Dakota Ladd (Associate Sales Manager) was the only one at the store when I came in and was already tending to multiple other customers so I waited patiently. By the time it was my turn, it was already past regular business hours, granted I came in 30 minutes before closing time. Dakota stayed over an hour past closing time to help me get my bed set ordered and financing finished. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Lacie was amazing!!! She didn’t make my husband and I feel pressured. We were looking for a new couch. She did, however, help us find an amazing couch that we both loved. She helped with the dimensions and making sure it was going to fit in our home the way we wanted. I would definitely go to Ashley furniture again.
