Went looking for a new couch and found a new one very nice service in-N-Out and under 20 minutes kudos to Ashley furniture

We have furnished our whole house with furniture from Ashley and the people there are wonderful. They work very well with you very kind. The customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I am very indecisive and was walking all over the place and the assistant Aaron was extremely patient and understanding and providing recommendations and providing me a quote. He is friendly and so easy to work with. Also, the mattress I ended up getting at his suggestion was even better than my original choice, so I am really happy with the overall experience. This place has nice things, but the customer service is horrendous, was supposed to have love seat couch in 2 weeks, called they said they already sold the ones they got restocked and if we wanted something different we would pay the difference, pay the difference for your mess up, never recommend to anyone and never coming back with being the biggest home store you guys should fix your problem for your customers not give them more!!!!!

Fast, friendly, patient, and helpful

As we entered the store, I’m not sure we actually had any intention of purchasing, but we knew what we needed and we knew what we wanted! Upon entering, a very nice gentleman named John greeted us shortly after we walked in. He explained the layout of the store and told us that he would not bother us but he was certainly available for any questions or further direction that we might need. As we looked around, we did have questions and he was able to answer all of them. We ended up finding something that we wanted rather than needed, and he was able to present the look of the items to us by moving around some chairs so that we could see what different things looked like with different tables. We were happy with the price, but he was also able to show us a lower price which we were very happy about. The best part of the entire experience was John and his coworkers who made us feel very comfortable and became friendly and very easy to talk with. We would do it all over again because it was quite pleasant!

Came in right before closing on a Saturday, ordered 3 pieces of furniture. Staff was super friendly and not at all pushy. Said 3-4 weeks for delivery but called around 2 week mark and said was ready. Delivery guys were great, set everything up. They were also able to answer my questions about the furniture, was nice they had the knowledge and not just drop and go. This was my first experience at an Ashley store and they were great all around! Will definitely return if I need more furniture in the future.

Worst experience of my life

We had an excellent experience at the Ashley Store on Friday, January 10, 2025. We started off just wanting two lamps, then bought 4 lamps, then just asked about their mattresses and now we want two new mattresses and a new electric recliner. Then went to Ashley again and bought an electric chair. Yesterday, we went to Ashley and this time bought a couch to match our electric chair.The staff to include your wonderful secretary, were knowledgeable as well as very polite. By the way, you are going to be sorry when your secretary retires. She is a gem. I am elderly and just can’t stand being talked to in a condescending manner. Our the two sales people spoke WITH us, not AT us, which I really appreciate at my age. I hope all of your sales people are as well trained and professional as our salesman and secretary were. Thanks to them, we will be back.

Looked at many (more than 10) different furniture stores for a recliner. Ashley furniture in Muncie IN. had the nicest salesperson (Sarra) as well as the manager of all I went to. Their price was thre best too. I highly recommend this store the next time you need furniture.

Today we purchased a sofa and recliner from Ashley Furniture. Benji Wright was our salesman. I hate using the title of "salesman" because he did not come across like your usual salesman. He had any info we asked for and he was friendly. When we asked if they had a fabic patch to compare two pieces of furniture he got a dolly and wheeled the chair over to the sofa. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Ashley Furniture and Benji over and over.

Enjoyed looking for our new furniture. So happy that we found what we liked. An Ashley ad card we received in the mail led us there for 0% interest for five years. However, very small print showed that it was not as advertised. Ended up paying a yearly fee for the 3 year 0% interest.

Brady was excellent to work with! We needed a new Mattress and he was very easy to work with and didn’t add any extra pressure. We did leave to go look at other stores, but we were not happy with other places! It was our first time shopping at Ashley, and we went back and Brady greeted us with a smile ready to help us finish the purchase!

Our sales lady was Sara White. She was very nice, did not pressure us at all (a very nice feeling) yet gave up the answers to all our questions. She helped make our shopping experience very nice. 10/10. very affordable, financing is very easy to set up and we were offered 12 months no interest. Any longer term financing needed has such a small interest rate, it’s absolutely worth it. From walking into the store and walking out with a full bedroom suit took 15 minutes. Delivery and installation is offered,(typically between 100-150$ depending on location). Ashley furniture is quality, affordable and all around a great environment to buy furniture.

When we first entered the store, we were greeted by a gentleman who directed us to the area we were wanting to look at. He told us to have a look around and he’d check with us in a few minutes. I really appreciated that because I do not like being followed by a salesman while I shop. After 5 minutes or so, he came and asked if we had any questions and by that time we did. We ended up buying a bedroom suite right then and now Benji is my go to guy whenever I need furniture. I really appreciated how he conducted business with me. He deserves recognition.

I love the furniture... But we had to wait 8 MONTHS to get it, even though at first they said it would only be 2-3 months. It really sucked sleeping on the floor for that long! No offering to recompense or anything, poor communication. Will probably not buy from them again.

The sales rep, Cody, was very personable and kind to our three kids under 3 while we were there. He was not willing to work with us on price outside of matching the online price. This was disappointing, but Ashley had the patio furniture we wanted and we had looked around a lot and were ready to buy. Shopping multiple evenings with young kids gets tiring even though they're great. Shianne, I may be butchering the spelling sorry if I am, was the one that checked us out at the end, that was not terrible, but not great either. Felt like she was annoyed I was there and that my kids were a bother. No eye contact, no smile, and was short with me. Hope she can grow in those things. Maybe it was a rough day for her who knows. Probably should've just asked.

Brightly lit store, plenty of helpful staff and relatively large showroom store displays. Projected delivery time 2-6 months. Seems to cater to customers wanting low down payment and low monthly payments. For example a kitchen table chair is $4 per month for a $180 chair.

Went there and sales lady tried to sell me rails for a bed even though the bed I picked out came with the rails. I did research before I went. Please do yours, No, I did not order bed from Ashley, Wet to Walls and got it cheaper and yes, with rails.

After purchasing a recliner, we received an ad which had the same recliner for $50 less. I called Ashley Homestore in Muncie, IN. to ask if they do a price differential and without questions or hassle, the representative said yes, we will have this credited back to your card in the next week. Wow, very impressed!! Thats what you call "excellent customer service"
