We had Taren for our sales person. She was sitting at the front desk when we came into the store and greeted us with a nice smile. We told her we were looking to replace our RV furniture and needed precise measurements and weight. She was very helpful by helping us find the right style, measurements, and weight. We purchased a beautiful good quality leather recliner loveseat for 1/2 the price they were going to charge us at Bradd and Hall RV furniture. (Ultra leather) I think it would have been good quality for an RV furniture place but compared to top of the line real leather from Ashley's furniture you can't beat it! And at 1/2 the price!!!! Thank you Taren for helping us and being patient with us.

Good selection delivery guys were great, except the company sticks them telling the customer they do 't assemble entertainment units anymore. Not happy, should have been told upfront, may have changed my decision, now have to try to make different arrangements. Elderly with a bad back!
