces. But at the time of purchase the salan told us 4-6 weeks. It took 16 weeks. And the only way to get updates was if I called them. However the delivery communication and timing was perfect once everything was received. And the 2 delivery guys were excellent

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!I purchased a recliner at this store. The cost was 1000.00. When I got it home it was broke. I have been fighting with them everyday to get my money back. They have finally given me back everything but 249.99 and told me I would have to pay 249.00 to ship it back. I am still working with my credit card company to get the rest of my money from them. I told them I am not paying to ship something back that was broke when I got it. I had to take it back to the store because they refused to pick it up. That also cost me money to rent a truck to bring it to them. I am finding more and more people that have had issues with them. I AM BEGGING YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not stand behind their products and when there is issues with them, you will have to fight to get your money back. They are crooked and very unprofessional. They will rip you off and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. If you still decide to go there don't say you weren't warned before hand. VERY UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! I got her full attention even though I wasn’t really her client. My delivery men were above and beyond professional and friendly. Unfortunately for them, I needed them to do some extra..and then more extra…and then more extra moving of furniture. They were careful , friendly, professional, and so so helpful. It was raining and they were sweating but they never said one word of complaint. Those two men deserve a raise! I will be back!

They are very friendly because they want your business and money, but have no actual interest in what’s best for you. I used a $300 coupon and the couch was the same price as if I’d never used the coupon. Online deals are very different from store prices which sucks, and you can’t use them with any coupons. When I went to the store I had intentions of working with Tyler who I previously spoke with, but Rose stepped in and showed me around the store, and in the end she ended up taking half of the deal although she never talked to me about the couch I ended up buying, resulting in Tyler not wanting to help me with the couch anymore, because he wanted to “see other customers”. Overall the people I worked with are very money motivated and I felt that’s the only thing they cared about. I did not like my experience with rose because she told me false information and was very rude in my opinion. I only bought my couch from this store because I thought it was the best decision for me. They do have nice couches, but very pricey.

The delivery guys (I believe ones name was Brendan) were wonderful, it is incredibly hot out and our sofa set is very heavy, they still went out of their way to ensure we were happy with where they were placed and put everything together with care.

Shopping at Ashley was a first class experience all around. My wife and I went into the store with a lot of purchases in mind. Their in home designer helped us thru each of the items ensuring that everything fit our aesthetic. Delivery process was extremely smooth, with zero hassle. They put everything together for us and saved us days of figuring it out ourself. They were both very friendly and cordial throughout the whole process and it was a HUGE job in very high heat! 5 stars all around for Ashley!!

Wife and I went looking for a new set for home and just like before we chose Ashley went in deciding where to start for a couch and even before we reached our starting spot an employee of the store came up to us and asked if we needed help and we said yes and told the person what we are looking for, we said a couch in the style of what we bought before and it just so happened that style was no longer being made so he asked us to go out to the tent that they had a sale going on and that they had something similar but in bomber jacket styling and I would probably like it so we went to look and immediately knew that is a good looking set so after a few minutes of talking to nick the sales person about the couches and chairs etc. We decided that we really wanted the set all three pieces and we are very happy we did buy them they look awesome and are soooo comfortable i just can't say enough about them they are awesome you will not go wrong I recommend ashley furniture to everyone who is looking for a new set of furniture. I went to Ashley hoping to find a recliner and for our bedroom and living room furniture. I had very specific features in mind so I wasn’t sure if I would have to go to a few different stores. Naf, the salesman who greeted me at the door listened to what I wanted and was able to show me all of the furniture that may suit my needs. Indeed within a short amount of time spent with Naf, I had all of the living room furniture selected, and even the recline! Naf is incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture inventory in the large Ashley store in Mishawaka. Not only was Naf knowledgeable about the inventory, he is also courteous and very personable. He made the whole shopping experience quite easy. The Ashley store in Mishawka has a huge inventory. It will be my first go to for any future furniture needs.

The wife and I were going recliner love seat shopping on Father's day. Plans were to go to a few different furniture stores and look around. Well.... Rose was such an AWESOME sales lady, we did not have to waste our day going to other stores. She took the time to find just the right Loveseat that met my wife's and my needs. Then Nicholas came along and sold us the best bed, mattress and bedframe, headboard the sell. We could not be more happy.

The delivery guys (Paul K. And Brandenn C.) were great! They were very nice and very efficient. They showed up on time and were helpful. My only complaint is the tables were put together incorrectly and were missing small pieces. The bars were put on upside down. It still works but now the welds and holes on the bars face up instead of down. Two out of the six of the leg caps on the table are missing making it wobble. I could’ve bought the tables on amazon, not paid near as much and put them together myself for that quality.

The quality of the furniture is appalling, and the delivery time is unacceptably long, stretching to months. It is evident that they are resorting to deceitful tactics to attract customers. Adrian was super friendly and helpful in getting me and my partner paired with a great new couch for our first home! The process was so smooth and it left us feeling excited to have a major box checked on the list of first home items to get purchased.

I ordered a sectional on line, going by reviews. It was easy and they kept in contact. We were able to get it delivered a week sooner than expected and the guys were professional on delivery and set up. We've only had it a week, but so far the furniture is comfortable and looks great!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ashley Furniture and their General Manager Marisa. I was promised a two week lead time for my furniture order, only to have it show up months later. Marisa's customer service was abysmal and she offered no help or solutions to the situation. Not only did my furniture arrive months late, but the delivery crew showed up an hour early for their 3 hour window, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. They delivered a bed with no bed frame, leaving me with a useless piece of furniture for months until the bed slates finally arrived. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and in return, I received nothing but frustration and disappointment. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone based on my experience with Marisa and the terrible service I received. Avoid this store at all costs.

Kennedy was fantastic!! She greeted us right away and asked some questions to help direct us, offered some suggestions based on what we told her, but then she left us to check things out and talk about things. She checked on us periodically, but never hovered or made is feel pressured. When discussing pricing, she was super informative and got us a good deal. She was just super friendly and helpful without being pushy. We left to think things over, but ultimately came back less than an hour later. We were greeted by other members of staff who were very nice and friendly, welcomed us back etc. Overall, very good experience!! Update: when we got the sofa, we were told in store that it should arrive to their store location within 2 weeks, and then we'd be contacted to schedule delivery. After 2 weeks, tho, when I reached out to follow up, I was told that the couch was "very popular" and was on back order and/or that delivery would be delayed and we probably wouldn't receive our sofa until the end of July. We bought it on June 2. Obvs not ideal when we thought we'd be getting it much sooner. So I do feel like that could have been something that Kennedy could have mentioned when we purchased it, or could have notified us of whenever she found out. The reason provided was that they had a lot of orders over their memorial day sale, so the trucks were all spoken for. Which, ok, but also, Ashley Furniture is a nation-wide chain... if you're going to have a sale, maybe plan ahead and make sure you have sufficient trucks to be able to handle the higher product shipments? Either way, we weren't in an enormous hurry so it was annoying but not something we couldn't handle. We did get delivery 2 weeks prior to the newer estimate. So that was nice, but it was still over a month since we bought the couch and therefore at least 2 weeks after the time we were initially told. Delivery - We have an older house, so the doorways are admittedly a bit more narrow than maybe a newer house. The corner piece wouldn't fit, so the delivery guys offered to leave it in our garage so we could figure out how to get it down ourselves - which is fine and honestly not surprising. The other pieces they were able to fit down and get assembled. While doing that, tho, the doorway trim was scratched/damaged a bit. Again, not unexpected but I guess I would have thought they would have some sort of cushion or blanket to wrap over the furniture to avoid damage like that from occurring. Overall, very pleased with the delivery guys and their work! They were very nice, offered to try different ways to get the corner piece down, offered a few alternative options for us, and were appreciative of our understanding. They were on time with when they said they'd be here, and were done quickly as well. Overall pleased with our whole experience with Ashley Furniture and the delivery.

First off a huge compliment and shoutout to Adrian and Jolene who were awesome!! Super helpful and friendly. Their sales approach is one of the best I have ever seen. They don't pressure you into buying something you can't afford. Also they were extremely helpful and spent time in helping my Mom find something she liked, because she doesn't like the modern style. So that was a workout LOL. Even helped us find a fabric that would be good with our cats and dogs. I will conclude with they were so good we found just what we needed after looking at several stores. And we will go back in the future if they will help us. Thank you Adrian and Jolene for all your hard work!

I purchased my furniture the end of May, after not hearing from the store about my delivery. I called them on June 21 only to find out my bedroom suit was on backorder until August. No one ever called me so when I inquired about a Refund I was told I would be charged 1500 to 2500 restock fee. My salesman, Joe claims that there was the bedroom set was in stock when I placed my order, however after contacting the district manager in the better business Bureau, I have learned that they’re saying now people that paid for the same bedroom suit before me are still waiting. I had an excellent experience at Mishawaka Ashley store. Naf showed me around for a bit. After telling him that I would need to get a designer involved before making final decisions, he immediately T-O’ed me to Marissa. Marissa immediately earned my respect and confidence in her abilities to put rooms together. I’m excited for everything to come in so I can see how everything flows! I visited a couple of competitors, there was no comparison in the products or the people.

We told her we were looking to replace our RV furniture and needed precise measurements and weight. She was very helpful by helping us find the right style, measurements, and weight. We purchased a beautiful good quality leather recliner loveseat for 1/2 the price they were going to charge us at Bradd and Hall RV furniture. (Ultra leather) I think it would have been good quality for an RV furniture place but compared to top of the line real leather from Ashley's furniture you can't beat it! And at 1/2 the price!!!! Took a very long time to get the furniture delivered. The delivery men, were excellent, Shout out to Alex and Sean. However, the recliner on left side of L shaped couch doesn’t recline. It catches underneath and doesn’t close. Bottom portion sticks out. Not good for the money we spent. I will need to get it repaired.

Delivered in a timely manner and assembled well,except bed rails were not in the box so bed setup was incomplete. Local store is working to resolve the issue and apologized on the spot.

We came in to look at bedroom sets for my teenage daughter and Joe was very nice and did everything to make sure all my questions were answered. They had the couch we wanted but they were so pushy and trying way to hard to close a deal or get my phone number that they killed the sale. We drove to the fort wayne location a week later and bought 2 couches from them. I won't step back in the Mishawaka store.

I really love the couch that we bought and the delivery/assembly process was pretty smooth. Giving 4 stars because on day one of having our couch one of the legs was falling off. We really had to mutilate the underside of the couch and the leg itself trying to get it back on

This review is not about the furniture, just this store itself, this is our experience only. Just know before you decide to buy there are no cancellations or returns once you sign the paperwork. If you decide to purchase, go home and look on the Ashley website, what you want most likely is cheaper, our couch was $500 less on the website and actually on other furniture stores websites, same exact model number. Make sure if you are financing they tell you clearly what current deals apply to what specific financing (synchrony etc), that 60 months no interest might be for another finance company. Our salesperson “was mistaken”. And if you are financing from synchrony, expect to have to pay the taxes and any delivery fees with a different form of payment.

Would give negative if I could was told furniture was in stock in Ft Wayne and would ship the next day and now told wont be shipped until 2 weeks later really hate being lied to. Also there instore price is different thanonline price

Shopping at Ashley was very easy and Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable. We may have to return the couch though because it has caused intense napping episodes and when we are at work all we can think about is coming home and relaxing on the couch!

As we entered the store, we were meant by a very nice young lady by the name of Tiffany, and she walked to through the store. And showed us a lot of things to look at very professional and we were very pleased with her abilities to help us choose furniture.

I specifically wanted a couch for kids and dogs. The salesperson convinced me to get a more expensive couch that would stand up to it. It’s barely a year later and the seats are worn so much that it’s easy to puncture them even though I’ve kep a cover on them all the time. The warranty through furniture care protection is worthless. They have exclusions for everything, and they specifically don’t cover damage from dogs. They cover nothing that is “accumulative” which is actually everything. The salesperson took advantage of my trust to make her money and I will not be returning there.

We had a wonderful experience at this location! We had been to 2 other furniture stores before finding our fit at Ashley. Cameron was incredibly patient with us, since we really had no idea what we wanted walking in. Watch out if you buy furniture here. They make you sign contracts stating you can not return or cancel your order. They put it in fine print and don’t go over it while they have you sign a million signatures. Total cheap sales tactic

We’ve shopped at Ashley many times before. Our experience this time was the best! Jeff Blackwell our salesman was great. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase anything. He was very patient and listened to our needs and wants. Very friendly too!

I hate furniture stores. I hate the salespeople that wait at the door. I wish I didn't have to deal with them. We have purchased from here in the past and came in looking for a coffee table with storage. They had little to no selection. This won't stop us from stopping back here next time as we have found their quality to be good in the past.

I had a great time choosing a new living room set! They have a large variety of options available and everyone is very welcoming. Casandra as a huge help when it came to choosing my new living room set and was willing to negotiate. I’ll definitely come back here anytime I need any new furniture!

I will never purchase another item from Ashley Home Furniture store. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars on bedroom, living room furniture and kitchen tables. We had an issue with their previous warranty company when after a year our table warped in one section pretty badly. They said though it was a 5 year warranty we could only use the warranty once. They replaced the table and 6 months later it warped again. We went in September to purchase a new couch. I had planned on the dark gray less expensive couch because we have 4 kids. I really liked the light gray couch which was more expensive. Our sales lady, the manager and front desk explained they have a new warranty company Furniture Care Protection that is so much better and they have “never had an issue or complaint!” I didn’t want the warranty / protection but they continued that they would cover anything, blood, make up, chocolate, etc. The staff talked me into the more expensive couch with the furniture protection. Not even 7 months later my 3 year old drew make up on the back panel. I called and filed my claim on time. Sent pics to the warranty company and then played phone tag with Monica for 3 weeks because you can never directly speak to someone. She finally responded my claim was denied for extensive damage and it won’t be covered. It is one panel on the back of the couch and arm rest. This was my concern from the start that they would pull this. I feel the staff at Ashley misled and acted in bad faith. They received a commission on their sales. I would have opted for the darker couch without paying the furniture protection price had I known it would be the same as the previous situation. I have tried to get his resolved with their parts department in Fort Wayne and the local Mishawaka store but they are unhelpful, using the warranty’s decision to not cover this. If I want to fix my brand new couch I now have to PAY: parts, service and trip fees!!!, even though that is what I paid for: furniture protection. It is absurd. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general for both Ashley Home Furniture store and Furniture Care Protection. My concern is staff is pushed to get higher sales and commission and are getting compensated to push a warranty provider that does not deliver. BUYER BEWARE!!

Showroom customer service is not helpful. One foot was missing a screw and they did not want to try and look for a spare screw in the back. Definitely compare with online prices because we saved a lot of money with price match Ashley online. Update 02/12/24; I waited for 4 weeks for my furniture to arrive and it came with missing parts, now I have to wait 10 business days for it to arrive. It goes to show that Ashley Furniture only wants your money and does not go above and beyond for their customers.

My only suggestion is to check the items before your delivery team takes them to the customer house.

First, I want to say that I do not ever write bad reviews, I am not that type of person but this has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I visited the store on 1/20/24 and purchased a living room set. First time buying from them and will NOT ever again!!! I was assisted by Matthew M. he was nice but not upfront about their strict policies until after I made the purchase and of course ALL SALES ALL FINAL so you better be sure what you get is what you want. Honestly, I was left feeling uneasy and not 100% satisfied since day one and not because of the furniture. Later, I spoke to the store manager Sydney about a delivery issues and she offered no flexibility. If you decide to buy from them. I suggest you check online prices first because they upcharge at the store but will price match, I saved $800 that way. Expect them to keep pushing for their warranty +$399 and premium delivery +$349. I declined and went for the basic delivery because I preferred to pick up my furniture but was told I had to have it delivered since they were price matching their online price. Not a huge deal but I found out that basic meant they just dumped my stuff in the garage because they would refuse to bring them in the house. No, no, for that I would have had to pay for their premium delivery.

I cannot recommend this store if you expect professionalism and good customer service. They are happy to sell the furniture but lack communication and professionalism after the sell is made. My furniture was supposed to arrive BEFORE Christmas - did not come till January. When I asked about this, I was given the brush off- didn't receive a good reason for late arrival. Then, they do not communicate about the delivery until the day before they plan to deliver it with absolutely no consideration of the customer. When I tried to resolve this, they became defensive instead of being proactive and trying to help. I explained to them I need to schedule ahead - once again defensive and unwilling to help resolve this concern. Perhaps I should say, their resolution was to drop it off on my porch or charge me a fee for another delivery. The only other response was - the contract. Somewhere in the contract they claim they have stipulations they can deliver at their discretion- with no regard to the customer. If this is the customer service they provide I will not be purchasing Ashely furniture again. Very disappointing!!!!

I worked with Jolene and picking out a loveseat for a small room. Jolene was very knowledgeable and helpful and selecting a piece that would work for my needs. I Have purchased from Ashley furniture before, but this is the first time at the Mishawaka location. I found the selection at the Mishawaka location to be great as well plan on purchasing some additional pieces in the future.

The purpose for my visit was to replace an ottoman. Cameron Howell knew the item I needed and created a transaction immediately. Plus, he's very personable and easy to chat with.

Very good service experience compared to other stores. Drew was my sales rep and he both helped me find what I was looking for and gave me enough space to feel not pressured. I'd shop here again and recommend to my friends without a doubt.

We bought a couch and loveseat a couple of years ago. These pieces were for a low use room in our home but both have experienced structural issues due to the low quality construction. Other than the outer frame everything inside was a particle board or thin wood. Many of the boards are broken and you sink into either couch.
